today I'll talk about malaysia as a multiracial country

last time, i talked bout Malaysia

and I mentioned a lot about multitacial

seems japan dont have this kind of concept

I get a lot of question about this topic

so today I'll explain to u guys about Malaysia as a multiracial country

there are appx 50% of Malay races in Malaysia

appx 20% of Chinese race, 7% of Indian races, 12% of native, and 8% of foreigners living in Malaysia

Malay and native are group as "Bumiputera"

and there are Chinese and Indian,

we can devide by these 3 big groups

seems we r multiracial country, there a lots of kind of

languages, religions, and culture

first I'll talk about the language

our official language is Bahasa Malaysia

our 2nd language is English

and of course there are those who fluent in Chinese and Tamil too

are these 4 languages widely use in Malaysia?

first lets take a look at the news program in Msia

we hv 4 languages news in MSia

so do our newspaper. yupe we hv 4 languages of newspaper

if u watch english movie at cinema, U'll notice that the subtitle is in Malay and Chinese

well that's not all

our pack for food,

our calender

English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil

not only we hv variety of languages only in our media,

we also hv many kinds of school too

of course there school where every races go togather

there is also school where 90% of the student are chinese

which is known as "Chinese School"

likewise for Indian

those are not private school actually, most of them are public school

and they follow the Malaysian curriculum and syllabus too

well the only thing is different

is the language spoken

for the Chinese school, Chinese is widely use and also Malay for announcement

likewise for Indian School

next, i would to talk about religion

appx 60% are muslims, 20% are Buddhist, 9% are Christian, 6% are Hinduism and there are also others

we celebrate a lot of festival for each religions

of course it is public holiday for those days

for example, Ramadhan and Eid Fitr for the muslims

deepavali and thaipusam for the Hinduism

Xmas for the Christians

and Wesak for the Buddhist

not to forget, In Penang

we hv this one unique town

in this town, there are mosque, church, buddhist temple and Hindu temple

there are all in walking distance

it is unique to the world

and is also noted as world herritage

such an interesting place isnt it?

next, the culture

a lot of national costume, and variety of food

of course we are all our culture togather

that what made us diverse in culture

you know one of the big things and I asked Brett if he kinda wanted to mention

a couple of things serve as he talks frequently about moving from labor to

leadership one of the things that's going to happen now that your a Behavior

Consultant where you're moving in that direction is that you're going to be

doing more leadership you're going to be doing less in terms of working directly

with the learners and you're going to be doing more in terms of telling people

what to do and having difficult conversations with people and it can be

a shift and the way you're thinking and the way you're behaving have anybody the

tables seen a difference so far or in terms of wow I was working directly with

the learners and now I'm already noticing I'm having to have a different

type of conversation you want talk about that and then maybe give you guys the

tips Kristen well I'm actually still an RBT

at this school on that now so then I go to my cases Cinnaminson totally different

role yeah so I'm adjusting learning how to switch that from the labor to guiding

people going through that I'm learning how to shift that role so I'm usually like

always directly with the client it's a little different but I must have to

comment on that that um just when we talk about Labor to leadership there's

nothing more important than you staying sharp and modeling stuff for people

that's right so just because we use a fancy term like moving from Labor

leadership doesn't mean you don't just get down and dirty with a learner and

then showing a B C I mean that's far B T or C a or how to do it like just being

like hands-on because the amount that your hands on and

the people that that follow you them following your lead is directly

proportionate to the respect they have that you're willing to do it right right

so great point so that's a great point when we talk about later leadership we

just mean in addition to your labor that your yeah I'm hands-off now I got my

surgeon I'm never gonna work with another learner that's not what we mean

it just means you have more responsibility now Joe was frequently

working with learners I am we just we both came from schools today so it's

just more it's not it's an addition to so to a point I think I found that the

hardest challenge for me has been taking that step back and allowing the CAS to

do a lot of the work I probably in their model in it and I'll see something and I

