Chris Marek is tired of listening.

He's tired of reading all those insults hurled his way via social media, as Little People,

Big Word fans across the Internet accuse him of being a gold digger who is no good for

Amy Roloff.

He wants to finally set the record straight.

For the first time that we can remember, Marek has actually sat down for an interview, talking

in depth about his relationship with Roloff.

The pair have been together for nearly a year now and show no signs of slowing down.

Marek is a successful real estate agent who seems completely smitten and who has been

accepted by all members of this close-knit family.

So, why do so many people out there hate Marek so much?

Why are there so many comments on Amy's Instagram page that urge her to dump his sorry, no-good

rear end?

Marek has no idea.

But he can at least address one rumor that continue to make its way around the Web:

Is he engaged to Roloff?

Are they planned a wedding?

"No, we aren't engaged," Marek tells Radar Online in this exclusive Q&A, adding:

"Everything is good.

Everything is strong, but not at this time."

It does sound like something Marek has considered or would consider, however, and he even may

have hinted to Radar just when the major question may be popped.

"Nothing major is happening now," he insists, prior to dropping what some could consider

a significant tease:

"But we have a cruise coming up next month - that's the biggest thing happening in

the near future that we are excited about."

Could this big thing include a big diamond as a gift to his long-time girlfriend?!?

We can only speculate at this time.

Amy, of course, split from husband Matt Roloff back in May of 2016.

The reality stars released an amicable joint statement back then and haven't said a single

negative word about each other in the media since.

Matt has moved on himself to a woman named Caryn Chandler , yet some folks out there

continue to either hope for a reconciliation or to push Amy to at least find someone other

than Chris.

As we said previously, we really can't figure out why.

Marek seems really nice!

As you can see via photos such as the one above, Chris often hangs out with Amy and

her kids, which is a huge reason why we're happy to accept him in her life.

If her children don't have any objections, how can we?!?

The only question remaining is the one Marek answers above: Are they engaged?

Okay, no.

But will they soon be engaged?

It sounds possible, doesn't it?

You can expect The Hollywood Gossip to be leading the cheering section when this blessed

event does, at last, take place.

We just want Amy Roloff to be happy.

how to have an effective Quiet Time - Duration: 11:07.

hello hello my name is Markesa and I wanted to talk to you a little bit about

a topic today that I get asked about frequently and so the topic is just...

how do I get deep in my quiet time? how do I read the Bible effectively? you know and

Bible illiteracy is something that is rampant in our generation today.

i think a lot of times it's the older generation they're more well versed than

we are, they know their Bibles, they've read their Bibles, and have scriptures

memorized and then when it comes to the younger generation we're just Bible

illiterate and this is something that's really plaguing our younger generation

and so I get asked quite frequently, " how do I get deep into the Bible?"

" I don't get deep understanding from the scriptures should I just start in

Genesis?" you know and so that's something for me I tried to do when I was younger

I tried to read through Genesis and just read from Genesis all the way to

Revelation and I got bored and I didn't understand anything and I quit you know

and so I almost never suggest people to start in Genesis I always suggest people

to start in the book of John and so the purpose for that is because you can

really just see Jesus' life you know and then in the latter chapters of John

it talks about how the whole entire purpose of the book is to give you

things and so starting the book of John read that from start to finish that

would be my suggestion for you um now to move on to deeper Bible study I kind of

get deep in the Bible it's it's nice to just read the Bible like a story but

it's also really cool to be able to apply it to your life and there's many

different ways you can do that I want to cover for today in this video um so the

first one is gonna be a word study the second is a topical study the third is

going to be a historical study and the fourth is going to be a cultural study

I'll probably spend the most time on the first two because they they do seem a

little bit similar but you're gonna understand that they are different as I

go through and explain them so the first one um with a word study for example you

can use the word love you know and so um

in English we just have one word the word love you know and we use it for

everything I love my coffee and I love my mom and I love my dog and I love in

and out you know and we use the same word love for all of those things

so obviously the way that I love my mom is nothing in comparison to the way that

I love in and out or cake you know and so um I think it's it's not very clear

you know when we only use that one word with the Greek language has six

different words that they use to describe love and they're all

drastically different and so in the Bible the Bible uses about three of

those recorders and we need to know which one that the Bible is talking

about to really gain deep understanding on a passage you know if you read a

passage and a husband would love in it it's like okay but what type of love is

this talking about in decreasing so the three ones that use those in the Greek

are the words "eros, felos, and agape" now eros love is like a passionate love a

sensual love the love between a husband and a wife right the word filos this is

like a friendly love a brotherly love you know it's your best friend right

here you love them to death right? and then you have agape love and agape

love is self-sacrificing love and this is the type of love that we see in

parents with their children like it doesn't matter how exhausted you are

you'll get up in the middle of the night at your kid needs you you know and it's

the same type of love that we see with Jesus when he washed the feet of the

disciples and again of course when he died on the cross for us. . . and so it

really does matter which which word the Bible is using when and it describes the

word love here you know the the passage that says love your neighbor I'm hoping

that it's not eros you know and it's not don't worry but that would be weird

right if it was like it eros okay so this passionate sensual love like I'm

supposed to love all my neighbors like that that's weird you know but that's

not what the Bible is talking about and so it's it's so imperative that we get

deep and we understand what it really meant in that language and so the second

study that I want to go through is a topical study and this I'm gonna use the same word the word "love" as an example so you can see the difference between a

would study in a topical study now with the topical study let's say once again

with the word love for example um you can look up different ways on how to

love so you can look up how God loves us, how we should love God, how we should

the lost how we should love our neighbors our enemies ourselves you know

and so we can look up on a much wider range of information here love and what

that entails you know and so this this can be a really important type of study

when you're struggling with a certain type of sin like let's say anger you

know you're like man like I just I'm an angry person and I can fly off with the

handle great there's this really cool tool

that's in the Bible that can help you you know and it's called it's a concordence

