Toxic People: How to End a Bad Relationship

It takes time to end what is seemingly a bad relationship, especially if you really love

him, or her.

Bad relationship is usually started by a toxic person in a relationship.

It can be from one partner, family, or friend.

It is worth mentioning that there is always external factor involved in a relationship.

That toxic person can destroy the relationship too.

However, before blaming someone else, it is worth mentioning that the main factor that

makes relationship bad is toxic person in a relationship.

Sometimes, fixing the person may be a good idea to have healthy relationship.

However, sometimes ending the relationship itself is the best thing you can do.

If you are wondering how, please follow these steps.

#1 - Diagnosing the relationship

Toxic relationship that should be ended deals with bad friends.

Friends who put you down in various situation, friends who always envy of your achievement,

friends who want to transform you, and friends who take more than giving are signals of bad

friendship that should be ended.

If it is your lifetime partner, that should be ended soon because it may affect your life

in the long run too.

#2 - Recognizing your role in a relationship

Sometimes, relationship becomes toxic from your perspective, because you don't know

your role.

It is important to recognize your role before you can decide whether you are being abused

or not.

You also need to know that your role in a relationship can be either a partner or a

friend or an object.

Be careful if you are the later.

#3 - Start creating boundary

If you are sure that the relationship should end, you should start making boundaries.

Creating boundaries is not easy, and it is painful and hurting at the same time.

However, you should stick to it.

Draw obvious line, and you'll have to be consistent about it.

This keeps you from being humiliated and abused.

#4 - You cannot change people

This actually means, you should not even try to change your friend or your partner with

the hope that the relationship will get better.

It will not.

The condition will remain because people have different level of empathy, care, attention,

intelligence, and many other personal values.

When it comes to toxic people, they surely will not change themselves easily because

they even don't know the right things.

#5 - Getting second opinion

This one is important because you will realize that your relationship may survive or not.

However, most people will say no because they love you and they do not want you to suffer

more.

You can even ask for professional help to get the most accurate advice.

However, you should stick to it because it is all about your life.

#6 - You teach people how to treat you

The next thing that you should consider is basically putting yourself in how you want

it to look.

Too many people are busy for pleasing others by lending money, renting stuffs, and obey

other's command.

However, those things make relationship poor because there is a power gap in your relationship.

Well, that's some tips on how to end a bad relationship.

How to Choreograph Without Music - Duration: 6:17.

Hey gang!

Drex here from DrexFactor.com and today we're returning to the topic of writing choreography.

In my last dance vlog, we talked about using blocking to break down different sections

of a song and to work our choreography around it.

Today, we're going to take a slightly different approach.

What if I told you that to choreograph a dance or poi routine, you don't even need music

at all?

Madness, you say?

Let me show you how to do it and why it might be a better idea than writing to a piece of

music.

Before we dive in, I just want to take a moment to give a shout out to the friends of the

channel!

Big thanks to Dark Monk, Emazing Lights, Flowtoys, Spinballs, and Ultra Poi for helping to make

the videos on this channel possible.

You can visit them all on the web by following the links down in the description of this

video.

So first up: I will totally admit that there's something that feels super satisfying about

seeing dance and more specifically poi and flow arts dance choreographed to a specific

piece of music.

At its best, this type of choreography really works symbiotically with the music to enhance

your experience while also giving you another level of art to appreciate.

But there's also a few drawbacks.

First, it can come to feel overly mechanical, especially when the way you accompany the

music becomes predictable to the audience.

A good choreographer can vary how they approach accompanying the music, but it's easy for

a novice to fall into this trap.

Second, when you choreograph to a specific piece of music you may find that your choreography

is so closely matched to the song that there isn't any room to reinterpret it.

One of the great ways that dance can be made to work as an art is by reinterpreting the

same choreography in multiple contexts.

Giving it a different emotional core or putting it on different bodies or an ensemble.

When you choreograph too specifically to a single piece of music you can lose the flexibility

to do this.

Third, the music can become a distraction.

Sometimes if you use a piece of music that's incredibly well known or is really unique

it can overwhelm the choreography so that people wind up paying more attention to the

music than your dance.

It was actually fashionable in the European Juggling scene for several years to write

pieces that were meant to work without accompaniment at all.

The idea was to try and hold the audience's attention purely with the aesthetics of the

act itself without having to use music to assist it.

I'll also say that I just really like how organic choreography written without the aid

of music can be.

It flows purely from the intention behind it and there's something I find really compelling

about that.

Okay...so the question is, then, how do you choreograph in this way?

So blocking is clearly out, but this is one of those cases where creating free-association

exercises can be really helpful.

