Vermont will pay up to $10,000 to new residents who work remotely - Duration: 5:09.

Vermont is willing to pay new residents who work remotely for an out-of-state employer in hopes of increasing its population and workforce

Vermont Gov. Phil Scott has signed into law a bill that will pay those new residents up to $10,000 over a period of two years in an effort to attract younger people to the state

Advertisement "Vermont isn't just a place to ski and try craft beers; it's an ideal state for raising a family and growing a business," Department of Tourism and Marketing Commissioner Wendy Knight said Friday

The Remote Worker Grant Program would cover relocation expenses and other costs

It takes effect Jan. 1, 2019. Scott signed the bill Wednesday. The law defines a qualifying worker as working primarily from a Vermont home office or co-working space and employed full time by an out-of-state company

The state would award grants on a first-come, first-served basis and has allocated $500,000 for the next three years to the program

"The intent is to spread it to as many people," said Joan Goldstein, commissioner for the Department of Economic Development

"If the program is successful, we'd probably ask for more funding." Goldstein said that logistics and parameters need to be established before they can determine how many grants they will be able to support

Vermont has the third-highest median age (42.7 years) in the nation behind New Hampshire (43

0) and Maine (44.6), according to a report last year from the U.S. Census Bureau. Its population overall is flat or slightly shrinking

Last year saw the state's first population increase in four years, and it was by a mere 0

05%, according to the bureau. Another state program, Stay to Stay Weekends, aims to convert tourists into full-time Vermont residents

It was announced in March by Scott and the tourism department. The three-day lodging and networking package connects visitors with local employers, entrepreneurs and community leaders during their weekend stay

It's been tried several weekends this year so far, but attendance has been sparse

Knight said they have more work to do to turn the idea into a successful program

The program's next pilot weekend is in mid-August. Several U.S. cities have provided incentives for newcomers to move, including New Haven, Conn

, and Detroit. Alaska uses oil royalties to pay its residents to live in the state

Scott has called for measures he feels will make Vermont more economically attractive so young people will stay and others might move here, such as tuition-free college for National Guard members and construction of affordable housing

Adobe Think Tank: How Artificial Intelligence (AI) will Impact the Customer Journey - Duration: 6:30.

- Hi everyone, we're coming to you today

from the Adobe Think Tank on artificial intelligence

and the future of the enterprise from New York City.

I am Daya Nadamuni with Adobe Corporate Strategy,

and with me here today I have Dr. Catherine Havasi.

In your experience with Luminoso,

what new insights have you gotten about customer behavior

or making the journey more efficient, I'm curious.

- So one of the large things we do is really understanding

from a lot of text data what is driving KPIs,

what is driving customer turn, customer conversion,

that kind of thing.

So being able to look at some things that might seem

obvious, why do people turn from a video streaming company?

They turn when they finished binge watching

the TV show they were binge watching.

So if they don't get hooked on something,

it was three days, then they're gone, you've lost them.

So there's this tiny window and it really matters,

all the way down to on the flip side of that

people looking at developing better products, right?

Can you look at the feedback that you get

and see what makes certain colors make products stickier,

all that kind of stuff.

So this is everything from how do we upsell customers

in a retail store based on experience

down to being able to do better product development.

The other big side is automation,

and now this is one of those things where everybody

like to have an argument in the Think Tank

about human in the loop or not.

I think when we come to customer feedback,

we're really again giving people and giving the entire

contact center super powers, right,

and I think that's important.

When a call comes in if you can get it to the right person

to do the right thing with it

and get them the answer they want, then everybody wins.

It's not just about automation.

So let's take a gaming company as an example.

If the query comes in and we know that this is somebody

who would both benefit from going to self help,

and somebody who has a really simple question,

we're gonna send them to self help.

They're gonna get done faster, they're gonna be happier

about that, and in certain cases like financial services

there's huge groups of people who would rather not

talk to anybody, right.

Because they're on the clock, they're financial analysts

and you know, they're paying for that time

they don't wanna be on hold.