there most of time in study Bibles all the way in the back and it just goes

through different words in the new canvas it gives you scriptures like on

that topic obviously it's not like an exhaustive you know concordance it

doesn't have all of them but it has a lot that you can go to and it's like

okay it's it's got three or four different scriptures that will help you

on that topic you know and so this is cool because then you can look up you

know like how to deal with your anger you can look up how God views anger you

can look up you know how how to hate anger as a sin itself you know how not

to sin in your anger you know just these different types of things where it's

very different um all of those studies topically but it's all in the same word

and so the third one that I want to go through is called a historical study and

so this is I I think a lot of people think that this type of study is boring

unless you're really like a history buff and you love this stuff but I think that

it can be super interesting you know and so the historical types of studies would

be really digging into the who? what? when? where?and why? of above certain book of

the Bible like when was this written who was it written to you who is the

intended audience who wrote it you know why did they write it you know in

different things like this and so I think that this can be super important

because one of one of my favorite examples is um with David when he

interprets the dreams for Nebuchadnezzar and he interprets a certain dream that

then for shadows and prophesized the future of the next like four empires

that are gonna be in in ruled and so it's like this is crazy to be able to

see like David interprets a dream of years before these things actually

take place in history you know he talks about you know the Babylonian Empire he

talks about the medo-persian Empire he talks about Alexander the Great you know

and then he talks about um just the Roman Empire and all these different

empires in the way that he prophesized and predicts it if you look through

history it happens just like that one after another you know and I'm like this

is this is fascinating to me I'm like wow like this Bible must be from God

like how is it that this was written hundreds of years before these events

took place and then they took place exactly the way that they said it was

that blows my mind you know and so it's not boring at all you just gotta know

how to do it I'm gonna skip past that one now the fourth one that I'd love to

be able to do is a cultural Bible City and so this can give you a lot of

insight when it comes to certain topics we're certain questions you might have

Alex there just may be a couple of them today and so one of them is gonna be the

example of and I think as I've ever seen this but um

certain churches believe that women shouldn't wear pants they believe it's

sinful and then it's wrong for women to wear pants the reason they believe this

is because in the Old Testament it says that a man shall not wear what a woman

wears the noble men tional not wear what a man was they take this scripture out

of context so we have to go back and think hmm

what did a man wear back then did they wear pants no they didn't most men nor

it's something that would be more like a robe like you just kind of put it all

over and there's just like one piece over the long road they didn't have

pants back then so the Bible right there is not saying that women shouldn't wear

pants pants weren't even something that men wore back then you're doing so it's

really being able to just dig deep into the cultural norms of that day and age

and being able to understand like oh okay it's not telling me I can't wear

pants but now let's look at why God said that and so then it's like an

interesting study to look into seeing things like okay the

people who worship false gods there was a false god where they you know dressed

up like you know androgynous you know ones like as as man or as a female very

transgender and God wanted his people to be separate from that he didn't want

people to have anything to do with that another weird one that's pretty similar

is like they weren't supposed to mix them materials that they were you know

and so it's like you can't mix cotton with wool you can't mix silvus so quick

kind you know and it's like okay so now in this day and age most of our coatings

have two different types of material on it you know I have lots of shirts that

have you know laces around the collar or you know even around the arm cuff and

it's like oh my gosh am I in sin I'm wearing two different materials but it's

like no we need to understand culture and the time and why God was saying that

God was not saying that you know it's it's not simple for us to mix our

materials but God was trying to prove a point he was trying to say like you are

my people and I don't want you intermarrying or being in a mix with

people who are not my people you know and so he was trying to really make a

make a point there there's something that they would understand like you know

clothing there's lots of parables in the scriptures you know Jesus is often you

know making different stories different parables about fishermen and you know

farmers and different things like this that the people would understand in that

culture in that day and age you know so we really have to take our minds out of

the 21st century and kind of implement them back into the day in ages it was

written so that we can gain deep understanding and see what it is that

God was really trying to say at that time um that kind of summarizes those

four different ways that I loved studying the Bible kind of a long video

but I'm hoping that this will give you some tools that you'll be able to use in

the future for yourself let me know if you like it um maybe I'll make more

videos maybe I will I just wanted to be able to get that out into the airwaves

because I think it's something that's so necessary um I didn't want to just hold

this treasure of information and keep it you know inside to myself I know that

when I was younger I wish that i had some guidance like this you know

somebody to tell me how to read the Bible and do it effectively so they

didn't lose heart anywhere I want to give up so that's all I have for you

today I hope you guys enjoyed it love you a

lot until next time

Donald Glover and FX Have Exited Marvel's Animated Deadpool Series - Duration: 1:56.

Donald Glover and FX Have Exited Marvel's Animated Deadpool Series

Last year, we got news that Donald Glover was spearheading an animated Deadpool series for Marvel. We've heard nothing about it since, until now—and the latest news leaves the fate of the show itself in uncertainty.

THR reports that Glover, his brother Stephen (they were both set to write and co-executive produce the show), and FX have all exited the project, which was meant to be an adult-focused action-comedy series and had already been ordered for a 10-episode series to air on FXX.

Here's a statement from FX about the news:. Due to creative differences, FX, Donald Glover, Stephen Glover and Marvel Television have agreed to part ways on Marvel's Deadpool animated series. FX will no longer be involved with the project.

FX and Marvel have an ongoing relationship through our partnership on Legion, which will continue.

Considering the Glovers and FX were pretty much the only names that have been attached to this series, its future seems pretty up in the air right now—although there's always a chance Marvel could bring it to Disney's upcoming streaming service, joining the New Warriors show previously attached to Freeform in searching for a new home.

We'll bring you more on the fate of the animated Deadpool series as we learn it.

Warriors know they have to improve despite record start to season - Duration: 6:02.

Warriors know they have to improve despite record start to season

Supreme fitness. Tremendous resolve.

Ice-cool composure.

Could this really be the new Warriors?.

It is not often those attributes have been associated with the Auckland club in recent years but all were at the heart of the remarkable 20-19 comeback win over the Raiders in Canberra on Saturday.

There was a jubilant atmosphere in the dressing room after the game and why not? .

History was made as the Warriors started an NRL season with three-straight wins for the first time.