I'm going to borrow one from a dance concert I just went to this past weekend.

It's made up of two components.

For the first component, I'm going to think of someone whom I need to forgive.

Someone who has committed an infraction against me or against whom I'm holding a grudge.

I'm going to write a short phrase around that person.

Next, I'm going to think of what it would mean to me to forgive them.

Again, I'm going to try and express this concept through movement.

There's no rules on how long or short either of these phrases have to be.

Now that I have both, I put them together into one piece of choreography meant to reflect

the dual nature of my resentment toward this person as well as the catharsis that comes

from that act of forgiveness.

And here's the fun thing: I can now reinterpret this same phrase in a couple of different

ways.

Let's say that overall I want to convey the weight that this grudge has over me and

the slow process of letting go of the resentment.

With minimal changes, I can make this phrase breathe in such a way that it takes on a timeless

quality that the original choreography might have lacked.

Alternatively, I can reinterpret the phrase filled with anger and the stark contrast of

wiping my hands clean of the situation.

Again, this requires some minimal changes, but the core of the phrase is still intact.

Because the choreography isn't wedded to any one piece of music, I can also now put

my choice of music behind it to embellish it in whatever way I see fit.

For instance I can put something tender underneath it to make it feel more delicate and empathetic.

Or I could put something more percussive and active under it, making it feel much more

lively and energetic.

Because there is no musical association built into the phrase, I can now use music to accentuate

it in any way I want to.

Give this exercise a try!

See what context you can put your choreography in and what interesting dynamics that pulls

out of it.

Or, if you want to go the European Circus route, write a piece with no music whatsoever

and see if you can hold your audience's attention in complete silence.

It's a huge challenge, but it'll definitely teach you a lot about compelling performance.

One last thing: if you try either of these exercises out, post your choreography to Instagram

with the hashtag #drexfactorpoi so I can see your dance.

6 Scientific Signs She Likes You - How To Tell If A Girl Is Attracted To You - Duration: 3:36.

Hey guys, in this video im gonna give you 6 scientific signs a girl likes you, so without

further ado, let's get right into it.

1.

HER PUPILS DILATE WHEN LOOKING AT YOU According to science, dilation of eyes is

the perfect sign of attraction.

Paying attention to her pupils can tell you a lot about her potential romantic interest

in you.

If she's attracted to you, she will attempt to make eye contact more often, she will smile

more often and her pupils will be dilated.

If you think she's attracted to you , try complimenting her looks, telling a girl how

beautiful her eyes are is always a win.

2.

She plays with her hair.

While it may sound strange to men, ladies use their hair to say a lot of things.

A girl who is interested in you will often touch her hair while near you.

This is a subconscious thing women do when attracted to a man, wanting to be perfect

by correcting a flyaway or replacing a fallen curl.

If she does mess with her hair a great deal while in your company, especially when there

is no reason for her to do it, it certainly means that she is attracted to you.

3.

She touches her lips One major physical sign of attraction from

a woman is licking or a slight biting of her lips when she's with you.

This is a good sign of desire–do not ignore it.

Some women touch their lips all the time, so its sometimes hard to notice the change.

If she looks at your lips, however , this is a great sign, you can almost be sure she

likes you.

4.

Notice her body language Observing her body language is a good way

to know if she likes you or not.

Facing someone with your body is a subconscious sign that you are listening to them and signaling

that they are your current attention holder.

Pay attention to her feet and torso.

If they're pointed towards you it's a good sign.

If she feels safe around you her feet and torso will show it especially in a group of

more than 5 people.

6.

She accidentally touches you.

Physical contact is by far the most common way a woman will express her interest in you.

An occasional playful punch or quick touch means a big deal when coming from a girl.

You can tell if a touch is accidental or not just by using common sense.

If it happened more than once and she keeps apologizing about it, she may not be interested

in you and just don't wanna look creepy.

Try to sneak in a touch on her hand, face or lower back, if she likes you she won't

be bothered or try to get away from you.

7.

She laughs at your jokes.

If she laughs at all your jokes, even the bad ones, she may be trying to show her interest

in you.

Laughing at someone's joke affirms their self-esteem.

It lets them know that their goal to amuse you has succeeded.

Just remember that if she's smiling a lot in your presence, especially when she's

talking to you, then there's a very high chance she finds you attractive and interesting.

And I'd like to end this video saying that taking action is everything.

You can keep wondering if she likes you back for days, but unless you actually take action,

you'll never get to where you want to be.

How to sew Hexagons (Part Two) - Duration: 12:50.

