VLADIMIR PUTIN SAYS RUSSIA WILL SEND PEOPLE TO THE MOON AND MARS - Duration: 3:52.

VLADIMIR PUTIN SAYS RUSSIA WILL SEND PEOPLE TO THE MOON AND MARS

Russian president Vladimir Putin said that as a part of Russias reinvigorated space

program, the country will send people to both the moon and Mars.

Russia is expected to begin their revamped journey in space next year.

According to The Independent, the Russian government will begin by sending landers to

the red planet, yet the country hopes to send people there soon after that, said the Putin.

Russias space agency will also attempt to put people at the poles of the Moon, he

said.

The purpose of Russias moon landing would be an exploration of the moons poles.

Putin described that as a continuation of the work done during the Soviet space program.

That work reached its peak in the midst of the Cold War, as the US and Russia battled

it out to get the first person into space and then onto the moon.

Russia won the race to send the first person into space but has never put one of its cosmonauts

on the moon.

Putin didnt specifically say that Russia was racing Elon Musk and his Space X program

to Mars or the moon, but Musk did announce that he intends to launch his rocket to the

Red Planet in 2019.

Putin also said that landing on the moon could be a vital step in future space endeavors.

The moon could be used as a launching point for other missions to other plants.

Putin also said Russia will beat NASA to Mars and will be the nation that discovers water

on the moon.

We are planning unmanned and later manned launches, into deep space, as part of a lunar

program and for Mars exploration.

The closest mission is very soon, we are planning to launch a mission to Mars in 2019, Putin

said.

So far, Russias attempts at a Mars mission have ended much like their mission to the

moon: in failure.

In 2011, the ill-fated Phobos-Grunt probe was unable to be fired toward the orbit of

the red planet after launch.

Its mission was designed to bring back samples from the planets moon Phobos.

Only the Gentle and Merciful Will Go to Heaven | Little Lessons with David Servant - Duration: 8:47.

Only the gentle and only the merciful will go to heaven.

It's true.

Stay tuned.

We've begun to take a look at what are commonly referred to as "the Beatitudes", the initial

statements that Jesus made at the beginning of the Sermon on the Mount, and we've looked

at two of those Beatitudes so far.

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, and blessed are those who mourn."

The blessings that those people specifically get is, "Theirs is the kingdom of heaven,

and they will be comforted."

That begins to give us some clue and insight into the rest of these Beatitudes because

they're not unique Beatitudes, unique to one Christian and another Christian, and everybody

should look for their unique Beatitude just like people in the world look for their unique

zodiac sign within the horoscope.

That's not how these are meant to be understood.

There's only really one kind of blessed person, that's the kind of person that's believed

in Jesus, repented of their sins, and is on the road to eternal life.

Those people are different than other people.

These Beatitudes are proof positive of that, because we could take the antithesis of any

of them, "Blessed are those who are poor in spirit," well not blessed are those who are

not poor in spirit, because theirs is not the kingdom of heaven.

All these blessings are very big, weighty things.

They're not just little blessings where you just get a blessing, "Ooh, I got a blessing

today."

No, no, no.

These are eternal, weighty, monumental salvation blessings.

"Theirs is the kingdom of heaven," see that's salvation.

"They shall be comforted."

One day we're going to experience tremendous comfort when we're in the kingdom.

Of course we can get a little taste of that right now because the comforter, the Holy

Spirit, lives inside of us.

Praise the Lord.

Of course, we know that we do, right now we're in the kingdom right now and so we enjoy many

of the kingdom blessings that will come to their full fruition one day but we already

get a taste of them.

All right.

This third Beatitude is no different.

It's a biggie.

It's one that characterizes only the people who are born gain.

It proves that born again people are different.

They're changed.

They're transformed.

That is in Mathew 5:5, "Blessed are the gentle for they shall inherit the earth."

Well how about that?

So these blessed people in the first three Beatitudes, there is the kingdom of heaven

and they will inherit the earth.

So all the blessings that are coming are not just blessings that we get when we go to heaven,

but we know there's going to be a new heavens and a new earth one day where righteousness

dwells and it's only the people who are gentle who will inherit the earth one day.

Now corroborating, did I say that right, with that statement by Jesus of course, or Paul's

words in Galatians 5 about the fruit of the Spirit, and he lists nine fruit, love, joy,

peace, patience, kindness, gentleness is one of the nine fruit of the Spirit.

