during the government shutdown and we are budgeting our way through this

crisis and in truth this information and how we're handling it applies to

everyone because you may not be affected by the government shutdown but you might

have a crisis in your future and how we're dealing with it may help you down

the road. My husband Mauricio and I both work for

the federal government. Me as a direct hire and my husband as a contractor and

right now our budget has been cut smack in half and I am not getting paid and

Mauricio is getting paid for the moment. We do know that we will get this money

back but that doesn't help us pay our bills today and put food on the table

today. So we have to reach out to a lot of the companies that we pay on a

monthly basis and I am gonna tell you exactly what they said and how how we're

gonna make it

saw that I was gonna make some phone calls and I made those phone calls and

Mauricio made phone calls there were a lot of phone calls going out and so now

I want to tell you what everybody said first things first

from what I understand my vision insurance and my dental insurance now

that we are two paychecks behind is no longer being covered so I am planning on

having to pay the premium on the vision and the dental and we need that dental

insurance right now because Malia is just had a huge dentist appointment

where we discovered that she was probably gonna have to get some things

fixed and it's gonna be costly so we will be writing those into the budget

although I'm not really sure how to go about paying those just yet I'm assuming

I'll get some sort of bill but as of right now I don't know oh I know also I

have been on the fence about Molina swimming and Spanish so I went ahead and

advised both of them of our situation and same with the storage unit I let

them know hey we are government workers impacted by this for now we are gonna

continue making these payments but please understand that there is a

possibility if this goes really long we're gonna have to cancel or we're

gonna have to ask that you let us pay when it's all over but just to let you

know we are in that situation right now and all of them were super understanding

and kind with no issues whatsoever so Marie cm school loan which is a hundred

and eighty five dollars a month they said they would put us in forbearance

and Mauricio but we couldn't do that until we were already behind on our

payment so we have decided we will probably

continue paying that as long as Mauricio is getting paid we really don't want to

go into forbearance for anything so we will probably continue paying that that

was with Nelnet is Hugh hauls his school in we called USAA about our loan which

is 1180 660 a month and they are just adding months onto the end they said for

every month that the government is shut down they will take a month off the

front and put it on the back and us knowing that we're gonna be paying it

off sooner rather than later we're just super excited that they were

this flexible with our car and renter's insurance and life insurance it was a

little bit of a different situation because you know obviously we pay to

keep those policies in place and basically what they have told us is

they're gonna work with us we'll pay what we can pay you know if it's just

$10 just to keep the policy active and then when it's all over we will catch up

with how much we need to pay them but for now we are paid up to date so we

couldn't really negotiate those so I put those on the calendar to call on the

date that the payment was due then Melina is before-and-after Kara I called

them and they were super kind they told us just not to even worry about it

and then once we started getting paid we could pay them back in Fairfax County is

pretty awesome about that there's a huge number of government employees and a lot

of the people the first question they asked me was do you still need the

services so that tells me there are a lot of people that are furloughed who

are sitting at home and they actually are working with people as well who are

sitting at home unfortunately I am not one of those people and I have to go to

work every day and before and after care is 608 dollars a month audible audible

is $15 a month that's 1495 I'm rounding up and I was able to put our account on

hold so they won't charge us for the next three months

if this goes longer than three months then I'll have to cancel my audible but

I actually have a credit sitting there waiting to be used and I didn't want to

lose it and if I cancelled my account I would lose that credit or car loan

Carmack's actually told us not to worry about it we just need to call the day of

they said you know we have been paying up to date and everything and they would

be happy to work with us so we just need to call they said they do have plans in

place for four people in our particular situation our Navy Federal Credit Card

this is the the debt that we are actually currently working to pay down

as quickly as possible and not probably because we've made several large

payments recently they're like nope don't even worry about it you're good

and so they are gonna let us go without a payment they made notes and that's it

and even Verizon is working with us so when we called they said they absolutely

had a plan in place for government workers but that we couldn't actually

really discuss it until we needed to make a payment and couldn't so we're

supposed to call when our payment is due at the very end of this month so we'll

do that on the 31st Apple music circle and Netflix Mauricio is gonna suspend

those I don't think he's actually done it I need to remember to nag him about

the HUD but his since the accounts are all under his name he has to handle them

and so he's supposed to put those on hold so here is what I am discovering

that if you have a good payment history and you are current on your bills and a

crisis like this happens call because the worst they can possibly say is no

you know I feel like it's worth the effort so I'll see you in the next one

But you've got to be able to be to just see it jump up and down in and out so should be going

I can't feed on the powerless when my cups already over filled

You can tell their is strength building up any muscle strength in your diaphragm

Push it out a little bit stronger

you actually never before have you hit that little build part during the bridge and today actually, I mean it was wrong,

But you were trying

You pushing it out. I am gonna try it . You though your voice out there . Like I am going to try it out.

