about saying okay you've allowed your life to get to this point now take

responsibility and dive deep into personal development learn why you feel

this way not because of the event the scientific facts about why you feel the

way you do and what you can do to strengthen it

the moment they are criticized rather than take any of it on board rather than

prove any of those people wrong they give up they attempt to defend the

criticism with useless talk but never with definitive action the moment they

are challenged they crumble the moment things get hard they declare defeat it

must not be for me it was their fault if they didn't do this or treat me like

this or say this then I would have made it oh you're just solved you're weak

tell yourself the truth because until you do that until you look in the mirror

and acknowledge that you are the problem you'll never be able to grow into the

person that is capable of achieving all those things you want you are the

problem the only problem your mindset is the

problem your attitude is the problem it is no one else's fault it's yours if you

want the good news you are also the solution you and only you if you have

character that statement will change your life if you have no character

you'll remain an average complaining hater like most other people you are

your only problem and you are the only solution

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton will replace H.R. McMaster as National

Security Advisor next month.

Security Advisor.

I am very thankful for the service of General H.R. McMaster who has done an outstanding

job & will always remain my friend.

There will be an official contact handover on 4/9," Trump tweeted.

Black Panther (2018) Movie Review (TOTAL BULLSH*T) - Duration: 1:50.

Black Panther is a fucking piece of shit

and no i'm not fucking racist I was falling asleep throughout almost the entire runtime of the movie

I was watching this movie with my dad, and I was tempted to ask him to go home

But I continued to sit down and tolerate this disaster of a movie plus

I couldn't sleep because of all the loud fucking noises

I hated this movie's comedy in humor or lack thereof

Such as the scene where this girl points at black panthers jandals and says

"What are those?" in an obnoxious voice?

Fucking end my miserable existence now

I also really fucking hate the SJW commentary and racist comments that infested the film

Rotting it to its once-proud core

Such as the bad guy kill Mongers most retarded famous quote "Nah. It's from Wakanda. Did you steal it?

Just like you stole everything else?"

Total bullshit! Stop treating the blacks like they are the victim. Grow up

Another quote was "Another white guy. We need to heal" how about we reverse the races?

imagine yourself immersed in a love so profound so unconditional so

all-encompassing that it held you in a tender and eternal embrace you could

never feel badly again knowing you are never separate from the one love you are

all seeking in every relationship you seek to feel the love of God in

negative emotions arise when you feel somehow separated from love so what do

you do when you feel entrapped in a negative feeling and you can't think

your way out of it dear ones if feelings separate from love is the root of all

negative feeling then the cure is reconnecting to love the simplest way to

do that is to make a choice to love yourself through it

hug yourself literally and talk to yourself as if you are talking to an

innocent child if you're afraid hug yourself and tell yourself it's going to

be okay I won't let you down if you are angry hug yourself and say that's okay

of course you're upset let us figure out a way to fix things if you're jealous

hug yourself and say I understand you feel bad because someone else has what

you want guess what we can create that - if you're doubtful or anxious hug

yourself and say it is okay everyone doubts but I love you and God loves you

and your angels love you and you deserve everything you dream talk to that

innocent part within you that feels lost in darkness as if they are separate from

you for indeed they are feeling separate from the loving being that you really

are at some point they felt separate from love itself reassure that part of

yourself you don't even have to know who or what inside you feels this way you

simply have to grant yourself the love you felt you were without dear ones all

winters give way to spring all storms give way to come and if given the chance

all dark emotions want to give way to love love is the only way back home to

itself

This list ranges from kinda gross, to definitely gross, to the unimaginably grotesque.

10 - Japanese Ice Cream Flavours Don't do it unless you want to gag, anyway.

Japan get's pretty left field with its flavours, and honestly, this is the tamest thing on

this list so please do feel free to hit up google for a little cultural research… but

if you are the type of person that google's all of these things you shouldn't google,

then, like… don't google this one til later.

You don't want all of that freaky creamy imagery in your mind as we move through this

9 - Shridhar Chillal's Nails Up Close So Shridhar hasn't cut his nails in 62 years,

which, like, sure, I am in full support of personal choice….but it is my personal choice

not to investigate this curly keratin sticks up close.