So you see the Spirit makes us gentle.

What can you say about that other than "amen"?

That's why blessed are the gentle, of course, the King James says, "Blessed are the meek

for they shall inherit the earth," so you can probably find a little bit different connotation

between "meek" and "gentle" but essentially they mean the same thing.

People who are born again, if they were harsh, and rough, and domineering, and insensitive,

that changes when you get the Holy Spirit in you because the Holy Spirit's gentle and

not forceful, not demanding, not coercing, but gently drawing, persuading, patiently

loving.

You see that's what the Holy Spirit, that's how he is to us and in us.

So if you get the Holy Spirit in you, guess what?

You're going to get his gentleness and it's a lovely thing.

It's a lovely thing.

Oh it's so good to be touched by the Lord and to know that you've got something going

on in you that you can't get anywhere else, gentleness.

Blessed are the gentle people because they're born again, because they're on the road to

heaven, because they will inherit the earth one day.

So again, we can look at this Beatitude and ask ourselves the question, "Am I among the

blessed?

Do I demonstrate what the Lord says are one of the characteristics of the blessed?

Am I gentle?"

Okay?

Only you can answer that question yourself.

Then the very next one, also obviously a biggie because the promise to these people is that

they'll receive mercy.

Well we all need mercy, don't we?

Okay?

Receiving mercy is another way of saying "being saved", or "being forgiven", or "God covering

your sin", anything you want to say.

Who will get mercy?

Well here it is in Matthew 5:7, "Blessed are the merciful for they shall receive mercy."

Of course we know the antithesis of that must also be true.

If that's true, the antithesis of it must be true.

So not blessed are those who are unmerciful for they shall not receive mercy.

Now are we interpreting that correctly?

Well, let's ask ourselves, "Can we find that principle in other places of Scripture?"

Well you're probably familiar with Jesus' parable of the unforgiving servant.

Isn't that an illustration of this particular Beatitude and the antithesis of it, because

that servant who he was introduced to us in the first part of that parable, he's forgiven

of this insurmountable debt by his master?

He goes out and finds a fellow servant who owes him some money.

He chokes him and says, "Repay me what you owe."

That fellow servant begs for mercy just as the first servant begged for mercy from the

master and got it.

But he doesn't give what he's received.

He throws him in prison to pay it off when his master, who originally forgave the original

guy, the original servant heard that he had shown no mercy, the antithesis of this Beatitude

goes into operation immediately.

"I forgave you all of your debt.

You wicked servant.

Why don't you forgive your fellow servant of his debt against you?"

So he reinstates his formally forgiven debt.

Casts him into prison until he would repay everything and it was apparently an insurmountable

debt.

Jesus ends up saying, "So shall your heavenly father do you if each of you does not forgive

your brother from your heart."

Well there it is.

There it is, and it's found in this Beatitude.

You can see it's not a unique blessing for a unique characteristic that only some people

have.

Everyone who's a believer is a merciful person because they realize how much mercy they've

been shown.

Plus they've been transformed on the inside.

Okay?

All right.

It's good to be merciful.

It's good to be born again.

It's good to know that you're going to receive mercy.

If there's anything we all need, it's mercy.

Mercy me.

All right, thanks for joining me today.

God bless you.

Why Debt Will Never Stop Growing - Duration: 3:58.

We are now a long way from the days when banks existed to look after your pot of gold.

There is no pile of money in your bank labelled with your name, only an entry in a database

that says you should be given this amount of money when you ask for it.

Let's imagine that every month you get a salary.

I know, wild right?

That salary goes directly to your bank, and once there your bank can do whatever it likes

with it, as long as it's available when you actually need to spend it.

You have loaned the bank that money.

For the duration of that loan, the bank is free to lend that money to somebody else should

it wish to do so.

While regulation is different depending on the country, a common requirement is that

a bank should keep some fraction of what it lends in reserve and covered by actual assets,

though these assets could be something as nebulous as the right to borrow more money

if required from a country's central bank.

This reserve, known as a fractional reserve, is usually around 10% of the bank's assets.

The rest it is free to lend.

Let's imagine that you want to buy a car.

I know…

Wow.

You go to the bank and ask them to lend you £10,000, and they agree.

