Hello everyone, and welcome to my Respecification Guide for

the Elder Scrolls Online

My name is Tianlein and today i will show you how and where you can reset your Skills,

Skill Morphs, Attributes and Champion Points in ESO

Take a look in the description if you want to go to a specific topic

Sometimes you may have chosen a wrong skill or you just want to change the Role of your Character

This is no problem since you can anytime easily

reset your Character Skills when you have the coin

To reset your Skills, Morphs or Attributes you have to visit one of the Rededication

Shrines which you can find in 4 cities across Tamriel

In Deshaan you have to visit Mournhold

In the City Center and in the same building as the Bank you will find the Rededication Shrines

At the Shrine to Kyne you can reassign your attribute points

The Shrine to Stuhn gives you the opportunity to reset all of your skill points

or to reset your skill morphs

In Grahtwood you have to travel to Elden Root

Next to the Elden Root Wayshrine you will find the Rededication shrines

At the Shrine to Auriel you can reset your attribute points

The Shrine to Stendarr lets you reset either your skill points or the skill morphs

Or you can travel to Wayrest in Stormhaven

Here you have to visit the Temple of the Divines

Inside you will find the Shrine to Akatosh which lets you reassign your attribute points

The Shrine to Stendarr gives you the opportunity to reset all of your skill points or to reset

your skill morphs

When you own the Morrowind Chapter you can also go to the Temple Canton in Vivec City

in Vvardenfell

Not far away from the Vivec Temple Wayshrine you will find the Rededication shrines

The Shrine of Warrior-Poet allows you to reset your attribute points

And the Shrine of Father of Mysteries gives you the possibility of resetting your skills

or your morphs

The price for the Respecification of your Attributes and Skills is always 50 gold per

Attribute or Skill point

If you have already collected many Skillpoints it can be quite expensive to reset them

Sometimes if major changes will be implemented in the Game it can happen that the Respecification

Prices are lowered for a short period of time

If you don`t want to invest Gold to reset your Character you can take a look at the Crown Store

For 700 Crowns each you can buy an Attribute Respecifaction Scroll or a Skill Respecification Scroll

When you have reached Level 50 you will start to collect Champion Points

You can assign up to 630 Champion Points and they are shared between all your Characters

You can open the Champion Point Interface by pressing the equal key.

At the bottom of your screen you will find the Redistribute Button

To reset your Champion Points you have to pay 3000 Gold each time

No matter how many times you will reset them, or how many Champion Points you have, the

price will remain the same every time

How Cells Produce Energy – The Basics and ME/CFS

In a previous video, I described how ME/CFS limits our energy even on good days.

In this one, I describe, in simplified terms, how human cells produce energy more generally.

And I show how some of the research on ME/CFS fits in.

The details might hold some surprises; they did for me.

Until recently, I didn't think much about how my body produced energy.

I guess I assumed that there was just one way that it happened.

Not true!

To better understand ME/CFS, I've studied a bit of physiology, and I've learned a

few basic things.

Generally: Energy is produced in the same cell that uses

it.

The main fuel that our cells produce and consume is ATP, which is just a molecule.

Cells have three main ways to produce ATP.

This is my focus in this video.

Healthy cells have three main ways of producing fuel, or ATP.

To make them easier to remember, I'll call them: the flamethrower, kindling, and firelogs.

I've shown their scientific names, too.

Note that the first two are "anaerobic," which means that they don't require oxygen.

Note also that, optimally, the second process, glycolysis or kindling, should feed into the

third process.

Let's recall that our bodies are made up of tiny cells that aren't much bigger than

germs.

And almost all of our bodies' business either takes place in cells or consists of transportation

and communication between cells.

In fact, our fuel is produced inside the same cells that use its energy, but the raw materials

for this fuel, such as sugar or fat, are transported in the blood from other parts of the body

to cells that need it.

Okay, back to the three main ways to produce fuel in cells.

Let's start with the flamethrower (or ATP-PCr System).

I call it a flamethrower because it's ready in an instant and it gives a cell (for example

in a muscle) a short burst of explosive power.

A cell will store a batch of PCr (or phosphocreatine) for a short burst.

After 10-15 seconds of all-out exercise, though, it's gone.

