So I'd love to start with a quick speed round--
—OK. MICHELLE LEMA: of...
MICHELLE LEMA: --would you rathers--
Here we go. MICHELLE LEMA: --about Marvel.
OK.
Would you rather battle Thanos or baby Groot?
[BLOWS AIR] Uh, Thanos, probably.
Yeah, baby Groot, he's going to bring everything.
Would you rather go to dinner with Hulk or Bruce Banner?
Bruce Banner. MICHELLE LEMA: OK.
TOM HIDDLESTON: Yeah. MICHELLE LEMA: Yeah.
TOM HIDDLESTON: I mean, the Hulk's
just terrible, no table manners, yeah, just
throwing his food at everybody.
Can you imagine?
I can't--
I can't imagine.
There wouldn't be a restaurant left.
There really wouldn't be.
Yeah, so definitely Banner, yeah.
It's just a softer, gentler evening out, I would say.
Would you rather go on a road trip
with Loki, your character, or Thor?
I mean, you go on a road trip with Loki,
you know it's going to be interesting, don't you?
It may not be long.
He may just abandon you by the side of the road.
He just would be like, I'm having this vehicle,
or spaceship, or motorcycle... whichever
motor travel you fancy taking.
And then he'll just leave you there.
He'd be like, I'm taking this.
I'm off on my own.
I feel like Thor would be a slightly
more personable companion.
What do you think?
I'd go with— I'd go with Loki.
You would? MICHELLE LEMA: Yes.
Excellent choice. MICHELLE LEMA: Yes, thank you.
Thank you. Thank you.
Now if you could describe Loki in one word, what would it be?
Oh, goodness.
Mischievous.
MICHELLE LEMA: Love that.
Speaking of Loki, let's talk a little bit about being on set.
Can you tell me what you're most memorable moment was?
On this film?
On this film.
Probably just working with everybody, honestly.
Like, it's such a pleasure working with these actors.
And some of them I've worked with before many times.
And there were some new actors I'd never worked with.
But to do it in this context--
that's the thrill for me is standing opposite actors I've
admired and respected all my life in this universe that I've
been in for nine years.
And the characters are so well made,
and they have such a kind of unique precision, each of them,
that just seeing what happens in the space between them
is thrilling.
MICHELLE LEMA: Is Loki really a bad guy?
Or is he just misunderstood?
Oh, he's just misunderstood, yeah.
I thought so.
Totally, yeah.
And that has been the great privilege
I've had in playing him is that the way he was written--
you know, I started the characterization
as Thor's equal brother, ally, and friend.
And then through the course of that first film, you realize--
he realizes for the first time, and the audience
realized with him, that he's not, in fact, Thor's brother
and may not, in fact, be Thor's ally... or equal.
And there is so much vulnerability, and rage,
and despair, and confusion that comes
from those revelations, which turns him into the antagonist.
And then on top of that, you've got all his charm,
and charisma, and wit.
So it makes him, for me, a very unique character.

BREAKING: Tragic News About Fox News' Jesse Watters – Fans Left In Complete Disbelief. - Duration: 4:12.
BREAKING: Tragic News About Fox News' Jesse Watters – Fans Left In Complete Disbelief.
Fox News host Jesse Watters is the network's most popular personality, slinging political
commentary in a way that's not just brutally honest, eloquent and intelligent, but exceptionally
entertaining as well.
He's the station's golden boy for obvious reasons of being young, attractive, and electric
and a favorite of President Donald Trump's.
Now fans are shocked by what they're learning today after tragic news about the host has
been revealed, that's also leaving many feeling furious over what has happened.
Watters was just at White House dinner on Thursday having been personally invited by
President the president.
Trump is reportedly a huge fan of his and former White House adviser Sebastian Gorka,
and wanted the two of them there because "he couldn't get enough of them on TV."
This is a sentiment that many conservative Americans can agree with, as viewership for
when Watters is on tends to soar for Fox News.
However, we're now learning who Watters' number one fan is who has just played an enormous
part in destroying his life.
The popular 39-year-old host had just tweeted a picture of his White House dinner menu that
had been personally signed by Trump with a message to that read "To Jesse, You are
great!"
It was a thoughtful gesture that Watters was rightfully proud of, as anyone would be, which
is why he posted it on Twitter.
Shortly after, the truth about what he was really up to came out.
Now, his life will never be the same in a number of devastating ways by his own decision.
New York Daily Mail reports:
The network's prominent host Jesse Watters — who dined on Monday with President Trump
— is in the midst of divorce due to an affair with a 25-year-old associate producer.
Watters' wife, Noelle Watters, filed for divorce in October.
