some of my favorite tips that you can use right now.

with the amazing group from Flipgrid

and I want to show you something

that you can do right now today,

and it involves Flipgrid, this absolutely amazing product.

And what they added to it was Immersive Reader.

Anytime a teacher creates a topic,

all I have to do is click on that topic and every

single topic now has an option for Immersive Reader.

So if I have a struggling reader,

I can some in here, I can see my topic outline,

I can change the font size,

I can change the background color.

I could come in here,

I could even turn on the parts of speech.

I can even come in here and I can say picture dictionary

which will show me what a certain word is in pictures.

And even cooler, it now also supports language translation,

so it will also translate to a variety of languages,

so there's translate, and then the really neat thing

is I could also have this read the entire thing back to me.

This is a very powerful tool for struggling readers.

Hello from BETT 2019.

I am here to share with you some of my favorite tips

that you can use right now.

If you have not seen Office Lens before,

Office Lens allows you to take a picture of a whiteboard,

and it allows you to take a picture of a document,

even a business card.

And once you do that, you can share that image

to a variety of locations.

I will share mine usually to Microsoft OneNote.

Why? Because Microsoft OneNote will take any picture

that has text,

and it will go ahead and it will recognize the text,

performing OCR.

Once it does that,

a world of opportunities are available to me,

including Immersive Reader,

which is an application

that will actually help me read the text more effectively,

perfect for me as a struggling reader,

as well as teachers and students

and anyone you know that might struggle with reading.

So I can go within moments from taking a picture of text,

be it on a page,

on a newspaper,

place it into OneNote,

and having it read to me and helping me,

not just in the language I speak,

but a variety of languages.

So imagine a student taking a picture

of a page of a textbook in English

and having that page of a textbook read back to them

in their native language.

It's available and you can do it

and it's all available for free.

Impressionist painter Monet also has came to Zaandam.

He painted 30 beautiful works of art in Zaandam.

You can get a new impression about Zaandam if you see Monet's paintings before traveling.

BT Daily: Can the Government Shut You Down? - Duration: 2:37.

[Darris McNeely] Has the government shut down, shut you down?

As I speak in America, the American government has been shut down for nearly a month.

Several hundred thousand people have been furloughed government workers without a paycheck.

And it's been an ongoing drama here in America and an unfortunate situation but a part of

our other governmental matters at this time.

But it's made me think about the fact that when the government shuts down that's the

best thing in the world but it teaches a lesson perhaps about something else larger for every

one of us and that is to not get shut down.

So not let life shut us down even when things happen that are beyond our control, workers

that are furloughed on the U.S. government that's beyond their control.

Sometimes it hits us in private employment as well, sometimes other things happen come

into our life.

And it reverses, it discourages, it depresses, it puts us off in another direction, it can

shut us down.

We can prepare for the inevitabilities of problems and difficulties challenges in life

and then sometimes, as they say, it comes pretty quickly and we may not be prepared

or in some cases, nothing might prepare us for what will hit us and we have to avoid

being shut down.

As I speak, we're in the midst of winter, a lot of snows been very cold gray days.

And even that seasonal depression they call it can impact people, you, me can shut down

emotionally and just become lethargic if we let it.

There's a scripture that I think all of us should remember number of scriptural principles

probably on matter like this, but it's in Psalm 23, the well-known shepherd Psalm.

And in verse 4, it says, "Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."

We have to keep that in mind.

No matter what happens, no matter what life might throw at us.

I used to give a talk to people in some of the lectures on the circuit that I was on

at the time called "When life throws you a curve."

Life throws us curveballs at times and as any baseball hitter knows, you got to know

when and how and learn how to hit the curve if you're going to succeed.

Life throws us curveballs, it can shut us down, we have to learn how to get back up.

Keep God in the picture, go to God, be close to his word.

It's gonna keep us from being shut down.

