Congress Makes It Official – Hillary Clinton and James Comey Set To Be Investigated By
Special Counsel
Two days after President Trump requested to know why "Hillary's wrongdoings" were
not being explored, the correction requires the Justice Department to choose a unique
advice to research the shady dealings of James Comey, Loretta Lynch and Hillary Clinton amid
the last race cycle.
The correction, first announced by the Washington Post, requests data on "spills by James
B. Comey," on "the appropriateness and outcome of resistance bargains given to conceivable
Hillary Clinton co-plotters" and Comey's choice to "usurp the expert of then-Attorney
General Loretta Lynch in his irregular declaration that criminal allegations would not be brought
against" Clinton.
Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., a co-supporter of the alteration, said he intends to "push
back" against "allegations" that are diverting from the plan of President Trump
and Republicans in Congress.
"The primary concern is we are worn out on inactively giving individuals a chance
to make allegations to stuff our plan and they should react to claims we know exist
about their unfortunate behavior," Biggs said in a meeting, alluding to Clinton and
different Democrats focused in the change, including Susan Rice, previous President Barack
Obama's national security guide.
IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING
Washington Examiner reports: The correction requires the Justice Department to name an
uncommon insight to investigate the Justice Department and FBI's treatment of the Clinton
email examination.
"For as long as quite a long while, Democrats have deterred equity and hindered each Congressional
examination conceivable," said Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, another supporter of the alteration,
in an announcement to the Washington Examiner.
"The two gatherings have scrutinized James Comey over the previous year for his execution
as FBI chief.
Indeed, even Sen. Feinstein [Dianne] says there ought to be an examination concerning
Loretta Lynch and James Comey's treatment of the Clinton examination.
We should have an extraordinary advice for that and perceive how genuine congressional
Democrats are tied in with getting to reality."
The change, additionally supported by Reps. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., and Mike Johnson, R-La.,
will be connected to a bill from Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., that demands the Justice
Department give records identified with Comey's terminating.
Lately, Trump has grumbled on Twitter that Attorney General Jeff Sessions has not moved
to examine Clinton on different issues irrelevant to her utilization of a private email server
while she was secretary of state.
The moderate created alteration asks the Justice Department to clarify for what reason the
FBI did not further explore Clinton for "pitching access to the U.S. State Department through
Clinton Foundation gifts."
Biggs demanded he and his partners did not document their alteration to do the offering
of Trump.
"This involves looking for equity," Biggs said.
"It's what this is constantly about.
On the off chance that you don't look for equity, individuals lose confidence and trust
in their agents."
Notwithstanding Clinton and Comey, the alteration targets Rice, who a few moderates contend
improperly looked for the personalities of individuals near Trump — in a procedure
known as "unmasking" — whose interchanges were caught after the race in observation
of nonnatives
by
U.S.
spy offices.

Why Failure Is The Way To Success drum lesson - James Payne - Duration: 11:32.
Hi guys welcome to another episode today we're going to talk about a very
important theorical topic even if this is a theoretical topic and we have a
bunch of these theoretical topics in my course I think these are still very
important even though it's not about playing it's not about practicing
exercising and this is because we have to learn we have to also learn what to
do with all our skills with you know everything that we learn if not we will
spend a lot of time a lot of energy money expecting then things to happen
and they don't happen because we don't know other very important things I
want to talk about a topic that it's been a question mark for me for
many years and I'm sure that some of you have the same question in mind and many
of my students asked me this question before so which is basically what is the
best way how does you know a career work is it through building my own things and
trying you know to find and create the right product or is about the right call
is about being at the right time in the right place and that happens just
for a few and that's why they became successful there are many people and
many musicians in history who made the right call and were at the right time
in the right place but that doesn't mean that that's the only way of making
success and it's actually I compare that to winning the lottery you know when you
put the right numbers at the right time and you win the jackpot but that's
not necessarily the only way of making you know success having success actually
that's a very rare situation and most of the times whoever have that kind of
situation many times don't last through the years they just have one
hit and then they'll disappear and that's because they don't have a very
solid foundation on which to base you know a career on a long term so the best
way and how it actually works is to fail and try and try and fix the product fix
what we're doing on the run like while we're doing it while we're growing we
will fix and make the product perfect because there is a way of doing
things meaning there's a professional way of doing things and that's how we
all want to you know the approach that we want to have whenever we
expose our product and and whatever we're doing but not everybody has the
knowledge of building a professional product not everybody knows how to shoot
videos not everybody knows how to record audio not everybody knows the gear that
you need blablabla and so on and if you want to build
something throughout the years you can't spend hundreds of dollars every month to
have a crew to do that for you so we have to kind of learn ourselves most of
the things fix them while we're you know we're doing
them so by making mistakes we will know next time we will know new things that
we shouldn't do and so on and so failing is the way to succeed and this is like a
common sentence but the real meaning in this and the reason why it's
also something that works for us as musicians either a band you know
a session musician or whatever you're doing with your instrument you have to
learn so many things and you can't even just copy what someone else is doing
because then it might not work or then it might be already old so no one is
gonna be interested in that and so on you can't spend your life being the number
two just by copying whatever someone else has already done because we're
not doing all that we're doing to be a number two so you want to
be the number one of your you know field of your art and so on so there are so
many things and even if we make a perfect product like professional with
all the best gear blablabla it still doesn't mean that our product
will work and so we have to you know do that learn how to do that by failing
putting it out on the internet or you know finding a way to distribute it and
then see how that works if it doesn't work understand what didn't work and
then go back fix whatever it was try again and that's you know that's gonna
take years and that's gonna take a lot of work a lot of patience and it's also
a great way not to waste time because there's always something to learn and
you know sometimes you just focus on one thing on your practicing on your drums
and then you do that one video doesn't work and you realize that you
spent two years three years practicing and that you know the result is not what
you expected and it's hard to deal with that feeling first of all because you
don't understand you think oh I've put so much time into that and it doesn't
work the music market is hard nobody cares and this is how it works in any
business you know instead if you look at in a more of like you know a complete
way you're gonna spend some time practicing then you shoot a video
whatever you have to do you know you write a song you play a live show you
publish a video on YouTube and so on and you go like oh okay this doesn't
work for whatever reason let's read the comment okay I failed in this thing I'm
gonna make a better video I'm gonna advertise it better I'm gonna shoot it
better I'm gonna change the lights I'm gonna change the shots I'm gonna change
the track I'm gonna change the way I'm playing oh this guy notice that my
right hand is not doing what it should do and so that's a way of growing
constantly every you know you can do this every month every week every day
depending on the time that you have that you put in this but you know
building a product that's 360 you know and you're growing as a person as an
artist as a professional in a 360 way 360 degrees way so
this is really what I I suggest to do is just to keep trying build something you
can build five six ten products you know you can build a drum channel you can
build your own drum cover channel you can build a band you can build whatever
it is you know and just try fail and then fix whatever your you're working on
try again fail again until throughout the years so don't think of this in one
year because again there aren't businesses that were born and successful
in one year unless you know a few cases where something great happened and it
exploded but you know it also depends on the budget the starting budget and so
many different things so failing and you know trying and trying and in the
long run create the right product is what will make you successful fixing
things on the way will make you successful also doing this you're
most likely going to be at the right in the right place at the right time
because you will put yourself in so many different situation constantly instead
of having a one shot you know oh I'm gonna do this rehearse with my band
three times a week for two years then we're going to play that one festival
opening for that huge headliner we get there we pay to play
we play a show which since we didn't tour since we didn't play
constant shows for two years but just in our rehearsal room and everything was
different I couldn't hear myself very well blablabla the kit was not how it should
have been so many technical problems we do still do a great job nothing
happens and we feel like we failed like our product is not working or you know
you try again and then again and then 10 years have gone by and you're still in
the same situation and you need to have answers in a shorter amount of time so
fixing things on the way it's the best way to build your your career and
failing is the way of success for this reason so then maybe you will have the
right call at the right time and that's great you know why not but you can't
relate only on that so keep failing and keep learning see the failure as a lesson
and not as a loss okay so now that we have these information we can go on and
practicing and building our careers so have a good rest of the practice and
I'll see you next week