And it was done in the most dramatic fashion, overcoming a 13-point second-half deficit, including scoring eight points in the final four minutes, as Shaun Johnson snatched the result with two late field goals.

The victory was only their fourth in Canberra in 16 attempts and after winning just once away from home last season, they have already doubled that output in their first two road games of 2018.

But when the players review the game, perhaps the best thing they can take out of it is that there is still plenty of room for improvement.

There was a bit of euphoria.

I think most of the boys have experienced victories like that but theyre pretty rare, assistant coach Tony Iro told Stuff.

I didnt think we were that good, although having said that the first 15 minutes we used up a lot of our energy defending our tryline.

They hung tough, so a good lesson for us.

But we can do a lot of things better..

Right at the top of that list will be discipline ahead of another tough away test against premiership favourites the Roosters.

The Warriors only touched the ball once in the first 12 minutes after conceding six consecutive penalties.

Adam Blair was sent to the sin bin as a result and the team quickly found themselves in a 12-0 hole.

Penalties are up across the board due to the NRLs crackdown on infringements around the ruck and a strict policing of the offside rule.

The policy has drawn fierce criticism from commentators and fans for taking the flow out of the game.

Iro said they just want the referees to be consistent but added that it was also up to the players to adjust.

I think the referees have to be careful in terms of what areas theyre policing and making sure its an even spread.

But weve got to be better in that area, he said.

It is a little bit of an issue, 20 penalties on average per game.

Im not sure what the fans think about it but hopefully that will reduce as the players and referees get more game time under their belts..

Sceptics of the performance will point out that the Raiders have yet to win a game, although all three of their losses have been decided by two points or less.

Time will tell if the Warriors have turned the corner but this was the type of display that will have more people believing.

The result was built on a relentless scrambling defence as Canberra dominated the first 60 minutes, with skipper Roger Tuivasa-Sheck continuing his run of saving at least one try per week.

While their execution in attack let them down on several occasions, they saved their best for the final two sets to calmly ice the game.

We wanted to come here and be the first team to win three on the trot in our first three games and weve achieved that, Iro said.

Some guys stood up when they had to and thats been the beauty over the last few weeks.

Weve had different individuals step up and get the job done and there is no better example of that than our captain and fullback..

Super Junior Members Have Deep Heart-To-Heart Conversations On "Super TV"

On the March 23 episode of XtvNs Super TV, the second half of the We Moved In Together special aired.

In the previous episode, the members were paired off with members they were the least close with, and lived with each other for the duration of the shoot. Shindong was with Donghae, Leeteuk with Heechul, and Yesung with Eunhyuk.

At Eunhyuk and Yesungs place, the two sat on the couch and had a heart-to-heart about their trainee days.

Eunhyuk first reminisced about how he had lived in a half-basement apartment at the top of a hill during his senior year in high school.

He shared about how he had come home from school one day and found his mother laying on the ground because she was so worn out from working all day.

He commented, I still remember how my mother looked that day, and his eyes began to tear up. Yesung sympathized with Eunhyuk, as he had also gone through difficult trainee times. Soompi. Display. News. English. 300x250. Mobile. English. 300x250. ATF.

They werent the only ones who had a serious talk, as Heechul and Leeteuk also opened about their relationship.

Heechul shared, If you think about it, we werent as awkward when we were trainees. Leeteuk agreed and said he thought it was because they had debuted and promoted differently.

Heechul continued, When we went on variety shows, all the members would prepare things together, but I would do it alone. He explained that he had been jealous but also sensitive because of the work he had to do by himself.

Leeteuk also shared an incident about the two of them. He commented, You were more well-known at the time because you came out on TV.

A manager once came up to me and told me, Heechul is going out on this show, and so I got you in, too.

If you dont do well, you know whatll happen, right? He talked about how incidents like that made him wonder if he had to prioritize Heechul, and how he needed to work harder.

In an interview, Heechul mentioned that he and Leeteuk had been very close during their trainee days because they had been friends. He explained, But as we started to work, we did well in what we did.

We then started getting into conflict over certain things. He shared that it felt better after they talked about this openly to one another.

Leeteuk also attested to their friendship, saying, We cant ignore the time that we spent together. Since were halfway through our 30s now, I think Heechul and I are starting to understand each other..

How to have a strong erection naturally? - Duration: 12:29.

How to have a strong erection naturally?

Wondering how to have a strong erection naturally? No need to think of drugs for erection right now.

Follow these 7 steps to regain vigorous erections in a completely natural way.

Understand the mechanism of erection.

Lets start with a little anatomy lesson to understand the tips that will follow.

Sexual stimulation takes place (sight, touch, smell etc.

A nervous message passes through the nerves of the parasympathetic system, the erector nerves, from the spinal cord to the penis.

As this nitric oxide message (also called nitric oxide or NO) is released, it is released in the smooth muscles that surround the cavernous body of the penis.

These smooth muscles as well as the wall of the deep arteries of the penis relax which causes a real aspiration of the blood from the penile arteries towards the sinusoidal spaces which constitute the cavernous bodies.

This pressure causes compression of the veins and the impossibility for the blood to flow back.

The penis stiffens and stands up.

After ejaculation, the sympathetic system takes over and releases norepinephrine, which again contracts smooth muscle cells and penile arteries.

The blood flows back from the cavernous body and the penis becomes flaccid again.

Now that you know how it works, heres how to regain a strong erection naturally.

Stop smoking.

It can not be repeated enough: smoking seriously harms erection.

In the long term, smoking affects blood vessels and arteries, including those that pass through the penile cavities of the penis and are responsible for erection.

Result: atherosclerosis, that is to say stiffened arteries, an increase in blood pressure and the risk of impotence.

An American study even determined that smoking doubled the risks that erectile dysfunction.

In addition, tobacco decreases the oxygenation of tissues, which is also not conducive to erection.

And what about your ashtray breath, which can be a real kills love if you sleep with a non-smoker.

Reduce stress.

While sex is a great way to lower the pressure when you are subject to stress, but it must still be possible.

Stress is one of the major causes of erectile dysfunction, especially before age 50.

