Youtube daily do Oct 31 2017

It's a pretty cool party.

I've already seen Elon Musk-eteer,

Steve Jobs Fair, and not one but two sexy cats.

Gotta say, pretty impressed with the creativity of this little town.

I'm a pirate, by the way.

I figured since people were after my treasure, I might as well play the part.

This is my new friend Douglas who I've dubbed my first mate Smee.

I've been doing my interviews all night for the tribute video. I didn't know what to expect but,

I've got to say, people have been very supportive.

[O.S.] Mind if I sit?

Not at all.

Paul Stoddard.

Jack Marshall.

Needed to take a break from the party.

Oh, I hear you. Nice costume, by the way.

It's real, actually. I didn't have a chance to change, so.

Plus, I can't I can't compete with with Dennis The Phantom Menace over there.

Oh yeah, or the girl from this sitcommunist party.

So, you are a minister?

Sort of. I'm a chaplain at the school.

I'm a choir director, advisor, instructor, one man band.

Sounds exhausting.

I don't mind it, you know. Small town life is peaceful.

So then you must know everybody here.

Yeah, the Townies, yeah.

The students not so much.

But I know everybody from my congregation the best for sure which included your aunt.

She didn't seem like she was part of that crowd.

Well, she was when she wanted to be.

Well...

I'm sorry about her passing.

Thanks.

Look, Jack, I wanted to apologize.

Ever since you came to town, I've been meaning to drop by and introduce myself

but I...time kind of ran from me and here we are.

Seems like we're at this party for a reason then.

Yeah, indeed.

Look, if, if you're still...I would love to say something if you're still recording?

Perfect, please.

Josette Marshall, she was a woman who never did anything halfway.

For St. Patrick's Day, she dressed up as a leprechaun and walked around giving

everyone boxes of Lucky Charms cereal.

And I got really sick because I ate so much.

And, you know, I also remember one time for her birthday she had a quartet

follow her around and sing her happy birthday in four-part harmony at the top of every hour.

Because that's who she was.

But she was a...a really good friend.

A really good friend.

We miss you, Josette.

How was that? Okay?

[O.S.] Perfect

Okay.

Sounds like she made an impact on you.

Yeah, on all of us, yeah.

This campus, did you know St. Agatha's almost went bankrupt a few years ago?

Nope.

Yeah, your Aunt, she paid for the debts and she insisted that we, that she never be reimbursed.

There's no record of that.

There should be.

I mean, this college powers of town and without it we'd dry up.

We're all here because of Josette Marshall.

Look, why don't you stop by the office sometime?

I mean, I'm sure we could figure out something to talk about.

Yeah.

Yeah?

Yeah, sure.

And that's why I'm here. Doing these videos.

I never would have known.

And how much more don't I know?

Hi, excuse me, I'm doing interviews for a tribute video for my Aunt Josette Marshall.

I don't know if you knew her?

[O.S.] Yeah, I knew her.

Oh!

So, have you had any luck on your search for buried treasure?

What do you mean?

You're a pirate. I was making a joke.

Oh, yes.

I'm beginning to think you don't have a sense of humor, Jack Marshall.

I'm beginning to think I'm never gonna know name.

Maybe not, if you keep running away. What was that at the coffee shop? You're so weird.

Shame.

Shame?

Yeah. Sorry I said some things, I said some stupid things, stupid things, and I didn't expect that you - -

Yeah, I forgive you.

Really?

Yeah, what kind of a person would I be if I held that against you for the rest of your life. It's fine.

What, so are you just, are you always in front of a camera?

No, no, no, no, I'm not. I promise.

My life's not that interesting.

I don't know, for us very small-town folk it's kinda like your like Indiana Jones or something.

Oh that's what I should have been.

What do you think our little shindig here?

Yeah, um, you guys definitely know how to throw a party.

Although, if I'm being honest, not enough candy corn.