As far as I have read, researchers haven't consistently found problems with the flamethrower

in ME/CFS.

So maybe most people with this disease have at least a few seconds of burst in them.

On the other hand, I've been through tough times when it was even harder to start moving

than it was to continue.

When a person starts to move, cells use a small, built-up store of ATP while triggering

the flamethrower and ramping up the other two systems.

So I wonder whether the flamethrower worked but the baseline level of ATP was deficient.

Here I should note that all three types of fuel-production take place at the same time.

One just predominates at any particular moment.

On we go to kindling (or glycolysis), which converts the sugar glucose into energy.

Glycolysis is like kindling for two reasons: It doesn't produce much energy

During all-out exercise, it lasts for about a minute.

And it should feed pyruvate into the stronger and long-lasting energy-production of the

third type ("firelogs").

In ME/CFS it doesn't, which is the subject of my first video.

Once again, there might not be a problem with glycolysis among people with ME/CFS.

Or maybe the problem is that there is no problem, leading to the build-up of lactate.

The third and most powerful form of fuel production is the firelog (or oxidation).

This is also called aerobic energy.

Firelogs provide a lot of energy for a long time, and oxidation has the same advantages

in producing ATP.

Oxidation takes a little longer to get started than the other two processes.

It occurs in the mitochondria and is quite complex.

For example, it includes a chain of processes called the Krebs Cycle or Citric Acid Cycle

and another called the Electron Transport Chain.

Just as firelogs can come from different types of trees or recipes, our cells can use different

raw materials for oxidation.

The most efficient one, pyruvate, comes from glucose via the 'kindling' process.

In a healthy person, the fuel produced from glucose can last for about 90 minutes of exercise.

Then the body will switch its emphasis to converting fat to energy.

Even a skinny person has days of fat stored here and there.

But people can't produce ATP from fat as quickly as from sugar.

And it takes more oxygen.

So, all in all, it's an inferior method.

In a pinch, our cells can also use the building blocks of proteins - amino acids - as firelogs

too.

Unfortunately, a lot of research indicates that the preferred firelog, from glucose,

doesn't get used in the cells of people with ME/CFS.

Instead, it piles up in the form of lactate, which causes various problems, such as pain

and weakness.

That is, there's a problem in the transition from kindling to firelog.

So, after our free 15 seconds, we end up depending on kindling and then on inefficiently burning

fat and amino acids.

How Does The Crookes Radiometer Work? - Duration: 5:36.

How the heck does that work?!

Hey Crazies.

I'm adding a new kind of video into the mix where I explain how things work.

Today, we're covering the Crookes Radiometer.

What's a Crookes Radiometer?

Great question!

It was invented by an English chemist and physicist named William Crookes.

A chemist and a physicist?!

Wow, that doesn't happen a lot these days.

Anyway, a Crookes radiometer looks something like this.

There are 4 vanes, each with a white side and a black side.

They're enclosed in an air-tight glass bulb where most of the air has been sucked out.

When you shine light on it, the vanes spin.

Simple enough to demonstrate, but a huge pain to explain.

There are 3 different effects at play: pressure from light, also known as radiation

pressure, pressure from heated air, and air vortices.

Let's look at those one at a time.

Option 1: Radiation Pressure!

When atoms run into other atoms, they exchange momentum.

If there are a lot of atoms, we call that pressure.

Radiation is just a catch-all word for particles that carry energy away.

Any type of light counts as radiation.

Photons have momentum too, which they can also give to atoms after hitting them.

If there are a lot of photons, we call that radiation pressure.

In the radiometer, the photons hit the white side twice as hard as the black side,

which gives us a net force in this direction.

There's a slight problem though.

The momentum of a single photon is proportional to its energy and, therefore, its frequency.

That is a seriously tiny number!

When you consider in the dimensions of a radiometer vane; the type of, strength of, and distance

to your light source; and finally multiply by four; you get about 2.5 nano-newtons!

That's itty bitty.

So, while radiation pressure makes solar-sails possible and balances the inward gravity of

a star, those things are big.

To get the tiny vanes in the radiometer to respond you'd have to vent all the air to

space and shut off gravity to minimize friction.

Physicslaaaaaaaaaaaaand!

I really need to figure out where that's coming from.

Anyway, I can do those things because I'm on a spaceship!