On the flip side of that there are people who are

changing their job for the first time,

if we can understand the difference in financial literacy

and say this person needs help rolling over their 401K,

and if you do it right the first time

even though it takes you more time,

they're not gonna call back.

- If you were to kind of think of let's say

three to five years, look into the future,

how do you see the customer journey changing

as a result of maybe progress in NLP or other areas

of artificial intelligence?

- I think artificial intelligence as a whole

allows companies to sort of put the customer at the center.

And whether that customer is internal or external,

I think it's gonna become very important.

In some way it's sort of the AI gateway drug.

- I love that, AI gateway drug.

(laughing)

- Maybe that's a bad analogy, but it's gonna like,

it helps, it's something to where you can get ROI

both understandable soft ROI or sometimes even

very hard ROI, you know how many calls did we deflect?

How many people got their questions answered more quickly?

When you can do those things very in the beginning,

and that helps companies understand look,

this AI thing, it's real, it has tangible results.

And one of the things I like to say with AI

is that in the future just like Google Maps and search,

we don't think about as being AI.

AI is just gonna permeate everything,

it's just gonna be in spreadsheets, it's gonna be in CRMs,

it's going to be in work flows, things like that.

It's just gonna be a thing we do.

And with the customer journey I think it's important

to know that companies right now think about sort of

customer feedback almost in a waterfall way.

And you get a lot of information, then you go back

and you react to it, and there's this long space.

And companies that I see really succeeding with customers

are being more agile about it.

It's like oh let's talk about a retail store for example.

They're working on trying to get more people

to buy their products at the retail store,

and one of the things they're doing is keeping track

of how the interaction between you and the sales person

went and then whether or not you bought it afterwards.

And from that simple thing across all their stores,

they can build a model that says hey,

if we highlight these features and this type of consumer,

we can sell better.

Instead of rolling that out six months later

you could have a scrum every morning in the store

where you talk to your associates about what helps

people sell, how things work.

You can have pop ups that come in to customer interactions

that say look, this person is gonna get really confused

instead you send them down this route,

or this person needs this kind of service,

or even compassion, and empathy, we talked about that.

In an insurance company situation you can look at something

and say look, this is a stressful conversation,

this is a stressful store, you don't wanna make this person

continue to tell the story of the flood or whatever

over and over and over again

in a claims processing situation.

How can we say oh, this is a situation where

it helps to have the agent briefed a little bit

ahead of time, and then the customer will be

much happier along the journey.

- So in a sense it's real time, it's again like you said

very much in context.

And you're removing some of the barriers

to effective work flows, or more effective let's say

in the insurance company case.

Claims processing while being empathetic

to the insurance company customer.

So that's yep, and do you see this becoming very much

apart of the modern business enterprise work flow?

- I mean the one thing that I really wanna see

is companies learning to react to data

in a way that's much more agile.

And I think because customer service is so important

right now, there's so much going on that you know,

switching cost has gone down,

and for most B to C companies, things like that.

Customer service is a real differentiator.

And so there's a drive to innovate there,

and it becomes a place where it's really important

for you to go and look at other solutions

and then from there hopefully businesses become more agile

and they're able to use AI in other parts

of their work flows in a way that's much more easier

'cause the ground work has already been laid.

- I think we're almost at time,

so Catherine thank you very much.

We've really appreciated chatting with you.

Evgeny Kuznetsov Injury Update: Will He Play in Game 3? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:17.

Evgeny Kuznetsov Injury Update: Will He Play in Game 3? | Heavy.com

The Washington Capitals are currently locked in an intense Stanley Cup finals battle with the upstart Vegas Golden Knights.

Caps forward Evgeny Kuznetsov is listed as "day-to-day," coming off an injury in Game 2.

With Saturday's Game 3 at home looming — the Capitals' first Cup Finals in two decades — fans of both teams are eager to know the status of Washington's leading scorer.

According to ESPN, Kuznetsov participated in the Capitals' Friday morning practice today, which was an optional session.

The team shared the news on their official Twitter account as well.

