Hey, it's Joe.

This question is from Fernando Diaz.

He says, "When you plan to do a lease option assignment, do you recommend doing it under

an LLC or a land trust?"

When you do a lease option and you don't have a license, and you're buying the lease

option in order to sell it to someone else, what you need to do is take it under your

own name rather than an LLC.

You have to be the principal in the transaction or you have to have a license in order to

do this legally.

So, you can take these under your own name, and then you can turn around and sell them

and you could put all the money through your LLC, which I think still makes sense to do

that.

If you put the money through your LLC then you can save some money on taxes, you can

also have some asset protection.

My CPA tells me that it doesn't really save you a lot on taxes until you get to about

$75K a year income, which won't take you long if you're doing a deal or two a month,

especially if you're doing the for rent method deals.

So, do it under your own name when you take the lease option memo and then put it through

an LLC once you start making enough money to make that profitable.

The other reason to use an LLC is if you have a lot of other assets that you're trying

to protect and you don't want them to get tied up in a transaction that might go bad.

Most of the time when you do deals the way I'm teaching, the transactions are not going

to go bad, but sometimes they do and if you have a lot of assets then maybe it makes sense

to set up an LLC and do it that way.

Just remember there's going to be a cost for the LLC and you're going to have taxes

done every year in the LLC.

So at the beginning, you can do all your taxes through as Schedule C on your 1040's, you

know, through your personal account, you know, as you're starting to build your business

and you can still take all your business deductions and do all that stuff through a 1040.

But eventually you're going to want to switch it over to an LLC because it's going to

be less likely that you're going to get audited with an LLC than it will be with your

personal returns and doing it through a Schedule C.

The people that cheat the most on their taxes, or they get caught at least, on their taxes,

are people that are doing Schedule C's, they're doing their own home business and

they're taking deductions that they shouldn't be taking and that's why the IRS looks those

people more carefully and they often do more audits.

I was audited twice while I was doing 1040.

Since I've been doing LLC and an S corporation, I've not been audited.

I understand my audit risk is down to like, three percent, but, I've not been audited

yet.

So that's something to keep in mind as you're doing this.

As far as land trust, you may be thinking about something that you might have heard

about taking a subject to property through a land trust in order to hide who owns the

property and have it essentially in the name of the person who sold it to you so that it

doesn't look like you own it, so if you go to the bank the bank won't take that

property back.

I don't find that necessary.

I have a lot of subject to properties and they're all in my name and recorded and

I haven't had any problems with the due on sale clause and if you look at some of

my other videos I talk about due on sale clause and why it might make sense to pay attention

to that.

But it's not terribly important when it comes to deciding what kind of structure,

business structure you're going to use when you're doing deals.

so outside of purchasing beats from a professional producer or beat maker

there's a couple other ways you can get beats for your raps one thing you can do

is make remixes to trending songs and songs that are already hot an

advantage of this is that if the song is called so-and-so you name your remix

so-and-so remix that you know people are looking for so-and-so song may see your

video in the related videos if it's on YouTube or you know it's probably

a similar search algorithm on SoundCloud or other you know music

platforms to where you might possibly get found and discovered

y'all finished or y'all done no but uh but a disadvantage is of course for one it's just not as

original because you know the song has already been done another disadvantage

is that you know you're probably not the only person who remixed the song not to

mention of course the original record so you kind of got competition in that way

also you quite likely might not be able to ever profit from the song because

the song is more than likely if it's hot and trending and really generating a lot

of buzz it's probably generating a lot of money so the original record is

likely registered with a PRO and is generating streaming royalties and

stuff like that so you won't be able to upload a song over the same beat to

iTunes or Spotify or anything like that and make money for yourself from it so

another option is you can look online for free beats so the advantages

of free beats is that they're free of course however a downside is for one

there's generally just not as many great free beats available mostly because the

majority not all but the majority of producers who really have taken their

sound to a high level depend at least partly on you know money from selling

their beats they depend on the revenue they get from artists purchasing

licenses to their beats so they're not gonna offer them for free again some do

another disadvantage of free beats is they often contain one or more producer

tags which can be annoying to listeners they might not want to hear

so-and-so on the track every two seconds or even at the beginning

but it depends almost dissonant and they definitely don't want to hear purchase

your tracks today in the middle of it so don't that's a no no don't you know

don't try to know present yourself to people and you get purchased your tracks

today or anything like that playing through your song one more thing about free beats is