The bank doesn't need anyone's permission to do this, and they do not take this money

out of any stock they hold.

They simply add it to your accounts balance.

While governments tend to get the credit for printing money, 97% of all new money comes

from private banks.

So now you have £10,000 and the bank has an agreement from you to pay that money back

with interest.

You go and give that £10,000 to a guy in exchange for that car you were so keen on.

Now the seller of the car takes that £10,000 and deposits it back into the bank.

The bank has to keep back 10% of that money as reserve, but it is free to lend out £9,000,

perhaps to a customer who wants a fractionally cheaper car.

That £9,000 goes into another bank, which has to keep £900 of it but lends out £8,100

and so on.

By the end of this chain nearly £100,000 worth of transactions will have completed

using just the £10,000 your bank created out of thin air.

The supply of money has increased.

This seems like magic, but it is in a simplified form exactly what happens.

Ideally as the loans get repaid the supply of money reduces again and returns to its

starting state, assuming nobody defaults.

In theory we have a nice stable system where money is created, circulates and then vanishes.

In theory.

The main issue is that these loans don't get repaid 100%, they get repaid with interest,

so more than 100%.

This is money from outside the stable system and has to come from somewhere, so it's

created by banks in the form of more loans.

Which themselves have interest attached.

So what could be a stable system is in fact constantly expanding.

Right now, 30-40% of all financial transactions are some form of interest.

So the supply of money, instead of circulating endlessly, has to be continually increased

to account for interest.

In our example, not just the interest for the first £10,000 loan, but interest for

each re-lending of that money down the chain.

Fortunately we live in a world of infinite resources, where things can expand indefinitely

forever and nothing will ever go wrong.

Oh, wait.

Join us next time to discover that this might not be the only issue with our current system.

Oops.

Tarīqatunā ṣ-ṣuḥbah wa l-khayru fi l-jam'iyyah.

Shāh-i Naqshband is the īmām

of the Naqshbandī ṭarīqah

so he is a great one.

"Our way is based on association, sohbet" he said.

Now the nights are short not long,

so let's say a few words.

Allāh Almighty (jj) allowed us to make dhikr.

If Allāh (jj) didn't love you, He wouldn't gather you here.

The ones He (jj) doesn't love don't come here.

Who are coming are the ones Allāh (jj) loves.

They come to mention His great and holy names.

He (jj) allows us to mention them and sends us here.

Al-ḥamdu liLlāh. Gratefulness is to Allāh (jj).

He (jj) sends His servants whenever He (jj) wants,

from wherever He (jj) wants.

This too shall pass Yā Hū. Another Friday night is passing.

We don't know if there will be a next Friday.

You can't control what is gone.

The past has already passed.

You should be careful about the moment you are in.

They say the past is history, the future is an unborn lamb -

they used to say like that. Now it has passed, you can't control it.

You can't control the future

because you don't know what the future holds.

Life doesn't go according to your programme.

We also have our own programme -

they call it a small bite of a programme.

Here you are.

Yā Rabbī shukr.

You can't say that you own

the moment you are in. It isn't like that,

so quickly is it passing.

When going fast in a car, from left and right,

everything is looks like it is moving backwards.

We are going forward.

The closest thing passes the quickest.

The farthest seems as if it is fixed but then it also passes.

Another Friday night is passing

but this Friday night

is the first Friday of the Hijrī year,

our calendar.

Yes we are Muslims.

We have everything,

Islām has a unique personality.

We have our own calendar.

We have our own days and nights,

so we don't need to follow

the European or

the Christian world's calendar.

If we didn't have a calendar

we would need a beginning for a calendar.

The Christian world asserts that their calendar starts

with the birth of Jesus (as).

Data science will address most of the major issues facing our world - Duration: 16:23.

[APPLAUSE] >> So it's a great pleasure to

be here with you this morning. And I'm going to,

I'm gonna talk about why we need women in data science.

Margo already did it but I will just repeat it.

Then I'm gonna talk about why women should want to

be in data science. Then I'm gonna talk about women at

Harvey Mudd, because we're one of the few science and

engineering institutions where there are women everywhere.

And then I'm gonna talk, I'm gonna talk, finish by telling

you a story of my younger sister who is 63,

who is learning computer science and

data science right now. >> [APPLAUSE]

>> Which I think is pretty

cool. Okay, so, why does data science need women?