It's not a Halloween party - - -Candy corn.

unless there's candy corn, yeah.

That's oddly specific. You know, you're very odd.

And you are?

Oh, come on.

Meredith.

Meredith what?

Mm-hmm, yeah, okay. Let's do your little video thing.

Yes, right.

So, do I? Okay, so I'll stay, I'll stay here. Okay.

Umm...Josette, I really...

Sorry, this is harder than I though it...okay

Uh, Josette, um I...

Josette, um, we are, we mi - -

I'm sorry. I can't do this.

REAL Narcissist Will Never Do These 8 Things - Duration: 4:14.

REAL Narcissist Will Never Do These 8 Things

Believe it or not, we all have encountered narcissist at one time or another,

for instance, that co-worker who believes they are stronger, smarter and better at everything

than you, or that family member who manages to turn

every conversation back around to feature them.

A US study, completed in 2009, concluded that 6% of Americans suffer from full-blown narcissistic

personality disorder.

This doesn't include the number of people who fall somewhere along the spectrum, but

not quite to the degree of the full diagnosis.

With such a staggering number of narcissists walking among us, how can you tell when you

are face to face and dealing with one?

In this video I'm going to share with you 8 things real narcissist will never do.

If you find this information is helpful to you,

make sure to like this video and subscribe to this channel, so you won't miss any of

our interesting updates in the future!

1.

They don't take responsibility.

Any type of responsibility in one's life opens them up to criticism and judgement,

and a narcissist can't handle shame or blame!

They will schedule their entire lives to avoid any situation in which they must step up to

the plate.

2.

They avoid any 'true' emotion.

While a narcissist may say nearly anything to keep the attention on themselves, they

will go out of their way to avoid any sense of true emotion.

They hide their feelings to avoid vulnerability, but are not above playing the victim to get

their way.

3.

They are guilty of name-dropping.

Anything that can make a narcissist look better or more important is a win in their book,

and name-dropping gives them the illusion of exactly that.

4.

They never apologize.

Its hard to admit when we're run, and even harder when someone has themselves convinced

that they are ALWAYS right.

Their sense of superiority lead them to believe they are better than those around them, and

they would never stoop to admitting fault and apologizing for their actions.

5.

They will never act selflessly in any way.

Narcissists lack empathy.

That, combined with their inflated sense of entitlement, means that they would never even

consider a selfless act.

If they are not going to benefit from it in some way they are not going to spend their

valuable time and energy carrying it out.

6.

They can manipulate any conversation into being about them.

A narcissist needs to feel like the attention is on them,

so, when a conversation veers away from this all too important topic they are extremely

skilled at bringing it right back to a story centered around them once again.

7.

They avoid self reflection.

Narcissism is often a trait found in individuals who were irreparably damaged at some stage

in their life.

The act of self reflection would require them to show a level of vulnerability that they

are not willing to invite into their lives.

They rarely seek any type of counseling, and avoid honest communication and accountability.

8.

Their social media accounts include a ton of friends, and not a single bad picture!

Social media for a narcissist is all about status.

They want to look as good as they can for as many people as possible.

It's a way to brag up their 'perfect' life and appear extremely popular in the process!

Well, that's the 8 things real narcissist will never do.

Really cool information isn't it.

Is A Million Dollars Enough To Retire? How Much Money Do I Need To Retire - Duration: 3:43.

Can you retire on a million dollars? I mean, how much money really is that?

How far can that go? I'm Kris Krohn and today on Limitless TV, we're gonna explore

that question and find out what kind of retirement you're really gonna need to

live the life that you want.

A million dollars, a million dollars. Oh my gosh, I'm rolling in the money, rolling

in the money! A million dollars is not what it used to be, right? It's like, oh my

gosh, I want to win the lottery if I had a million dollars, what could I do?

