Youtube daily as Mar 5 2018

I wandered lonely as a cloud That floats on high o'er vales and hills,

When all at once I saw a crowd, A host, of golden daffodils;

Beside the lake, beneath the trees, Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Continuous as the stars that shine And twinkle on the milky way,

They stretched in never-ending line Along the margin of a bay:

Ten thousand saw I at a glance, Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.

The waves beside them danced; but they Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:

A poet could not but be gay, In such a jocund company:

I gazed and gazed but little thought What wealth the show to me had brought:

For oft, when on my couch I lie In vacant or in pensive mood,

They flash upon that inward eye Which is the bliss of solitude;

And then my heart with pleasure fills, And dances with the daffodils.

Embedded systems as a career options - Duration: 3:38.

Embedded system is a right choice as a career path or not.

Before concluding anything let's just first understand what embedded system is…

It is a combination of hardware and software to perform a specific task

This definition is not much clear! let's redefine it ..

Any electronic system which gives capability to a device or a machine to perform fully

automatic and semi automatic tasks is an embedded system

Let's have a look at example Remember the functionality of a washing machine!

In semi automatic machines user set the timer, water level and amount of detergent to use

and rest of the operation is done by machine itself as per the parameters set up by user.

In fully automatic washing machine, user just put the clothes in the machine and rest all

the tasks are done by machine itself.

Can you guess who is controlling the automatic operations of machine?

How a washing machine is intelligent enough to do tasks automatically?

What is the brain of a washing machine?

Yes!!

It is an embedded system.

Embedded system is the brain of washing machine.

There is an embedded system inside a washing machine which get inputs from user, save those

inputs in its memory and operate the machine as per the inputs.

Isn't it is interesting?

It means, if you know how to make an embedded system then you can automate any task with

the help of it.

It consists of 3 things: input device, microcontroller the brain and output device

Unlike old times microcontroller based embedded devices used to do dedicated tasks, consumers

today need embedded devices that are more smarter and capable of doing multiple jobs,

just look around and see for yourself your mobile, TV, set top box, smart TV, Navigation

systems etc.

Aren't they doing more than what they were traditional intended to do?

Also there is one more task for you, as you know using embedded systems you can automate

anything so try to find out the things you can automate to solve real life problems…

Above examples are just nuts, embedded system is an Ocean there are huge number of products

in medical electronics sector, Aerospace, automobiles, defence, toys, consumer electronics,

food industry, telecommunication, industrial machines, space, agricultural, construction

in simple term everywhere.

what you can do?

If you can learn Embedded C programming then you can convert Logic in your mind into a

code, it means you can write your code into microcontroller if you can write code into

microcontroller it means you can develop an embedded system, if you can develop an embedded

system it means you can automate any task, if you can automate any task it means you

can develop product and work in industry.

Every industry needs some artificial intelligence into it and artificial Intelligence can be

given by embedded system only.

No electronic product is without embedded systems in the market.

Iis embedded systems a good career option? and the answer is "YES"

House Cleaning as a Sport - Create an Endurance Strategy for Your Cleaning Businessean - Duration: 8:02.

House cleaning as a sport.

What? House cleaning is not a sport, it's just house cleaning, right?

Or is it? We're going to talk about that today.

Hi there. I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Today's show is brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

where you, as a small business owner, can

have a competitive advantage by listing your business on HouseCleaning360.com

It's a place to hold all of your social media, videos about your business, before and after

pictures about the houses that you've cleaned, and it also has a place for ratings, interviews

from your neighbors, your friends, your family, all the people that know and love you, people

that would refer you, and your customers.

It's an amazing setup for house cleaners designed, guess what, by house cleaners.

See, it's perfect, HouseCleaning360.com

All right, on to today's show, which is about house cleaning as a sport.

Now we were in a conversation the other day and a house cleaner asks me if there were

essentials that a house cleaner had to know and do or be,

what would those essentials be?

That was an excellent question and it brought me back to the fact that I'm a marathon runner.

I know, it's awesome.

I ran 29 marathons that are 26.2 miles each.

I've ran dozens and dozens, countless numbers, of half-marathons, which are 13 miles each,

and I've run one ultra, which is a 50 mile marathon.

