Nespresso Lattissima Touch - How to Video - Cup size programming - Duration: 2:51.
Welcome to the Nespresso Assistance video on cup size programming for your Lattissima Touch machine.
On this Nespresso machine you will find 6 beverage functions:
Lungo, Espresso, Ristretto, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino and warm milk froth.
These preparations stop automatically when you have reached a specific volume.
You can tailor the volume of these beverages to better suit your preferences.
Turn on your machine. It heats up for approximately 25 seconds.
Lift the lever completely and insert a capsule. Close the lever and place a cup under the coffee outlet.
To begin, press and hold the desired coffee selection for 3 seconds.
This will enter programming mode, the button will blink fast and brewing will start.
Keep the button pressed for the entire process as the coffee flows.
Only release the button when the desired volume is reached.
It will blink three times to confirm the new volume has been stored.
From this moment on, with one press on the button, the beverage will automatically flow to the programmed volume.
Programming a Cappuccino
Open the steam connector door and put the Rapid Cappuccino System in place.
It will take 15 seconds to heat.
Then place a Cappuccino cup under the coffee outlet and adjust the milk spout by raising it to the right level.
Adjust the texture of milk froth as required by turning the regulator knob left or right.
We recommend using Minimum milk froth texture for a Cappuccino and maximum milk froth texture for a Latte Macchiatto.
To begin, press and hold the Cappuccino button for 3 seconds.
This will enter programming mode, the button will blink fast and and warm milk froth will start
Keep the button pressed for the entire process as the warm milk froth flows.
Only release the button when the desired volume is reached.
Press and hold the same button for coffee brewing to start.
Release the button when the desired coffee volume is reached.
It will blink three times to confirm the new volume has been stored.
From this moment on, with one press on the cappuccino button,
the warm milk froth and coffee will automatically flow to the programmed volume.

How To Move VOCALOID Voicebanks Onto An External Hard Drive | Vocatips - Duration: 4:04.
Hello guys! So I've got an external harddrive disk for Christmas and wanted
to move all my Vocaloids onto it. I had several problems with it but I
managed to fix them all and since it was really frustrating I thought I'd do a
little video about it so that people who get a similar problem can look it up and
know how to fix it! To be more accurate I had problems with setting up
a password for my external hard drive because the vocaloids didn't work after it
anymore and especially my V2 Prima was a huge problem then but everything
happened to be solved and I can give you a little advice on how to move your
Vocaloids! So let's start~
1) if you want to set up a password for your external
hard drive do it before you move your Vocaloids! You shouldn't get any problems then.
I did it afterwards and it was a complete disaster so set up your
password before doing anything else and avoid hours of frustration.
2) deactivate your Vocaloids first.
If you do that and something goes wrong later it's not that
bad because you still have your valid serial code. If you don't do it and
something goes wrong later it may be that you get ask for the serial code
for activation and cannot use them anymore because of the serial code is
invalid because you used it before already. So be sure to activate them and be safe you
can do that with a Vocaloid deactivation tool that you can get through the
official vocal shop for free.
3) uninstall your Vocaloids
Simply moving them onto the external hard drive may cause issues like that the editor doesn't find
the voicebanks anymore or something similar, so be safe and uninstall them properly.
4) install them onto an external hard drive
when installing a Vocaloid, you get asked where to install the necessary files: click "Change" (or "custome") and set
the path to your external hard drive. At this point I need to say that you are not
able to choose the installation part for the Vocaloid editor. The editor will be
installed on your computer's hard drive no matter what. At first I was a bit
confused because of that but the editor doesn't take too much space so it's not
a big deal. Just don't move it manually onto your external hard drive.
It won't work and may cause new issues then. Leave it where it is and everything will work out!
5) activate your vocaloids
start the activator and insert the serial code of your vocaloids you may get asked for
the serial code after installing a Vocaloid but it doesn't make a
difference if you activate them then or later
6) see if it works properly
at this point the editor should work fine without any further problems!
So, this is how you can move your Vocaloid safe and without any frustration. :D If you thought
about setting up a password for your external hard drive after you moved all
your vocaloids and nothing works anymore simply repeat what it is described above.
Your V3's and V4's should work completely fine then but it may be that if you have
vocaloids using with a second engine you are not able to uninstall them and
that could be a problem. I had that problem with Prima and every time I
tried to an UNinstall her my laptop tried to INstall her and it didn't work
of course it didn't work! Well, when I tried to install her I'd say that I
hadn't enough space on my external hard drive which... wasn't exactly true - it was
really frustrating. The solution for this issue was to install the "Revo Uninstaller"
which is a program that shows you all
files that are connected to the application you want to uninstall.