Why musicians get exploited and how to stop it [1 simple solution] - Duration: 6:54.
Are you all so sick of getting exploited? Let me share with you the one and only
essential lesson you must learn to stop the injustice and finally get paid for
your music. Coming up!
It 's a recurring annoyance: You or your band get contacted
to perform or play somewhere and they start off with: "You will get great
exposure" "You will get the chance to sell your music and your merchandise at the event"
But then it comes: there's no budget to pay the musicians blah blah blah
And mind you, I'm not talking about charity events here
Well you can't blame them really. Concert organizers and venue owners know
there's a whole line of musicians who are willing to do just about anything for some exposure
and who still think that by performing for free they will get noticed and ultimately
famous. Stick around to find out why that just won't happen
Same thing when you get contacted by online marketeers, managers, record label owners
and other music industry bobo's. They keep exploiting musicians
They keep telling us why we need their services. For a hefty fee or a large piece of the pie
So you can focus on just making music. It's your passion right?
You do what you do best and they do what they do best. And you don't need a large cut
because you are not making music for the money, right?
And we keep falling for those sales pitches and we believe all their BS
So in the end you can't really blame them. But this can stop!
There's basically one solution. One thing we can do about it.
And that is to say no.
Just say no. It's really that simple!
If every one of us just said no to playing for free. Or no to a bad record deal
They would have no choice to pay us our fair share, right?
Saying no can be hard though, I know.
I'm still learning to say no. But stick around.
I got five quick tips that will make saying no a lot easier. Here they come
Number one: when it comes to making a deal education and knowledge are key
Learn what a record label does, what managers do, what event organizers do
It's not rocket surgery
And it's all part of being a modern-day musician anyway
Look up how much they're usually paid and THEN ask yourself the question:
IF you don't want to do this work yourself, which by the way
you are totally capable of. What is it worth to you?
You want to sign a publishing deal and sign away half of your rights?
You want to hire a marketeer to promote your music?
Fine! Just know what you're signing. It will make it a lot easier to say no
and to negotiate a fair deal
Number two: realize that concerts where the acts
play for free usually suck. They're badly organized, have uninterested crowds
You get no exposure and the sound is usually crap
making the little exposure you do get, something to be avoided
Three: let go of the myth of the starving artist
It's a stubborn misconception.
You do NOT need to be poor to make great art or to be creative
History has shown that creativity comes to all socio-economic layers
Charging money for music is okay. It is just a means
a means to make more music.
We don't make music to make money, but we make money to make music
Number four: realize that if you're doing a lot of free gigs
It can come back to haunt you. You'll be known as a musician who
doesn't charge much, so isn't worth much either
They just won't take you seriously and it makes it a lot harder to suddenly
start asking to get paid.
An organizer of any decent event, where there's actually budget to pay the musicians,
will reason like this:
Oh these guys ask a thousand bucks each to perform? They must be great!
and these guys here are okay with getting paid in peanuts?
Well they must be...
Yes, it's that simple.
and number five: realize how much work you have put in to be able to play music
Let's not even take into account the countless rehearsals and practice sessions
Those are basically your education and are considered dues
you have to pay to achieve a certain skill
Also not taking into account: writing, composing, arranging and recording your songs
Let's just look at a typical timetable of a concert day:
Get your gear ready. Load up the van. Drive to the gig
Arrive and wait till it's your time to set up. Set up all the gear and soundcheck
Find something to eat and some more waiting
Great! Get on stage and actually play some music. Get all the gear off the stage and
load up the van. Drive home. Remove the gear from the van and put it into storage
Finally get to bed. So two hours of actually playing music out of those 14.
Here's a way to make a deal: I'll actually play the music for free!
Just pay me for the other 12 hours, deal?
Get it in your mind you're not asking for a handout here.
Just payment for services rendered. They wouldn't dare to ask
the caterers, the electricians, the sound engineers, the security or the bartenders
to work for free at that same concert, now would they?
although I'd like to see them try
And finally as a bonus motivation to say no: if you can't say no for yourself
because you're, I don't know, insecure, whatever
Just do it for your fellow musicians
Because only if we all stick together things can change
Now, next time someone asks you to play for free, won't you be a little insulted?
Good! You should be. It makes it easier to say no.
You might even feel the urge to yell: Just pay me!
But don't do that. Instead just take a fes breaths
and turn them down in a polite way
And maybe as a bonus send them a link to this video
Everyone needs to learn.

I really want to hear your thoughts on this! Until next time

Why It's OKAY To Be Single! ♡ Get On Track With Finding Your Soulmate ♡ Hollyann Rose - Duration: 7:29.
Hi, it's Hollyann! It's time for me to get back on track with not only building
my confidence back up, but building yours up too! Today, I want to talk about why I
don't need or want a boyfriend! Not because I need or want a girlfriend. Oh,
honey!! if you're a single lady, and would do anything to get a boyfriend.... you need
to sit down, and watch this! Before I do get started, I must say, if you're new to
my channel.. Hello, welcome! I post videos on veganism, and confidence, mostly! If
you're interested in that kind of stuff, hit that subscribe button down below!! so
you can see all the beautiful videos that I post!! As always, don't forget to
give this video a thumbs up, share this video, if you enjoy it,
and pretty please leave a cute and quirky comment down below!! I am bringing
up this topic specifically, because some people that I worked with said that I'm
stressed, and kind of uptight, because I haven't gotten laid in a while, and I
don't have a guy to come home to every night!! this made me feel pretty upset,
because from my point of view, they're telling me ,I need a man, just any man in
general, to be complete. No, I don't need to lower my standards, and neither do you!!
Having that kind of thought process will invite nothing but abusive relationships
into your life. You or I don't need to be putting our time, love, and energy, into
some dude we're just gonna be making wiggle juice with temporarily. Wouldn't I
rather just get through these hard times, and be with the person I want to be with
forever? Or screw that idea, and go get laid, because I'm not complete without
some D in my life. You're not going to meet your twin flame soulmate, thinking
the worst of yourself, being insanely insecure, thinking that your life isn't
complete unless, if oh my god I have a boyfriend!!! so stop wasting your time
hooking up with chumbly losers, so you can have a date to your cousin's wedding!!!!
Instead, here are some things you can do in the meantime to improve yourself, and
attract your soulmate. The biggest thing is learning
to love yourself, and getting on track with what you want to become in life.
There's really no such thing as perfection, because perfection is
different to everybody. So instead of focusing on what's on the outside, focus
on the inside. do what you to help improve your attitude, focus on self-care,
focus on your work ethic. That will help enhance your current life. This will help
you create the best version of yourself, and who doesn't want to be the best
version of themselves, when they finally meet the one?? This first step will also
help you with step two, which is detaching yourself from what you want. By
focusing on improving yourself, you're showing the universe that you want
someone that's hard working, and will never stop giving you all the love. That
you won't settle for somebody that doesn't love you as much as you love
yourself. It worked for me! In January 2017, after I got my wisdom teeth removed,
I decided I did not want to be with my then partner any longer. I knew that he
didn't want to be with me long-term either. I wrote down everything that I
wanted to partner, and I mean everything!! Even down to their Height, their
behavior, their quirks, their insecurities, everything!! and I tucked
that list away someplace safe, and forgot about it!
My then boyfriend and I broke up a few months later, I at first was sad about it,
but then I realized that I am single for the first time in my adult freakin life!
I'm going to use this time to improve myself, instead of moping around! That's
what I did! After if he wants to being a bad b-bomb,
I met the guy from that list. On a finishing note, to complete my original
response, of the people that I have to associate with. Yes, I do realize I'm
going through difficult times with my current partner. It does suck, but I'm not gonna just
give up on somebody that is my best friend.
It's either have 18 months without my partner in my present physical life, or I
lose him forever, but have guys that don't satisfy my soul, but fill my holes
with the rest of my life. which do I really want???HHHMMMM
I may be a simple man, and want a simple life, but I'm not gonna take this simple
route of giving up on the person I love, just because times are hard! No wonder
why everybody's giving up on the idea of marriage!! Everyone's turned into a pansy!
Everyone acts like their partner is replaceable!! When you meet the right
person, they aren't some replaceable guy you can go, "oh yeah, I'll just get a new
one!" no you can't get a new one! To me, having my relationship not go my way
was the universe's way of making me step back, and seeing all the things that
I was doing wrong with my entire life. I half assed my health coaching
certification. I spent thousands of dollars getting that done, and I could
have used as a major stepping stool to getting the career I wanted, and instead
I let some stupid FB I was with control whether or not I could do that. I was
working a job that I absolutely dreaded, and it was so stressful! Even me never
niching down at all with my youtube channel! what the H was going on with me?!
the universe had to send me a hard message, to reflect. So what does it do?
Screws with my relationship! thank you! if I want my partner to be "back to normal", I
should not be wasting my time begging for him back. Instead, I should be doing
what I was doing to attract him in the first place. I'm going to be using this
time again to be building myself back up, and becoming the most confident, and
amazing, and self-sufficient person I can be !! I want to be there to enhance his
life! What I'm trying to say is, that if he's the right guy for me, I trust the
universe will bring him back to me. and if he's not the right guy, I'll just keep
building myself up for when the right guy just come around! I'm not gonna waste my
time chasing tail with some guy, and lowering my standards. Instead, I'm just
gonna keep on raising myself up, my standards... they may or may not go with it.
they're already pretty high!! The take away of all this is, work on yourself, and be
the best version of yourself! Don't settle for less! Don't hold yourself back
from what you truly want, and deserve! Just because society, and hormones say you
need a man to be happy, doesn't mean that that's actually true!
Instead, invest in some high quality dildos, and a better group of people to
associate yourself with! Find a partner that does it get weird about mentioning
marriage! Find a partner that is your best friend! Find a partner you can share
everything with, and it's not a big deal! It may be hard, but don't settle for less,
or you're just gonna get yourself into some crappy relationship, and end up
wasting your time, and holding yourself back from finding your true soulmate!
That is all for this video, thank you so much for watching! If you have any
questions, comments, concerns... leave them in the comments section! Don't forget to
subscribe to my channel, I post new videos every week! tTell me what kind of
videos you'd like to see from me too, and I will see you soon! bye!ILOVEYOU!