NBC Sports' Tarik El-Bashir noted that the Washington center — who left Wednesday's game late in the first period — did not "appear to be 100-percent," as seen in the tweet below.

Kuznetsov exited Game 2 at with just over five minutes left on the clock in the first period after receiving a hip check into the boards, courtesy of Vegas defenseman Brayden McNabb.

Kuznetsov immediately clutched his left arm to his chest and winced in pain before even regaining his skates.

Kuznetsov leads the team with 25 postseason points (11 goals, 14 assists).

Only captain Alex Ovechkin (LW) has more goals (13) than his linemate and fellow Russian.

The 26-year-old center from Chelyabinsk, Russia, accounts for more than 13 percent of the teams playoff production.

It's worth noting that the Capitals did manage to win Game 2, despite not having their top line intact. According to The Score, credit for that goes to Lars Eller, Washington's third-line center, stepping up to fill Nicklas Backstrom's spot on the second line after the 30-year-old Swede was slotted in Kuznetsov's spot on the first line.

Eller tallied the Capitals' first goal of the evening and fed Ovechkin a pass for his second period goal while taking Kuznetsov's spot on the Washington power play.

An assist on defenseman Brooks Orpik's goal four minutes later gave Eller three assists on the evening, contributing to each of his team's goal in the game.

Wednesday's Game 2 win brought the series even at a game a-piece, with Vegas having won the high-scoring opening match-up 6-4.

During his post-game press conference, Capitals coach Barry Trotz described the hit on Kuznetsov as "questionable" and mentioned that the team "[rallied] around it," as often happens when a star player leaves a game injured.

You can hear more of Trotz's post-game opinions in the tweet below.

ESPN outlet noted that Orpik, who took a slash to his hand late in Game 2, did not participate in Friday's optional practice.

Trotz reassured members of the sports media that Orpik was fine.

Ovechkin, T.J.

Oshie and other Caps players were absent from the practice as well.

Since Kuznetsov had not been officially cleared by the Capitals' training staff, he was not permitted to talk to the media, as noted by D.C.

sports radio station 106.7 The Fan.

The station did manage to chat with Ovechkin, who was confident Kuznetsov would play in Saturday's Game 3.

The Washington Capitals host the Vegas Golden Knights for Game 3 of the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals Saturday evening.

Puck drop is scheduled for 8 p.m.

Eastern at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.

Serena Williams: Comeback has blueprint, will 'take a while' - Duration: 9:44.

Serena Williams: Comeback has blueprint, will 'take a while'

Somehow, Serena Williams softly sells the idea of winning as if she has never done it before.

She says its important to do it again but knows it will take time.

In the back of her mind is a restless competitor -- maybe the fiercest the sports world has ever known -- screaming for that victory to come yesterday.

On Monday, Williams stood with a shovel in hand.

She was among a cast of business moguls assembled at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.

Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, WME-IMG President Mark Shapiro and former tennis star James Blake joined Williams for a groundbreaking ceremony for the 2019 Miami Open, which will move from Key Biscayne to the Dolphins home field.

Williams, 36, is listed at No.

491 in the WTA singles rankings, an unheard-of spot for the 23-time Grand Slam champion.

The woman with 72 WTA singles titles and more than $84 million in career prize money will face Indian Wells champ Naomi Osaka on Wednesday afternoon in the round of 128 at this years Miami Open.

Williams -- who hasnt won a tournament since claiming the 2017 Australian Open while two months pregnant -- is on an unparalleled comeback tour to claim a 73rd WTA win and eventually a record-tying 24th Grand Slam.

[A win] would mean a lot to me, Williams said.

But right now, Im taking a little bit at a time.

I feel like every week Im getting better and every day Im getting better.

So a little bit at a time and eventually Ill get there..

A little bit at a time spells no rush for an ending to Williams decorated tenure of dominating clay, grass and hardcourt surfaces.

I definitely have goals, Williams said.

Obviously, Im going to have to reach them and its going to take a while, but Im going to get there a little bit at a time.

