But Trump didn't even give the protester a second thought.

"Trump is Treason!" the man yelled as Trump walked down a hall on Capitol Hilll.

"Why is Congress talking about tax cuts when they should be talking about treason?!"

During the nonsense tirade, Clayton hurled a handful of Russian flags directly at the

president.

Despite nearly getting hit, Trump didn't even flinch.

Trump kept walking forward, ignoring the insane man — which is ABSOLUTELY the correct thing

to do.

He even gave a casual thumbs-up to the press!

Trump has been remarkably good at fending off these accusations of Russian collusion.

It helps that the accusers have NO FACTS, but the president's ability to make them

seem silly and foolish have mostly buried the story despite the mainstream media's

efforts.

But there are still crazy men like this, who think Trump directly conspired with the Russian

Owl Is Trapped And Frightened.

But Watch Unanticipated Response When Man Moves In To Help

When Craig Loving heard that there was a frightened Great Horned Owl trapped in the local golf

course pond, he sprung into action.

Without thinking twice, Craig jumped into the water and waded out to the helpless bird.

Craig noticed that the owl's foot was entangled in a heap of fishing wire and knew that he

had to work fast.

But he also had to proceed carefully and use extreme caution.

The Lost Creek Country Club in Austin, Texas, posted the rescue online and praised Craig

for his bravery.

Numerous people chimed in, thanking him for what he did.

"The owl had been sitting in that location all night and into the day, when two of our

employees, Devin and Dora, realized the owl was caught on fishing line.

No wildlife rescue professionals were available, so Craig saved the day.

Lost Creek Country Club cares about wildlife, and we are so thankful this owl was saved!

Great job, Craig!"

Instead of waiting hours until the rescuers were finally available, Craig plunged into

the chilly golf course pond and worked tirelessly until the owl was freed.

People around the world are applauded Craig for his efforts in saving the wild creature.

According to Nature.org, the Great Horned Owl is not a bird to be messed with.

The website explains that both young and old owls are not afraid to attack when they feel

threatened!

Fortunately for Craig, this nervous Great Horned Owl opted not to attack.

It intrinsically knew that it's life was at stake.

But instead of trying to flap its wings or using its sharp talons, the owl waited patiently

as Craig did his best to free him.

It almost seems as though this intelligent bird knew that Craig wasn't going to harm

him and that he was in good hands.

The owl sensed that it had to be patient and wait on this human to save it.

The world needs more people like Craig, those who know how important it is to protect our

wildlife and take care of animals just as we would humans.

People also need to be cognizant of the environment and those who live in it.

Drugs: Fun, But Not Always - The Jim Jefferies Show - Duration: 5:54.

We begin tonight with a segment about drugs

that we call "Drugs: Fun But Not Always."

[ Laughter ]

♪ Drugs: Fun But Not Always ♪

Right now the U.S. is experiencing

the most devastating drug crisis in its history.

In fact, if you live in the Midwest,

you're probably snorting opioids right now.

Drug overdoses now claim more lives

than car crashes, gun deaths,

and the AIDS crisis did at its peak.

But drug addiction has been a problem

in this country for a long time.

So why the sudden renewed urgency?

Because now it's affecting white people!

White people, especially Midwesterners,

can't stop binging on opioids.

In fact, opioids are one of the few things

that Midwesterners will eat

that's not covered in ranch dressing.

The crisis has been fueled by a rise in fentanyl,

a synthetic painkiller

30 to 50 times stronger than heroin.

It's so powerful that some police departments

have warned officers not to touch it.

Last year, three police dogs in Florida

got sick just by sniffing it.

Even worse, two of those dogs

are now prostituting themselves at a truck stop.

Which bathroom do they use is the real question.

[ Audience groans ]

Most of the fentanyl on the street

is made illegally in drug labs, so users don't know

what sort of dangerous byproducts are in it.

Not like that farm-to-table heroin

we're all used to doing.

[ Laughter ]

And it's not hard to get it if you really want to.

Soboroff: The deadly opioid fentanyl

is available to order online from China --

something my producers and I easily found

after a simple Google search.

Whoa! The e-mail already came through!

"Hello. We have a very potent fentanyl analogue,

very similar in potency to the original.

We ship to USA.