Just pause and think about it for a moment, call your financial planner up if you

have one and say, I got a million dollars, what are my options?

and you know what he's gonna say, hmm we should put that in an annuity, get it to

produce three or four percent a year. Okay what's three percent of a million

dollars? It's 30 grand. What is that? Like less than three thousand dollars a month?

That's like 2,500 a month. Can you retire on 2,500 a month? No you can't retire on

2,500 a month, you're a millionaire, what are you doing with $2,500 a month?

You know what you do instead? Now you take that $2,500 a month and you have to pull

off some of the principal, pull five grand out every month, five grand out

every month because now I got 75 hundred I'm feeling pretty good except a few

years later, guess what you've done. You've been eroding your wealth as if

you can plan your d-day, death day. So there's got to be a different

alternative and that's what we're here to talk about and let me kick it off

with this idea first. A million dollars is not what it used to be but a million

dollars sitting in real estate even just paid off,

I could buy six paid off homes producing $1,200 a month each, I'd be sitting over

$7,000 a month an income, it's 85,000 dollars a year, it's not quite six

figures but guess what? I'm crushing it compared to the financial markets.

Now that's just the basic concept, you want to know what you could really do with a

million dollars in real estate? That's what I'm gonna show you next.

So if a million dollars could buy you a bunch of paid off free and clear properties, guess

what a million could also do. It could buy you 20 to 25 leveraged properties

and those leveraged properties will probably have a cash flow, very similar

to the paid off homes but here's the difference,

if I buy 25 homes with twenty or forty thousand dollars of equity each,

then guess what those homes will do when I sell that next batch. It will have taken

my first million and I'll turn it into two million dollars, you'll have

doubled your investment. How sexy is that? That's what leverage in real estate does,

it's time to pay things off and be free and clear when you have enough money to

produce the residual income that you want and that's really what the math

comes down to. Million dollars is not enough to retire on in the financial

markets. A million dollars in real estate can get you pretty close to a six-figure

income on paid off free and clear property and a million dollars is

certainly enough to catapult into your next million super-easy through

leveraged real estate. Bottom line is, when you can scroll it all up and bundle

it and wrap it into paid off property with enough residual income that meets

your liking for today and what your lifestyle needs will be a decade or two

from now, that's when you're ready to retire and that's how you do it.

I love helping create millionaires and keep on watching these videos and subscribe

because if you're seriously committed to your financial future, we're definitely

going to drop some nuggets on you, both in the mindset and the real estate

that's gonna help you get there.

7 Things You Need To Do To Start A Successful Youtube Channel - Duration: 6:22.

- So last week we talked about the biggest mistakes

I see people making who are brand new to YouTube,

so make sure you check that video out.

But today, I'm gonna be talking about the seven things

you need to do before you release your YouTube video

out to the world, so stay tuned.

Hey guys, my name is Trena,

and welcome back to another episode of Just the Tips.

On this channel, I help you get your creative business

on YouTube.

This video is the second video of a series

that I'm starting here on my YouTube channel

to help newbies get on YouTube,

and I'm not talking about YouTubers.

I'm talking about businesses getting on YouTube.

So make sure you subscribe so you don't miss

the future videos that are coming out.

So let's jump into the seven things you need to do

before you release your YouTube channel out to the world.

So number one, is you wanna figure out what your target

audience is going to be, and your niche.

So you can't just start a YouTube channel

and throw out videos, right?

You need to have a clear focus

on what your channel is about.

When somebody falls on your channel,

they need to see it and be like,

this is the channel I've been looking for.

I totally need this channel in my life.

So I know it gets a little scary when I tell you

to niche down, because you're afraid

you're going to leave somebody out.

But unfortunately, you can't be somebody for everyone,

or you end up being no one for everyone.

So when I started my channel, yeah,

I decided to dive headfirst into video and YouTube.

And more recently, I've really niched down more

into just YouTube strategy.

So start to think about, who do you wanna reach

and what your niche is going to be on YouTube,

because it's gonna help you grow your channel a lot faster.