All right, so you just wouldn't show up at a marathon and wing it.

And I'll tell you that you wouldn't do that because it's just not wise.

You don't just show up and not have the right shoes, not have the right training, not have

the right sleep or the right amount of carbs in your body, because running 26.2 miles takes

a big toll on your body.

It's a long-term race and as you race that long distance you have to budget your energy.

All right, so there's a lot of training that's involved, and one of the reasons that I love

marathons is because there's a strategy behind it.

There's also a strategy behind house cleaning, and house cleaning is very similar to a marathon

in that you just wouldn't show up to a house and wing it, right?

There's training, there's physical training, and there's a bunch of stuff that you need

to know so that you can budget your energy throughout the course of a day and also budget

your resources and your fuel, like food.

All right, so let's go back to the marathon for just a second.

When you get ready for the marathon, and let's say we know that it's 10 or 20 weeks in the

future, we build out a calendar and we figure out every single week how many miles per day

we're going to run.

So we have an easy day, a hard day, an easy day, a long distance day, an easy day.

And you break it up so your body can recover between the training periods.

Then there's a certain series of things that you have to eat.

We eat lots of bananas and lots of pasta and lots of carbs in order to have enough fuel

to get from the different training programs that you're doing.

Then as you get closer to the race, then you go into speed work.

You wouldn't think that speed work has anything to do with marathons because marathons are

long distance races, they're not sprints.

But every single marathon that I've trained for, I've gone down to the track and I've

run laps and I've done speed work to build my muscles for the race, because there is

some speed involved.

Then also you do stair climbing, and then there are other things that you do that are

not exactly exercise related, but they're things like heat compression packs.

If you start to have your knees wig out or your back wigs out or something, there are

other things you do, like jump on the little mini trampoline.

It's really exciting, because as house cleaners we use our physical bodies just like you would

when you train for a marathon.

Okay, so having said that, your body is the instrument that you're going to be using from

the entire course of your career, and this is exciting for this reason.

You have control over it.

So if you're going to be in the business for 15 or 20 years, you have to realize my shoulders

are going to take a hit.

With house cleaning there's a lot of wiping countertops and cleaning mirrors and vacuuming

back and forth, and it's movement that your shoulder takes the hit, so you want to keep

your shoulders in excellent shape.

So as essentials for house cleaners stretching every day is awesome.

Yoga every day is awesome.

Swimming is awesome.

Weight lifting is awesome.

That strengthens your legs and your back and your core.

I use one of the little mini trampolines, and I'll put a link to it in the show notes,

because I'm a big fan that every house cleaner needs one.

When you get home from a day and your body aches, your back aches or your neck is tweaked

out or you just are like blah, having one of those days, get on the little mini trampoline.

You don't have to jump high, but you can just jump for a couple of minutes in front of the

TV and it will completely realign your spine.

I'm such a huge fan of this.

If you want to go extra time, it's a great core building exercise for your butt, for

your quads, for your abs.

I mean it's just a great, great series of exercises that you're going to use every day

all those muscles while your cleaning houses.

What are the essentials for house cleaning?

The essentials are that you are on a routine.

By that I mean if you're an elite athlete you have a routine for your body.

What that means is you go to bed about the same time every night, you eat our meals about

the same time every day, and if you transfer this over into house cleaning you can do the

exact same things, because you are the instrument that will drive your business.

If you are treating yourself like an elite athlete, when you go to clean houses suddenly

you're in a different game, because a lot of the house cleaners that are out there ...

I'm not kidding, they'll show up and they'll wing it.

They may have stayed up way too late last night or they may have been out drinking with friends.

And now they expect they're going to show up and they're going to be on their A game.

They're not.

And when they get fired the person whose house it was that let them go, they're going to

be looking for another house cleaner that has, here's the key, consistency.

Consistency.

If every single day you show up and you feel a certain way you can perform at a certain

level, and house cleaning is a performance.

Like I said, it's all physical activity.

There's a lot of moving. There's bending. There's squatting. There's lifting.

There's all kinds of stuff that's involved in house cleaning.

And if you're out of shape and you are not at your elite best

rumor is going to get out and you may get fired and never know why.

