China has urged the United States to respect Beijing's concerns about Taiwan to avoid

disturbances in Sino-US ties.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi made the remark during a meeting with visiting US Secretary

of State Rex Tillerson.

Beijing has repeatedly called Taiwan as the most sensitive issue in its relationship with

the White House.

Chinese authorities have been upset by Washington's expansion of military exchanges with Taiwan

and its arm sales to the self-ruled Island.

China suspects that the island-nation wants to declare formal independence from China.

Taiwan's president, however, has dismissed China's concerns saying she maintains peace

with Beijing.

U.S. aircraft carrier due in Korea this month for a joint military exercise - Duration: 0:46.

The U.S. is expected to send its nuclear-powered aircraft carrier the USS Ronald Reagan to

waters near the Korean Peninsula later this month...to take part in combined excercises

with South Korea's Navy.

A Seoul defense official said on Sunday that the joint drills will take place in the East

Sea, around mid-October... and will simluate the intercepting of North Korean ballistic

missiles.

The USS Ronald Reagan, based in Yokosuka, Japan, will likely come as part of strike

group with other warships, including Aegis destroyers and nuclear submarines.

This comes after the U.S. flew B-1B strategic bombers and fighter jets near North Korea's

border last week...which the regime then condemned and threatened to shoot out of the sky.

US dominates, Rickie in with the fans & Hoffman's clutch chip-in - Duration: 3:41.

When "We the People" call your name, you fulfill your Patriotic duty!

It was all red, white & blue during Saturday morning's foursomes at the Presidents Cup.

The US came into the day leading 8-2 and headed into the afternoon session up 11.5-2.5…

After breaking out the "Three Amigos" dance in their win Friday…

Phil & Kisner kept their team chemistry locked in Saturday morning…

And defeated Grillo and Vegas 2 & 1….

The U.S. captured 3.5 out of 4 points in the morning, but not without some action from

the International team…

But the U.S. always seemed to have an answer…

Now that's just silly! Reed & Spieth defeated Leishman and Day 4 & 3.

The MVP of the morning for the Internationals was surely Louis Oosthuizen…

Then just a hole later he did this!

The South Africans held strong to halve the match against Fowler & Thomas.

Heading into the afternoon's Four-ball, the United States needed to win all four points

available to clinch the Cup a day early – but Jordan Spieth accidently made it a little

interesting…

On the 12th hole, Spieth conceded Oosthuizen's putt before it stopped rolling.

That's against the rules Jordan!

So the International team won the point on that hole.

But Spieth and Reed went on to win the match 2 & 1.

Meanwhile, the US had the Berger boys to cheer them on!

And Daniel Berger gave them plenty of reason to cheer…

He made three straight birdies, until Justin Thomas wanted to add a point of his own with

this 42-footer…

The Class of 2011 defeated Vegas and Matsuyama 3 & 2.

But Si Woo Kim's team did not want to let the US clinch a day early….

Even when Charley Hoffman tried to end it on a bang on 17…

Lahiri said, nope – we are taking this all the way to Sunday… and went on to win the

match 1up on the 18th.

The United States leads 14.5 to 3.5 and needs just one more point Sunday to win the Presidents

Cup.

The Web.com TOUR Finals are also in action, with Jonathan Byrd sleeping on the lead heading

into the final round.

You can catch highlights from both tournaments on PGATOUR.com and I'll see you Monday for

Trending On TOUR.

North Korea SLAPS DOWN peace talks offer in favour of ALL-OUT WAR - Duration: 2:31.

North Korea SLAPS DOWN peace talks offer in favour of ALL-OUT WAR

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson admitted Donald Trump has attempted to reach out to Pyongyang but that the tubby tyrant has shown no interest in entering into peace talks.

He made the shock admission during a state visit to China to discuss how to contain the menacing regime. Tillerson said: "Look, our objective is denuclearisation. Our objective is not to get rid of North Korea.

Our objective is not to collapse their regime." A department spokeswoman later added: "North Korean officials have shown no indication that they are interested in or are ready for talks regarding denuclearisation.". WAR: Kim has refused to give up his precious nukes.