I think there are three reasons. One is,

these are amazing career opportunities. They pay well,

they're flexible. I mean why wouldn't we want

women to have those kinds of opportunities as well as men?

Number two, this is, the demand for

people who have knowledge and skills in data science is

growing faster than the demand of pretty much anything else.

And we will not meet that demand in this country or

in any of the countries around the world where there's a wits

of that happening unless we have women there. And

number three which is what Margot said so eloquently.

Most of the major issues that face our world today, data

science is gonna be one of the tools that helps to address

them. And if we don't have a wide range of perspectives and

experiences in the people who are working in those tools,

the decisions that get made will not be nearly as good. So

we need women and people of color and LGBTQ plus people.

We need people from all phase and religions working in this

space. Okay, now, we have some women here. Why

should you want to be in data science? Just amazing career

opportunities Hi, Julia. >> [LAUGH]

>> She's one of my former

students. Number two, I think most women I know actually

want to make a difference in the world. Yeah,

they wanna do something with their lives where they can see

that they're making the world better. And this is just

a tremendous opportunity to do that. But number three is,

and this is one, that's particularly relevant to me.

So I'm 66, and I set out to be a mathematician.

I loved math. I also love art and a lot of other things,

too. But I especially love math. And so,

I got my PhD in mathematics in 1977.

And at that point, about 9% of PhDs went to women in math.

And you know I love to do research, I love to teach so I

was gonna be a math professor. Except that there were

1000 people looking for jobs as math professors, and there

were 83 positions available in all of the US and Canada.

And only probably about a quarter of those 83,

maybe 20 were actually tenure track positions.

The rest of them were visiting positions perhaps two years.

And I was lucky enough to get one of those positions.

My adviser was so proud of me. Well,

then I started that position, it was at a place called

Oakland university that's north of Detroit, and

I hated it. I was teaching, you know, linear algebra and

advanced calculus to students who had difficulty adding

fractions. Was not a good experience.

And I was also single and I was very lonely.

I had one date in the whole eight months I was there. It

was with a jerk. I knew he was a jerk before I took the date.

>> [LAUGH]

>> But that's how lonely I

was. So I was going to a conf,

I was going to the conference every month just as a way

to have some kind of, you know like social experience. And

one of the things I found out was that here I was,

I had solved three 20 year old problems with my thesis.

I thought it was pretty hot stuff.

And I was teaching students who couldn't add fractions.

And I found out that there were people getting their PhDs

in theoretical computer science which did exactly

the same kind of mathematics that I love to do. And

they were getting offers from some Harvard and MIT and. And

I went life is just not fair. And the person I was talking

to said, there's this guy, Andy Yell, he got his PhD in

theoretical physics from Harvard with a Nobel laureate

and then he did his Post Doc at Stanford with another Nobel

laureate. And he realized that his chance of getting

faculty position theoretical physics was basically zero.

So he went and he got a second PhD in computer science from

University of Illinois, Urbana, Champaign.

Now, Andy Yell in 2004 when they're touring the world.

He's currently like he lives in China and he's

currently sort of the Chinese god of computer science,

theoretical computer science. And I went, I could do that,

I could do a second PhD. So one year after I finished my

math PhD, I started at the University of Toronto,

which was then and is still now, one of the top

ten computer science departments in North America.

And they hired me as a faculty member within nine months of

my starting my second PhD. As a regular ten year track

faculty member. So the moral of this story is, if you get

into a field like data science today that is on the rise,

you will have opportunities throughout your career.

Because there will never be enough people of your age. And

I had that tremendous good luck.

I, I moved into theoretical computer science. I still have

stayed in the math community for my career. I married

a young theoretical computer scientist Nick Pippenger,

shortly after I started at the University of Toronto. And

we have worked, we've been able to work at the same

institution for our entire 38 years of being married.

First of all IBM research,

then University of British Columbia,

then Princeton University, and now Harvey Mudd College.

When you go into a rising field, You have opportunities,

unlimited opportunities for the rest of your life. So

I feel incredibly lucky that Andrew Yell did what he did,

he's, by the way his good friend of mine. Because if he

hadn't done that, probably nobody would have told me to

go get a second PhD in Computer Science. And

did I ever get that second PhD? No. [LAUGH]

>> [LAUGH]

>> Did I need a second PhD?