We only accept Bitcoin as payment method. Warm regards."

Wow!

Now, I realize we just showed you

how to buy illegal dangerous drugs online.

So...don't do that.

[ Laughter ]

So how are we addressing the problem?

Well, just two months ago, Donald Trump declared

the opioid crisis a national emergency...

then immediately did nothing.

So last week, someone finally got around

to asking him about it.

Jackson: You said you would declare

a national emergency more than two months ago.

What's taking so long?

So, we're studying national emergency right now.

Believe it or not, doing national emergency,

as you understand, is a very big statement.

Well...

why do you have to study national emergency?

Everything you need to know is in the name --

it's an emergency that's [bleep] national!

I mean...

[ Cheers and applause ]

I mean, it's nice to see that the president is studying,

but that just means that he's been watching his weekly puppet show

that James Mattis and John Kelly put on

to explain government stuff.

Trump was about to confirm a new drug czar,

the guy in charge of U.S. drug policy.

But not surprisingly,

he turned out to be comically unfit for the job.

President Trump says his nominee to be the next U.S. drug czar

is withdrawing from consideration for the job.

The move by Congressman Tom Marino to pull his name

comes after an explosive report that Marino played a key role

in passing a bill that weakened the ability

of federal authorities to stop the distribution of opioids,

potentially exacerbating that epidemic.

The guy Trump nominated to stop the opioid crisis

was literally making it worse.

Maybe Trump thought the crisis

was that people weren't getting enough opioids?

That doesn't bode well for the AIDS crisis.

While the administration is dragging its feet,

some states have found a potential solution

in another drug -- medical marijuana.

Man: A study in the prestigious

Journal of the American Medical Association

found that from 1999 to 2010,

states that passed medical-marijuana laws

actually saw 25% fewer opioid-related deaths

than expected had they not passed those laws.

And it's not just overdoses.

Doctors in medical-marijuana states

prescribed hundreds of fewer doses of antidepressants,

seizure medications, anti-nausea medications...

and 100 more doses of "Planet Earth" DVDs.

That means that legal weed is a huge threat to pharmaceuticals,

and Big Pharma is doing its best to shut it down.

In Arizona, a company called Insys

donated $500,000 to an anti-weed-legalization group.

That's a lot of money for a company

that only has one product on the market --

a pain-relief spray made with the finest fentanyl.

And they even made a how-to video

for mums who aren't sure how to do opioids.

You just take that thing

that's 50 times more powerful than heroin

and spray it directly into your [bleep] mouth.

Ckk! Ckk! Mmm! Heroin fresh!

[ Laughter ]

And this is a big part

of why the opioid crisis has gotten so dire.

Pharma companies need to turn a profit,

and doctors have overprescribed opioids for years.

The result is a country addicted to drugs

that keep getting stronger and more dangerous.

And because the Trump administration

is dragging its feet, I've decided

there's something I can do to help.

America, I'll be your new drug czar.

[ Cheers and applause ]

I promise --

I promise you that I've got more firsthand drug experience

than these other guys.

And I've seen the effects that drugs can do to the human body.

I'm 24!

[ Cheers and applause ]

But when it comes to controlled substances,

here's the best advice I can give you.

You need to trust your dealer.

And these are not the names of drug dealers that I trust.

Max Verstappen slams US Grand Prix penalty AGAIN...but apologises for 'idiot' jibe

Verstappen appeared to have snatched a last-gasp podium place with his final-lap overtake of Kimi Raikkonen in Austin yesterday. But his joy was short-lived as he was handed a five-second penalty for an illegal overtake.

The 20-year-old was left fuming at steward Connelly and branded him "an idiot who always decides against me" in the aftermath of the race.

His father Jos, a former F1 driver himself, and a host of fellow pundits joined in the outrage at the decision to reinstate Raikkonen to third but the decision stood.

And now Verstappen himself, who could face FIA sanctions if they rule his comments brought the sport into disrepute, has issued an apology.

Look, in the heat of the moment you say things, but of course I didnt mean anything bad, Verstappen told Dutch TV show Peptalk on Monday night. At that moment, it just blurts out.

I didnt mean to hurt anyone. However, he had earlier refused a face-to-face meeting with Connelly to clear the air. "I dont have anything to explain," Verstappen said before leaving Austin.

