Can we hear an example of how discipleship works in a believer's life? - Duration: 3:32.
Ankerberg: Bill, you've got folks that you have seen that have dared to trust Jesus,
that He means what He says, that if we go He will use us, He will go with us, and something
will happen.
Talk about that.
Hull: Well, these two guys, Frank and Richard, came to see me.
And they were both in their early 70's.
And they said, "We want to change our church.
We read this book of yours," and they held it up and they had it marked.
"We're ready to go."
And then one of them, Dick, he says "The problem is that I can't remember a lot because
I have the early onset of Alzheimer's."
But the other guy, Frank, had a clipboard, and he was writing everything down.
And they belonged to a significantly large church in southern California, and they said,
"We want to change it.
We want to do this."
And I'm thinking, I don't know if they can do this or not.
And so we're having lunch and, and God started talking to me.
And this doesn't happen very often, especially when I'm eating.
But what happened was He says, "You do it."
And I said, "What?"
"You do it."
So I just blurted out to these men, "I'll do it."
And so, I said, "But I'll only do it if you guys will memorize Scripture."
And they looked at me, "You've got to be kidding."
But I said, "No, that's the rule."
So I started meeting with them.
And the second week we started the Scripture memory, Romans 12:1-2.
And we went around the table.
I quoted it first, and then several of the people tried.
And the guy with early onset, he stood up, and he tried to give it, and I wouldn't
bail him out.
He was stumbling.
He wasn't getting it, he was getting everything mixed up.
And everybody felt quite nervous.
But I just said, "Well, you'll do better next time."
And then we had other guys, and these guys were, some of them were CEO's, men who had
been really successful in life.
The next week they came back and they got it.
And when Dick, who was the man with the memory issues, was able to get close, everybody stood
and applauded, and tears were streaming down their faces.
And this was just Scripture memory.
It went on from there to "encourage your wife."
And we said, "Let's encourage somebody next week."
And two guys came back and said, "I couldn't do it.
I tried, but I just couldn't do it."
And so, "We'll pray for you."
And the next week they both came back and they had done it.
And again it was a celebration.
And I told these men, I said, "You guys are kind of,… we're all kind of old and
washed up.
And here's the deal.
John Wesley said, 'Give me 50 men who fear nothing but God, hate nothing but sin, and
refuse to know anything other than Jesus Christ crucified, and I will turn the world upside
down.'"
And these seven or eight men that I worked with, now they have over 100 men.
And they just continued on what I did with them for a year.
And they're faithful; and it's remarkable what God did through these men.

Jurgen Klopp's side can repeat Liverpool's Champions League success of 2005 - Duration: 4:53.
Jurgen Klopp's side can repeat Liverpool's Champions League success of 2005
Champions League winner Vladimir Smicer sees similarities between Liverpool's 2005 side and Jurgen Klopp's current team.
When former Reds midfielder Smicer and his team-mates lifted the trophy—for the fifth time—under Rafael Benitez, they finished 37 points adrift of Premier League champions Chelsea.
There is a significant gap this season, albeit only half what the final totals were 13 years ago, to table-toppers Manchester City.
But Smicer does not think the gulf between the two will be that evident as they meet in the Champions League quarter-final first leg at Anfield on Wednesday.
Of course I didn't like them drawing Manchester City, it was the last team I wanted to play but we can beat them because we already beat them in the league," he told Press Association Sport at an event to promote the LFC Foundation, Liverpool's official charity.
I think it is great motivation for the lads and our players to show they are as good as anyone else and if they can beat them then I think we have a good chance to go all the way.
For us we were not doing so well in the league in 2005 but we felt it was our chance in the Champions League.
We knew we were a good team but were quite far away from the first in the league and we couldn't win the league.
But the Champions League, we saw as a chance to do something special and it is similar with the current team.
An attacking game is expected between the top-flight's two highest-scoring teams this season and Smicer believes Liverpool have the firepower to match Pep Guardiola's all-conquering side, whose only Premier League defeat came at Anfield in January.