I didn't need a second PhD, I just needed to understand

enough about computer science that I could teach and

do research. Okay, so now I let me talk. So

that's why you should be really thinking, male or

female, about going into data science. And

I was talking to my son yesterday. So my son works for

Square in New York City and he does a mix of data science and

software engineering.

He's a technical lead on their mobile, their information

security for the team for their mobile platform. And

he says, I told him what I was gonna say in this talk,

he saying mommy you're sending a message? He's definitely,

he's a great software engineer, but he loves data

science. And he's definitely headed in that direction.

Okay, so women at Mudd. At Harvey Mudd College,

so first of all, raise your hand if you really don't know

anything about Harvey Mudd College.

It could be worse.

>> [LAUGH] >> Harvey Mudd

College is one of

the five undergraduate Claremont colleges.

Claremont is about 35 miles East of downtown LA.

We are the Science and Engineering college.

We're undergraduate only. We have about 850 students and

a 100 faculty. And, we compete with MIT, Cal Tech, and

Stanford for our students. So they're very strong students.

They know how to add fractions and subtract them.

>> [LAUGH]

>> When I arrived,

I've been there for almost twelve years. When I arrived,

we're about 30% female in the student body, and

about 30% female in the faculty. And in the 50 years

before that Harvey Mudd had been around,

there had been two female department chairs ever.

We have seven departments, okay, we are a small place.

This year five of the department chairs are female.

And every single one of them is the first woman to hold,

be the department chair in that department. Last year,

actually six of the seven department chairs were female.

But one of them became the first female dean of

the faculty, which is our provost equivalent. We,

40% of our faculty now are female. And, you know,

and they're well distributed across all the departments.

50% of the students are female. But what's even

more impressive is if we look at our physics department, and

we look at the students who will graduate this year,

which will be, you know, roughly 23 students or

something like that cuz we're small.

Half of them will be women. Actually, if it is 23,

it will be slightly more than half of them will be women.

In computer science we have three majors,

there is computer science, that's about about 55% women

right now. We have CS math to joint major,

that's about 45% female, the graduating class this year.

And then we have CS math, bio,

which is 80% female in the graduating class this year. So

overall, it's more than 50%. Wasn't that way 12 years ago.

10% of our CS majors were female. And one thing I wanna

make really clear is the fact that we also are typically

between 40% and 55% female in our engineering major.

These numbers are the highest in the country. And the thing

I wanna make clear is that our secret sauce is our faculty.

Definitely not me. We have faculty who care more about

educating our students than about anything

else in their life. And so our, I'll just say, you know,

when I was at Princeton, I taught the second semester of

calculus which was a semester that most engineering students

take. And I would say in our first, our students in

the first half a semester at Mudd, they take the equivalent

to what Princeton does in the first three semesters. So

the curriculum is really intense and very rigorous. But

what we do is we tell all of our students that every

student will succeed if they work hard and get help. And

we provide enormous amounts of support for our students.

And the result is, and we also legitimize that it's really

okay to learn something that's hard for you. In fact,

we all should be learning things that are hard for

us. Because you learn so much more about learning when

you do something that's really hard for you. So

I happen to be particularly uncoordinated. Actually,

my husband is more uncoordinated. So our kids

are even worse than me. >> [LAUGH]

>> But I have learnt to juggle

footballs, I have learnt to ski,

I have learnt to ride a skate board.

I have even learned to compete in a Dancing With

the Stars Competition at the Claremont College,

that was the hardest one. >> [LAUGH]

>> Now, let me talk about

the fact that it's never too old to learn. So

I have a younger sister, as I said. Her name is Katrina. She

is quite seriously, she has a very, she has fibromyalgia. So

she suffers from an enormous amount of pain, she walks with

a walker, and she actually has a PhD in religion anthropology

from Emery University and taught at a university,

in religion anthropology for several years.

And, eventually her, the pain and, just, and fatigue

became too much. And so she couldn't do it anymore. So

three years ago, she started studying computer science

at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Okay,

the other students in her classes are between 18 and

24. And then there's Katrina with her walker.

>> [LAUGH]

>> So she has just created her

own company. And she's working on an app called Fiber Me,

which is an iPhone app so that you can, if when you have

fibromyalgia, that you can record what is happening.

And then she's working on analyzing that data using

Serenity CBDO Alexander Stanovoy explains how brokers will attract clients through Serenity platform - Duration: 4:12.