I removed every single file connected to V2 and Prima from my laptop and external hard
drive and installed her again. This time everything worked completely fine.
I hope that this was at least a little bit helpful and you don't have any problems
worth moving your Vocaloids onto your external hard drive anymore so yeah have a
great day and SeeU!

ISO 9001:2015 QMS Process Flow | How to implement for a Construction Management System - Duration: 12:01.
ISO 9001 2015 Quality Management System process flow is what we're talking about
in this video, I'm going to give you a case study on how to identify a process
flow for the construction industry so you can use it in your ISO 9001 Quality
Management System and equally you can look at an Integrated Management System
approach to Environmental and Health and Safety risks. We're going to give you
tips and tricks on how you can create your own process flow for your
management system to communicate with all your stakeholders so stay tuned as
we go through how to define and implement a construction management
process flow for your Quality Management System and we can also consider Health
and Safety and Environmental risks, stay tuned.
Okay so we've been throwing around some ideas here at Best Practice TV, we're
getting lots of questions from our audience that's you guys for a bunch of
industry examples so today I'm just going to quickly workshop for you a
process flow for construction management and construction project management. We
have had a couple of inquiries from some pipeline builders so they're
constructing pipelines we've had some from some construction project managers
and equally some more specific trades like electrical contractors, plumbing and
drainage contractors, masonry contractors, Civil Works contractors, so what we're
going to do is I'm going to build out something that's generic, you can have a
think about how it applies to your industry think about how you can make
what I show you in this case study a little bit specific. So the first thing I
want to just quickly talk you through is what is the generic flow in my view that
your organisation would follow through so we're just going to start with a
couple of boxes as we define the process flow and that is we're going to go
through what we would call our master plan if you like then we're going to
talk about our design phase then we're going to talk about our project project
management phase and then we can maybe talk about completion so there's a
couple of questions as we go through this exercise that I would ask we we
need to start this or one of the things that's important to consider is starting
this with the end in mind so if we're talking about completion we've obviously
got a bunch of stakeholders so don't forget your stakeholders and we'll do a
stakeholder analysis for you in another video but in this instance let's talk
about clients or your customers if you like let's talk about our staff
subcontractors and let's talk about say our shareholders now I appreciate that a
bunch of your organisations are going to be privately owned smaller organisations
so your shareholders might also be the people that run the company you're
managing directors and your CEOs and your vice presidents will also probably
be shareholders but just think about that. Now in terms of the completion of
the project we want an amazing, and this is all about construction so I'll just
write this here so any anything that's sort of in the construction industry we
want an amazing asset so whether it's a building or a house or a commercial
project, factory and so you know it could be a residential
construction, industrial construction commercial construction, public sector
construction, government construction, we want to create an amazing asset because
I'm very passionate about the construction industry and I'd like to
see the the construction and creation of amazing spaces and amazing projects now
we obviously want that to be something that becomes then a valuable investment
and the investment gets a return for our shareholders we want our contractors to
you know to enjoy their part of the project our staff to enjoy their
involvement and obviously our clients and customers to be happy so that
they'll be happy and they'll refer work but also they might come back to us for
more services if they're a developer so we've got to start with the end in mind
so when we get to the master planning phase we've got to be talking about all
the sorts of things so what we're talking about is a process flow here and
inputs and outputs and we are talking about with the new ISO 9001 2015 risk
management and a risk based or risk based thinking approach so at this stage
starting to think about what could go wrong so we want to talk about inputs
and there's lots of videos in this youtube channel talking about inputs and
outputs so some of the inputs you know up here are the requirements they're the
budget you know there might be geographical issues all those sorts of
things in terms of inputs the site it could be industry risks all those sorts
of things become inputs and then some of our outputs and this is where we start
creating maybe so that we can keep track of it some of our documentation so
things like registers, could be plans, specifications all those sorts of things
and and contracts. So those are sorts of things that that are coming out as as
outputs through this process that then we move into the design phase, now as we
overlay this and we look at an integrated risk approach my question is
what are the risks, and that might be where we start to build out a risk
register just as an example it's a good way to start, what are the risks and then
we can talk about, so it's the risks and controls, so we're starting to think
about in ISO 9001 in 14001 the Environmental Management System standard
the OHS standard ISO 45001 with any of those integrated risk
approaches to this exercise we want you know and we can go into risk
management in more detail this just to give you a high-level analysis to go
through each of these phases, master plan, design, project management, you know
there's more detail to each of these steps obviously, specification and
requirements and the design phases and revision numbers and versions and all
that sort of stuff project management is going to have a
program you know you've got your Gantt chart with all the things that are