FRUSTRATION: Rex Tillerson hoped that Kim would listen to offers.

But Trump's right hand man has managed to get China, North Korea's last-remaining ally, to put more pressure on the regime. Tillerson said Beijing's more assertive efforts were due to its realisation that Pyongyang's nuclear production had advanced too far.

Over the summer Kim tested several nukes and missiles – some of which are capable of striking the US mainland.

REJECTED: Kim has rubbished any suggestion that he should give up his nukes.

TRUMPED: Donald offered to talk to North Korea. The continued aggressive posturing prompted the Donald to vow to "totally destroy" North Korea. But the Kim has also prepared his army for war and this week has welcomed more recruits.

Kim Jong-un boasted that more than 21,600 trade union members pledged to join his massive army.

North Korea in fresh 'nuclear disaster' threat and vows to turn US into 'sea of FLAMES' - Duration: 3:04.

North Korea in fresh 'nuclear disaster' threat and vows to turn US into 'sea of FLAMES'

The Hermit State has sent a scathing warning to US President Donald Trump, branding him a "psychopath" whose latest move to impose sanctions is a "suicidal act inviting a nuclear disaster".

It comes as nuke-nut leader Kim Jong-un readies to fire another missile following its alleged H-bomb test, which sparked a crippling wave of sanctions from Trump. It also comes amid plans by China to remove Kim, sparking suggestions Kim could be killed.

Yet the moves appear to have taken tensions to boiling point, if this shock statement – by a spokesman at the North's Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee – is anything to go by.

FUMING: Kim Jong-uns elite have reacted angrily to Donald Trumps sanctions.

The spokesman for the group, which handles the Norths external ties and propaganda, said: The more reckless behaviour of Trump ignorant of himself and the rival will only harden the retaliatory will of the army and people of the DPRK against the U.S.

"It will precipitate the doomsday of the U.S. Trump should bear this in mind. We once again warn the old psychopath of America against his hysteria.

OUTRAGED: Trump refuses to be beaten in the war of words with Kim.

"His brandishing of sanctions club and muscle-flexing with tiger moth-like bombers before the fire-ready revolutionary forces of the DPRK is just a suicidal act of inviting a nuclear disaster that will reduce America into a sea of flames." The staggering statement comes after Daily Star Online reported suggestions of an imminent missile strike after Kim "secretly moved missiles from a rocket laboratory".

The news also comes amid fears Pyongyang is planning to target nuclear power stations, banks and government ministries in South Korea using an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weapon.

An EMP – used in nuclear bombs – unleashes electromagnetic radiation that damages volt-powered equipment and could cripple the South.

Kim Jong-un 'to be KILLED' by SAS and US commando units amid fears of EMP attack on Seoul - Duration: 3:04.

Kim Jong-un 'to be KILLED' by SAS and US commando units amid fears of EMP attack on Seoul

Fears are mounting that Kim Jong-un may order an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack on Seouls financial infrastructure. The secretive armed service units could be deployed to launch a "regime change" within months.

The elite unit will consist of members of the SAS's Special Project Team, along with a specialist nuclear, chemical and biological warfare unit.

Sources told the Daily Star that SAS soldiers are set to team up with US Delta Forces and a South Korean elite commando force.

They believe that forces could enter the hermit state by air, land and sea with the help of North Korean defectors.

The source emerged after a Government think-tank warned that tensions between the US and North Korea are now so high that war is "a real possibility" and Britain must prepare for the worst.

A report for the Royal United Services Institute said such conflict could result in "hundreds of thousands" of casualties, a global financial crisis, and have disastrous implications for the political and diplomatic landscape of East Asia.

One senior British intelligence source said the mission would be high risk, however, the best possible alternative to a nuclear war.

He said that a raid on the North Korean dictators Palace in the capital, Pyongyang, would be immensely difficult, due to the oppressed states high level of security.

The source added: "Frankly we can worry about the legality of a targeted assassination once Kim Jong Un has gone.

A lot of pressure has been placed on the Chinese to either get Kim to ditch his nuclear weapons programme or for them to replace him with someone who will tow-the-line but so far they have refused to get involved.