The couple has twin girls.
Sources said the 39-year-old host informed the network of his adulterous relationship
with Emma DiGiovine shortly after Noelle filed divorce papers.
DiGiovine was transferred to "The Ingraham Angle."
DiGiovine and Watters are still dating, sources said.
A woman at DiGiovine's home in Cranford, N.J., declined to comment."Within 24 hours
of Jesse Watters voluntarily reporting to the Chief of Human Resources in November 2017
that he was in a consensual relationship with a woman on his staff, management met with
both parties and a decision was made for the woman to be transferred to work on another
program on the network where she currently remains," the spokesperson said.
It's truly tragic when a marriage doesn't work out for a reason like this, especially
when there are children in the middle of it.
It also doesn't seem like Watters was trying to hide his affair, which could suggest that
perhaps there were some irreconcilable marital issues between he and his wife.
That's certainly no excuse for infidelity, but the left is already using the situation
to attack the conservative host, ignoring the prolific infidelity within their own party.
"Sources said rumors of the host's relationship with DiGiovine spread within the network late
last year as both posted social media photos of their outings together, including on a
Caribbean vacation," NYDailyNews explained.
Both Watters and DiGiovine are reportedly still in a relationship together even after
the announcement of his divorce.
It will be interesting to see if or how long they remain a couple after, or if the stress
of the public scenario will break them.
In the meantime, the mainstream media who never said a negative word about MSNBC's
co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski having a long affair that ended Joe's marriage
as the two remain together today, wants to rake Watters and Fox News networks as a whole
over the coals for this.
Infidelity is not acceptable, nor is treating one affair like a sweet love story and another
like a sleazy scandal, all based on political affiliations.
what do you think about this?

I couldn't be more excited to announce
that this Fall Cal State Channel Islands
will offer the first two "Z-majors" in the entire CSU -- and quite possibly the first
two Z-majors of any four-year university in the nation.
This means that Communication and
Early Childhood Studies students will have a
pathway through the curriculum that
allows them to complete their degree
without having to purchase a single textbook.
Faculty within Communication and
Early Childhood Studies aren't
the only ones who are working to save
students money through our openCI efforts.
In total, faculty from nearly 20 programs
across campus have committed
to redesigning their classes
with no cost/low cost course materials,
resulting in savings of nearly
$500,000 for our students.
With our unique student body,
combined with the rising cost of textbooks,
this couldn't come at a better time.
So... as you consider what materials
you'll use in the coming semester,
I urge you to consider student needs.
Consider alternatives to traditional
and expensive textbooks such as
journal articles, government documents,
Open Educational Resources,
or a combination thereof.
And consider partnering with our openCI efforts
to help increase students accessibility
and the likelihood of success.
I know our students will appreciate it,
and so will I.

Blake Shelton Has Something to Say About Miranda Lambert Dating a Married Man! - Duration: 5:45.
Blake Shelton Has Something to Say About Miranda Lambert Dating a Married Man!
Shade. Thrown. Blake Shelton took to Twitter on Wednesday, April 25 to seemingly diss his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, who is now dating a married man following her highly-publicized split from boyfriend Anderson East.
Blake, whos happily been dating Gwen Stefani for nearly three years, wrote, Been taking the high road for a long time.
I almost gave up. But I can finally see something on the horizon up there!! Wait!! Could it be?! Yep!! It's karma!! on the social media platform.
Ouch! Its been reported that Mirandas cheating was what led to her divorce from Blake in 2015.
In Touch Weekly exclusively reported that Miranda is now seeing Turnpike Troubadours frontman, Evan Felker, who is technically still married to wife Staci Felker.
Evan and Staci tied the knot in the fall of 2016, but in mid-February of 2018, he filed for divorce.
However, sources tell us Miranda is not the reason their split.
In fact, Evan and Miranda are still in the early stages of their relationship.
Theyre figuring it out. Its in the early stages; theyre still getting to know each other, an insider shared.
Blakes tweet comes just a few days after the country star and Gwen ran into Miranda at the American Country Music Awards.
However, it seems Miranda was the one to get the last laugh at the award show.
A source told In Touch Weekly that Gwen and Blake sat still and did not exchange glances or words with one another the entire time..
There were many moments throughout the night when people socialized, but Blake and Gwen remained in their seats, the witness added.
No one approached to speak to them..
Blake and Miranda were previously married for four years, from 2011 until 2015.
And now, three years after their split, Blake is ready to take the next steps with Gwen.
Gwen had her last child at 44, and at 48, she says she's healthier than ever, a source previously told Life & Style.
Her dream is to marry Blake and have his child.