just want to jump in but I got to know that it's time to let them expand and

get in there and do it themselves so coaching from the house side has been a

challenge for me to sit back yeah and but you know that if you don't sit back

you're just enabling someone to be dependent on you right whether it's the

learner or the staff like your success in training a teacher or clinical

associate is also directly proportionate to how much you systematically fade

doing it Wow aim them to do it and coaching them I think it's the hardest

part I think when you've just gotten a new position you're in that limbo stage

and it might be even more difficult if you were a clinical associate or

clinical coordinator on that case and you're now the behavior consultant it

might even be an additional challenge for you to

seemed like the leader but that probably is the most important thing is now I'm

in charge I forgot who emailed me I'm in you dev as part of their email saying

you know well now I'm in charge of all this whereas before I was a part of the

team now I'm in charge of the team and it's a little bit of a different way of

thinking so modeling things for your folks is important we'll talk about

mentorship in the next slide we recently had a leadership meeting here maybe

about a month ago then we talked about you know different levels of leadership

and one of the important things is still modeling things for folks not just

coming in as a leader and telling people what to do and then leaving that's a

quick way to have people lose respect for you you can't just say hey I was a

CA so now I'm gonna be seen and you know I don't do stuff anymore it's it's

almost as important to still be doing this sub so they know that you've got

their back that's where that trust is built so if you're having a difficult

time know this is you know the three of us are here to coach you through that

you might be indifferent you know you might be in different places in terms of

how to give feedback to people we'll talk about that in a few minutes that's

an area of struggle for you reach out to your mentor so it sounds like you have a

good mentor and all your mentor is so reach out to those folks but if you're

having a hard time giving people feedback or how do I grow from that

position of doing too or coaching please like we're here for

you just like in the interview where we we said we're responsible for your

success or a layoff same thing now if you're in a new role if you're not 100%

succeeding in every aspect and it is gonna be our fault right look it's kind

of nice to know you're not responsible for your behavior like like especially

in the early stages all you got to do is show up and show effort if there's

something that goes wrong just know that it's somehow just with the whole

philosophy behavioral philosophy that we have something we may not have set up

the rate contingency or coached you on it's on us now as time goes on that

slowly shifts to you being that way with other people but like like all of a

sudden you're accountable for someone's performance and you know more

accountable for your performance because when you have knowledge tools goals and

information like that now just power and then you know you're responsible for

that there's the success of the people that you're leading so what happens

people as long as someone shows up and tries really really hard and tries to

respond to feedback is really all we care about literally I think the

responsibility aspect of things is key like you're given a title in a rank

right within the organization now it changes because you are maybe a CC and

whatever the case is might just you know maybe were a CA and now you have that

title whether it's you know BC you have the certification but with that comes

the responsibility that there are more people in your care you know that you're

responsible for and the presence is more important then

that now than it ever was even when you're directly working because like I

think you know what Bretton pierre was saying as well as you know people are

gonna follow you if they feel like you're present and you understand what's

going on it's it's like parenting through a text like I've said this

before like I don't parent my kids through text

Fox News contributor Sara Carter revealed that the House Intelligence Committee is now

investigating former Secretary of State John Kerry's "possible role," in the Steele

dossier that was paid for by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton Campaign.

The committee began looking into Kerry's connections after his former counsel and State

Department colleague Jonathan Winer published an op-ed in the Washington Post.

Sara Carter reported:

The House Select Committee on Intelligence is now investigating former Secretary of State

John F. Kerry's possible role into the unverified dossier paid for by the Democratic National

Committee and Hillary Clinton Campaign, this reporter has learned.

The dossier, assembled by a former British spy, laid the foundation for the FBI's investigation

into alleged collusion between President Trump and Russia and was the essential piece of

evidence used by the FBI to get a warrant to spy on a former volunteer for the Trump

campaign.

For more than a month, the committee has been in its second phase of investigations focused

on former Obama State Department officials and their role in either transmitting information

or using information provided by former British spy and investigator Christopher Steele.

Steele was hired by embattled research firm Fusion GPS, also under several congressional

and Senate investigations.

[…] Jonathan Winer, a long-time colleague of Kerry

and who served as the former envoy for Libya during his tenure at the Department, wrote

an opinion piece in the Washington Post on Feb. 8, defending his relationship with Steele

and his role in the infamous dossier.The Gateway Pundit reported:

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) recently revealed to Fox News host Laura Ingraham that Kerry

had been briefed on a 'second dossier'.

"There were comments over the weekend from people from within the State Department that

said John Kerry had been briefed on the dossier–the new dossier whatever this new dossier is and

that they also provided it to the FBI," Nunes told Ingraham.Byron York of the Washington

Examiner previously reported that the Obama State Department was being probed as to whether

or not they had a hand in the dossier.

York notes Steele was viewed inside the Obama State Department as a valuable source for

intelligence on all things Russia.

Obama State officials made a habit of disseminating reports the former British spy authored for

private clients around the Department:

A book published in November by a correspondent at the Guardian, "Collusion: Secret meetings,

dirty money, and how Russia helped Donald Trump win," noted that Steele's 2010 work

on the World Cup soccer corruption investigation won him the trust not only of the FBI, but

the State Department as well.