But the house cleaners that are out there that work really hard on keeping a routine

for their physical body, they show up every single day feeling about the same way, and

when they have a down day, just like you do on sports, you can still go through the motions

and you can still perform a really awesome game, even if you don't feel 100% your best.

So the essentials that I'm talking about right now are you.

It is a very serious thing to treat yourself like your company's biggest asset, because

if you just get off on a tangent and you just show up every day and you wing it and then

you don't understand why your body is not responding and you're exhausted and you have

constant lethargy and whatever it is you're eating through the day is not enough fuel

to get you through the day, there's a whole bunch of other things you need to look at,

because your business will just collapse piece by piece until it just absolutely dissolves,

and you don't want to go out there and try to compete in an aggressive, competitive marketplace

and not have your instrument in tune.

Okay, those are the essentials.

That's my two cents for today and until we meet again

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Why You Shouldn't Do FULFILLED BY AMAZON (FBA) as an affiliate marketer - Duration: 11:41.

fulfilled by Amazon Amazon FBA it's one of those things it's like super popular

right now but I'm not interested in FBA and I know quite a few other people

aren't either in this video we talked about why maybe you shouldn't get into

FBA if you're an affiliate marketer I talked with my friend Rob Adkinson who

is a successful niche site entrepreneur and I am as well and actually we know

quite a few people who don't have any interest in selling their own physical

products we go into the pros and cons in this video so let's get to it right now

hey what's up Doug Huntington here I'm sitting with Rob how's it going today

I'm doing awesome today we're gonna talk about why you

shouldn't do FBA that's fulfilled by Amazon or drop shipping now all right

here's the deal it could be a decent option for some people but Rob and I are

gonna tell you why we haven't gotten into it before we go any further I'm

gonna define FBA and drop shipping so drop shipping this definition by the way

is from Shopify one of the sort of leading drop shipping and ecommerce

platforms out there so drop shipping is a retail fulfillment method where a

store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock instead when a store sells a

product it purchases the item from a third party and the third party ships it

directly to the customer and as a result the merchant never sees or handles the

product the biggest difference between drop shipping in the standard retail

model is that the selling merchant doesn't stock or own inventory instead

the merchant purchases it from the third party usually a wholesale or

manufacturer and then it fulfills the orders so they end up not having to

invest so much capital into the product now FBA is sort of like a particular

flavor of drop shipping where you actually you know you do buy the

products but then you ship it to Amazon to do the fulfillment fulfilled by

Amazon FBA S will refer to it here and that's what you'll you know see across

the web that's sort of the idea and in general you know one of the pros of this

sort of model FBA or drop shipping / affiliate marketing is a monetary one so

you end up with higher margins because you know you're getting actual margins

from like reselling a product is getting a commission like an

affiliate would it's an interesting model it's very popular right now

dropshipping got a huge mention in the 4-hour workweek which we talk about all

the time and then FBA has been covered over and over again over the last say

four years or so now Rob some people ask you about like moving from like

affiliate marketing and then selling your own products usually through FBA so

can you kind of like explain the couple steps involved in that and just you know

what it would look like from a business model perspective yeah so let's say you

started an affiliate website so your content site reviewing I'm just gonna

make a ballpoint pen so you've got all these ballpoint pens you're getting

traffic to your blog and the way you're monetizing right now is you're sending

people the places like Amazon for five or six percent commission you never

touch the product or anything but that's how you make your money so you're

getting all this traffic and people tell you okay well now that's where you would