But you can't and the company that makes these certainly can't either.

We know there's more going on here for multiple reasons.

If radiation pressure was it, it would spin this way, but a standard radiometer spins

the other way.

It doesn't even need to be light.

Just getting it hot or cold will make it spin.

Keep in mind, scientists have been discussing this thing for over a century now.

It started in the late 1800s between Maxwell and Reynolds.

They kept publishing papers as rebuttals to each other, but then Maxwell died and the

Royal Society wouldn't let Reynolds respond anymore.

After that, no progress was made for almost 40 years because we just didn't have the

technology to verify anything.

Option 2: Pressure from heated air!

A standard Crookes radiometer does have air only a little bit, but it's there.

That air gets heated near the vanes, but more so on the black side.

The temperature increase causes a pressure increase and that pressure pushes the vanes

forward.

Is it really that simple?

No.

This is the Science Asylum.

You think we're going to stay that superficial?

Temperature increases and pressure increases don't always correlate.

We need to consider something called the Mean Free Path.

That's the average distance a molecule can travel before you expect to run into another

molecule.

If the air is really thin, that could be the size of the vanes in the radiometer.

But, since the air molecules in the radiometer are also hitting the vanes the pressure isn't

evenly distributed across those vanes.

Ricocheting molecules can keep other molecules from hitting the vane.

That happens more near the center than the edge so the pressure across the vane looks

more like this.

It's higher near the edges and less near the center.

However!

The more air molecules there are in the glass bulb, the smaller the mean free path.

That does mean the pressure can distribute across the vanes better but, too many, and

it'll distribute throughout the whole radiometer better resulting in effectively zero pressure

difference on the vanes.

Option 3: Air Vortices!

Even when there isn't a pressure difference moving the vanes along that temperature difference

is still there.

With more molecules around, that temperature difference pushes the air like this and, by

Newton's third law, the vanes are pushed in the opposite direction.

The radiometer vanes still spin.

But as we mentioned before, the more air molecules there are in the glass bulb, the smaller the

mean free path.

If you put too many molecules in there, they hit each other so much their motion becomes

random again.

That's why this doesn't work at atmospheric pressure.

So which is it?

Option 2 or option 3?

Both!

Manufacturers of these radiometers have found a sweet-spot at about 1 pascal.

That's about 10 millionths of an atmosphere, so it's pretty low.

But it's just the right number of air molecules, so that both a pressure difference and an

air flow are at play inside the radiometer.

Complicated!

Dry Paneer Manchurian Receipe / How To Make Dry Paneer Manchurian - Duration: 7:18.

first we make marination for paneer

take a mixing bowl add corn flour, maida,1tbspoon garlic paste,1 tbspoon ginger paste or salt to taste. mix it well

add water and make semi thick batter

add paneer qubes and cover all the qubes with marination

marinate paneer for about 30 minute

after 30 minute fry paneer in hot oil

fry on high flame

switch off the flame and take out fried paneer pieces on tissu paper

for sauce heat a pan with 1 tspoon oil

when oil heated add garlic paste and ginger paste , saute it for 1 minute

now we add chopped onion,green chilli and capsicum saute it for 1 minute

now we add sauces like soy sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce, mix it

last we add pried paneer pieces and mix it

cook it for 1 minute

manchurian is ready ,switch off the flame and serve

How to Get Motivated to Eat Healthy Again? - Duration: 11:58.

