Today is going to be a Q&A video, and I will try to answer your questions quickly.

Are you Russian? Yes, I am Russian. I live in Yekaterinburg - a city on the boarder between Europe and Asia.

When did you start cosplaying?

About 3-4 years ago, 2013-2014.

Yeah, 3-4 years.

What prompted you to start cosplay?

Well, my friend invited me to make Jelsa (Jack Frost+Elsa) crossover.

I've got fire inside, I wanted to make it real. So we made costumes.

I don't know how it happened, but for 1 year our costumes were just lying in wardrobe.

We didn't use them, so they were becoming dusty.

We couldn't match our timetable to have rehearsals, to apply for a fest and etc

Would you advise somebody to cosplay?

Of course, because cosplay is magic and fun.

How do random people react to your passion?

Well, actually, everybody reacts differently. Some people thinks it's something new and cool, so they are open-minded.

But the others can be negative. They don't understand it at all - they criticise you and your pictures,

to show they don't like it.

What's the most important thing in life?

In my opinion, stay optimistic, don't forget about fun, and probably keep your childish naivety and spontaneity which we usually forget about while growing up.

How to care for wigs?

Well, you know, my wigs are somewhere in wardrobe, in box. It usually happens like "you need a wig, so you try to find it for about an hour, afterward you make it look appropriate and its ready."

There is no any special secret

What's the best way to show the character?

In my opinion, in the beginning you should find a congenial character. First and foremost, to understand its character and to go on stage and do your best to be perfect.

Do you have a fandom which you want to make a teamcosplay?

I'm planning one variant now, which I wanna do so much. Miyazaki project. It's actually a secret. If it's ok to share? I have a dream to do a teamcosplay of "spirited away".

So how do we stay motivated? How do we keep moving forward when it feels like we're not making the progress we would like?

First of all: To

celebrate the wins.

So often when people say that to me, and we take a breath,

and we pause and we start to celebrate everything they have accomplished.

They're often shocked and surprised at actually how far they have come.

But where their attention has gone on everything that hasn't happened. Their attention's on this gap.

So give yourself the win. Make sure you're measuring your results.

I have a client who thought "oh, you know I had a slow month in my business,

I'm not sure how it went." And she was feeling really down about that

but because she's been measuring her progress and measuring her results, she actually had a

40% increase that month. So because she was measuring and not just relying on the emotion

and how she was feeling, she made more money that month,

and it was easy and that's why she was feeling like maybe she hadn't done that much.

So being able to notice and recognize when that voice is trying to keep you stuck.

Celebrating the wins.

Celebrating the progress! One of the great tools is to keep a celebration jar. Every time something good happens

or you accomplish something, write it down on a piece of paper, put it in a little jar

or a cup so as a reminder of everything that's gone well

Keep your eye on your vision.

What is Polarizer or Polarizing Filter | Photography tip #7 - Duration: 2:13.

Hello and welcome to GMax Studios! Today we are going to talk about what is a polarizer or

polarizing filter, what it does and how can it improve your photography.

What the polarizing filter basically does is cut the glare or reflection coming into the

camera thereby making your picture clearer. So these are some photographs

under the glass top of my table and you can see that there is a pretty strong

reflection on them. Now as we put the polarizing filter and as we turn the

ring, you can see the reflection slowly decreasing. Almost to the point where it

is non-existent.

The same thing from another angle.

A lot of people use it to shoot landscapes

to cut out the atmospheric glare or glare coming from water bodies but a lot of

people use them for portraits as well. Though the use of polarizers is not

really popular while taking portraits but you can see that with the use of a

polarizer how the highlights on the hair get cut out and how the highlights on

the leaves behind the subject also get cut out... Almost as if somebody has put a

diffuser.

of their their hectic schedules and Justin Bieber's took this opportunity to present
