10 SECRETS OF THE INFJ PERSONALITY TYPE

The INFJ is the rarest of the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, making up only 1-2 percent of the population.

People who identify as INFJs are deeply complex, highly sensitive individuals.

They ask the questions that others aren't asking, such as, "Why are we here?" and "What is the meaning of this life we

live?"

In relationships, INFJs can be warm and friendly.

They are generally well-liked by the people who are privileged to know them.

Yet at other times, they can be distant and analytical, retreating into themselves.

INFJs often grow up feeling profoundly different from other people.

They care deeply about others and like being a part of a community.

Yet because of their "big picture" perspective on life, they may always feel like an outsider looking in.

(Not sure of your personality type?

Take a free personality assessment.)

Like a rose, INFJs have many layers.

They will probably not reveal all those layers to you right away.

However, the longer you are in an INFJ's life — and if an INFJ trusts you — the more petals you will discover,

all the while moving further inward toward the core of the INFJ's true self.

Sometimes even INFJs don't fully understand themselves.

So let's take a look at some of the "secrets" of what it means to be an INFJ personality type:

1.

INFJs feel profoundly misunderstood.

INFJs, do you feel like people rarely "get" you?

When you start to talk about something you care about, do you notice others failing to grasp why it really matters?

If so, you're not alone.

Many INFJs feel deeply misunderstood.

The reason many people are not on the same wavelength as the INFJ is because the INFJ's dominant function is

Introverted Intuition (Ni).

(A personality type's "dominant function" is the primary way that person takes in and processes information.

It's the main way a person interacts with the world.) Ni subconsciously notices patterns; specifically,

INFJs notice patterns related to human nature, because their secondary function, Extroverted Feeling (Fe),

orients them toward people.

Ni works mysteriously and subconsciously.

It allows the INFJ to know information without knowing why or how they know it.

Their "sixth sense" can be difficult to explain to other people, says personality profiler Antonia Dodge,

who co-owns Personality Hacker.

Often INFJs give up trying to explain their ability.

Or they don't try at all, because they know how unusual it sounds.

This leaves them feeling isolated and misunderstood.

2.

INFJs absorb other people's emotions.

INFJs, has this ever happened to you?

You're going through life, feeling fine.

But then, a close friend calls you.

She's really struggling with something — she and her boyfriend broke up, or her boss insulted her.

The more you talk, the more you feel your own mood deflating.

When you get off the phone, you're rattled and preoccupied with anxious thoughts.

This situation happens frequently to INFJs, says Dodge, because they tend to take on other people's emotions.

No other Myers-Briggs personality type has this unique ability.

Some INFJs even report absorbing the emotions of strangers.

An INFJ may suddenly feel grumpy, only to look around the room and discover a grumpy-looking person has just walked in.

The closer the person is emotionally to the INFJ, like a spouse or best friend,

the more likely it is that the INFJ will absorb that person's mental state.

To feel not only your own strong emotions, but those of other people, too, can be overwhelming.

But the INFJ's ability can also be used to bring emotional healing and comfort to others.

"The ability to unconsciously absorb other people's emotions with very little information to go on — how is that not a

super power?" says Dodge.

"INFJs have the ability to get inside the suffering of others and tell them it's going to be okay."

3.

INFJs have amazing long-range forecasting abilities.

Sometimes INFJs may feel like prophets or fortune-tellers.

That's because Ni helps them see the big picture, notice patterns, and make predictions for the future based on the

patterns they've observed.

For example, let's say an INFJ meets a new love interest.

Right away — possibly within minutes — they start predicting where the relationship could go.

Could they see themselves marrying this person or would it just be a fling?

If they don't think the relationship will bring the desired outcome, "they may immediately cut themselves off from that

relationship," explains Joel Mark Witt, co-owner of Personality Hacker.

However, INFJs are not actually psychic.

They see what could be — not necessarily what will happen with absolute certainty.

But mature INFJs have honed their forecasting abilities well.

4.

Though they are Feelers, INFJs can easily access their Thinking ability.

INFJs often mistype as INTJs, the "Thinking" twin of the INFJ.

Although INFJs are indeed people-oriented, due to their third function, Introverted Thinking (Ti),

they are also analytical and scientific.

They may enjoy careers in technology, the sciences, and research.

Because Fe is second in their functional stack and Ti is third, these two functions are fairly balanced in the INFJ.

Indeed, INFJs don't outwardly appear as emotional as an ENFJ or ESFJ, whose Feeling function is their dominant function.

