today I'll talk about malaysia as a multiracial country

last time, i talked bout Malaysia
and I mentioned a lot about multitacial
seems japan dont have this kind of concept
I get a lot of question about this topic
so today I'll explain to u guys about Malaysia as a multiracial country
there are appx 50% of Malay races in Malaysia
appx 20% of Chinese race, 7% of Indian races, 12% of native, and 8% of foreigners living in Malaysia
Malay and native are group as "Bumiputera"
and there are Chinese and Indian,
we can devide by these 3 big groups
seems we r multiracial country, there a lots of kind of
languages, religions, and culture
first I'll talk about the language
our official language is Bahasa Malaysia
our 2nd language is English
and of course there are those who fluent in Chinese and Tamil too
are these 4 languages widely use in Malaysia?
first lets take a look at the news program in Msia
we hv 4 languages news in MSia
so do our newspaper. yupe we hv 4 languages of newspaper
if u watch english movie at cinema, U'll notice that the subtitle is in Malay and Chinese
well that's not all
our pack for food,
our calender
English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil
not only we hv variety of languages only in our media,
we also hv many kinds of school too
of course there school where every races go togather
there is also school where 90% of the student are chinese
which is known as "Chinese School"
likewise for Indian
those are not private school actually, most of them are public school
and they follow the Malaysian curriculum and syllabus too
well the only thing is different
is the language spoken
for the Chinese school, Chinese is widely use and also Malay for announcement
likewise for Indian School
next, i would to talk about religion
appx 60% are muslims, 20% are Buddhist, 9% are Christian, 6% are Hinduism and there are also others
we celebrate a lot of festival for each religions
of course it is public holiday for those days
for example, Ramadhan and Eid Fitr for the muslims
deepavali and thaipusam for the Hinduism
Xmas for the Christians
and Wesak for the Buddhist
not to forget, In Penang
we hv this one unique town
in this town, there are mosque, church, buddhist temple and Hindu temple
there are all in walking distance
it is unique to the world
and is also noted as world herritage
such an interesting place isnt it?

next, the culture
a lot of national costume, and variety of food
of course we are all our culture togather
that what made us diverse in culture

it is easier for the foreigner to cope in with Malaysia because of this multiracial country
this is one of the reason why malaysia has come as a No.1 country that Japanese would like to immigrate