It is responsible for disturbances of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, the same ones that are responsible for the erection and inhibition of erection after ejaculation.

To fight against this stress which disturbs the natural functioning of our erections is thus essential.

If you can not change your boss, bank account, or wife, try changing the way it affects you.

There is evidence that acupuncture can be a solution to fight erection problems in two-thirds of patients who suffer from psychological impotence.

Acupuncture, but also massage, meditation, sport, yoga, relaxation, hypnosis.

the ways to fight against stress without medication are many.

Its up to you to find the one that suits you.

Fight against excess estrogen.

Estrogens, that is, female hormones, can be in excess in the body of men compared to testosterone.

This decrease in the testosterone / estrogen ratio can have a negative impact on desire and erection.

How to fight against estrogen? First by losing weight if you are above 25 of body mass index.

Overweight can lead to overproduction of estrogen because these hormones are made in body fat.

Also avoid foods that contain phyto-oestrogens: soy and flaxseed.

Improve blood circulation.

You have understood that good cardiovascular health is essential for beautiful erections.

Good blood circulation depends on the health of your veins and arteries.

To consolidate them, you must do two things: play sports, and consume natural venotonic products.

Our favorite, ginkgo biloba is good for erection; because it improves the blood circulation and as proved by a study in 2009, it increases the production of nitric oxide and thus the relaxation of the smooth muscles around the arteries and veins of the cavernous body, and the blood flow in the penis.

For the sport of erection, cardio exercises, HIIT training and bodybuilding are just as valid.

As long as the blood circulates!.

Eating for bend.

Diet can be a good way to improve the quality of your erections.

Increase the production of nitric oxide in the penis by consuming foods rich in arginine or citrulline that are NO precursors in the body.

Arginine is found in large quantities in sesame, squash and sunflower seeds, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, oats, buckwheat, wholegrain rice, chickpeas, meat, poultry, eggs and dairy products.

Citrulline is found in large quantities in watermelon and to a lesser extent in cucumber, melon and squash.

Other nitrate-rich foods also favor NO production: celery and beetroot.

Associated with watermelon, salad or juice if you have an extractor; they will make an excellent home viagra to consume in anticipation of a hot evening.

Not forgetting the vitamin C and garlic mix (lemon and garlic salad dressing for example) that has proven effects on blood pressure and NO production.

Vitamin C also protects the testosterone from oxidation and even improves sperm quality according to a study on rats.

And even if it does not act directly on erection, do not forget the zinc, essential for the production of testosterone and present in large quantities in oysters.

The cholesterol you find abundantly in the yolk is also necessary for testosterone formation.

Taking plants erect.

Some plants are useful for erection, either because they are aphrodisiac plants, or by their tonic action on the body and anti stress.

Thus ginseng promotes erection; because it improves the general well-being when you are in physical and mental fitness and can increase testosterone levels, just that!.

Turmeric is beneficial for manhood and erection; because it promotes health in general and also has the property of increasing nitric oxide production by 40%.

Maca is a useful plant for men; because it tones up tired bodies, and increases testosterone levels.

Another interesting exotic plant for erection, tongkat ali increases testosterone.

If you understood the 7 steps we gave you; you now know how to have a strong erection naturally.

Have a good time !.

You Don't Have to Be Wealthy (or Even Be Invited to Anything) to Have a Great Time at Pebble Beach - Duration: 5:55.

Pebble Beach is coming up.

I mean, not right away, but if you want to go, you should start planning now.

Because at this point in the year, you might still have time to make a billion dollars,

and I think that having a billion dollars would really enhance your Pebble Beach experience.

But if you can't put together a billion by August, I'm here to tell you how to have

fun anyway.

Just not as much fun as the guy who's staying in his luxury zeppelin tethered above the

18th green.

That guy's got it figured out.

Nobody really knows who he is, but I heard he invented macaroni and gets royalties anytime

anybody uses the letter Q.

Last year at Pebble, I weaseled my way into a few drives where I probably got invited

due to a last-minute cancellation by the Pork Rind King of Tallahassee.

For instance: off-roading Bentley Bentaygas in a vineyard up in the hills.

That was a customer event, as I deduced by about the fifth time one of the other attendees

tried to subtly deduce how I was rich enough to get invited.

Ditto a Lamborghini Aventador S test drive staged near a tasty mountain road, where I

overheard one guy casually declare, "I went out early in the morning, before there was

traffic, and you could take that first corner at 155 or 160."

(In Pebble Beach, even the humble brags aren't humble.)

I blasted that road in a McLaren 570GT and risked my license keeping up with the biggest

maniac I saw all weekend, who was driving a Miata RF like a guy who's pretty certain

that a cop would go for the McLaren before the Mazda.

While I enjoyed cruising around in a 570GT and acting like a big deal, the beautiful

thing about Pebble is that you don't need to be wealthy or own a classic car or be invited

to anything to have a great time.

Just wander around gawking at cars.

For example, outside the Portola Hotel in Monterey, there's a pedestrian overpass

where Lighthouse Avenue emerges from a tunnel, and there is typically a crowd gathered there

watching traffic pour out.

When is it ever fun to stand around watching traffic?

In Monterey during that week, it is.

You'd hear a keening shriek echoing out of the tunnel, and everyone would crane to

see what brand of wickedness was about to spill forth.

Meanwhile, 100 yards away, I saw a white Veyron pull up to the hotel accompanied by a matching

EB110.

That's a strong car statement when you bring out the EB110 as an accessory. There's so

much going on that you don't know where to look.

Lowriders.

Rat rods.

Oh, hey, a Chiron.

In Carmel-by-the-Sea, you'll see Pagani-by-the-Parking-Meter.

Outside a restaurant, I geeked out on a BMW M3 Lightweight and got into a conversation

with the car's owner, who was equally geeked out that anybody knew or cared why his M3

had tricolor flag graphics.

Pebble is about showing off, sure.

But it also attracts people who simply love cars.

A shuttle driver told me about how he'd recently fixed up a BMW 633CSi that he had

acquired for $50 and a bottle of wine.

That's love of the game right there.

