hey guys I'm back I was sick for a couple of days so I didn't do a video
for a few days and I felt kind of guilty because I'm so used to having content up
here for you guys to to watch but I'm back and I'm feeling much better and I'm
back on my routine of working out and all that good stuff but I wanted to do a
video on truly being happy so I found this article that I will put in the
description so that you can read the whole article I'm not gonna go through
the whole article but I'm gonna talk about it so this article says 11 habits
of truly it says 11 habits of truly happy people and I'm gonna scroll down
to here 1 it says create your own happiness don't sit back and wait for it
and that is so true creating your own happiest happiness is very crucial in
life because in life as we all know if we wait around for somebody to make us
happy what is the chances that that's gonna happen
slim to none so if we wait around and expect for someone to be happy we will
probably never get that chance in our life to truly be happy with oneself now
it's ok to be happy for someone else but we're talking about in this video being
happy with yourself it also says surround yourself with the
right people and that is so true if you want to be with people that want to be
positive want to have things out of life then you have to be around people that
want the same things if you're around people who when you talk about you
know like positive things that you want to do in your life and they're not on
that same level it's like they're listening but then
and you know that they're not listening when you're having this conversation
with these people and people like that that you have around you that are not
really listening that don't want the same things that you want out of life
they tender they tend to stop you from doing what you want to do because
they're not on the same page as you it says get enough sleep I thought that
this was a very important one and I'm not gonna read what each one of these
say says I'm gonna just tell you what I feel about each one of these things that
help complete you and being happy for me when I don't get enough sleep I have
anxiety really bad I take medication for it to have it you know stay under
control and when I don't get enough sleep my mind doesn't even function you
know so a lot of my bad thoughts or things that hinder me from doing good
things and positive things it come from not getting good sleep and when I sleep
poorly i faint poorly and I react to things
poorly so sleep to me it's very important in order to have a healthy
mind so that you can go about every single day and you'll be happy
I think happy and do happy things um live in the moment and I take when I
hear this one living in the moment if you try and live for tomorrow and it's
not here that's gonna drive you crazy and we all know that I try to always do
that myself and I tend to stress myself out and it also triggers my anxiety to a
point that it's so uncontrollable that the anxiety at that point because I'm
living not for the moment but for the future
it just makes it go skyrocket and and and and my whole day is just ruined so I
just try to basically live for the moment and learn to love yourself this
is a very very hard one I'm still trying to figure out how to do this um learning
to love yourself sometime I say to people we have to fake it till we make
it if we don't truly love one cells sometimes we have to make ourselves
believe that we love ourselves a hundred percent fully and I think if we say it
to ourselves enough that I love me that you will stop believing it because the
key to any success or happiness in your life is loving oneself not just people
around you but loving yourself first because if you don't love yourself you
cannot love possibly anybody else appreciate what you have and one thing I
will say and it took me about 42 almost 43 years um I do appreciate what I have
because I've had a lot less and even when I had a lot less um I appreciated
that but I can remember when I had a lot more and I didn't appreciate it I didn't
even see what I had in front of me and I think that it was taken away and now I
appreciate it more even though I don't have as much as I used to have because
it could be a lot worse so appreciate what you have is a very good one and I
think sometimes when you appreciate the little things when things get taken away
or when you don't have the things that other people have per se that make them
successful or greater than you you know you don't feel disappointed because
you're okay with what you have it's okay that you don't have as much as the next
person or you're not doing as well as the next person but you look at it like
in a brighter light at least I got up this morning
I was able to see another day and I can make my day or my life better today
better than it was yesterday you know living in the moment living in the
moment of today exercise key I'm telling you right now I feel so much better
about myself and about my situation when I exercise I'm in the process now of
trying to lose weight because I had gained about 80 pounds and I was a
little bit insecure and I know that once my weight is under control one my health
will be better and two it would be one less thing that I have to stress about
and then everything always falls back into play when you get yourself healthy
so exercise is definitely something that we all need to take into play when we're
trying to get ourselves happy you know in in a better space in life forgive but
don't forget always forgive because I'm telling you not forgiving is something
that eats at you and that can also aid you that can also consume your life and
before you know it life can just be over within a second because life is too
short as it is it's always better to forgive somebody to set yourself free
not even to set them free to set yourself free if you stay stuck like if
a guy breaks up with you or a girl breaks up with you and you keep that
bitter feeling or what they did always lingering you can never completely be
happy with oneself you're going to wake up thinking about that person and be
angry and you're gonna go to sleep think about that person being angry and all
through the day and that's no way to live because life is too short and we
don't want to walk around not forgiving people because it's just gonna consume
24 hours of the day and it's going to be a happy unhappy
I'm sorry I said a happy space no it's gonna be unhappy space get in touch with
your feelings I'm trying to get in touch with my feelings every single day of my
life and I think the way to do that is to sometimes sit back in a quiet space
every single day by yourself and whatever you're feeling good or bad say
what can I do to make it better or easier for me
like for me when I do youtube videos and then you know I watch other videos and I
get ideas of other videos to make this is like my hobby it takes my mind off of
all the negative that's being brought upon me because I know that right now
what I'm trying to have as my goal which is to make this an income stream I know
that I'm not gonna make this money I want to make and be successful on my
channel right away I just started the channel like two months ago but I know
that if I do this consistently I upload consistently I try to give the best
content that I can to my arm viewers good work will always in consistency
will always pay off and this will be one of my dream jobs that I'm making
consistently on a monthly basis to help you know better in my life as in so I'm
able to go on vacations and do better things for my my family and eat better
and you know just with a little bit more money you can do a lot more things that
doesn't mean that's gonna change your life and make you happier but it can
make you live a lot easier concentrating on what you can control and that is
that's that's a key one concentrating on what you can control you can't control
what's going on with the next person and if you try to and as we all know you're
gonna make yourself go crazy all you can worry about is you
and that's all you can concentrate on is you and maybe if you're married then you
can only that's another person that your job is to concentrate on is your husband
because you guys are one so that's different
so let's not like get way off but you know unless unless you know you're
married only one you really should be concentrating on is you because that's
the only one that you're in control of you have no control over anything or
anything that anyone else does so if we set ourselves free and this is
what all these these are these these questions are you know are you willing
to to set yourself free of all these burdens because it's not it's not really
hard to be happy you just have to wake up one day and say I want to be happy
I'm tired of being miserable I'm tired of other people making me miserable I
have to make me happy and then last but not least it says have a growth mindset
and for me when I hear this this is thinking outside of the box I can't talk
to everybody about how I started a YouTube channel and I'm gonna be just as
big as PewDiePie or Jake Paul or par Logan or CJ so cool or jenna Marbles but
I know that if I am consistent and I think outside of the box if I have like
a mindset that's not conditioned if I'm not thinking like everybody else or how
we were raised as kids oh you're just supposed to have a nine-to-five and
that's it you're just trying to cop out of working because you want to do
YouTube videos if I don't let people get in my mind and tell me that negativity
when I know that I can do a lot more than what I'm doing this is why I'm
doing YouTube videos because you can't worry about what people think about you
doing YouTube video having a YouTube channel
you do what you wanna do long it's it's in reason and you are you should always
be consistent at it in order for anything that you want to do in life to
be successful at it bringing it all together all 11 of these things if you
bring all of these things together trust and believe they will work and I'm gonna
believe this article inside of the description for you to read this
complete article and I'm going to sit and read it again myself because
sometimes we have to read things over and over again our hear videos that are
motivated in order for us to get it we don't always get it the first time so
