Hey, dudes. Guess what? I can sing. (scoffs) YOU can sing? (laughs)
Yeah, I'm not buying it either.
Oh, come on, dude. I know I can. Just watch. Just watch.
Man, this better be good.

It's like that. It's like that. Every little step I take, you will be...
...there. Every little step I make...
...we'll be together.
Every little step I take, you will...
...be there. Every little step I make...
...we'll be together.
Well? Did I impress you guys or what?
(laughs)
Nope. You can't sing at all.

How professional services firms can use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to transform their business - Duration: 4:41.
Now more than ever, building trusted relationships and maintaining a solid reputation,
depends on delivery of outstanding and increasingly distinctive client experiences.
Professional Services Firms need to embrace new levels of transparency
and build a workplace where it's easy for them to see all client interactions
and understand internal resource availability during key decision making phases.
Let's look at how Microsoft Dynamics 365 empowers Contoso,
a leading consultancy and services organisation,
to optimise their operations and engage with their clients.
Spencer Low is a partner at Contoso. He begins his day by checking his emails.
He's pleased to see an email from Victoria Jones,
his primary contact at a key client account, Fabrikam.
The email confirms they'd like to meet Spencer to discuss the audit requirements.
Directly from Outlook he views the details held in Dynamics 365 linked to the opportunity.
This includes the estimated revenue, close date and owner.
It also shows all recent activities and interactions with Victoria
and provides click to call capability using Skype for Business.
In preparation for the meeting Spencer navigates to the opportunity record.
This provides a full breakdown of the opportunity
including summary information, an activity log of all communications
plus a list of all key stakeholders and their roles.
Spencer is keen to dig a little bit deeper on the client account.
He does this by moving to the single client view.
Here he can immediately gain an insight into firm wide interactions with Fabrikam.
Any items you may have missed are flagged on the timeline.
The intelligent relationship assistant, further supports Spencer
and advises on the next best actions to take.
Now he's prepared he heads to the meeting.
Let's watch how Spencer can continue to utilise Dynamics 365 using his mobile device.
At the meeting Victoria and the Fabrikam team outline their engagement requirements
and confirm their interest in Contoso.
Spencer uses the Dynamics 365 mobile app on his tablet device.
The app provides the same user experience as the desktop
meaning Spencer remains as productive whilst out with clients as he is in the office.
He uses the notes section to add a note
and then completes the follow up task linked to the meeting.
The meeting concludes and everyone agrees was very productive.
Now let's watch as Dynamics 365 helps Spencer to progress this opportunity back at the office.
To produce an accurate engagement proposal Spencer needs to collaborate with his colleagues.
He uses the team space within Dynamics 365 to do this.
The team space contains all documentation linked to the opportunity and lists all scheduled meetings.
Spencer uses the conversation thread to update the group of the meeting outcomes,
and each group member is notified.
Veronica, the operations manager at Contoso, sees an email from Spencer
and begins putting together a plan of the engagement.
She uses a template to build the engagement plan
and identifies the qualified resources across the business
all from within Dynamics 365.
She adds Spencer to the engagement, checks the quotation details and updates Spencer.
An accurate proposal can now be shared with the client
and importantly Contoso can view the profitability of the engagement.
The client accepts the proposal and all Contoso resources booked in the engagement are automatically notified.
Spencer kicks off the engagement and upon completion of the task he updates his time sheet.
The flexible time entry capability caters for import from resource bookings
and import from his Outlook calendar.
He can also use mobile phone for time and expenses whilst out of the office.
As soon as time submitted by the project team and is approved it becomes Work in Progress.
Using the flexible billing engine an invoice is scheduled and sent to client, or exposed on the client portal.
Contract performance is updated in real time in Dynamics 365.
Contoso can analyse management information directly from Dynamics 365
including overall firm performance, engagement profitability and effort against budget,
using the real time interactive dashboard presented in the engagement.
This brings us to the end of this video.
During where we have seen how Microsoft solutions will help Contoso empower teams,
by enhancing productivity to deliver on time, under budget client engagements.
Increase profitability by maximising resource utilisation,
deepen client engagement by providing relationship transparency and intelligence
to make the right decisions at the right time,
and optimise growth by instilling a culture of informed decision-making focused on firm profitability.