An INFJ might lament that they are "too emotional for the Thinkers but too logical for the Feelers." But this common

sense comes in handy, making INFJs generally balanced and well-rounded.

5.

One of their greatest strengths is their ability to create intimacy.

In the presence of casual acquaintances, INFJs might come across as quiet and reserved.

Remember, they usually don't open up to people right away.

But INFJs are actually extremely relational.

Because they can feel other people's pain and joy, they are able to truly walk in another person's shoes like no other

personality type can.

This ability to empathize creates strong bonds of intimacy, says Dodge.

6.

INFJs are true introverts.

INFJs are sometimes called the "extroverted introverts." They get this nickname because they can be passionate,

enthusiastic, and talkative when they are in the presence of someone they feel comfortable with.

Likewise, when they are fighting for a cause they believe in — like asking people to sign a petition to end animal

abuse — they may come across as extroverts.

However, INFJs are true introverts who prefer to have a small circle of friends.

Just like any introvert, they need plenty of downtime to recharge their batteries.

7.

INFJs are sensitive to conflict.

Fe makes INFJs seek harmony in their relationships.

They strive to create good feelings whenever they interact with someone.

So when conflict arises — especially in close relationships — INFJs can become extremely distressed.

They may have trouble sleeping or lose focus at school or work.

They may even feel the stress of the conflict physically in their bodies, getting headaches, muscle aches,

upset stomaches, etc.

This does not mean INFJs should avoid conflict by becoming passive pushovers or constant people-pleasers.

INFJs should set boundaries and stick up for their own needs.

They can do this in a way that's diplomatic, using the warmth and understanding that flow naturally from their Fe.

8.

INFJs know a lot about people.

Ni and Fe work together to gather information about people.

But INFJs don't just remember when someone's birthday is or how they take their coffee;

INFJs use Ni to penetrate below the surface.

They get into other people's heads and figure out what makes them tick.

For example, they understand that the emotional pain their friend is experiencing stems not just from their ex's recent

unkind words but also from a deep fear of not feeling valued.

They often know when someone is lying even to themselves.

INFJs are not consciously aware of how they know so much about other people,

and they rarely reveal the depth of their knowledge.

9.

Many relationships are one-sided for INFJs.

INFJs tend to be great listeners because they truly care about other people.

Likewise, they enjoy helping others understand their emotions and grow.

They're nicknamed "the Counselor" for a reason.

Unfortunately, this may result in the INFJ's relationships becoming one-sided.

Other people come to the INFJ when they need to vent.

Or they may take advantage of the INFJ's desire to help.

One day, the INFJ wakes up and wonders why their relationships are so draining.

The people in the INFJ's life are getting so much out of the relationship but the INFJ is getting little in return.

What INFJs need is relationships that are a two-way exchange of fulfillment, support, and understanding.

10.

INFJs are looking for their soul mates.

INFJs desire to connect deeply with others.

Shallow, one-sided relationships won't do.

Likewise, because they are introverts, they have limited social energy.

So INFJs look for friends or a partner who are their "soul mates." These are people who truly click with the INFJ and

can feed their very real need for authentic connection, intimacy, and meaningful conversation.

However, INFJs often struggle to create the kind of relationships they desire.

When they do find people with whom they truly connect, it feels like a miracle.

Classroom Preview: How Do You Read Your Bible? - Duration: 3:17.

When you sit down for your personal devotions or for family worship, how do you read your

Bible?

What is the relationship between Malachi and Matthew, between Leviticus and Luke, between

Genesis and Revelation?

How do we understand the different parts of the Bible to the person and work of Jesus

Christ?

How does the landscape of Scripture fit together?

What about the relationship of the law to the gospel?

How do we think about the relationship between Israel and the church?

Well, covenant theology seeks to answer those questions and many more.

Covenant theology is an organizing principle that structures the entire biblical message.

Like the air we breathe, covenant theology pervades every text of Scripture.

Like the interstate highway, it actually connects the beginning of the Bible to the end of the

Bible.

You can even think of covenant theology as the Route 66 of Scripture—that goes from

Genesis to Revelation.

For this reason, the great Princeton theologian even called covenant theology "the architectonic

principle of Reformed theology."

It structures our understanding of how we read the Bible.

We can actually even think of covenant theology as a set of spectacles that God gives us that

we can read the text of Scripture to expound our understanding of His relationship with

us.

And so covenant theology seeks to give form to the relationship and the promise that God

gives: "I will be your God, and you will be My people."

This divine pledge establishes the baseline of covenant theology, it actually shapes every

historical relationship between God and His people from Genesis to Revelation.