What We Can Learn From Ocean Ramsey - Duration: 8:07.

well hello friend and welcome to another episode of my 100 day to prosperity

journey my name is Timesha so glad to have you here with me today

today I'm gonna talk to you about something that is trending it's ocean

Ramsey she's a marine biologist and she happened to be swimming with a shark I

mean really swimming with the sharks she actually was touching the shark and

poking the shark and everything while they were swimming in this deep blue

ocean and somewhere off of Hawaii and I found that to be amazing for many

different reasons but the fact that she was doing this and had no fear I mean

bold you know this 6,000 pound animal 20 feet long that could have turned at any

monie moment and snapped at her and killed her and that would been the end

of it you know she was swimming with this beautiful fish and she was

documenting things about the great white sharks that we don't really know about

and basically putting it out there and showing her passion through video in her

Instagram and I found this to be amazing for several different reasons and this

is what I learned from her whole experience number one I learned that she

loved her job and it's so important to love what you do I mean the passion and

boldness that she has to go out there you know milk my miles off shore and to

find these big majestic animals that are not you know friendly you know they're

not you know they're not you know docile in the list in the least

you know if the great white shark wanted her to stop bothering her all the

shark had to do was turn and bite I mean you know to put your life on the line

like that you have to have tenacity you have to want it you have to be

passionate about it and so many of us are in situations

where we don't have passion about what it is that we do when we wake up in the

morning me included we dread going to work we feel like we don't want to do it

matter of fact I had a horrible week last week and the main reason why was

just because well mainly you know the circumstances didn't lend itself to the

best thought processes but it was my fault

you know I talked to you about living above the line and last week I did not

you know I fell very far below it because I was you know tired and I

didn't want to go to work and you know I just couldn't dredge myself out of that

funk and I did I took it out on the kids I sure did and I'm not proud of it and I

did some of the blame in-game not really a lot of the blaming but I did complain

a lot and you know it just was not a good week for me and at the end of the

week Friday I started having you know minor panic attacks especially since

next week it's gonna be a full fledge week where i'm gonna have to do a whole

lot of stuff a lot of paperwork and trying to you know get people to pass

classes that they haven't passed all year so far were in the second semester

and you know being responsible for all of that stuff built stress and to see

ocean Ramsey story of how she just was without abandoned she just went out

there and did her job and loves it gave me hope

that I can eventually get to that point - and you know I'm 37 years old I

shouldn't be having stress panic attacks chest pains

you know difficulty breathing because I just can't deal with the stress of work

at that point it's time to find something else okay and if you're in

that position where you dread going to work or maybe you like your job but the

stress of it is so much that you know you have to pop pills just to make it

through the day you know you have to you know drink a whole bunch of coffee just

to get through the next meeting you know you your health is waning you don't see

your family you're you know mad at the world you need to take a really good

look at your life and see is what I'm doing worth it is what I'm doing it

might be making me money but am I being prosperous am i prosperous isn't

everything in my life thriving or am I just surviving

am I just living paycheck to paycheck just to pay my bills go to work pay my

bills and just exist and life isn't worth that you weren't put on this earth

just to exist you weren't put on this earth to thrive you were put on this

earth to dominate and if you're not doing that if you're not being

prosperous in your life and I'm not just talking about financially I'm talking

about in every area of your life if you're not living like ocean Ramsey or

you can get up and live without abandoned and live without fear and say

you know screw the naysayers and the people in my community who says that

what I'm doing is risky I'm gonna go out and I'm gonna swim with this shark if

you're not gonna if you're not living like that then you're not living you're

just existing and who wants to do that God wants something better for you I

want something better for you and I hope you want something better for

all starts with you you can do it five keys how motivational video number one

decide with yourself to succeed right so decide with yourself that you

are ready for success that you want to succeed and you want to do whatever it

is that you put your mind to and succeed at it no matter what obstacles come your

way no matter what boulders are thrown or what lightning or thunder strikes

you decide with yourself that that is what you plan to do whatever obstacles

come your way promise yourself you will demolish them if any in every sense and

in every way eliminate all negative influences out of your life and work and

promise yourself to always move forward despite any setbacks or failures right

so promise yourself or decide with yourself you want success step number

one you can do it five keys help motivational video step number two

plan with yourself so make a plan with yourself not with anybody else make

a plan with yourself what do you want and how are you going to do it right

let's goes back to goal setting one of the most crucial things you'll do in life is