Hi guys, it's Cassie from Faodail Creation

and I post videos every single Wednesday right here on this channel on how to use your sewing machine and

simple sewing tips and tricks

This is the second part to my hexagons video and in this video

I'm going to show you how to piece those hexagons together

I will link the first part of my video on how to cut your hexagons out

So this here is a row of hexagons that I've already cut out and pieced together

So you can see what the end result is going to look like?

so our hexagons are cut and

from our first video we marked a quarter of an inch at each and every point

And now it's ready to sew them together

I've also found that reducing the stitch length for this particular project is also a good idea

What I'm going to do first is sew two rows so this is going to be my first row

We're going to match hexagons right sides together so you're going to end up with your dots on the outside

Now there's two important things to bear in mind when sewing these hexagons

You are going to start at this quarter of an inch and end at this quarter of an inch you need to leave that space

That's very very important

The second important thing about sewing these hexagons in place is to do a backstitch at the beginning and the end of

each of these dots

Now if you're anything like me and you like to sew really fast restrict yourself and turn the dail down to slow

So let's sew our first hexagons in place

I have lined up with my first dot and I'm going to take a few stitches forward

and I'm going press that reverse button on my sewing machine and

Lock them stitches in place and go forward again

This is my reverse button on my Baby Lock Soprano, so I'm going to press that and I'm going to go in reverse

three stitches and then come forward again and

I'm just coming to the next notch here, so I'm just going to be careful

Because I don't want to go too far over that dot, and I'm going to reverse

And then go over again

So that is my first hexagon complete

And don't worry if you didn't go quite to the dots it's if you go beyond the dots where it's going to matter

Another important tip do not press

leave it un pressed, and we are going to carry on right up here with our next hexagon patch

so we are going to line them right sides together and

Then you see you've got the dots on the outside and

Like before we are going to stitch these into place

So just line your hexagon with that first dot

And then

Start to sew

Press your reverse key

And then go forward

Your coming to the end

Press the reverse key

and go forward and

just stop

Before you get to that dot

So continue on I'm just going to do a row of five, and I will meet you back here

So I have my first draw of five complete I am now going to do my second row of five

Okay, so now I have my two rows complete

Don't press them. I know it's hard, but don't press them with anything and how these are going to join together

I'm going to show you

right like this

So you're going to interlock them just like that

So I'm just going to interlock them again like so

and I'm going to start with this top one right here, so of course you have to put

right sides together

Like so

So I'm just going to pick these two up see how the interlock you're going to go right sides together, so you're locking in

These two corners right here

Like so

So your two rows should end up looking a bit like this, ones going straight across and the other ones going at a diagonal

Now this is where you dots come into play again, so you've got right sides together and

You're going to want to move your next hexagon down

Because you don't want to sew

That other hexagon in place

Move that other one out of the way

and that's why we left that quarter of an inch seam and we are going to stop at this dot here and

Backstitch so it's going to get a little bit tricky

But you're going to bear with it because I know you can do it

So I've found my dot and I'm going to

Start it off

I'm going to reverse back one more time and

Then I'm going to go forward, and I'm coming down to this other dot

And making sure that my other hexagon, that's connected is completely out of the way

And I'm going to reverse

And cut off my thread

So this is what your first one's going to look like

like so and then we're going to get right sides together again and

We've got this teal colored one now against the purple and we want to

Sew these in place we want to move this green one out of the way, and we want to sew across

Our next hexagon

So we're going to go forward

Reverse

And forward

Being careful not to go anywhere near this green hexagon coming up

Reverse and then go forward

That is our first

Section done now. We're going to

right sides together again

and we're going to connect these this teal and there's green together and

Like I said you want to make sure that this purple is out of the way

And we're just connecting these two greens this green and this teal together

Making sure the purple is out of the way and this green next to it is out of the way

So i'm all lined up and i'm ready to go and let's hit my few steps forward

Go reverse

Go forward again

Go reverse

And cut off

And here you go, that's my second row complete

Let's continue going all the way down and we'll have our row complete

Don't press

Once again right sides together

Keep this teal away keep this teal away, and sew the two greens together

Go forwards

Lock it in go reverse go forwards

Keep away from that upcoming teal go back go forwards and cut off

And this is what your finished row of hexagons is going to look like and yes

Now is the time you're gonna press obviously you're going to

Have a lot more rows than me this is just an example of how to put your hexagons together

So let's go and press and see the finished result

So this is my finished row of hexagons, so just remember

tighten your stitches don't go too far to your quarter inch seam and

You will have a row hexagons that looks a little bit like this obviously don't use white thread

Use something a bit more contrasting with whatever fabric you are using

So this here is an example of when you get far too close

To your quarter inch seam you are going to end up with a pucker that looks like this

so if you have got something that looks like this you've gone too close to your quarter inch dots and

Also, if you can see here my stitching was too wide apart

So that's when I'm saying just narrow your stitches

so you don't see these stitches coming through and this is how it looks like when I narrowed my

Stitches you can hardly see it and that you can see it a little bit more because I've used a white thread

but overall it's a very good completed hexagon row patch

I know there's more than one way of creating hexagons

But this is just another way for you to think about I hope that this video has helped and don't forget to hit that subscribe

Button so you don't miss seeing me next week. Thank you so much for watching

Bye

How to understand a baseball game broadcast on TV - Duration: 13:35.