This divine pledge, "I will be your God, and you will be My people," centers on the person

and work of Christ and finds fulfillment in a new heaven and new earth.

So the great Scottish reformer Robert Rollock said that 'all the Word of God pertains to

some covenant.'

Covenant theology is an organizing principle.

It's a biblical- theological hermeneutic that helps us understand how all of God's Word

fits together for a united message that centers on the person and work of Christ.

Making Friends - Jack Marshall Can't Do This - Webseries - Episode 17 - Duration: 6:39.

It's too quiet. After I was laid out in the cellar, everything just settled down.

There's no trespassers on camera.

No rearranging in my room. No bumps in the night.

I don't like it.

I'm still trying to crack this riddle I found, but I can't make heads or tails of it.

And, to be perfectly honest, I'm having to play offense and defense at the same time, so I need some help.

I mean, I guess I have Donni. But she's not actually here, so that's not the same thing.

Sorry, Donni. No offense.

House is at best a suspect.

And as for Morgan, I just need visual confirmation that he's been breaking into my house several times a week.

Oh, I'm also pretty sure that he's the one that's responsible for this headache

that I've been enjoying lately.

I need someone here that I can trust.

Which is why, as weird as this sounds, I'm interviewing for new friends.

But I really only have one possible candidate, so, let's hope that it works out.

Hey!

[O.S.] Hey, Jack.

Oh, please, come on in.

Thanks for coming Reverend.

Oh, call me Paul. This was on your step.

The weather calls for rain later so I didn't want it to get soaked.

Clergy and a postmaster. Do you fix broken windows as well?

Sorry, I don't, actually.

Oh, is this more tribute footage?

[O.S.] Uh, no, I do video blogs.

Oh, okay. Am I interrupting?

[O.S.] No, actually I was gonna see if you wanted to help.

Me?

[O.S.] Yeah, it gets kind of boring when it's just me all the time.

I can turn it off if you want.

No, no, no it's it's fine.

You know I was actually, I was thinking about the memorial.

You were?

Yeah, I was going to offer you the sanctuary at the school if you want it.

Wow, that's really nice, Paul. Thank you.

Um, I was thinking about doing it here, though.

Oh, of course.

I would love for you to speak, though.

Yeah, I mean, at your Aunt's Memorial?

Mmhmm, do like a sermon or whatever they're called.

Yeah, yeah, of course. I will.

I mean I'd love to. I mean, that'd be wonderful - -

Great. Sorry, I didn't actually invite you over to talk about the memorial, though.

Oh, you didn't?

No. How well do you know this house?

Um, well, I knew your aunt very well.

I mean, we were good friends.

I wasn't here often but probably more than most.

What can you tell me about it that I don't know.

Ah, you've heard the rumors.

Gold bars in the mattresses.

Rubies in the bathroom.

Diamonds in the cellar.

Are they true?

I don't think anybody knows the answers to that question.

Ah, well, I intend to find out.

Okay, well, your Aunt Josette, she actually had a lot of changes around here.

They were bringing in construction crews here all the time.

But none of the companies I recognized.

Oh, did she ever tell you any riddles?

Ones like about, I don't know, like a bow and arrow?

No, I don't, I don't think so. Why you think you think it's a clue?

I don't know.

See, Paul, I'm gonna be honest with you.

There is a race on right now to figure out what's inside this house

and I don't know who I'm up against.

I need an ally. Someone I can trust.

You think you can help me?

Yeah, I could help you. What do you, what do you need?

Oh, basically just don't break in and sneak around.

I have a very low bar for friendship.

Seriously? You have a prowler?

I'm afraid so.

Any idea who it is?

No, I'm just trying to find confirmation.

Have you called the police?

Mmm-hmm, no. I don't intend to.

I feel like the less they know the better. I think.

Okay, so no breaking and entering.

Okay, anything else?

This house is really old,

and I'm trying to get my hands on some blueprints

to see if I can see anything that sticks out.

But they've been lost along the way.

Now, the county clerk has a copy,

but it's outside my quarantine. So.

You know, it's strange. Arthur should have them. Have you asked him yet?

You know Arthur?

Yeah, I mean he's - -

He's a tool?

Well, we're all God's children.

Morgan is a good friend of his.

He's the handyman around here.

He's his friend?

Yeah, maybe you've seen him around?

I most certainly have.

I knew Arthur hired him but I didn't know that they were that close.

Yeah, now Arthur has a summer house here now,

so, he and Morgan are thick as thieves whenever he comes to visit.

Oh, see? You are such a big help already!

Okay...