sometimes let's say you get a free beat you know just for demo purposes or for

you know for nonprofit or something and the song pops and it gets

to start getting buzz you want to upgrade your rights to exclusive rights or

something so you can start really getting money from it but that producer

may not allow you to upgrade your rights to it because maybe that's just a

designated free beat that that producer is offering and he may not allow you to you

know upgrade to the rights that you need to be able to you know really start

doing what you want to do with it in conclusion when you buy beats from

professional producers or beat maker you know exactly what you're investing in

you get a detailed license agreement telling you exactly what you can or

can't do with the beat where it can be put in which whatever all your rights to

it will be there in writing sent to your email you get high quality untagged beats

no no tags anywhere in the beat you know exactly what you're getting and you have

the producers contact information if there's a problem or you want to upgrade

your rights to it or anything like that so speaking of buying beats if you want

Stocks To WATCH or Stocks To BUY - December 2017 - Duration: 15:56.

hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my

name is Brent and today we're gonna be covering for stocks I am watching in

December and if any one of these stocks comes down to either be an opportunity

to purchase I will end up buying it in the month of December so I've been

talking quite a bit about Centrelink and you know I talked quite a bit about the

company I research the company especially with the FCC net neutrality

thing going on on the 14th of December so this month for stocks I am watching

all have to do with telecommunications three of these I'm currently holding one

of them I'm taking a look at so let's go ahead and get into it I'm not going to

be covering centrally too much in this video but it is on my for stocks I am

watching this month on as far as you know net neutrality goes I posted on my

facebook website the snippet that I found on how 2005 Madison River was

blocking VoIP Comcast was not denying peer-to-peer services such as utorrent

BitTorrent you know those touring teen things 2000

709 AT&T was blocking Skype blocking voice because it competed with their

cell phones metro pcs which I believe is now warmer they were blocking all

streaming except for YouTube 2011 13 AT&T Sprint and Verizon all blocking the

Google Wallet because they competed with their services so you can kind of

continue reading and reading tethering FaceTime and so on

so going forward at net neutrality gets knocked down what services are gonna be

affected by these major ISPs are they gonna allow you to connect and use

Google Wallet again are they going to block Skype are they gonna block

FaceTime are they gonna block anything about YouTube are you gonna be able to

access your favorite streaming websites are you gonna have to purchase a TN

t--'s direct package you know their DirecTV package in order to even stream

anything so those are some questions you need to be asking yourself and as an

investor in AT&T CenturyLink and Verizon which are some of the four I'm going to

be watching with an additional one you know it's great to be a shareholder

they haven't had a lot of movement in the last couple years so let's go ahead

and just jump into I'm gonna cover my first three very quickly because I am a

current holder of them Centrelink has been on a downward trend

they've missed their earnings per share every single quarter for the last four

quarters and maybe even prior but going forward I believe they're gonna be

turning this thing around they have a lot of free cash flow the main reasons

they lost a lot of their free cash flow is because they did acquisitions and

they're acquired new businesses so such as they had a lot of 12 billion dollar

acquisitions level-3 was one of their first 32 billion dollar acquisition and

that kind of drew down their free cash flow but it wasn't because they're just

kind of spending money out crazy this was a legitimate purchase in like a

really nice company level 3 has really good management they had a very nice

stock they have very nice free cash flow they have really good earnings potential