Not content with the street view?

You should step inside an auction, which is a car show, a party, and a human zoo all rolled

into one.

You can stroll among interesting machines while rubbing elbows with submarine owners,

landed gentry, hustlers, crypto speculators, the guy who invented the pencil sharpener,

the woman who divorced that guy, and her new boyfriend, Raoul.

If you want to fit in and be taken seriously, I suggest you wear bedazzled acid-washed jeans

and get a facelift, whether you need it or not.

At RM Sotheby's auction, I was agog at the cars sitting out back, awaiting their turn

on stage.

The 2006 Lamborghini Concept S—a roofless one-off Gallardo—was parked near some trees,

its interior filling with leaves, drizzle, and whatever else happened to fall from the

sky.

It sold for $1.3 million.

I watched as a 1989 Ferrari 328GTS went for $154,000, the auctioneer calmly pitting the

two bidders against each other in a fascinating psychological battle.

You think of auctioneers as all amped-up "hey, biddabiddabiddaSOLD," but RM Sotheby's

guy was a methodical bid-extracting assassin.

He was totally willing to let an awkward silence fill the room while someone pondered the wisdom

of paying, say, $140,250 for a 1964 Peel P50.

You let the fish run, then you reel it in slow.

Later, outside the auction, I heard the guy sitting next to me at the bar talking about

how he'd just dropped nearly $700,000 on a Ferrari Daytona.

He seemed quite pleased, as you'd hope you'd be if that were your reality.

And yes, there are the historic races and the Quail and the Concorso Italiano.

That's all wonderful, and you can have a grand time without going to any of it.

But if you have time on Sunday, you should head over to the golf course.

They've got a pretty good car show over there.

'You've got to have friends' – Jane McDonald on break-ups, inspiration and her new TV show - Duration: 8:33.

'You've got to have friends' – Jane McDonald on break-ups, inspiration and her new TV show

Life hasn't always been plain sailing for Jane McDonald.

Having glided into our lives – and hearts – 20 years ago when she appeared in BBC documentary series The Cruise, the singer quickly became the standout star with viewing gures of 14million.

Jane's enjoyed a no1 album, huge tours and released a best-selling autobiography, Follow Your Dreams, in 2000.

But despite marrying the man of her dreams – Henrik Brixen – who was also her manager, the couple split in 2002.

As we sit down to discuss Jane's latest adventure – her Channel 5 series Jane McDonald & Friends – she is upbeat about the break-up.

"When my marriage broke down it was the worst time for me – my whole life fell apart," she says.

"But you know what? A bit of tragedy now and again does you good.

I wrote I See It In Your Eyes through that, so I wrote some of my best stuff through tragedy.

So I can only be thankful for that." Today, Jane tells us that she's happier than ever.

And it's not just down to her new partner Ed being the best guy in the world.

"Personally, the highestpoint is right now.

Having two prime time TV shows.

One of them is doing really, really well," she says, referring to her travel show Cruising With Jane McDonald, which has become a huge hit.

"Having a 20 year anniversary tour, which is selling extremely well, and all my fans being right there with me.

Having my own album out, with all my own songs, is a massive achievement for me as an artist.".

The ultimate gig How then, does she top that? By going back to the very thing that made her famous in the first place and doing what she does best – singing.

Because the other prime time TV show she's referring to is her new Friday night series, Jane McDonald & Friends.

It is, she says, a nod to shows of the past.

"I grew up watching Tom Jones, Cliff Richard, Cilla and Morecambe and Wise.

"There was always a big Saturday night show where all the family sat down – and I know that's different now, but there's still a huge audience that want to be entertained and see stars on it.

And that's going to be my show." Jane tells us that theshow came about after TV producers popped along to see the former Loose Woman in one of her 'wild' live shows.

"Channel 5 came and saw that and said, 'We want that on television'," explains Jane.

"So I said, 'Brilliant, I can do that!'.

"I've got my own band, singers and sound crew.

Brilliant guests, great entertainers with some big stars coming on.

We've got dancers.

This is my ultimate gig!".

Feel-good factor She explains that she thinks the time is now for a little bit of glitz and glamour – and generally just cheering up the UK.

"We all need a little bit of escapism," she says.

"There's so many things that are depressing on television, so let's just have a bit of feel-good telly.

"That's really what I'm all about, I want it to be pink and lovely with sequins and feathers." Jane will be belting out the hits, but she's also joined by superstar musical guests each week.

Does she have a dream guest? "I'd love Elton John," she beams.

"I love his music.

I know he's a busy fella, but it'd be nice, wouldn't it? I can dream, can't I?".

In addition to musical numbers, Jane McDonald & Friends also features moments where Jane surprises ordinary members of the public who have done good deeds.

So far, so Cilla.

But Jane's happy with that.

"Yeah," she agrees.

"But that's always been my schtick as well.

But to even be likened to Cilla, I am honoured with that." It's clear her heart is set on the showbiz glamour of Jane McDonald & Friends.

"For me, it's the ultimate, she beams.

"It's what I've been doing for 20 years with my own show out in the provinces." Jane McDonald & Friends dominates Friday nights on Channel 5, and there's a new series of Cruising.

in the pipeline.

Then there's her 20th anniversary tour kicking off in June and the possibility of releasing more music.

So is there a chance she might turn her hand to another television format before the end of 2018? "Are you trying to kill me?" she laughs.

"I've got so much on, my schedule is the biggest joke." Jane McDonald & Friends, 9pm, Friday, Channel 5.

This article was written in partnership with Channel 5 for dailystar.

Don't Have Time for the Gym? Get in Shape at Home with these Exercises - Duration: 9:06.

Don't Have Time for the Gym? Get in Shape at Home with these Exercises

Work responsibilities and the general lack of time make the perfect excuses for going about with a sedentary lifestyle.

Despite the warnings we hear about inactivity, some of use still fail to make a little time for physical exercise.

Did you know that you can even get in shape at home.

The problem is that many people put more priority on other activities, or they might think that they need to go to the gym in order to get in shape.

In truth, you need discipline and a change of mentality to start exercising more so than special tools.