Hi everyone, I'm Seby and welcome to Home Run Seby.

Today I will explain how to understand a baseball game broadcast on TV.

This video follow my previous video about the basic rules of baseball. If you have not seen it yet,

you will find a link to this video in the description below.

I'm going to focus on baseball game broadcast in north America, so if you don't live in

the United States, it's not a problem.

Because, The MLB, Major League Baseball, broadcasts one or two games for free almost every day

on youtube during the regular season from spring to autumn.

You can also subscribe for free on MLB.COM to see these free games.

You will have the opportunity to watch these games on the MLB website, but also on the

MLB.TV application available on playstation, xbox, smart tv, smart bluray players,

Apple tv, android TV, etc.

And if you want to watch these games on your smartphone or tablet, you can do it with the

At-Bat app available on iOS and Android.

Obviously you will have to pay a subscription if you want to see more content.

All games are commented in English, but don't worry, with the informations I will give you,

you will know enough to understand what's happening on the field.

To illustrate my explanations, I choose a random game found on youtube.

It's a game between the Mets and the Yankees broadcasted on August 18, 2017.

The game was played at Citi Field which is the Mets ballpark.

The Yankees were the guest team, so they started the game as the offensive team.

Let's take a look at the first half inning so that I can explain what you can see when

you watching a baseball game on television.

First, we can see the starting lineup of the Yankees.

In this list we find three informations.

First of all, we can see the order of the players who succeed each other at bat.

Then on the left side you can see their position on the field when they play as the defensive team

And on the right we can see which players are right-handed or left-handed and the S

stands for "switch" which means ambidextrous.

Available position players, these are the players available in addition.

We can see the presentation sheet of the first pitcher of the defensive team.

It's Steven Matz from the Mets team.

You have to know that in baseball, there are a lot of statistics.

Statistics are important, but in this video, I'm talking to people who are new to baseball.

So I will not dwell on all the statistics because I could make a video that would last

for hours.

Keep in you mind that all statistics that you see here are valid until this game,

so right now, theoretically, they are no longer valid.

Personally, concerning the pitcher, the informations that interests me most are the ERA, k, Whip

and OPP AVG.

The ERA is the average number of earned runs a pitcher will give up per nine-inning game.

It determined by dividing the total number of earned runs allowed by the number of innings

pitched and multiplying by nine. Just remember this: more this average is low,

better is the player's performance.

It's the same for the Whip and the OPP AVG, if these numbers are very low, it means that

this pitcher is a very good player.

The letter « K » means the number of strikeout. It's the number of hitters eliminated by

the pitcher because they could not touch the ball once. So if this number is high, it means

that this pitcher is a real nightmare for the opposite team.

Here it is only my third video and I would like to evolve your knowledge according to

the number of my videos.

For the moment we are at the beginning, so I will talk about statistics later.

Nevertheless, if you want to know more, know that there is a glossary explaining the meaning

of each acronym you will see.

The link is in the description below.

Here we can see the position of the players of the defensive team. The Mets team.

Yoenis Cespedes is a left fielder

Michael Conforto is a center fielder

Curtis Granderson is a right fielder

Sorry if i don't spell the names well

Matt Reynolds is on the 3rd base

Amed Rosario is the short stop

Asdrubal Cabrera is on the second base

Dominic Smith is on the first base

Steven Matz is the pitcher

Travis d'Arnaud is the catcher

What we see in the top left of the screen is the scoreboard. Currently both teams are at 0-0.

The three diamonds represent the bases. Once a diamond is filled, it means that a base

is occupied.

At the right of the diamonds we find the speed at which the ball was thrown. Here it's 93 miles per hours

so 150 kilometers per hours.

Below, we can see 1-0.

The 1 means that it was a bad throw. It was the first bad one out of three.

The 0 represents the number of strikes. This number increases if the pitcher throws the

ball into the strike zone while the hitter fail to hit the ball and the catcher receives

the ball in his glove. This number can also increase if the batter hits the ball but sends it offside.

These 2 numbers can going until maximum 3. 3 strikes means that the hitter is eliminated.