what's going on guys and welcome back to the fit men cook kitchen as you can see

I don't have anything sauteing or boiling or steaming right now in the

background it's just me and you I do have some infants going because I cook

mad garlic and onion and got the whole place to know and like Thanksgiving

morning up in here one of the really cool things about this place that I'm in

and writing this book is that I feel like I'm in a really creative place and

my publisher bless her heart she is challenging me more and more to

consolidate my ideas just for this book and to save some of the other stuff for

other books and other projects and it's a challenge because aside from all the

recipes I also want to share a little bit about my journey and how I've been

able to navigate this healthy lifestyle now for what almost five years going so

all that to say I've been writing a whole lot and when I feel something I'm

going to write it down but today's video is actually inspired by a recent

experience that I had when I was in the gym and it's about being and a diet rut

about being in your own diet depression and I call it a diet depression because

that's what it feels like whenever you're in that rut it's debilitating you

are disenchanted you're not motivated to try new foods and you hit a brick wall

and you feel that you can't move past it a young guy came up to me he said hey

I've lost some weight I've got at least 16 more pounds to go and I had to lose

this weight because I really want to try out for the Marines I was trying to

share some ideas with him and they got me thinking that it's less about him

hitting this weight plateau he was really asking a question about

how can I get motivated again rather than write this stuff down and share it

later I wanted to share it now so with that being said I want to share with you

all five things that I did to dig myself out of my own diet depression my own

diet rut the first thing I did to dig myself out of a diet rut is I had to get

understanding meaning get perspective about what's going on in my life I had

to become a lot more self aware of the external factors that oftentimes

influence the choices that we make is their emotional drama at work is an

emotional drama at home with you and the kids or you and wifey what are those

things that are happening right now in your life that are influencing your

decision not to get too personal but at the very beginning of this year I went

through a breakup and it was really disappointing cause it was something

that I really enjoyed and I thought it was going to last but it didn't last and

at the time I was working out I had a strict diet and I was doing all that and

so when that breakup happened I slowly began to back away from that and I

didn't really realize I was dissatisfied with where I was and so I was projecting

that on to everything else I began to become dissatisfied with my

workout I became dissatisfied with my diet and so incrementally I started to

make these different decisions that that move me farther away from my fitness

goals and from my diet goals and I had to confront the truth that a lot of

things that were happening with me emotionally we're also influencing my

dietary decision so you've got to make up your mind and you've got to get

perspective about what's going on in your life it don't even have to be that

deep it could be you are working more hours at work you've just moved to a

brand new city and you don't know the area very well give perspective about

what's going on and once you get perspective and you can begin to deal

with those underlying issues the second thing I did is this idea I like to call

a dropping bread crumb go back to what you were doing when you first started

your diet when you were feeling happy about healthy eating when you were meal

prepping I asked myself the same question and I and I wrote it down and

one of my first diet was these are some of the foods I was eating I was having a

v8 and a salad a Lean Cuisine some turkey hotdogs chicken breast brown rice

and salad and fruits as as dessert and please don't write me yes I know the lot

of that service process but hey it's what I was doing and just the memory of

this it got me smiling they got me fun because I remember how I

felt I felt so accomplished I felt so OnPoint and even though I wouldn't buy

some of these foods right now immediately it gave me some ideas about

what I could do be doing right now if I wanted to add some variety to my diet

and don't take my word for it you can look at some of the professional

athletes you watch them oftentimes when they're going through some of their

loads what they'll do is they will go back to their old high school coach or

there are all that middle school coaches they'll go back to their parents who are

coaching them for four and work with this why is that important when they

were working with them they were in love with their sports they were loving it

and they felt it and they want to get back to that so that's what you have to

do here with your diet go back to what you were doing before go back to your

old routines it could ignite that fire that will get you back on the road to

eating well again the third thing I did to get out of the diet rut was I changed

my environment and I changed up my routine in order to get variety in my

life one thing that I love to do is I love to shop around at different

supermarkets I live in downtown Dallas but I will go

all the way at like 20 30 miles out some time to go to a different work store and

people will see me they said hey I don't know you the two lived over here

I don't but there is a lot of value in changing up your environment different

supermarkets and different areas they will offer different products and

different foods and it's in those product offerings that allows you to get

new variety and new ideas into your own diet and the reality is if you don't

switch up your environment you're always going to have what you have and it's

funny how you will go to different stores searching for a shoe a brand new

t-shirt a dress why won't you do that when it comes to your diet and this is

especially true for ethnic cuisine many cities have different pockets so here in

Dallas you can go to a Japanese food store Indian Market a Mexican essential

American market and all these different places provide you with different

products so that you can enrich your own diet and lastly on this topic of

changing your environment getting variety eat out don't be so concerned

about being super healthy that you are zip

locking your entire life new experiences eating out and enjoying the military

pole really helps us to socialize and it brings us together and if you can't

afford to well you can also eat end but have seemed nice so one night you're

going to make a great Mexican dish another night and Italian night whatever

it is whether you eat out or stay in you can make it work for you

the fourth thing I did to get myself out of the diet rut is I had food challenges

on fit men cook calm I post monthly food calendars that has a food challenge

really every single week and I did this because I wanted to mirror what I was

doing in my own personal lives each week I would challenge myself to try a brand

new food and I look forward to trying something new every single week so when

we try out a brand new vegetable and I would go into the internet do a search

for healthy recipes with that vegetable and then go and make it and other days I

would say all right I'm going to try out a brand new complex carbohydrate because