you know they've been increasing their earnings over 1 to 2 percent per year so

going forward essentially it's going to be turning around and I could actually

see them within a 20 to 25 range and it's going to be changing as far as

Centrelink goes for the year they are down currently 41.8 they're sitting that

around a 14.5 percent yield there they've actually talked during their

quarter 3 about not cutting back their dividend because it's an important

aspect for their shareholders so FCC wise this is one that'll be affected by

the net net neutrality being taken down second stock I'm watching in the month

of December is Verizon now Verizon it's a telecommunications company they

actually do very well they are currently down eleven point nine three percent

this year I bought back in August timeframe a very big deep dip I'm

actually currently up in the position you can see I had major swings I was up

ten twelve percent it came back down recently but with again FCC plans to

abandon hled and this is a huge boon for ISPs the Internet service providers

being until a communications field be engineer being just you know I read

about technology day-to-day because I'm trying to keep up with this stuff and

you know it's it's gonna be an important thing I've been taking a look at how

it'll affect all the services what kind of services that may affect and I don't

know it's hard to predict these sort of things but it could have some sort of an

effect on lots of those services out there third shock I am watching in the

month of December is AT&T ticker symbol T now AT&T is actually one of the better

of the prior three between Verizon and Centrelink I would actually invest an

AT&T prior but my position my equity inside both AT&T and Verizon is

currently at a point where I you know I don't want to exceed that point I

believe when we're on five to six percent invested and both of those

companies and I'm trying to invest and increase my equity and Centrelink right

now but there is another one on the you know that I'm watching right now if it

continues to you know depending on how it goes we're actually gonna be taking a

look in screening a couple of use like soft screening so AT&T three out of the

four quarters they were really positive now your today AT&T is right in the

middle they're not quite as down as far as CenturyLink and they're not you know

Verizon isn't too bad in itself but AT&T is currently down eighteen point one

five percent this year I believe I am Dan in this position I bought it again

back in August timeframe and I believe I'm currently down in this position but

going forward with the AT&T Time Warner merger

you know the buyout it's really in the force right now they are it's going to

the judge level I read something today about their they hired they put the same

judge that they put in for a comcast I think and some other some other I was

reading a bit about it I don't know where it's at so I'm not going to talk

too much on it but again another stock affected by the FCC ruling now the

fourth sock I am watching in the month of December is Comcast and this is

actually one that I've never actually taken a look at until now maybe I took a

look at them but that will yield didn't my screen test but if I were to take a

look at Comcast they've actually beat their earnings per share the past four

quarters and possibly even longer taking a look at just their balance sheet

really quickly quarter to quarter they've been going up

very nicely annually they've been going you know they had a bit of a dip in 15

they may have been like an acquisition or purchase something but cash

equivalents has been very well the main thing here is their assets have been

increasing let's take a look at their long-term assets their long-term assets

has been in Korea at increasing and short-term asset doesn't really matter

as far as long-term debt that's been increasing slowly not anything near what

their long-term assets or investments have been growing up their free cash

flow is currently positive they had a negative back in 2015 so they're

actually pretty positive so very nice-looking you know company without

diving to further into it they're actually up this year

so out of the three other telecommunications companies that I

covered Verizon AT&T and Centrelink this is the only telecommunications that has

actually positive for the year by 3.9 and look at this it's actually going

back down to about a great opportunity to buy if I looked at their 52 week low

as there's a showdown here I believe it showed over on their

summary 52 week range $34 and one penny so this is very nice off that 32 week

low now quickly kind of look at them you know CenturyLink one of the main reasons

I had bought this just because the yield the price it had a very nice value it's

free cash flow was up quite a bit since you know I had taken a look at the stock

all these portions here were they had a big dip you know they had an acquisition

back in Oh 8 they had an acquisition in 2011 2012 they had an acquisition in

2013 and they just had this big 32 billion dollar acquisition with level 3

so their free cash flow is getting chunked but they were in the billions

they had to give up a little bit out their free cash flow they're back down

in the million but level three has some very nice free

cash flow Centrelink has some very nice free cash flow with the FCC's ruling

it's going to increase their services that they're able to provide they're

going to be able to charge additional fees it's going to be changing quite a

bit price the book value when I purchased the stock they were at a point

six five point six five price to book value I bought it right back in

September so it was actually bright back here so they had around a point it looks

like maybe 0.8 hi I've been buying the stock you know for the last couple

months and weeks I just did a couple additional purchases here is their new

price the book value that jumped over one so it's actually at a nice but

valued biased now it's overvalued for its current

price to book value in the sense but I bought it when the

book value of the actual price of the book you know price ticked a person the

book value was low now if you're buying it yeah and their price to earnings is

actually pretty high in comparison to everything else as far as

telecommunication goes if we just go ahead and bring in all the other

telecommunication providers you can see here that Centrelink is at the top as

far as price to their earning potential right behind by Comcast than AT&T and

Verizon is at the lowest now just taking a look at their book value here the

central link is at the lowest as far as book value you're probably getting the

best you know you're getting the best price for your value amount follow right

behind by AT&T so AT&T and then Comcast and then Verizon so out of all of these

you know the price price to the actual book value of the company anything below

three it would be a considered a value investment

now I don't know about well should we take a look at so I want to take a quick

look we'll take a look at price and yield so right now Comcast as you know

for the year they're currently down there at a $35 point looks like prior

back and about a year ago they're probably down and you know 34 dollars

and one penny was there 52 week low so if this continues to kind of go down

which I don't see it going down they've actually had very nice earnings for the

past four quarters they've been doing really well so this is something that's

kind of unexpected in comparison to what they've been doing as far as earnings go