Can Demons Read Our Minds? - Duration: 5:03.
Can demons read our mind or just put thoughts in them?
Is it a question that has a clear answer?
I want to share our perspective.
Many of our clients ask this when they come in to meet with us.
We've addressed it in other articles, in bits and pieces, but I wanted to use this time
and space to pull it all together.
Lay it out explicitly.
It's a common topic in the body of Christ and if you do your own research, you find
that most sources contend the demons cannot read our minds.
We agree with that view will share, um, our reasons for that very shortly.
Fervent advocates debate this because really there are no explicit passages in scripture
to prove or disprove either assertion counselees that we see are adamant and believing that
Satan can read their minds because from their perspective, he seems to know what they're
thinking.
Alternatively, they think something, they say that it happens.
We need to understand five things about our spiritual enemies.
First of all, demons do have access to our soul, our soul man, rather our mind, memory
and emotions and are able to put thoughts into our mind and certainly stir up memories
that we have.
Secondly, I contend that very few, if any of us will deal with Satan himself directly
and look at, he's a created being limited by time and space just as we are who amongst
us really warrants his personal intention.
Number three, Satan does have a vast army of demons under his authority and they are
sent to tornadoes.
Their mission.
John Ten, 10 is to kill, steal and destroy.
Number four, they work against us by messing with our thought life and indwelling us that
they're able.
I'll look at the ladder, requires the limerence ministry, which is the driving out of demons.
While demons on the outside of us need to be discerned and resistant.
Talks about James [inaudible].
Finally, demons are assigned to us here.
All that we say, see all what we do and are aware of prophetic words that are spoken over
us.
They do not need to read our minds to really gain a firm handle on how we function, our
strengths, our weaknesses, and our vulnerabilities, and ask yourself this simple question.
If you had someone following you around 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so everything
you did heard, all you said would they know a lot about you.
The answer's obvious.
Look at they don't have to read our minds to be smart.
Moreover, they do have the ability as ac to put thoughts in our mind.
No.
What about those people who operate in the occult, Ram and Profess Mind reading capability?
Now, I believe that some really and truly do connect with demons here from them and
received the information that the demons have.
Look, God speaks to people and so to demons.
Those on the other side have power and knowledge to but certainly not to the same degree that
we do.
Why is this important?
I believe we need to put and keep these demons in their proper place.
When it comes to understanding their power and capabilities, they're able to put these
thoughts in our mind.
Yes, and stir up memories.
Now look at the.
Our job is to discern that fact is that happens, capture the thought and replace it with Christ
truth that's talked about in Second Corinthians 10, five, and as we persevere in this renewal
process, our minds can be transformed and we become more like Jesus.
Simple enough, right?
Just kidding, but that's our challenge and Paul did not lay a mission before us that
we cannot accomplish by the Lord's grace and power at work in us.
So what's the evidence for demons not being able to read our mind?
The best example that I can put forth is Christ himself.
Jesus was fully God and fully human.
He was tempted in every way as we are.
It talks about in Hebrews 4:15, he knew what his mission was and willingly went to the
cross so he could rise again.
If seeing could've read Christ mind.
Can anyone believe that he would have leveraged so vigorously through the religious leaders
enrollments to have Jesus crucified?
It doesn't make sense, does it?
Yes, I know it's only an indicator it's not approved, but at that point I really pressed
at the outset of this.
Let's not walk in fear.
Do not be concerned about devil's being able to read your mind.
Similarly, not quake.
When you speak something out or an entertainer, declare something out loud because you're
now afraid that you've given your enemies new insight they probably already know.
They also understand that you have power and authority over them and are properly concerned
about that truth.
Are you willing to grasp that biblical reality and walk in the fullness of it?
Need help to get there?
Connect with us and we'll give you a hand.
God bless you.