Actually, by dedicating just a few minutes to exercise, you could finish a complete training routine to combat excess weight and strengthen your muscles.

In this article, wed like to share a simple plan that, in addition to taking up little time, can fit in any room at home.

Interested? Lets begin!.

At-home exercise plan.

The plan were here to talk about today is based on exercising in intervals at maximum intensity.

In other words, instead of exercising for longer than an hour, were going to exercise for only 15 tor 20 minutes at max level.

Although we should aim to invest more time at the beginning and start slow, the idea is is to make the most of our time as much as we can once we build up more physical resistance.

Jump-rope.

This cardiovascular activity is perfect for warming up before starting the more demanding exercises.

Jump the rope 50 or 70 times (as much as you can).

Squats.

Squats focus on working out the zones of the lower parts of the body: your buttocks and legs.

However, squats are also great for burning fat and building physical resistance.

Standing with your legs separated at the width of your shoulders, bend your knees and lower your bottom.

Make sure that youre not leaning over the tips of your toes as youre squatting.

Slowly return to the initial position.

Do 3 sets of 15 reps. Abdominals.

There are a lot of positions for working out your abdominal muscles.

However, to exercise simply and effectively, we suggest the bicycle workout to get in shape at home.

Lay flat on your back with your hands on the back of your neck while extending your legs outwards.

Lift your legs at a 45º angle.

Try touching your knee with the opposing elbow.

Alternate sides with each leg and do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.

Bridge.

The bridge is an exercise that strengthens your buttocks and abdomen.

In addition, its great for reducing reoccurring back pain.

Laying flat on your back with your arms extended on each side, bend your knees and lift your pelvis towards the ceiling.

Hold this position for 20 seconds and then rest.

Do 3 reps. Push-ups.

Push-ups continue to be one of the best exercises for strengthening arm muscles and the upper part of the body.

Lay on your stomach and bring your body up on your toes with your hands separated at the length of your shoulders.

Raise and lower the body slowly, not letting your body fall to the ground.

If its too hard, support yourself using your knees instead of your feet.

Do 3 sets of 10 reps. Plank.

The plank got pretty big because aside from working your abdomen, it strengthens other muscle groups as well.

Support yourself on the floor with your forearms and and toes, tucking them to lift your body.

Contract your abdomen and make sure to keep your back straight and steady.

Hold your body in the position for 30 seconds, clenching your glutes and abdomen.

Do 2 or 3 repts. Switch lunges.

Switch lunges are similar to lunges, but they require more cardiovascular effort.

Put yourself into a lunge position, with one leg in front and the other behind.

Lower your back leg as if you were to touch the floor with your knee.

Instead of moving slowly as you would to do lunges, jump to switch the positions of your legs.

Switch lunges for 20 or 30 seconds.

Final notes.

Exercising consistently for at least 3 times a week is a great way to stay in shape.

However, its essential to eat better and, in general, make healthy lifestyle choices.

Adopt a healthy diet thats controlled in calories and that provides all of the essential nutrients.

Avoid miracle diets.

Drink more water and natural drinks that are low in calories.

Limit saturated fat, sugar and refined flour intake.

Avoid alcoholic beverages.

Sleep sufficient hours and practice relaxation techniques to avoid stress.

Are you still stuck in a sedentary lifestyle? There arent any more excuses left! Step up to the challenge and try these exercises at home.

Discover how good it feels to be in better shape both physically and mentally.

Celebrity New : Kailyn Lowry's Future Plans: Have More Kids, Stay Single Forever - Duration: 3:02.

Kailyn Lowry's Future Plans: Have More Kids, Stay Single Forever

The Single Life Saying that a lot has changed for Kailyn Lowry in the past year would be putting it very, very mildly.

The most obvious way in which the Teen Mom 2 stars life has transformed is that she welcomed her third son, Lux.

But there are many other ways in which Kails life is dramatically different than it was just 12 short months ago.

Some are for the better, while some are for the worse, but despite all the dizzying ups and downs, it seems Lowry has a very clear sense of where shes headed from here.

Lux Life Kail welcomed her third child in 2017.

While her relationship with Luxs father, Chris Lopez, quickly soured, it seems Lowry has had little difficulty adjusting to life as a single mother of three.

Mother of Boys Obviously, Kails top priority is her kids, but she realizes that children of successful and fulfilled parents are generally happier.

As a result, she stays on her grind in a big way.

  3.

5-Job Lowry These days, Kailyn is not only a reality star, but a best-selling author, a podcast host, and a social media personality with a slew of endorsement deals.

The Future When asked about the future, however, Kails thoughts turn less to her career than to the number one priority in her life - her family.

  5.

Big Plans Kail recently revealed that she wants at least one more kid.

To the disappointment of many TM2 viewers, she was mostly mum on the subject of who she would like to the father of that child.

Should your float center have a blog - DSP 117 - Duration: 8:23.

>>Graham: Today's question is: "Should I have a blog for my flippin' float tank center?"

It doesn't actually say flippin'.

>>Ashkahn: Did you edit that in?

>>Graham: Yeah, sorry.

Sorry whoever asked that question.

I took creative liberties there.

>>Ashkahn: They should warn them under where they submit, "We might add flare to your question."

>>Graham: We might Just delete your entire question.

Make up something else that sounds better, yeah.

>>Ashkahn: What was the question?

>>Graham: Something about flips?

Should I have a blog?

Should I have a blog for my float tank center.

>>Ashkahn: That's right, okay.

Cool.

>>Graham: I would say probably not.

But -

>>Ashkahn: Because -

>>Graham: There's an exception to that.

>>Ashkahn: Because it's hard.

>>Graham: Yeah, exactly.

It sounds ... Especially if you're like, "I'll just put up a blog post once a month.

How hard could that be?"

Whole internet graveyards filled of blogs that have about two posts.

>>Ashkahn: Yeah.

>>Graham: It's like the first one and then the second one came two weeks later than they

planned on it -

>>Ashkahn: Welcome to my blog!

>>Graham: Yeah.

I'm gonna be putting out a post every week and the next one's every month and a half.