like go source it from like China or something you have it shipped to the US

you know stored in Amazon's inventory and then it would be like a

branded pin with your name on it and then people would come to your affiliate

site and instead of just directly selling other people's product now you

have something to promote that's your own and with that being more in control

not just being affiliate in that chain you would get a higher cut of the

profits cool so and yeah like that is the big question right so you can get a

higher margin so why would people like you and I who will primarily focus on

affiliate marketing why don't we start sourcing our own products and get higher

margins so it seems like a no-brainer we have sites we have traffic on those

sites we know what the people are searching for and we know what's selling

so Rob you don't do any FBA at this point in time right I have not

and I've seriously considered it so I've had sites with quite a lot of traffic

that had products that would be seemingly perfect to do exactly what you

say and at the end of the day I think it comes down to like where you spend your

time where you're kind of an all-star where you have leverage in your business

and for me doubling down on creating more sites or increasing my rankings to

improve my affiliate sales and drive up that that lever

for me was like so much easier to push to increase then to take time out not do

that learn how to do you know F be a source the probably I have to learn all

this other stuff it's more capital-intensive there's

possibly some form of customer support so it's just learning all these new

things versus doubling down on something you already know how to scale and you

basically took you know most of my answers to I mean the fact is it's a

completely different skill set right so I have friends that have gotten into FBA

so a couple of the pitfalls that they had so because so many people got

involved in FBA because the barrier to entry was on the low end right you have

to have capital upfront but once you have like a small amount of capital to

start with say fifteen hundred dollars something like that you can you know

start listing products and what happened was a lot of people got into it and the

people ended up competing with like bigger companies that could sort of

undercut the prices right so then you're stuck with inventory you're not selling

much because your prices are too high because you have a bigger competitor who

literally can like charge less and still make money and then price you out of

business essentially so that that was one big aspect the other big issue that

I observed with some of my friends was the supply chain so let's say they

figured it out they have a premium product the price isn't the main

competitive aspect so the issue there is like sourcing the product again usually

from China not always but when you're sourcing from China is cheaper so you

make higher margins the the problem is managing the supply chain because if you

you know say you get air shipping it's way more expensive than if you get the

ship with a freight liner like going across the ocean that takes a while so

what would happen is these you know FBA businesses would run out of stock and it

would take them like a month or two to replenish the stock because you're just

managing the supply chain and inventory it's work to do so Rob do you know any

friends that had you know FBA businesses where they were running into trouble

like that yeah definitely can relate to they're just focused on the FBA portion

they were trying to get traffic from actually doing Amazon searches but yes

they ran into the same thing they started getting some sales and

they needed inventory and they were behind and all sorts of just new

problems that I don't think the affiliate SEO model has and you get paid

less like we get paid less as affiliates but I like it better

yeah me too and you know the other part is like the passive portion of it so yes

you know for FBA you could hire a business manager to take care of the

supply chain stuff but generally you have to understand operating procedures

yourself before you can hire someone and train them to do it not always you know

sometimes you could find a business manager to do that sort of stuff an

Operations Manager but it's not necessarily easy to do so you'd want to

hire someone who is competent and in that way you either have to train them

well and/or pay a lot of money for them with the affiliate model typically it

takes a little while it takes a lot of work to you know get a site ranking

earning but once it's there usually it's fairly like secure so it takes longer to

get there but once you're up there it's harder for other people to displace you

as well so just in general like it sounds like you and I are just not

interested in the business model too much so yeah I want to tie it back to

our thousand day principle conversation I'll link up if you haven't seen that

discussion is super interesting but part of the thousand days I think is like

learning the the skills and the craft and and learning the pitfalls and stuff

and I think like if we were to switch Rob if we were to look at you know drop

shipping or FBA to integrate into our affiliate model we

would have to start over at you know day zero and learn from scratch so like do

you agree with that a hundred percent yeah so you're okay maybe we gain a

couple hundred days because we know some internet marketing and stuff like that

but essentially you have to start from zero and that was kind of what I was

getting at at that first point is I just rather just ramp up where I am with my

SEO business so I kind of made like I have some notes here about this model I

made up so relates perfectly to the thousand days if you're better than like

95 percent of people say in affiliate marketing

you can probably expect to make comfortable money right so at that point

maybe you decide I want to go FBA but you have to start again and then go up

to 95% if you go from like 95% master of SEO to like 99 then you're gonna make

great money if you go from 99 to ninety-nine point nine that's where

things get really really crazy and if money is your driver and that kind of

thing that's great go for it you want to do FBA interest you now we're having a

whole different discussion that was a great point by the way really well said

in the same thing happens with like different skills right like if you can

stack the affiliate SEO model with FBA and you enjoy both like that's a great

set of skills to be ninety-five percent proficient in like me project management

and some consulting background and now I have affiliate SEO really interesting

combination very rare and like it brings me new opportunities I never would have

thought of but you know I probably wouldn't have you know have like ten

years project management experience like just to get the certification you have

to have like multi thousand number of hours to even like qualify for it so

like to put it all together like I literally had to start SEO at zero I

knew nothing but I put in the thousand days or whatever if you have the time

you could be doing something interesting but I think the way you mentioned it Rob