I would like to take a look at what their revenue free cash flow and net

income has been for the last five years and they're actually up so you can see

percentage-wise their free cash flow is up 22% their net income is up 33 percent

their net income I'm sorry their revenue was up 33 and

their net income is up 40% so they've actually done very well and this is

actually one that's that I think is very nice as far as investing in Centrelink

you know they kind of down for the past three years but you know

they've been kind of in the dirt and they've been spending money on

acquisitions AT&T wise let's take a look AT&T is huge and the income in free cash

flow and revenue and that Lynn those last three years and Verizon Verizon's

gone down a little bit and their free cash flow that's because actually I

don't know if any acquisitions they had a yahoo and I think that may have been

like the last one that they've done and then their revenue here his negative

2.09 in their free cash flow is up 36% so I

just kind of taking a look at quite a bit of these you know Comcast itself

doesn't look too bad AT&T looks like the winner as far as you

know investing for the long term just looking at that free cash flow that

they're pulling in you know how much has crease in the last three years you're

still getting a pretty decent value let's take out that percentages you're

still getting a pretty easy value you know 3.0 is where the price in comparing

you know you're paying a hundred and seventy-one percent premium a 1.0 would

being that you're currently paying at that price is equal to the company's

book value so you're only paying you know a little over for the premium of

the price in comparison to its actual book value so that's actually not too

bad so I'll leave the rest for you guys to kind of decide but those are the four

stocks I am watching right now and I'm not gonna take a look so Centrelink you

know I've been by an increase in my equity in that one Comcast that's not

another great buying opportunity I think I don't think it'll drop down any more I

may take a look at what was the lowest hair point sometime in the last month or

so and try and put in some buys some limit buys in there

AT&T it already felt probably to its support line and it's kind of bouncing

back up depending on how their merger grows with Time Warner when it when it

you know when it comes into a fact and how the SEC ruling is I could see 18 t

just kind of continuing back up into the 38 $40 range for risin its you know it

already hit the bottom of you know it kind of hit it's support back down and

July I believe that's when I bought the

Verizon back way back when when I transcribed the Robin Hood

I bought Verizon Fred at that dip so I haven't bought any additional Verizon

lately I've already have a pretty decent good position in there but I can see

this one you know they had a yield overrun 5.25 somewhere in that time

frame so if you had actually looked into quite a bit of these stocks you could

probably get a really good deal right now

so looks like all of them in a sense are undervalued in comparison to their yield

to current price but only a few of them are you know Book value below 3 what do

I have here so Verizon is probably the most

expensive price do you Book value and then the other three paying a premium of

300% or less is actually not a bad buy in AT&T has the most free cash flow and

that income and revenue so that is it for this video if you enjoy these if you

but regardless the Celtic streak is still very very very impressive to me I

How to fix Squeaky brakes - Stop noisy brakes or squeaking Brakes - Duration: 6:00.

what is happening people Frank here from inside the garage on this edition we're

covering how to handle those squeaky brakes

so whether you're trying to do your own brakes

or the fact is maybe you went to the dealer

a brakes squeak is extremely frustrating and today's show we're gonna slow it

down I'm going to show you the top tip this is the real the raw on brake tips

brake pads that's a big problem a lot of you guys are putting brake pads on your

vehicle and you're getting this part wrong but let's head over to the bench

and talk about the various quality of brake pads ceramic semi-metallic and the

dinosaur organic you guys have heard about it the cheap brake pads

you've been preached to in fact you probably said why they preach it it is a

9 $10 $11 brake pad you're gonna pay for what you get now what does that all mean