In any case, I'll help you find those blueprints.

Great. -And I'll let you know what I find.

Thanks, Paul.

Yeah, if you need anything, call me anytime.

I will.

Okay.

Are you hungry?

Yeah.

Great. House made some stew. I think it's mutton.

I've never had a mutton before but it's worth a try.

Yeah, I'll give it a shot.

Cool. House!

I have a friend. I have one friend. Hey!

Paul's great and it's gonna be a huge help having him on my side.

And Morgan has entered this house for the last time.

Legitimately, at least.

Well, actually I don't know if I can fire him.

Can I fire him, Pete?

But I'm going to anyway.

Oh!

I wonder what this could be?

All the parts from Donni already came in.

"Because it's not Halloween without candy corn." -M

Well, it looks like I have two friends now.

How to Motivate Yourself for Greatness | Where Do You See Yourself in a Decade? - Duration: 12:31.

what's going on guys it's Brian from BG media innovation and I got a great one

for you here today before we get started though go ahead and hit that subscribe

button that way you get notified when I release a new video and you can stay up

to date on the content because as you know being an online entrepreneur or

making any money online regardless of the niche or the method a big part of

that involves staying ahead of the competition so with that being said

let's just jump right in

hey guys I have a great one for you today

today I want to talk to you about how you can motivate yourself not just you

know for a short term but over the long haul and stay motivated in that respect

so a lot of people talk about motivation and you know I was a big proponent of

you know watching motivational videos on YouTube I think that that's a great

starting point but at the same time just like I talked about in my last video and

if you haven't seen the last video on the books that I recommend you know

everybody read whether you're an entrepreneur or whatever I'll actually

link that in the description so look down there if you want to check that out

a lot of great content there that you should consume I'm telling you it'll

change your life this will also change your life I'm gonna talk to you about

not just something that I I know of but something I actually practice

anecdotally and it's kind of that self realization that you don't that you hear

people talk about you know here you hear Conor McGregor everybody I'm assuming

those who Conor McGregor is he's the UFC fighter that was like the champion at

like three different weight classes or whatever um big fan and by the way he

talks about and a lot of other people talk about you know Self Realization and

the power of Attraction and stuff like that you know basically imagining stuff

into reality and a lot of the books that actually are American

about that as well but today I want to talk to you about you know I'm a preface

this by talking about a quote from Tony Robbins I was actually reading the other

day and I read this quote that I completely forgot about and it inspired

me to talk to you guys about this and that's that people are not lazy they

simply do not have goals that inspire them and that's so true that couldn't be

more true and I really kind of wanted to it was the inspiration behind this

lecture and this and this um you know video that I wanted to put together to

kind of demonstrate to you guys how you can motivate yourself now the problem

isn't necessarily you know motivation in in that a relative term it's basically

being specific and I'm not talking about you know being as arbitrary as all I

want $10,000 I want I want you know a car biden by this date or this this date

that certainly helps but what I mean is you need emotionally compelling things

that are going to drive you and you know that you're passionate about things that

drive emotions and really will motivate you you know to to go that extra mile to

pump that extra YouTube video out to pump that extra course out to write that

extra paper to put that extra setup when you're working out because I'm a big

proponent of working out to I think that you know you know the by the body and

the mind are are similar in that fashion so I'm gonna giving you an example of

what I do and this is one example this goes back to you know writing your goals

down I also I'm a big proponent of writing your goals down and that's

something that you should practice to you know they I forget who it was but I

remember hearing this thing about in a speech where Harvard did this study back

in I think it was like the 80s of the 90s where they took a graduating class

and they asked the graduating class you know every single by every single body

every single person in the graduating class if they had goals and what those

goals were well what they discovered was that when they went back ten years later

and they asked you know and and followed up with this class that the people that

wrote down their goals and were specific about you know where they wanted to be

what they wanted to do and knew where they were going they basically set the

sail on a ship so to speak well that 5% of people that wrote down

their goals did vastly better compared to the rest of the ninety five percent

so writing down your goals I mean granite that's just one study but it

goes across the board it makes a huge difference

so does a practice like I'm about to show you but like I said I'm a big

proponent of writing down your goals you know I have have short term goals you

know weekly goals daily goals have midterm goals you know maybe for the

year and you know maybe have a decade goal where do you where do you see

yourself in a couple years where do you see yourself in a decade because another

quote and I'm big on the quotes guys is that you know they say you know people

underestimate or overestimate what they can do in a year but they underestimate

what they can do in a decade so keep that in mind let's just jump right in

really fast and you might think the stupid or it's you know lame or whatever

and I could totally understand why somebody might think that way but try

this I promise you if you try this and I dare you to try this you know this will

change your life and won't work overnight necessarily but it's that same

power of attraction that Law of Attraction you're gonna think these

things you're gonna realize them and you will start moving towards them I promise

