What is Marshadow?- Pokemon Origins - Duration: 2:30.

I thought it was going to be a cool looking Pokemon.
Oh well.
Able to conceal itself in shadows, it never appears before humans, so its very existence
was the stuff of myth.
While lurking in the shadows of others, Marshadow is said to be able to copy their movements
and powers.
This Pokémon is said to be craven and cowering.
So what the heck is it based on.
The closest thing to Marshadow I found were Nightmarchers.
In Hawaiian legend, Nightmarchers were the ghosts of ancient Hawaiian warriors who passed
away a long time ago.
It appears that their souls do not rest because they move with purpose to the beat of primitive
pounding drums.
Some even say these spirits are armed with archaic weaponry and are clothed in decorated
helmets and cloaks.
They seem to be marching en route to or from a battle.
Who knows?
That lines up perfectfully with Marshadow's two typings.
Marshadow being a ghost Pokemon matches up with the Nightmarchers being spirits and the
Fighting type fits perfect with the Nightmarchers being warriors.
Cool Their ghostly procession must never be interrupted.
Legend has it that just resting your eyes upon the Night Marchers could signal a grim
fate.
Anyone in the path of these spirits are to are urged to crouch low to the ground, "play
dead" and avert the eyes.
Any sound or movement could invite a Night Marcher's deadly glance.
Trust me no one wants to suffer a terrible fate.
Even more frightening, although the Night Marchers allegedly float a few inches off
the ground, some locals claim of seeing mysterious footprints in their path after they have passed.
Whoa Not in a million years did I expect Marshadow
to be so terrifying.

so the red thing started out first with Niklas in the basement and this is when
I first captured it as you can see you can see how I wasn't yet so I wanted to
slow it down and this is what I saw it looked like a red orb or something red
jumping from the back of his fur after this something led me to go
outside for some reason so I went out back and this is what I saw so what I
did is I slowed it down and then I took a still photograph from the video and
this is what you see but I'm still not sure what this is it could just be like
a red bug or something but then I saw it back again on Nicolas inside the house
and I will show you that next so look in the area that I have highlighted in a
circle in yellow and then look at this next video and you will see something
leave from the area and then something returned okay I think he's gonna I think
you need me to help you okay I'll come get ya that happened to him in the
basement okay I'm coming I don't know if you can see it but something flies off
of him and I slowed it down for you and then here I slowed it down for you and
you can begin to see something come back in from the lower right of the picture
frame that looks like a red dot and it's it goes up near his chin and then above
to his chose as he looks up and here it is
returning again I want you to know the only thing that's been changed is the
scenes have been cut so they're not so long and the speed has been slowed down
in terms of saturation or anything like that nothing's been touched in this next
scene you will see from the right a of course an orb the same red thing flying

something that I really care about
which I think
it's really important
but for some strange reason
at least, so it seems to me..
it is not taken seriously
especially here in Italy
In fact there is hardly any information in Italian
on this topic
so
Even if I'm not an expert
and certainty I don't have any kind of certification either
I'll try to explain it
I'll try my best
What I want to talk about is MBTI
or more precisely the theory behind it
later I'll also explain why I'm specifying this
MBTI is acronym for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
and essentially
people who know about it know it for the Test
it should be a test to measure some personality traits
Fortunately it's not just a test
It's not like one of those tests you could find on teenage magazines
although, if someone really wanted to
you could go and take it online
just for fun and not think too much about it
you could...
But in reality everything started with this little brick
Jung thought that he could just make our life easier
telling us about his theories on personality types
so at the time he managed to spot some characteristics in peronality
and from these he divided them up into groups
It's difficult to explain but
bear with me here..
so he identified 8 groups
later on in the years, the MBTI system divided them once again
in 16 categories
I have to say in a very accurate way
the problem was
they were all hypotheses
so no matter how precise and brilliant
these intuitions actually were
proof was missing
anyone could say: "it sounds a little subjective"
"arbitrary"
"a person may give one impression to me and a different one to you"
"so what's the meaning of placing people in boxes?"
I just wanted to add that I can't stand the idea of using fixed categories
however...
But now, thank god, we have the technology to
investigate further
deep into these theories
and it has been done
by Dario Nardi