Dear friends, forex brokers and traders.

My name is Alexander Stanovoy, I am CBDO of

Serenity Financial which is the first

blockchain escrow for traditional financial

and cryptocurrency markets.

The platform is designed for forex, CFD and

crypto brokers that use Metatrader platform

for its services.

Serenity works in a quite a simple way.

When a trader becomes a Client his funds are deposited

on a smart contract and after the trading is done

the financial result of his trades

is released either to him or a broker.

Serenity also records trades and other operations

to blockchain and this guarantees

transparency of broker-trader engagement.

No trading data can be changed,

amended or cancelled in hindsight.

These are the fundamental principles of Serenity platform

that secure safety of trading for brokers and traders.

In simple words Serenity offers brokers

a some kind of segregated account for traders

Serenity already has more than 20 members

who agreed to adopt the platform

after the launch of the system.

The project is certified by Finacom and received

a high rating from Digrate rating agency

At this moment our project is at the stage of development.

We successfully passed the ICO stage

and with a dedicated team of 80 professionals

we are eager to launch Serenity platform

early Autumn 2018.

Right now I am looking to offer FX, CFD and crypto brokers

to become of our early adopters of the platform.

Early adopters that will join Serenity by the end of April

will received a free 2 year membership.

We will also offer marketing support to those brokers

who agree to work with us on integration of the platform.

And I would like to underline the main benefits

an early adopter receives when Serenity platform will be launched:

Participation of a broker in Serenity will dispel trader's doubts

to become a Client as trader's funds and operations become protected.

It will solve trust issues and bring more Clients for the broker.

The above will amplify brokers marketing efforts

and bring a higher conversion rate of marketing campaigns.

As well as being a part of the system will give

additional positive marketing effect.

The platform will expand brokers' audience and bring

new type of Client — the cryptotraders that wish to use

crypto assets as collateral for their trades.

As a consequence, broker will acquire a rapidly growing

positive reputation in the industry.

Serenity will provide brokers with a cost-effective top-tier liquidity as well

Serenity will bring a semi-automatic and manual arbitration tools

that will make traders feel even more secure.

Early adopters that will join Serenity by the end of April 2018

will received a free 2 year membership and

they will receive significant rebates for using Serenity services.

Please let me know if you are a broker that would be in a front line to adopt our game changing platform.

Check out the links under this video

to require more information.

Our team will be happy to tell you more about our project

and arrange a conference call or a private meeting.

Thank you for your attention and good luck.

Trump says the military will secure the southern border until wall can be built - Duration: 4:09.

Trump says the military will secure the southern border until wall can be built

President Trump on Tuesday said that the U.S. will secure the southern border with the military

until a wall can be built, calling the move a big step.

Trump made the remarks during a meeting with Baltic leaders, where he said he had discussed

the matter with Defense Secretary Jim Mattis.

A White House official revealed later Tuesday to Fox News that the plan considered by Trump

would be a substantial mobilization of the National Guard.

Until we can have a wall and proper security, were going to be guarding our border with

the military, he said.

That's a big step, we really havent done that before, or certainly not very much

before.

At a news conference later, he confirmed the plan, saying the border is unprotected by

our horrible, horrible and very unsafe laws.

We don't have laws, we have catch-and-release, he said.

You catch and then you immediately release and people come back years later for a court

case, except they virtually never come back.

Trump did not offer specifics, but the move appears to be at least partly motivated by

a caravan of over 1,000 Central American migrants heading toward the U.S. border.

Buzzfeed, which first reported on the caravan, said that Mexican officials had not yet attempted

to stop the flow.

In Tuesday's discussion, Trump and senior officials also agreed on the need to pressure

Congress to urgently pass legislation to close legal loopholes exploited by criminal trafficking,

narco-terrorist and smuggling organizations, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders

said.

She added that Mattis, Homeland Security Secretary Kirsten Nielsen, Attorney General Jeff Sessions,

Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Joseph Dunford and Chief of Staff John Kelly were among the

other officials present.

Reports of the caravan angered Trump, who has sent out a number of tweets threatening

to end the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and to cut foreign aid to countries

such as Honduras, from where many of the migrants originate. The big Caravan of People from Honduras,

now coming across Mexico and heading to our Weak Laws Border, had better be stopped

before it gets there, he tweeted Tuesday.

