Hi everybody this is Bruce here welcome to my youtube channel

video Hi it's Bruce here welcome to my video called Cruise Ship Vacation Tips

Saving Money Series this is gonna be the first in a series of videos to help you

save money booking the cruise before you board your cruise and once you're on

your cruise the key here to saving money is one of the key ways is how you book your

cruise I like to book my own cruises on the Internet I like to scour the

internet there's a couple websites I like to to see what the prices are the

timing of the year of course how long the cruise is the different cruise lines

there are all kinds of price points and you have to do a little research on that.

Another thing you have to figure out is how to save money before you even get on

the ship get to your location perhaps one day before you go do some shopping

at the port city that you're departing from picking up items like soft drinks

that you're gonna put in your luggage perhaps a bottle of wine or two if the

cruise ship line allows it perhaps small things like getting sunscreen or

mouthwash or toothpaste that type of thing the other saving that you have to

think about the other way to save money is once you're on your cruise you have

to really be mindful of the deals that are being offered to you the promotion

is being offer to you sometimes it isn't worth it sometimes it is worth it

you really have to scale that now here's a tip be flexible on your cruise dates

if you can be flexible on your cruise timing you could really save yourself a

lot of money sometimes it pays to take the kids out of school for a week and do

a cruise when others aren't there if you're trying to do a cruise during

Christmas or during Easter break you're in competition with everybody else it

might not work you might want to look at something like a repositioning cruise if

you're thinking of a cruise in the spring the summer late fall

you might want to do a cruise from say North America to Europe one way and

then fly home one way that's a great way to get a 10 to12 day break even before you

get to Europe or even the other way around you're in Europe for a week or

two on a holiday and then you're gonna cruise back on a repositioning cruise

back to Miami or Fort Lauderdale that might be something to think about look

at air fares airfare deals might actually dictate your cruise so you

might reverse engineer this find the best airfare deal to Fort Lauderdale

Miami or Orlando or to Los Angeles or to wherever your cruise is departing from

of course I'm talking about US cruises here but it could be in Europe as well

even look for one-way deals one where airfare deals where you're doing a

repositioning cruise you might be able to get a deal there instead I've

mentioned it earlier but get to your part or city the day before your sailing

date you can do a bit of organizing you can go to Costco Walmart pick up items

on the cheap before you board your cruise you might even buy yourself

another suitcase a large suitcase and use it with the suitcases you have that

you put on the airplane to repack and bring bring items on board like soft

drinks and other items another thing is avoiding costly deals

when you're on the ship watch out for the drink deals watch out for the

premium food specials you don't know how you're going to feel the second third

day in you might not be feeling too well maybe the ship's been rocking a little

bit you're not going to be taking advantage of that drink package what a

waste of money if you're buying a drink package that where you have to drink $15

$20 a day of drinks just to break even sometimes it pays just to pay A La Cart and

that way you could pace yourself and you're not under any pressure pre-planning

you're on shore excursions is also important if you're on a seven-day

cruise and you've got a golf game in mind you know in Puerto Vallarta great

go for it it's probably gonna be sunny hardly gonna be raining in the winter

but if you're on a 10-day cruise you know, you may only have one or two days

pre-planned the rest you sort of wing it when you get there don't be don't be

over booking it or over planning it but yes look at pre prepaid or excursions

that you might want to book in advance especially if you're in Europe and doing

stuff like Rome and going to the Colosseum or

or the Vatican and that kind of thing daily Spa Pass access this one's a big

one for me I love to book access to the spa so I can get into the private area

that's reserved for spa guests but I don't necessarily need a massage every day

I just want access to the hot tub area the steam room perhaps or the sauna the

whirlpools that they have there it's much quieter there are no children they

have a ceramic heated loungers check into that some of the cruises have

passes for the entire cruise just for that don't over plan your cruise

vacation because sometimes weather can come into play here

you know bad storms can delay the ship or can delay you because you

might be in bed for half a day and just not feeling too well and if you've got

all kinds of excursions booked day in and day out and day in and day out and

you can't take them you might have prepaid for some of those and you can't

get your money back be careful on that sometimes you just you know you just

feel like getting off the ship and walking around the city you're in for a

couple hours and then coming back play it that way the final tip here on this

video is tipping that's a big thing tipping is generally built in to the

cost of the cruise or it's like an add-on to the true sort of a mandatory

or suggested kind of thing I always prepay my tips in advance so before I

even get on the ship I've already pre paid my tips and I know that my cabin

stewards and room attendants are all covered in that I also know when I order

a drink on board it's got a tip in it if I'm down at the coffee shop ordering a

latte there's a tip added to it I don't feel guilty the only time I add a tip is

when I see a room service person come to me I'll give them a dollar that type of

thing thanks for joining me today subscribe to

TMAU Story Time: Background Acting Horror Story (Law and Order: SVU) / I made Ice Tea CRINGE - Duration: 4:47.