3 bad balls means that the hitter can advance on the first base.

The 1 with the little upward arrow in yellow means that we are in the first half of the inning.

When the game is in the first half of an inning, we call it "top" and when the game is in the

second half of the inning, we call it "bottom".

Pitch 1 means there was only one throw from the pitcher for the moment.

Here we find some informations on the first hitter. It's Brett Gardner. LF means he is

the Left fielder when his team plays as the defensive team.

If the numbers of these 5 statistics are high, It means that the player is good.

I said I did not want to dwell on statistics in this video, but I think these 5 statistics

needs a quick explanation.

AVG: it's the hitter's average at bat. You have just to divide the number of times where

this hitter was at bat by the number of times where he managed to hit the ball.

HR: it's the number of Home Run.

RBI: Runs batted in, it's a numbers obtained by the sum of players who were on the base

and who could make a complete turn thanks to the hitter.

OBP: On-base Percentage. It's an average between the number of times where the hitter runs

between the bases divided by the number of time where he stand at bat.

SLG: Slugging Percentage. This is used to determine the power of a batting player.

In my opinion, this is the most important statistic about a hitter. That's why I'm going to explain right now:

You have to calculate the sum of all his hits who allowed the hitter

to reach the first, second and third base or to made a home run. Then, divided this

sum with the number of times where the hitter where at bat and you get the slugging percentage.

If the number is high, you're dealing with a very good player.

Here we can see that Steven Matz has already played against the Yankees in his career.

Not necessarily with the Mets.

We can see that he led his team to victory in September 2015. W means they won.

In August 2016 he was in the losing team. L means they had lost.

On Deck means that the next hitter is ready to enter on the field.

Due to the bad reception of the ball by the first baseman, Brett Gardner had enough time

to get to the second base.

The middle diamond is yellow.

As you can see, the other role of the pitcher is to be attentive to all the players of the

opposite team present on the ground.

If Steven Matz is not careful, Brett Gardner can take advance to go to the third base.

Luckily for him, he had the reflex to go back on his steps in time, because

Steven Matz could have eliminated him by sending the ball to the second baseman.

Imagine the level of attention that the hitter must have when all the bases are full.

Following a fourth bad pitch, the hitter can go on the first base.

As you can see, two diamonds are filled.

Aaron Judge is eliminated in 3 strikes. He failed to hit a single ball.

The pitcher scored a strikeout.

Remember, K is for strikeout.

The red dot means that a player is eliminated.

As a reminder, when three players from the offensive team are eliminated, the inning is over.

And here is a Home Run.

Because there was already two players on the bases, the Yankees won 3 points.

But the home run does not mean it's the end of the inning.

Tyler Austin season statistics in Major league.

Tyler Austin played in a Yankees-affiliated triple A team before playing with the Yankees on this game.

Here are his statistics when he played in the triple A team during the same season

And here we are, end of the inning.

We can see the passage order of the Mets hitters.

The statistics of the Yankees pitcher.

And the game continue. Let's go to the end.

And here is the final score box. The Yankees have won 7 to 5.

Sometimes the score box is expressed in R H E.

R = Runs, complete turn of bases.

H = Hits, the number of hit that allowed the hitters to run to the first base

E = Errors. For example, when a player of the defensive team plays so badly that the

offensive team players have time to advance on the bases, it's considered as a mistake.

You can notice the numbers 65-55 for the Yankees and 53-66 for the Mets.

There are 30 teams in the Major League Baseball. If we not counting the playoff games, each

team plays 162 games during the regular season which starts in early april and ends in late september.

So here on August 18, 2017, both teams has played 120 games.

The Yankees had won 65 games and lost 55. The Metz had won 53 games and lost 66.

We can see that there were two important events in this game.

The Home Run that brought 3 points for the Yankees in the first inning.

And the Grand Slam from Curtis Granderson for the Mets in the 9th inning.

A Grand Slam is a Home Run when all bases are occupied.

On the right we can see statistics about three pitchers.

Severino, the Yankees pitcher is credited as the Winning pitcher. The numbers 10-5 means

that he played 15 games as the first pitcher during the season until August 18, 2017

and he won 10 games and lost 5.

Matz, the Mets Pitcher is credited as the Losing pitcher.

In a game, several pitchers can play one after one and Betances is the last pitcher of the

winning team of this game.

And finally, last information, the game lasted almost 3 hours.

That's it.

Obviously, I simplified the informations as much as possible so that my video is quite

understandable for everyone.

You will notice that the informations are sometimes displayed differently.

Sometimes there are additional informations such as the direction of the ball after a

throw and its position in the strike zone.
