more pregnancy self-care resources! Right let's crack on then so where were we in
this? This is the last myth that we're cracking in this series: that "listening
to relaxation music and pregnancy meditation is enough". Now ok, I've gone
on about how that is super important however there is a misunderstanding that
that is all you need to do when there is so much more to entering that relaxation
zone so it's not enough. Are are you familiar with the fairy tale The
Princess and the Pea? I think most people know that one - so basically there's a
princess and she's trying to
get to sleep on a mattress
and there's a pea underneath her mattress
that's causing her bruising and pain and discomfort. To see if she still
feels it, servants layer on loads of other mattresses, soft mattresses, lovely silk
mattresses - more and more and more and more comforting things
but the princess still wakes up bruised from the pee.
Now, that Pea represents your FEAR...
It doesn't matter how many layers of comforting
you put over that fear, it's still going to
actually be there, princess! And you're going to wake up still having that Pea of
DOUBT in your mind and that is enough to chuck you back into that
"fear tension pain cycle" that we so desperately want to avoid.
So what we have to do is not pile on loads and loads and loads of different mattresses...
IE: so that's not just listening to loads of
those of meditations and relaxations because that's just piling on the mattresses.
What we need to do is to REMOVE THAT DARN PEA and it's as simple as that.
The cure is in the complete understanding of that fear and once you remove it then
those mattresses are going to have the best effect. They were good before but
now they will be perfect they will be really effective and you will have the
best sleep - you won't wake up or bruise and it's the same once you remove that
fear, that anxiety, ONLY THEN these meditations can have a real deep effect and they
will work and trigger well and you'll be less likely to find that
they don't work for you for some reason. A lot of people wonder why.. "I do lots
of this... I do lots of meditation and it's not enough and it wasn't enough on the
day and it just ALL WENT OUT THE WINDOW"
and you hear all of that and it's
because all of that strategy was incomplete
they only try to layer themselves with comfort as opposed to
really getting rid of the fear cycle.
It's like a kid at night scared. You'll know if you've got
little toddlers- and they're scared of that big shadow at night and you can
sing them all the lullabies you want they're not going to go back to sleep
and they'll just end up waking up again until you get them out of bed and show them
and explain what a shadow is - it's just the lamp shining on their teddy bear on
the wall and that's what's going to appease and that's what's going to make
them realize that there is nothing to fear that's why removing the pee is so
important and that's through proper education through your understanding of
how birth really works - how your body really was - how nature intended.
Understanding that real design is going to remove those fears. So make sure that

with some very talented seniors that year.
I remember the night Ja'Marr had walked in the building, I had never seen him before.
In Junior High, the guy threw the ball to Ja'Marr, they had three guys covering him,
and Ja'Marr jumped over all three of them and caught the ball.
Ever since my sixth grade year, I've been at Livaudais Middle School,
and I just played receiver and I was doing
everything I had to do now, I was desperate. I wanted everything.
6'2", 194 lbs, I mean a kid walks in here like that,
that's an NFL receiver.
Last year he was the leading receiver, he's on the verge of breaking all the school records.
He could stay that size the rest of his career,
and he's good. You just gotta sharpen some different things.
He's athletically gifted.
Just a very talented young man. Physique-wise, strength, speed, athleticism.
The guy's got the 15th best long-jump in the nation.
A 38" to 40" vertical, his broad jump is probably between 11 and 12 feet.
We do pro-day training too and my pro-day athletes can't do what he does.
I played running back, I played a lot of positions when I was in park ball.
But once I got to middle school I stayed at receiver.
He's a competitor so he makes everybody around him just a little bit better.
He definitely passed the eye test the first time I saw him.
I mean, he likes Dez Bryant-
I like how physical he is. He just has a great mindset about everything.
-I think he's a little better vertically probably than a Dez Bryant.
Physically, he could be that guy, but I mean he's a total package.
He can attack a DB if you play him off the line,
His route running, he can put his foot
in the ground and changed direction and then at the end of the day if all else fails you
could throw it up to Ja'Marr, and he'll get it. him I guess I said my dad you know he'd

I was a top athlete too, coming out in my year,
I was captain of my football team, I was a high profile kid, and went to Alcorn State.

parental guidance as far as a father, so I was making all the decisions on my own.
So I work with him on the small. things.
His hands are out of of this world.
You know, they actually call him "Hands Ja'Marr."