Ball Tampering Scandal: What Can We Learn? (Cricket & Life Series) - Duration: 2:39.
On 24th March Aussie players were caught red handed tampering with the ball at the Cape
Town test against South Africa.
What really shocked the cricket world was the extent of planning that went behind it.
This premeditated cheating was obviously fuelled by the obsession to win.
In the world we live in, this obsession to win is turning into an epidemic,
and the consequences are many fold.
If you go to a large bookstore and visit the self-help section, you will find one kind
of books that say "You can do it.
You can make it.
Anything's possible."
And alongside you will find books of the second kind that tell how to deal with low self-esteem,
how to stop feeling bad about oneself .
There is a real correlation between the two.
In a society which tells you that you have to win at all times under all circumstances,
you will obviously have people having serious difficulty coping with inevitable failures.
And very soon we may need books of the third kind that say cheating is bad, you will be
punished for cheating, books on basic morality, because when you have a society obsessed about
winning, you will find a lot of people turning to malpractice to make it happen.
So please, let's understand that there's more to life than just winning or losing.
Let's make life a learning experience.
So let's cultivate the habit of really trying our very best and then leaving the rest.

Can a Gynecologist Know Your vagina Test, Your Sexual History | क्या ग्यानाक्लॉजिस्ट आपके वजाइना - Duration: 3:09.
Can a Gynecologist Know Your Vegina Test, Your Sexual History?
Whenever it comes to sexual health, there are some things that we often shy away from
asking.
Is it normal to get fat from vagina or urine during sex?
Is it normal for a masterbate to do so many times a day?
These are some of the questions that we often shy away from asking the Health Expert.
But there is also one thing that keeps moving in the brain, is that the gynecologist can
check your vagina and tell about your sexual history, as if someone is still a virgin or
not.
And if there is any sexually active, the frequency of sex, can they also tell how many partners
have sex with their partner?
If such a question is going on in your mind, let's know if you can only know your sexual
history with the Wagenana Test.
Do you know what sexual history is going on?
Experts believe that no one can test your genes to know about your sexual history.
Because the woven angle is elastic organ in one way.
During these sexes, it automatically pays for the size of the penis itself.
After the sexual session is over, it immediately returns to its original shape.
There are several types of tests for whether or not the Hymen break has occurred.
You can also have a highway break without having sex because of the lifestyle factor
such as horse riding, gymnastic and biking.
So these tests do not seem to know about your virginity.
Do you know about sex life?
Experts believe that it does not matter how your sex life is.
The shape of your vagina will never tell how your sex life style is.
Because this is due to the same reason stated above that if sex session is over once it
does not matter how long and how many times you have sex.
The process When a woman is excited, then there are some
definite changes in her vein, because at that time the blood transmitted to that place starts
very fast.
As long as it does not get comfortable it starts expanding in size.
After that it comes back comfortably to its normal size.
It does not matter what the size of the penis is, for the pull in the vagina, creates a
lubricants naturally.
If not in normal size then This is very common, if you are not filling
your tight down like before, it means that your vagina has lost the flexibility.
Maybe after sex you took a little time to return to the original.
For
just two reasons it may happen when you feel that you have a difference in the flexibility
of the vagina, one after the delivery, after the second menopause.
However, after delivery, Wazena takes six months to return to her old shape.
This is also done in menopause, but through certain medication and exercise you can keep
your weave tight.
Result It proves that no matter how many partners
we get involved with, but the gynecologist does not seem to know about your sexual history
by any kind of investigation.