"wow interesting this MBTI thing"
"but we are missing all of the hard facts"
so he conducted a research on university students
in the end we are always the ones!
he asked them to read about and research the MBTI
and to come back with an idea
on which of the 16 personality types they could have a preference for
(In MBTI that's the term you use: "preference")
to which of these types they felt closest to
after this
he and his team would connect his subjects to EEG mapping equipment
to see what was going on inside their heads
which areas of the brain would light up
while they were taking part in various activities
or exposed to various stimuli
like practicing their hobby
singing, playing a musical instrument
writing
or just sign a document
or even interacting with other people
talking, listening
part of the experiment even involved a speed dating scenario
to see how they reacted under that circumstance
and what he found out
it's still not definitive because it's not such a huge sample of individuals
but what he discovered is that there are
some patterns
all of the individuals who identified
with a certain personality type
would have the same brain patterns
or Cognitive Processes, as they are called in the MBTI
extremely similar within the same type, and extremely different from the other types
to me this discovery was mind-blowing
apparently it's not that mind-blowing to anyone else apart from me
however let's just stop and think about it for a second
now I'll explain why I think this is so important
revolutionary
do you ever have that feeling
of when
I don't know... even your Best friend
you think that you know him so well
and to have understood by now what kind of a person he/she is
how he thinks
yes it's true... most of the time
but it always comes that moment in which
when you find yourself in front of a situation
your reaction seems so logical
maybe even the only possible one
instead you look over to this other person that reacted in a completely different way
or had a diametrically opposed thought
and you ask yourself...
"Why?"
"that's impossible!" and you are tempted to think "does he not get it?"
or "maybe he did't understand"
instead most of the time that is not the case
and this is the proof

I know that theoretically we all know that
"everyone is unique, different, you are a little special snowflake"
but one thing is to say these things and another is to know them
know and to be aware of How and How much we are actually different from one another
having said this
I'm not implying that we should put people into boxes, or that there are only 16 types and that's it
because within every single group there are many variations, shades and exceptions
obviously
also because our personality is always subject to changes and transformations
due to the environment in which we were raised
to events
however, this I'll explain more in detail in other videos giving you some data
inside every personality type group you can find more similarities than differences
another thing that I really care to specify is that
here we are not talking about behaviour
and this the reason why the tests you can find online
even the serious ones
need to be taken with a grain of salt

specific characteristics of personality
from the outside
the only thing you can refer to is behaviour
because those are the ones we show, that we put into action
and it is also true that if we use a certain cognitive process
probably they are going to lead us to act in a certain way
but it's not certain!
it's not a matter of actions
so two people might be experiencing the same cognitive process but still act in different ways
so you can't predict type on the only basis of behavior or vice versa
If you are interested
if you would like to know more about it
and you would like to discover your personality type
my advice is
In case you want to try and take a test go and try the one of Dario Nardi
because it is definitely the most accurate compared to what you can find on the internet
that should be useful to get an idea, a sense of the MBTI
but then please go and read the theory behind it
understand what exactly is intended when they talk about functions
because they will have names that will confuse you
one is called Intuition, does this mean that you intuit stuff? no...
others are called Feeling or thinking, does this mean that if you think you don't feel or experience no emotion?
obviously not
it's not about that
it is important not to fall in the stereotype trap
or fooling yourself by thinking that you can understand everything just by reading some initials
as you will find out, MBTI uses combinations of four or two letters to name types and functions
on one side they are very useful, shorter, easier to remember and they prevent us from talking for hours
on the other hand

Isn't it unfair to pay CEO's billions of dollars when there's so many people in poverty?
That all depends on where the pay comes from and how it is earned.
If, for example, the payment to the CEO's comes in part from a government bailout, at
the taxpayers' expense, then absolutely it's wrong to pay then that.
But if the CEO is earning that money, has paid that money as a result of a contract
with the board of directors and they use that to reward him or her for making decisions
for them.
Because they believe that he or she is the best ... is a good option and worth it.
And if that CEO makes decisions suppose the CEO's paid $10 million a year.
If he or she makes decisions, which earn the company $15 million a year, they're absolutely
worth it.
As long as they ... I guess I would answer that the way I would answer about the pay
... about any pay for anybody.
It's fair and it's ethical, I think, if they're creating more value for the enterprise then
they're paid.
Because then the enterprise is better off on net.
And let's remember that enterprises make their money by creating goods and services creating
wealth for other people.
So no I don't have any difficulty with paying a CEO millions of dollars.
If he or she has earned it with making really good decisions and guiding the company so
as to create a greater amount of wealth than what they're paid.
I see no problem with that at all.
To add one other thing.
The question isn't it unfair to pay CEO's millions of dollars while other people are
living in poverty, seems to assume that the CEO has that money at the expense of the people
in poverty.
But that's not true.
If the company that the CEO works for is creating valuable goods and services, then the CEO's
money doesn't come at the expense of the poor, it comes as a result of making the poor better
off by providing them good and services they would like to have at a price they're willing
to pay.
This idea that the rich get richer in a free market at the expense of the poor is a pernicious
error.
Bill Gates and Steve Jobs didn't get rich at our expense.
They got rich by making us better off.
It's important for us to remember that.