They knew they are a very good team and can score good goals and are very strong going forward and now—with Virgil van Dijk at the back—we are even stronger so our form is getting higher and higher, he added.
I am enjoying the way they are playing with Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.
Salah is unbelievable.
The amount of goals he has scored is incredible.
But it is not just about these three.
They need support and as a team it is really enjoyable to watch.
I am a big fan of Jurgen Klopp because he is doing this work with the team where we try to play offensive.
They might not be first in the league but I like the way they are playing and that is important for me.
Klopp has been criticised for not reining in his all-out style when the occasion demands it, especially when they have looked fallible at the back.
However, the club-record signing of Virgil van Dijk in January for £75 million appears to have made them more solid and former Czech Republic international Smicer believes that could have a bearing in the outcome of the quarter-final.
He added: I think defence is important.
When we won the Champions League in 2005 we did not concede too many goals: we didn't concede in the semi-final, in the quarter-final we conceded only one goal.
It is vital to be strong at the back and then if you can score something it is a bonus—but defence is important.
I think Van Dijk has made a difference.
Liverpool are stronger with him than without and he is definitely making a difference..

4 THINGS Google Web Analytics Report Can Teach You [TODAY] - Duration: 2:35.
4 Things Web Analytics Can Teach You.
Brick-and-mortar stores often change displays, move goods around, and put impulse items beside
checkouts. The reason behind these changes is theyre analyzing customer traffic, and
studying behavioral patterns to understand how consumers shop. As an online retailer,
you need to study your customer traffic as well, in order to increase sales.
Listen, Your Customers Are Talking
. Google Analytics analyze your customers shopping patterns. They follow where your
customers click, and what web pages on your site they visit, and provide you with valuable
info on how your customers experience your website. Here are 4 Things Web Analytics Can
Teach You.
Number 1. You see which keywords bring you, not only the most hits, but also the highest
conversion rates. People often find the generic words they use bring them a great deal of
traffic, but that traffic averages a shorter stay on the site. The longer people spend
on your site, the more likely they are to buy something. Analyzing that data allows
you to see which keywords are effective for you.
Number 2. You see the average amount of time users spend on your site. Due to latent conversion,
this is a good indicator of how business will be in the coming months. If your users are
taking their time, looking at things carefully, that tells you theyre really interested
and will likely come back to complete the transaction.
Number
3. You see if your traffic is leaving as soon as they hit your landing page, you know you
have a problem. As soon as users get there, you want to reinforce to them theyre in
the right place.
Number 4. You see where people are exiting your site. This is especially important when
you have customers leaving in the middle of checkout. If you see a high rate of users,
with full shopping carts, leaving on a particular page, you can pinpoint whats costing you
sales.
Web analytics puts you in a position to see whats working on your website and what
isnt. Its a grate way to see where you need to make changes, and then measure how
effective those changes are.

Can Ego Be Your Best Trait? The Success Mindset Podcast #8 - Duration: 7:39.