well these old-school organic pads they're available and you will have

breaking however these guys will squeak for one very good reason and this is the

biggest tip I can give you if you're gonna buy a cheap brake pad the

difference is all to do with these corners here on the edge of the actual

lining now that edge is really important for one big reason you guys know brake

dust brake dust can cause squeaks especially with these guys with these 90

degree angles that brake dust is actually going between the pad and the

rotor when you get the premium style brake pads you're gonna have the beveled

edge that beveled edge is gonna allow that brake dust to go right through the

wheels the next thing is going from organic to semi-metallic semi-metallic

pads, not a bad brake pad they're a softer pad I don't get complicated let's

keep it simplified semi-metallic pads have more metal iron copper all the

metals in this pad to help with braking and also dealing with heat that I

realize that heat is the enemy to the brake system braking is all about how

well we stop in relationship to heat and that's the game changer is the heat the

better quality that you get into that better you're going to handle the heat

which can cause all kinds of problems including brakes squeak. The next brake

pad is your ceramic pad ceramic pads are relatively new to the industry in the

last 15-20 inside of 30 years let's say and a ceramic is

that it's like a porcelain kiln we're heating it up ceramics do very well with

heat it is your best bet they only catch with ceramic pads is that they're a much

harder pad and you could eat up into brake rotors hence it's really important

that if you have a brake squeak with these ceramic pads get those looked at

right away because you could cut into rotors and need brake rotors. Speaking of

brake rotors let's get over to the brake rotors or brake discs those are

important and this is what you may be getting wrong with your brake rotors I

take the brake rotors really serious guys you don't want to skimp just like on

the brake pads spend a little bit more cuz here's the secret ingredient no we

don't got a cooking show this is car care secret ingredient is the veins in

the brake rotor this is the skeletal structure you won't see this unless you

pay close attention to these slots inside between the outboard and the

inboard side of that brake rotor now what's the story with the veins well on

a cheaper quality a less quality brake rotor you're gonna have less veins so

think about a cooling fan at home right you're cooling your cell phone you've

got a fan by your bed if you've got three blades and it's 110 that's the

problem you want five blades because that's gonna move air and that's the

whole concept behind the brake rotor so get a quality brake rotor so that you

can dissipate and move all that heat here's a couple of quick tips if you

decided you're gonna resurface so your own brake rotors you want to make sure

the brake loir is set up appropriately but I got to tell you more importantly

to reduce that chatter which can cause grooving and brake rotors and cause a

brake grind make sure that you've got a silencer band and a silencer devices

placed in here to reduce the chatter when you reservist the rotors great

brake loir has come a long way certain cars you can't pull that road or what comes

to mind is a GMC Colorado you need to resurface those rotors with an on car

brake lathe make sure you check all there's manual and check with your

locals alive if they've got an on car brake lathe that's a win all right we

talked about to recap number one brake pads if you can spend the money on the

premium spend the money make sure those brake pants don't have a

ninety degree angle they're beveled that's going to eliminate some of that

brake dust from causing squeaks between the pads and the rotor as its spinning

number two rotors hello get those rotors people stop skimping

roaders the veins those blades inside that road or make sure that their

OE specification they don't have enough veins you're going to saturate

your brakes with heat and that's gonna cause squeaks along with

nasty pulsations last tip don't get complicated things can be tight well

if it's tight & you're doing your own project maybe you buying a lesser quality and an

expensive brake pad let's call it good now they may not do well with the noise

and that's okay you're saying yourself I need to stop and as long as I can stop

I'll deal with the noise whether that be consistent or it's a phantom squeak now

the fact is the lesser quality brakes you're gonna be using this disc brake

quite stop stop me noise instant stop noise right you're gonna put it on there

it's gonna be goobidy goo on the back side between the caliper and the rotor and it's

designed to help minimize vibrations think of a clarinet blowing through a

readed instrument creates vibration very much the same with your brakes lower

what you do with those accounts is you tie your account to a trader and you put

the money in and he holds it until he's done trading and then when you want to

get it back charge a percentage to come out of the

so basically what you're doing is you're loaning the program your your BTC

they're trading with it when you want to out they charge you a small amount to

get back out to me that's a reasonable trade-off so to say that there's a

never-ending term I don't think that's very accurate what it is is you leave it

money for something else and you can just go and take it out that's not

all back in and then you can now request the withdrawal and

just take the 7% hit doing it that way you get your original

investment back much faster than if you would if you would be pulling out it

every day you know these types of program if you're afraid and you have to

pull it out you know every day even though you're getting hit with a bunch

of withdrawal fees then you may have been invested too much look I've always

encouraged everyone invest only what you feel comfortable with you know life is

too short to have too much invested in something that you can't go to sleep at

night so that's my take on this I mean there's other programs that are coming

up that would allow you to invest with traders you can piggyback on what

they're doing and this is not something that is new this is something that has

been offered in the stock market for a long time and you can piggyback on a

person that's doing the trading and you can just you know mirror what they're

doing and what we're doing here with with hexabot we're a mirror in their

trading and they just happen to be using a bot to do it so so that's my take in

this I think it's I think it's good I think it's we're real excited about hexabot

