Unplug the range or shut off the circuit breakers for the range.

Electric ranges have two breakers that are often but not always connected, shut off both

breakers.

Open the oven door and remove the oven racks.

Remove the bake element mounting screws.

Pull the element forward to expose the wires connected to the back of the element.

Disconnect the wires.

Be careful not to let them slip through the holes at the back of the oven.

You'll have to remove the back cabinet panel to retrieve them.

Remove the bake element.

Connect the wires to the new bake element.

Push the ends of the element through the holes at the back of the oven and reinstall the

mounting screws.

Reinstall the oven racks and close the oven door.

Plug the power cord into the outlet or turn on the house circuit breakers for the range.

If you pulled out the range to unplug it, slide the range into position, ensuring that

the rear leveling foot fully connects with the anti-tip bracket.

CNN 10 - April 28, 2018 | An mystery deepens concerning a murdered relative of North Korea's leader - Duration: 10:01.

On this February 28th, thank you for taking time for CNN 10. I`m Carl Azuz.

Tonight, U.S. President Donald Trump makes his first address to a joint session of Congress.

You can watch the Republican leaders speech and the

Democratic response starting at 9:00 p.m. Eastern on CNN.

When we bring you some highlights tomorrow, we`ll explain why a president`s first speech

like this is not technically a State of the Union address.

One thing President Trump is expected to do is outline his goals for the coming years.

And on Monday, he released some information about his first

budget proposal, which is expected next month.

The Trump administration plans to increase U.S. defense and security spending by $54

billion and decrease about the same amount from non-defense

programs.

This budget will be a public safety and national security budget. This defense spending increase

will

be offset and paid for by finding greater savings and efficiencies across the federal

government. We`re going to do more with less.

AZUZ: The president added that, quote, "lower priority programs and most federal agencies

would see their budgets reduced in the proposal."

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer says President Trump`s budget proposal would, quote,

"help the wealthy and special interest and that it

would significantly cut programs that help the middle class." A president`s budget proposal

is a blue print. It reflects his priorities

but it`s Congress that determines the final budget for the federal government.

AZUZ (voice-over): Ten-second trivia:

What nation`s full name includes "Democratic People`s Republic" though it`s a communist

state?

Bangladesh, Cuba, North Korea or Vietnam?

The DPRK or the Democratic People`s Republic of Korea is the full name of North Korea,

a communist country.

AZUZ: An international murder mystery is deepening. It started with the apparent poisoning of

a man named Kim Jong Nam. He was the half-brother of

North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un. And he died on February 13 while traveling through Malaysia

at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The murder is having ripple effects around the world. Malaysia says four North Koreans

were involved in Kim Jong Nam`s death, and South Korea has

accused the North Korean government of ordering the murder.

North Korea has repeatedly denied being involved and says the South is publishing false report.

But all this is believed to have caused the

cancellation of informal talks being North Korean officials and former American government

workers. The talks were set for this week in New York,

but the Trump administration changed its mind on approving the North Koreans travel. That

decision was made after officials announced how Kim

Jong Nam was killed.

This is a spot where Kim Jong Nam was poisoned. He was here awaiting to check in for a flight

to

Macau, when as you can see in some pretty incredible CCTV footage, a woman walks up

behind him and police say she then puts VX nerve agent on his

face, one of the world`s most deadly chemicals.

She flees the scene and he immediately becomes uncomfortable. He starts walking this way

and eventually ending up at this information desk right

here. He goes up, cuts several people in line and asks for help. He tells the attendants

that he`s feeling dizzy.

And standing here, this is a really public place. It`s big, it`s open, and frankly, it`s

kind of bizarre to think that an alleged assassination of

such a public figure could happen in a place like this. And yet here we are.

He then heads down to the clinic where the Malaysian health minister said he later fainted.

From the time he was poisoned, from the time he died en

route to the hospital in the ambulance, it`s only 20 minutes.