Hey everybody I'm Sam and this is the success mindset Entiversal podcast and
today I want to talk about something very interesting that who probably
sounds you a bit crazy at the beginning and it is that a big ego can actually be
very good tink and you know how you can bring your big ego to actually make you
selfless and you know people and just let me tell you if you're watching this
on YouTube and would like to see more of my videos or the success mindset podcast
you can see that in the top right of your screen in the card section and also
make sure to subscribe and turn on notifications for more quality videos if
you're listening this on one of the podcast platforms make sure to subscribe
front voice or podcast and you can also find the link into the channel
description to my youtube page where you can subscribe for more video content and
make sure to leave a review if you enjoyed the podcast so let's think of
people who really change the world wide who probably changed even the course of
history and nobody can argue that there were very big people they were they were
very good people and they helped coal nations or millions of people right
let's think of Martin Luther King let's think of Thomas Jefferson right he wrote
the Declaration of Independence let's think of Albert Einstein for example
write a little bit into the science he has a such a big impression on what we
know about the world now right you think about Mahatma Gandhi let's think about
Abraham Lincoln right who was fighting to the slavery and really had a vision
for a better America let's think about a Nikola Tesla let's think about Nelson
Mandela right and we can go on and on right and those are really really big
people and what they had was an idea right a vision for a better future the
head of vision about a country about a group of people about what they can
actually bring and discover as science or about freedom and it's all very very
good thinking all of us are happy that those people lived indeed
what they did and for most of the time especially if you look at Nelson Mandela
or Mahatma Gandhi most of all right or Martin Luther King right we would say
that they were so selfless and they helped so many people but let's just
think about that right so they had a vision they wanted to change the world
they wanted to do something and in their own way in their own vision which
happened to be very good for all other people right but they had a vision and
they decided to go after it with all the head you know they they risk everything
they sacrificed everything for their own vision right they had the confidence to
believe that they can actually can make a change and that they can change you
know their surroundings whole country you know the whole world so how does
that sound well that sounds to me like you know they were very confident people
in the head a big ego somebody would say right if we interpret ego that way right
they wanted to do things in their own way right and we're happy about that
right so their big ego you know bleeding so much in their own vision actually
made them change the world in a better direction and mail them selfless right
because their biggest goal was to make good and to leave a legacy and legacy of
something better and on a better future which kind of gets my point right if you
have a big ego and you want to do stuff that's only good for you but not for
everybody else this is a very bad thing but if you actually can some kind of
tune your ego right if you can tune your mind and ideas to want to leave a good
legacy to won't really change jinx you know around you in a better direction it
doesn't matter that you have a big ego because your big ego is actually good
for all other people which kind of gets from a point that your big ego could be
the best thing ever in the world why am I talking about that well kind of in our
minds you know we're thinking about or you know
ego is always bad and this is bad this is good and so on like black and white
but I don't think things are black and white
I always think the best part is to have a balance right to be in the middle of
the road and that's the hardest thing to do and you know trying to fight our ego
is is a battle we basically cannot win because let's face it everybody loves
themselves right everybody wants something good for themselves and
everybody wants to kind of save themselves oh that's like the normal
thing and the normal settings for people that's like 99.99% of the people and you
know why would you want to damage yourself in your mental state and job
psychology fighting that while instead you can just make a decision okay I have
a big evil right I love myself but let me just take that to know it and have my
goals be such goals that are good for other people and when it is good for me
because maybe what I do change things for me in a better direction true right
also I'm all about legacy and more all about people think the change in them
you know maybe seeing something of you that's left in other people and you know
now they are better because of you and that's like completes you know ego right
but guess what they'll thank you for it because other people also be in a better
position and I just believe this is the only thing you can do because if you
want to rage battle right with yourself in with your mind like you know how how
can you actually make something good for other people if you don't have peace in
your own mind so you know that was like my quick podcast today that I just
wanted to rant about in the success mindset are we just talking about things
that I believe are very very important for us
to tune our minds to change the way we perceive ourselves in the world around
us so we can be more successful in peace with yourself with good mental and so
physical health right and that actually propels us to success and if you want to
see more as I said make sure to subscribe on youtube it is youtube's
wash in travursel or on one of the podcast platforms and also you can find

How Liverpool can avoid exposing right-back flaws in crucial Man City showdown - Duration: 6:47.
How Liverpool can avoid exposing right-back flaws in crucial Man City showdown
Liverpools 2-1 win at Crystal Palace highlighted a familiar problem for Jurgen Klopp to consider ahead of Wednesdays clash with Man City.
The Reds fought back from a goal down to secure their 19th win of the Premier League campaign, maintaining their hopes of a second-placed finish come May.
Stepping off the turf at Selhurst Park, however, Klopps side will have swiftly turned their attentions to Europe, with City arriving at Anfield for the Champions League quarter-final first leg in midweek.