A day at a time..

Williams -- a minority owner of the Miami Dolphins -- is also part owner of the tournament.

Ross joked Monday that she could become an owner and winner of the same tournament, simultaneously.

The Miami Open was founded in 1985.

Williams dreamt of playing in it as a youngster, watching the likes of Monica Seles and Steffi Graf dominate under the South Florida sun.

She called Ross a visionary when it came to moving the tournament, after first having doubts about the relocation.

Williams eight Miami Open victories are more than any other player.

Blake -- the new Miami Open tournament director -- said that if you bet against his longtime friend winning again, you are doing so at your own peril.

I learned long ago not to even think about doing that because of just how competitive she is and how quick her comeback already has gone, Blake said.

From Fed Cup, to last week, to now.

I think you are going to see leaps and bounds progress by her and its exciting to see her comeback, another kinda chapter in her journey.

Williams lost in an exhibition match to Jelena Ostapenko in December, her first match since giving birth.

She played in a doubles match with sister Venus Williams in February at the Fed Cup.

Most recently, Venus beat Serena in straight sets 6-3, 6-2 in the round of 32 on March 12 at the BNP Paribas Open.

That bout came after Serena beat Zarina Diyas and Kiki Bertens in her previous matches at Indian Wells.

Blake -- who left the sport in 2013 -- marvels at the longevity of Williams and 2017 Miami Open champ Roger Federer.

Federer, 36, is the second-oldest male player to ever win a Grand Slam.

He could soon catch Ken Rosewall, who won the Australian Open at age 37.

Serena Williams became the oldest woman to win a Grand Slam in the Open Era when she won in Melbourne at 35.

While Blake says he cant relate to being a mother, he respects what his friend is doing on her comeback tour.

He says Federer and Williams have one thing in common when it comes to why they persist: their love for tennis.

Every time she steps on the court, its historic, Blake said.

What she is doing, what she has done for the sport.

We are absolutely in a golden era, with two of the greatest players of all time with Serena and Roger playing late into their 30s.

Playing longer than most people would have ever expected them to.

Really [longer] than they ever need to.

Both of their legacies are cemented.

They dont need to do anything more to prove themselves.

They are both still doing it because they love the game.

Serena is bar-none the fiercest competitor Ive ever known.

Shes a good friend, so Ive known her closely for a while and without any restriction on gender.historical, anyone Ive ever known.

Shes the most competitive person.

So for her to still be out here.

She knows shes doing it because she wants to win.

Thats inspiring to me.

I think a lot of young players, especially young women, look up to her and see someone that is empowered.

Someone that is strong and someone that is doing what she wants to do, not what she needs to do..

Williams said the support she has gotten after sharing the story of her life-threatening delivery of Olympia has been overwhelming.

She also said she hasnt played enough matches yet to know if being a mother has changed her on-court experience.

Im just trying to be nicer to myself.

But Im so intense, she said.

I have such high expectations all the time..

What will delegates learn from Sandy Colombo at Tallant Asia's Business Building Week, Cebu, Philipp - Duration: 2:14.

Sandy: I work with business owners and help them scale up their business.

And make higher profits with less stress.

Dee: So when I first originally came to you to pitch

My idea of wanting to bring some business and professionals over to Cebu

To not only look at how outsourcing works and how it could help grow their business

But I wanted to give them a little bit more than

"Hi, here's our offices" type thing and I pitched this original idea to you.

You were like, "Oh my gosh!" Super excited and so supportive so, thank you!

And obviously now I've approached you to come along

As one of our Keynote Speaker I guess for our workshops for the event.

So what will delegates learn from your workshops if they come over to Cebu?

Sandy: So it will depend on the person on what that they need to learn, so I'm also

While I've been very successful in business.

I took Tourism business from $70k in the Red to a $15 Million sale

So I know all the pain points.

I also

Think that

Different businesses have different pain points.

And so when the delegates can come over and sit there, there will be certain things that will really

Mean so much more to them then perhaps the person sitting next to them.