happening in the program you know to get the project completed on the on the due
date and then obviously what happens is part of completion and handover over
here. So at each of these stages we want to be asking questions about what could
go wrong really simple just keep it really simple just say we've done
projects before what could go wrong maybe you've just finished a project and
I said start with the end in mind we've just finished a project we've done this
before we've got industry experience what went wrong on a previous project so
it could be what could go wrong, what went wrong, we asked that question as
well, they're two really good questions to start to build out our risks and
start to think well you know for what went wrong what could go wrong and could
it happen on this project and if it could happen on the project then we want
to start to put some controls in place. So as we put the controls in place we do
this process flow again our risk register if you like starts to grow come
we've got the risks identified for each phase and if you want to see how to set
up a risk register you know you can you can have it vertically and you can have
all of the process flows vertically down your risk register or you could be
looking at your risk and integrated risk flow so you're moving through and you're
carrying risks across if there's site-specific risks, customer risks, you
know one of the big things obviously with this is budget, so you blow the
budget you know and you spend all the money too quickly, so what are you gonna
be your continued controls to manage cash flow as part of your Quality
Management System what are the safety issues that continue across the project
or the environment issues that continue across the projects so really good
approach to managing from a process flow perspective integrated risk thinking or
risk-based thinking. Now that the one thing I haven't talked about yet in all
this is what are our positive opportunities, what are the opportunities
have a more sustainable project, a safer project, an amazing project from the
customers perspective, so it's what you know what opportunities I'll just call
it ops so what are the positive opportunities that will make this
amazing, gets everybody on board so we can start to look at opportunities and
what are the controls if you like to ensure that we're gonna leverage those
opportunities as we go through. So there are risks, and we go through here, risks
related to that stage, risks over here related to that stage, and risks at the
end, and the opportunity that I'd talk about here from your organisation's
perspective is the opportunity to have your customer speak very highly of you
at this stage at the end of the project the customer is in love with you, they so
pleased they're absolutely amazed with the project the construction project
you've just implemented, you know and that's ultimately that's the
ultimate objective so that you elicit love, joy and surprise with the
customer so what is all the great customer service stuff you can do
through each stage of that project using your risk management framework, now
equally it's important to consider well have we you know what went wrong we we
ended up in court with our customer on the last construction project what could
we do on this project to prevent ending up in court what can we do on this
project to prevent accidents and incidents what could we do on this
project to prevent environmental damage or what could we do on this project to
have a more sustainable outcome so when I talk about opportunities it's what
could we do. So I've done them in this order where we've got one, two, three, four
because it's really positive you're taking really positive frameworks start
positive what could we do what are the opportunities what could go wrong what
went wrong and it's really positive framework it sets your mind up it
controls your subconscious to ensure that we're thinking positively about
this project right from the very beginning, if we get too bogged down in
risk that all gets very negative and I want you guys to be thinking positively
about what are the amazing things that we can doing on this can be doing on
this project and if we have people in a positive mindset and we're leading with
a positive approach we get positive culture and we know that when we have
positive culture we get good higher levels of compliance that positive
culture and culture affects compliance and performance of organisations. So
there is a construction management process flow with inputs that we can
start to talk about, outputs that we can start to talk
about and I can go into more detail in that if you have a look around the
YouTube channel at some of the other videos you'll see more detail around
inputs and outputs particularly if you jump on to our Training Academy and do
one of our courses we go in depth into inputs and outputs particularly in the
ISO 9001 essentials course that we have here on the Best Practice Training
Academy we'll put the link to that course in the description below the
video, so we go into in depth if you want really in-depth support there we've got
a great course that you can purchase online and you can do that course I'll
take you through that step by step in a lot of detail but here's a really
generic flow where you can go through and you can say right how do we do the
process flow what does it look like just some really keep at high level basic
basic simple steps to follow inputs outputs and your risks for each of those
phases and that's an integrated risk approach with risk-based thinking for
ISO 9001 2015 construction management quality management system that considers
environmental management and also health and safety so if you like this video hit

How To Install IW4x [Modern Warfare 2 Modification] - Duration: 2:40.
Download the game.
Create a copy of this folder.
Go to this website.
Click on one of these.
Open the downloaded file.
Copy and paste the content to your mw2 folder.
Open the game by double clicking "iw4x.exe".
To get started you need Modern Warfare 2, since I have bought the game on Steam, I will
be using the Steam version.
There are other ways of acquiring the game, but that's not something this tutorial will
dwell into.
To get started, install the game from Steam.
Afterwards you need to locate your installation folder, this is something that can easily
be done by: Finding the game in your Steam library.