You can sit down with each other and talk for hours, but it doesnt change anything. Verstappen has received widespread report within the F1 community, particularly from world champion Nico Rosberg and Mercedes director Niki Lauda, both former drivers themselves.

And the Red Bull driver believes that there is a problem with the system rather than anything he did on track. I think more people want that [change of system]," Verstappen said.

"[The decision] wasnt correct and its ridiculous that you cant do anything against it.".

This "Sacred Plant" can revolutionize medicine, healing and human freedom… but doctors are criminali - Duration: 3:04.

This Sacred Plant can revolutionize medicine, healing and human freedom but

doctors are criminalized for talking about it

A new documentary series called The Sacred Plant is going live on November 2nd (registration

opens today at this link).

This documentary focuses on a sacred plant that holds the promise for a global revolution

in medicine and health.

This one plant is encoded with chemistry that can help treat cancer, restore physical activity

through inflammation reduction, and can even eliminate chronic pain in many people, making

deadly opioid drugs virtually obsolete.

Yet no doctor is taught anything about this plant, and no drug company promotes it because

it cant earn them billions of dollars in sick care profits.

Alongside dozens of other experts and survivors, I was interviewed for this documentary series

due to my science expertise in the realm of food forensics and medicinal botanicals.

In this interview (that you wont want to miss), I reveal why the future of medicine

will be largely based on this single plant once the monopolistic reign of the pharmaceutical

cartels finally comes to an end (most likely through financial collapse of nations that

drug all their citizens to death with toxic pharmaceuticals).

This documentary series will change your life.

Register at this link and mark your calendar.

The future of medicine will be revealed (to those who seek real answers)

This Sacred Planet is truly the future of medicine.

After our present-day medical cartels collapse, and nations go bankrupt, and when people need

real medicine thats safe, effective and easily grown almost anywhere, humanity will

turn to this sacred plant as a universal healing medicine.

The thing is, you dont have to wait for the pharma drug cartels to collapse.

You can access this powerful natural medicine right now but only if you know what it

is, where to get it and how it works.

Thats why this documentary series is so crucial for everyone:

For survivalists who need botanical first aid medicine kits.

For cancer patients who need alternative treatments.

For people suffering from chronic pain who dont want to become opioid addicts.

For aging seniors who need a natural way to reduce joint inflammation and improve cognitive

function.

This one plant, by the way, is such a powerful, universal source of natural medicine that

the pharmaceutical drug cartels have been trying to outlaw it for decades.

If they succeed, they will deny humanity the single greatest healing plant ever discovered

on our planet.

She's currently undergoing therapy to prepare her weakened body for a stem cell transplant.

Sometimes the days run together and Shelby forgets to take care of herself, since she's

so busy looking out for Sophie.

To keep family and friends informed of Sophie's progress and to have some semblance of contact

with the world outside the hospital room, Shelby set up a Facebook page called Sophie

the Brave.

It was one particular post Shelby shared that has since gone viral.

Moms with sick ones everywhere have rallied behind Shelby for what she's said about the

nurses.

"I see you.

I sit on this couch all day long and I see you.

You try so hard to be unnoticed by me and my child.

I see your face drop a little when she sees you and cries.

You try so many ways to ease her fears and win her over.

I see you hesitate to stick her or pull Band-Aids off.

You say 'No owies' and 'I'm sorry' more times in one day than most people say 'thank

you.'"

Shelby shared that she watches the nurses carry armloads of medicine and supplies into

one ill child's room while their phones are ringing for help in another room.

She sees them sorting piles of beads for patients so they can add to their milestone necklaces.

"I see all of those rubber bracelets on your arms and wrapped around your stethoscope,

each one for a child that you've cared for and loved ... I see you stroke her little

bald head and tuck her covers around her tightly.

I see you holding the crying mom that got bad news.

I see you trying to chart on the computer while holding the baby whose mom can't-or

won't be at the hospital with her."

Shelby credited the nurses who pop by and visit her daughter even if she isn't their

patient and for sitting with parents facing the unknown when their own on-the-job to-do

list never stops growing.

Their phones are used as templates when painting cartoon characters on patient's windows; they

are cheerleaders for the kids taking cautious laps around the nurses station.