FAR CRY 5 IS BEARDIST PROPAGANDA // MrStainless001 - Duration: 5:45.
Hey everyone Sam here also known as MrStainless, this week I've been playing some Far Cry
5, it's a game I've been really excited to play now for quite some time and it hasn't
disappointed in most areas, its a beautiful game, the acting is amazing, there's a lot
the team have changed and improved and it shows, its a lot of fun.
But I'll be honest with you guys, I'm triggered.
As I started playing through the game I started to realise more and more that Far Cry 5 is
one of the biggest pieces of propaganda we've seen in video games in a long time.
You may not know this but in Far Cry 5 you can actually customise your characters appearance.
At the outset of the game you choose whether your character is male or female and then
you proceed to play through the introduction of the story.
We fly in to the headquarters of Project Edens Gate with a warrant for Fathers arrest, it's
tense, the acting is superb, the mood is perfectly set, we walk past numerous members of Project
Edens Gate, armed to the teeth, all of them….bearded.
He's got a beard.
He's got a beard.
Your man over there's got a beard.
They've all got a beard.
Interesting, I thought.
It's good to see beards being represented in video games.
I progress further through the introduction and get to a section where you get to fully
customise your appearance.
I navigated through, picked out my clothes, there isn't a lot at the outset, once you
complete the intro you'll have access to a lot more but then I saw the hair section.
Perfect, I thought.
Well you know what?
It's not perfect.
Do you want to know why?
There were no feckin' beards!
Here I am, walking through Project Edens Gate, admiring the beautiful beards on display thinking,
'my, what wonderful beards are on display here.'
I mean I kind of got a semi when I saw the feckin' moustache of the sheriff in the
helicopter, so I was kind of looking forward to giving my own character a glorious beard…but
no.
No, I couldn't.
So I started thinking in to this.
Why?!
Why couldn't I have a beard?
Dan Hay, the Creative Director on the game has a beard, it stylish, it's not necessarily
the biggest beard I've seen y'know?
But a beards a beard!
Then I started to look deeper into who the majority of the people are who have beards
in the game and you know who they are? Project Edens Gate.
Fanatical crazies.
Criminals!
This game is pushing a beardist agenda down our throats.
They are trying to say, 'hey, if you have a beard…you're a cultist.
Beards are a cult.'
They are subliminally encouraging us all to shave, and I think it's disgusting.
But it doesn't stop there, this conspiracy goes much deeper than just Far Cry 5.
As this revelation was coming to me I started to think through it all…Far Cry 5….Shaving…Ubisoft….the
Ubisoft logo.
The Ubisoft logo is a feckin' dollop of shaving foam!
They aren't even trying to hide it any more, I mean I don't know why it took me so long
to realise this, when you really think about it Yves Guillemot, the cofounder and CEO of
Ubisoft…he's completely clean shaven…never had a beard in his life.
I mean just look at this photo of the guys jaw-line, it's so smooth you could just
fall right off it.
And Ubisoft have been peddling their anti-beardist views for years and we didn't even realise
it.
When Assassins Creed Unity was released, guess who they partnered up with to promote the
game…Gillette!
They gave away in-game items if you shaved off the beard that God gave you.
Think that was just an isolated incident?
Wrong!
For Assassins Creed Syndicate they teamed up with Wilkinsons Sword!
In fact they've been doing this for nearly every Assassins Creed game they've released.
Wake up people!
Now I don't know about you but I won't stand for this, I think any game that lets
you have a mullet but not a beard…it's just wrong.
That's why I need your help, today I'm starting the #NoBeardNoGood campaign for Far
Cry 5 to fight for the right for our player character to have a beard in-game.
It's time we were represented fairly..we're not cultists…we're not all criminals.
So please, I urge you, if you think it's time to change the way beards are represented
in Far Cry 5 please tweet at the Far Cry 5 twitter with this message: I stand beside
my fellow beardsmen, bring the beard to Far Cry 5 #NoBeardNoGood.
Tweet at Yves Guillemot.
Tell your local news.
Tell Kotaku and Polygon, they seem to like these kinds of things.
Tell everyone!
Its time to stand up for the beard.
Ladies and Gentlemen, if you want to be kept up to date with the #NoBeardNoGood campaign
do feel free to hit that subscribe button down below, lets make this happen.
But until next time have a great week and I'll speak to you all soon.

3 Reasons It Is Important To Follow Your Passion - Duration: 3:59.
hi peeps Jason here and today I've just finished recording a quick video about
the important of following your passion and finding your passion now I could
talk about this for ages for days in facts but I picked three top reasons I
think are really good reasons for finding your passion and following it and to
give you more happiness and fulfillment in your life so it's only a few minutes
long so take a look let me know what you think and wherever you are in the world have
a great day
three reasons why it's important to follow your passion life is too short to
do something that you're not passionate about and here are three great reasons
why you should find your passion your purpose and build your life around it
number one you get more done when you love what you do work doesn't quite seem
like work does it when you're passionate about what you do for a living and
there's a strong purpose behind it you're motivated to get things done
instead of sitting around checking Facebook or twiddling your thumbs as a
result you get a lot more done in any given day
and it doesn't stop with work if you're passionate about gardening creating a
new garden bed or growing those Tomatoes comes quick and easy; if you're excited
about redoing your living room painting the walls won't seem like a chore and
you'll probably get it done in a day find your passion and use it to get more
done each day week month and year you'll be amazed at how your productivity
rockets up when you enjoy what you're doing and you feel that you're actually
making a difference. Number two you'll do a better job when there's a true purpose
behind the work that we do and we're passionate about that why we tend to
deliver much higher quality work in other words we do a better job when we
know beyond a shadow of a doubt that what we do matters; that in itself is a
great reason to do what you're passionate about and the end result will
always be a job well done but the benefits don't actually stop there
we tend to feel good about ourselves when we do a job well as well so we feel more happy
more fulfilled use this to motivate yourself to do your best even if you end up
working on your least favorite part of the job or the chores are in a house
that you dread remind yourself that maybe it will be worth it in the end
you will know that you'll feel good about a job well done number three you
love what you do last but not least anything we do is a lot
more fun and enjoyable when they are things that we're passionate about now
sometimes we have to dig deep to find that passion
I mean cleaning the bathroom may not be on your list of favorite things to do
but having a well-put-together house maybe dig deep find the reason why for

Why Is Today Good Friday? - Two Minute Message - Duration: 1:56.
- Hey everybody, Daniel Fusco here,
and welcome to today's Two Minute Message.
Today is the day that we often call Good Friday.
It's the day that the church commemorates
the day that Jesus was crucified on the cross
for the sins of the world.
I always think to myself, how can we call it good,
Jesus died.
Jesus was brutalized on that day because of my mistakes,
because of the things I've done,
because of the things you've done.
Jesus received all of God's wrath for all of the things
that are broken in the world,
because God is a holy and a perfect God,
and God needs to judge sin as sin.
Why are we calling it good?
Well we call it good because we realize that
Jesus didn't only die on the cross,
that after Good Friday comes Resurrection Sunday.
And it's really through the resurrection
that we realize how amazing God's grace is
that Jesus would die in our place,
taking care of our sin, and then conquering that sin
and death through the resurrection.
So you have to make sure you always keep the long view.
Something in a moment could be terrible,
but ultimately amazing things comes out of it.
That's the way God's redemptive work happens.
That's the way God brings beauty out of ashes,
the way God restores the years the locusts have eaten,
and I don't know about you but I am so grateful
that Jesus died on the cross for me.
I've made so many mistakes.
Every single day I make mistakes,
and Jesus's grace is sufficient,
and the cross is powerful enough to forgive me
and you no matter what you've done.
Now this is what I want you to do first,
I want you to share this video,
because for everybody today is Good Friday;
it's a day the church celebrates and commemorates
Jesus's death on the cross.
And in the comment section I want you to say,
"God, I praise you for Jesus because,"
and I want you to write something.
Why are you grateful for the cross of Jesus?
It's gonna become a great running testimony
of who Jesus is and what he's done in each one of our lives.
I pray that you have a blessed
and reflective Good Friday today.

