word here really ought to be "won't." I won't.

overcome life situations. So when we say "I won't," it's really because we don't

choose to say, "With the help of God I will."

Yeah, Davide, how did you learn to do

all those cool hip hop dance moves I just saw?

- I go to hip hop dance classes a couple of times a week.

- Wow!

Do all of you take hip hop dance classes?

- I've never taken a hip hop dance class before.

What's it like?

- It's really fun.

First the dance teacher shows you some new moves, like this.

- Then we practice the new moves

and finally, we get to put the moves together

to make a routine, like this.

The teacher shows us the move, and then we follow along.

from ballet to hip hop, you learn the dances the same way.

- I do well in my ballet class, but I don't know.

Ballet seems really different from hip hop dancing.

I love learning new styles of dance.

So, now we are talking about approaching these four activities

which you are anyway performing, with better understanding in a more systematic

way so that it yields the necessary result.

What is it that you're giving?

Your agitations, irritations, your anxieties, passing it on to children, isn't it?

If you're really, really concerned about your children,

if you are truly concerned about your children, creating a joyful and loving atmosphere for

their growth is most important.

Not providing them shiny boots, not providing them better clothes,

not providing them video games, not providing them something else is important.

You creating an atmosphere of joy and love around them on a daily basis,

moment to moment, is more important than all the nonsense that

you're providing.

If you're able to manage your work and your children, everything, do it.

You don't know whether you really need it or not.

With all this work, what you have earned, your children,

your husband, your wife, or whatever,

you are no more enjoying it.

Then why do you need all this?

All these things you created because you thought this is the source of

your joy, isn't it?

But right now that has become the source of your anxiety and misery.

Then you better look at the fundamentals of your life once again, isn't it?

Isn't it so?

You got educated, you found a job,

you married, you produced children, all this, why?

Because you thought this is going to be the source of your happiness and well-being.

Isn't it so?

But now that is taking your life.

If it is so, you must look at it.

One thing is maybe, if you're incapable of handling it,

maybe you have to scale it down.

If you're capable of enhancing your capabilities, you must do that.

Now, if you invest, let us say even 30 minutes a day into your

yoga, you will see you will gain immensely,

even in terms of time.

One, first thing that'll happen is, your sleep quota will come down.

Now if you're sleeping for eight hours a day,

that means one third of your life you are sleeping it off, isn't it?

If your body and your mind is more energized and active

What I have found with people is, with simple process of yoga.

Within six to eight weeks, lot of them, their level of performance becomes

such, what they were doing in eight hours,

they're very easily able to do it in three to four hours.

Simply because, if you observe yourself through the day,

suppose we take a video of your whole day without you being aware of it,

you will notice how much unnecessary movement and unnecessary

words and unnecessary activities are happening in your

life.

You must do it one day.

Please hire a video camera man and ask him to shoot you

without you knowing about it.

You will see how many unnecessary things you are doing in a day.

If your mind became more organized, these unnecessary words,

these unnecessary actions, these unnecessary things will disappear.

Once they go away, you have lot of time.

You have 24 hours to live, you know?

Now we don't have to make this into 26 hours, 24 hours are enough.

We can do a lot in 24 hours.

If we are organized and focused human beings, we can do plenty in 24 hours time.

If you're disorganized and unfocused, you think there is no time.

A Little Gift So You Can Start 2019 With Some New Ace Combat Lore! - Duration: 4:00.

Hello aces and welcome to 2019!

I hope you have enjoyed your New Year's celebration, hope you have enjoyed your fireworks and I

hope this year will bring you more accomplishments in your work life, study life, love life,

family life - and most important of all - your gaming life because Ace Combat 7 is almost here.

I'm sure you are all excited.

And I wanted to thank you guys for the support throughout the years for those of you who

have been following since when my channel wasn't even named 'Ace Combat Fan', to those

of you who have joined the Ace Combat hype since December of 2015, and those of you who

have joined more recently.

We're almost there, Ace Combat 7 is almost here.

Now, other than just wish you a happy new year, I'm making this video to present you

with a small announcement of a project that I have working on for 'some time'.

Back in 2017, in the later part of the year, I started a translation project to translate

the one and only Ace Combat novel: Ikaros in the Sky, which was released only in Japan.

And I am happy to announce that the translation has been completed so you can enjoy the lore

from Ikaros in the Sky in English OR Spanish OR even Brazilian Portuguese before the release

of Ace Combat 7!

It has been a long time but it's finally here.

In the description you will find the links to Project Lighthouse's website where you

will be able to read the entire novel which is focused on the development of the ASF-X Shinden II,

my favourite aircraft original from the Ace Combat series.

But the book also talks about some interesting thing such as the Q-X, or Quox, the unmanned

aerial vehicle which was featured heavily in Ace Combat Infinity.

It also talks about the CFA-44 Nosferatu, which appears in the book but I'm not going

to tell you how as it is a surprise you will see, and also talks about Nagase and her very

interesting features like...

Personality!

Yes, of course, personality is very important.

And also Wataru Asano, who is one of the other main characters and his mysterious past.

As you read the book you will be able to find some references to other previous Ace Combat

games and I thought overall that it was a very interesting and enjoyable book.

It is not even that long, it may sound long if I say it's 230 pages, but because the size

of the pages is rather small you will be able to read it in no time!

And before we finish here I just wanted to do a quick shout-out to all the people who

have helped me in this project.

First we have the MVP of our translations: TaskForce23.

Because he did an amazing job translating from the original Japanese to English and

without his help this project would not have been possible.

I also wanted to thank the guys at Project Lighthouse for their help in organizing, in

the beginning I didn't have a structure or where to post the materials I had translated,

but they did an amazing job providing the website, organizing the translations and also

helping in the effort to translate to languages other than English.

So among them we have RibbonBlue for helping with the layout and the webpage and also Cubeboy

for translating from English to Spanish - thank you so much guys!

And also LegendRazgriz for helping me with the translation from English to Brazilian

Portuguese.

We also have some other translators working on different languages, I think we have Indonesian,

German and French currently ongoing, so thank you so much guys for what you are doing and

hopefully these translations will be ready soon.