you you need emotional emotional compelling emotionally compelling

reasons to do what you do you know drive behind that so obviously this is

materialistic this is the first thing on my slide anak should keep this in slide

just to kind of show you really fast this is my PowerPoint slide and I have a

bunch of different things like this but I just put this one together really fast

to kind of demonstrate the example of what I'm trying to show you so this is

obviously the cup my future car of my dreams I've always wanted this car it's

a McLaren mp4-12c 12c it's it's really really cool like the back pops up and

everything you know a lot of people on YouTube have Lambos you know they're

showing off their Lambos I've always wanted McLaren mp4-12c I don't know why

I just really really really like the way it looks I will have this I promise you

it might not be when the next six months it might not be within a year but

eventually I'm not sure when that will be maybe it is in the next six months I

will have this car I'm sure of it so the next thing that I want to talk about and

just I want to preface this by saying that it doesn't all have to be

materialistic but obviously if the emotion behind the materialistic thing

drives you enough then that's that that's fine a lot of people have this

like there's a stigma where like you're you're bad or you're selfish if you want

materialistic things it's not necessarily bad if it motivates you to

do the right things and help the right people and actually make a difference in

the world so something to keep in mind don't ever let anybody tell you that

it's you know you're selfish if you want material of things that's not the case

always okay there definitely some cases where that's the truth but you know if

you're doing it for the right reasons okay don't want things for yourself

excuse me next is this cheap it's an SRT I wanted to buy this basically for my

sister because she's always wanted it she doesn't she just got a new car but

she's always wanted to Jeep for some reason and it just this is a really

emotionally compelling my little sister was there for me in the time where I

really needed somebody you know as where my parents Bette you know back couple

years ago we all face different things but you know that was a it was a trying

time in my life basically and so I really wanted to help pay her back you

know and buy her the car of her dreams same thing goes with this my dad always

you know he talks about Tesla's he's always wanted to Tesla and my dad's a

software engineer he's a really really bright guy but he he works the nine to

five grind you know he he makes good money obviously for our family

you know especially when we were growing up and everything but you know he never

got to experience the prosperity that he really deserved because he worked a

nine-to-five and while he makes a lot of money he absolutely hates his job and so

I think that this would be a great way for me to pay him back by buying him the

car of his dreams and I will do both of these things I promise you this next

thing is just my house this is my earth sorry this is my parents house the house

I'm gonna buy my parent oh wait no no sorry I apologize again this is my house

in Florida because I've always wanted a house down in Florida

this is the back of the house in Florida you kind of just get the picture you can

