The last two years I have trained intensively.
Before that I had first reduced my body weight.
I have managed to keep my body weight almost constant.
And now the time has come to take it to the next level.
So I'm going to gain weight.
To a body weight of at least 90 kilograms over the next year and a half.
I will try to refute my own prediction.
Because I had predicted in one of my videos ...
that one kilogram of muscle growth per year is the normal measure.
It's actually impossible to get out more gains at my age.
I'm still going to try.
We'll see where it ends up.
But in the end it doesn't matter.
Training is fun and I love effort.
If I realize it doesn't make sense, then...
I interrupt my weight gain ....
and I will continue as usual.
Which means there's a lot to do for me.
This does not only apply to physical performance.

I first realized I was polyamorous when-

I'm polyamorous. W.. was. Am.
Will be. If I'm ever going to enter a relationship again, it's not going to be exclusive or monogamous
I know. I'm not really one to be talking about relationships.
Especially since in my last video I mentioned that I'm not really looking forward to
being in a relationship anytime soon.. or ever..
But if I did, I know that polyamory would be the way to go for me. It worked rather well for me
It doesn't for everybody
But it's something that everybody could definitely be more open to considering and learning something from.
I first realized I was polyamorous when I was daydreaming.
I couldn't actually decide which celebrity should fall in love with me in this daydream, so I just picked all of them.
It wasn't really anything sexual -
- we just had a cabin somewhere in Italy and we fell in love and had a good time playing video games..
.. reading books, cuddling sometimes and making good food, and that was pretty much it. I was pretty happy about it
But I pushed it aside as a weird daydream up until a few years later - it resurfaced when I was pretty unhappy
in my committed monogamous relationship.
Obviously monogamy wasn't the only issue in that relationship,
but it was something that we fought back and forth about it for a really long time.
They had promised that once they're secure in our relationship
They would let me open it and
That we would make a set of rules that they would abide by - that I would abide by..
.. and then ..
We could open the relationship, and I could be myself.. they could be themselves.
But it was something that they.. they really didn't like as an idea, and I should have realized
That they were never going to do it and that they wouldn't have been a great relationship for either one of us in that case
And that I should have left a long time before it actually happened
But the way that it finally happened was that I met this older polyamorous person in that in this one game making event..
I looked up at them, and I was, like, Holy fucking shit. They're so cool like my tiny ass self really thought
that they were the coolest person on the planet.
Free, confident.. pretty fucking pretty as well.. and we began talking and they told me about..
like.. their experiences in polyamory
This one book made by Hardy and Easton, called "The Ethical Slut", that I should definitely read..
And.. things to talk about with my current partner.
And that maybe.. just maybe.. if they're not fine with it -
I should leave.
Eventually they asked me out on a date, and this prompted my..
By then, partner - who was not fine with any any of this -
To just leave me dramatically.
I had told them very calmly that I'm not entering a relationship or going on a date without their consent right now..
But that if they're- if we're going to do this opening the relationship thing
We're going to do it now.
And, so, they said, and I quote
(fake sobbing, really sad violin music) "I'M READY TO LEAVE"
And I'm like..
(record scratch, violin music stops)
Well- I mean- LOL, what can you do?
After not so much time had passed from that breakup, I met with a person who would become my partner for almost a year
Right from the beginning I informed them that I'm never going to be monogamous, and that I don't want to be monogamous,
and that this relationship should be polyamorous
If it's going to happen it's polyamorous or open.
And so they said a thing that I hadn't heard from anybody yet.
They said
"Cool, I'm fine with it as long as we're being open and honest."
So we made a set of rules, we dated for a bit and then
we
made our relationship Facebook official (laughs at that)
And we went by those rules.. We were- we were pretty much of a happy couple; We had plans for the future
Everything was fine for a long time.. the reason why we ended the things
did.. not.. Had nothing to do with polyamory.
Of course, the way the society reacted -
My mom didn't really get it, my stepfather didn't really get it
They didn't tell any of their parents that we were an open couple..
People were always like..
"So, how are you faithful?"
"How can you trust them?"
And so when we broke up there was a lot of shit talking.
Obviously not from my ex-partner, with whom I remained as friends.
Other people, still not understanding polyamory, used this breaking up thing as an opportunity to go shit-talk me to my former partner
But I mean it's not such a bad deal. Of course with this, they.. they displayed, that
they don't really understand
how I function, how our relationship functioned..
But then again this is a thing that some people will never fully understand.
I know people's prejudice and hatred come from a deeply ingrained set of societal rules
enforced by today's dating culture that strongly favors monogamy and says that anything else is immoral or cheating.
I've been told by monogamists multiple times that unlike me, they're actually faithful.
Not only is that self-congratulatory and rude, it's also incorrect.
I mean I was a very faithful partner
I wanted to keep my partner(s) in the loop about what's going on and what our rules are..
We made a set of rules and we abided by them.
And I tried to make my partner(s) feel safe and loved.
Jealousy, possessiveness and other really toxic things that are either accepted or normalized in today's mono-minded
dating culture.. Were not tolerated in my relationships.
See, I think there are things that instead of normalizing and accepting as parts of relationships
They have to be talked about and dealt with
And I think that one thing that monogamous people
should probably learn from poly people, is how to deal with jealousy, because we better than ever-
anyone, know how to do that.
People also thought it unfair that I refused to date people who didn't want to share..
But I think that I have my right to choose who I'm with
Besides I think that everyone, not just my potential mates..
Should understand that love is not a starvation economy.
Someone being with A, B and C
Doesn't mean that A is getting less than B, and that C is getting next to nothing.
I mean, seriously.
It's not like love is a resource that we're running out of!
