video today I will talk about the topic "make money online with Google and why did you

choose Google" before we get started with make money online through Google I will

introduce to you about this search engine. What is Google? How does Google work? How

does Google make money and pay for people who make money from them? Because

the main content we are aiming for is the way we make money through the

internet, so I just mentioned Google search engine and it's application

can use in make money online (MMO)

1. What is the Google? What is search engine? Google is a company active in the field

of internet. Based in US and established in 1998. The main of Google product is the google search engine and it is

widely regarded as an useful search engine and the most powerful on the

Internet Google search engine is a tool to

connect Internet users through search keywords to bring them the best results

(Destination URL). In 2000, Google began selling ads with keywords to bring more

relevant results to user. This is also the source for the operation of the

increasingly powerful google search engine. This mean, the internet users is

likely to make money by displaying ads coming from the search engine

2. How does Google make money? Google bring users a huge database of Internet content

including: Email, Google Drive, YouTube, Google search, Google map, Goole play and

more. By collecting data on demographic behavior, behavior and the needs to use

commercial service product (via the search query system) Google allowed advertisers'ads

to be allowed to show on their app under the correct target audience.

In a nutshell, Google sells ads through keyword placement, banner images showing

and pay the advertiser the prospect they want

That's basic understanding of google's monetization. Our main content is

what we can do to use the google tool to make money.

3. Way to earn money through Google. With the vast number of people using

search engine of Google as well as businesses looking to invest and find customer

increasingly. This mean, that way to make money online through Google will

also be diversed and riched.

There are many ways to make money from Google and the choice of many of you do MMO

as follow:

1. YouTube Adsense and

2. Adsense content.

Good afternoon, this is a brief introduction around change management

which we will discuss in depth for our course. As we discuss the dynamics of

change, there are aspects that need to be addressed to make change happen and

engage people with the change process. So how do we make change most likely to

happen? I'm going to share with you an overview of the keys to successful

change and the course will then provide you more in-depth analysis of each

component.

There are many studies done around change behavior and what causes

us to make decisions or not make decisions that can alter our way of

doing things. There's the rational side in our brain,

which is the reflective and conscious system and there is also the emotional

side which is the instinctive part that feels pain and pleasure. We have heard

these terms in our psychology classes when we learned about Plato and also

Freud regarding the selfish Id, the conscientious super-Ego and the Ego, and

most recently the studies and behavioral economics refers to the Doer and the

Planner. The most recent research around the dynamics of change from University

of Virginia Professor Jonathan Haidt is written in his book "The Happiness

Hypothesis". He has a useful analogy which makes

sense for understanding the function of change. He mentions how our emotional

side is like an Elephant and the rational side is the Rider on the Elephant.

Imagine the Rider perched atop the Elephant reigning him in to follow the

directions being given. However, the Elephant is much stronger

and will overmatch the Rider on sheer strength. Here is the conflict for change,

if the Rider and Elephant are not in agreement the Elephant will win because

of its strength. At the same time, an Elephant with a clear direction,

motivation, emotional connection, tangible victories, identity towards the goal and

a growth mindset will make the work of the Rider that much more manageable, it

will make sure things get done. The Rider has strengths, they are focused,

they analyze, they think long term, however, they also overanalyze and

overthink things, spin their wheels in making a decision, are not able to make a decision. But if you want to make change, you need to appeal to both the

Rider and the Elephant. You need to have the Rider to have the analytical part

in planning and providing direction while you also need the energy and the

motivation from the Elephant. When Rider and Elephant are synchronized, change can

happen easier.

Where does the Path come into play? The Path comes into play in this analogy

because when we want change to happen we also need to address the external

factors affecting change. We need to shape the Path so the Rider and the

Elephant can move towards a change we want to see and even if they are in

disagreement the path will assist in making the change more possible. It is

important to distinguish that what we think is a people problem can be a

situational problem, if we change the situation, the behavior changes. So this

is the overall concept of understanding change management it is

not complex, but at the same time not simple. It is about understanding how we

need to understand these three components and how they can work

together to make the change we want and also understand why the change we want

is not happening. We will now be covering these concepts in further depth and

understanding in different contexts, how the Rider, the Elephant and shaping the

Path all come together to make change happen.

notice any changes at all the search engine giant will remain the same logo

isn't going anywhere and the stock tickers GOOG and GOOGL are staying put

all of the change is happening outside of the Google company most importantly

head up alphabet meaning all companies under the umbrella will ultimately still

answer to page and Brin or execs will retain their positions simply replacing