"This would be a very high-risk mission and the chances of success are less than 40 per cent but it is the best possible alternative to nuclear or conventional war in which hundreds of thousands could be killed.

" Such an operation would be in breach of international law.

U.S. directly communicating with N. Korea through multiple channels: U.S. Secretary of State - Duration: 2:05.

Now moving on to today's other news stories...

Recent tensions between the U.S. and North Korea has meant actual sit-down talks have

looked unlikely to come in the near future.

But...America's top diplomat has revealed that channels of communication remain open

with the regime...on a limited basis.

Oh Jung-hee has more.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says the United States is communicating directly

with North Korea through multiple channels.

Speaking to reporters in Beijing Saturday after talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping,...

Tillerson said... the U.S. does have lines of communication with Pyongyang and is not

in a blackout.

Communication, he said, is happening directly, without China's mediation,... and two or three

channels with the regime are open.

But Tillerson didn't further elaborate on which Americans are involved... or how frequent

or substantive these contacts are.

Also, he said, the process hasn't gotten far enough to find out what North Korea wants

to discuss.

But, saying that the overall situation now is rather heated,... Tillerson stressed that

North Korea should halt its missile launches first to cool things down.

This is the first time Tillerson has ever spoken about U.S. outreach to North Korea.

In September, he acknowledged that there was "very limited" contact with Pyongyang's UN

envoy.

But trying to tamp down expectations,... the U.S. State Department later released a statement...

that Pyongyang hasn't shown any interest in dialogue with Washington.

The South Korean presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae, meanwhile, says that to resolve the

North Korea nuclear issue peacefully... all forms of dialogue should go ahead -- whether

multilateral... or bilateral between Washington and Pyongyang... or Seoul and Pyongyang.

It also says Seoul and Washington are working together closely to keep channels of communication

open with the North... while at the same time keeping maximum sanctions and pressure on

the regime to bring it back to dialogue.

Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.

'We will wipe US wolves from the Earth' Kim boasts as 216,000 join North Korea's huge army - Duration: 2:57.

'We will wipe US wolves from the Earth' Kim boasts as 216,000 join North Korea's huge army

KCNA The stunning number of recruits was announced after the North appeared to reject peace talks with the US this week.

Ramping up his threatening rhetoric the Pyongyang supremo said hundreds of thousands of trade union recruits had signed up to join the People's Army. Kim's mouthpiece KCNA also bragged that more and more members have been joining since it made the announcement.

BOAST: Kim has said that more than 216,000 North Koreans will join his army.

READY FOR WAR: Kim has tested nukes to use against the US.

It said: "Union officials and members here held meetings to vow to take the lead in the anti-US sacred war to wipe out all those wolves from the surface of the Earth, volunteering for military service.

"Those trade union members in North Hwanghae Province, too, met and pledged to join or rejoin in the army so as to defend the country with arms.

"A lot of union members in North and South Phyongan provinces vowed to serve in the army with their strong will to win the final victory in the showdown with the US.

It added: "Such scenes have been witnessed among the workers in all other provinces of the country.".

WORSHIPED: North Koreans have vowed to fight for Kim in huge numbers.

NAVAL POWER: The US has sent warships to the North in preparation for war. The worrying news comes just days after the North claimed 4.7 million students had pledged to join the army since Kim threatened to "tame" US President Donald Trump.

If true the manpower boost would make North Korea's army the largest in the world, dwarfing the size of US forces by about 3m.

His explosive comments were in response to Trump's vow to "totally destroy" North Korea if forced to do so in his debut United Nations address.