Why can any Christian be a discipler? - Duration: 2:49.
Ankerberg: Yes.
We're talking with three wonderful pastors that have huge churches that they're ministering
to, and they are encouraging ordinary people just like you, if you're a Christian watching
this program here or overseas, that God the Holy Spirit can use you to share the faith,
and disciple other people that you know.
And it'll work, okay.
David, why will this work?
Platt: This is what I love about pastoring.
I get to sit and watch this play out in ordinary people's lives.
I think about one brother.
So, when he came to our church he was not a brother in Christ.
He had actually grown up in the church, been in the church most all of his life, but had
gone through religious routine his entire life and served on committees and leadership
teams in churches.
But he came the point where he realized he had never put his faith in Christ alone for
his salvation.
He had been trusting in all his works that he was doing for God.
And so when he trusted in Christ, the Spirit of God filled him.
Everything changed.
And immediately he began to turn outward and say, "Alright, I've got to share this
with other people."
And so he pulls his wife aside and says, "We need to give our life to making disciples."
And so they start investing in particular in younger couples, and sharing the gospel
with younger couples, and leading those younger couples to share the gospel with others.
And his wife came up to me not long ago and said, "Pastor, making disciples is better
than having grandkids; like, we are loving this."
[Laughter] And they love their grandkids.
But, but it's new life in them that they're realizing we can do this.
And I think about that right in front of me.
I think about the ways I've seen that in other places around the world.
I think about gathering together with a group of basically farmers in a country in Asia
where it's illegal to gather together as followers of Christ, and where we gathered
together in a secret underground location.
And we're talking about what it means to make disciples.
So, how can we share this gospel with other people?
In a sense what the Spirit of God is in us for.
And these farmers start going and sharing with the people around them.
The first time I met with them we talked about that.
Within six months, by the time I went back, their group had basically quadrupled in size,
because these farmers realized the power of the Spirit of God is in us.
The gospel is in us; we can make this known.
And we don't have to have a certain number of degrees or a certain amount of training
in order to make disciples, that the Spirit of God and the gospel of God are sufficient
for this happen.
So to see that play out, it just makes me pray that more and more of us in Christ would
see this and begin to experience this, as ordinary people with extraordinary power on
a daily basis.

Can Acupuncture Help With Food Cravings? - Duration: 4:18.
Can acupuncture help with food cravings? Most definitely.
Acupuncture helps to balance the body's energy system.
Acupuncture helps reset the nervous system.
It helps the body to produce endorphins
which are the body's natural opiate
It is a relaxer or feel-good hormone.
The treatment approach is to create a Parasympathetic state in the body
instead of a Sympathetic state.
What this means is that
The body can go from a state of "Fight-or-Flight." Like if you are running from a tiger...
To a more relaxed mindset of "Rest and Digest."
Which helps you to make a more conscious decision about healthy food choices
as opposed to hastily reaching for a poor food item.
Emotional eating is when most of us grab for anything to soothe the mind in a stressful moment.
It is temporary relief or instant gratification.
We all come from a reward system.
Especially at an important social event such as a birthday or wedding.
If we behaved properly as children we were rewarded
With cakes, candies, cookies and sweets
How come
at certain times of the day I have energy crashes
and all I want is sugar?
Many times it is just the result of eating high-impact foods.
Such as a granola bar or dried fruits. Drinks such as coffee and fruit juices.
Coffee will directly kick in the adrenal glands and
start asking for more sugar for an instant high...
an instant energy boost.
These foods will stimulate and spike the
blood sugar levels for a while and then we crash.
According to traditional Chinese medicine the cravings
will happen at a specific hour of a weakened or compromised organ strength.
A very common example of this
is when we have a late afternoon energy crash between three and five.
Many of us are subjected to this energy drop called "adrenal fatigue."
Which is a part of the kidney energy cycle.
Fortunately, in Chinese medicine, we can strengthen this weakened organ
with diet modification, acupuncture and herbal medicine.
Another common question is
Why is it so hard to find healthy food at a grocery store?
The food industry like any other business is profit driven.
Pre-packaged foods are the norm now.
Pre-packaged foods include canned foods, plastic wrapped foods
bottled juices, cereals, grains and most carbohydrates.
These are the types of foods that will be advertised.
Longer shelf-life
means less waste,
lower labor costs for food handling. Hence
more profit.
The old rule of thumb is to shop around the perimeter of the store.
The foods that are on the outside are the freshest foods.
This will include most of your fresh foods including meats,
fish, vegetables, dairy, and frozen vegetables.
So how can someone get on the right track and start eating properly
with control?
First, there needs to be proper motivation for the person.
Education, accountability and creating a sense of urgency
to get healthy is extremely important.
When anybody walks into the office that is the first thing.
Whether it is for weight loss or any kind of health concern
I have people write a motivation list so they have a reason to want to make the changes
This creates a sense of urgency to get healthy which is extremely important.
Second, the person needs an accountability partner
This is someone who will check in daily to make sure they are eating the right foods for their specific diet.
Working alongside a health care practitioner such as an acupuncturist,
that lives the healthy lifestyle you want is a great start.
Just like any other problem you are solving you
first have to recognize what the problem is.
Identify if the habits are strictly emotional eating
time-crunch eating
or just plain eating bad foods because
you do not know how to eat healthy.
If you are having these cravings and
having trouble dealing with them
Please call the office
Make an appointment
and come in.
We can help.

