Best Free Mobile Video Editing Apps 2018 - Duration: 7:59.
- Hey guys.
I am excited about today,
because we are going to show you some super cool IOS
and Android mobile apps for editing videos
on the fly
on your phone.
Some are free, some are paid but they are all awesome.
- What's, what's with the noises?
- (sighs) You know who that is?
That's Mark.
Holly Gillan is out and Mark has moved in upstairs.
- Mark who?
- You know, Mark Orr, from Pocket Video School.
He's been editing videos since he was 17
and now apparently he is this expert in teaching people
how to use video on their phone.
But you know what, Mark?
This is our channel.
This is our video.
So we are going to do this video, not you, not you.
- Well, maybe we should hear what he has to say?
- Alright, see what he's got to say.

- Well, you've caught me trying to wind up
my two neighbours downstairs, Andrew and Pete.
So, I love playing around with sound effects and things
and I know it really, really irritates them so,
I'm gonna turn the volume.
No, I'm only kidding. (laughs)
Anyway, thank you Andrew and Pete.
So whether you're using an iPhone, an iPad,
an Android phone, or an Android tablet,
there are some really good apps available nowadays,
which will allow you to create some
really good looking videos that you can use across any of
your social channels, whether it be YouTube, Facebook,
Twitter or Instagram, or any of the others.
And you can create some powerful videos using these tools.
So first of all, let's start with an IOS device,
and let's cover some of the free options that are available.
Now usually they'll tend to your IOS device,
you will have iMovie.
Now, iMovie is a basic app.
It is quite powerful, to be perfectly honest with you.
And if you're doing some run and gun stuff,
so you're out there in the field with your smart phone,
you can actually do some topping and tailing,
which basically means cutting off the beginning and the end.
Now there is another free option,
something that I have come across recently,
and it's by a company called Wondershare and Filmora,
and it's a new free platform that they've brought out
called Vlogit, and it's got some limitations.
Again, it probably doesn't give you the flexibility
that you need if you really want to create some
professional-looking videos with lots of layers and things.
What it does do is it gives you the option to plug in intros
so it has some pre-set intros that you can use.
You can layer titles in there.
You can have some animated titles, as well, which is...
Some of them are really, really effective.
Android devices unfortunately don't usually come
with a free editing application built in to them,
so I would definitely recommend for those beginners
who are wanting to start using video editing software,
then certainly give Vlogit a try
cause I think it's a really good option for you,
get to grips with and create some really good videos.
So now we are going to move on to paid apps.
The one I'm going to recommend are two apps,
one for each platform that are one-off payments.
So, once you've paid for it, you get to use the app
continuously, and you usually get the updates that come out,
depending on your particular device.
The one that I recommend for Android devices is by a company
called CyberLink, and it's called Power Director.
Now, this is a really, really good app for Android devices,
and I've been lead to believe that they have
actually now brought out a version for IOS, as well.
But I haven't seen it so I can't comment on it and say
whether it's just as good for IOS as it is for Android.
But I definitely recommend it for Android devices.
And one of its coolest features is that it has really,
really powerful colour correction facilities.
So, I mentioned this earlier on,
if your footage wasn't of the quality
that you particularly were happy with,
and you wanted to adjust it afterwards,
then Power Director has some really good features in there
for making colour corrections so that your footage looks
as you particularly want it.
And some of the other apps that I have mentioned in the past
haven't really got what I would call true colour correction,
but they might have filters, the kind of things
that you would see on Instagram.
So it will overlay over the top and it's quite harsh
in the effect that it gives.
Yes, Power Director gives you the opportunity
to really adjust everything, from saturation
through to your white allen switch is something
that can really affect how your footage looks.
When you first instal Power Director,
you can actually use it free.
It isn't, however, gonna give you the option
to output in HD.
There will be a watermark on there,
which is not necessarily a good thing, so you are gonna want
to have to either go for a subscription.
If you did want to though, it's 3 pounds thirty-nine
per quarter, so that's for 3 months.
Or what you can do is pay 8 pounds forty-nine,
and that is a one-time payment,
and obviously gives you access to all HD.
It removes the watermark and the ads.
It allows you to overlay up to two video clips,
and I think that's pretty much in a give-you, exactly what
you would need for some really good quality video starts.
So that was the Android device and that was Power Director,
so now we're gonna look at the IOS devices.
And the one for me, that has made the biggest improvements
over the past 12 months is one called LumaFusion.
This again is I would say probably
on a par with Power Director in that it's got
some really good colour correction facilities in there.
It's got some good audio controls in there so you can
adjust everything to the way you want it.
Multiple layers so you can build up your actual video
footage so that you've got all the elements in there that
you need, whether it's your titles, your animated titles.
Now the one thing about LumaFusion is that
the titling side of things is maybe not quite as good
as Power Director, but it's probably got enough in there
for the majority of things
that most people would want to do.
19.99 is gonna get you the full version
as a one-off payment for LumaFusion.
And that's going to give you a really powerful
video editing software that you
can use on your IOS device, whether it be iPhone or iPad.