I'm tired of just eating quinoa rice and sweet potato expand my horizon and all

those things led to my kitchen competency my confidence in the kitchen

and it allowed me to be able to understand how to pair foods together so

that way I can get variety and have a really enriched diet often times we have

anxiety about eating out or just foods in general because we lack the knowledge

so having these food challenges in place allows you to experiment with new food

and lastly one of the final things I did to get myself out of a diet rut is I

never stopped learning one of my favorite scriptures is the concept that

we all have heard before and it's reaping and sowing whatever you sow you

will reap in other religions it's Karma when the philosophy doing good and the

universe is going to get back to you but whatever concept you believe in

understand this whenever you nourish your body with healthy foods your body

responds positively so whenever you are able to nourish your mind about new

diets and trends and foods you're able to take those things and apply them to

your own life as needed in the way that you can sustain and that you can manage

that makes sense for you never get to a place where you

that you just know it all whenever you get to that point that's when you stop

growing so be yourself new ideas and new perspectives this is particularly true

if you are in the health and wellness industry but you're on the service side

so you are a trainer you are a motivator you are a nutritionist you are a coach

you are somebody that people have deemed as a resource you are a cookie dog

meaning people see you and they see cookies and they reach their hand in

they take it out and they eat it very rarely do people put cookies back

into the jar and so what happens to you then you yourself are emptied out and

you don't haven't enough substance for you to dig yourself out of your own diet

right so if you find yourself as the only resource for everyone around you

then still help people but you've got to find yourself another place where people

can pour into you where you aren't the smartest person in the room where you're

feeling challenged and that way you can have a sufficient supply of cookies for

all those hungry people that you are empowering and helping out everybody

finds themselves at a place where they're not feeling as motivated but the

difference between those people and everybody else is how they respond how

are you going to respond to your own diet it's time to get up from the couch

stop feeling sorry for yourself stop lamenting those five pounds of to

loss that you already gained back last weekend it's time to get over it

understand your surroundings drop breadcrumbs and go back to those basics

change your environment your routine and get variety have some healthy food

bigger than this you can move the picture around to whatever you like it

Welcome back to this series about how to get a great education.

This is the last video in the series.

I swear.

Today we are going to be talking about college.

I think college is a life changing experience for everybody, but for people with disabilities,

it is something bigger.

Being disabled as a kid, your family help you out.

When you go to college and make it through the first week, you have a sense that you

can make it.

I don't mean that after the first week, the rest of the time, it will be a piece of cake.

That is NOT what I am saying.

I mean that you can survive on your own.

Survive college might take a full year or more to say that college is for you.

I think that people don't realize that going to college with a disability, it has a lot

more challengeing to face.

For me, the first week I was starving because I have to be fed.

It is not like feeding a friend because my muscles in my mouth don't work like yours.

I push the food out without wanting to.

Everyone was new at feeding me.

It was not like I knew the next meal I would eat better because I didn't have the feeder

yet.

As the time went on, eating got better.

Another huge help was that the main cook was at the dorm I stayed at all four years.

So he knew what I liked to eat.

Sometimes when the food was too hard to eat, he made something special for me.

My mom also made food for me

So what can you do to make college easier for you?

The first thing is to get several good personal care assistants.

If you never had somebody other than your parents helping you, it will be huge experience

in itself.

I have created a full course on how to hire a personal assistant.

The link to the course is in the description below.

What I recommend is to get several people to help you.

They can be students themselves.

If they are in the same dorm as you, that will be great.

Every college has a department to help students with disabilities.

You have to make use of their services.

Later if you feel like you don't need their help, you can stop using them.

They might have a list of students who are willing to be a personal assistants.

I would start there when trying to find help.

I would ask them like in May if you are moving in August.

You don't want to wait until a weak before you go.