Once officials confirmed that VX nerve agent was used, they finally sent in a hazmat team

to check if there were any chemicals left over here in

terminal two. And thankfully, they didn`t find anything, but it begs the question, what

took so long to send in the team. Why didn`t they send them

in earlier?

And that`s not the only question here. The two female suspects involved both told investigators

that they thought they were just part of the prank

show. That they didn`t know they were doing anything wrong. But Malaysian police say they

specifically trained for this attack.

So, which version is correct? And furthermore, police say that they had VX nerve agent on

their hands. So, why didn`t either one of them get sick?

The fact is that we`ve learned a lot over the past two weeks since this alleged assassination

took place but there are many questions that still

remain in this most public murder of Kim Jong Nam.

AZUZ: Later this week, President Trump is expected to issue a new executive order concerning

immigration to the U.S. Courts put his previous

travel restrictions on hold. Separately from that, though, Democratic and Republican lawmakers

had introduced bills that could reduce the number of

people from other countries allowed to work in the U.S.

The most popular program for this is the H-1B visa program. Healthcare, media and tech companies

all use H-1Bs to get international talent and to

hire trained workers that they can`t find in America.

But critics say the H-1B program is flawed, that some companies abused H- 1Bs to pay foreign

workers less money than they pay America employees. That apparently hasn`t stopped people from

around the world from wanting to

work in the U.S.

Aayush Suwalka symbolizes the Indian dream. He grew up in a small town, studied hard and

wants to

take it to one of the country`s best engineering colleges.

But the dream in Aayush`s mind isn`t Indian, it`s American.

Why America?

It`s always America because the companies, all the big companies are there in America

and the life there is like

really amazing.

AGRAWAL: At Aayush`s college in Bangalore, students are recruited by the world`s biggest

companies. With months to go before he graduates, Aayush

has already gotten a job at the local branch of JPMorgan, the American investment bank.

His dream is to work with them for a few years here, and then transfer to the United States.

Every year, tens of thousands of Indians move to the United States on highly skilled work

visas and many of those workers tend to come from

technology and engineering schools like this one here in Bangalore, in the city that is

known as the heart of India`s Silicon Valley, and when you

speak to the students here, they`ll tell you that they often entered these universities

with an end goal in mind, and for a lot of them, that end goal

is America.

Congress is deliberating three separate bills aiming to curb immigrant work visas. One of

those visa programs, the H-1B for highly skilled workers, is

being watched closely. Of the 85,000 visas handed out every year, an estimated two-thirds

go to Indian workers.

As we leave Aayush for the day, I have little doubt he is going to make his dreams come

true. The only question is when.

AZUZ: The U.S. government says it`s hard to determine exactly how many children are adopted

each year in America. It`s estimated to be around

135,000. For many families, the cost of adoption is an obstacle. The government estimates that

adopting American children can range from $15,000

to $40,000. International adoptions can cost $20,000 to $50,000.

But the founder of Adopt Together devised a way for people to share those costs.

I grew up with a brother and a sister and we had 36 foster kids over a seven-year period.

And then my mom and

dad adopted four boys and four girls from five different countries.

In the morning, you didn`t know who`s going to be at the breakfast table, but there was

always more seat.

AZUZ: Usually the words "Chile" and "Ring of Fire" are used when talking about earthquakes.

This phenomenon was celestial. It`s a solar eclipse

when the moon passes between the earth and the sun. It was visible on Sunday in the southern

hemisphere. Countries like Chile. But scientists

say a Ring of Fire eclipse is unique because the moon is too far away from the Earth to

appear to cover the sun completely. So, with its edges

exposed, a ring of sunlight surrounds the moon.

Johnny Cash would have fallen into that. And though it might not happen every February,

it`s still annular, which has a nice ring to it. It leaves

some observers moony-eyed and it makes for a satellight-hearted ending to CNN 10.

When it comes to a wishbone or dreaming, it's important to aim high."