I'm extremely proud of my son, because
he exceeded all of my expectations.
We've had some very talented receivers,
He might be, before this year's over, the most talented to come through Rummel.
I'm focusing on these three schools: LSU, Tennessee and TCU.
Wherever he goes they are gonna get a good football player.
He's a pretty good kid, you just don't want to make him mad.
Just being who I can be, playing my game.
Physical, toughness, that's what I have to do.
You can't just go out there and be lazy and just hope that it come to you.
You gotta work for everything.

the spotlight at the royal wedding when she walked down the aisle assisting her sister's

Now it's Pippa Middleton's turn, everyone would assume that the Duchess will be part
of the entourage, but it doesn't seem to be the case.
Following the etiquette, Kate Middleton shouldn't act as Pippa Middleton's since the former
is already married.
Traditionally, bridesmaids should be composed of unwed women.
But if the Duchess of Cambridge is to become the principal bridesmaid, she would be called
"matron of honor" in that case, as reported by Mirror.
However, royal experts believe that Prince William's wife shouldn't be included in the
wedding at all.
Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton have always been close and it's easily assumed that one
would be there for each other during the biggest day of their lives.
However, according to royals author Judy Wade in a report by People, Kate should not be
at the party because she would "upstage" Pippa.
Pippa would definitely want Kate around during the important event but as Wade put it, "If
your sister is a future Queen, she is going to upstage the bride and draw attention.
Kate would want to be in the background as much as possible."
At this time, it remains unclear what role Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge have
to play in Pippa Middleton's wedding.
Meanwhile, Kate's children with Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will
be the page boy and flower girl, respectively.
It is reported that Kate would be content to have the royal children as her representatives.

The French striker looked destined to join the Spanish giants before their appeal against a transfer ban was rejected by Fifa.
That embargo will be finished after this current window closes, leaving Diego Simeone's men free to make their move in seven months.
Lyon chief Aulas has previously been adamant that he would not sell Lacazette unless he found a replacement. Now it seems that there is absolutely no chance of the hotshot departing over the next two months.
When asked by Canal+ if Lacazette will leave this summer, Aulas said: I dont think so, no. French forward Lacazette will not be sold this summer, according to Lyon.
Diego Simeone is keen on adding Lacazette to his ranks at Atletico Madrid.
Alexandre Lacazette has been unable to join Atletico due to a transfer ban.
Wenger will now have to turn his attentions to another forward. The questioning then turned to Atletico and a potential move in January.

Here are some of the tell-tale signs that you might be one smart cookie, without appearing
so.
1.
You're a night owl
As recent research suggests, those who prefer to stay up late, and do their best work at
night, average higher IQ scores than morning people.
That being said, staying up late won't magically hack your brain into being smarter, smarter
people are just more likely to work and party during the night, and sleep in.
While all your friends are fast asleep, you are browsing the web for information, reading,
learning to play the guitar and finishing up different projects, since this happens
behind the scenes, your knowledge and skills will often be a surprise to people.
2.
You're the silent type
You'll find plenty of misconceptions about quiet people, e.g. being labeled as introverts,
socially awkward and so on.
This isn't necessarily true, and while not all quiet people are necessarily smart, highly
intelligent people will often refrain from speaking if they are accessing a situation.
They will take some time to think about what was said and prepare an adequate response,
and they find silence better than pointless small talk.
3.
You face your problems
You may find yourself faced with a bunch of difficult problems, but a smart person won't
let that bring them down.
A very smart person will know how to prioritize and deal with problems as they arise, before
things even get a chance to start spinning out of control.
If you are the type of person who faces problems and welcomes challenges, always dancing on
the age of your comfort zone, chances are that you are fairly intelligent.