Ew….

Curly keratin … gross.

He has the Guinnes World Record for the longest nails in the world… but what gets me is

that lack of symmetry, why just the one hand.

8 - Eye Pus…

You know the deal by now, but I though I would remind you that googling any kind of puss

is very unideal and extremely inadvisable.

I feel like I am just mentioning this because I have a slight eye infection at the moment,

but I was just googling the symptoms and came across a whole world of absolute no.

Oh, speaking of absolute no when it comes to eyes, don't google JUAN Jose Padilla

Eye.

So Juan is a bull fighter, which is really something I don't believe in.

Either way, he once got gored in the eye…and there is footage and photos of it happening

and the aftermath…which…

really, really, really isn't pretty.

Another injury at number 7 – we have the horrifying Ewald Lienen injury

On a scale of one to ten of things you don't want to see… this is really up there.

The footballer was fouled in the 80s, resulting in his thigh being slit open by the studs

on a football boot.

The 10 inch gash exposed his muscles and femur bone to the crowd and indeed the cameras.

It is pretty shocking and disgusting and really you can live without ever witnessing it!

Blimey, we're injury central on this list…

5 - Worst fishing injury EEesh, well I mean this is just a lot of hooks

where you really don't want hooks to be.

Fishing can be all the fun for some well prepared people, but as with all sports, accidents

can happen.

Part of me considers this to be justice for the fish… but the other part of me is like….ew….

hook… so … you know… maybe don't search this if you are squeamish.

4 – Rat or Mouse Glue Aftermath I get people don't want vermin in their

home, but I am a strong believer in humane traps.

Rat and Mouse Glue is one of the most horrifying things I have ever heard of, and you don't

want to see the aftermath.

Basically the rodents get stuck on stick paper and cant move, but often they try and gnaw

off their own limbs to set themselves free.

It makes me really sad.

3- Wrought Iron Fence Impaling I mean, you would need to be pretty sick to

search this up anyway, but, yeah, it does happen.

People often accidentally impale themselves as they try and scale wrought iron fences,

or by accidentally falling on them.

It isn't just humans, either, animals often try and jump iron fences and fail in horrible

ways.

Unless they're guarding, like a prison, I don't understand why people need these

intense fences.

2 - Hit by a Train This isn't great on so many levels….

Googling victims of suicide or misadventure isn't great at any time….

But people squashed by trains… that is something you don't want to see.

Recently a man videoed himself getting hit by a commuter train India as he was trying

to take a selfie….

I'd call him an idiot if the footage wasn't so utterly horrifying.

How to explain.

This is a pretty below board sex act.

Do you know what….

It is actually full scale depraved.

Don't google it, because you literally do not want to know.

with longtime advisors, including Matthew Freedman, a Republican consultant who once

advised Bolton at the State Department and the United Nations.

Freedman is currently helping manage the transition, according to a source familiar with the call.

"Freedman is a very political guy that Bolton likes," one Republican source said.

"He is overly ambitious about cleaning house."

Freedman disputed that account, saying he was not aware of the Thursday phone call.

"I can tell you there is no list," he said.

Another source close to Bolton said it was premature to be talking about personnel changes.

Trump and Bolton see eye to eye on a more hawkish foreign policy, especially when it

comes to North Korea and Iran, and are equally averse to multilateral diplomacy, whether

What You Don't Know About Meghan Markle's Family - Duration: 5:19.

American actress Meghan Markle stole Prince Harry's heart.

But with the announcement of their engagement, came questions about just who Ms. Markle really

is.

From her showbiz childhood, to ongoing sibling drama, here's what you don't know about Markle's

family.

Marrying into royalty

Markle's parents, Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland, divorced in 1987 when Markle was

six-years-old.

But in a statement tweeted out by Kensington Palace, Markle's parents came together to

offer their blessing, saying, "Our daughter has always been a kind and loving person.

To see her union with Harry, who shares the same qualities, is a source of great joy for

us as parents."

Meet cute

Markle revealed to Elle, that her parents met when her mom held a temp job at the TV

studio where her father worked.