just you have skills in this area and you're gonna refine those skills you're

interested in it you're already good at it and why not like double down on the

areas where you can like really excel right and maybe maybe I'm not saying

this is the right thing but you find a partner who is the 99.9% of FBA combine

them with your affiliate that could explode now partnerships are a whole

different thing but you know specialization brick coming together

huge yes good point good point okay so I think for me at this point I'm still not

interested in FBA it still it sounds like a very crowded area how about you

Rob still there's now just keep doing my SEO thing it's boring but it works yeah

like you get creative when there's a boring stuff happening so alright cool

we want to know what you think about FBA let us know in the comments if you've

combined like an affiliate model with FBA and how it turned out additionally

like if you're just focusing on an FBA interested to hear about that I think

you know obviously it's a viable business model and people are doing

great at it just curious like if you're just getting started like where are you

at with your FBA business and let us know love to hear

about it thanks for I appreciate it thanks for having me it's so wide this

is such a big angle it makes my head look big or my body looks small I'm not

sure but if it's your first time on the channel check out some of the other

videos I talked primarily about Amazon affiliate marketing and some project

management throwing some productivity too so if you like what you see please

consider subscribing thanks

you

JOSE MOURINHO has set his sights on Wolverhampton youngster Ruben Neves, according to reports.

The Portuguese boss has already identified his midfield as an area of need when the window re-opens with Ander Herreras likely exit.

The 20-year-old has caught the eye of his compatriot Mourinho during his impressive stint at Wolves, according to Spanish outlet El Gol Digital.

Neves moved from Porto last summer for a Championship record fee of £15million and has been in fine form scoring four goals.

The Portugal international paired with Romain Saiss in the midfield has been an integral part of Wolves success this season and United may encounter some competition by summer.

He becomes the latest of a long list of players to become a possible replacement for Herrera.

Despite renewing his contract at Old Trafford in January through to June 2019 - the Spain internationals future there isnt insured.

With the arrival of Nemanja Matic Herrera has dropped down the pecking order starting just eight Premier League games this season.

AC Milan are plotting a summer swoop for the 28-year-old and United are said to be willing to let him go if a bid of more than £30million is made.

What is NAT (Network Address Translation) | How NAT is configured in Router and act as a Firewall - Duration: 6:57.

what is NAT? NAT is stands for Network Address Translation and it is used to

convert a private IP address into a public and a public IP address into a

private but the question is why do we need to convert the private IP address

into public or a public IP address into private I am going to explain you

everything including this I will also explain you what are the advantages and

disadvantages of NAT in a computer network. Hello friends this Abhishek

here and welcome back to my channel Technical Tech let's the tech begin

guys basically we use NAT because of the shortage of IP address. IP version 4

is a 32-bit address and it has around 4.2 billion of IP address but the

population of our beautiful world is around 7.2 billion according to 2017 and

most of the users are also using multiple devices such as a smartphone

laptop desktop tablet etc and for accessing Internet all this device need

I P address right. So, 4.2 billion of IP address is not sufficient for more than

7.2 billion of users so for this reason we are using NAT. NAT is used to convert

a private IP address into the public and a public IP address into the private so

how this entire concept of NAT that is Network Address Translation works let's find out.

let's take an example there are four computers in a network but only one

Internet connection. Now the question is how it is possible for these four

computers to access this single internet connection at the same time it is

possible with the help of NAT that is Network Address Translation

Here all the four computers are assigned with the private IP address

such as 10.0.0.1 ,10.0.0.2, 10.0.0.3 & 10.0.0.4 and this private IP address are not rootable in internet