Because they're all at a different stage.

As also an NLP Master and Trainer,

I'm very much about the fact that there's a lot of stuff going on in your unconscious mind

Right that is a roadblock and I will be honest and say to you, Dee

That often we're all sending in our own way of being successful in our businesses.

And that's something that we will certainly discuss on the workshop and clear those roadblocks for people.

And that's what these types of events do which is why I'm so excited about coming.

And I'm just gonna say it was on my goal, at least.

So thank you for letting me tick off that business goal so early in the year.

Dee: Yup yup. Brilliant, brilliant!

Next-gen Samsung Galaxy S phone will feature an in display fingerprint sensor ● Tech News ● #TECH - Duration: 2:17.

The in-display fingerprint sensor is increasingly gaining traction among Android OEMs after

Vivo showcased the technology for the first time at CES 2018, and Samsung may be following

suit next year.

According to a report from South Korea, Samsung has confirmed that it will incorporate an

under-display fingerprint scanner into its next-generation Galaxy S flagship, which is

expected to debut in 2019.

Of course, Samsung Display is expected to build the Super AMOLED display for the device

while Qualcomm will reportedly develop an ultrasonic solution for the in-display sensor.

That means Samsung's version of the technology will be significantly different from Vivo's

optics-based solution, in which a fingerprint image will appear at the bottom of the screen.

On the other hand, an ultrasonic-based sensor will work to identify the fingerprint features

through the changes in the intensity and position of sound waves.

The report also claims the next-gen Galaxy S phone will be the first Samsung device to

include the in-display fingerprint scanner.

In that case, the Galaxy Note9 won't likely be coming with that feature when it debuts

in August, contrary to previous reports.

Samsung has been reportedly studying the technology for quite some time now, dating back to the

days when the South Korean tech giant was developing the Galaxy S8 range.

The latest report indicates Samsung is ready to commercialize the in-display fingerprint

sensor, beginning with its upcoming Galaxy S device,

which isn't likely to be called the Galaxy S10 as the company is considering adopting

a new naming scheme for its flagship phones.

Top 5 Biggest Disney Fails That Will Ruin Your Childhood - Duration: 7:00.

Oh Alice shes always getting herself into some crazy situation.

Don't worry we will be talking more about her and her drug problems further down the

list.

Yeah it's a crazy list.

Hey guys im Court McGinley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.

Before we get started I want to remind you to stay tuned until the end of the video as

I will be answering your questions and reading comments.

Also don't forget to leave your questions down below so I can answer them in an upcoming

video.

Alright lets get started on out list of the top 5 biggest Disney fails that will ruin

your childhood.

Starting off at our number 5 spot--Cinderella- This movie came out in 1950- but despite it

being older its definitely a staple Disney movie that many kids watch.

I mean she is the second official Disney princess after all.

Also Walt did say that she was his favorite as he loved her rags to riches storyline.

Now the fail im about to mention is not one I agree with but it is out there in the world-

so many people talk about it and agree with it so I feel like it needs to be mentioned.

During one scene Jauq and Gus are scrambling around collecting the beads that are rolling

on the floor from Cinderella's broken necklace.

They are then in an odd position and Jauq begins stringing beads onto Guses tail.

3:01-3:08 https://youtu.be/8RI9_tD8jT0 .Yeah to me this scene just seems playful but apparently

people are trying to say that jauq and Gus are sexually experimenting with sex toys.

Yeah that's a stretch but apparently hundreds of people are saying this is whats happening.

In at number 4--Lion King- ok now this is an extremely well known fail- but that's

basically because its one of the biggest Disney fails out there so I had to include it on

this list.

This movie came out in 1994.

In it theres a nighttime scene that takes place right before Rafiki and Simba meet.

Simbas an adult and nothing is going his way.

Hes tired and so he plops down on the edge of a cliff- this motion causes a big dust

cloud to appear.

And allegedly for a few seconds the dust cloud spells out the word sex when the letters S-E-X

apparently appear.