Cash cow NAFTA is in play, as is foreign aid to Honduras and the countries that allow

this to happen.

Congress MUST ACT NOW!

At the press conference he said that NAFTA was an embarrasing deal and that he

had told Mexican officials on Monday: I hope you're going to tell that caravan not

to get up to the border. He added that he thinks the caravan was being broken up

as a result.

The Pentagon was scrambling to come up with a response to Trump's statement on the military

guarding the border.

But according to a memo obtained by Fox News and discussions with officials, one area where

the Pentagon could contribute immediately is the Air Forces Barry Goldwater live-fire

range, which shares a 35-mile border with Mexico in southern Arizona.

The Defense Department is already offering some support to the border, including U.S.

Navy ships patrolling waters to seize drugs as well as missions involving over 100 personnel

from U.S. militarys northern command -- including eight planes and a drone -- to help border

patrol.

In 2010, President Obama authorized 1,200 National Guard troops to increase security

at the border, although Republican lawmakers questioned their role and whether they would

in fact be boots on the ground."

Trump has struggled to secure funding for his central campaign promise of a wall, which

the administration and border officials say will cost approximately $20-25 billion.

In the omnibus bill signed by Trump last month, $1.6 billion was included for technology and

some replacement of existing border fencing -- although it excluded the prototypes Trump

recently viewed in California.

Trump briefly considered vetoing the legislation both over its lack of funding for the wall

and also the failure to include a fix for the expiring Deferred Action for Childhood

Arrivals (DACA) program that granted protection for illegal immigrants brought to the country

as children.

He has since floated the idea of getting the Pentagon to fund the wall.

Brandon Judd, President of the National Border Patrol Council, said on Fox News Radios

The Todd Starnes Show that it gives Border Patrol certainty of apprehension.

The criminal smugglers, this is a multibillion dollar industry.

They smuggle humans, they smuggle drugs, he said.

This criminal enterprise, if we arrest the majority of people that cross the border

illegally, we put a dent into their criminal enterprise, and if you put a dent into their

criminal enterprise, then you can possibly stop them.

Selena 😬 Gomez Will Come Back to Me! It's God's Plan!🍎Justin Bieber - Duration: 3:50.

While some believe that The Weeknd used Selena Gomez to boost his fame, the relationship

between Selena and Justin Bieber has a lot more critics -- and a lot more fans.

Justin has apparently bared his soul and, it is reported, believes that the two of them

are literally destined to be together.

But what does Selena want?

HollywoodLife reports that Justin Bieber is giving Selena space and letting her decide

if and when they might get back together.

"Justin is leaving everything up to Selena when it comes to their next move -- if there

is one."

That's usually how breaks work. It takes one to break up, but it takes two to reconcile.

"He's laid his cards out on the table and made it clear what he wants, and what he thinks."

Since Justin's already poured out his heart, the ball's in her court.

"So now it's up to Selena to decide."

The source goes on to extoll the virtues and maturity of Justin in this time of uncertainty.

"Justin is actually being super cool about the situation."

When a source close to a celebrity says something that optimistic and complimentary, many take

it with a grain of salt.

Continuing, the source says that Justin is stepping back to give her the breathing room

required to make a decision without pressure.

"And he's giving Selena all the time and space she needs"

That's good. Never be pushy over something this delicate, folks.

Even while giving her space, the Biebs has reportedly made his own intentions transparent.

"He's made it clear that he's not going anywhere, and that he will always be here

for her."

So apparently Justin's reported dalliance with Baskin Champion is just, what? A way

to pass the time?

We hope that she knows that.

But Justin believes that getting back with Selena (again) is inevitable.

"In his heart of hearts, Justin knows that Selena will come back to him, it's just

a case of when."

"But, they're destined to be together, that's one thing Justin really is certain of in life."

Ah yes. Famously, life's only real certainties are death, taxes, and Jelena.

But what does Selena Gomez want?

We're talking about an accomplished actress, a social media master, and one of the most

talented singers on the planet.

Also, she's a person. You don't have to be the singer of "Naturally" or "Kill 'Em With

Kindness" to deserve autonomy and self-determination.

Recently, she's been spending time with friends and with people from her church -- Hillsong Church,

the same global megachurch to which the Biebs belongs.

