Hey Family, I am Carlos

and in this video we will realize

that most of the emotional crises, of which we have already spoken,

are caused by a type of thoughts called irrational ideas.

This is Andar Ligeros.

We can compare irrational ideas with childish demands,

that is, they look like the tantrums of a child

who cries rampant because his mother

does not want to buy sweets.

There are millions of irrational ideas,

because these exaggerated ideas are simply inventions

and our imagination has no limits.

However, the basic irrational ideas

that people hold

are classified into 3 groups:

I must! Do everything well or very well.

People must! treat me well always, with justice and consideration.

Things must be! always favorable for me.

When we have little emotional force,

we are full of demands and when these are not met,

we get angry, we get depressed, we fill with anxiety,

we blame others, or even worse, ourselves.

These demands on ourselves and others

are the basis of emotional crises.

By having these irrational ideas

we imagine that the reality should be in a certain way,

without taxes, without traffic, without difficulties to park,

without difficulties at work, without difficulties with our couple

and when this is not the case we get angry.

We become unrealistic

and behave like children saying:

"The universe should spinn in the direction I say."

In moments of "crisis",

stop for a moment and think

that all those demands are not necessary to be happy.

Forget the "must"

and take advantage of what you do have

and what reality makes available to you every day.

Having rational ideas is more positive

because they are more flexible,

they don't put obstacles in the way and don't generate stress.

As the following 3 rational ideas.

I would like to do things well, but I do not need it to enjoy the day.

I would like people to treat me well, but I can live without it.

I would like things to be favorable for me! But it is not always like that and I accept it.

An emotionally strong person

is one who does not demand, but prefers.

Realizes that life and others

are not to satisfy absurd demands.

But most importantly,

realizes that does not need any of that to be happy!

If we clear our mind of irrational demands,

we will realize what life offers to enjoy.

Do not forget that each of us,

we have the power to choose which way to think.

The choice is yours!

It is pretty obvious that experiencing slumps is quite upsetting and everyone can experience

it at any time.

This kind of situation makes you feel unmotivated.

If you are in such circumstances, maybe you have struggled to break out of it and you

are unable, then you don't have to worry.

There are ways in which you can get motivated in your life.

1. ACCEPT THE SLUMP It is important to accept the tumble.

This is the key point that you should note for you to stay motivated.

The best thing is to try not to expect much and bear in mind that there are downswings

in life.

If you accept the fact that you are in a tumble, then you will be able to encourage yourself

and stay motivated.I know that you try to find things to stay motivated but this will

help you.

Be real with yourself but don't overthink it.

2. TAKE ACTION One you have fully accepted this slump, you

will be able to take action because before it happened, you had goals to accomplish.

At this point, you can ignore the downswing and move on.

Try to accomplish all the goals that you had planned and you will definitely feel motivated.

Taking an action will make you feel better.Taking action for some of us it's very hard, but

you got to brake through.

"The journey of 1000 miles always begins with just one step."

3. AVOID OVER THINKING

When you are in a slump it is obvious that you will think deeply.

The best advice is to avoid such excessive negative thoughts in your mind.

Thinking too much may even lead to mental health issues such as depression.

You can simply try to forget what happened and move on with your present plans.A good

way geting away from this habit of over-thinking it's to do yoga and meditate.

4. START FRESH AND REWARD YOURSELF

A slump may sometimes affect your capability to work but this doesn't mean that you will

quit.

The right thing to do is to start fresh and go away with your current routine that caused

the downswing.

If you start a new, work hard and then reward yourself for you to stay motivated.If you

cannot change your routine 100% at once then take it little by little.Doing to much may

stres you even more so take baby steps if you have to but remember

"Always move, don;t settle"

5. LEARN FROM SUCCESFULL PEOPLE

Achieving a goal is not as simple as it may sound.

Many successful people have a long story to tell and you should learn from them.

Keep in mind that their success had some downturn.

So you are not the only one.

Use all of their stories to motivate yourself in your daily activities keeping in mind that

you must succeed.

Work hard to improve your productivity.

Don't let the tumble win you.Watching other people how they succeded and overcomed they'r

fears and difficult moments it's very helpfull.Making a habit watching a few minutes a day will

improve your state of mind tremendously.