This is the scene- 2 sec to 7 sec https://youtu.be/ltEvzsLUFBc . Now I definitely don't remember this-

but then again as a kid its probably not something I would notice either.

But people have been trying to prove it by taking still shots of the image and outlining

the letters.

Because of this parents were enraged.

Cant really say I blame then.

That's definitely not appropriate for as Disney film.

But its also been speculated that this doesn't spell out sex at all- but rather it spells

out SFX which the special effects team tring to sneak in there so they could leave their

mark on the movie.

But man oh man was that the biggest mistake ever.

Plus im pretty sure it actually spells out sex I mean theres a pretty definitive bottom

line on that E. At number 3--Aladdin and the king of thieves-

this movie came out in 1996.

In this movie Jasmine and Aladdin are finally tying the knot.

Just as the duo are getting ready for their wedding ceremony their castle becomes under

attack when a group on bandits break it.

During all the commotion the castle begins to shake and rumble.

Its at this time that genie chimes in and says I thought the earth wasn't suppose

to move until the honeymoon.

Check it out 9 sec – 11 sec https://youtu.be/4hHTEcRCM80 . Yeah that's a little inappropriate there

Genie.

Now as a kid you might chuckle along to this comment but you don't really know what he

means.

But as an adult you know what hes referring to and it is pretty inappropriate that they

chose to put this line into a childrens movie.

Coming in at number 2--Alice in Wonderland- this movie came out in 1951 and the amount

of casual drug use portrayed in this movie oh my god.

Yeah its actually ridiculous.

Alice is just over in wonderland taking whatever is handfed to her by complete strangers.

She doesn't think twice or think about the consequences.

Shes popping cookies- consuming mysterious drinks.

Yeah this movie is just basically one big acid trip.

I guess her parents never told her not to talk to strangers let alone never consume

anything someone you don't know gives you.

I mean look at the characters we come across- theres a caterpillar smoking weed- a rabbit

abusing Adderall- and then we have the mad hatter who seems to be on every drug imaginable.

Then we have poor sweet Alice who is just trying to fit in- so shes just drinking and

eating everything that's handed to her.

Yeah that's not a good way to live life girl.

Apparently in the movie Alice is suppose to be 7 years old.

Yeah if shes like this as a kid I don't even want to know what happened to her as

a teenager.

Alright and before we jump into number 1 I just want to remind you guys to please show

us some love by giving this video a big thumbs up- and subscribing to our channel.

And once again stay tuned until the end of the video as I will be answering your questions.

And if you would like to be featured in an upcoming video then make sure you leave those

questions below.

And in at number 1--The Song of the South- This movie came out in 1946 and they really

pushed all boundaries with this one.

I don't know what Disney was thinking.

they really messed up with this one.

As you know im a hardcore Disney fan but no way I could get behind this and defend their

decisions on this one.

This is a live action animated movie and pretty much by far the most inappropriate movie Disney

has ever made.

But they have done a good job of keeping this movie hidden from the public over the last

30 years.

So basically this is a movie about an African American character named uncle Remus.

Hes presumed to be a former slave who is happily working for a white family on their plantation

as a handy man during the post- civil war time.

Throughout the movie uncle Remus tells the children stories about several different animals-

such as a fox- a rabbit and a bear.

Over the years critics have referred to this movie one of Hollywoods most offensive and

racist texts.

Its also been called out for basically glorifying slavery.

This video has never been officially released in its entirety on home video in the US.

And now you know why.

But before all of the negative attention took over this movie it did manage to win an award

for best song.

And that song was Zip-a-di-do-dah.

Which im sure many of you have heard before.

Alright now its that time of the week where im going to answer you questions and read

comments.

So lets get started.

In a video where wa talked about the queen- The Bidmaster said- The queen has dogs?

I know it because Im one and thanks for answering mew question.

Yes she does- or rather she did.

Sadly her last corgi passed away a few weeks ago.

Craig Dean Hockenhull said so cool- Thank you so much.

Craig also asked if we could do a list about the top 5 facts about river thames.