kind of use these examples as things that you can kind of set up on your

PowerPoint to motivate you and what you should do ever not maybe not every

single day but you know when you're feeling down when you need motivation

look at these things and it will help Drive you will help you know stir that

passion back up because a lot of times you know I heard grant cardone say

recently you know if you're not willing to do X and fill that in with whatever

you want it whatever word you want if you're not willing to do blank then you

don't want the money enough then you don't want it bad enough then your dream

isn't as important to you and so when I get in those trying times

you know I search for those times where you know I'm a lot of other people will

quit because I know that you know if I can keep going in those times then I'm

gonna make a difference in the long run and you know powerpoints like this

helped me do that so try this I'm telling you it's gonna it's gonna make a

difference and then basically this is just another house that I wanted this is

my Australia house pretty much just go through the process with you obviously

will skip this is the same thing this represents the body that I've wanted

it's about progression because you know success happiness life is all

progression I'm big in fitness I feel like I have a pretty good body but you

know obviously I don't look like this dude I always wanted to travel so well I

always wanted to travel so kind of Jay Alvarez has a great YouTube channel

dudes dudes a legend check that out if you if you haven't already this

represents the same thing this is my home gym in my one of my future mansions

Christian guzmán big hero of mine guy started from nothing and is you know

just killing it nowadays he owns his own gym which is something I wanted to do

this is what this represents and I will do that eventually then moving on this

is like the study in my future you know mansion I love a quiet place

where I can sit and I can read and you know sip whiskey cuz I like

skee so just you know and this is the house that I want to go that I want to

buy for my parents later when they retire I think that'd be really really

cool I'm actually one thing I forgot to that really emotionally compels me is

where is it in SEC oh right here this is Honolulu Hawaii I've been in Honolulu

quadric Honolulu quite a few times my parents have always you know basically

took us when we were younger and obviously now you know I'm on my own and

stuff like that but when I was younger my parents took my whole family to

Honolulu and I've always kind of wanted to take them back there because it costs

a lot to fly out to Honolulu and Hawaii it's a beautiful place I had family that

lived out there for a while and eventually I will have enough money

where I'm set and you know I have some cash flow where I can take my parents to

Hawaii and pay for their entire trip so that this is these are the things ideas

that you can get that will emotionally compel you you know to follow your

dreams chase your dreams go that extra mile you know put that extra set up send

that extra email make that extra sales call whatever it is you can take this

example and apply it to your life and it might sound lame and you might be like

oh that's stupid you know for this reason or that reason and if you want to

think that that's totally fine then maybe this isn't the video for you and

that's totally cool but I'm telling you try this you know see if it doesn't make

an impact on you just it just feels good to kind of put these things down on

paper so to speak or on a PowerPoint and kind of realize them because it's like

said it you know like I said setting the sail of the ship you know the same wind

blows us on all of us they like to say and you know if you set that sail and

you know where you're going you know your targets you're you're much more

likely to get there okay so hope that this helps you guys I kind of want to do

a motivation you know slide non-emotional motivational slide

motivational video for you guys kind of teach you how to motivate yourself not

just for this week but for the rest of your life and granted these can change

and yours might be different but figure out and ask yourself sit down and ask

yourself where do you want to be a year from now where do you want to be three

years from now where do you see yourself in a decade and what things do you

actually want out of life you know not just the things that you want but who do

you want to be go deeper into it could take you really

think about it in depth this will really set your sail and really kind of let you

know the direction that you want to go and I guarantee you it will make a huge

difference on where you end up you know in the years to come so I really hope

that you guys like this video I'd love to hear from you you know put down in

the comments section what drives you what do you like you know do you like

the things on my on my thing do you think this is stupid you know I'd love

to hear some feedback what what drives you if you could have one thing in the

world tomorrow anything in the world anything use your

imagination what would that be okay guys so I hope you like this please like it

comment and subscribe it really helps the channel grow and I will see you guys

tomorrow

How much down payment do I need when buying a house? - Duration: 1:44.

Welcome to Homebuyer's School

brought to you by Brookfield Residential

Today the question that we're going to ask is

"How much do I need for a down payment

for a new house in Canada?"

So Troy take it away.

So the minimum down payment is 5%

of the first $500,000

10% for any amount over $500,000

as long as the purchase price is under a million.

Is there a difference between a down payment

in specific provinces?

So let's say in Alberta, is it different

than in say, BC or Newfoundland?

There's no changes yet, there's rumors

of the government looking into that potentially down the road,

but as of right now the down payment requirements are the same regardless

of what area of the country you are in.

So the minimum across Canada then is

5% for the first $500,000, and 10% anything over, and then I think

anything over that?

Anything over a million dollars then requires at least 20% as a down payment.

Okay, anything else to add?

In some small areas, banks may require a higher down payment.

If it's very rural or very remote, but beyond that no.

Okay, well thank you very much for the information.

You're welcome.

Social Media Marketing - Do Social Media Marketing Activities Increase Brand Equity? - Duration: 15:11.

Closed Caption by YouTube hey on this episode we're talking about do social media marketing activities

increase brand equity stay tuned hey what's up what's going on

this is all are coming to you live from my Empire pro studios in this episode

you will learn what social media marketing has to do with brand agree and

recognition for your business okay I have a question that came in and I

like to dive in right away as usual oh hey Allah please help I'm trying to get

more sales from my traffic I'm generating leads finally but no one is

buying that's a very common problem okay and and and gurus take advantage of that