You hang out with smart and creative people
The company you keep is a good reflection of who you are as a person.
Exceptionally smart people will tend to hang out with people like them, i.e. smart, creative
and cultured.
There are always some exceptions, but if about 80% of the people in your life are intelligent
and interesting, you probably fit that description as well.
5.
You strive for perfection
There might not be anything that hints at great intelligence in your appearance or speech,
the way you conduct yourself is an excellent indicator.
Intelligent people always strive for perfection, so each time you see them you'll be able
to notice a few small improvements.
They are always a bit different than before.
This perfectionist mentality is applied to all aspects of life, from trying to look their
best or working on being a great speaker, to spending hours practicing their golf swing
or dart throw.
6.
You tend to be quite self-critical
There are plenty of narcissists out there who sometimes lie to themselves and others
about how good they are at something, so it's a breath of fresh air to see someone being
self-critical and accepting critique.
Although someone might not be actively trying to impress and come off as smart, the ability
to acknowledge one's own faults and the willingness to work on correcting them can
give their intelligence away.
7.
You like to stay informed
Intelligent people like to be up to date with the latest development in a number of different
fields, always trying to improve themselves bit by bit.
A smart person will stay up to date with local and global news, as well as try to learn all
he or she can about topics that are directly related to their life or are interesting to
them.
Gathering information, learning new things and developing useful skills is a lifelong
goal for highly intelligent people, and they will always have a way of keeping themselves
busy.
8.
You're constantly occupied with tons of different projects
Speaking of keeping busy, a good indicator that you are dealing with a very smart person
is the fact that they always have a few projects that they are working on.
They might be brushing up on their French and learning a few useful Mandarin phrases,
reading up on DIY home repairs, taking dancing lessons, working on some new recipes in the
kitchen, or compiling a book on early medieval architecture.
While a lot of people like to keep busy, a smart person will fill their free time with
activities that help them improve in one way or another.
Not all smart people are very productive, but it can be a good indicator of higher intellect.
9.
You ask all the right questions
When talking to a smart person who doesn't blow his or her own horn, you'll notice
that they don't try to hijack the conversation or start long monologues.
They will actually sit there quietly and listen to what you have to say, allowing for a few
moments of silence here and there as they think things over.
However, once they ask a question it really hits the spot.
They actually give helpful advice or even get you to come to the right conclusions on
your own.
If your friends enjoy talking to you and tell you that you are a good listener, you are
probably a good friend, and an intelligent one at that.
10.
You don't think that you are exceptionally smart
Due to something called the Dunning-Kruger effect people with a low level of competence
will tend to overestimate their abilities, whereas highly competent people will tend
to sell themselves short.
This is due to the fact that the more intelligent, informed and skilled you are, the more you
realize just how much space there is to further improve and you are not satisfied with your
current knowledge or skill level.
Well, that's the 10 signs of highly intelligent people that might just be you.
True intelligence cannot really be hidden away or masked effectively, nor is this the
point of exceptionally smart people who appear seemingly normal.
They wear their intelligence proudly, but they don't flaunt it, although these ten
signs are a dead giveaway.

- [Daniel] On Friday, I turned 29.
We do birthdays big around so, it lasted five days.
- [Rachel] Thursday, I wrapped Daniel's presents
and bake him a cake, or three.
It takes me all day and two outfits.
I think he likes it.
- [Daniel] Friday morning, I open presents,
I get a cool hat and a great record.
I get coffee, oh yeah, and Justin comes.
You remember Justin.
I can pick anywhere to go for lunch, the choice is obvious.
In-N-Out.
Two grilled cheese with grilled onions, always,
and an order of fries, it's a special occasion.
- [Rachel] Cut to us eating cake.
Daniel FaceTimes with some family, they say, "hi."
Now we're in Van Nuys, I surprised Daniel
with a helicopter tour and shoot
these framed photos for a montage.
Our pilot tells us visibility is too low
and we'll have to come back another day.
So we do the next best thing.
- [Daniel] Saturday, stop at In-N-Out for lunch
because well, we're still celebrating.
I order two grilled cheeses with grilled onions,
skip the fries, I don't have the
metabolism of a 28 year old anymore.
We drive five hours north to Yosemite
and listen to Taylor Swift, like, a lot of Taylor Swift.
We were greeted by a ranger who looks like Shia Labeouf.
- [Rachel] Daniel jumps over a raging river
and we hike all the way to this amazing view.
Have you seen this view?
Man, look at this view.
We get way too close to the edge, don't tell our moms.
- [Daniel] Sunday, more views, more photos, more jumping.
We shoot a tutorial and watch the sunset over half dome.
We film a timelapse that looks suspiciously
like we're just fading this to black. I swear we're not.
We shoot some long exposures for that tutorial
we were talking about earlier.
- [Rachel] Monday, I eat a freezer
Macaroni and Cheese poolside.
A quick jump in, human fidget spinners,
synchronized swim practice and a quick workout
before we drive back to L.A.
We see cool trees and stop to snipe
this drone footage along the way.
- [Daniel] Tuesday, we're back at
the airport, not a cloud in sight.
Rafael takes us out to his doorless helicopter.
- [Rachel] Wait, no doors?