There's no third post, right?

And I think that looks bad.

I think that having a float center and if you have especially a big blog link at the

top or blog posts on your homepage or something like that and you kinda got it all tied in

at the beginning like you really planned on updating it.

Then it just turns into nothing and they're looking back and there's posts from 2018 only

now we're in 2020.

And that's what they're finding.

It's not a good ... it doesn't reflect well on your brand.

It kinda says "I don't maintain things and I'm unable to keep my promises", right?

>>Ashkahn: And it really is not a small amount of work.

Writing blog posts usually people try to put a certain amount of polish onto their blog

posts and the process of writing it and editing it and all that sort of stuff is usually more

work than people think it is.

And we have a blog.

We know how much work it takes.

Our float tank solution site has a blog and it's no small feat to keep content good edited

content coming into that thing.

>>Graham: Yeah, the combined man hours per blog post that we put out through the Float

Tank Solutions blogs are anywhere from about ten to fifteen hours.

And sometimes for some of the bigger, more researched ones that can really easily go

up to more like twenty hours of man hours going into a post.

And you're thinking I'm gonna set aside a couple hours every month to write one.

It comes as a really big surprise, you know.

You set aside those couple hours and you're one-fifth of the way through having a polished

post and you're like "Oh boy, I have to go clean these rooms and check out customers",

right?

So understandably it's one of the first things to get dropped in favor of bigger responsibilities

you actually have towards your business.

>>Ashkahn: It's real easy to let it slip.

>>Graham: Which is what makes me say maybe you shouldn't start one to begin with.

>>Ashkahn: Yeah.

>>Graham: Or be ready to axe it.

Get two posts in, realize you're not gonna do this, and just remove it from the blog.

Take it down.

Call it a failed experiment and move on, right?

>>Ashkahn: Or write ten posts before you even put it up.

>>Graham: Oh, that's great advice.

Definitely do that.

Pre-stock If you can get to ten posts, then you're allowed to have a blog.

>>Ashkahn: Yeah.

>>Graham: Because it's at one a month.

That's almost a year's worth of content.

Now you just have two more you have to write during the next ten months.

Which probably won't happen still because you'll find other things you need to do, you

know?

>>Ashkahn: So why do you have a blog then?

Why does anyone even want a blog?

>>Graham: So the nice thing about blogs is ... Google really likes fresh content on websites.

It likes things that you've written yourself.

And as you can imagine just reminding your customers that you exist, it's really nice

for a business, you know?

Maybe someone hasn't been into float in six months and it's your blog post specifically

on how floating helps anxiety or floating helps pregnancy that they see come out or

that they get emailed to them if they got subscribed that reminds them how much they

should come in especially if they're pregnant or anxious in this case, right?

So, it's great for pulling on customers, it's good for Google juice, and letting people

find you in the first place.

>>Ashkahn: And Google specifically, for keyword searching.

The amount of times you're gonna use the word, "float" or "float tank" or all that sorta

stuff.

If you have a blog versus just a website is gonna be way, way more, right?

I mean imagine the amount of times you're gonna say "float tank" over the course of

your blog versus how many times it would actually just appear on your website without a blog.

And you can see why that can just up the keyword count a ton.

>>Graham: Yep, and one other thing I'll add in, too, is I think that if you are able to

keep it up consistently, you say you're going to launch a blog and do a post every month

or something like that.

And you do and you've been doing this consistently for a few years.

That also reflects really well on your business.

It is really hard to keep up on a blog.

So if you're able to do something consistently and churn something out on this regular schedule,

I believe that that actually gives you a few points in your customers' eyes.

Your prospective customers who are looking at your site.

>>Ashkahn: But it's hard.

>>Graham: It's really hard.

It's really time consuming.

To do the Float Tank Solutions blog, to give you an idea, we actually had to hire on two

people to help specifically just with the copy editing and take the content that Ashkahn

and I are kind of churning out and put that into written form.

Like we didn't have enough time to just manage the blog ourselves, so.

>>Ashkahn: And we have an illustrator.

Illustrate pictures for it.

It's a project.

>>Graham: So if you do decide to go that route it might be that you need someone to actually

be your own copy editor to take things to format them in WordPress.

Figure out the roles that you can outsource to someone else and just plan on actually

paying money to get those blogs into reality rather than spending your own time on it might

be the more sane approach.

>>Ashkahn: And it's interesting, too.

I don't think it's necessarily the type of business that would even benefit the most

from having a blog.

I think there's in terms of bang for your buck in blogs ... I think if you actually

can pull it off and you're writing good blog it's gonna help your business.

But, you see the type of business that really benefit from blogs and especially online informational

sort of stuff.

If you're tryin' to sell some sort of Photoshop product and you have a really robust blog

covering all sorts of various Photoshop issues and stuff.

Then when someone types in a very specific Photoshop problem, the chances that you'll

have a blog post that covers that, that leads them back to your website to where you're

actually kind of have different products for them.

That is such a nice funnel in for people.

>>Graham: Yeah, the problem is it's not broad in either of the directions that makes a blog

post more universally applicable.

Right?

There's geographical location, which is one of them.

If you're ... if you run a geographically independent business, all of a sudden your

blog posts can reach people all over the world and that's really helpful for you.

>>Ashkahn: Right.

>>Graham: If you're writing blog posts in Boston and they're reaching everyone all across

the world ... really only the everyone who happens to exist near you are the ones who

are going to actually boost up numbers in your business, right?

>>Ashkahn: Mm-hmm.

>>Graham: And the other ones I see that are really useful are things to do in an area.

All of the different things that you can do in Portland or somewhere else, right?

And we're not that, either.

We're kinda just talking about a specific activity in a specific region.

Which kind of immediately makes you question what your maximum readership could possibly

be, right?

Who are the people who are into floating enough?

They're going to read a blog post every single month who also live in your area.

Even if that's a large portion of your customers, it's still not a very large readership for

the amount of time necessary to go into making it happen.

Which again I think is why it's difficult, why it gets dropped early, and why I don't

see many people who are only running float centers who successfully manage to maintain

a long running blog.