The second thing you wanna do

is have a clear video strategy moving forward.

As you can see in my calendar over there,

I have a clear video strategy.

Each color Post-it is a different video series.

So start to think about your videos in series of videos,

because this is going to help you create content

that flows easily from one video to the next.

Then at the end of that series,

you can pitch people into your course, your service,

or your opt-in.

So start to think about playlists in video series formats.

The third thing you wanna do is research.

So you come up with your video ideas,

you have a video series, but you need to validate

these are good ideas, right?

So you wanna go into the YouTube search bar,

start to type in your video idea, and see what populates.

See what other videos are out there.

Are they getting a lot of views?

Do they have a lot of subscribers?

Your key is to find videos that have a lot of views,

but not a lot of subscribers,

because you know that video is what people are looking for.

That video is not getting the views

based on their subscribers, they're getting the views

based on search, because that's why they have more views

than subscribers.

The fourth thing you wanna do is batch film your videos.

So once you have all of your video ideas,

sit down and record as many as possible.

That's what I'm doing right now.

I have created two video series,

five videos for each video series,

so I'm filming 10 videos today.

This just makes being consistent on YouTube a lot easier,

and it helps your content flow a lot easier

if you can sit down and batch them.

And let's be real.

I ain't got time to do this every single day.

I've got two kids running around.

I've got clients to take care of,

and I can't sit up and film every single week.

So start to batch film your videos,

and it will make being consistent on YouTube so much easier.

Number five is you wanna spend more time on your thumbnail.

So if you watched last week's video,

I talked about one of the biggest mistakes people do,

is don't put any effort into their thumbnails,

and like I said in that video, I was guilty of it myself.

So you wanna start putting more time into your thumbnails.

In fact, a couple YouTube experts that I talked to

said a lot of YouTube creators

spend twice the amount of time on their thumbnails

than they do on their video content.

And the reason for this is,

the thumbnail is what's going to cause somebody to click.

So start to think about

what your thumbnails are going to be.

Me personally, moving forward in my new YouTube strategy,

I'm starting to think about batching thumbnail photos.

So whether I make my husband come in here

and take pictures of me, or whether it's just

sitting up my camera in different spots

to get those pictures, I'm going to start taking photos

for my thumbnails all at one time,

so that they're done, and they're not just me

standing to the side pointing,

like you've seen me do in the past.

The sixth thing that you should do

before launching your YouTube into the world,

is figure out your editing software.

So you wanna jazz up your editing just a little bit,

maybe by throwing in the text like I'm doing in this video,

pulling out the points of the video,

or maybe even just sliding your name into the beginning.

You need to find a way to keep people engaged

so I'm switching up having long shots,

having zoomed in shots, showing you shots from my screen,

just trying to keep people's attention,

changing it up a little bit.

And finally the seventh thing that you should do,

is plan out your channel layout.

So this is something you can do if you go into your channel,

you click the little gear icon, and you slide the switch

to customize the layout of your channel.

I also have a video on that right here.

What you wanna do is start laying out your channel

to highlight your best content.

These are your playlists that are really going to tell

people what you're all about.

Start to layout your channel.

If someone were to fall on your channel

by watching one of your videos,

are they able to get a sense of who you are

and what you're about just by looking at your channel.

Make sure you have this set up.

If you don't have any videos yet,

you can always create playlists

around the type of content you plan to share,

and share other people's videos.

Other industry leaders in your niche, or friends of yours.

So now what questions do you have

before you start your YouTube channel?

Let me know down in the comments section.

I'm down there chatting it up with you all,

giving you my advice, and make sure you subscribe

to this channel, because next Tuesday

I'm coming back with another video to help you

get started on YouTube if you're brand new.

Thank you so much for watching,

and I'll see you in the next video.

Bye.

Why Do We Fart? - Duration: 2:01.

In this video, you will learn why do we fart?