write your goals down and I keep going on and on about this but that's how

important they really are and again this is discussed in a lot more detail in my

video how to set goals in life and achieve them six important ways so don't

miss that I miss out on that but plan with yourself so write down in detail

everything you want so if you want a nice big house write down what you want

and how that house is going to look every single detail of it imagine it

right write it down because the idea and exercise of taking something from

here and putting it on paper is powerful extremely powerful and extremely

important for this process of self belief for this process of success and

achievement so write down your goals your strategies and how you're gonna do

it you know someone once said that life is hard and we just have to get through

it every step of the way and that's what it is so you have to be ready that you

know you might have the most brilliant plan that things might not go your way

it's okay it's okay you just get up and you do it again step number three push

yourself be better than yourself right you have to get the mindset of scarcity

and competitiveness out of your head all right you are a non-competitive

plane this is what you need to think like so you're not competing with Joe

down the road Mary up the road or whatever the case might be create a

mindset that you need to be better than yourself so push yourself drive yourself

to be better each day than you were the last improve on yourself invest time in

yourself learn and grow progress as an individual before you start trying to be

better than anybody else be better than yourself each and every day you need to

evolve and improve and be better than the person you were yesterday so that is

step number three step number four build an unbreakable will the man who thinks

he can and will nobody can break him down and guess what he will do it he can

do it because he will never give up people want to conquer the world

conquer nations conquer villages and towns and cities but the most important

conquest of anyone's life is to be able to conquer yourself first and foremost

so be that person conquer yourself because that will be the biggest

greatest achievement of your life in ways you would not even realize now you

you know you know I've ever heard a statement that where you are today is the

result of what you did yesterday or the day before or the day before well it is

true so don't waste any more time because what you do now will be what

you'll be living and appreciating or enjoying or not enjoying in the future

so don't waste time do whatever we need to do now in order to create a better

future for yourself and don't take this lightly because what

you do now is a reflection of what's going to be like tomorrow but you can do

it you can do it you can do it just believe that you can do it and you can

do it don't waste time remember you can do it

you are the master of your own fate and despite all odds you will triumph and

conquer life you can do it you have the power within you everyone has this

power within him all we have to do is just break those chains and be free and

know in our hearts in every possible way that we can do it we can do it ah we

can do it you know I'm sure you all know the story about the poor farmer his land

is not fertile so now he goes miles and miles away to different lands for

years and years to find more fertile fields

in order to grow his crop and succeed in life only to discover years later that

that he can't really find these fertile fields so what is left to do comes back

to his own place and he starts digging his own place and what happens he hits

on diamonds he discovers loads and loads of diamonds so the point I'm trying to

make with the stories don't be that farmer who's running off for something

that you think might be better out there work with where you are because where

you are is your acres of diamond work with what you have believe what you

have because you can do it you can create an incredible life you can and

you know that belief cannot be more represented by any individual human

being on this earth in my opinion than Oprah she is absolutely epitome of the

slogan you can do it and actually going to all this a lot more detail in my

video how to live like Oprah three vital must do's so don't miss out on that one

I want you repeat after me I can do it repeat it I know it sounds a

bit silly but repeat it and if you're in sitting in a public space well repeat in

your mind or whispered whatever I can do it I can do it I can do it and I want

you to say this to yourself a thousand times if you want to every day or ten

times or twenty times but keep saying this to yourself on a regular basis and

guess what I can do it will become a reality so in summary you can do it five

Can-Am Ryker Review! - Duration: 3:09.

Hey guys welcome back to Family PowerSports my name is Michael Thero the

internet sales manager here we're here for another weekly walk around now you

may be familiar with the Can-Am Spyders, but you may not be so familiar with the

brand new Can-Am Ryker what Can-Am is brought out to you what this thing is

something that's very simplified very reliable and very affordable starting at

$8,499 for their 600 going up to $10,999

for the rally addition this is nothing but affordable you just pick which one

you want to go right on now what's unique to ride or the Ryker is it's

fully customizable this thing has adjustable handlebars you lift this

little tab up you slide this song of a gun forward if you got long arms you're

gonna need it now let me walk around here if you have long legs flip this up

slider forward flipper down you're good to go now what's really unique about

this machine is it's fully automatic but it's always in gear you decide whether

it's going to go forward or backwards you just go forward and backwards you

can use your hand or you can use your foot now again fully customizable let me

show you something that's pretty unique and that we are one of the first to have

we have the record display you can customize exactly how you want this

machine to look now what's really cool about it you pick what you want to today

a year or two from now you kind of bored with the colors that's cool!