I used to be a background actress.

I applied to be the background actress in several shows.

Law and Order SVU was one of them.

We filmed at the Times Square

Um. . .

I'm not sure the name of the building but it's Times Square, it's this very large building.

I met two of the main actors.

I met Ice Tea.

And I met Mariska who plays Olivia Benson.

They were both very kind.

Very down to earth.

I loved them on the show and I liked them more when I met them because they were just

– they were so genuine.

They were funny, they were down to earth. They were kind.

They came over and had conversations with us.

They weren't like.

. .

They were not rude or —

They didn't have on airs.

Or act like they were better than us.

So I wasn't a background actress for very long.

I stopped very quickly just because of my experiences.

We had a scene where we were sitting in the auditorium.

We were watching a basketball game.

That was what we were doing for the scene.

And everyone had to sit in the auditorium next to each other and watch the game.

One of the seats next to me was empty.

No one wanted to sit next to me on that side.

And then one of the girls next to me — I mean behind me — You could tell that she

was one of those very obnoxious wannabe actresses who just felt like she was a big-shot because

she had an agent.

This girl behind me was like — in a very obnoxious voice — "You know all of the

seats have to be filled.

Even if the people near you smell, you still have to sit next to them."

And then her and the people that were sitting next to her started laughing.

And obviously, I was trying to be very professional, so I didn't even pay attention to her.

I was just trying to focus on doing my job.

So I just ignored her.

While they were laughing.

I still don't think anyone sat next to me.

. . I'm not sure.

And another incident was shockingly from the makeup person and the wardrobe person.

You would think that people who are paid to do makeup and wardrobe would be more professional,

but they were actually really unprofessional, really rude.

And I was just stunned.

Because I was standing next to the makeup guy.

Because I was on line to have my wardrobe checked.

I was standing next to the makeup guy.

. . I think he was the makeup guy and another wardrobe person and they were talking about

me without trying to make it obvious.

They still wanted me to know that they were talking about me.

So they were like: "I can't believe — what is that smell? It must —

— Dirty socks?"

They were just having this very rude, negative conversation about me while I was standing

right next to them.

And a third incident was when we were checking out.

At the end of the day after we had wrapped up and we were on line to hand in our

um. . . vouchers — I'm not sure what they're called — and check out.

So It was a long line.

Like very long.

Because there were — so many background actresses and actors had been utilized.

I'm sure we were on the line for over an hour.

It was ridiculous.

But I was standing next to this boy.

. . next to this guy.

Very loud once again.

Very obnoxious.

He was like, "what is that smell?"

Everyone around me became quiet because obviously they knew where the smell was coming from.

And he was like again, "do you smell that?

What is that smell?"

Like he was standing next to me.

I'm standing right here and he's just right there.

And he just went on and on about the smell.

I really don't understand why people go out of their way just to be so rude.

So after those incidents, I obviously was just over it.

It says a lot that the background actors were putting on airs, being rude, while the actual

celebrities are the kind ones.

But I did have an incident with Ice Tea.

But it didn't change my opinion about him.

I still thought he was very kind.

So Ice Tea was sitting — we were in the auditorium, he was sitting towards the back row

where the seats are very high.

And the background actors, we had to redo the scene.

So everyone got up and we were walking up the steps.

And when I passed Ice Tea, I kid you not.

He had the most serious reaction ever.

When I passed near him, he had like a full body cringe.

So he was sitting there.

He was, I think he was looking — I'm not sure what he was doing but he was just sitting

on the chair while the background actors were walking past him.

And I walked past him and he was just like [DRAMATIC RE-ENACTION].

And he was just like [DRAMATIC RE-ENACTION]

Like, I don't know.

His whole body reacted.

Time For Republicans To Admit That Trump Is A Pathetic Loser - Duration: 4:32.

If you've ever been in an argument with an avid Donald Trump supporter you will very

quickly find out that these people have no idea what they're talking about when they

defend the president.

Usually they'll revert to some kind of tactic of "Oh, Liberals are stupid.

You snowflake, go find your safe place."

That's about all they can do.

They'll say that oh, you're being funded by George Soros, because that's also another

common Republican talking point.

But here's the thing, this is what Republicans all around this country have to be willing

to admit at this point; you, Republican voters out there, voters for a very pathetic loser

to be our president of the United States.

There is no other way to say that at this point.

Donald Trump is pathetic.

He is whiny, and he's a looser.

Yeah, he won the electoral vote, whatever.

You can win things and still be a loser though, and that's what Donald Trump is.

His response to Hurricane Harvey is the latest example of what a horrible human being Donald

Trump truly is.

All of his policies that he's gone along with and wanting Republicans to push about taking

away money from afterschool programs to give in a tax cut to the rich, that's pathetic

and that's disgusting, and that's what you voted for.