NFL PROTESTS, TRUMP & HATE DIVIDING US | Disrespecting the Flag, Take the Knee & the National Anthem - Duration: 13:26.

the culture of hate the culture of saying fuck you of being able to jump

immediately and judge one another this is stimulated by this week and it gets

stimulated every week by something in the media but this time about football

players taking a knee to the national anthem and how it disgraces our country

and flag and all this other sort of stuff and and how they're not being

heard and this person isn't being heard and Donald Trump is great or he's the

cause of it all and so on and so on and see the thing is is we've moved into a

culture not just the nation but a sense of humanity a sense of people in an

expression of ourselves that is no longer about who we are what we think

and now it is about some sort of cause some sort of political thing that

somehow is supposed to make sense in this one weird way that's surrounded by

facts but not about the human experience and the more we deny that the more we

are left with a shell of what we're really fighting to express with people

and value amongst ourselves and we become a broken culture a broken world

not just a broken nation but far far beyond that this is the daily awesome

I'm Steve Mayeda I'm their host of this and if this is your first time here give

this video watch if you like it interact with it consider subscribing and being a

part of what we do now what we do is we talk about men's development we talk

about everything that can possibly have to do with bettering your perspective as

a man but we don't just do this from a singular voice like myself we do this

like this call is being recorded on September the 27th of 2017 on our TSL

online call and our men's development excellence call this is a Wednesday

night where we unify as men and we talk about things which better ourselves

we usually stay out of politics we stay out of the black and white which we're

gonna talk about tonight and we talk about the choices that you make is a man

to better yourself if you like this the free stuff linked down below we'll take

you to a page where you can watch this video you can download our video courses

you can download our PDFs but most importantly join our groups and be a

part of this discussion it's something that doesn't happen anywhere else in the

world and it happens throughout the week on all of our calls and our group

that all being said let's get back to this so we have a problem when do we not

have a problem whether it's feminism or men's rights or black lives matter or

you know patriotism NFL over paid players that are somehow disrespecting

and district gracing the flag and so on and we turn our discussions as a people

not even as just a nation anymore but is that people of a culture where this is

respected where we want to be either the black or the white the good or the bad

and if you are on the black side you are convinced that the white side is wrong

and when you're on the white side you're convinced that the black side is wrong

and the more that we define ourselves in that way the more we divide the less we

become an expression when we live in the trap of the black and white we live in

that world where it's us versus them we leave our choice at the door we leave

the things that we value and probably that we're fighting for at the door and

what is this really about because what I see happening is people

discussing about this and they get heated they start stating some stats

they start talking about the issues and I'll tell you this if I were somebody

that we're talking about like man there's a reason to protest man there's

a reason why why I say this there's a reason why I feel that things aren't

being voiced to me the last thing that I want to hear is that I'm wrong and the

last thing that I want to hear are a bunch of stats about why this thing is

it should not be respected and this goes for both sides you know you think about

you see this over and over again but we as human beings cannot see what we are

doing and think about this man the manner that is upset that they're

offended it let's say players taken the knee you've disrespected the nation

you've disrespected the flag you've disrespected these things to the guy

that's you know lives in that world that's taking the knee or so honor is

chosen that side of it says man fuck you you know what I go through you know bla

bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla we stopped listening to one another and I'm