Why We Don't Hear From 4Kids Anymore - Duration: 6:09.
4Kids is a name that no kid from the 90s or 00s could avoid.
The US production company was responsible for bringing countless hit anime shows into
the English market, including Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece and Sonic X.
At the turn of the millennium, 4Kids were king.
Riding high from the success of shows like Pokemon, they were named by Fortune magazine
as America's number 1 fastest-growing company.
However, jumping ahead to 2007, major falling profits saw the company placed on the FSB
100 Hall of Shame... quite the difference from their triumphant rule a few years earlier.
4kids rise and fall is iconic in the world of anime, and their failings can be attributed
to a combination of poor business decisions, bad luck and even a series case of financial
fraud.
To properly go into what happened though and why exactly we don't hear from 4Kids anymore,
we're going to have to go back to the lovable word of Pokemon, which 4Kids obtained the
license for starting from the first episode in 1998.
As I'm sure you're all aware, to call Pokemon a success would be an understatement.
The company struck gold with their licensing deal, which saw them produce all English versions
of the anime and movies.
Prior to this, one of their most successful shows was WMAC Masters, which was a live action
martial arts series, hosted by Bruce Lee's daughter Shannon Lee.
Two seasons and 26 episodes were produced before the show was cancelled due to low ratings
and low sales of the action figures.
With Pokemon however, the production company saw more success than they could have ever
imagined and this helped pave the way for 4Kids to acquire the licenses for more and
more Japanese anime, which they then adapted for English markets.
This adaptation process was something that was very controversial with fans familiar
with the original material, with 4Kids being notorious for their heavy editing of Japanese
shows to remove not just anything that could be seen as offensive, but also the removal
of most uses of text, as well as the alteration of Japanese themes to more Western ideals.
Other common 4Kids edits include toning down the use of weapons such as guns and blades,
the removal of blood and other scenes of violence, toning down suggestive content such as popular
character designs, plus anything else that could be seen as going against their family
friendly principles.
However, whilst not winning them any favours from their older audiences, this strict editing
of original material isn't the reason for their downfall.
You see, the company's troubles all began in early 2006 and once again involves the
Pokemon franchise.
Now, at this point in time, Pokemon was actually starting to decrease in popularity in the
Unites States and so Pokémon USA began looking for ways to cut costs.
This led to 4Kids being let go when their contract expired at the end of season 8 and
also saw many of the original Pokemon voice actors being recast.
With 4Kids losing their flag ship series, profits were naturally going to take a hit
and two years later we're right back at the FSB 100 "Hall of Shame".
This was followed a few months later with 4Kids announcing that they will be laying
off 15% of their work force, in addition to the early termination of their Fox programming
agreement, as well as various other reductions in operating expenses.
The company was hemorrhaging money and whilst they tried their best to adapt and continue,
their situation proceeded to get worse and in 2010 they were delisting from the New York
Stock Exchange.
This financial hell could be the reason why 4Kids were then found to have committed multiple
acts of fraud in relation to the Yu-Gi-Oh franchise and sued for 5 million dollars.
An audit showed that 4kids had made various secret licensing deals, which they then made
large amounts of money on but didn't disclose or give any of this profit to the original
Japanese creators.
This saw them have their Yu-Gi-Oh contract terminated, which at the time was their largest
franchise, and they were forced to pay up.
Then, only a few weeks later, 4Kids announced that they had filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy
protection in an attempt to reorganise the business and pay their debts.
4Kids then set out to sell their assets, which saw the emergence of two companies, Saban
Entertainment's Kidsco and Konami's 4K Acquisition.
The two companies started a bidding process on 4Kid's licences and on June 26th 2012 a
decision was finalised which saw their assets split between the two companies in a deal
worth 15 million dollars.
Through the deal, Konami gained the US rights to the Yu-Gi-Oh!
anime franchise, as well as all of 4Kids other Yu-Gi-Oh assets.
Saban on the other hand acquired the agreements for Dragon Ball Z Kai, Sonic X and Cubix,
plus CW Network's Saturday morning programming block.
Following the deal, 4Kids were able to pay off their debts and come out of bankruptcy.
However, with now most of their licensees gone, it wasn't going to be easy for them
to become successful again and they needed to make some big changes.
And so, changing their name to 4Licensing Corporation, the company unveiled their new
business venture
to
the world.
Unfortunately for 4Licensing, Isoblox didn't take off like they hoped.
The next few years saw 4Licensing fall on harder times than ever and just last year
they have now yet again filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
This time though will likely be the last time, with their press statement explaining that
"management does not currently anticipate any recovery for shareholders".
4kids editing practises are something that left a sour taste for many fans and, for those
who weren't aware of what happened to them and why we don't hear from 4kids anymore,
there it is.
That's how this once highly successful company came to an end.