"I see you with that Nerf gun hiding from the kid around the corner.

I see you hold tiny hands, change dirty sheets, translate medical talk for parents and wipe

your eyes coming out of a particularly hard room.

I see you put on gloves, masks and a gown then pause before you hang en IV bag of poison

chemo for my kid."

Absolutely no amount of snack baskets or cards will ever communicate just how appreciative

she is for what the nurses have done for her daughter and all other ill children Shelby's

met along Sophie's journey.

The nurses are the backbone of the peds floor.

"You are Jesus to us every single day.

Our children wouldn't get what they need without you.

Moms like me wouldn't feel sane or heard without you.

You save our babies and we couldn't do this without you."

So far, Shelby's post has been shared more than 25,000 times and garnered more than 48,000

reactions.

Nurses everywhere are touched by Shelby's heartfelt sentiment and emotional outpouring

of support and gratitude for their profession.

Pediatric nurses in particular not only have sick patients, but they have tiny sick patients

who should be running and playing, jumping and giggling, smiling and healthy.

Pediatric nurses are among the most stoic individuals with an unimaginably difficult

job to carry out.

Shelby noted that nurses not only care about their pint-sized patients, but they also look

out for the family members, too.

She herself has been the recipient of love and concern from Sophie's nurses.

"You put aside what's happening in your life for 12 hours straight to care for very sick

and something's dying children.

You go into each room with a smile no matter what's happening in there.

You see Sophie's name on the schedule and come to check on us even when she isn't your

patient.

You call the doctor, blood bank and pharmacy as many times as necessary to get my child

what she needs in a timely manner.

You check on me as often as you check on her.

You sit and listen to me ramble for 10 minutes even though your phone is buzzing and your

to do list is a mile long."

Piers Morgan: Scream snowflakes, but Trump may win again | news 24h - Duration: 12:03.

Scream all you like, snowflakes, but if you don't get your s**t together soon, Trump's going to be your President for another seven years

In two weeks it is the first anniversary of Donald Trump's astonishing US election victory.

To 'celebrate', thousands of Trump-hating liberals in cities like Boston, New York and Philadelphia are planning a day of protest in which they will go outside, stare upwards and shout their little heads off in rage.

I'm not joking.

The planned event is actually titled on Facebook: 'Scream helplessly at the sky on the anniversary of the election'.

Organizer Johanna Schulman told Newsweek: 'This administration has attacked everything about what it means to be an American.

Who wouldn't feel helpless every day?'.

Well, let me try to explain, Johanna, if you haven't already started preemptively screaming.

There are tens of millions of Americans right now who don't feel helpless at all.

In fact, they've never felt happier that they've finally got a guy in the White House who THEY believe stands up for THEM.

They don't share YOUR view of what it means to be an American.

They share Trump's view, because it's THEIR view.

That's why he was elected President, and that's why I am beginning to think he will be comfortably re-elected in 2020.

For those who think I've gone completely mad, here is what I told British GQ magazine in September, 2015, when they asked me: Who will win the US election?.

'I think Donald Trump will win the Republican nomination,' I answered.

'The Democrats will only stand a chance of beating him if they ditch Hillary Clinton, who is now a busted flush, and go with Joe Biden, possibly with Elizabeth Warren as his running mate.'.

So, putting my Nostradamus hat on again, here are 10 reasons why I think Trump can pull it off again:.

1) He's the most resilient, uncompromising man in America.

Love him or loathe him, Trump hasn't changed or pivoted one iota from the candidate who ran for office.

He is both absurdly thin-skinned AND absurdly thick-skinned – incapable of ignoring any slight, however small, but also showing quite extraordinary strength of character in repelling what even Jimmy Carter just called the most frenzied media attack on a serving president in US history.

Yes, Trump's an inveterate bulls**tter, the by-product of life as a shameless salesman, but to date he hasn't lied us into an illegal war like one of his most recent critics George W.

Bush did in Iraq – so political fibbing is all relative.

2) Trump's enemies are bailing out from the fight like conscientious objectors in the war.

Yesterday, two Senators, Bob Corker and Jeff Flake made grandiose media-grabbing attacks on the President, effectively branding him a lying useless goon.