I have to tell you, I never thought about it in that regard.

It's sort of a little anecdotal, right?

A wishbone, a jawbone, and a backbone.

But it is spot-on for how entrepreneurs think, live,

breathe, and act.

Every minute of every day.

small doses?

We're continuing our series on INSPIRED: The 8 Pillars of Health.

Today, we're focused on the letter P: Physical Exercise.

And what is physical exercise?

Well, in a lot of ways, it's stress.

It's just managed stress on our body.

We're doing it in small doses where we're managing the amount of stress, which is actually

really healthy for us.

See, the problem is, most of us, we're stressed out all day long every day, and that's damaging

on our body, but physical exercise, not only does it help with the bad crazy stress, but

it allows our body to learn how to deal with stress better because we're stressing it

on purpose a little bit at a time, a little bit at a time.

And so, ultimately, it helps us be healthier, and it helps us in the amount of stress that

we can actually handle in our day-to-day lives.

Let's go talk to Doc Nuzum.

He'll tell us a lot more about it.

Dr. Daniel Nuzum: Well, today, we're talking about physical exercise.

I've been exercising since I was 5 years old.

I started into Wing Chun Kung Fu.

My dad actually made me a little barbell with two little 5-pound weights on it, and I did

my exercises with that barbell.

He set up a little routine for me to do.

I did that every day.

I started out when I was 5 years old, I've been exercising for almost all my life now.

I love exercise.

The thing is, though, our society is set in such a way that we don't really get a lot

of physical exercise.

We have machines to do stuff now.

What has suffered in our society is that our physical conditioning has gotten worse and

worse and worse.

And we're progressively getting more and more out of shape, or out of condition is,

in my opinion, a better term.

If you're in good shape, your body's in good condition.

It's conditioned to function healthy.

One of the things about exercise that is so important for our health isn't just our

conditioning, it's the fact that exercise is one of the few stresses that we can dose.

You can do a little bit of exercise here, a little more here, a little more there, depending

on your capacity to adapt to that exercise.

All fitness, exercise like weightlifting, or even bodybuilding, fitness folks, they

use exercise as a way to cause their body to adapt.

And as you cause your body to adapt with exercise, you increase your body's capacity to do

things.

You improve your condition by using that little bit of stress, the exercise is a stress that

you dose, you can use exercise to stress your system to a point that it forces your body

to adapt, and as it adapts, it gets stronger and it increases your capacity to do things.

That's the wonderful thing about exercise.

When you become more fit, your body handles physical stress, or physical work, better,

but it also handles emotional stress better, or job-related stress better, or other types

of stress.

As your fitness level increases, and your normal stresses stay the same, because your

capacity is greater, this stress that you would normally have on a daily basis isn't

so taxing on your system.

Let's say someone can lift 30 pounds, like this.

If, on a daily basis, they have to lift 20 pounds in the same motion, multiple times

throughout the day, because 20 pounds is so close to 30 pounds, that repetitive movement

of 20 pounds all day long could tear up their joints.

Now if that person starts to exercise and they increase their capacity from 30 pounds

to 50 pounds, now instead of being 2/3 their capacity, and they still have to do the 20

pounds every day all day long, they're only lifting 20 percent of their capacity, so it's

not as taxing on those joints and on those muscles.

So, as your fitness level increases, your conditioning improves, your ability to handle

everyday stress also improves.

Initially, it takes a lot of energy to get in shape.

Once you get there, it doesn't take as much energy or effort to maintain that, number one.

Number two, it increases your capacity.

So, your capacity, your energy levels, improve as you get more fit.

And what you have to do on a daily basis doesn't stress you or tax you as much as it would

normally tax you.

So, I hope that helps you understand the importance of physical exercise.

MLM Secrets to Success: How to Get an Unsupportive Spouse to See Your Vision - Duration: 6:16.

exiting episode today!