RIGHT DECISION? Vitamix V1200 (Venturist Series) | Life is NOYOKE - Duration: 12:46.
Hey Lenny Gale,
Life is NOYOKE.
This is the Vitamix Venturist V1200.
And we're going to open it up
and talk about who it's for,
who it might not be for.
And we have our baby here because
we couldn't get a babysitter.
Okay, so we're going to open up the box.
We're gonna go fast because we don't know how long he can
last.
Now I want to say one thing before I open
this up and that's this
feels this is,
we've had this for a while
and it almost feels a little weird to open
it up because the V1200
is right now
a Costco model.
It's the model that the Costco
Road Show reps sell,
and it's out of our territory.
You can get it direct through Vitamix
the way that we sell,
but it's way way way
more dollars than the
price that you get it from those Costco guys.
There's a reason if it's their territory this is
their model.
But we get tons
of questions about it
and so we want to show you what
it's like compare it to other
Ascent models
and answer
some common questions that we're getting.
Maybe it's right for you.
Maybe it's not. We'll talk about it.
Cool?
Ok now that I've gotten all emotional about
this model.
OK. First things first.
Should we open this thing up?
This is a nice looking thing.
We'll show you the front and the back
and the sides.
Here we go.
Front.
What's that? Yawn?
Oh no, yawn means we've got about
four minutes so we'll go fast.
Oh it's white.
We got a white one. Cool.
Ok OK.
All right ready buddy?
Let's talk about this.
Who might the Vitamix V1200
be for?
Before we're talking about who might be right
for and who it might not be right for,
I want to say that the Venturist is
sort of like a sister
to the Ascent Series.
It can do almost all the things that
the Ascent Series can do.
It just has a different
look and feel.
It's sort of like the budget model that
was created for Costco.
Now keep in mind it has the same
performance.
It's going to give you the same silky
smooth smoothies ability to
make hot soups nut
putters in large batches
The same capabilities as
Ascent Series.
Okay? That makes sense?
In the past I've referred to the Costco
models as Frankenstein models
and that's because they pulled different elements
from different lines
and different series's.
I don't want to that's a scary.
This particular Costco Model is actually very
good with the quality blend quality,
the performance is great.
The question as we'll try
and figure out is is the
V1200 actually right for you.
The Vitamix V1200 might be for
you if you want to make
very very very
small batches of smoothies.
We've heard some feedback that the 20 ounce container
is actually too small for a
meal replacement smoothies.
Ok more detail here.
Why are the 20 ounce containers maybe a little too
small for a meal replacement smoothies.
Well there is some reduction
that happens when you make the smoothies.
So if you put 20 ounces of
ingredients, and that includes
ice or frozen fruit,
when you blend it,
there's going to be some reduction.
Twenty ounces of ingredients might turn to
maybe 14 ounces of smoothies.
We are a household of two
and a half
and we've only used the 20 ounce
containers as to go containers
so we make a huge batch
and then fill those up to the top
and head out the door.
The Vitamix V1200 might be for
you if a Costco
rep demonstrated this for you.
Costco roadshow
reps make money the same way
that we do. They get a small percentage
of the sale after helping you make
the right decision.
Baby flip.
So this is an opportunity to support individual
and not just a big
retailer.
The V1200 might be for you if you
like the look of it
especially compared to the
Ascent. It's different
and as we say the
Vitamix is going to live in your counter for a lot of
years so you better love
the way that it looks. And if you do.
Condense your words it's the biggest feedback.
Why else may the V1200 may be for you.
If you like the idea of Bluetooth
connectivity
and connection
with the smart app
and scale. This is a feature
available on Ascent Series too.
But yeah the Venturist has this
as well.
Maybe you can't resist a pack--.
You can't resist a package deal
can you? No, you you can't.
You can't see his smile.
You know you just love the extras.
The Venturst V1200 might be for you
if you like extras.
If you're someone that had single use
things in your kitchen like if
you have an electric can opener
or a
spiralizer.
Single items for single tasks.
If you like extras,
this might be a good fit
And you want to hold hands during this?
Okay this machine might not be for
you for a few reasons.
Maybe you have sensitive ears.
Maybe you're looking for the least loud
Vitamix.
This is not it.
That's the A3500.
Okay, so more on this.
The V1200 is about as loud
as most of the loud Vitamixes
clocking in around 93 94
95 decibels on high.
If you compare that to the quieter
the quietest Vitamix machine,
so the A3500
and the Pro 750 those
with the true metal finishes those
are about 88 89
90 decibels on high.
That may not seem like a lot
but since decibels are
parabolic even just for
decibels equals
a 40 percent increase
in noise to
the human ear.
Maybe you like the idea of one-touch
walk-away blending.
The Venturist does not come
with pre-programmed settings.
You can set it like
a microwave to set a timer
and get that walkaway effect,
but the one touch preprogram
settings is not here.
Okay a little more detail on walk away blending on
the V1200.
You push the timer,
press start, and walk away.
It's pretty easy
but to put it into perspective
the Ascent A3300
and A3500
they work in a similar way
but the buttons are a little different.
The buttons on the Ascent models
are touchscreen so
it's a little easier to get them to
activate.
And then also the difference is how fast they
actually count.
So if you want to set a
5-minute timer on the V1200
it would take
about this long.
And if you want to set a timer on
the Ascent Series,
either the A3300 or the A3500,
it would take about this long.
And of course if you have the A3500,
you have that one-touch
walk-away.
So soup,
start, walk away.
It might not be for you if your main goal
is single serve smoothies.
I had a long conversation
with someone who bought the Venturist
and she wasn't sure if it was right for her.
She wanted to make - it was just
her. She lives alone
and she wants to make smoothies for her.
She didn't really care for the
extras that came
with it
and wanted to get something that
was a better fit. She ended up
with the E310.
It ends up being around half the price
and it was a better fit for her as
her first Vitamix.
You shouldn't be afraid of the wide 64
ounce container.
It's really great at making
pretty much anything that you want.
The challenges are
with really thick blends: nut
butters,
hummus,
frozen desserts.
To make those things in the wide
64 ounce container you need
to make a very large
batch
If you don't want to make very large
batches of those thick blends.
You need a narrow container
that comes with a tamper;
that's tamper compatible.
And this isn't a machine that comes
with that. For example if you wanted to make
banana ice cream in this machine
you would need to use about 8
frozen bananas.
You cannot use that 8-ounce
or the 20 ounce for that banana
and nice cream.
Because those are not compatible
with the tamper.
Same thing with nut butters.
Same thing with hummus.
Really difficult if not impossible
to make those in these small
personal blend-and-go
containers.
And this is why we think that the ultimate Vitamix
setup is a full sized Vitamix
with a secondary
48 ounce narrow container.
Right?
That's what we rock.
And that's why if you plan to frequently
make really thick blends,
nut butters, hummus,
frozen desserts,
you probably better off
with getting a secondary container
or picking a machine that has
a narrow container
to start with.
So that's an E310. Or perhaps
one of the Certified
Reconditioned Legacy models
like the 5200.
So why else? We talked about this.
It comes with a lot of pieces that don't stack
or organize in an efficient manner.
So if you want to stay organized in your
kitchen and have a minimalist approach
the Veturst V1200 is probably not the best
for you.
How do you feel about design?
Unlike the A3500 it's not
designed
with design in mind.
If you're registering for a Vitamix for a wedding
go for the biggest and the best.
And as of today that's the A3500
With True Metal finish
So copper, black stainless,
graphite metal,
or brushed stainless.
What else can you say about this buddy?
We we get so many
questions about the V1200
and we want you to know
and feel comfortable that it's the right decision
for you.
Or it's not the right decision.
So if you have more questions send us an email.
We want to support
the guys that are out there selling
this machine.
They deserve your business.
If they sold you on the Vitamix
get the V1200
But if we sold you on the Vitamix,
or Blendeding
with Henry sold you on the Vitamix,
buy through us
or them or him.
Look, Vitamix
was built on demonstrators
at state fairs
and roadshows packing
up in their car and selling this machine
in front of an audience.
This is how these machines have been sold
for over 100 years.
Ladies and gentlemen I'm going
to give you a demonstration
of one of the most wonderful machine
was ever invented: the Vitamix
machine.
They're not a typical blender.
They have a price point that needs the
value demonstrated.
Look, if you tried some green juice
or some hot soup in the store
and were sold on the V1200,
buy it
But hey if you've been watching our channel
or using the resources on our
website buy through us.
It's so much appreciated.
A Vitamix is a Vitamix.
With that being said.
Send us your questions.
We're happy to help you.
Right?
Okay, last thing I want to leave you
with this: If you're considering
the V1200 because it's the best deal,
I want you to remember that you can
always get a Vitamix for around
300 bucks instead of
whatever the V1200 is running for.
Okay?
From a design perspective.
Oh! Hi!
You want puppy?
Should we
rinse it off?
Yeah?
I'm on camera,
we should rinse it off. Okay. Puppy. Puppy? Nom nom.