Another victory against a lesser side, particularly after the international break, will be a confidence-booster for Liverpool as they prepare for their biggest challenge of the season.
But the way in which Palace exploited the right-hand side of Klopps back line should be a cause for concern.
And setting up the Reds for victory over City as they bid for a place in the semi-finals, plugging the gap at right-back is of paramount importance.
Hodgson Follows Mourinhos Blueprint.
Pitting Klopp against Roy Hodgson on Saturday provided a stark reminder of the progress Liverpool have made as the decade has gone on.
Back in 2010, the Reds were playing some of the most turgid, uninspired football in recent memory, as Hodgsons distinct brand of conservative play prompted a downward spiral at Anfield.
Fortunately his reign lasted just six months and now, three managers later, Klopp is overseeing a major all-round improvement on Merseyside.
However, that Klopp is a significantly more accomplished manager than Hodgson did not guarantee an easy victory in Croydon, as the opening 45 minutes of the weekends win highlighted.
Wearing the same colours as three weeks previous, Liverpool were set against in exactly the same way as in the 2-1 loss away to Man United in mid-March.
Palace opted to pump balls long, with ex-Reds striker Christian Benteke the target, while the pacy Wilfried Zaha peeled off and settle into the space between Joel Matip and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Zaha, the Eagles best player, took advantage of the inexperienced Alexander-Arnold much in the same way Uniteds Marcus Rashford did in the defeat at Old Trafford.
It was an obvious approach, but one that Liverpool struggled to deal with in the first half, and it was arguably only until an enforced switch to a 3-4-3 formation in the final 20 minutes that the problem was solved.
As James Nalton explained in his excellent tactical analysis of this latest victory, shifting to a back three relieved the pressure on Alexander-Arnold, who instead operated as a wing-back.
Having already restored parity through Sadio Manes 48th-minute effort, the Reds system switch saw Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Andrew Robertson and Mohamed Salah combine for an excellent late winner.
This provided another victory over a smaller side, but now attentions turn to the most fearsome outfit in the league, standing in their way of a semi-final berth in Europe.
And there remains the possibility that, like Hodgson and Mourinho before him, Pep Guardiola could adopted a similar approach if Liverpools flaws remain.
Is Pep Willing to Go Long?.
This season, no Premier League has had more possession than City (66.
6%), no side has a higher pass success rate (88.
9%), no team averages fewer long balls per game (47) and no side wins fewer aerial duels (13.
City have played with sheer attacking ferocity this term, controlling games with ease and picking apart sides from the bottom to the top at will.
They are one win away from the title, and their effervescent brand of football makes them deserving champions, as Guardiolas famed ideals have set in well in his second campaign with the club.
However, while Guardiolas approach has, historically, seen his sides keep the ball on the ground, creating opportunities with excellent movement and inspired creativity, he is not dogmatic.
There is no guarantee Guardiola will set his side up to go all-out at Anfield, particularly given the way in which they were dismantled in the last league meeting in January.
Instead, it is feasible that the Spaniard instead takes his cues from his managerial inferiors, having noted a clear weakness in Liverpools setup.
There is certainly precedent for Guardiola going long against Klopp, with Bayern Munichs comprehensive 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund back in 2013 a prominent example.
As Rafael Honigstein assessed for the Guardian at the time, Klopps all-or-nothing strategy appeared one dimensional with Bayern pumping long balls forward.
[They played] more long balls than in the last three years combined, Klopp explained after the defeat.
They wanted to play around our counter-pressing, our biggest strength..
As Dortmunds biggest strength was their gegenpress, similar can be said of Liverpool, with their fierce quality in the counter-attack thriving on winning the ball quickly and transitioning sharply.
That evening at the Westfalenstadion, Bayern played 105 long passes to Dortmunds 64, with five players attempting 10 or more; no player averaged that many per game over the course of that season.