heavy but I'm gonna share with you for free in this video how to overcome that

obstacle it's a sales conversion easier right what am I doing wrong I mean

there's a number of things you could be doing wrong okay when it comes to sales

conversion you're generating a lot of traffic no sales well maybe you're not

generating enough traffic that's that's we can start from there alright but you

also have to remember that not all traffic are created equal

okay your source of traffic is also a big deal if you're generating traffic

from a list of our sponsored email to someone's list that's already been

beaten up so bad that people just you know people just come in to check it out

but they're never gonna buy that's a possibility a lot of lists at traffic

exchange websites are like that a lot of our solo ad sellers list are like that

and you know they've seen it all you know they will come in they will obtain

the optimal with a junk email box that they created specifically for things

like that and then we never buy that's possible as well so quality of the

traffic is a big deal so if first thing I said is the quantity

of traffic the quality of traffic can be a big deal right and also it could be

also maybe a marketing message once somebody opt-in

your marketing message that the opt-in too can be a problem so for example for

our no for two years now I've been testing webinars and a lot of gurus who

walk around and claim that webinars convert better webinar convert better

for high ticket and I have converted even of $15,000 $15,000 $20,000 product

on a webinar and that was extremely profitable because one still was able to

swallow whatever expenses I created to make that happen

but the truth of the matter is that if you don't have a product that's that

expensive you could be digging a hole for yourself or that you're not gonna

come out of it with any profit any time soon

all right so so like I said depends on your marketing message the fourth thing

is it depends on it depends on the on the funnel

okay so if you're sending people through a webinar and you're not selling

something to them right away as soon as they opt-in you don't lose some people

because people's attention span is extremely low right because there's

oversupply of information I don't know if it's oversupply but there's a lot of

supply of information on the internet and people see so much and when they see

so much of the same kind then you know then you're gonna have less results okay

that's why it's more important now than ever before to have a brand equity okay

to have brand equity to build brand okay build yourself brand build yourself

a say as a brand you incorporated that means people see you and they and they

fall in love with you because there can be only so much of you right there's

only just one of you right but when you sell the same thing that everyone is

selling without putting your own you know your own stamp on it your own brand

stamp on it that can make it a lot more difficult to sell because they've seen

it all they've seen all the fancy videos more and more and more and more they've

seen enough of those right and because of that every time somebody tells them

they're gonna make another 5 10 thousand dollars in the next month they've heard

that before they think in scam right the brain the alarm is going off in there

like yeah you're right it's another one of those right so the only way to beat

around that that particular factor right there is build a self brand okay so four

things again quantity of traffic may not be enough quality of traffic maybe a

knowledge just bad right and then your marketing message may not be good enough

you need to you need to become your messaging to the compelling need to be

persuasive and that there's a science that it's a hard and a science but it's

a science to having a persuasive marketing message that makes people want

to pull that trigger and spend money with you you need to learn that as well

too there are few things you need to address in that the key thing in those

is make sure you're addressing the problem and you are dressing it up with

a solution a question with an answer paying with pleasure and then you also

like because you do any of those thing I just said it doesn't guarantee they're

gonna take you up on the offer but now you gotta make them feel like

it's guarantee you you gotta be persuasive enough that they would

guarantee themselves that this is what I'm looking for right you want them to

sell themselves because of your words of persuasion you want them to sell

themselves on doing business with you okay and and if there's a heart and it's

scienced that that you need to learn on how to do that okay sometimes you see

people do guarantee they do testimonials sometimes people want to relate with

other people's social proof right sometimes people want to see a number of

views before they take action some people need to hear you hear your in

person you need to hear the context so context is a big deal just content

content it's not enough anymore because we have enough of that

but context is what you create when you do serve rant when you're the one that

build a relationship with people and you're talking to them on a one-on-one

basis then all of a sudden context start growing okay so this is not just about

social media marketing even though there's no such thing as internet

without social media anymore so I'll say it's about social media right but this

is about showing up all the time I'm building your brand equity so it has

everything to do with your brand actually especially self

brand okay and if you have a logo that you're trying to build

brand around make sure that that run that that logo is personalized that

people can relate to it somehow someway because people like to do business with

people they know like and trust okay they need to feel like they know you

like you and trust you they need to feel that okay that means you need to be a

person or you need to have a persona if it's a logo right they need to be able

to relate with you somehow someway before they do business with you and

sometimes that takes time that's why you need to show up consistently because the