No, actually they're like I said, there's an improvement it's those little little by little but

as long as the improvement is there

One of the things I notice is that you are kinda feeling more confident when you're singing when you're singing that you can tell

You're seeing is it's like there's just slightly more confidence

So now you're going for the notes, you know what I mean. you're going for those parts that you were usually were reluctant to sing

You're not doing it more confidently

So I would say it's at least 50% confidence and 50% ability with with vocals because you can't do anything unless you like

Okay, I'm gonna do that where I feel comfortable enough with my technique to do it

You're instilling the newfound confidence in there. So the new abilities and the strength and stuff

Already sounds better automatically, you know what I mean. So the most

How To Apply Constant Self Tuning To Get Great Results - Duration: 1:30.

James Schramko here. Today, I want to tell you how a constant self tuning system

can really help you get great results. Many, many years ago, a couple of decades

ago actually, I read a book by a plastic surgeon.

His name was Maxwell Maltz and the book was called Psycho-Cybernetics and one of

the core ideas in this book is that humans are goal-seeking devices.

We basically get what we think about. Now, I think there was a story about a missile

controlling system. If we launch a missile and it's got a controlling

guidance system, it will constantly check in to see if it's on track or not to hit

the target. That's basically the system that I use when I go about my business.

I think about where I'm heading and one way to do this is to get reporting. I get

frequent reporting. In fact, my team puts out a report every day with some of our

lead metrics and from that report we can see if we're on track or not with where

we're trying to go and we can make small adjustments. Making small adjustments on

an ongoing basis is much easier than going too far down the track and

realizing that you are way off track. So hopefully this helps you think about

humans as being a goal-seeking device and get regular reporting so that you

know if you're on track or not. I'm James Schramko. If you like this you'll

STARTING on a doll head | How to sculpt a base (shape neck&chest) | Epoxy clay | Mims Victims - Duration: 7:43.

Hi everyone.

In this video I will show and explain how I go about making a base for my doll heads

with epoxy clay.

Specifically, Apoxie Sculpt.

I will also talk a little about what I've changed over the past 3 years and why.

For my first few dolls I did not even make a base and just started on the head right away.

It was not impossible to add the neck afterwards, but it made my life a lot harder.

And for me personally it was a waste of time and energy.

So, I strongly suggest you to make a base.

I usually make multiple at once, so that when I feel a strong urge to sculpt, I can go right at it.

Then what I did for a while was this..

I would start with a bracket shape made of metal wire

and wrap aluminium foil around it like so.

I did this to save as much clay as possible, for one.

It's also generally important to try and keep the head light, since too much clay can

get heavy, and that means the doll can topple over more easily.

But there are 3 downsides to this shape and method.

First of all, with this shape, I could only give the dolls a high neck shirt.

Secondly, I started disliking the shape of it after a while, particularly from the side.

If you have a quick look at your own chest, you'll notice that this is not a natural

shape.

Really, it should be much flatter.

And lastly, I overestimated the strength of the epoxy clay.

From my experience, it needs to be at least 4 mm thick to be strong, but preferably more.

Strong as in, it can survive a fall.

So, filling up the neck mostly with aluminium foil, does not make it very strong.

As I said, I know from experience...

So even if you still prefer this shape, make sure to use enough clay to keep it sturdy.

And so, we move on to my current method.

And really, I don't know why I did not do it this way from the start.

I have actually made dolls a long time ago with more chest showing and I don't know

why I didn't stick to it, honestly.

We start with making our desired shape out of wire.

I use 1.3 mm gardening wire, but really it doesn't matter what you use for this, as

long as it's not too flimsy that it'll lose its shape while handling it.

The neck should be positioned a little more to the back.

I make a ball of aluminium foil for the head separately.

Then I use simple office tape on both sides to fill in the gaps.

If you are not using epoxy clay, you might want to use something else or skip this step

all together, as it might not be strong enough with tape in between.