Please consider subscribing to this channel by clicking the subscribe button and clicking

bell icon to get notified when we upload new video.

Farts are also called flatus or intestinal gas are made of gas.

Whenever you eat something, you do not swallow just your food, you also swallow air which

contains gases like nitrogen and oxygen.

Very small amounts of these gases travel through your digestive system as you digest your food.

Other gases like hydrogen, carbon dioxide and methane are produced when food is broken

down in the large intestine.

Now, all of these gases in the digestive system have to escape somehow so they come out as

farts.

These gases are responsible for making the farts smell bad.

All people fart sometimes whether they live anywhere in the world.

Intestinal gas is totally normal and it is very rare for farting to be a sign that something

is wrong in the body.

However if you want to be less farty you can try cutting back on foods like beans, onions,

and fried foods.

These foods can release larger amounts of gas as they break down in your body.

Farting could be a sign that you need to, go to the bathroom because it is not polite

to fart in social settings such as class or at the food table.

If farting happens accidently just remember to say excuse me.

So that is all about farting and why do we fart.

My first morning in Stockholm and I'm going to the beach!

Yeah, I moved out to Rio de Janeiro to go to the beach here!

I saw just a little bit of this city, and I'm very impressed!

So quiet, clean and calm!

Now I'll get a public bike,

It's not from Itaú, as in Rio!

But it's this one that I'll use here!

I was in the wrong side and a guy said: - Go to the right side!

It looks like sunday,

but it's tuesday.

it looks like holiday,

but it isn't.

It looks that I'm in the richest part of the city.

but I'm not.

It's another reality.

So different from ours (Brazilian).

I'm still learning here.

You decide to ride a bike in Stockholm. Then you look and think:

Where's the rear break?

Yeah,

The rear break is on the pedal.

To use it, you must do this,

Push it back!

Then you'll stop!

Isso é um rio? Ou um lago?

Você não sabe? Eu não sei.

Eu muito menos! LOL!

We're going to Shal..., Sharsha??

É o rochedo (não é praia,lol)

Que lugar lindo!!

Aqui é tão lindo!

Aveia!!!!

Eu nunca vi aveia assim,

Na natureza!

Só nos filmes!

Sério?

Eu só vi lugares assim nos filmes.

No Brasil,

Bem,

No lugar onde vivo (Rio de Janeiro), nunca vi nada assim.

Apenas fotos!

Eu adoraria correr aqui!

Eu sei, eu não vou fazer isso!

Lindo!

Oh meu Deus! Talvez eles mataram alguém!

E se você tocar na árvore você morrerá

Ou será possuído pelo espírito deles!

What a boring life, my God!

Soooo boring!!!!

People swim here soo relaxed!!

But the water is sooo cold!!

I tried to, but it's impossible for me!

Only my feet and and hands inside the water.

Maybe in a few days I get used to the temperature and then I'll swim.

But, until then... I need to get used to this water

It's so cold for me!!

Some cars passing over there,

People with their boats and jet-sky

And a lot of people swimming naked here,

Including me! But,of course, I won't film them!

Be naked here is a very usual and tranquil.

Who didn't brought trunks dress an underwear,

Who's not using bikini or swimsuit use painties and bra,

Even because the only difference is the fabric.

Who's dressed do not bother with who's naked,

Who's naked are super duper relaxed,

People at their boats do not bother about the nude people,

You're taking a sunbath in Sweden,

Suddenly time changes and it starts to rain!

Well, they're saying that it's not an usual thing!

It don't happen easily! (Rain and sun at the same time)

Had it to be at the day when I'm here?

Well,

with or without rain, with or without sun,

Stockholm is a beautiful place!!

Going away from the magical forest!

It looks like a frame from the animation My Neighbour Totoro!

I really wanted to run by this oast's field.

But Stefan said no. That I couldn't do it.