Lets take a little test, look around the room that you are currently in. See that object
over there on that table? or what about that awesome thing up on your shelf over there?
or how about that life size blow up doll that you keep in your closet underneath your old
monopoly board game so your mom or girlfriend doesn't find it. I bet you my first born
child that at least one of those items is made in china!
How do I know this? The answer is simple. Money! AKA cheap products and cheap labor
in which workers get paid borderline slave wages to produce goods in china. It is much
more profitable to import items that are cheap to make and then sell them to rich people
who are willing to pay more. Capitalism is cray cray.
But along with that knock off rolex watch that your friend swears is real,another export
of china is a hot new viral trend that has been sweeping the internet nation. "The
Karma is a b*tch challenge!"
We all know what caramel is. You can put it on ice cream sundaes, a lot of candy bars
have it inside them. It is even delicious on its own. I mean the stuff tastes amazing
and is a perfect treat for when you —— oh shit…. karma, not caramel… I misread it.

What the hell is karma?
So basically to sum it up, if you act like a prick the energy of the universe will come
back to bite you in your ass. And if you are a chill person and treat others with respect,
well then the universe will reward you with things like a car or money or like a wife
with big boobs, or something like that. I think that's how it works at least.
Basically a lot of people like to use karma as a warning for people to remember that their
actions may have consequences. Therefore being a b*tch when it comes back to bite them.
This new viral trend out of china has it's origins in the chinese app called - oh god,
I'm gonna have trouble with this one. cough cough "Dou Yin" .. "dou yin" I did
it…i think..
The dou yin app is basically a more advanced version of musical.ly and a crossover between
vine and snapchat.
Which is an assessment I totally came up with by myself. Totally

isn't too impressive, while lip syncing the phrase "karma is a b*tch", before
transitioning into something much more spectacular. Kinda like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly.

A very specific piece of audio is used when they call karma a female dog. That audio comes
from the american television show Riverdale. From an episode when the character veronica
says it as a response to news that some dude got effed up in a car accident.

God damn veronica, You are one cold SOB. I mean,You're hot, but you're cold. If you
know what I mean.
The 2nd part of the trend is the music used in the challenge. It is a song that I know
very well because it's on my guilty pleasure playlist and I listen to it pretty often when
I may or may not dance naked in front of my mirror. "Gucci Gucci" by kreayshawn but
this version is remixed with music by the musical group beats antique by a soundcloud
artist known as cryptex.
That song makes you feel like a straight OG west coast thug playa gangsta when you listen
to it.
Which makes it perfect for the second part of this challenge.
Combined together these two elements have become the karma is a b*tch challenge.
And now people have been posting videos of themselves making beautiful transformations.
And others have been posting videos of themselves making humorous transformations. Which happen
to be my favorite.
Now who exactly are these people trying to teach karma to? I don't think anybody knows
and I don't think it matters either. It's just another reason for people to get in front
of their cameras and be vain and superficial and post it to social media so they feel important.
Basically it's a snapshot of our current society!
So there you have it! What started off as a small trend in china has made its way to
the rest of the world where it has become popular….at least for this week. Next week
were gonna forget all about it and be on to something else and it's gonna be a continuous
cycle until the world ends.

Power-up. I'm finishing up my series on SMART goals, and today we're going to
discuss the fifth attribute: Is it Time-bound? Now, if you defined your goal for a
resolution, then the time is probably going to default to about a year.
However, goals can be as short or as long as you want them. Now, you have to be
careful with the time. If the time is too short, you start wondering about
attribute three: Is it attainable? Can you realistically achieve that goal in the
time you've said? And if the time is too long, now we may be dealing with, Is it
still relevant? So, make sure you are setting the time appropriately.
Additionally, you need to break up periodically and have some milestones
defined within that time range, so that you can then go back and check the
measurements you defined in attribute two, the success criteria, and compare them to
the baselines you already have the measurements of, so that you can see if
you are making progress or do you need to take some corrective action. So that's
it folks, SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

Solitary rooms are dedicated to one person.
one group, or sometimes even a ship: Rooms such as Solitary EXO, Solitary Namjoon, Solitary Sunmi, etc, all exist.
These rooms are strictly photos, videos, and gifs only - no one is allowed to talk inside them.