How can MSers get involved in trials? - Duration: 2:09.
I'm interested to know, and I know a lot of other people will be interested to know,
how can MSers get involved in trials?
Well, there are lots of different ways, Jules.
You could, sometimes if a charity's funding a trial there'll be information on their
webpage and a link and you can register and they will send us the details.
Another way is to talk to your clinician.
Very often a consultant or one of the other doctors will approach you directly and say,
would you be interested in this trial.
And they will have an idea of what the trial centre are looking for and the inclusion and
exclusion criteria, so you would already have an idea that you would meet those.
And another way that you can get involved is by actually contacting us here in the Neurology
Research department at Leeds General Infirmary, you can get in touch with us directly, because
in common with a lot of research centres, I keep a database of people who are interested
in trials.
So if you will leave me your name and date of birth and we can talk about where you are
in the disease process, we can match a trial to fit you.
So it might not be immediate, but obviously as new trials come in we will look at the
database and we will approach patients based on what we're looking for and check that
you're still interested and that you still meet the criteria.
So, lots of different ways.
And in terms of the disease process, are you looking at people who are newly diagnosed,
who've been diagnosed for a long time, or can you get involved at any point?
Usually at any point, it depends on the trial itself.
We've got quite a wide portfolio of trials here where I work, so some of them will be
looking at newly diagnosed, some we might be looking at people across.
Some of the drugs trials we'll need people at a very specific point, but that will vary
from trial to trial.
So there's usually something going on for people at various different points of the
disease.

[HPA Q&A] Can you find MBT while road tuning? | Ignition Tuning - Duration: 2:14.
- Justice has asked, is there any way to do this MBT test
on a road tune?
No unfortunately not and this is really one of the main
problems when it comes to performing our tuning
on the road.
Of course we would need something that's going
to give us instantaneous feedback about the amount
of torque the engine is producing while we're
adjusting the ignition timing and that's really impossible
out on the road.
So this is one of the downsides of road tuning,
we're not getting that instant feedback but of course
if we don't have access to a dyno then we may
have no opportunity but to do this.
Now while there are some downsides,
what we actually find though is particularly if we're tuning
on pump fuel and definitely if we're tuning
an engine that's running on pump fuel
that's turbocharged or supercharged,
we're going to find that most of those engines
will be what I refer to as knock limited.
So what I mean by this that when we're advancing
the timing on the dyno to find MBT,
we're gonna find that before we get to MBT timing,
so our torque is still increasing every time
we advance the timing a degree or two,
we're going to find that the engine starts
to suffer from knock or detonation.
Now this is an abnormal type of combustion
that can be very damaging to our engine.
So when we find that onset of knock or detonation,
we can't advance the timing any further,
in fact we need to retard the timing.
Now we're going to find that if that's the case,
the knock threshold becomes our limiting factor
for how much timing we can use.
And this is gonna be the same regardless
whether we're on the dyno,
or out on the road.
So if we're tuning these sorts of engines,
we can actually find that the sort of results we get
from our ignition tuning are almost identical
on the road or the dyno.