Epoxy clay is known for its glue-like qualities, so it actually adheres to the tape.

Unlike other air-drying clays that might separate.

Now it's time to add some clay.

I add a layer to the ball of foil, but leave room for where the front of the face will be.

I sometimes already add the eyes and set them in place.

I leave it open if I don't know what it's going to be yet.

Then I add clay to the base all around, usually starting with the bottom.

At this point it will look far from perfect and it does not need to be.

But make sure there is enough clay around the neck at least.

Then I stick the metal wire into the ball of foil

and mush the clay together where the neck meets the head.

I place the head base on a piece of paper so it does not stick to my desk.

It doesn't matter if some paper will not come off the clay, since I'll be adding

another layer when it has fully hardened.

That is also the point where I add details like collarbones if I want to.

Even if the doll gets a shirt with a high neck, I prefer to make this larger base compared

to the smaller one I showed earlier.

It looks better under clothing and the head is much more secure on the body.

You could make the front of the base much larger if you'd like

and even sculpt cleavage for your doll.

Or make the top of it wider to show more shoulder.

In that case, just be aware that it can affect their movement a little.

Remember that there is not really a right or wrong way to make art,

but in the case of dolls, just make sure they don't break their neck.

How To Choreograph a Dance Routine | Dance Tips | STEEZY.CO - Duration: 3:06.

Hey guys this is Jessie and Clay

and in this video you're gonna learn how to choreograph your very own dance routine using these 6 easy tips.

Tip number one

know your purpose.

Not like in life or anything, but why are you making this dance routine in the first place

and who are you performing it front of?

Are you making it for a solo ballet recital?

Is it for a team competition?

Are you making a concept video for YouTube?

Are you performing at your Grandma's 80th birthday party?

Thinking about these things will help you choose your song, length of the piece,

and also the type of movements that you'll want to incorporate.

Yeah, you don't want to be twerking at your grandma's 80th birthday party.

Unless she's into that.

Tip number two

pick a song , cut it or mix it.

You don't have to hire a DJ or anything crazy

but you just gotta pick out which part of the song that you enjoy

and which ones you may want to cut and bring together or just change out.

This going to help you map your piece out.

Speaking of, tip number three: map out your routine.

Decide the major section of choreography or moves that you want to do.

So maybe the intro starts off slow, smooth, and sexy

and the chorus gets really, really hype

and the closer, you just gotta kill it off.

You know? Just, just...

meow

Meow?

Meow! ;)

And then you can fill in those in-between sections.

What I generally do, is that I'll pick out out my song

pick out my favorite beats, moments, or sounds inside the song

and then I will freestyle and record it, so that I can watch myself later

and go "Oh was a cool move!" then I'll keep that move and put it in my choreography.

Tip number four: use some old moves and then try out some new ones.

You might feel lost on how to even start choreographing a piece

because you're sitting there expecting some crazy, new unique movements to just come to you

and they're not coming to you.

So just start by doing moves that already feel comfortable to you

and we'll explain how to spice them up a little bit later.

Once you have the base of comfortable moves, then it's time to come up with some new ones.

Tip number five: embelleish and edit.

Ok, let's go back to your comfort moves now.

You can give them a little flavor by playing with different elements in choreography.

For example, take this harlem shake

now let's switch up the timing

or change your body placement

or play with your textures.

Aside from switching up those elements, you can also switch some little details like

changing up a hand placement, maybe a look

you can even do dimple moves.

These things will make your moves more interesting and more dynamic.

And last but not least, tip number six: practice, practice, practice.

Even if you know exactly what you want your piece to look like in here

the only way it'll actually look that way on your body is if you practice it.

Think back to our first question of "Why are you making that piece?"

Imagine yourself in that setting

put yourself onto that stage

in that party

in that concept video and practice the way you want to perform it.

Unofficial Latest AOSP Extended 6.2 Rom for All Phones - Tasty PIE || How it feels?💣 - Duration: 4:41.

This is kali from Techfanciers And after a quite a long time we are again

in the series of in depth look EP 15.

So, in this video we will be taking a look on latest AOSP Extended 6.2 which is based

on Android Pie 9.0.

Also, this is the first Rom that we are taking a look at android pie.

Well let's move!

//Intro// First we start with spec sheet and device

details.

I am currently using this AEX 6.2 on Asus Zenfone 2 laser.

This has 2 GB of Ram and Snapdragon 410 Quad Core processor.