From author Luke Harding: The [soccer] episode burnished Steele's

reputation inside the U.S. intelligence community and the FBI.

Here was a pro, a well-connected Brit, who understood Russian espionage and its subterranean

tricks.

Steele was regarded as credible.

Between 2014 and 2016, Steele authored more than a hundred reports on Russia and Ukraine.

These were written for a private client but shared widely within the State Department

and sent up to Secretary of State John Kerry and to Assistant Secretary of State Victoria

Nuland, who was in charge of the U.S. response to the Ukraine crisis.

Many of Steele's secret sources were the same sources who would supply information

on Trump.

One former State Department envoy during the Obama administration said he read dozens of

Steele's reports on Russia.

The envoy said that on Russia, Steele was "as good as the CIA or anyone."

Steele's professional reputation inside U.S. agencies would prove important the next

time he discovered alarming material, and lit the fuse again.

Hillary Clinton, who admitted her 2016 presidential campaign helped fund the dossier, was Obama's

Secretary of State between January 21, 2009 – February 1, 2013.

Jack and the others who sold America out came up with ever desperate corporate double speak

to try to hide what they were really doing.

Wall Street and the media elites ate it up and America was inundated with catchphrases

to hide the lie.

But we weren't stupid – we saw the only new jobs available at Burger King and watched

in horror as they added insult to injury and started importing cheaper foreign workers

they made us train.

Wealth inequality grew to dangerous levels (for a healthy democracy) and America became

more 3rd world – the really rich and everyone else – than first world.

Then the greedy geniuses let China into the WTO.

They saw more dollar signs they could skim from hiring basically slave labor in China.

Corporate profits took off while wages went south.

The American worker never recovered.

But these morons also allowed China to blackmail them – access to slave labor for your intellectual

property.

The clowns in charge didn't see a problem with this and in a blink of an eye (18 years),

China went from a backwater militarily and economically to a real rival to America's

leadership.

In the process, they saddled this country with trillions in debt while they laughed

all the way to the bank.

It was the single biggest mistake in the history of the world and thankfully Trump just ended

it.

Instead of thanking him for saving America, Wall Street and the media elites are whining

"the sky is falling… the sky is falling."

The sky is not falling, this is not a catastrophe unless you are China or a greedy corporate

CEO.

It's about time.

America is officially back – the real America – not Wall Street and it's glorious.

Developer Update | Avoid as Teammate | Overwatch - Duration: 6:17.

What's up everyone?

This is Jeff from the Overwatch team.

We have a very special feature to talk to you about today.

The mindset we were in when we created this

feature was that we needed to give you more

ways to craft your own gameplay experience.

As you all know, Overwatch is a team based game

and that's what makes the game really fun is

playing, winning, sometimes losing with other people.

But also, sometimes those teammates can cause

frustration, and at times if can feel like

your helpless with no control over the situation.

And that's the problem we're trying to rectify.

So, we had a feature planned for Season 10,

but we have some really amazing engineers

and they were able to get it done sooner,

so we want to introduce to you as soon as possible.

This feature is called "Avoid As Teammate,"

and let me describe how it works a little bit.

So, you'll play a match with somebody and

anywhere that you can normally access that

player in the interface.

Whether you're playing on PC and you can see

them in the chat, or if you're playing

on PC or console everybody has access to the

social menu, and wherever you can access

a player, one of the new options that you'll

have to set on that player is "Avoid As Teammate."

Now let me describe what it does, you can

have up to two teammates avoided at any one time.

And I'll explain that number a little more in detail

and why we came to that number,

but you can have two teammates avoided.

When you select someone to be avoided,

they will be avoided for seven days in terms of

the game putting them on your team before

it makes a match.

Now, sometimes you will still see that other person

on the other team, but they shouldn't

be set to be your teammate for seven days.

At the end of seven days, they drop off that list.

Now, you can re-add them to that list

if you want, but you'll only have two slots.

So, you'll have to be a little bit mindful

of how you manage that list.

Also, in the social menu when you've

avoided somebody, there's now a separate section that

shows the avoided players that are there.

So, if you ever want to un-avoid somebody

that's there, that's perfectly possible as well.

Now, to give you a little bit of explanation

of why we're doing this, there's a lot of

ocassions that happen in the game where you're

frustrated with a teammate, but it's not necessarily

a reportable offence.

So, perhaps somebody on the team is completely

disagreeing with the heroes that you're picking

and they keep saying in chat, whether it be voice chat

or text chat, "Hey, I really want you to switch

from Hero A on to Hero B, why aren't you playing them instead?".