If you really want to motivate yourself, having a positive mind will make you move forward.The

aforementioned ways will greatly help you to break out of the tumble and stay motivated.

okay so this is a can-do clamp this thing is a maximum opening for my ders

here laying flat at two and three quarters of an inch and that's on either

side you can run one piece of stock on this you can run two together to make

that perfect 90 degrees or you can do a long pass through here and do a tee

joint there if you're doing a pass through item it must be one of three

quarters of an inch or less going all the way through the corner they're just

showing you really quickly it pivots here up at the top where the threads go

through there's a little bit of play but it does tighten up nice and snug the

entire body here is nice and heavy-duty it's made out of aluminum so it's

anti-magnetic the threaded part itself is steel and that is magnetic and it's

got a rust or corrosion resistant coating on it and here we're showing you

the thickness of the opening here that's one and a half inches so I'm going to

use this for B boxes to put them together six inches across the bottom

and of course it has the openings here so you can bolt it down and again you

can move it all the way over to one side or the other so you can clamp just one

piece of wood with it I don't know why you'd want to do that but you certainly

can do that it also handles two pieces of wood where that thicknesses are not

congruent so one can be thicker than the other just as long as the thickness of

that wood is under two and three quarters of an inch you're good to go

point here what I do is I went corner to corner opposite one another and I put

two of these in and once we clamp up the boxes and then we measured from corner

to corner side to side and found that they're both exact so the 90-degree

aspect of this is spot-on at least well within any tolerances of

any measuring gear that I have at my disposal so I recommend that you get at

least two of them they're really fantastic I'm absolutely pleased with it

Irish Water Spaniel

Guess what the Irish Water Spaniel was bred for?

You guessed it – water.

More specifically, retrieving birds over bodies of water.

So while swimming is his specialty, so is pleasing his family, which makes him a wonderful

companion.

Those beautiful thick curls won't maintain themselves, so daily brushing is required,

and you should probably get to know your groomer well.

Komondor

Instantly recognizable for it's "dreads", the Komondor looks more like a giant mop with

a tongue.

This sheepdog looks a lot like a sheep and doesn't require any brushing—talk about

easy grooming!

The Komondor's coarse white coat is divided into dreadlocks, so there's nothing to brush,

and the cords require infrequent trimming.

The downside is that with white fur, the Komondor need to be bathed often and will also take

a quite a while to dry.

Labradoodle

This is the only hybrid breed on our list and it's mostly here because the Labradoodle

is one of the more well-established hybrid breeds and has found work in a variety of

fields including as an assistance dog.

The Labradoodle is a cross between a Labrador Retriever and a Standard Poodle.

It should be noted that not all Labradoodles are non-shedding.

And if non-shedding is truly what you're after, search for a highly recommended breeder

that has carefully bred the Labradoodle for these desirable traits.

Portuguese Water Dog

Here we go, another dog with Water in his name.

But unlike the Irish Water Spaniel, the Portuguese Water Dog wasn't bred to hunt, but to fish.

He is athletic, intelligent, friendly, and clever.

The Portie as he is called by aficionados is a wonderful companion that loves people

and other dogs.

But more than anything he loves being in the water.

By adopting a Portie you sign an unwritten contract that you'll treat this dog to a lake,

river, or pool from time to time.

In return, he will show you an endless amount of love and obedience.

He's a great, friendly family pet, and can do well in an apartment, but he's got plenty

of energy, so you're going to have to get used to brisk daily walks.

Saluki

One of the oldest dog breeds known to man, the Saluki is believed to have existed over

6000 years ago.

He's not the most affectionate of dogs on this list, but he is friendly and makes a

good family pet.

He is calm and gentle and prefers a comfortable lifestyle that includes warm blankets.

He has a good amount of energy and oh, did we mention he can run up to 42mph.

Might want to get those running shoes on.

Black Russian Terrier

Now if you want a really big dog, you can bring one of these Eurasian working dogs into

your home.

The Black Russian Terrier learns quickly, can be protective of his family, and needs

a lot of attention and exercise.

That said, his coarse double coat doesn't require much maintenance aside from periodic

brushing and trimming a few times per year.

You may not have realized Poodles could come in extra-large, but this curly retriever can

please in any size.

Elegant, athletic, hardy, and clever.

These are a few of the Standard Poodle's best qualities.

Like smaller Poodles, the Standard Poodle has thick fur which may require professional

grooming to manage.

Then, regular brushing and bathing should be enough home maintenance to keep a Poodle

looking his best.
