According to a new report, countless lower and mid-level staffers within the White House

are absolutely desperate to leave the White House and stop working for Donald Trump.

According to the report published in Buzzfeed, the firing or, I guess, resignation of Hope

Hicks this week, they describe that as the tipping point.

Hope Hicks was one of the last emotional crutches of Donald Trump.

Somebody that could keep him a little bit calm and prevent him from flying off the handle,

and now she's gone.

And so staffers understand that they need to get the hell out of there before things

get so much worse.

But, as they admitted to Buzzfeed, there's a very big problem with them wanting to just

leave the White House and go work for somewhere else, and that problem is that nobody wants

to hire them.

According to the staffers that have been attempting to leave the Trump Administration for several

weeks now, they can't find jobs anywhere because nobody, including the think tanks and lobbying

firms there in Washington, D.C., want to hire Trump staffers.

So, regardless of what you hear about the President talking about his poll numbers getting

better or Republicans in Congress actually starting to work with Trump and toning down

their criticisms of him, when it comes to the people that really pull the strings, the

lobbyist and the think tanks in D.C., they want absolutely nothing to do with Donald

Trump, and it's not just because he's such a horrible president.

Part of it has to do with the fact that he, himself, and by extension, these staffers

from working with him, still have no idea how U.S. policy works.

So, they don't want to bring in these staffers to come work at their lobbying firms or think

tanks or law firms or whatever, because they still don't technically have any real political

experience.

You're working for a guy that doesn't know what he's doing.

This is a completely abnormal White House that is not going by the book on anything.

Things that these organizations, think tanks, lobbying firms, whatever, they like that.

They like to hire people who know how everything works.

When you have a president that comes in and breaks everything and the staff just has to

say, "Okay, well, I guess this is how it is," yeah, it's going to make it pretty hard to

find a new job if you want to stay within the political arena.

I do have a little bit of sympathy for these staffers.

I will say that.

These people want out.

They don't want to be around him, and they can't find jobs.

That's a sad situation for these people, but it's a situation that they, themselves, put

on themselves.

They made the choice to go work for this guy.

So, while I do have sympathy for them, I do also understand that they did this to themselves,

and they need to figure out how to get out of this situation.

If other political operatives, organizations in D.C. won't hire them, then perhaps it's

time to think about a change in career.

Hell, after working with Trump for a few months, I would have to imagine anyone would want

to get out of the political arena for a few years.

You're going to have to start back over at the bottom if you want to stay in politics

because that is exactly what Donald Trump has made the White House to be, at the bottom.

It doesn't work properly.

It doesn't work like it has in the past, and nobody that's working there is getting any

real world political experience because essentially all these staffers have turned into giant

babysitters for our man-child president, and I don't think there's too many think tanks

in D.C. looking to hire a bunch of babysitters.

Belinda played Polly McKenzie for all three series of The Inbetweeners as well as the two movies.

  But fans were shocked tonight when she turned up as an alcoholic on this weeks Casualty.

When the episode opened, Dylan Keogh (William Beck) was attending an Alcoholics Anonymous group.

On his way out, he was approached by a woman called Ciara Cassidy, who was played by Belinda.

Shed celebrated getting her one-day sober token, but seemed hell bent on heading to the pub – which was right next to the meeting.

When the next morning rolled around, Ciara was seen in the shower of a hotel room while someone struggled in the bed.

The man, Joseph Moors (James Thorne), could hardly move and couldnt speak, leading Ciara to panic.

She didnt want to call an ambulance as Joseph was married and didnt want to become involved in his relationship.

"Pretty sure its all gonna go horribly wrong one day, so I may as well enjoy it while I can" Ciara Cassidy Eventually, when it was clear he was desperate, she did so and was surprised to see Dylan at the hospital.

Joseph was rushed into a ward while Ciara tried to avoid being treated, as she had some bruises on her arms.

She told Dylan: Im enjoying life.

Pretty sure its all gonna go horribly wrong one day, so I may as well enjoy it while I can. Unfortunately, Joseph died and Ciara though Dylan had let him die, immediately refusing to be treated by him.

Dylan explained that he had tried to save Joseph, who had also been an alcoholic, who had suffered a hemorrhagic stroke after drinking.

He told Ciara: The reason you wanted to live was so that you wouldnt be cast as the scarlet woman. Dylan decided to discharge Ciara once it was found that she was fine, but encouraged her to continue going to AA meetings.

As the episode closed, he was seen at a meeting and waited for her to show up – but she didnt.

Casualty airs Saturdays at 8.20pm on BBC One.

And we're in store for the ultimate redemption story on Sunday's Oscars with the news, as

reported by The Hollywood Reporter and TMZ, that Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway will present

the final Academy Award.

The happy drama will finally close the circle of last year's still-unbelievable Oscar disaster

in which Beatty received the wrong envelope to present the final best picture award with

Dunaway.

What followed was unprecedented live TV chaos as La La Land was proclaimed the winner before

the mistake was corrected on stage and the Oscar given to the rightful winner, Moonlight.

Black-tie bedlam played out in front of the world's viewing population.

Bringing back the Bonnie and Clyde stars for a presenting redux will give this episode

the kind of fantastic Hollywood ending no one could have ever imagined following the

hair-pulling that took place a year ago.

During that time the Academy has taken steps to ensure that this very avoidable mistake

will never happen again — by replacing the two accountants responsible for handing Beatty

the wrong envelope and adding a third set of eyes to fully prevent another miscue.

As important, the famously-uptight Academy has embraced last year's amazing gaffe.

Host Jimmy Kimmel is getting a new chance at presenting after he hosted a great 2017

show, forgotten in the wake of the ending mayhem.

Kimmel has even laughed that he wants another envelope snafu this year to pull in the viewers.

The Academy has implemented the cheeky slogan "What could possibly go wrong?" in Kimmel's

advertising spots (featuring Beatty) and on the official Oscar poster.

The show producers Jennifer Todd and Michael De Luca are back as well for a second Oscar

try after dealing with a mistake that was out of their hands.

With the fixes in place, they're using last year's show to remind people that Academy

Awards can be the ultimate source of history unfolding on live TV.

"Obviously mistakes happen," Todd tells USA TODAY about the humorous look back to last

year.

"We're not curing cancer.

We're entertaining people.

And look, it's live TV.

And we don't know what's going to happen this Sunday night.

Mike and I learned that the last time.

We were hoping for that unexpected moment.

And we really got one."

Beatty's return is especially right The 80-year-old star was the immediate and incorrect scapegoat

for 2017's ballot mess as Kimmel came onstage and proclaimed "Warren, what have you done?"

Beatty was masterful and poised in a situation you could never prepare for.

He held onto that envelope, refused to let it out of his hands — his proof of Envelopegate

innocence.

He has been nothing but class in the aftermath of the exoneration that followed.

Now it's time for some celebration and laughter one year later, with Beatty and Dunaway triumphantly

striding out on the Oscar stage with that right envelope.

We can't wait for Sunday night to know exactly how it will play out.

anywhere, any time by touching the electrodes.

Instead of your weight, Your muscle mass and your fat mass are the things you wanna pay

attention to.

Knowing your body composition is also important.

For example, training at the right heart rate is so critical for body fat loss.