we're looking forward to our first weekly payment on Monday and we'll do a

follow-up video on it then if this is something you'd like to get him logged

in like I said it's it's worth I'm getting involved in they have a nice

community the nice thing about this is if there's any problems you can

guarantee they're gonna be over here talking about it and so if they were

gonna scam I don't think that they would have this on their website because you

know I know they could disable it at any time

Dating When Depressed or Hypomanic: Good Idea or Not? - Duration: 3:46.

Hey guys. It's Hannah. I hope everybody had a fantastic Thanksgiving.

I did. I ate tons of food. I hope you did as well.

I'm very thankful for all of you and I'm excited to do this video today.

I received an email recently from someone who was on the dating scene, kind of like me.

And they live with bipolar disorder; kind of like me.

And they've been asked out a couple of times

but, basically, they've been going through these ups and downs;

which I have been as well, going through rapid cycling.

If you don't know that, please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

And they were asking me like, "Is it right to go on these dates?"

"Should I wait till I'm in a better place with my mental health condition?"

And so he caused me to think about it and discuss it with you today.

I want your input.

So do a response video or comment below with your advice or your experience.

So, as someone that's been dating through these ups and downs,

it's really difficult.

And I think the main idea is dating is supposed to be fun.

And it's supposed to be where you can really reveal yourself.

And you don't have to be perfect but you do have to be somewhat balanced.

I can tell you that being that I've been hypomanic and really rapid cycling,

what it has caused for me and dating is to be very much more cold and distant.

And as I talked about in a previous video,

"Hyper-sexual," you know, I value more of the sexual idea over anything else.

Like that causes my emotional connection; which isn't necessarily right.

I'm distant. I'm there.

I mean, the way that I date is going by the emotions and the rapid cycling that I'm having.

And it's definitely turned a lot of guys off.

And they really have gotten the wrong idea about who I am as a person.

Which sucks!

I'm still dating though.

And for those of you who are wondering why,

because I'm not really being that out of control.

And the reason is, I think it's so important for us to challenge ourselves

when we live with bipolar disorder.

If I did everything I'm comfortable with,

then I wouldn't be where I am today.

So dating and being vulnerable, even in this place where I'm kind of up and down, is a challenge.

Even if I overcome it a little bit, it makes me stronger.

Now, if I'm extremely depressed, like on a scale from A to F, I'm like a D or an F, no.

Or if I am manic, well, no! Dating isn't even on the table.

But if I'm kind of in-between those challenges, it can really build me as a person.

Just give it a shot.

It's either gonna work or it isn't.

If you really, really don't feel well, keep in communication with that person.

And just hit them up when you're feeling a little bit better.

Just because you don't say "yes" the first time around,

doesn't mean you're ruined for the rest of your life.

So please, again, share your experience with me.

I'm actually going on a date this weekend.

And I want all of you with bipolar disorder, depression or anxiety, to have fun with it

and not overanalyze and beat yourself down.

The fees for a spouse visa (either CR1 or IR1), spread out during

the year of processing, paid to USCIS, NVC, medical exam, and

finally USCIS again are about $1,500.

These are broken down as follows.

When you send in your CR1 Visa application to Homeland Security,

you include payment of $535.

Then about 8 - 10 months later, after the case is at the National Visa Center

you pay two separate fees.

First a $120 Affidavit of Support fee, then a $325 Visa Application Fee.

Prior to the interview your spouse must undergo a medical exam,

which will cost roughly $300.

Finally after the interview, but before beginning the journey to the USA

there is one final fee to be paid.

This time it is to USCIS, and is called an immigrant fee.

It is paid online, and the amount is $220.

The final cost from submitting your CR1 visa application through to

issuance of Green Card, is roughly $1,500