not saying you can't have a choice but we'd have now started to think that to

entertain that side that let's say I'm an anti-trump guy but I start to

entertain what a pro Trump guy thinks or whatever the fuck it is that I start

going man I put myself in danger that I might be

infected by something and see that's the problem we make a big deal we make a

tragedy out of something that happens that may not even directly affect us we

make a tragedy of something that does affect us but we take it out on social

media we make a tragedy about something to justify hate towards people that we

don't know and nothing that you believe in and nothing that you value should be

something that fuels that sort of hate that sort of anger that sort of

confusion and that sort of dissonance amongst people see here's the thing man

what does it mean to be a member what does it mean to myself being American

but what does it mean to be a member of the world what does it mean to be a

member of this group what does it mean to be a member of whatever party or

ideology that you belong to if it means that I have to have an enemy if it means

that I am constantly under duress or threat then what can I be Who am I and

see it's a core of this all I don't think that that's that's what this is

about but somehow we've turned it into that

we've turned our choices into sensationalism many years ago of course

if you listen to the TSL podcast you know that we've done this with sex sex

isn't about communication it's about selling something it's about the bright

lights it's about hysteria it's about porn it's about conservative

values it's about marriage it's about all this but it's not about what you

feel in your body anymore it's not about the act that you have that's intimate

with somebody it's not about a choice and the more that we take that

expression out of our lives the more we fight fight fight for a definition to

make sense out of this and the more that we do that then we start seeing a right

and wrong with things and that is a sad thing because we have taken the humanity

about this out of the fuels that drive us which this is about identity this is

about hearing me all these points have validity to them but why are we speaking

past each other why do we fuel the divide why do we Yool the the stuff

which makes us see us as separate and I want to end with this is

a story so I have a brother amazing guy my brother is awesome he is somebody

that every single person who knows him respects him and it's almost impossible

not to is an athlete as a professor it's an academic is somebody who's so

accomplished in his life to make the choices that he makes in the

determination and dedication people respected but his ideas about things

maybe it's choices maybe his things that he believes in politically are things

that I may not agree with and they're things that all those people that

respect him also may not agree with but that's not a reason to hate him the

reason why is because my brother and I we grew up together we shared love

together we that carries over his friends that he went through experiences

with they shared something that meant something far beyond a choice or a page

in a book or maybe a chapter in the book of his life and are able to see so much

more why would we do that why would we I don't care if you're a feminist I may

disagree with it I don't care if you're a men's rights activist I don't care

about all these other things but we've gotten so good at saying fuck you to

people we don't know saying fuck you just because somebody can't hear us

saying fuck you just because we can't share and exchange something and we've

mastered that skill and we think that's what we call friendship life values

that's a reaction and that's a sad sad world we live in see here's the thing is

in my life I've fucked up a lot and I've had to stick my hand out for help and

many times that person who helped me up that awesome core moment of humanity has

been somebody that I got to know and I disagreed with on so many levels but

that gift that force and I'm not saying you need some dramatic thing in your

life to make you see this but that gift of that force where I just needed help

and I'd have to feel that and see that no compassion and I needed love and I

got that man that made me overlook whatever their stance with was on

perhaps a matter racism perhaps a matter of abortion or

you know do we like Mexicans and so on what I learned is there's a human

connection that comes comes into play that overrides all this stupid shit and

when we live that we become great people great people god unity is beauty because

when we can unify and see what brings us together what makes us the same which

what cannot change that Brotherhood that love those different things that we have

then we can rise to be individuals but like I always say especially with the

sexes if you're a man and you live a life without women you have now chosen a

life against women if you're a woman and you choose a life without man you choose

a life against men because you're denying parts of yourself drivers within

yourself to be a part of so much that all being said within my life I've

learned to also reach out my hand to other people and what kind of a fucking

person would I be to deny compassion love caring all these different things

that I value in myself because I've lived them just because of what somebody

thought that I didn't agree with and more importantly it's probably something

that I don't understand fuck that is a beautiful act to be able

to do and live in those sorts of ways and if you think that if you do that

that somehow that brings you into danger that somehow you are compromising

yourself in a way where you could get hurt and harm other people man

expression doesn't live in fear expression doesn't live in scarcity

expression lives in openness and you know what you don't have to be an idiot

to stay alive or not die or not get attacked but that's how we create wisdom

that's how we create choice that's how we create a man who can determine when's

the right time to put up his garden when's the right time for him to share

some of the greatest qualities about himself and people

aren't teaching that I don't know what your stances are and things but you know

what I want to know you and the man behind what you believe or the woman

behind what you believe rather than the woman that that I see on the surface the

man I see on the surface let's live that world man let's live

what that is man that is a fucking beautiful thing and if we created a

world with that and individually out of that individuality out of that fuck man

I could only I could only wish for it in any case guys this is the daily awesome

podcast I'm Steve Maia these calls are fueled by tons of guys there's actually

10 guys around the world right now talking to us that I'm gonna shut up and

we're gonna build go back to that discussion we do it every Wednesday

night we do it on Thursdays we do it on Saturdays we do it on Sundays we do it

on Mondays where we connect and unify as a group and create something what I call

accountability which isn't you saying oh I'm gonna do this or this and that or

these bad things are gonna happen but it's that I am a part of something I

have an identity of who I am and what I do and how I am affects you and within

that we have a brotherhood that we believe in ourselves and why would you

want to let that down so we create that sort of thing man we live good lives and

we live good lives as men so that's what this podcast is about and if you like it

