Hi everyone, Welcome to Batistenha Homestead. I'm Joselito

and I am Iva. So we are here inside the car,

let's ride about 270 miles to the State of Virginia.

Where are we going to stay the weekend with our friends there. We are going to the city of

Richmond. And now we take the Turnpike, the route that we are going to follow.

On the way we'll show some something that we find interesting for you.

Some scenery. At the moment we only have enough cars here on the road,

As you can see.

And stay with us.

So folks we've almost drove a 100 miles. We are living

the State of New Jersey. Let's pass here on the bridge of

State of the Delaware up there.

Here is the division between New Jersey and the State of Delaware. It is

the first state we are going to cross before Virginia.

Then there's Maryland, Washington DC, and then Virginia.

Look at the view there, can you see the view on the right side?

Delawere, Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. it is not?

Another beautiful structure on this bridge.

Joselito loves bridges.

They are always working on these bridges.

Always doing something.Tax money is always

running here, and that's good. You see something happens to your tax

We are now officially entering in the state of Delaware. Our sign over there

Welcome to Delaware. And it looks like we going to get traffic around here.

Just look right up front. It is the place where the toll is paid.

The toll is on, and we'll go over there, and the GPS is saying that it has

some delay.

So people look at this bridge that we just crossed,

It's called Delaware Memorial Bridge. We're still here at the toll booth.

It's taking too long to get through. Then I I wanted to show you the name of this

bridge that we cross and then in front off us is the state of Delaware.

After we stayed an hour in the entrance of the Delaware. We finally entered

in the State of Maryland.

Let's move forward on our journey.

Look at the salt. This is all salt people, in Baltimore.

Let's get into the tunnel.

Friends, after and an hour stopped there in Delaware, delays on the way. We already

in Virginia but we still have about an hour until you reach

So often when people say that to me, and we take a breath,

and we pause and we start to celebrate everything they have accomplished.

They're often shocked and surprised at actually how far they have come.

But where their attention has gone on everything that hasn't happened. Their attention's on this gap.

So give yourself the win. Make sure you're measuring your results.

I have a client who thought "oh, you know I had a slow month in my business,

I'm not sure how it went." And she was feeling really down about that

but because she's been measuring her progress and measuring her results, she actually had a

40% increase that month. So because she was measuring and not just relying on the emotion

and how she was feeling, she made more money that month,

and it was easy and that's why she was feeling like maybe she hadn't done that much.

So being able to notice and recognize when that voice is trying to keep you stuck.

Celebrating the wins.

Celebrating the progress! One of the great tools is to keep a celebration jar. Every time something good happens

or you accomplish something, write it down on a piece of paper, put it in a little jar

or a cup so as a reminder of everything that's gone well

Keep your eye on your vision.

What would you love? Do you have that burning desire for what you're creating? Then celebrate the progress,

celebrating the wins. And in fact you probably aren't sliding backwards or staying the same,