In this quick quick video training I'm going to go over

a few MLM success secrets.

Secrets involving how to handle

and deal with an unsupportive spouse.

Hey are you dealing with an unsupportive spouse

in your business?

All right, yeah it's probably a lot of us have.

So if you haven't already, you're new to this channel,

hey be sure to like this video and subscribe to the channel,

so you can get all my video trainings on MLM success

and tips and trainings to be successful

in your business, all right?

So, to be successful in your home business,

your network marketing MLM business,

one of the big things I've found

is to have a support system, right?

Now, it's not always necessary.

I've known many people, including myself at one point,

who didn't have any support and just kept on doing it.

But support is definitely helpful towards your journey

in success in your MLM business, all right?

So, what if you wanna have your spouse help

or go be with you in the business

but they're not necessarily supportive of you,

or even worse, maybe they're talking down on you.

How do you handle it?

So I've got a few tips to share with you guys

that's gonna be helpful, four tips.

So tip number one is bring them to an event.

When I first got started, it was the event

that transformed my mindset.

And so sometimes you have to really go back

and look and remember, well, how did I get convinced?

How was I brought into this industry?

Sometimes an event was the thing that did it,

and sometimes an event is the only way

to really clarify the message,

the feeling of what is happening and what you've seen,

that's why they say events are so powerful.

So if you can bring your loved one, your spouse to an event,

you let the event do the work

and let that event show the vision

of what's possible to them

so that you don't have to do all the work to do it.

That's exactly what I did with my wife,

'cause she did not exactly was supportive in the beginning,

she didn't quite get it, but when I brought her to an event,

it also helped that I also was speaking at the event too,

but that's not necessary.

But bringing your spouse to an event

is definitely a great way to get them on board

and help them see the vision.

Tip number two, provide reading resources,

provide resources.

Maybe your spouse doesn't quite understand the industry

or the space that is network marketing MLM.

Maybe they've heard something, like we all have,

about how it's a scam, this, that and the third, right?

But it's not necessarily true.

Someone like myself and maybe people

who are green personalities might

want some reading material.

They might want more information to help them understand.

Some good books that you can provide

is Go Pro from Eric Worre, on How to Be a

Network Marketing Professional.

And then The Business of the 21st Century

by Robert Kiyosaki.

Both books are great books that help that person

understand the industry, the space, and the vision

of what's possible in the home business,

MLM business industry.

Great success tip right there.

Tip number three is get them a testimony

from the product or service.

So let's say you're in a product,

maybe you're in a health and wellness MLM company

and you have a product, see if your spouse

is open to trying the product.

Generally that's one of the best ways to get family

into the business in the first place,

is to use the product approach.

So, maybe they try the product, and maybe he or she

has some type of result, some type of testimony.

I've heard many stories of spouses who weren't supportive,

but because of the product and what it did for them,

they became believers in the product

and wanted to share that product and then naturally,

that's basically doing the business,

because that's essentially what you're doing

is sharing a great product

that you have a personal testimony for.

So getting your spouse to have their own personal testimony

and result from a product or service

is an absolute excellent way to get them on your side.

And then lastly, my fourth tip really is the key

to all success, the secret to success in your business,

is to take action anyway.

Sometimes your spouse and other people

are not gonna be bought into the business or the product

or anything like that, but they're gonna buy into you.

And if they buy into and see the fact

that you are committed regardless

of whether they join you or not,

you're committed to the long haul, that you are determined,

that you are disciplined,

and you are consistent in your efforts,

that nothing will stop you,

that you're going to do this thing with or without them,

and you're gonna do whatever it takes

for however long it takes,

that type of energy that is built around that

converts people very quickly.

And it's a powerful way for your spouse to see you

and see how serious you are,

especially if you're the kind of person

who has not been serious on things before in the past.

That change of attitude and change of focus,

thus a change in energy will definitely inspire your spouse

to take a harder look, and quicker look at what it is

that you're doing, because the fact of the matter,

they love you.