Another reason why you want to line up your aides early is because you can get to know

one another before you have to work with them.

Social media is such an awesome way to get to know each other.

On the first day of class, you should get to class early to talk with the professor.

You can introduce yourself to them and tell them about your disability.

If you need a note taker, you can ask them to find someone who can give you their notes.

Also if you need any accommodations with taking tests, tell the professor about anything you

might need.

Professors are pretty helpful when you tell them at the beginning of the semester.

As you adjust to college, make friends.

If you had a hard time making friends in high school, trust me that college is totally different.

Find groups that you would like to be in.

Once you make friends, finding help will be easier on you.

When you go to the cafeteria, don't sit alone but join a group of people.

If you need help with something, you should ask.

They might help you again without you asking.

If you need to be fed, I know somewhere quiet helps with eating.

So eating alone might be easier.

If that is the case, if you have free time after you eat, go to a crowded table and visit.

That is another way of making friends.

wholesaler buys the product for 120 rupees and follow the same pattern

adding 20 rupees this profit and price will become 140 and pays the tax of

rupees 2 on his profit of 20 rupees retailers buys the product for 140

rupees add profit of 20 rupees pays the taxes

of 2 rupees on his profit of 20 rupees and raise the final consumer price to

one sixty rupees so if the prices are compared the product is fifty nine point

two three rupees cheaper in GST system than the current system

How to Make a Spa Parfait | Sophie's World - Duration: 5:24.

Hi I'm Sophie and welcome to my world well for some reason I've been doing a

ton of spa parties lately which is the reason that you've been seeing a lot of

spa videos from me I've taught you how to make dyed bath salts I've taught you

how to make bath bombs and today I'm going to teach you how to make a super

spa goody it's my spa parfait and I'm going to

teach you how to make it right now for this project you'll need bowls one for

each color of salt that you have table spoon measuring spoon a hairband a

disposable razor what I call a bath scrunchie or sponge homemade bath salts

and a homemade bath fizzy so I'm going to take my homemade bath salts here and

pour them into the bowl so that I have easy access to them this is also

good to make sure that I don't have any clumps and lump if I do I can just squeeze

them out when they're in the ziplock bag I'm going to be using two colors I'm

just going to be using the basic white and pink which I've made myself now you

can use any kind of glassware that you want I am a fan of the dollar store

because they have all these amazing different kinds of glassware so you can

use whatever kind you want but I'm going to be using this nice big wine glass

here I'm going to pop open my spoons here so that I have my tablespoon

measurer and what I'm going to do is I'm going to

start layering my bath salts like I would sand art I'm going to put this at

an angle so I'm going to use about 3, 4 tablespoons here get that started maybe

five here there you go and then I'm going to put some white in

this is kind of fun you can layer it up any way you want

there we go see how I'm starting to get a little angle in there

and then I can come back with some pink

if you wanted to you could do multitude of rainbow colors here

because you can just make as many different colors as you want of your

bath salts I'm going to add a little bit more white now see how I've got a couple

little clumps there I can just kind of smooth out those clumps now I'm going to

get to a certain point here where I'm about 3/4 of the way up add a little bit

more pink here when I get to about 3/4 of the way up I'm going to add my razor

and the razor of course is going to be

my handy dandy straw that you would find in your parfait put a little bit more

white here

and just shake it in there get it nice and solid and in place that's good

and then I'm going to take my little loofah or sponge or whatever you would

want to call this I've always called these scrunchie sponges but I'm sure

that's not the technical term I'm going to stuff it in here and I don't want to

be shy I just want to stuff it all the way in there so that it looks like the

whipped cream toppy kind of fun stuff there and then I've got these amazing

little bath fizzies that I've made and I'm going to stick one of those on top

to be sort of like the cherry even though yes it's yellow but I thought

that would be fun there okay now what I'm going to do is I'm going to add so

that you can scoop these out I'm going to add a little elastic band just slip

it on the bottom there and slip it up to the top about mid way there and then I'm

going to take this tablespoon slip it underneath here and that way whoever I

give it to can use it as a scoop to take out as much as they want to add to their

bath and there you have it your very own spa parfait so this is the perfect thing

for people to make as their own goody or for you to make ahead of time for a

goodie if you're going to do your very own spa party now if you liked this