-------------------------------------------
Is Cardio Worth it - Summer Shredding Episode 7 - Duration: 11:56.
alright guys so the question of the day today is is cardio worth it and my
answer is it kind of depends on what your goal is so if your goal is to go on
an extended cut because you want to get it pretty lean then yes it's definitely
worth it if you would have asked me this about two weeks ago I would have said no
it's not worth it just because you know if you think about it you can spend an
hour doing cardio and you'll burn maybe like 300 to 500 calories you can eat
that easily in like 5-10 minutes so that's why when people you know trying
to tell you that so that's why when you try to tell people that your that's why
when you're trying to lose weight people are always going to tell you to try to
create a calorie deficit through food because it takes a lot of time and
effort to create a calorie deficit through cardio however doing both can
give me an advantage now for example let's say you do two 300 calorie cardio
sessions a week now yes that's only 600 calories per week that's only a little
over a fifth of a pound each week which you might think right away it's not a
whole lot that's not worth it that's what I used to think not think about it
if you're going on extended cut twelve weeks like I'm doing right now then 12
weeks in sintra calories burned per week 7200 calories that's almost two pounds
of fat and in an extended fat loss phase towards the end two pounds of fat is
huge so it's cardio worth it if you are going for an extended fat loss phase yes
very worth it I would definitely recommend that you do it now what if
you're just doing a short mini cut what depends how short that is I mean at the
most you know with the short mini cut doing the same amount of cardio
it's like 2,400 calories so you know maybe 3/4 of a pound half a pound it's
still you know gonna be pretty significant but it won't be as much as
if you were doing you know a long extended cut where those two pounds at
the very end really really matter so if you're at a higher body fat percentage
and you just want to do a mini cut do you have to do it and if not really
probably won't make a huge difference but it'll still do something now what if
you're bulking you know do I recommend that you do cardio in your bulking you
can I mean I would really recommend it just for your general overall health but
is it necessary no it's not necessary it's not necessary to do cardio when
you're it's not necessary to do it when you're
cutting is it gonna help I'd say so you know cardio has lots of benefits
just regarding cardiovascular health and it's also gonna help increase your work
capacity which is always really good so what type of cardio would I recommend
that you do I would recommend low intensity steady-state cardio if your
priority is weight training now if your goal is to get stronger and to build
muscle doing low intensity cardio is going to help you just recover better
and it's not gonna affect your training as much now if these aren't your main
goals you know maybe you're someone who enjoys doing a lot of running or like
bodyweight calisthenics circuit type training then probably hit training
would be really great for you because you can burn a lot of calories really
quickly and it's like pretty much all over any part of what you're already
doing in your training anyways that's our little cardio
discussion for the day if you guys have any other fitness or nutrition related
questions for me please just comment below send media on my Instagram
whenever you guys want and I will talk about those topics in future videos so
it's Tuesday night it's about 10:30 and I am just starving just gonna go to bed
probably in a little bit and then just wake up in the morning so struggle is
getting real getting hungry as the days go by but we're gonna stay strong and
I'll see you guys in the morning with my new weigh-in morning everyone
here is this morning's weigh-in so you can see a little bit of progress I feel
like we're coming in a pretty big drop in the next couple of days especially
towards the weekend but so you can see we're consistently a lot lower than the
world last week which is really great I was a little worried that we were
gonna be stuck at that plateau for a little bit I just want to talk about the
scale really quick with you guys I know that it's very exciting when you wake up
and you see a new low weight on the scale but you really can't let that
determine you know higher days gonna be I know a lot of people who wake up you
know they weigh themselves and if that number is not a kneel away and it's a
little bit higher than it was a couple of days ago it just ruins the whole day
I keep saying it you know my videos just trust the process be consistent and
you'll get to you need to be I think the usual
breakfast so just chopped up a little bit of onion using my frozen peas three
whole eggs living garlic salt and a little pepper all right guys so look at
what I have here this delicious chocolate chocolate-chip cookie and it's
one of those soft ones it's not for me I brought it from work
for my girlfriend for those of you guys who might or might not know people who
you meet in the field of nutrition and dietetics while you might expect them to
be some of the healthiest people in the world they are like complete foodies
like we just want to eat everything all the time and so that's pretty much who I
work with right now and as much as I would like to eat this cookie right now
I really want to save my calories for something that's actually gonna fill me
up so it's a very sad day it's actually really not that bad it's only 150
calories but I really want some rice like I really want a rice dish so I
really need some extra macros for the day so save me this for my girlfriend
and we'll see what I end up cooking up for dinner all right guys so this is
what I whipped up I know it looks so boring and Glen probably gross but got a
serving in a quarter of tofu some rice and added some soy sauce some pb2 powder
and some sriracha sauce I'm gonna be going over a little bit on my calories
today that's okay I did do some cardio today so I'll kind of make up for it so
I'm not too worried about going over on Collard right now because it is earlier
on and cut if anything these extra carbs are gonna help me for my deadlift
workout today but right now honestly the most important thing that I can do in
terms of helping my cut progress it's just getting sleep and getting rest so I
just took an hour nap feeling a little groggy grumpy right now but didn't eat
this and then we're gonna little bit early today because that really is the
best thing that we can do in order for this diet to be successful smacking me
my calorie intake it's gonna be sleep tonight so I finished my food and I'm
still really hungry and it's not like I'm just a little hungry I feel like I
am starving right now so I popped some popcorn gonna
have this popcorn is perfect when you're hungry just cuz it's such a high volume
so this will bowl right here as you can see here it's only 220 calories which
isn't bad at all so I'm gonna have this I don't know why I'm so hungry maybe
it's the cardio I did today kind of sucks is kind of defeat the purpose of
doing it but oh well I'll just try to get an extra session sometime this week
and then just really try to plan my meals accordingly in the next couple of
days maybe even tries to track some calories but I don't know we'll see some
really early on the cut so it doesn't really matter if I go off track a little
bit I'm still gonna be within like 20 300 calories which is kind of what I
wanted to shoot for in the first place Thursday morning you guys know when you
sleep more than you usually do and you still feel tired well that's one feeler
today but I know we're gonna be feeling really good later on in the day so
that's all that matters woke up a little bit late too so I got a
rush get ready for work and let's do it the way in this today it's about to head
to the gym my back has been really aching these past few days like my lats
and just throughout the day like just feels really really tight so we'll see
how the session goes honestly I'm I'm a little scared or intimidated to attempt
these Dedalus today so we're going with 380 pounds today only 5 pounds from last
time just because last time it was pretty
heavy I only got three on the MRAP today I don't know what's gonna happen I
feel like I'm gonna stall I'm even considering just you know trying to take
a little bit easy today and do some a little bit of a deal load so instead of
doing five sets of three I would only do three sets of three but I'm not sure yet
we'll see I think it'd be the smartest thing to do but I think it just really
depends on how we're feeling
so I just showed you guys my little back pump right there looking pretty good in
my opinion I can't wait to see my back looks like while I'm leaner but as you
guys saw in my workout footage today I switched over to sumo the reason for
this was I was pulling conventional and it was just feeling so heavy I started
to feel my background in a lot of the sets and I just I couldn't keep that
straight neutral back and so I said you know what let's just try sumo see how it
feels I tried it on my third set and it felt amazing like I did not pretty much
didn't through my backward thing at all I felt it all in my legs which is
awesome I mean that's pretty much what you want and then you know I went back
to conventional so what I did three sets of conventional and then two sets of
sumo so I didn't sumo for my third set I went back to conventional for that
fourth set still wasn't feeling it so I decided to give sumo try on the amrap
and it felt so easy so you guys saw there I stopped that eight reps I
could've kept going but I just didn't want to push it you know I always want
to leave at least two in the tank but I honestly think I had like four or five
left right there that's how good sumo is feeling I honestly I think I'm just
gonna stick to sumo for the next couple of weeks that way we can just keep
progressing originally I was thinking I'll stick to conventional and maybe
we'll transition to rock pools and then just slowly elevate them and keep adding
adding weight but I think if I could pull off the ground and just go as sumo
I'd be the better option like sumo felt so good today I'm calling it right now
like at the end of this cut a month or two at the most
afterwards I'm gonna pull 500 so 500 coming I can feel it and I am just so
excited so that's going to include this vlog thank you guys so much for watching
you guys can expect my next video to be up on Saturday it's gonna be a physique
update so two weeks in we'll see where so stay tuned and I'll see you guys on
Saturday
you

Allow Suffering and Go beyond it - Mooji 2018 - Duration: 12:46.
it seems that I am the attention I seem to be that is me the attention but then
if you were the attention and the attention move who would know the
attention move it seems like that sometimes yeah do you need to check it
out it's a seeming it's not the truth the
attention goes there now you witness the attention goes there
but something says if the attention goes there that is really strong it makes it
very strong make it very strong me and make it very real these are beliefs they
are not truths you are the witness of the attention there is a power here
that's unmoved here attention is creating a lot of party over there with
the identity and the person is making but something here is unmoved by it if
there is disturbance is because there's a belief I don't like this please stop
it and it's not stopping but there's strong belief I want desire I want it to
stop and yet it is not stopping so then disturbance come if this is flapping
here and the attention is kept only in the awareness at a certain time the
power will stop going there and just stay with the stillness when the
attention can stay with the stillness the movement will following
there comes a time when when inquiry has really hit the jackpot meaning that it
is not totally clear you have used the mirror to see where you are to see your
face once you have really seen your face you don't have to walk around with the
mirror in your pocket you see you feel like you're moving in all the room yeah
yes so he says I feel like I'm moving in all of this room and everything is
happening in me and even I am presence the I am presence is coming and going
but the I am presence itself is watching the things going the sense of being is
coming and going when did when the sense of being is gone what remained when the
sense of being is here what remain it's not different the sense I am is coming
and going we have coming to the point from the person perspective like I am
doing this I want this to be my life III and seen that this I is mostly made up
of belief conditioning and false identity limited the consciousness my
nature wants to be free nobody taught it to be free it just naturally wants to be
free just like when you're feeling unwell you don't need a doctor to tell
you you should feel well you know within your own self you feel unwell and that
you naturally want to be well you don't need education for that in the same way
the consciousness naturally knows itself to be free when it is bound it can only
be bound because it purchases some idea from the psychological mind that is not
really bound it is just particular you see and it likes the particular Ness
of being a person it likes the sense of privacy the likes that nobody can know
what I'm thinking it likes the fact that it it can achieve
and be somebody special by being a person for a while until it wears out of
that then it says no no this game is a bit too weak for me now I want something
more strong then it maybe can look he said going back to the attention thing
yeah okay she said I know that I lost the attention inside yeah not at the
same time but just a bit after okay just a bit after I realized the attention was
a strange yes yes yes but she only after the fact is there the recollection that
oh I was not being present I was going off with my the attention had gone off
somewhere does it mean then that you always have to be consciously conscious
you always have to be consciously conscious because if you have to be
consciously conscious you'll be tired you see so it must be something more
subtle than that I would say this is okay in the beginning when we are
beginning to look like this and you see there wait a minute I can see that the
attention is going off or whatever but I am asked you to pay attention more to
the thing which is not going off as you start to pay attention to that which is
not going off not coming and going then you will not lose energy in noticing it
because it doesn't exhaust energy it takes a lot of energy to be a person it
takes no energy to be yourself if you keep looking at the space in which the
whole theater of consciousness is being perform and acting
but the weakness of that is that he's not busy watching and involved in a
story and yet at the same time it experiences through this body and yet at
the same time it is beyond this body at the same time yes yeah yeah sometimes
this happens she says that sometimes I witness my body trying to fall asleep
while you're talking and this sometimes happen because the the habit of the
psychological identity which is sharing in our sense of existence there's a part
of there's an aspect of ourself a portion of our energy that doesn't seem
to want you to wake up you want you to stay in the form of the person and just
get on with your present things and so on so it is inclined sometimes when it's
just about at the right time to get the right thing it goes off so something
like this this can be a like a sense of avoidance it just goes into this yeah
but as soon as you're on to it you're aware of that that tendency you watch
him like this each time and you see that maybe in the past we've just kind of not
challenged that you're just gonna go along with it but when you're aware of
it and you see that it could be a form of avoidance in some way you see and
that you are the way you are with something is witnessing that then it
will turn the things around it turned things around gradually like this yes
just stay as the awareness alone you are not the thing which is fluctuating
you're not the thing which is going to sleep another thing which is waking up
your idea before everything before every shade every color yes yes
because the cell you say why do why does it seem so hard to stay as the self it
is not hard to stay as a self it's not the self experiencing it being hard to
be the self any more than space is trying hard to remain a space suppose I
were to say to space look stop being stop believing you're the wind and just
remember your space it is like that in a way but because all along we are always
a self even in a limited expression you see when the self is identified when the
pure self is identified with limitation you see its behavior it comes into a
kind of behavior and this behavior tends to be to disregard or to ignore or to be
lazy or these kind of characteristics can come but as soon as you you're in
this kind of environment for a while things relax a lot more easily you come
to see that where I'm naturally in this state without trying the sense I am
if you whenever you feel yourself it is the I am if you don't have any story
into it you're just in your day I am the story comes for the person mostly not so
much for the I am and this will gradually become more simple and natural
for you until it becomes effortless again all witnessing of your fluctuating
States the witnessing or the observing of all these things that come and go
that is occurring to the I am itself it is the witness it is the deity of the
waking state relative to all else the the position of the unmixed the
unassociated presence the feeling I am unmixed that is the witness that you
must first know yourself to be it is from here that even a subtle s movement
of thought and feeling and and desire and and all of these things are
perceived in me I am you see in the I am first when you have come to see that
that everything is occurring to this sense of being when you're aware that
you exist and then that that distance is not merely a person but more
the existence of consciousness inside which even a sense of the person seems
to be a creative movement like a mask inside it then you're getting
established in a sense I am when you are sufficiently established in a sense I am
it will gradually become clear that even now the sense I am begin to be seen
phenomenally when you're in the position to perceive the sense I am to be
phenomenal you're in the unspeakable you will not have any questions there just a
few just to confirm your state that's all but that doesn't mean you kill the I
am or something the sense I am which is the what I may call the dynamic aspect
of consciousness through which we have experiencing and the sense of Eve
satsang needs this dynamic consciousness in order to to enquire and to look and
to introspect and transcend all of that is to do with a dynamic consciousness
only when you have made full use of the dynamic consciousness to record
recognize your absoluteness as the unchanging the absolute unchanging one
then you will say that your questions will be finished to all the questions we
finished and it doesn't mean that then you are willing to drop the body the
body drops immediately because of that the body can be there even though the
bodies can come after this but delusions are over as you come to see that your
consciousness is pure and and it it in fact purifies the world so it's not that
you see the world has been orderly so terrible and not the pure consciousness
your pure consciousness perceives a whole world is divine it is a person
that sees fault in the world

