Milder temps but more clouds with showers in some areas _ 112817 - Duration: 2:04.

Good morning.

Temperatures in many spots will be higher than average today.

Both the lows and highs will be a couple notches higher than yesterday, but the skies won't

be as clear as Monday.

In fact, some upper regions and Jeju Island will receive light showers late at night,

so if you plan to head home late... be sure to pack an umbrella before heading out.

As for the highs, Seoul will top out at 10 degrees this afternoon, those in Busan and

Jeju will have autumn like temperatures with highs of 18 degrees Celsius.

However, in Seoul the wintry weather is set to return.

Tonight's rain will bring colder air to the nation and lows will plunge into negative

territory, and it will remain quite cold until the weekend.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

While many regions in South Korea will have higher temperatures than Monday, with rain

in some upper regions, most of North Korea will have mix of snow and rain with single

digit highs.

As for major cities in Asia,..

Beijing will be under plenty of sunshine,... while Tokyo will be cloudy with the high reaching

14.

Meanwhile, Melbourne's temperatures today will rise to 29 with morning fog before rising

to 34 on Wednesday.

Heading to North America, Chicago and Vancouver will have a rainy Tuesday so have an umbrella

handy.

As for South America, Rio de Janeiro will be rainy along with cooler highs at 25 degrees.

Taking you to Europe,...snow, rain and sunshine are on tap depending on the region.

Lastly to Africa, those in Cape Town will have strong gusty winds on Tuesday afternoon.

That's all the weather update for now.

South Korea and Russia nuclear envoys meet, but differences on North Korea remain - Duration: 2:29.

The top nuclear envoys of South Korea and Russia got together on Monday to talk North

Korea-- and ways to rein in the regime's nuclear activities.

The two saw eye-to-eye on the importance of deeper discussions on the matter but as our

Kwon Jang-ho reports, they differed on how to tackle the problem.

It was the first meeting between the current South Korean and Russian nuclear envoys, and

the meeting began in a cordial manner, with Seoul's Lee Do-hoon calling Russia a key partner

in handling the North Korea nuclear situation.

(Korean) "With the North Korea missile and nuclear

issue becoming more serious, having this South Korea-Russia meeting, I believe, has been

very timely."

Moscow's Igor Morgulov agreed on the importance of the issue, and said he looks forward to

fruitful discussions.

(Russian) "We are ready to cooperate with South Korea

to peacefully resolve the region's collective issues.

We look forward to our ministries keeping in close communication in the future."

Seoul's foreign ministry also said afterwards that the two envoys pledged to make efforts

to restrain North Korea's nuclear activities, and work together to bring Pyongyang to the

negotiation table.

However the Russian envoy was perhaps more revealing, earlier on Monday.

At a regional conference in Seoul, the deputy foreign minister remarked that that using

sanctions and pressure to get North Korea back to the negotiation table will not work,

and that it is the ordinary North Korean people who suffer the most.

This is in stark contrast to the stance taken by South Korea, the U.S. and Japan, who have

pushed for strong sanctions and pressure to draw the regime to talks.

Even China has put more pressure on Pyongyang in recent months, and have expressed they

will fully implement UN sanctions... although Beijing's foreign minister Wang Yi did* remark

that tensions will not subside unless the key players make concessions.

Wang added that the prolonged 70-day lull in North Korea's missile and nuclear activities

could be a basis for reopening the six-party talks.

In the meantime, Lee will travel to the U.S. on Tuesday to meet with his U.S. counterpart,

Joseph Yun, for their third exchange in as many months.

South Korea's vice unification minister, Chun Hae-sung, is also currently in the U.S.

Chun is meeting with Yun and other Washington officials to brief them on the current administration's

North Korea policy, as well as to exchange ideas.

Psychopath In Van Attacks Trump's Motorcade But Look What Cops Find When They Try To Stop Him - Duration: 5:14.

It's been almost a full year since Donald Trump was elected as our president and the

lunatic left collectively lost their minds.

That rage of disappointment inside them has been festering ever since, as they cannot

accept the defeat and move on with life.

In fact, the hate and anger have consumed many of them to such an extent that it's

driving them to extremes to seek vengeance for their loss, which they literally feel

justified in no matter how horrific.

What just happened to Trump's motorcade is one of those cases that even left officers

stunned after what they found when they tried to intervene on his twisted plan.