Guardiola deployed natural defensive midfielder Javi Martinez in a more advanced role, eventually swarming him with the likes of Mario Gotze and Thiago Alcantara, and it paid off.
This season City average 47 long passes per game, considerably fewer than the amount played by Bayern in that victory, but more in line with their average for the 2013/14 season.
Guardiola changed his approach specifically to counter the threat of Klopps side, instead preying on their weaknesses.
And while the personnel are certainly different at City, it is a very real possibility that he does the same to edge a crucial quarter-final clash, with the likes of Kevin de Bruyne, Aymeric Laporte, Kyle Walker and goalkeeper Ederson his creators from range and Leroy Sane his outlet.
Time For Clyne?.
The prospect of Alexander-Arnold struggling in the same way he did against United and Palace may be ignorant of the 19-year-olds maturity and ability to adapt.
But in a two-legged knockout clash, the need for stability is salient, and it is certainly worth considering a change at the back.
Nathaniel Clyne made his first appearance in the matchday squad for Saturdays victory, and though he didnt make it onto the field his presence is a considerable boost.
Having missed the entirety of the campaign so far through injury, Clynes return to the fold provides Klopp with his first-choice right-back for the first time since last May.
So far, the 26-year-old only has 180 minutes of U23s football under his belt and, therefore, is short of match fitness, but he does have the qualities required to plug the gap exploited of late.
Clyne is a more naturally defensive right-back, with a better understanding of the role and, crucially, is more suited to operating in central areas than Alexander-Arnold.
It would not be remiss to highlight Clyne as a candidate for the augmented centre-back duty Walker took up for England during the recent international break, such is his quality inside.
Though it would be a gamble, naming Clyne in the starting lineup at Anfield on Wednesday could give Liverpool a better chance of countering a potential long-ball approach from City.
Another option, if Clyne is deemed not fit enough and Klopp holds similar reservations over Alexander-Arnold, is switching to a back three.
Albeit impromptu, deploying a three-man defensive line in the latter stages of Saturdays win, with Dejan Lovren joining Matip and Virgil van Dijk, gave the Reds more stability.
It also gave Liverpool further license to push forward and find the winner, and such margins are hugely important in the Champions League.

These Type of Headaches Can Last for Years - Why Do We Get Headaches - Duration: 6:17.
We've all suffered from a headache at one point or another.
Whether it's self-induced or something out of our control, a pain in the brain is never
much fun.
Headaches are one of the most common medical complaints.
They can affect anyone regardless of age, race, or gender, and they occur for all sorts
of reasons.
Some last for minutes, some for hours, and some for days or even weeks!
Today, we'll explore why that is , in this episode of the Infographics show, Why Do We
Get Headaches?
First of all, just how common are headaches?
The World Health Organization reports that almost half of all adults worldwide will experience
a headache in any given year.
And the reasons can be anything from signs of stress, medical disorders, such as migraine
or high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, or even drinking too much alcohol.
First we decided to look at how the medical industry categorizes headaches.
There are primary headaches, which is defined as when the pain in your head is the condition.
Your headache isn't being triggered by something that your body is dealing with.
Common primary headaches include migraines, cluster headaches, and tension headaches.
Then there are secondary headaches, which may feel exactly the same as a primary headache,
but is actually the result of another condition, such as a sinus headache from sinusitis.
Let's take a look at a few of the possible causes of headaches.
We came across an article on the United Kingdom's National Health Service website.
They list 10 of the most common triggers for headaches:
1: Relaxing after stress – when your levels of stress hormones drop, there is a rapid
release of neurotransmitters and other brain activity, which causes a headache.
2: Pent-up anger: When you're angry, muscles in the back of your neck tense up, causing
a tight sensation around your head.
3.
Poor posture: Poor posture also causes muscle tension in your back, neck and shoulders,
which can lead to a headache.
4.
Perfume: Household cleaners, along with perfumes and fragrant air fresheners, contain chemicals
that can bring on headaches.
5.