It means the same address can be used unlimited number of

times on different network. I have created a separate post on what is

private and public IP address if you want to know more about this follow the

link given in the description section below now let's concentrate on NAT

whenever the PC 1 assign with the private IP address 10.0.0.1 wants to access internet

it will first send a request to the router, your router is going to convert

this private IP address into public and add a unique port number to it and

save this information to its NAT Forwarding Table after that it will

forward the request to the internet. So like this with the help of port number

it will be easy for the Router to remember which device has requested for

the packet now the time your router receives the reply from the internet it is

going to check its NAT Forwarding Table and convert this public and P across

into private and send the packet to the requested at PC. This is how the entire

concept of NAT works. Let's take an another example so that it will be easy

for you to understand. The time PC 2 assigned with the private IP address 10.0.0.2

wants to want to access the internet it will first send a request to

the router your router is going to convert this private IP address into

public and add a unique port number to it and save this information to its NAT

Forwarding Table. After that it will forward the request to the internet so like

this it will be easy for your router to remember which device has requested for

the packet now the time your router receives a reply from the internet it is

going to check its NAT forwarding table and convert this public IP address into

private and send the packet to the request at PC so this is the basic concept of

NAT that is Network Address Translation. Do you know one interesting facts about NAT?

For Internet your entire device in the private network is look-alikes one

Jurgen Klopp to field best XI as Liverpool host Porto in Champions League last 16 - Duration: 2:54.

Jurgen Klopp will select the strong Liverpool site for Porto's visit in the

Champions League even though they he could rest players for Saturday's trip

to Manchester United the red have the luxury of a 5-0 lead ahead of Tuesday's

fixtured following their emphatic victory over Porto in the first leg of

the last 16 tie at the estádio do dragão club side face bitter rivals United in

the Premier League four days later which presented that

German with an opportunity to give key players a break to keep them fresh for

the lunchtime clash at Old Trafford influential attacking trio Muhammad

Salla Saudi omein and Roberto Firmino have started the last 10 matches in all

competitions for the Reds however the Liverpool manager will

resist the temptation to pick a weakening team for the second leg at

Anfield it's not about rest Porto have won all

their games since we played them Klopp said they will strike back that's what

they want they are Portuguese and proud and will give a fight they want to

strike back if anybody here thinks they come here and give the game up leave

their star players at home or whatever they are mistaken it's Champions League

and the whole world is watching what do you think I don't think for a second

about resting anybody I know it's Manchester United afterwards but we

cannot change it we can't say now we pick this and rest him so we are on the

way we are a Challenger so we have to work for all of that and we will work

for all of that club claims everyone at Liverpool is on fire at the moment given

their impressive form although the mindset of as player can still be worked

on mentality is always the part of the personality where you can improve most

all of us he said so we are not born as winners for sure I don't know one so

that means you have to become a winner that's what we tried you cannot win any

rate in the world without being aggressive

that's how it is so in the situation we are now it's clear we will not win the

Premier League but it's very positive in a week like this pretty much everything

is positive Klopp also believes Liverpool's home fans are able to be

patient when teams comes to Anfield and put men behind the ball as Newcastle

United did on Saturday the crowd is much more settled with our style of play club

added nobody's nervous when you don't pass in behind constantly so people are

convinced that this team will create chances

you

You see me

When the storm comes over me

You see me when the wind

Blows against me

And You come to my aid

In the dark night

You see me

When the storm comes over me

You see me when the wind

Blows against me

And You come to my aid

In the dark night

I need to hear Your voice that says

Do not be afraid: It's me

Do not be afraid: It's me

If it is You, Lord

Order me to come on the waters

To meet You I'll go

I'll walk on the waters

You see me

When the storm comes over me

You see me when the wind

Blows against me

And You come to my aid

In the dark night

I need to hear Your voice that says

Do not be afraid: It's me

Do not be afraid: It's me

If it is You, Lord

Order me to come on the waters

To meet You I'll go

I'll walk on the waters

If it is You, Lord

Order me to come on the waters

To meet You I'll go

I'll walk on the waters

To meet You

On Your Word

On Your Word I can walk

I don't want to doubt

Even if my faith fails, I know

Your hand will sustain me

On Your Word I can walk

I don't want to doubt

Even if my faith fails, I know

Your hand will sustain me

It will sustain me

If it is You, Lord

Order me to come on the waters

To meet You I'll go

I'll walk on the waters

If it is You, Lord

Order me to come on the waters

To meet You I'll go

I'll walk on the waters

On the waters

On the waters

On the waters

On the waters
