We're Back! - Duration: 2:02.

Hey guys! We are back.

It's been a whole month, but we have returned.

We've done a lot of personal work and healed a lot over a break so that was great

and I'm posting two videos today.

One to give you a little update on all the cool things we've added to our channel

and one is an actual educational video. So as you can see we have an opening animation now,

and it's gonna be a little bit different for everyone who hosts the video

which you'll see when Daniel's video comes up next week.

We also hit a major milestone over the break which is 2,000 subscribers, so thank you guys so much!

We've loved talking to you on social media while we've been taking our little hiatus, as well.

We did have to get rid of our Instagram because of a concern with privacy that popped up

but we're still on Tumblr and Twitter so feel free to follow us there. We post regularly. We love interacting with you guys.

It's a great experience. You're a great community and it just really makes our day.

Finally, we have decided to sort of expand and have a little more fun with our channel

so in addition to making educational videos for you guys

we also thought it'd be fun for you to see, kind of, us going about our daily lives, sort of.

Kit's gonna be doing some makeup tutorials.

Lito has decided that he wants to start experiencing the world firsthand

so he is going to be videotaping sort of his adventures going out trying new foods and having new experiences

and just kind of getting used to what life in this world is like.

Daniel might be doing anime reviews. That's kind of up in the air still, but yeah.

We're just kind of brainstorming with a lot of really fun ideas.

If there's something you'd like to see let us know in the comments.

We are always open to suggestions, so yeah, that's about it. It's great to be back

cooking video with mom so healthy snacks right you're trying to be healthy we

don't know what to eat so my mom has introduced me to this new snack what do

you call it like it's it kale no it's so good like I don't know what it

is about it but what do you do first of all total you do so I just pealed the

kale off the stock and I'm gonna slice it I cut it up and then the only

ingredients you need is salt, red pepper this is red pepper ground red

pepper but I usually use red pepper flakes but this is what we have today is

now ghee and this is ghee in the jar if you buy it by yourself

and this is ghee we made today I think he just get hot it's a little too hot right

now so we're gonna take it over here like hole down why I cut up the rest

and you want to cut it that kind of small I'd not cut your hands your

fingers I'll show you when it's done so you guys

are probably wondering why all these necessary things we're using ingredients

wise in this kale mix up so for example this is not normal red red salt or real

salt what's so special about this salt mom again

so the real salt is from the Great Salt Lake that's that's why this salt is so

is so good okay so that's the one of the first ingredients we're using the second

ingredient is ground red pepper red pepper flakes instead use red pepper

flakes instead so why is the red pepper a healthy ingredient now either why

is the red pepper good because the red pepper is so anything spicy will help

your metabolism bump up and so the spiciness is gonna make you slim down