And announcing her pregnancy to friends and family on their big day would make the wedding all the more special.
They're both so overjoyed..

Interesting facts about Russian Village | Listening Practice - Duration: 18:49.
So, the Russian village.
It is very different from any city.
First, there are no multi-storey large houses.
Every inhabitant of the village there is a small house
and the land on which they grow food:
vegetables, fruits, etc.
And the Russian villages, I think, are very different from the villages,
for example, in the US or in Britain, because in the first place
they are based on rural economy.
People in the villages are very rare work.
Most often they do not work generally, or they have
some ... as part-time, yes ... this is such a part-time job.
They may take several hours work in a shop, in a library
or somewhere else (in any local organization).
But still the main accent goes to agriculture.
That is, all products that they eat, they grow
themselves.
But let's start in order.
I will tell you an individual facts about the Russian countryside.
And the first thing I'd like to know about say: not everywhere, but in most
Russian villages do not have water supply.
That is, there is not brought water, such as in the city,
when in every apartment we open the tap and we
the water flows.
In the villages usually such no.
Therefore, they use called wells.
Well can be two species.
I will leave here two pictures: the first calls the Crane,
because he looks like a bird crane that is worth
on one leg, and the second - The standard.
In both cases we use bucket for lifting
water from a well.
Water in wells is usually very good and clean,
because it comes there from underground groundwater
water.
And usually, if with nature everything is fine around here, this water
much better than water in the city.
Also in the villages very often there is no gas.
That is, again, if in city we (open) include
plate, and we have gas, then in the village (not everywhere!
- again), but in many the villages simply do not.
Because the gas needs to be pulled from the city, it's pretty worth it
expensive, and unfortunately not everywhere such is present.
That's why so many people cooked in conventional ovens.
Russian stove (stove).
This stove is heated with firewood and the dishes are prepared straight
inside of it.
Here you can see, what a Russian stove looks like.
You can also sleep on it in winter, that it was warm.
In addition, this furnace is used for heating the house in winter.
Because the central heating, of course, in
the village also does not.
And every person should to stove the stove all winter long with firewood
or coal to constantly keep the house warm.
Facilities such as shower and the toilet is also usually located
on the street.
And even in winter people are forced to go outside to
go to the toilet.
Well, unfortunately, such conditions...
Although some make a shower and the toilet is at home.
You ask how in this case people wash themselves in winter,
if the shower is outside, then -20 hardly anyone will go there
bathe.
Yes, and the water there for sure will turn into ice.
In that case, I think, that most have
Large basins or some kind of troughs in which people wash themselves
with the help of a heated oven water.
And many people in the village there is a separate summer kitchen.
This is the kitchen, which is usually not heated in winter,
but in the summer when on the street warm, in the kitchen is also warm,
and people usually go out to cook all in the summer kitchen.
Especially it concerns conservation.
After all, people in the villages always canned vegetables and fruits
for the winter, then it was what is.
This process is very lengthy, it takes up a lot of space,
it can be a bit dirty, and also, usually in the process
conservation, we get a lot of steam, because
that everything is boiling, bubbling, so much easier to do
it's not in the house, but in the summer kitchen.
To a minimum of dampness and smells was in the very
house.
Houses are prepared only in winter, when the summer kitchen is too
cold for this.
Now let's talk about how it looks like
yard (maybe not any, but most of the yards)
in the Russian countryside.
Of course there is a house in which people live, have a summer
kitchen, as I said, in most cases, toilet, shower, also
there is a courtyard.
In the farmyard there live Pets.
It can be cows, bulls, Goats, ducks, geese, chickens, there
can live even a dog and a cat, turkeys ... who else
it can be? .. Well, in principle, any pets,
which can be grown owners.
For example, rabbits also belong here.
Usually they are all collected in one place, which is called
economic yard, or sometimes "barnyard", because
that cattle are just domestic animals.
Next comes such a part territory, which is called
GARDEN, A vegetable garden is a place, where vegetables are grown
and, possibly, some berries, for example, strawberries.
And the last part of the yard called GARDEN, in the garden grow
fruit trees.
Usually garden and garden look a little differently, because
that in the garden we grow vegetables, and in the garden we have big
trees (fruit trees).
I hope now this the difference will be remembered - between
garden and kitchen garden.
How does it usually go the life of people in such a village?
In winter people rest.
In the village there is practically nothing doing winter.
Because of some entertaining establishments there practically
no.
And the main job is done summer, spring and autumn,
but not in the winter.
Therefore, in winter people usually rest, read, watch
TV, in general, are being prepared to a new season (agricultural
season).