way people measure that sometimes is trust okay like I said you need to feel

like they know like and trust you and Trust is what consistency you're

consistent okay they know that you show up every day

that you're gonna be there every time if every time you start something then you

jump on something else you're gonna lose some trust there are

people that have the money to buy the way through that that obstacle but an

average person doesn't if you follow gurus to every deal the Guru you don't

wanna be comparing yourself to them because they may have the money to be

able to buy they buy their way through that if you don't have that kind of

money then you need to build a brand you need to build a brand and show all the

time now this context around everything I

said so don't take me out of context too much the key thing what I'm saying is

that you are showing up and you're consistent your she's constantly showing

up in a marketplace and people can now the beaut trust they can trust you right

and that affect sales so that could be a good reason why you're not generating

sales you could be looking at it way too early maybe this before your list don't

know you enough which is why you have to email your list on a on a regular okay

on the honors consistent basis you need to email your list and that's part of

showing up every day that's part of building consistency with your brand and

yes that's part of building obviously the brand equity see people every time

they see you they're not necessarily gonna buy now but then you've just

planted another seed right every time this you show up again with another

valuable content right didn't-didn't then you plant that seed again right

everything you think you plant a little bit of seed and then what you want to do

is you want to keep building that Bank once you're able to cash out okay when

are you gonna cash out I don't know that's why you gotta show up consistent

every day consistently every day what I can guarantee you that is you sure

concern me every day one of the hardest things for human beings to do is to be

consistent okay that's one of hardest things for human beings to do to commit

and be consistent now you cannot be consistent if you don't commit all right

so you need commitment obviously you commit to it and be consistent okay you

can't do one without the other okay specifically you cannot be consistent

unless you commit regardless of what you're gonna show up every day you make

money or not you're gonna show up every day whatever that is in your business

you need to position yourself so the third thing here is that you need to

position yourself so you can be consistent if you swallow too much more

than you can chew then you're positioning yourself to fail that's why

if you go to the gym right if you're trying to lift all the weight and every

weight every day you're beating yourself up and you can break it back and then

you can't come back anymore or maybe you're just too tired can come back

anymore but if you focus on reps right maximum that you can repeat over and

over and over again then you can really really train stamina you can train the

body on stamina you can train the body on strength and it's the same thing in

business it works the same exact way you want to position yourself for longevity

for consistency for long term yes you can get some short-term results but you

want to always focus on position yourself for long term brand equity

that's growing perpetually okay and that's what you do when you share

content when you publish content on social media every day so can social

media activities increase your brand equity absolutely absolutely

let me consume the question here that there's more so I spent the last year

saving money because I noticed that all the top leaders are buying traffic and

winning yeah like I said don't compare yourself to those people because they

may be able to afford they may have other income sources they may have

enough equity of brand in the marketplace to be able to do that don't

compare yourself to that okay I figured I need to buy two well here's

the thing if you have revenue coming in you can

spend 20% of that revenue on buying traffic ok no more than 20% if 20% is

not enough that means you're not building enough brand yet that means

your brand is not you need to be publishing content on a regular and you

need to be using other sources of traffic like you know talking to people

one on one picking people's interest whatever you know that doesn't mean you

have to go talk to your family and friends that's not what I'm saying but

that's provided you cannot secure a job if you have a job then you need to

literally dedicate some of that money you're making from that job to this

business if you believe in the business enough so really what I wanted to say is

secure a job if you don't have everything yet so you can start spending

a thousand two thousand three thousand dollars but no more than 20% of your

revenue okay in any any given month on paid marketing so you can build a

sustainable business you to grow steadily surely but you be around for a

long time as opposed to people that come and go right so he says I've spent five

thousand dollars in the last two weeks yeah that doesn't sound like that

doesn't sound right unless you spent it on course on a

course or questioned that doesn't sound right if you spent that on marketing

without knowing what you're doing that does not sound right okay on an average

okay some on Facebook marketing and someone sponsored emails I have had two

or three sales well I don't know it's two or three sales equals to $5,000 if

not then that's bad right if it's equal to $5,000 you're not doing badly right

so I don't know that's not enough information for me to George right and

that just doesn't feel right yeah in my business I can make two or three sales

and I can easy easily result in two or three sales can easily result in $75,000

okay so it depends on what we're talking about and you're the average customer

value in your funnel okay first of all should I spend all this money on social

media PPC or I am NOT just patient enough I would say both okay no you

should not be spending all that money on PPC unless that's 20% or less that's

less than 20% revenue for existing revenue or that's

coming from a set budget from a day job that you know you'll be around for a

long time okay and for as long as you want I mean okay then you should not be

spending all that money on PPC so it's a percentage issue what is twenty percent

of your revenue okay that's all you should be spending at any given time on

paid marketing okay for an average person okay if you have a deep pocket

like some of those gurus then knock yourself out chances are you know what

you're doing already hopefully right oh I'm not just patient enough it could be

as well - you got to be patient patience is a virtue patience is

everything as a matter of fact today in my family we talked about patience and

we use some scripture things to follow it patience or something I'm still

learning it's an ongoing back - for me I gotta be a lot more patient personally

rotations there's some things that you cannot control in life and the only

thing you can do about that is be patient okay focus on the things you can

control focus on where you can apply energy and import and effort and then be

patient with everything else and don't respond to everything else don't let go

respond with anxiety and fear to everything else you can't control

because you make things worse so patience is definitely a big deal in

business relationships and life in general okay so if you want step-by-step