>>Ashkahn: Yeah.

It's like unless you're really enjoy it and you just constantly have stuff in your head.

You're like, "I gotta write this down and get it out and have this blog post."

Your time's probably spent better doing some other form of marketing for your float center.

>>Graham: So there you go.

Don't start a blog unless you legitimately have a problem.

>>Ashkahn: Yeah, something in your head ... you can't shut it up.

>>Graham: Like I have with Ashkahn's voice on a regular basis.

Every morning wake up and it's there.

Alright, so ...

>>Ashkahn: Great, if you guys have more questions, you can hop over to floattanksolutions.com/podcast.

Kylie, Kendall, Kourtney and Kylies BFF Jordyn Woods headed to Mr Chows for a girls dinner last night, and we bet they would have chosen a different restaurant if they had known that Khloes ex Lamar Odom was also dining there!

The ladies arrived around 8:30pm, and by 8:45pm, Lammy was high-tailing it outta there.

He did, however, stop and say a brief hello to them before bailing.

Kourt rarely leaves boy toy Younes Bendjimas side, but she might have wanted a break from him if the recent rumors are true that hes asking for more money to be featured on their show.

Kris and the KUWTK team need him for a while yet as he's a central part of the show's plot-line, so he's in a very strong position.

Of course, he serves other needs for Kourtney, helping with day-to-day stuff as well as keeping her centered, a source told Radar.

She freely admits he's the best lover she's ever had.

Since he's put his modeling and boxing career on hold and committed to all the family's photo ops, he wants it to be reflected in his allowance – just like it is with Corey and other non-famous Kardashian partners and sidekicks," the source added.

With the rate they all go through men, theyre not going to be able to go anywhere in this town!.

( US News ) Hong Kong, Sydney Have The World's Most Unaffordable Housing - Duration: 6:47.

Hong Kong, Sydney Have The World's Most Unaffordable Housing

PA Wire/PA Images The worlds most unaffordable housing markets have been revealed.

Hong Kong, Sydney and Vancouver, Canada, have the world's most unaffordable housing, according to a global survey that compares home prices with income.

The median home in Hong Kong cost 19.4 times the median income, according to housing advocacy organization Demographia's annual International Housing Affordability Survey, released this week.

In Sydney, that multiple was 12.9; Vancouver was 12.6.

The study covered housing prices from the third quarter of 2017 for 293 metropolitan housing markets in Australia, Canada, China, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Comparing median home prices to the median income in each area shows that the world's most unaffordable housing continues to be in Hong Kong and in Australia.

Next on the unaffordable list were San Jose, California, with housing costing 10.3 times the median income, and Melbourne, Australia, at 9.9.

They were followed by Los Angeles (9.4), Honolulu (9.2), San Francisco (9.1) and Auckland, New Zealand (8.8).

Demographia Demographia ranks any score above 5.1 as "severely unaffordable."  "There are no affordable markets in Australia, China (Hong Kong), Japan, New Zealand, Singapore or the United Kingdom," Demographia reported.

The report states 20 of Australia's 22 markets, all of New Zealand's eight markets, and 28 of the United Kingdom's 33 markets ranked as either seriously or severely unaffordable.

Hong Kong, Sydney and Vancouver retained their rankings from the the previous year's survey, but their median multiples increased in 2018.

The 2017 survey showed Hong Kong with a median multiple of 18.1, Sydney 12.2 and Vancouver 11.8.

Demographia said Hong Kong recorded its eighth straight year as most unaffordable market, while Sydney hit the highest median multiple outside of Hong Kong.

Demographia Demographia's ranking of most-affordable markets is good news for North Americans, with 12 of the top 13 in the U.S.

and Canada.

Youngstown, Ohio, recorded the lowest median multiple of 1.9, followed by Moncton, New Brunswick, and Utica, New York, at 2.1.

In major housing markets, the U.S.

had the top 10 most-affordable, with Rochester, New York, at the top (median multiple of 2.5), followed closely by Cincinnati, Ohio; Cleveland; Buffalo, New York; Oklahoma City; Pittsburgh; Detroit and St Louis.

"Among the 293 markets, Ireland and the United States have the most affordable housing," Demographia said. "Among the 76 severely unaffordable markets, 30 are in the United States, 16 in Australia, 15 in Canada, 10 in the United Kingdom, seven in Canada, six in New Zealand and one in China." Demographia said "there are some signs of progress" by world governments in addressing housing affordability, such as increasing supply of housing stock.

But the group said more had to be done to ensure housing remained affordable for all people.

"The key to both housing affordability and an affordable standard of living is a competitive market that produces housing (including the cost of associated land) at production costs, including competitive profit margins," the report said.

High housing costs, Demographia said, drain other areas of the economy.  "The extraordinarily high house prices have significantly reduced discretionary income in the costly markets that could otherwise be used for other goods and services.

Not only would this additional consumption (or savings) increase the standard of living, but it would also lead to higher levels of employment and economic growth," the report said.

"Further, the higher housing prices feed the demand for more low-income affordable housing, which requires public subsidies.

The higher prices make the housing market unaffordable for more households." Read the full report on Demographia's website.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's Wedding Invitations Have One Key Difference From Prince William & Kate Middleton's Invites

Fans have noted one main difference between the wedding invites sent out by Kate Middleton and Prince William for their 2011 nuptials versus Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's invites sent out for their May 2018 nuptials.

In 2011, Prince William and Duchess Kate's invitation began with the Lord Chamberlin being "commanded" to invite the guests.

"The Lord Chamberlin is commanded by the Queen to invite guests name," the invite began.

With Prince Harry and Meghan's invitation, Prince Charles "requests" the company of the guests.

"His Royal Highness, Prince of Wales…requests the pleasure of the company of guests name…" the invite reads.

Some other differences in the invitation include that Prince William and Duchess Kate's invitations were sent on behalf of the queen, while Meghan and Prince Harry's were sent on behalf of his father, Prince Charles.

In addition, Duchess Kate was referred to as "Miss," on her invitation, while Meghan is referred to as "Ms.