creating videos only using the phone in your pocket

guys new here I teach things about filmmaking photography I do vlogs and
any related subject so make sure you subscribe and join me in this wonderful
and amazing community however guys I'm so excited today because the topic
reminding me of my old days when my iPhone used to be my main studio I used
to make cover songs before and I used to record film and edit the video only
using my iPhone and because that thing helped me once I'm sure it's going to
help you too so guys make sure you watch until the end because I'm going to break
this video into two parts the first part will be the camera application and the
second part will be the editing applications so let's talk about the
camera applications you can start creating videos using your stock camera
application and you only need to hit the record button and start recording
yourself but if you want to dive deep into more settings and more manual
settings I suggest you download the application
filmic pro filmic pro is an application that turn your camera to be a DSLR so
you have a settings like the ISO the shutter speed and the white balance in
anything you can find in a professional camera two things to keep in mind while
you're filming yourself first thing is the light and the second thing is the
south make sure you have a decent amount of light in front of your subject that
will improve your picture quality make sure that your phone is close enough to
your subject so you capture a clear crisp sound because of the phone far
from your subject it will capture the sound plus everything around the subject
so capture the noise anything from the streets
anything from neighbors so make sure you be aware of those two things because
that will improve your quality in your videos once you finish filming the video
now we go and edit those videos and the two applications that you can use is
iMovie and another allocation called pinnacle iMovie
basically it's a free application that he can download from the App Store and
you can cut and add titles and change the color of your videos as well and if
you want to go with more detailed editing you can download pinnacle and I
think it's $12.99 on the App Store and both applications perform really well
for editing the videos and adding titles and cutting and all the related stuff
for editing and before we end this video guys I want to tell you that it's not a
bad idea to use your phone as your main gear for YouTube videos because a lot of
youtubers they started with below average equipments day by day they build
their reg they build their equipments so start with what you have or create
something and share it with people and I promise you one day we'll have a better
equipment that will generate better quality content but just start with what
you have and share what's in your mind with people that is it for today's video

DAY 83 OF MY JUICE FAST THIS IS MY WEIGH-IN VIDEO- FOR A MINUTE I FORGOT HOW MUCH I LOST😂😂😂😂😂 - Duration: 5:54.
okay guys today is day 83 of my juice fast and also today is day 83 which is
one day that I do my weigh-in video if you guys don't want to hear me buh buh
buh buh buh going a mile a minute um you can go to the three minute mark and then
I will tell you about my weight loss for this week
um so I'm still on my juice fast today's day 83 before I get into my numbers
today I have decided well I did a couple of days ago that because I'm Way past
the 50% that I need to move I'm going to start incorporating once every eight
days after way in which is today a treat meal and I said in my last video that I
mentioned about me eating today it's not a cheat meal it's a treat meal it's a do
me day that I choose to eat some food so I had me 16 ounces of juice today sweet
juice it was the pineapple with the cucumber mix that I had made and put on
my Facebook page and gave you guys a recipe on so I drank I finished off the
rest of that 16 ounces I had left from the 32 ounces that I had made so I
finished off that juice this morning I did my two hour workout today I went to
the grocery store earlier this morning which today it is snowing but today is
my treat meal and I wanted to make it special so I had bought some fresh
produce that I was going to use to prepare prepare my meal so I said to
myself you only do this once every eight days make it count make the meal
enjoyable because you're not gonna have another meal into another eight days
you're back on your juice fast and actually I'm not even off my juice fast
I had a juice today so I did juice fast some of this morning and I'm gonna have
a solid meal this afternoon I'll start probably cooking around one o'clock be
done with the l by 2 and be eating about 2:30 3
o'clock and I will take my time and just eat my savory meal that I made freshly
made for myself today also check out my biotin two-month review video where I
showed before and after pictures of my hair it has grown out about 4 to 5
inches I haven't measured it but I did go to
hair school so I do know what 4 or 5 inches look like up here and I don't
feel it's necessary for me to measure my hair like a lot of people do because I
think that when you show before and after pitches it speaks for itself that
the hair is growing so with that all being said last week which was my last
Sunday weigh-in I weighed in at 195 so last week I had lost 3 pounds this week
I lost another 3 pounds I'm on this 3 pound cake so I'm now I went from 195
women what is it yeah so so I was 195 last week and um right and I'm 192 this
week I'm sorry I should write down my my numbers but yes I'm three pounds down
and I just got like a brain fog and that's probably because I'm thinking
about food but I'm on this three pound kick so today when I weighed myself in
the morning time got on the scale I was hoping that I would be weighing in it
and um you know like 191 which would be at least four pounds because last week I
only lost three pounds but this week I weighed in at 192 and so it brings me to
three pounds loss for this week two so in two weeks I've lost an extra six
pounds in this week talking about this way and I lost three pounds so that
brings me from last week 195 to 192 so I lost three pounds and I'm still
happy and I'm still proud of myself in you know it's not gonna discourage me I
do like seeing that four to five maybe seven seven digit number but it'll come
back around for me a big you know loss I do have a goal I'm at 192 I want to be
by the eighth of I mean I'm not eight the eighth day which is next Monday I
would love to be at which is probably not thinking realistically but I want to
be I'm 192 I want to be at 185 so I'm hoping fingers crossed that it's a good
week and I kinda sorta don't try to overdo it with the sweet juices stick
with my savory juices to keep the numbers low and the insulin low so that
my body is able to burn fat but yes this week I lost three pounds I'm happy with
it I'm went from 195 last week to 192 so this is today's weigh-in this is how
much I lost and I'm going to enjoy the rest of my day
today's my treat day and I'm going to stop preparing my food because when
today is over I'm back on my juice fast so please subscribe to the channel like