Progressive Muscle Relaxation - what is it and how does it work? - Duration: 4:49.
hello my name is Clare and welcome to Generation Calm. Today I'm going to be
talking about progressive muscle relaxation, what it is and what benefits
it can do to help you reduce your stress and anxiety. So progressive muscle
relaxation was one of the first techniques I ever learned as a
psychologist and it's the process of tensing and relaxing large muscle groups
in your body. It's often used as the first step in learning a stress relief
technique. When I was working with people who were clinically anxious this would
be a good technique to start with because often people aren't taught at
school how to relax and so you kind of have to learn from the beginning again
what the difference really is in your muscles between tension and relaxation
and so by tensing the muscles you can suddenly start to see where you might
have been holding tension in the first place and it can be kind of surprising.
So when you first of all learn how to tense a muscle you can then really
notice the difference when you relaxed afterwards and it really is the stepping
stone and the first step into stress relief and relaxation. So let's talk a
bit more about the benefits for you and the reasons why you should be trying
progressive muscle relaxation. So first of all it's a great way of learning how
to be aware of your body even before you do a body scan because it's bringing
attention to large muscle groups in your body and noticing the effects that you
have there with the tension and then the relaxation. So it's the prerequisite to
body scans it shows the difference between a tense muscle and a relaxed
muscle and you really might be quite surprised at where you're holding
tension already in your body and you may not always notice the difference until
you really tense and then realize. For those of you who don't like the
quietness and that stillness of meditation progressive muscle relaxation
is more of an active technique. You're actually doing something, moving
your body. It's also quite a mindful technique because you're bringing
attention to parts your body and really focusing on one muscle group at a time
and that focuses your mind and brings your attention to one thing at a time. So
if you've ever heard of the mind-body connection you know that if you are
feeling a certain way in your body then that will reflect in your mind so if
you're feeling tense in your body your mind will therefore feel tense but if
you can learn how to relax the muscle groups or how to relax your mind. It's
similar in a way to how smiling helps make you feel happy. So
progressive muscle relaxation is actually a no pill natural remedy for
stress relief. There are no bad side effects unless of course you don't like
feeling relaxed. Of course if you already have tense muscles I would suggest that
you talk to a GP about this first, a physician, just to check that
everything's okay and I probably wouldn't tense so hard if you have tight
muscles but other than that there really are no ill side effects to this. I think
a lot of people prefer progressive muscle relaxation because unlike
mindfulness it doesn't have any kind of
association with Buddhism. Some people might, for religious reasons, might not
want to do mindfulness because of its association with Buddhism and and this
stress relief technique has nothing to do with any religion whatsoever. Regular
practice of progressive muscular relaxation will really help to reduce
your stress level.
So next week I'm going to upload a progressive muscle relaxation video with
the audio and I'm actually going to be taking you step by step the way that I
do it that way you can try this relaxation technique for yourself out. So
thanks for watching, please share if you like this video and I look forward to
seeing you next time bye