and you want to be a part of it the best thing that you can do is click that free

stuff link where you can also find in the show notes on YouTube is the

annotations that we put up in this and the the different things that we may

have left out because they're all done live but you can click on what I would

say is join our men's development excellence group that is a great first

step for you to see what we're all about where you can rise to who you were born

to be because man when you live the force of nature that's you that's

expression it isn't wrapped up in all these fucking labels that you try and

live by because it's hard to just be yourself man that's an awesome thing so

check that out feel free to take any of our free PDFs video courses a lot sort

of stuff and join us man thank you so much for listening hopefully hopefully

resonate with it if you didn't you know leave a comment either way or

whatever email me contacted me I love interacting with guys where we can

U.S. aircraft carrier due in Korea this month for a joint military exercise - Duration: 0:38.

The United States is expected to send its nuclear-powered aircraft carrier the USS Ronald

Reagan to waters near the Korean Peninsula this month...for a combined exercise with

South Korea's Navy.

A defense official from the South Korean side said on Sunday that the two navies will conduct

high-intensity joint drills in the East Sea… around the middle of this month... aimed at

detecting, tracking and intercepting North Korean ballistic missiles.

The USS Ronald Reagan is based in Yokosuka, Japan, and carries nearly 80 aircraft and

a crew of around 5-thousand.

SAS set to team up with US forces to 'TAKE OUT' Kim Jong-un - Duration: 4:03.

SAS set to team up with US forces to 'TAKE OUT' Kim Jong-un

WW3: Soldiers are concocting plans to take out Kim Jong-un.

Top sources claim SAS soldiers are set to team up with US Delta Force and a South Korean elite commando force. The crack team could be ready to launch a "regime change" operation within months.

The unit is likely to involve members of the SAS's Special Project Team, one of the most secret parts of the elite regiment, along with a specialist nuclear, chemical and biological warfare unit.

Delta Force, the equivalent of the SAS, will command the mission.

WAR: It is said North Korea would be flooded with messages from Western forces.

Source Sources reckon the ultimate aim of such a mission would be the targeted assassination Kim Jong Un. Options for the force include entering the country by air, land and sea using North Koreans defectors as guides.

The revelation comes after a government think tank warned tensions between the US and North Korea are now so high that war is "a real possibility" that Britain must prepare for.

Such a conflict would result in "hundreds of thousands" of casualties, severely disrupt the global economy, and have profound implications for the political and diplomatic landscape of East Asia, the report for the Royal United Services Institute said.

One scenario being considered by UK forces is working out what would happen if Kim Jong Un was killed or captured.

It is said North Korea would be flooded with messages from Western forces informing the population using TV and radio that a new leadership was in command.

Any pre-emptive strike, sources say, will be preceded by a major cyber attack aimed at disabling many of the country's early warning systems.

One senior British intelligence source said the mission would be high risk but was the best possible alternative to a nuclear war.

He said that a raid on Kim's Palace in the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, would be immensely difficult, with aircraft having to avoid dozens of anti-aircraft batteries and hundreds of heavily-armed guards. Such an operation would be in breach of international law.

But the source added: "Frankly we can worry about the legality of a targeted assassination once Kim Jong Un has gone.

A lot of pressure has been placed on the Chinese to either get Kim to ditch his nuclear weapons programme or for them to replace him with someone who will tow-the-line but so far they have refused to get involved.

"This would be a very high-risk mission and the chances of success are less than 40% but it is the best possible alternative to nuclear or conventional war in which hundreds of thousands could be killed.".

U.S. directly communicating with N. Korea through multiple channels: U.S. Secretary of State - Duration: 1:55.

Now moving on to the day's news...

Recent tension between the U.S. and North Korea has meant actual sit-down talks does

not look like it will be coming any time soon on the horizon.

But...America's top diplomat has revealed that channels of communication remain open

with the regime on a limited basis.

Tillerson wrapped up his visit and left China on Saturday... after having meetings with

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Foreign Minister Wang Yi... about the two countries' bilateral

relations and North Korea.

President Trump is to visit China in November... as part of his tour of five Asian nations.