In the last seven-and-a half months Donald Trump has killed more civilians in the Middle

East than Barack Obama did in eight years.

That's from the latest reports coming out of what's going on in those wars that a lot

of us forget even are going on right now, that Donald Trump is in charge of.

Donald Trump is having our military overseas kill civilians; again, disgusting.

But Trump voters don't seem to understand that, and yes, I understand Donald Trump is

losing support amongst some Republicans.

But there are plenty of hard core people out there who refuse to accept the truth.

I've seen a lot of Republicans come out and say, "I do not support him anymore.

This man is horrible.

I was duped.

I was lied to.

I fell for it.

I'm sorry.

I'm sorry I said to give Donald Trump a chance once he was elected.

I regret that."

That's from both Democrats and Republicans at this point.

But those people who refuse to step up and admit that Donald Trump is possibly the worst

possible human being alive in the United States that we could've elected to be our president,

those are the people that have to understand that they were pawns, and they still are.

Do you think the Republican party actually cares about you?

Well, if you're not donating millions of dollars to super packs or their campaigns, they don't.

They don't care if you drink poisoned water because they let corporations dump all their

toxic chemicals into it.

They don't care that you can't breathe clean air because we're letting corporations spew

as much CO2 in the atmosphere as possible.

They don't care that you don't have clean water, because we're not going to put in new

pipes.

We're going to let you drink out of contaminated deteriorating lead pipes.

They don't care that your children are failing school because they can't afford glasses.

They don't care that you can't go to the doctor because you can't afford health insurance.

They don't care, and the sooner you wake up and admit that you voted for a loser the sooner

we as a country can pick up the pieces and move on and try to fix things.

But as long as we have these Trump holdovers, those people who refuse to accept reality,

we are constantly, be it either by the president of the United States or members of the House

of Representatives or the senate, we're going to be living with a faction of this country

trying to hold us back, hold us down, and take us backwards.

Because that is exactly what these people who refuse to admit that Donald Trump is a

horrible president are doing to this country.

And it's what they're going to continue doing to this country until they finally open their

eyes and admit that they were wrong.

15 Strangest Obituaries Of All Time - Duration: 8:03.

• Whose obituary expressed regret about not being hit by a truck?

Why did a woman's obit list her bra size?

These are 15 of the strangest obituaries ever written.

15 – Dolores Aguilar • Usually an obituary is a place where you

say nice things about people.

• But according to Dolores Aguilar's obituary, she "had no hobbies, made no contribution

to society and rarely shared a kind word or deed in her life.

• It goes on to say that she won't be missed and that there will be no memorial

services.

14 – Louis Casimir • Louis Casimir was a University English

professor, and it kind of showed.

When he died, he had his own self-written obituary ready to go.

• The whole thing seems meant to infuriate anyone who reads it, sarcastically talking

about how he never suffered any real hardships in life.

• He goes on to say that most of his friends grew up to be "petty criminals, prostitutes,

and/or Republicans," and that he was a daredevil whose last words were "Watch this!"

13 – Chris Connors • This Irishman knew exactly how he wanted

to be remembered.

• Despite suffering from ALS and Stage 4 leukemia, his obituary says he died after

trying to box his bikini-clad hospice nurse.

• It lists his date of death as the date when he "told his last inappropriate joke,"

and then says it can't be printed.

• It also tells people to pay their open bar tabs instead of sending flowers.

12 – William Ziegler • The first thing this thing says is that

William Ziegler "escaped this mortal realm" to avoid having to make a decision in the

2016 presidential election.

• The last thing it says is that "unlike previous times, this is not a ploy to avoid

creditors or old girlfriends."

• And somewhere in the middle, it says that if he owed you a beer, he'd let you buy

him another one in Heaven.

11 – Howard Wayne Neal • The self-proclaimed "best concrete contractor

in all of Texas" apparently wishes he hadn't treated his body like a tavern.

• That's what his obituary says, along with his penchant for Indian leg wrestling,

because he was an "ornery old bastard."

10 – Mary Stocks • The beginning of this obituary reads like

a Craigslist ad, since Mary Stocks apparently left her kids a "hell of a lot of stuff."

• It goes on to poke fun at her cooking skills and her love of four-letter words.

It offers a recipe, sort of, by saying, "If anyone would like a copy of her homemade gravy,

we would suggest that you don't."

9 – Emily Phillips • It's a bit jarring to read an obituary

in first person.

But the first lines of this say, "It pains me to admit it, but apparently, I have passed

away."

• It then goes on to tell her literal life story for a bit, stuff about her holding the

Guinness World Record in "Hiney Getting" and the like.

• It closes with saying "Today I am happy and I am dancing.

Probably naked."

8 – Selma Koch • Selma Koch was famous for getting women

into the right size bra.