In the spring people dig through a garden to make the land
soft, loose, so that it "breathed", then planted seedlings,
plant different vegetables and seeds, water them and after that
grow these vegetables.
During the whole summer they follow them.
Almost every day they need to be weeded, then
there is a clean up extra grass, water in the morning and
in the evening, because summer Usually we have a very
and the rains are not as often as I'd like
would.
Although it depends on the region, of course.
And collect these vegetables to partially eat them, and partly
they can be preserved winter.
In the spring, some people also use greenhouses to
grow these plants: vegetables and greens as possible
earlier, and already in the spring they have Have an opportunity
have these vegetables.
Not in the summer, but in the spring.
During the whole summer there is a also active work with
animals, because it is In the spring there are chickens,
goslings, ducklings, even calves.
And naturally during all summer cow also
Gives milk.
A cow needs to be milked about two to three times as much as
I know, I do not remember exactly.
That is, two to three times a day usually the first time a cow
need to milk very early in the morning, about five o'clock
morning.
I remember when I was in the village my aunt did it regularly
and I was surprised, how in general you can wake up so early.
It also takes care of all animals during the summer
and in the autumn the harvest is going to, again the earth is being dug up
and most animals, also cut.
THAT are those animals that were grown over the summer they
go to food, right?
And just in the autumn this process happens, someone does
stew, someone is selling meat, someone salt it well
there are absolutely possible different options, who like
uses this meat in the end.
Like I said most people do not work, however
It is impossible to survive only due to products and animals,
which you have, so part of these products usually
people sell to get money for everything else
- some other purchases, not related to food.
One of the most likely popular businesses in the countryside
is an apiary.
An apiary is a territory on which are the hives in which
live bees that produce honey.
And honey is usually the most expensive agricultural
product, that is, people, who are engaged in apiary
usually this honey is sold and it brings the biggest
profit.
Because, for example, milk, dairy products, vegetables
or even meat bring not so good profit
as honey, so in the villages a lot of beekeepers,
that is, people who are engaged in bees.
And this is a very interesting process, My uncle the beekeeper and I in
childhood even looked in the beehive in this special
cap that closes face from bees and it's stunning
experience, it's very interesting and very unusual.
To a cow that is the wether of the family in the village
had a good winter people during the summer mow
hay, that is mow the grass, dry it and during the winter
this hay people feed cow.
Therefore very often if you come to the village
you can see such large sheaves of hay and straw, which
stalk for animals that they could lie on it
during the winter and not freeze.
Generally speaking, the Russians villages look very
beautiful, really very romantically for nothing
many Russian writers and the poets sang Russian
the village.
For example, Sergei Yesenin very fond of the Russian countryside,
because from the outside it is really looks
very nice: small colorful houses, animals,
sheaves of hay near some bright field of wheat or
buckwheat, or something else.
Really from the side it all looks amazing
and if you like extreme rest or even not extreme,
but an unusual rest then you you can visit to
to see with my own eyes all this, but live in Russian
the villages are very difficult now.
Because the conditions in which people live hard to name
modern and natural people's lives in the countryside are very
heavy, they are very much work and, basically,
It is a physical work that harms health,
Often.
There is practically no infrastructure, that is
people can not actually normally rest there,
and they can not be enough earn well, because
that the products that they produce, it costs
very cheap.
Of course there are exceptions, there are large farm
farms, that is farmers, who have
The technique for which this is it is business, and they grow
a huge number of vegetables, meat and so on and sell
him under contracts with some serious supermarkets,
markets and so on and earn on this, well, more, enough
for existence and development this business.
But ordinary people sell all these products are really
for a penny, that is very cheap.
And to name their standard of living high, it would be stupidity
because in fact, Unfortunately, it is not.
I very much hope that in the future villages can still
develop and become better for local residents,
but so far there is a tendency to the reduction of villages,
their number and number population in the villages, because
that young people in the main they leave for the city.
Because there are more opportunities.
I hope this trend time will change and all
change for the better let's be optimistic.
Fuh, well, for today I think that's all, I hope it was
interesting.

Immigration Officer Arrested, and LOOK What Everyone's Noticing About Her
We really don't want to go THERE, but the obvious is staring us all right in the face.
The State of Maine has arrested one of its own immigration officers.
Typically, that would be entirely uninteresting.
But this time, it's not.
The officer arrested is one Zahra Munye Abu, herself an immigrant from Somalia.
In fact, Abu is the very first Somali Muslim to become an immigration officer in the state.
She was arrested at a nightclub concert on charges of assault, battery, resisting arrest,
disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and trespassing.
Wow, that's quite the list of charges, and definitely calls into question her dedication
as an officer
of
the law.