Hey guys, it is Wednesdays with Chaseypoo and today we're talking about acne.
I didn't have acne so I have nothing to say, bye. No I'm kidding.
Um, I never dealt with acne in my first puberty, I don't think, and then when I started T I started to get pimples – it's normal,
you're going through puberty, you get pimples and I got pimples a lot like up here and stuff like that,
um, but it wasn't like a big deal. What I found was interesting was when I went off of T my body
was like detoxing or something like that and I ended up with so much acne. I had acne like all
here, all on my side, oh my god, I look at pictures and I'm like "Damn, I don't even remember that."
So, here's the thing, I used to use this product and it's like acid or something, that's
dramatic, but you like put it on your face and it like burns your face and it's supposed to help.
I don't think it ever actually helped me, I feel like it actually caused more acne than I did, um, so I
actually don't have any really good tips. I know that Reed, if he makes a video this week and I
really hope that he does because he has some really, um, he did some things with his acne, um, in
order to get, cuz Reed had really bad acne and then he did some stuff and then his acne went
away and now his face is like super clear, um. But acne does suck, and it's one of those things
where like you can't really choose from like what you are gonna get from testosterone or
anything like that so it does kind of suck, but, um, I think that, um, most people that I know, and
this isn't for everyone so please don't quote me on this, most people who have acne, eventually it
does go away. And I'm not saying that all these products cause acne, but like, isn't it like if you
take proactiv, if you stop proactiv, then you're gonna get acne because your body needs it,
so you have to keep staying on proactiv? Or is it that it just doesn't last long? Something like that,
like proactiv, it works, but you have to stay on it so that you don't get acne. So those
commercials are really misleading, where Justin Bieber's like, "Puberty, I don't wanna stop that."
Oh my god does anybody remember that commercial? Please tell me. Please. He was like,
something about like, girls, and like, all of these things and then he was like "Puberty, I don't wanna stop that."
We – toots – we get it. I didn't have acne so I don't really have much to say
but I wanted to make a video to let you know that I did have a little bit of acne and it did kind of
go away but I don't even know if it was acne. What – What is considered acne because maybe it
was just like pimples and it was just like on the side. But I look at my face now and it's super
clear, sometimes I get pimples and stuff like that but I've been washing my face with, um, cuz
my face gets really greasy and that's really what the problem was for me is that I would get
greasy and then I would end up getting pimples. So what I use now is actually, um, Coalface?
I think that's what it's called, from Lush, and then I use like a moistur – a face moisturizer that
you put on after you clean your face so that you bring back the good oils in your face and that
has really helped clear up my skin. So that's something that I would look into but, um, agh, I
don't know I never had any of that really painful acne so hopefully somebody this week will
make a video and talk to you about that. Anyways, super short video, but, anyways, go to Lush
and talk to them about your acne, maybe they can help you. I'm biased though cuz I really like Lush.