come and get new panels for that's all you got to do you don't have to buy a

whole new bike just make it what you want to so let me show you what we're

talking about so you want to customize this little 900 right over here you can

maneuver this thing around and see exactly how you want to look and let's

say we want to add different side panels and we want to make it yellow the

exclusive panels doggone it it just went away on me the exclusive panels and what

Deric's talking to on that is you're gonna have base colors that this comes

with and you can get the exclusive panels every six months they're gonna

paint new panels once that color runners done it's gone you can't get it again so

it's kind of a limited edition paint scheme

so for examples sake this one's gonna be like a metallic blue haze blue you can

go midnight red you could go electric yellow it's one of my favorites we

actually had a yellow one go home today so if you see any holes in our display

the reason for that is because we're selling these things and people are

designing it any which way they want to now there's a lot more to this thing we

Hardest Unbreakable Box Challenge Can He Win $5000 REAL CASH?! - Duration: 14:55.

What's up Team Stew welcome to our channel.

It's good to see you guys.

Today we're doing the unbreakable box challenge.

We've got five thousand dollars right here.

We've got some Plexiglas.

We got some box we got an exacto knife we got some tape and today we're going to make

an unbreakable box for Huck.

So Huck is only going to get 20 minutes to get into this unbreakable box.

So I did a little research to figure out what the strongest shape I should make this unbreakable

box and I found that the triangle is the strongest structure in the world.

And so in this video we are going to make our Indestructible box into a pyramid and

see if it's harder for him to break into it.

Time's ticking.

Hey guys.

Now we're going to make a box out of a pyramid.

We've got a Plexiglas we're going to take the plexiglass and cut it in the triangle

and then we're going to make the other sides and then we're going to duct tape it all together.

We've got five thousand dollars on the line.

Let's see if we can make a box that he can't get into.

Hey guys we got ourselves our two pieces of Plexiglas that is going to shield the money

so you can at least see the money and then we're going to Reinforce the rest of it with

cardboard and tape and everything.

So we're going to take these two pieces together and I'll see you guys when I've gotten a little

bit further.

We've got a double thick Plexiglass all taped up.

Now we're going to go ahead and attach the other side of the pyramid.

Okay so I think what I'm going to do I'm going to put the glass piece done first and then

I'm going to tape All the other sides.

It's kind of like this into a tri force like this.

Then we're going to bring them up and make our pyramid just like that and then it's going

to look something like that.

You can kind of see what it is going to look like.

I think it's going to be awesome.

It's going to be really awesome.

I'm so excited for this actually.

Ok we've got all sides covered.

Looks like a solar panel.

It's kind of cool.

Actually works better than I thought it would.

That's awesome.

Corner is finished here.

Tape on my arm.

That really hurts.

I think I'm gonna go ahead and put the money in.

Ok about to seal the thing up and then we're going to reinforce the outside.

Look at that.

So it is actually I could tell this thing has It's really really strong and it's gonna

get even stronger.

I can hit that pretty hard and I'm fairly confident that it's going to hold together

for at least quite a while.

I know... and look at that all that money.

We'll look at all that money.

Ok guys we're going to do some colors.

Yeah.

Finally to the colors.

I think this thing is completely covered in dark black tape.

It is pretty strong.

So let's go ahead and start coloring our Unbreakable box With some cool tape.

Hey guys here is the finished unbreakable box.

Pyramid I guess This thing is going to be so strong I can feel it is like so so strong.

Look at how cool all these sides are.

They've got the money.

You see the money on the side.

Double pane you got the pink side green side money side blue side on the bottom.

I don't know if he's going to be able to get into this.

I'm sure eventually he will.

But how long we're gonna have a time limit on the game and if he can get in in 20 minutes

he wins.

If not.

He loses.

Simple as that.

Who knows.

I hope it doesn't last for like two seconds that would be kind of dumb if not it still

looks really cool.

Ok guys I'm about to call Huck.

How long do you think it's going to take Huck to break into this.