Earlier this week, Trump's motorcade was returning to Trump's Mar-A-Lago resort after

he had gone golfing with Tiger Woods.

While the motorcade was on their way back, they experienced a bit of road rage from a

man driving a red van.

The driver tried to cut in between vehicles in the motorcade, but that wasn't happening.

He was stopped and arrested by local police.

The driver, as bitter as he was, then made numerous obscene gestures and screamed multiple

expletives like a crazy person, despite being the driver to intentionally cut off a presidential

motorcade.

This should be alarming to everyone but the mainstream media is ignoring the incident

altogether simply because they justify such a reaction because it's toward Trump.

Somehow, it's become acceptable for grown adults to act this way in public and toward

our president.

This person doesn't belong behind the wheel, he should be institutionalized for being so

out of control with his emotions that he's willing to put America's leader's life

in danger and even risk his own in the process of his apparent martyrdom for his cause.

Barack Obama was President for eight years and people didn't flinch or bat an eye.

Sure, people criticized him, but most Republicans and critics of Obama carried on with their

life because not much changed for them on a daily basis.

Well, you know, maybe we could come up with a list of things Obama did that no one liked.

I believe that starts with healthcare and allowing men in the women's room, but that's

another topic for another day.

Let's watch the video coverage of the incident with the man in the van who could have had

an explosive in his car and the situation had to be dealt with on that assumption.

BizPac Review reports:

An angry driver tried to cut into President Trump's motorcade and made obscene gestures

after being pulled over by police.

The scene unfolded Saturday as Trump was returning to Mar-A-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida,

after a round of golf.

The incident is reminiscent of a similar episode earlier this month when a cyclist stalked

Trump's motorcade and flipped the bird at the president.

The latest incident underscores just how much extra work anti-Trumpers cause for the U.S.

Secret Service and local police whenever the president goes anywhere.

While Trump-haters gleefully celebrate such confrontations, keep in mind that taxpayers

foot the bill for all that extra security.

"A man in a red van attempted to cut into the motorcade.

Local law enforcement pulled over the vehicle, where the driver made obscene gestures and

screamed several expletives," according to a White House pool report.

Is that any way to treat a President?

Even if you don't like the President, you still can't cut into the motorcade and expect

to get away with it.

That's just common sense and a level of respect that Americans should have, regardless

of who is in office.

If Hillary Clinton was President and she drove down my street, I wouldn't cut her off.

I'd be arrested and it's not worth it no matter how much I feel she should be arrested.

The people who risk getting arrested to do silly gestures like this need a lot of mental

help that perhaps should be covered by Obamacare.

Instead of living with all this pent-up anger toward the president, these deranged individuals

need to relax and realize things are going very well right now for most of America thanks

to Trump.

Trump is doing a fine job.

If his tax reform gets fixed, then we will all be happy.

Let's be honest folks – the GOP tax reform could be a bad choice towards middle class

married couples earning over $100k per family, which is NOT a lot if the family has kids.

Many Americans fall into that category and they might get hit with a tax raise.

Again – that's another topic for another day.

You can research that on your own and make your own decision.

The point is that Trump's doing well regardless of what the liberal/democrat media tell you.

They're so angry they can't even enjoy the fruits of the American labor.

Or maybe they do because tax-paying middle-class citizens are constantly footing the bill for

the welfare recipients and the socialists begging for freebies.

Do anti-Trumpers realize that every time they do something absurd towards the President,

that there might be a need for increased presidential security?

Who pays for that?

The taxpayers do.

So in theory, every time a never-Trumper pulls an act of stupidity, it could essentially

cost taxpayers money.

Is that any way to treat your fellow Americans?

Do they care?

Some of them don't have jobs, so maybe they're not paying taxes anyway.

Maybe they should grow up, stop being so angry, and enjoy this wonderful country like the

rest of us.

'Longmire' Won't Return For Season 7, But Its Cast & Creators Promise A Satisfying Ending - Duration: 3:17.

'Longmire' Won't Return For Season 7, But Its Cast & Creators Promise A Satisfying Ending.

Netflix's intense crime drama Longmire is finally coming to a close after a tumultuous

multi-network run.

The show, which originally debuted on A&E, premiered its sixth and final season on Nov.

17 with 10 new episodes, according to Deadline.

The outlet also reported that when the show was canceled by A&E after a cliffhanger of

a Season 3 finale, fans were up in arms, gearing up to protest until the show was somehow saved.