Bad weather: High humidity, rising temperatures and storms can all bring on head pain.
6.
Grinding teeth: Grinding your teeth at night makes your jaw muscle contract, often causing
a dull headache.
7.
Bright lights: Bright lights and glare, especially if flickering, can induce migraines.
8.
Food triggers: Many foods contain chemicals that can bring on headaches.
Some culprits include aged cheeses like stilton and brie, diet fizzy drinks, and processed
meats and fish.
9.
Sex headaches: Yes!
A headache can be the result of sex and not always the reason for no sex.
Doctors think sex headaches are due to pressure building up in the head and neck muscles.
The headaches can happen during foreplay or just before orgasm, and can last for a few
minutes or up to an hour.
10.
Ice cream: We've all experienced brain freeze after eating ice cream too quickly.
Well, that sharp, stabbing pain in your forehead is caused by cold material moving across the
roof of your mouth and the back of your throat.
What about headaches that last for days or even weeks?
Some of the worst headaches are migraines and cluster headaches.
A cluster headache is one of the most painful types of headaches there is.
The condition affects 0.1 percent of the world's population and a sufferer often awakens in
the middle of the night with intense pain in or around one eye on one side of their
head.
The pain can last from weeks to months, and is usually followed by remission periods when
the headache stop for months or sometimes even years before returning.
We looked at some personal accounts of people dealing with cluster headaches and found a
2014 Vice article, where a 27 year old woman talks about her experiences with the pain.
Imagine waking up in the middle of the night and feeling a drill in your eye, like somebody
has pierced a hot metal rod through your neck and rammed it up into your brain.
This not a metaphor.
This is what a cluster headache feels like, she explains.
Fortunately, cluster headaches are rare and not life-threatening.
The most successful ways to treat the pain are a shot of sumatriptan (Imitrex) and breathing
oxygen through a facemask for 20 minutes, as well as prescription migraine medication.
In some rare cases, people require surgery to alleviate the pain.
So, what about migraine headaches?
Migraines are far more common than cluster headaches but still very unpleasant.
They are the third most common disease in the world with an estimated global prevalence
of 14.7%, which is around 1 in 7 people.
A migraine can cause severe throbbing pain, which is usually on one side of the head.
And it's not only a headache.
Sufferers often vomit and have extreme sensitivity to light and sound.
Attacks can cause significant pain for hours to days and can be so severe that the pain
is disabling.
So why do some people get migraines and some not?
According to Amy Norton, writer for WebMd.com, people who experience migraines have a thinner
and smaller cortex compared to headache-free people shown in MRI scans done by the researchers.
Maybe this is the reason, however according to ScienceFocus, the precise cause of migraines
is still unknown.
The most likely causes are hormonal fluctuations, certain foods and additives, skipping meals
or consuming a lot of caffeine, and disturbed sleep and jet lag.
One of the most common reasons for a headache is a hangover.
According to the Honor Society of Nursing (STTI), up to 75 percent of people who drink
alcohol have experienced hangover symptoms at least once.
So what is a hangover and why do you get a headache after drinking alcohol?
When alcohol enters your bloodstream, it tells your pituitary gland not to produce the hormone
vasopressin.
Without vasopressin, the kidneys send water directly to the bladder instead of reabsorbing
it into the body.
This is why drinkers have to make frequent trips to the bathroom after urinating for
the first time during an evening of drinking.
When you're drinking alcohol, you lose about four times more liquid than you gain.
This causes dehydration, one of the main symptoms of a hangover.
The headache is a direct result of dehydration.
Your organs are so desperate, they steal water from your brain, which causes your brain to
shrink a little – ouch!
And there's your hangover headache.
But the good thing about this type of headache is, you can choose whether to indulge or not.
To avoid the dreaded hangover headache, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, eat a hearty
breakfast…or just give up the bottle.
So, have you suffered from any of these types of headaches?
Or perhaps you know of some alternative cures not mentioned here?