• Her obituary claims all she ever needed was "a discerning glance and never with

a tape measure."

• When she died, she was apparently 95 years old and a 34B.

7 – Michael "Flathead" Blanchard • Michael "Flathead" Blanchard's obituary

is clever, and partially plagiarized.

• First off, he wants you to know that he died as a result of being stubborn and refusing

to follow doctor's orders.

Also, the memorial service will apparently contain adult material, so no children are

allowed to attend.

• But then there's this: "many of his childhood friends went on to become criminals,

prostitutes and/or Democrats."

• Sorry buddy, Louis Casimir used that line four years earlier than you.

He'd have given you an F. 6 – Harry Weathersby Stamps

• This one is a very long list of things he liked and hated, from loving camping and

the History Channel to hating Martha Stewart and Law and Order.

• But one thing he especially hated was Daylight Savings Time.

His obituary urges people to write their Congressman for the repeal of Daylight Savings Time, which

he referred to as the "Devil's Time."

• Apparently, he died on the day he would have had to spring forward his clock in 2013,

which his family referred to as his "final protest."

5 – James William "Jim" Adams • Jim Adams wanted to go out in a very particular

way: being run over by a beer truck on the way to the liquor store to buy booze for a

date.

• He didn't get that wish, so instead, he encouraged everyone to go out and buy a

drink at the their local bar, and tell the stories he no longer could.

4 – Aaron Joseph Purmort • Aaron Purmort knew he was dying of brain

cancer, and that he wouldn't get to see his infant son grow up.

• So he did the best possible thing he could do: He wrote himself an obituary about how

he was Spider-Man, and was previously married to Gwen Stefani.

• When that kid grows up and asks what kind of person his father was, he'll always have

that to refer back to.

3 – Val Patterson • Val Patterson also wrote his own obituary,

but he had a very good reason.

• He basically turned his obit into a tell-all confession.

He admitted to stealing a safe more than 40 years earlier, and that his PhD was a total

sham.

• Apparently, he went in to pay off his student loan from his 3 years of college,

and two weeks later, they mailed him a PhD certificate.

• Apparently, he also ruined the Old Faithful geyser at some point.

2 – Morning Glory Zell-Ravenheart • Morning Glory Zell-Ravenheart was a…

er… "spiritual" person, and also the woman credited with coining the term "polyamory."

• The woman was absolutely committed to living her life as a witch, even opening a

School of Wizardry in California.

• Among her credits are raising unicorns, becoming a priestess in the "Church of All

Worlds," and driving around a modified school bus called the "Scarlet Succubus."

1 – William "Freddie" McCullough • The first six words of this obit are,

"The man.

The myth.

The legend."

• And that basically sets the tone for what you can expect in the rest of it.

• There is a rundown of the women in his life, including "Momma Margie, Crazy Pam,

Big Tittie Wanda, Spacy Stacy and Sweet Melissa."

• It also claims he died by rushing into a burning orphanage to save

the children.

Or maybe not.

Sex Education in Time - Womanly Magazine - Duration: 3:15.

[female speaker] It's a very difficult moment to grow up in

It's a very difficult moment to bring children up in

In other words, that extraordinary process by which you take an infant at birth

with all of his tremendous potentialities,

not born homosexual, not born a prostitute,

not born a narcotics addict, or an alcoholic--

society makes them this way.

This process is being impinged on--

this process of nurturing a child.

To help him grow up to be the adult that he was meant to be.

[male speaker] This is a normal function of the body.

These are normal feelings.

The breasts--

[child speaker] Do boys and girls grow at the same rate?

[music]

[male speaker] These physical changes make the boy

feel more manly, and the girl more womanly.

Both feel independent.

They begin to be interested in the members of the other sex,

in social activities, and in being together.

These are normal feelings.

[music]

When a boy is between the ages of 13 and 16,

the testes begin to produce sperm cells.

These sperm cells are carried through the tubes

in a thick colorless liquid called semen.

[music]

Good morning, this is Planned Parenthood Association.

[music]

Have you ever been to any of our Planned Parenthood centers before?

Okay, we have a clinic on Wednesday afternoon at 12:30.

[male speaker] This is one of 383 Planned Parenthood

clinics in the United States.

[music]

[child speaker] What are the main growth changes

that occur during childhood and adolescence?

[music]

[female speaker] The committee did very well.

The film we'll see this morning will give the answers to these questions.

It will also show the earliest phases of growth,

as well as the changes that take place

during child birth and adolescence.

It will help you to understand the way

the cycle of human growth is repeated,

over and over, from generation to generation.

And now we're ready for the film.

[child speaker] Lights.

[film reel clatter]

[male speaker] Growth is controlled by tiny organs

called glands within our bodies.

[music]

[priest] I now pronounce you man and wife.