Far Cry 5 - First Impressions - Is it worth it to BUY? - Duration: 10:33.
today's video is gonna be a little bit different I'm gonna be
talking a little bit about the new game bar crime 5 by Ubisoft this is something
a little different than I normally do on my channel I normally do different
breaking down of in-game mechanics for Call of Duty give tips and tricks and
updates on how to improve and then pretty much in this game says it just
came out I wanted to kind of give you my first impressions I played for about an
hour in this clip I'm gonna drastically cut it down because out of that hour
probably only about 20-25 minutes was actual gameplay the rest was all kinds
of cutscenes and loading because they want to kind of introduce you to this
story for me I don't want to spoil that for you if you're really into the story
and then personally I just don't care about story at all I want gameplay to be
superior above all else so we'll go ahead and check that out as we skip
along so this is actually clip the first piece of action you do run through the
woods a little bit kill a couple people and they end up getting inside this
truck and from my experience it doesn't feel like the aim-assist is very strong
I got a meta modify some of the settings I think in the ingame settings but just
kind of fill it out it feels like there's not a ton of aim assist so you
can see my shots are really weak in this specific clip but pretty much all you're
doing is outrunning them like you've played in other games before and people
are rushing up on you on different vehicles on ATVs and trucks and and
other ones with light machineguns attached or whatever the case is and
then pretty much you're just shooting the drivers and shooting the different
people survived it as long as you can and then you bandage yourself while
you're driving in between these little gunfights because you are going to take
damage I don't know how you do this without there's not really any
difficulty setting so you can't play this on easier difficulty so this is
kind of just one of the gunfights that you initially get into without really in
the intro they assume you played first-person shooters before they don't
tell you how to ATS don't show you how to look around like some games do that's
a little bit interesting because about 9 out of 10 games will actually do that so
what I'm gonna do is go ahead and skip ahead a little bit further
you know so I don't want to ruin this entire go ahead and fight for you and
I'll go ahead and go to another spot so at the end of that specific little fight
scene you're gonna end up getting rescued by by a random NPC named Dutch
and then pretty much you got to liberate the island and that's what that's gonna
start the actual game and liberating the island walks you through a couple
different missions you'll experience when you jump around to the other
islands I've played a little bit more since this actual clip so I've had a
little bit more experience in the game in liberating different areas so pretty
much this first area is just a walkthrough to kind of guide you through
how to play the game a little bit what you should be doing you can see right
here building the resistance so as you build these different tiers you're gonna
go ahead and acquire more skills which you'll be able to use to add on to your
perks so that you can actually unlock more of your skill tree so you can do
that by rescuing civilians destroying cult properties or you can actually do
other things like it's gonna mention right now on screen like completing
missions so there's story missions side missions and then there's some other odd
job missions that are throughout just find out random and another thing you
can do is to liberate outpost from my experience so far some of the hardest
things are liberating the cult outpost because if you get detected they call in
swarms and swarms of people and they have armor so you're gonna have ammo
sure dodges so you really want to try and be as stealthy as possible so my
first recommendation would be to get suppressors for your weapons I already
have the suppressor for my sniper rifle and my automatic rifle since I've
already unlocked another slot so as you go through the game you'll be able to
carry more weapons and you'll be able to attach different attachments to them so
you can have extended mags you can have a better scope and then just kind of
manipulate them in those ways and you'll see right now on this
upcoming clip this is basically the monoculars mark the targets really
easily and you can see through through stuff and you can actually have them
marked and they'll actually be at the top of your HUD so you have a
directional icon exactly where they're at and then you can like I said see them
through stuff so it really makes it easy to plan out your attack so right here I
was playing a little bit stealthy I sneak up and then I'm crouched walking
and if you're crouched obviously you're gonna make less noise and have a
smaller profile so pretty much what I do is I sneak up position myself the right
way and then I go ahead and play a little stealthy so sometimes you do got
to play stealthy in the game and other times you got to go full-blown just take
out everybody really quick so you can see right here what I did I shot that
guy hit the other one and then the other one didn't know exactly where I was so I
kind of peeked around killed him and then pretty much that liberated this
area now I gotta destroy this and then you'll see right now once I destroy this
it will actually finish this mission and then I'll be able to move on to the next
thing I didn't realize I was standing too close as you see right here you do
have to loot the body it's kind of weird for ammo because you walk over them
you'll pick up money but when you actually need ammo it doesn't pick them
up automatically you have to actually loot the body so you're gonna be doing
that constantly for everyone you kill kind of annoying let's go ahead and skip
up to another mission so for this upcoming mission I had a rescue this
civilian so again I sneak up basically line up my shot so I'm pretty much good
to go I go ahead and take this guy out really quick stealthy the other guy is
not really paying attention and then I go ahead and basically headshot him he's
out and then I go ahead and liberate this civilian so that he can be on my
side you can hire these people they'll work
with you and they can actually use them to kill or to cover a certain area you
give them certain commands I've really mastered those or played a bunch with
those yet but they do help you out on some of the missions you can actually
target a specific enemy and then they'll go ahead and try and take those people
out without being seen so you can see right here again moving those bodies so
for this next part I needed liberate the outpost which basically means kill
everyone in the area and then what you see is I'll slowly move people I'll pick
them up move them out of area so that I can actually just make sure I kill
everyone without alerting anyone because people will drive up in trucks and then
kind of ruin your day so pretty much I move that guy out of the way I'm looking
at who's the most alone this guy over here is pretty much alone sneaked up
where I can actually melee them and there is a time where you can actually
sprint right up to them if you're close enough and then you can just take them
out right away and they won't actually alert anybody because they get basically
destroyed before they get a chance so with these you you got to kind of find
out where everyone's at and then just be astir
as possible I know again this guy is over by his lonesome over here everyone
else is kind of looking off to that other right side so I come up over here
take this guy out as stealthy as possible and then I give the command for
my guy to go ahead and take one of these guys out so I can line up get two easy
kills and then just position myself the right
way as far as the gameplay feel wise if I had to compare it to another game as
far as gameplay the way the weapons and movement feel feels a lot like a
battlefield game and I don't know if it's just because you know maybe that's
the movement they want to use but even when you mantle stuff the way the guns
feel a lot of it feels a lot like battlefield so you can see right there I
just mark the target so that guy's gonna go ahead and kill that guy and then I'm
gonna go ahead and kill him and then go ahead and take out the next guy pretty
quick melee him and then go ahead and shoot this guy and that's it liberated
secured the area pretty much easy guns for hire
completed that mission so another thing you got to do is destroy some of these
different communication blocking tower things where you can actually cut it off
so that you guys will actually be able to use radio communication so while this
guys climbing up I'm gonna kind of walk you through a little bit of other things
so if you like this type of content if there's other games you want me to check
out that just a new on the market let me know I'd be willing to test them out
check them out this game I probably won't really upload videos until maybe
I've beaten it I did play it livestream last night so I did play it the other
day and basically I played live because I'm really for this I can't really give
a tips and tricks until I played long enough I think the arcade thing will be
pretty cool when they actually introduced more things and people are
able to get their hands and really just make amazing maps that are really fun to
play there is a co-op part of this so once you've done all these little
supplemental missions to unlock the island this will unlock multiplayer so
you can actually play multiplayer so I think right after I do this mission i
unlock the island and then now I can actually party up with a friend I
haven't tried that out yet because I don't really know people that have this
game yet cuz it just came out like yesterday or the day before so what
you're gonna see is kind of that type of mission I have one more mission for you
luckily I was able to look around her map and I found out where the dog was
because I wanted a dog so I kind of looked at
and then I'll go ahead and show you that part they'll be pretty much the video if
you didn't enjoy anything so far going to click that like button if you haven't
subscribed already go ahead and make sure you subscribe and please let me
know down in the comment section below what your thoughts are on the game if
it's something that you think you'd be interested in getting based off the
content obviously it's very limited because it's just the first intro
missions kind of give you an idea of what you're playing so again after
you've done that first intro a set of missions you can actually find the dog
right here it's just southwest of where the first island is and I'll go ahead
and skip ahead to the action so you can go ahead and see that and then let's go
ahead and check that out so I roll up over here there's a ton of people there
all lined up so I go ahead and take them out to shoot them all and then I have a
little bit of trouble on how to open the actual gate I didn't realize that
there'd be like oh a button prompts like hold square to open the gate this guy's
just weird he just ran right by me so it looks like there's one more coming up on
me there in a truck or something like that
you know couple guys so I'm going to take them out and then basically I'm
free to move around and then I'm looking at the dog and I don't know exactly what
I got to do I'm like looking around I guess you got to read the notes because
sometimes they will actually give you clues and actually explain what you need
to do in the actual things so right now I'm just looking around like okay what
the heck and then I finally figure it out you just gotta shoot the little
locks on the bottom and the gate will open and this works on a lot of
different gates it's not actually a prompt you just have to actually shoot
the gate and then you get your team member like that so if you did enjoy the
video in any way remember to click like button go and subscribe if you haven't
already go ahead and follow me on Twitter if you haven't already there's a
giveaway going on till the end of the month so that's only a couple more days
left so this is the kind of put content you enjoy addition to my Cod videos or
whatever else videos you want me to do for tonight or any other game let me
know comment section below thank you for watching as always have a great day