Then Netflix emerged as the hero of that story, and though the streaming site has now chosen

to end the series and Longmire won't return for Season 7, it will finally have the closure

and proper ending that it originally deserved.

"We are grateful to Netflix for the opportunity to compose a closing chapter for these beloved

characters that inspires lasting memories," the show's executive producers Greer Shephard,

Hunt Baldwin and John Coveny said in a joint statement, according to the same Deadline

report.

"Most importantly, we're committed to delivering a dynamic and satisfying conclusion to our

fans that rewards their longtime loyalty."

Lou Diamond Phillips, who plays Henry Standing Bear in the show, told Cowboys & Indians magazine

that the final season would bring "closure and satisfaction," and said he feels glad

the show is finishing its run on Netflix rather than traditional network TV.

"We have a passionate and loyal audience of almost six million viewers [per episode],"

the actor told the magazine.

"Airing on Netflix [after the original run on A&E] has given us the opportunity for longer

stories and deeper story lines, as we're not constricted by the traditional 48-minute

episode length."

He also said that when he was first approached with the project he thought it would be something

special.

"It was one of the best pilot scripts I'd ever read?—?classic storytelling evident

from the outset," Phillips said in the same interview.

"Our head writers have maintained that level of cinematic storytelling and there is nothing

like it on television."

Katee Sackhoff, who plays Victoria in the show, told CinemaBlend that the experience

of filming the final season of a television show provides a unique opportunity for the

cast.

"Because we knew this was our last season, it sort of provided actors with this beautiful

ability to do what you always want to do and you don't always get the opportunity to, which

is sort of leave it all on the floor," she said.

Based on what Sackhoff has said about her last hurrah with her character, it seems that

fans will be pleased with what she'll pull off and the emotion that she's put into this

one last Longmire performance.

"This is Vic's sort of swan song, if you will," Sackhoff continued.

"And that's not a spoiler.

Everything that she had in her this entire six years is gonna come out in the last five

episodes, so it was a fun thing for me to do, because it sort of felt like six years

of this pent up energy."

Hiring for a Data-Driven Culture - Drowning in Data, but Thirsty for Insight? - Duration: 2:52.

So, one of the things I think is really important, and when I look at my role as director, one

of the things I'm always having to do is look at hiring.

What am I hiring for?

What kind of skills am I looking for?

It's really interesting to understand what's happening in the job market around data analysts,

data scientists, and what that means for potentially the types of people we have on our team.

So, how many people have a team that they work with in marketing?

How many people are like the guy who wears all the hats?

Okay, got it.

So, that's something to understand as you look forward, so the people who are the guys

who wear all the hats that you may want to hire in the future.

One of the people I would hire is go hire an econ major or a stats major or a math major

plus Excel skills.

So these are some of the job requirements, starting salaries, like that can be prohibitive.

Like that salary for a marketing team may be a challenge, but what we've found is

it's way easier to teach marketing to math majors or marketing to econ majors or marketing

to stats and finance majors.

So, start looking in those worlds, and you can have your job descriptions pull for those

types of thinkers, but what you're looking for are people who wonder about data.

They're not intimidated by it.

They're really excited when you're interviewing them, and you give them a math problem.

They really like it, and those are the kinds of people you want to have on your team.

So, if it's the case that you are a team of one or even a team of ten, you want to

have some smarty pants math people on your team because they love what they can learn

from this stuff, and if you combine it with their understanding of marketing or have them

be the voice of math on the team, it can actually really be a multiplier to what you're up

to.

So, these are just some tips that I've found.

Give them some analytical puzzles.

If you're interviewing them, make sure you understand them and that you can see all the—because

partially what you're looking for is understanding the way they think.

Ask them questions like, "Tell me about a time you had to deal with a big set of data

and you had to synthesize it down to a recommendation or an observation."

Then mostly pay attention to the way they thought the problem through, okay?

So there's some other things you might want to look at here.

You want people who are really comfortable with Excel.

If they're starting to on their own, which a lot of people do because maybe they don't

have classes for it in their universities, start learning Python and R, and then you

want to make sure you keep those people because you're going to invest a lot as a business

into them to learn marketing, to understand how they can really take their talents and

have them deliver for your clients.

So, make sure you do what it takes to retain them.

These people like good problems to chew on.

Make sure you give those to them