This one is not the great spec to run the android pie.

But, here we see how it is going!

Well software wise, as I mention this is Android Open Source project Extended version 6.2 based

on Android PIE working on Android Security patch level January 5 2019.

Also, this is unofficial build.

So, there are some serious issues to mention.

But, we see some cool things that I noticed.

Before that I have to tell this, I am the biggest fan of AEX Rom past 6 months.

Earlier I was addicted to Resurrection Remix.

There are some unique theme colors and facilities that I like the Most in AEX.

Talking about the AEX 6.2 this gives pure android pie experience with tons of great

customization.

The Sheet list is really really long and high to mention.

First thing that I liked most on this is the Volume Control.

It's minimal and unique while comparing to some other PIE build.

Second that I like most is the QS tile style.

There are 7 styles that provide molded square, belle icon and tear drop icons style tiles.

The great thing happens when you merge this with the Dark UI theme.

Wonderful look that makes me fall every single second.

Also, it has the ability to support Substratum themes in build.

Well, the UI!

Damn great.

No words.

And whenever we talk about the ROM we always consider the boot animation.

The AEX 6.2 gives the minimal 2D Animation.

To be frank I really Liked the Animation of AEX 5.8

The AEX Electrifying Processor Animation.

That one is great also this is not the worst.

Like every other Oreo custom ROM, this one also having the same launcher which is AOSP

launcher.

But, here you can find the option called recent.

There you can change the corner style of the recent menu.

I like the rounded corner.

Also, to clear all the recent tabs, you need to go to start point of the list.

But, in launcher you have the option called clear all from recents view.

Once you swiped down , all the recents will be cleared.

This one handy for me.

Other than these things in the top, you have all the features which the previous AEX has.

Like AEX Extensions, Navbar Customizations and all.

I leave the previous AEX video link in the I button as well as in the description.

So, now we talk about bugs and issues.

Hence, it is unofficial build for this device.

If you find the official one for your device you might not have these issues.

First things the camera entirely broken.

Even you cant take pictures.

Second, this one doesn't support Volte.

Jio User?

Think about it!

Third the Performance is the bad in the world.

It's on flow.

But, the motions are little bit laggy.

You can find easy when you switch over the apps.

Other than these things most of them are good to go.

I am not getting the battery backup as much as AEX 5.8

It's 20 to 30 percentages lesser than that.

But, it's in development.

Again, if you want to taste the Royal level of Android PIE I strongly suggest you to go

with this AEX 6.2 The great thing in my opinion.

I thanks to Mrinal Ghosh for maintaining this ROM for this device.

These guys making these device alive and preparing for future.

Also, If you have any issues with this ROM just comment below with the device name, ROM

version and build date.

That will helps them to make the things better.

Also, to track it best, take a log cat report and send it to official maintainer.

That pretty much great.

How to use Assistive Touch on iPhone & iPad! [2019] - Duration: 4:27.

In this video, I'm gonna show you guys how to use Assistive Touch on iPhone & iPad!

Hello friends.

Assistive touch is one of my favourite features of iOS and today I'm gonna show you guys

my own Assistive Touch Settings and how to setup your own assistive touch menu.

So firstly, you need to launch SETTINGS.

Select GENERAL.

Select ACCESSIBILITY.

Scroll down

and select ASSISTIVE TOUCH.

And here is toggle you need to switch OFF & ON to disable or enable Assistive Touch feature.

Once you have it enabled, tap on this CUSTOMISE TOP LEVEL MENU…

Here you can decide which options you want to use with Assistive Touch icon.

Like as you can see, this is my regular menu and I use it everyday.

You can have your own menu and you can modify each option by tapping on it.

For a demo purposes, let's select this DEVICE option.

Now you can assign any action from this available list.

Let's try this CUSTOM.

And now hit DONE.

Now as you can see, you've got CUSTOM icon here

and same is reflecting in your Assistive Touch menu.

So you can customise every option in your menu by tapping on it.

Also, you can decide how many icons you want to use with Assistive Touch.

You can tap on this plus and minus signs to change the number of icons.

You can have maximum 8 icons and minimum 1 icon.

Now at the bottom you have this RESET button.

This will reset all your Assistive Touch settings to factory default.

So if you feel you've messed up with your settings,

just press this RESET button

and it'll restore Assistive Touch menu to factory settings.

Now let's go back

and check these CUSTOM ACTIONS.