Welcome to "tennis in a minute" today we'll talk about point of contact on your forehand

Welcome to "tennis in a minute" today we'll talk about point of contact on your forehand

two things we should take in consideration: one your stance and two you grip

with the more traditional closed stance

the point of contact with the continental grip will be right in front of your right hip

eastern grip the contact will be in between the two hips

with the semi western will move in front of the left hip

and western which is not recomended for this stance will be further out, in front of the left foot

with a semi or full open stance

point of contact with a continental grip would be on the side of right hip

eastern would be in front of right hip

semi western in front of the left hip

and western which is the more common grip for this stance would be a little ahead both feet

that's the tip for today, hope you liked it

Do Ghosts Exist? The Truth about the Paranormal - Duration: 5:26.

hey everyone we're here in spooky downtown Fort Lauderdale at the

Stranahan house which a lot of people down here believe to be haunted

Do You Believe In Ghosts?

Comment below and let us know

let's go find out what Judaism Says

Ghost Busters Theme Song*

References to ghosts date back to the ancient world

but belief in ghosts is

still very prevalent today

in fact a recent Gallup poll says that three out of four Americans

believe in some kind of paranormal activity

let's first talk about what ghosts are not

Buzzer Sound*

Contrary to popular belief a ghost is not some white

sheeted figure that flies through the air

ghosts should also not be confused with evil spirits and demons which are

different entities and we'll talk about them another time

Ghosts are departed souls who for various reasons continue to

sojourn in the physical world

rather than ascending to higher spiritual realms

Has science found any indication that ghosts exist?

for over a century the

British Society for psychical research

has paid serious attention to ghost encounters

this group was founded in 1882 in London by a group of eminent

thinkers and had such names like Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung as past members

the research society has explained that

while most reports of ghosts turn out to

be illusions

Buzzer Sound*

many seem to be verified

their studies show that in cases where ghosts were

reported as a result of a sudden or tragic death

people completely unaware of the death

corroborated sensing something

some sort of presence in the home

this sensing can be experienced in a way that the same way that you know

you feel someone's watching you and then you turn around and there's actually

somebody watching you

even animals reacted strongly to the same unoccupied

share in an allegedly haunted Kentucky home

this idea that was gathered by the scientists

is actually echoed a bit amongst the Jewish mystics

sudden or tragic death

is described in some texts as

the premature death causes the bodyless soul to

continue existing in this world

yearning to complete its originally intended mission

Additionally in the kabbalistic texts

there are references

to a semi-physical or transparent form of a soul

called the "TZELEM" or the "GUF DAK"

This form appears like the physical body in which it inhabited

perhaps these are the apparitions or ghost figures

that some encounter

interestingly enough this resembles how people describe themselves as well after having

a near-death experience

What does the Bible say about ghosts?

one famous biblical ghost involves King Saul

he's desperate to find out how to deal with the Philistines and consults a

witch in order to conjure up the soul the ghost of Samuel the Prophet

now this is something that's forbidden by Jewish law

the Bible tells us that we're not

allowed to consult the dead

or try to conjure spirits

So, no attending seances or ouija boards or psychics

we're meant to feel earnestly with God and let these

souls rest in peace

the points to remember though is that we do live in a

busy atmosphere

in the same way that we go about our day unaware of microscopic

bacteria

radio and TV waves

cell phone and internet signals

there are also spiritual entities present

that we may not be regularly aware of

there are instances that are documented both in secular sources and Torah sources that

the soul of someone who passed on can appear again in the physical realm

in what appears to be their body

what's the reason for this?

Usually it's in order to

complete something that was left unfinished

There's one important point

to take out of all of this

the time that a soul spends in the body during our lifetime

is extremely precious and mission-driven

good deeds and completing the Torah's Commandments can uplift the disembodied

wandering soul into the heavenly realms that also allow us to complete the

mission that we were put here for

Let's utilize the time we have here as best as possible

to uplift ourselves and the world around us