Will absense make the heart grow fonder?

Or was this most recent Jelena reunion a reminder of why they'd broken up in the first place?

Justin may believe that God blesses his relationship with Selena , but it's not clear that she

feels that way any longer.

It's possible to be devoutly religious without believing that your romantic life is divinely

ordained.

But we have to wonder how Justin will respond if, in a few months or a few years, Selena

still hasn't come crawling back for his once-hot bod .

Maybe he'll accept it and move on. He's shown signs of maturity in recent months.

Or maybe Justin will be the one thing that Selena just can't quit. We'll all find out.

Obama Will FREAK When He Hears What Trump Did For Anti-Gay Marriage Air Force - Duration: 5:02.

Obama Will FREAK When He Hears What Trump Did For Anti-Gay Marriage Air Force ColonelBarack

Obama will freak out when he hears what President Donald Trump's administration just did for

an anti-gay marriage Christian Air Force Colonel who was removed from command after refusing

to publicly recognize the same-sex spouse of a retiring subordinate. No POTUS did more

to destroy our nation's Christian heritage than Barack Obama, and the toxic level of

hatred for conservatives in the military was unbelievable under his administration.

Although Obama left office at the beginning of 2017, his progressive foot soldiers continued

his destructive policies in our military until Trump put a stop to it.

Now, a new sheriff is in town, and he doesn't like it when the formerly politicized Pentagon

picks on Christians in the military.

According to Fox News, the Air Force reversed a previous decision to punish a highly-decorated

and revered colonel after he refused to sign a "certificate of spouse appreciation"

for a retiring master sergeant's same-sex spouse.

In addition to being removed from command in May 2017, orders were handed down recommending

that Colonel Leland Bohannon not be promoted to the rank of general as a retaliation for

his conservative Christian values.

According to Military.com, Bohannon was the commander of the Air Force Inspection Agency

headquartered at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico at the time of his dismissal.

The Air Force decided to relieve Bohannon of command after an Equal Opportunity investigator

decided that he had discriminated against the master sergeant who wanted the certificate

for his same-sex spouse.

The certificate being requested by the retiring master sergeant is not legally required to

be given and is not an official document.

Bohannon refused to sign the document because it conflicted with his religious beliefs.

However, to accommodate the airman, he had a two-star general sign the certificate, according

to First Libert Institute, which is one of the nation's most prominent religious liberty

law firms.

Bohannon's firing caught the attention of eight U.S. Senators who wrote a strongly worded

letter to the Air Force which said in part, "Col. Bohannon has suffered severely on

account of the EO investigator's mishandling of his religious liberty rights … The Air

Force owes it to him to see that justice is restored, along with his good name."

Leave it to the liberal morons that Obama saturated our military with to persecute a

conservative because of his/her religious beliefs.

For the idiots that decided Bohannon needed to be relieved of command, it didn't matter

that he had flown combat missions in the Middle East and is the recipient of the Bronze Star,

the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and the Air Medal.

They only cared about peddling Obama's legacy — hate for Christian values.

On Monday, April 2, 2018, Trump's Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson announced that the

director of the Air Force Review Boards Agency reversed the previous ruling and Bohannon's

record will be corrected to show that he did not unlawfully discriminate against the master

sergeant.

"The director concluded that Colonel Bohannon had the right to exercise his sincerely held

religious beliefs and did not unlawfully discriminate when he declined to sign the certificate of

appreciation for the same-sex spouse of an Airman in his command," Secretary Wilson

wrote in a letter to Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-MO).

In addition, Secretary Wilson emphasized that Bohannon did his duty to the master sergeant

by having a more senior officer sign the requested certificate.

After the announcement on Monday, Hiram Sasser, general counsel for First Liberty, said he

was pleased with the Air Force's decision."This is clear evidence that the Trump administration

is helping to right the ship at the Pentagon," Sasser said.

"However, we must remember that at every level of the government there are bureaucrats

who actively resist President Trump's efforts to preserve and protect religious freedom."

I could not agree more with Sasser.

Trump is delivering on his promise to stop the attacks on Judea-Christian values.

After eight years of persecution at the hands of Obama, a ruling like the one in Bohannon's

case is truly a breath of fresh air.

In my opinion, Trump should advise Secretary Wilson to make an example out of whoever handed

down the order to relieve Bohannon of his command.