You're starting to get really frustrated and

the person is not harassing you, they're not

saying anything overly negative, but you just

don't want to be grouped with them again.

That's a great example of a chance to use "Avoid As Teammate."

Another example is when you actually do report

somebody, maybe they are harassing you or

they are using inappropriate chat.

If you want immediate action of not being matched

with this person in the next match,

not only can you report them

but then you can also avoid them as a teammate

for that instant action and give you

control over your experience.

Now, there are some side effects of this system

that everybody needs to be aware of.

One is that, there is the potential that this will

cause longer queue times for finding a match.

Now, it's highly unlikely, especially at the

middle skill tiers, that we'll see any sort

of lengthening of the queue times.

But, it is possible, especially at levels like

Grand Master in smaller regions in off-hours,

that using the avoid as teammate function

is going to cause longer queue times for everybody.

This is something that we'll be keeping

a very close eye on.

That is why everybody is limited to only

such a few number of players.

We have systems in place to monitor this.

If we feel like we can open it up to more

players, we certainly will.

The other thing that we're going to keep a really

close eye on is match fairness as well,

to make sure the match maker is still making

great matches and that avoid as teammate is

not causing any issues there.

Now there is one other extreme case that I

wanted to make you aware of because some of

our players are inevitably going to run into it.

That is, if you are a player that is being

avoided as teammate by many other players,

you're going to get a warning when you log in

that says, "Hey, a lot of people have avoided

you as a teammate."

When this happens to you, you just need to

realize that for that week you need to be

concerned with: one, you should be thinking about why

are so many people avoiding you as a teammate,

but the second thing is that

you're going to run into longer queue times,

because they system doesn't have a hard time

finding you a match,

it has a hard time finding you a team.

If you're in this situation,

the best thing for you to do

is to just form your own group and then find a match.

You should find a match in regular time at that point.

But, the system when you've got a high number

of avoid as teammates against you, the system

is going to have a very difficult time finding

you other teammates beyond your team.

This will only happen to a very small percentage

of our players and we believe that the behavior

will correct over time when players realize

that they are doing things that other players

aren't crazy about.

So, we think this one will fix itself very quickly.

As with all of our systems,

we're paying very close attention.

We hope that enjoy having more control

over your experience in Overwatch

and we're going to continue to bring

features to you that let you craft

experiences exactly how you

want it to be.

DONALD TRUMP.

THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT, THAT WAS A MISTAKE.

THAT TWEET.

WHAT DOES HIS LAWYER DO?

HE FELL ON HIS SWORD.

HE SAID IT WAS NOT THE PRESIDENT WHO TWEETED THAT, IT WAS ME.

I GRABBED HIS ACCOUNT AND DID IT MYSELF.

THAT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL AND NO ONE BELIEVED IT.

THAT CREATED A SECOND PROBLEM FOR THEM.

AS THEY EXPLAIN IN LAW AND CRIME ñ

SO THAT COULD BE A BIG, BIG PROBLEM.

IN THIS CASE DOWD WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CLAIM ATTORNEY-CLIENT

PRIVILEGE BECAUSE HE SAID HE WROTE THE TWEET.

ONCE YOU REVEAL INFORMATION TO THE THIRD PARTY OR WHOLE WORLD

YOU CAN'T CLAIM PRIVILEGE OVER IT.

IF DOWD WAS STILL WORKING FOR TRUMP ñ IN OTHER WORDS IF HE

COMES IN AND SAYS DONALD TRUMP WROTE THE TWEET, I WAS LYING HE

SEES HIMSELF BUT THROWS DONALD TRUMP UNDER THE BEST, AND

THEY MIGHT HAVE HAD DISAGREEMENTS, I DON'T

DOUBT THAT BUT THIS MIGHT ALSO BE A REASON WHY HE STEPPED DOWN.

REPLACE HIM, HIS NAME IS JOSEPH AND HE IS A

CLOWN EXTRAORDINAIRE.

THAT IS AN INSANE CONSPIRACY THEORY.

BUT A LEGITIMATE ATTORNEY THAT WOULD NOT LIKE TO BE DISBARRED

THAT IS PREPOSTEROUS.

HE GAVE GOOD NEWS TO DONALD TRUMP IN ORDER TO TRY TO

PROTECT HIM.

NOW HE IS GONE AND HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A TOTAL CLOWN

WHO WILL SAY THE FBI HAD ALL THESE CONSPIRACIES.

AT SOME POINT YOU WILL HAVE TO PRESENT EVIDENCE ON THAT.
