so i am gonna tell you some tricks

which will enhance your instagram app and its usage experience

there you can get this app

now you have to goto setting option as shown in video

and find DOWNLOAD THEME

there you can get option to change looks of insta app

as your choice

now theres a lot more in this app

after applying theme you can see that you tooo have customized instagram app

now lets show you another feature in this app

now click on the three dots at corner

you will find DOWNLOAD option

using that option you can download any ppicture to your device storage directly you can do same for videos

now lets talk about next feature

if you wish to zoom any image normally you have to pinch or pan

but in this appp

hold the picture and you will zoomed at very detailed pixels

as you can see in video

now lets tallk about next feature

in noraml insta app we dont get any option to zoom DP

but here we get the same

just hold the DP you want to zoom

and voila!! its zoomed

so guys this was the trick/hack for today

Botox and fillers to look better on Instagram?

This dermatologist will tell you all about it.

It's my experience during the last 15 years

that guys are increasingly getting Botox and fillers to appear younger,

especially those guys that are into fitness, esthetic physiques and Instagram.

Nowadays nearly 20 percent of my "esthetic" patients are men,

an increase from previous years.

The most common treated zones are the frown, forehead and eyes,

where botox is used to diminish the typical expression lines.

A series of injections of botulinum toxin, works by temporarily relaxing the facial muscles

that cause wrinkles by blocking the nerve synapses from firing.

Most patients get Botox injections every 4 to 6 months.

Most of them are getting this minimally invasive procedure, combined with injectables or fillers

like hyaluronic acid, which can reduce wrinkles as well as add volume to areas like the cheekbones or temples.

So why are Botox and filler injections on the uptick?

The short answer: social media.

It's not exactly news that the rise of Instagram and Facebook

has put more pressure on us to improve our appearances.

Given the relatively low cost of the procedure, it's nowadays a quick fix for a lot of guys

who spot perceived flaws in their social media photos.

Instead of putting a picture of yourself up there from a few years ago,

why not have this procedure done?

But at the same time, even though more men may be choosing to go under the needle,

they're not any more open to talking about it.

As stigmatized as cosmetic surgery was for women 15 years ago,

it's even more so still nowadays from men.

This is particularly true for straight men, who might consider

the desire to improve their appearance "feminine."

The existence of the term "Brotox" is arguably a sign

that the procedure is still not entirely normalized for men.

While Botox is widely considered to be safe in small doses, it is still advised to use

a board-certified doctor or a dermatologist, or someone who has significant experience

with injectables, instead of having a nurse administer an injectable at a private spa.

Seek out an injector who has experience with men, since the exact placement of injections,

and amounts of Botox and filler injected, are a little different for men and women.

A good practitioner can make the difference between a face that doesn't look "done" but

looks natural and beautiful, and has good eye for harmony, symmetry and balance.

Techniques differ between every practitioner.

We all have our favorite ways to inject.

Experience and technique go hand in hand.

Someone experienced usually has great technique.

To conclude I'll give you the best advice on looking good and aging well:

You can't change your genetics, but you can stay out of the sun, and do not smoke.

EVERYDAY INSTAGRAM MAKEUP | DODO - Duration: 6:08.

To prime my face, I use the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r instant retouch primer

I only prime where I usually got oily and where my pores are large

For this look, I use the Shu Uemura Petal SKin Liquid Foundation in the shade Medium Light Sand

First, I dot the foundation all over my face

Then, I use a damp beauty blender to blend the foundation into my skin

I really like this foundation because it has SPF20 PA++

and it's also hydrated and long-lasting

For concealer, I use the Bobbi Brown Instant Full Cover Concealer in the shade BEIGE

I only want to conceal under my eyes and where I got break out

Then, I use the same beauty blender to blend the concealer

To set the foundation and the concealer in place, I use the Skinfood peach cotton multi finish powder

and I don't really set everything, just the T-zone and under my eyes where i put concealer

I use the Skinfood black bean eyebrow pencil number six to fill my brows

This is the most important step in my everyday routine

First I kinda draw the shape of the brow

then I kinda fill it in

and to make it look more natural I use the brush side to brush the eyebrow

and I do the same thing with the other side

To set the brows in place all day, I use the pony effects contoured brow color in deep brown

To contour my face, I used the too-cool-for-school art class by Robin Shading palette

first I use the color number three and two together to contour

all over my cheek bone in my forehead

Then, I only use color number three to contour my nose

I don't want to use eyeshadow today, so I take the Benefit Hoola bronzer to create

a really warm and natural eyeshadow look

To bring the look alive, I use the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour

blush in a color paaarty

I usually blush my face right in the center of my cheek

and then I used the powder brush to blend everything together

to finish this look I used the Peripera ink velvet in number three

and here is the final look