Here you can assign actions to Assistive Touch icon without even opening it.

For a demo purposes, let's check this DOUBLE TAP action.

I have set it to LOCK THE SCREEN.

Now when I double tap on my Assistive Touch icon,

it locks the screen.

So I don't have to press the side button anymore.

I can completely avoid it.

And that is why this is my favourite Assistive Touch feature.

Similarly, you guys can set custom actions for SINGLE TAP, LONG PRESS and 3D-TOUCH.

And now, let's see IDLE OPACITY.

What it does is, it changes the visibility of the Assistive Touch icon when it is not in use.

If you increase the number, it'll be more darker and when you decrease it, it'll be too lighter.

I keep it between 40 and 50 percent, I find it comfortable

but you can set the visibility as per your preference.

Now let's go back

and check this final setting.

CREATE NEW GESTURE...

Here, you can record your own gesture and activate it using Assistive Touch CUSTOM option.

You can either tap or swipe on the screen to create a new gesture.

Let's see an example.

Let's swipe up on the screen.

It has recorded the gesture.

Now, tap this STOP button to stop recording your gestures.

And now tap SAVE to name your gesture.

I'll name it SWIPE UP.

Now hit SAVE.

Now let me show you how this custom gesture works.

First, you should have this CUSTOM option available in your Assistive Touch menu.

When you tap on it, you can find your custom gestures.

Let's tap on it.

And it creates a new icon on the screen.

Now when you tap on this icon, it'll play your gesture.

Like in our case, it is playing a swipe up gesture.

So just by tapping on the screen, you're able to perform a swipe up gesture.

Which is really cool.

You can create your own gestures, combine multiple gestures into one

and use it for different purposes.

And when you want to get rid of it, just tap on Assistive Touch icon.

How to TRAVEL MORE while working FULL-TIME - Duration: 4:04.

hi guys welcome back to my channel travel bug bee

so for today's video then I'm gonna be giving you guys some tips on how you can

travel more while working full time so I myself I'm a full-time worker and I find

a lot of people feel that because they work full time they don't have time to

go travel basically I'm gonna give you guys some tips on how you can actually

make the most of your annual leave and also how to get extra time off as well

so you can go and travel now of course I will do a disclaimer as well this does

depend on your job depends on your company your country things like that so

make sure you go and research some of the details yourself before you actually

do some of these tips depending on your job whatever to work if you're full-time

part-time things like that you can request annual leave every year and

around the average it's equivalent to four working weeks or twenty-one days

depending on your job so let's just say you do have twenty-one days you can

split this up into three individual trips throughout the year

one big three-week trip or whatever way you work it out so request your annual

leave and book your holiday accordingly the next tip then is how to use your

annual leave wisely so if you booked really carefully you could get a lot of

days without using too much annual leave so what I mean by that is say if you

work a Monday to Friday job you have Saturday some days off if you fly on

the Saturday book the next Monday to Friday off and then come back the

following Sunday if that makes sense so basically you got Saturday Sunday

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday so in total you get nine

days off and you've only used five days of your annual leave it depends on what

kind of shift you do I do a four day shift and then off two days so let's

just say I booked a week's holiday and I fly out on my first day off I only need

to use four days on my annual leave but I get eight days in return if that makes

any sense and I hope I make sense next tip I have then it depends on where you

are but I use this a lot so I am always going

to get my two days off together which is fantastic so I can plan in advance

and with these two days off that I can book a short city break on those two

days that I'm off so that way I could still travel and not use on your annual

leave yeah you might going to get two days out a destination but if you booked

your times carefully then you make the most of it number four it then is to

take unpaid leave so this is at the discretion of your company I've done it

before and in my last job I took a month off to go to South Africa just don't go

overboard with it plan it carefully and make sure you earn it as well

because if you're a lazy co-worker then the company will be less inclined to give

you unpaid leave number five that is if you want to do a really big trip like

either around the world trip for a couple of months or working holiday visa

somewhere and you can take a career break now for some companies you have to

be working in the company for a certain amount of time in order to be entitled

to this so what I mean by that is you take a break from your job you don't get

paid for it but you still can take up to a year off from your job and then come

back from your year off and still have the same job so hope these tips will

help you for making the most of your annual leave or helping you to travel

more if you work full time and part timers you kind of get a bit more leeway

and but it kind of just depends on what you do and what kind of company you work

for their policies and blah blah if you have any more tips on how you can travel