In general they love you and they want you to do well

and I'm sure they would love to partner up with you

and be side-by-side with you on something

that's extremely passionate and that

you are passionate about.

And so, hey, that's one of my biggest tips right there,

that's really one of the power tips

that worked for me and my wife.

She saw how dedicated I was, how committed I was,

and she was like whoa, shoot, if Chris is doin' it

let me take a closer look,

let me see what I can do to help him,

and I'm sure this is the exact same thing

that can happen for you too.

So that's it, hope those tips were valuable for you,

that's my MLM success tips right there

on how to deal with an unsupportive spouse.

I watched a DamonandJo video

Where they tried to have a Parisien, or French day

in New york i think, in America anyway

I live in Paris and I'm english

so I want to try and do the opposite.

Today, I'm going to have an english day in Paris.

To start, for breakfast

I eat a hot cross bun.

I tried to explain these to the kids in my class

but they just didn't understand.

Is it a patisserie?

so it's bread then?

but is it nice?

then I get the train.

but it's here that I face my first failure.

Strikes!

All the trains are cancelled.

I failed.

Attempt two.

Aah, the Thames. So beautiful!

And, because I'm english, I mispronounce everything.

Ok, so we're now in Paris!

Replacing an Electric Oven Broil Element - Duration: 1:41.

Unplug the range or shut off the circuit breakers for the range.

Electric ranges have two breakers that are often but not always connected, shut off both

breakers.

Open the oven door and remove the oven racks.

Remove the broil element mounting screws.

Remove the broil element support mounting screws and remove the supports.

Carefully pull the broil element forward to expose the wires connected to the back of

the element.

Disconnect the wires.

Be careful not to let them slip through the holes at the back of the oven.

You'll have to remove the back cabinet panel to retrieve them.

Remove the broil element.

Connect the wires to the new broil element.

Push the ends of the broil element through the holes in the oven and reinstall the mounting

screws.

Reinstall the broil element supports and secure them with the mounting screws.

Reinstall the oven racks and close the oven door.

Plug the power cord into the outlet or turn on the house circuit breakers for the range.

If you pulled out the range to unplug it, slide the range into position, ensuring that

the rear leveling foot fully connects with the anti-tip bracket.

ABACUS/ How to use an Abacus/ Abacus for Beginners/Preschoolers - Duration: 3:10.

Hi friends, today we're going to learn a new concept that's quite popular nowadays,

that is abacus.

This is the first session of total 5 sessions, where we'll start from preschoolers or beginners

level and finally go to advanced levels to learn addition,subtraction,multiplication,division

by this tool.

Abacus is nothing but the oldest calculator used from ancient time for fast calculations.

There are three types of abacus used commonly.

We will start with the school abacus, as it's more appropriate for beginners rather than

the Chinese abacus or Japanese soroban.

This school abacus has ten rods with ten beads in each rod, so 100 beads in total .

Each row represents the place value, that is one, ten, hundred,thousand, 10 thousand,

100 thousand, millions ,10 million, 100 million and billion.

Now, how to teach abacus for preschoolers/beginners- basic fun things for young kids

We can let the child count all the numbers from 1 to 100 with these beads.

Start teaching number representation by abacus- like we can simply say numbers like 2 the

child need to move 2 beads on it.

Match the move- we will move certain number of beads, child need to see it, count it and

move same number of beads on Abacus..

Like here we move 4 beads, child need to count 1,2,3,4 and move exact 4 beads.

We can show some pattern and child need to follow that.

Like here '1 more' pattern is shown, so the kid will continue the same pattern.

Improvise any pattern depending on child's age and interest.

Ask the child to count by 10 on abacus , like 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100.

Move 5 beads on each sides and make 2 columns and ask the child count by 5,

like 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-55-60-65-70-75-80-85-90-95-100

Then move 2 beads each time and count by 2's

like 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 and so on.