Both are standing down, and in (Snow) Flake's case, he's only doing so because he knows he's going to get an absolute drubbing in the next election.

This, remember, is a guy so principled that he wrote to a Sandy Hook relative saying he agreed with her about introducing background checks on gun sales, then voted AGAINST it just months later.

That was a major reason why his poll numbers collapsed.

So spare me the sanctimony now, Senator.

You're a fraud.

3) Hollywood's liberal elite, Trump's most vociferous, influential and vicious opponents, have exposed themselves to be a bunch of shocking hypocrites whose high moral and ethical plinth now lies in a pile of ruins.

The Weinstein scandal was just the tip of the unedifying iceberg.

Today we learned that Woody Allen, a man who ran off and married one adoptive daughter and was accused of sexually abusing another adoptive daughter when she was just seven, is currently making a movie about a pedophile who preys on a 15-year-old girl.

Meanwhile, Trump's most indignant Hollywood opponents like Meryl Streep continue to celebrate convicted fugitive child rapist Roman Polanski.

Middle America is watching all this and thinking: 'Don't you lot DARE lecture us about anything ever again.'.

4) The Democrats don't have anyone yet who can run against Trump and actually beat him.

Say what you like about the man but he's proven himself to be a formidably fierce political campaigner who wipes away opponents with the flick of a mocking 'Low Energy Jeb' nickname switch.

My preferred choice last time, Joe Biden, will be 78 by 2020 – surely, sadly, too old by then to mount a winning challenge? If not Joe, then who? The clock is ticking.

5) Hillary Clinton's still hanging around like a malodorous failure to remind everyone on a daily basis of the world's biggest and most shocking political defeat.

Her global loser tour, in which she continues to blame everyone but herself, is a vote-destroying disaster for the Democrats.

She needs to be pushed out into the political long grass, but who will tell her? Every day Hillary stays in the limelight is another win for Trump.

Today, it was shockingly revealed that after all her pontificating about Russia, it was 'Halo' Hillary who secretly paid for the dirty Russian dossier on Trump to try to smear him.

She'll collude with the worst of them when it suits her, and voters know it.

6) Trump's doing very well with the crucial election-deciding issue: the economy.

The stock markets keep roaring to record highs (Lest we forget, top liberal economist Paul Krugman told us on election night, when the markets tanked, that they would never recover under Trump!), growth continues around a steady 3%, and unemployment numbers have fallen consistently in the past year.

If Trump gets his game-changing tax plan through, and I think eventually he will, then the US economy will likely surge forward just in time for his 2020 campaign.

As Reagan and Clinton proved, when an incumbent president runs with a strengthening economy behind him, he's pretty much unbeatable.

7) His base is rock solid.

The polls suggest everyone who voted for Trump last time would do so again.

I've spent time down in states like Florida and Texas recently and they're revelling in Trump's presidency.

Everything the screaming liberals loathe about him, from The Wall and travel ban to his 'Fake News!' mantra and attack on kneeling NFL players, they love.

8) On the foreign stage, far from being the disaster that Corker and Flake claim, I'd argue that Trump's proven himself to be rather effective in re-establishing America's status as the world's No1 superpower.

He slapped Syria dictator Bashar al-Assad round the chops when he tested him with a chemical weapons attack, he's got ISIS on the run from places like Raqqa exactly as he promised, and he's stood up to North Korean lunatic Kim Jong-un and told him if he messes with America, he and his country will be vaporized.

I very much doubt bellicose self-preservationist Kim will now test that theory.

Trump's visits to places like Saudi Arabia, Poland and France were all huge successes, and I confidently predict now that his trip next week to Japan and China will be too.

For all his faults, Trump's a world-class schmoozer when he needs to be, and a savvy negotiator.

By all accounts, most foreign leaders have enjoyed their interactions with him.

9) Trump's Twitter feed continues to dominate the world's news agenda.

It remains astonishing that a 70-year-old man is the best social media practitioner on the planet, but he is.

Trump uses his tweets to refute damaging stories, promote positive ones, take down enemies and talk up friends.

More importantly, he's been able to by-pass mainstream media to get HIS message out to millions of people, exactly how HE wants to, and in an often brutally frank manner that his supporters thoroughly enjoy.