Is Cruising In Cunard Queens Grill Worth It? - Duration: 9:11.
Join me as we take a look at one of the most luxurious ways you can ever cruise:
in Cunard Queens Grill. I'm Gary Bembridge of Tips For
Travellers. I'm going to take a look at Queens Grill and I'm going to take a look
specifically at the accommodation, the dining, the facilities and the extra
little perks and benefits that makes Queens Grill so different and so special.
As I tell a little bit about the Queens Grill accommodation, I'm going to show you
around a couple of examples of different cabins. First of all I'm going to show
you what the Master Suite (the Caronia Suite) onboard Queen Victoria looks like.
Cunard is a very traditional line. It's been going for an extremely long time,
and they still follow a very classic way of cruising. There's three key categories
on board the ship and they are slightly segregated. You have Queens Grill,
which is a little bit like traveling first class if you were flying, you have
Princess Grill, which is a little bit like if you were flying club or business,
and then they have Britannia. Within Britannia there is Britannia Club and
Britannia. Whilst the bulk of the cabins on board are Britannia and
they range from inside to balcony, the ultimate is Queens Grill. There are a
range of cabins ranging from Grand Suites, Master Suites, Penthouse Suites
and Queen Suites, and they all graded between Q1 and Q6 with Q1 being Grand
Suites and Q6 being a Queen Suite. The cabins on board Queen Victoria
and Queen Elizabeth are the same but Queen Mary 2 has slightly different
cabins because it's different ship design/ Queens Grill cabins are generally
pretty spacious and they have a fairly classic decor a feel to them, which is
sort of art deco inspired, and try to hark back to the glory days of cruising
the sort of the 40s 50s and 60s. The great thing, as you probably noticed in
the Queens Grill, is you have a bath and a shower on board. Both Queen Elizabeth
and Queen Victoria suites have a separate bath and shower but on Queen Mary 2 in some
of the lower grades (Q5 and Q6) it tends to be a shower within the bath.
Another type of suite on board is the Penthouse Suite which is both Q3 and Q4.
So, here's an example of a Penthouse Suite. You have butter service in all of
the Queens Grill suites and you'll also have a cabin steward looking after you.
You also have a complimentary bar which gets replenished based on what you
want, you also get to choose some spirits. So whilst the bar has things like beers
and soft drinks in, you can then choose spirits from a menu. You get daily fruit.
You have a turndown service every night. You have coffee and tea making
facilities, with a very nice Illy coffee making machine. When you arrive you get
champagne on arrival and you get a treat, which is normally strawberries dipped in
chocolate. another great thing is a pillow concierge so you can choose from
a wide range of different types of pillows, and in the evenings you get
served canapes. The cabins are spread out across different decks, and that's
because most of the Queens Grill cabins are midships which, of course, is
the best place to be if you're in rough waters. You can see that
the cabins are pretty luxurious.
They are, I think, very tastefully and very beautifully done. So the great thing
about being in Queens Grill, certainly on Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth,
is you have a dedicated Grills area. Access is controlled by your keycard and
it's up on Deck 11. In this area you have a small lounge, which is also a bar
so you can meet here for drinks before or after meals. It's also where you have
the Concierge desk. You have a dedicated Concierge who will do things like book
tours for you, give you advice about things around the ship and basically
answer any of the queries that you may have. Also up here you have the
Queens Grill restaurant and the Princess Grill restaurant and also a dedicated deck.
Up above the restaurants is a very large deck where you can go and sunbathe and
there's another lower deck which is just outside of the Grills lounge. On Queen
Mary 2 it is much more spread out and it's not a dedicated area as it is on the
Victoria and the Elizabeth. many people think that Cunard ships are very
segregated but most of the ship is open to all. So the main decks, public areas, the theatre
the casino - that's all open to everybody. There's
only certain parts of the ship that are restricted to Queens Grill. So it's much
more around the accommodation and the dining experience in practice.
Queens Grill restaurant is pretty magnificent and the great thing about
eating in Queens Grill is you have your dedicated table and dedicated staff.
You have the same table and you have the same waiting staff the whole time you're
on board. There are lots of tables for two, you
can obviously choose combinations of two, four or a larger tables but most people tend
to choose smaller tables and eat with whoever they're traveling with. The other
tables are quite nearby so you do get to talk and meet other people.
There's also normally a very large table for about eight people in the center of
the restaurant which tends to more be for solo travellers, but you often find
couples who do want to interact and mix with other people will have that big
table. The important thing about eating in Queens Grill is you have an
enormous choice. You have breakfast menu which is absolutely enormous with pretty much
anything you can think of! You have a lunch, again with multiple courses and
lots to choose from like soups, starters,
salads, sandwiches, main courses and desserts.
Dinner is really important. Dinner is from 6:30 to 9 and it's open seated dining,
so anytime you want to go. You have a daily menu which consists of starters,
soups, main courses and desserts and you also have an ala carte menu which
this stays the same every day, and it has an enormous a choice. Very
importantly on the ala carte is a series of dishes which you can pre-order, things
like duck a L'Orange, Dover sole, Lobster
Thermidor, Chateaubriand and Beef Wellington. These you you need to
pre-order at lunchtime. You can also order off menu! So again at least by
lunchtime you can order anything you want. So if you perhaps feel like roast
chicken for dinner or you want shepherd's pie or cottage pie you can
order off menu. Also very importantly as it's not on the menu, but also for dinner
you can ask to have caviar as a starter. So there's a little sort of inside trick.
If you do want caviar it's not shown on any menu but you can pre-order
that at lunchtime and have that as your starter. The other thing that you
have in the Queens Grill area are two great features, one of which is Alfresco
dining. So particularly if you're cruising through warmer parts of the
world, you can also have your meals outside in the alfresco area. Another
great feature is afternoon tea. Cunard is famous for their afternoon tea and
the main afternoon tea takes place down in a Queens Room. However if you're
traveling inQueens Grill or Princess Grill they do afternoon tea up in the
Grills Area. Sometimes it's served in the lounge but many times it's
served in the Princess Grill restaurant every day at 3:30 (except normally for
embarkation day). I think the food in Queens Grill is absolutely magnificent.
It really is top-notch. I would say it's the best food I've had anywhere.
beautiful quality and absolutely magnificent. The main facilities then
just to recap for Queens Grill: you have the dedicated lounge,
dedicated deck, dedicated concierge and of course your
dedicated dining area. So, what are the other perks of traveling in
Queens Grill. These end up being quite useful. You have priority check-in, so
when you come in there's normally a specific Grills check-in area so
sometimes when you check-in bear in mind that there are up to 2,000 passengers
checking in, so it's always great to have a dedicated check-in which moves much
quicker and much faster than if you're traveling in Britannia. So that's a
perk. You also a priority boarding and disembarkation, so you get onto the ship
first and you also get off the ship first. You might be disembarking as early
as say 8:00 a.m. in the morning where the last Britannia guests only get off
at 10:00 in the morning. You also have priority with tenders if you're in
tender ports. Depending on the ship you're on sometimes that's only for some
of the higher Queens Grill suites so Q1, Q2 and Q3, so the Grand Suites, the Master Suites
and the Penthouses. But there normally is some sort of priority with tendering
so if you're not getting a tour and you're on a tender port then Queens Grill
has some perks. But the main perks about being in Queens Grill are really the
accommodation and the dining. That's the real big difference because there's
not lots of dedicated facilities. What will it cost to Cruise in Queens Grill?
Queens Grill suites will start from at least $800 per cabin for two people per
day. So you should expect to pay between 500 and $1,000 per person per day.
Queens Grilll is definitely a very luxurious way of cruising and is
probably one of the most luxurious and special ways of cruising. There's a lot
of energy and effort put into making the accommodation feel very luxurious and
very plush, Very high quality dining and the service is very
attentive, and then you have all those other little perks like the
complimentary bar, the concierge, priority embarking but really the real heart
of Queens Grill is the accommodation and the dining. So if you are thinking of
splashing out do take a look atQueens Grill. If you found this video helpful

Trump Is Just A Symptom Of America's Decline, Not The Cause - Duration: 5:14.
Our next question comes from Phillip Schaps, who says, "Isn't it time to accept that with
Trump in the White House and the corporate democrats scheming to screw over strong progressive
candidates, that America is in the terminal stage of its nearly 40 year decline (which
was of course started by Reagan's election)?"
I think so.
I think we've seen quite a sea change in Washington DC, really just in the last few years.
It's been remarkable.
I started doing this.
I first came into politics as a profession when I just turned 21 years old, still in
college, started off as a researcher.
Back then some of the things we covered were unheard of at the time.
The kind of pay to play type stuff.
And yes, it had been going on for a while, but nobody ever focused attention on it.
And that's what we started doing with Ring of Fire when we were a part of Air America,
and all the other shows on there were doing the same thing.
We finally started shining the light on this, of what is been happening to politics.
It was bad under Bush.
It got worse when Sarah Palin, and Michele Bachmann, Joni Ernst.
People like that started coming to the forefront.
Jim Inhofe, one of the worst senators ever.
But then it kept getting worse, and at the same time that the Republican Party started
getting worse, the Democratic Party started getting worse, and again it typically does
go back to Citizens United.
Before the Citizens United ruling was handed down by the supreme court, the two top donors
to the Democratic Party were trial lawyers and labor unions, two groups that work for
the benefit of the American public against greedy corporations.
As soon as Citizens United happened, Wall Street banks and securities firms took over
as the top donor to the Democratic Party.
It was at that point ... You can go back and look through the legislation at what happened
at the beginning of 2010.
It was at that point that the democrats, to an extent, became indistinguishable from the
Republican Party on certain issues.
That's why people like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, and Keith Ellison are household
names at this point because they're the few speaking out against what's happened to the
Democratic Party.
We're still in that decline, and there's not enough Sanders, and Warrens, and Ellisons,
and even those three are not perfect on every issue; nobody is, and that's the problem.
Take a guy like Sheldon Whitehouse.
Probably the best democratic senator, best senator on the issue of climate change.
He's also been not so great on a ton of other issues, so we don't really have anybody to
100% rally behind that represents us.
We used to.
Back in the day, there were plenty of them.
There were plenty of democrats who were willing to stand up to the banks, to stand up for
the climate, to stand up against the fossil fuel industry.
But today, you have to pick and choose.
With republicans, it's even worse, obviously, because they just want to do whatever they
can for corporations.
And yeah, you're right, Phillip.
This goes back to Reagan.
The de-regulation of the Reagan era, the attacks on labor unions, the attacks on the so-called
welfare queens that sparked a whole generation of people hating poor people, that's when
it started here in the United States.
Because of those attacks and the lasting damage that, that has had, politics has gone to an
area that it's unlikely we can pull all the way back from.
It's going to be difficult, if not impossible, to ever convince the republicans that are
alive today that people on welfare aren't 'living it up' on the government's dime.
Or that people who get unemployment payments, unemployment checks, that they're just lazy.
They'll never not believe that.
Reagan drilled that into their head.
Bush drilled that into their head.
Bush junior drilled it into their head.
And now Fox News, Donald Trump, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, all day every day are feeding
them that false information that has zero data to back it up.
And the problem is that there aren't enough good democrats out there explaining why this
is a lie, explaining why these programs are vital for the survival of the United States.
Instead, they just want to talk about how bad Trump is or how bad republicans are, without
offering a very clear alternative.
So you're right.
This is part of the decline, and unfortunately because it's gone on for so long, I don't
know that it's possible to ever completely pull back to what we used
to be.

How To Land The Interview And Nail It - Duration: 3:11.
- In a world where people are getting
increasingly marketed to more and more,
it's important to be able to make your point
succinctly and effectively.
The biggest mistake that people make
when it comes to writing a resume
is, first of all, writing a resume.
Oftentimes they will write a resume like a list of
technical achievements, and so the resume
will actually look like a technical manual.
Instead, they should be writing their resume
like a marketing brochure.
A list of benefits to the buyer.
Think about the greatest value-creating experiences,
the experiences they might have had working on a team
and to use, not only action words,
but use success-action words; active words.
For example, 'driving,' 'growing,' 'leading,'
are very positive, affirmative action words.
The best advice on cover letters is
have them be short and to the point.
Understand what the buyer is looking for.
Have your cover letter be specifically targeted
to the individual reader, and speak to them
in their language.
Use their words; use their values.
- And what are you doing here?
- I think I could do a good job as your assistant.
- As an interviewee, it's very important to make sure
that you do research in advance so that you truly understand
what are the core values of the organization,
what is the culture, what are the things that they
celebrate and promote, and really do the best that you can
to understand and communicate the overlap between
your own personal values, and the values of the organization
One of the best things that you can do in preparing
for your interview, is making sure that you not only
research the core values of the organization,
but also research the growth of the organization
and where they're headed, where the puck is going
in the marketplace, in the industry, for that business.
Be able to communicate the decisions that you've made
in your career, the values that you bring
to the organization, and how certain experiences
might make you uniquely qualified to help the organization
grow and move into a direction that it's looking to go into.
Oftentimes, we spend too much time in the English language
focused on the transactional exchange of words,
when, rather, we should be communicating at a deeper level
the core values and the beliefs that we have.
Technical chops are only responsible for about 20% of the
reason why someone will succeed or fail
at any given company.
More than 60% of the reason why anyone will succeed or fail
at any company has everything to do with whether their
personal DNA matches the cultural DNA of the organization.