Markle also told Craig Ferguson she used to visit her dad on set of another one of his

Hollywood gigs:

"I grew up on the set of Married With Children, every day after school for 10 years I was

there."

But she told Esquire, it wasn't exactly a kid-friendly scene, remembering,

"There were a lot of times my dad would say, 'Meg, why don't you go and help with the craft

services room over there?

This is just a little off-color for your 11-year-old eyes.'"

Winning the lottery

While Markle's parents remain elusive to the press, her half-brother, Tom Jr., and half-sister,

Samantha, have...not.

Tom Jr. told The Daily Mail that his dad won $750,000 in the lottery in 1990.

Though the tabloid couldn't confirm the win with the California Lottery, both Tom Jr.

and another relative stand by the story.

Tom Jr. also revealed that Markle was particularly doted upon, attending private school before

enrolling at Northwestern University, which Tom Jr. said the prize money helped her afford.

Her dad's quiet life

The intrigue surrounding Markle's father is amplified even further by the fact that he's

lived in Mexico since 2011, according to The Daily Mail, who confirmed his status with

Thomas' brother, Michael.

Thomas' retirement and subsequent move to Mexico happened just as his daughter's career

was taking off, and her star turn on Suits saw her moving to Toronto that same year.

Finding her identity

In her essay for Elle, Markle shed light on painful encounters with racism she and her

mother have endured.

Megan wrote about times when her African-American mother was mistaken for her nanny, and called

a racial slur during an altercation.

She noted,

"While my mixed heritage may have created a grey area surrounding my self-identification...I

have come to embrace that...To voice my pride in being a strong, confident mixed-race woman."

Her mom's story

Markle's mom, Doria, has lived a quiet life far from the tabloids.

That is, until she accepted Prince Harry's invitation to attend the closing ceremony

of The Invictus Games in 2017.

Since then, the press has clamored for details.

According to The Daily Mail, Doria lives and works in Los Angeles as a wellness counselor

at a substance abuse treatment center.

But it was Markle who gave probably the best glimpse into her mom's life, when she wrote

in Glamour in 2017,

"We can just have so much fun together, and yet, I'll still find so much solace in her

support.

That duality coexists the same way it would in a best friend."

Money problems

Though Thomas Markle was a high-earner for most of his career, he ended up filing for

bankruptcy in 2016 due to "credit card debts of [over $340,000] and savings of [roughly

$223]."

Markle's mother also filed for bankruptcy in 2002, citing "a $52,750 credit-card bill."

Meanwhile, Markle's half-sister, Samantha accused Markle of a lack of emotional and

financial support, as reported by Radar Online.

But, not surprisingly, Markle and Samantha aren't exactly close.

Her sister cashes in

Samantha Markle is Thomas Markle's eldest child from his first marriage.

She only recently started using the surname Markle — previously going by Grant — in

what some view as a bid to ride the coattails of her sister's fame.

Case in point?

She's currently penning a book with the working title, The Diary Of Princess Pushy's Sister.

She told Good Morning Britain, the book will delve into, quote, "the inter-racial evolution

of this country...since the Civil Rights Act", as well as,

"How that intersects with this recent event with my sister… and how sad it was going

through it all."

But her brother, Tom Jr., who she is also estranged from, isn't buying it.

He told The Daily Mail,

"She's obviously doing this for her little flash in the pan fame and fortune."

But Markle is estranged from Tom Jr. as well.

Her brother's side of the story

Now living in Oregon and working as a "window-fitter," Thomas Markle Jr. has also been in the media

since his sister hit the royal radar.

He explained his estrangement from his famous sis to The Daily Mail, saying,

"There was no big falling out.

Suits took her to a whole other level of fame.

She got new friends, mixed in fancy circles.

I was married and living my life.

We stopped being close."

But in January 2017, Tom Jr. was arrested and charged with,

"Menacing, pointing a firearm at another person, and unlawful use of a weapon"

...after an alleged drunken confrontation with his girlfriend.

The charges were eventually dropped, and Tom Jr. promised that he would seek help, in a

statement.

It's a family mess that Markle has aptly chosen not to address in public.