And to be honest I was unsure what that was and I discovered that it's a river that

flows through south eastern England.

So I will make that suggestion for you craig because I think that's a pretty cool idea.

Dan H said- I love you so much you are the best.

Love from my whole family in the US.

Thank you so much Dan and say hi to your family for me.

Also all of the crew here sends our love to you guys.

Next- Moondust Laylay said- Wow Early also cool vid- Thank you so much!

Glad you liked it and congratulations on being part of the early squad.

I didn't know that was a thing but apparently some of you hashtag that in our videos so

yeah there you go.

Well there you have it that's our list of the top 5 biggest Disney fails that will ruin

your childhood.

As always Thank you so much for watching don't forget to show us some love by giving this

video a big thumbs up- subscribing and turning that notification bell on.

Also leave any and all your questions so you can be featured in our next video and ill

catch you in the next one.

AFTER THIS YOU WILL BELIEVE IN GOD - Duration: 5:38.

the moon is 400 times closer to Earth than the Sun and the Sun is 400 times

larger than the moon

What does this mean? It means that when the moon comes in

between the Sun and the earth they both seem the same size to us, such that we

form a perfect Eclipse

now you might be thinking yeah that standard stuff mate

it's not standard stuff because in our solar system there are approximately 166

moons and that never happens to any other planet because either the moon

seems too big or the Sun seems too big but why is it the only on earth it's so specific?

It's as if Allah is trying to tell us something...

As we know when the universe was created we had hydrogen and helium. But we need

carbon for life to exist. Hydrogen & Helium is all well and good but to form carbon

you need three helium's to come together to form carbon so there's a scientist

called Sir Fred Hoyle he wanted to see how these three helium's come together

so of course in the lab they do what they gotta do but he noticed that nothing

really was happening. So then it occurred to him that maybe these three heliums

will come together at a specific Resonance

In other words there has to be a

specific 'Nuclear ground state energy' so he tried that

and it worked

and he noticed that if it was different for even 1% the helium's would not

come together to form carbon. After discovering this Hoyle later confessed

that nothing has shaken his atheism more than this discovery

As we know the Sun and the Earth is at a reasonable distance yeah

if it was too close we would all burn

If it was too further away we would all freeze

if this relationship between Earth and the Sun changed for

even 2% there'd be no life on this planet guys that's how much it's finely tuned

As we know everything is made from Atoms but there's two forces that are

holding atoms together. You've got the Electromagnetic force, which holds the

structure of the atom and then you've got the Nuclear Strong force which holds

the nucleus of the atom

These two have to be at a specific ratio for life to exist

Now what's this ratio? Let me tell you

it's 1 over 10 to the power 16

10 to the power 16 is 10 0 0 0 0 0

16 times

Now that is a very very specific

Now if this fine-tuning wasn't there there'd be no stars, if there's no stars,

there'd be no planets, if there's no planets there will be no life

At the dawn of the Big Bang there was something called Dark energy which is pushing our

universe out there

now this is so finely tuned, that if this force was too much

the universe would have exploded and nothing would have formed

if it was too less it would have collapsed upon itself and again nothing would have formed

Now how much is this force? Well, let me tell you mate.

It's 1 over 10 to the power 120

That is very very specific

Astrophysicist Hugh Ross says,

that the chance of our planet existing in the universe

it's so rare...how rare though?

well, he calculated it was 1 over 10 to the power 30

that's the chance that a planet like ours could form in the universe

the fine-tuning argument guys

it's such a solid proof for the existence of a designer the atheists go

to great lengths to disprove these minute minute probabilities

in fact the best thing they've come up with is the Multiverse theory

which what they said is, there's an infinite amount of universes out there so the chance of a

universe or a solar system or a planet like ours forming is actually probable

but guys there's no proof for the Multiverse theory it's just a hypothesis

at this moment in time and it's just another creative way to delay the

existence of God, because it's inevitable

yeah if you're a reasonable person it's

inevitable for you to start questioning that there has to be a creator