Right clicking on the game and clicking properties.
Then click on the "Local Files" tab.
Now you can click "Browse Local Files", this will open up your installation folder.
Now copy the content of the entire folder (or just copy the folder itself, that's up
to you).
Find a place where you want your game to be installed, I placed it on my Games hard drive.
Now open your browser and find the IW4x website (link will be in the description).
The website itself, can be quite slow.
When the site loads, click on one of the Mirror options to download.
This will download a .zip file with the content we need.
After the download has completed, open the file we just downloaded.
Select all the content of the .zip file.
Then right click on the selection and press "Copy files to clipboard" or alternatively
you can just press CTRL + C, this will copy all the files.
Then find your Modern Warfare 2 installation folder, not the Steam one, but the copy we
made.
Inside of your installation folder, right click and press "Paste" alternatively you
can just press CTRL + V. Congratulations, you've now installed IW4x.
Now go ahead and double click on the newly added "iw4x.exe" file, and you're ready to
play.

How to Learn a New Skill faster - Duration: 5:22.
So are you struggling to figure out a way to learn new skills faster?
Well in this video, I'm going to share a technique with you that's going to help you do exactly
that.
Coming up.
Hey there, it's Billy with KeePon Cashflow.
Helping you to grow your money and your mindset, so that you can get closer to the lifestyle
that you really want to lead, faster.
Now, on this channel we're going to be sharing weekly tips and strategy videos just like
this.
So if it's your first time here, you're going to want to consider subscribing to the channel.
And you're going to make sure that you want to check out the links and the comments that
are in the section below, because week after week the comments get better and better, and
the learning is even more amazing.
So as for today, I want to talk to you about the technique that I've learned in the corporate
world of how to learn new skills and do that much, much faster, and it's a technique known
as the 10/70/20 technique.
And what do I mean by that?
Well first of all, it's actually broken up into two different parts.
The first part is 10%, the other part is 90%.
I'm going to give you the theory quickly and then I'm going to give you a couple of examples.
So this 10/70/20 technique, first of all, is about classroom learning, so let's say
it's more of a formal learning.
So the first 10% is more of a formal learning for whatever that new skill is that you want
to learn.
The next 70% is more around you actually putting into action what you've learned by yourself.
And then the next 20% is actually getting feedback from people that are already doing
or have the skill that you want to learn.
So let me give you a couple of examples, that way it will make it very, very clear and then
I'll give you a couple tips at the end.
So let's imagine that you want to learn a new language.
Languages are close to my heart, so let's use that.
Imagine you want to go out and you want to learn the Spanish language.
So first and foremost, if you're not a native Spanish speaker, you're going to need some
of the theory.
So that is the first 10% that you would look for, is learning online, learning from books,
learning from instructor-led courses, so that you can at least get the foundation and the
theory behind this new skill.
And then from there, you're going to need to use the next 70%, and that's actually taking
what you've learned, that skill, and actually putting it into action.
And if that means standing in front of a mirror practicing, or looking at words all over your
place, but this is basically you directing the learning.
And then the last 70%, in this example, is getting feedback.
Maybe from a native speaker, someone that knows Spanish much better than you do, but
that way, when you get their feedback it's going to help you to become much more fluent,
much faster.
So, that's the 10, the 70, and the 20%.
And let me give you one more example, just in case you're not into languages.
But another idea is think about real estate, if you want to go out and you want to be a
real estate investor.
First and foremost, you're going to want to look for that 10%.
There's so much free content online, or you can look for an instructor-led course, you
can look for paid courses, but you need to get the understanding, the basic understanding,
as to what is real estate investing all about and so you spend 10% of your time there.
The next 70%, once again, is taking everything that you've learned in the course and you
actually putting it into action.
So the formulas that you've learned, writing them down, getting clear on why you want to
be an investor, if you want to do it long-distance, however you want to do that.
But this is really you driving the learning portion and learning being self-directed.
And then the last 20%, in this case, is going out and looking for a mentor or a coach.
Imagine that you want to own 1,000 units of property, well probably the best person, or
coach, or mentor to look for is someone who has already done that.
So once again, you've learned the basics, you've put a lot of what you've learned into
action really quickly, and then you've also gone out to look for someone who is already
where you want to be.
So by being able to use this technique, it's very simple and extremely effective.
And the most important part is, the 70% is, that you need to make sure that you go out
and do the work.
So let me just leave you with a couple of tips to make sure that you're leaning new
skills faster.
First of all, you're going to want to understand, or identify, those things that are best for
you.
So understanding, being clear on what your goals are, and what your dreams are.
Then you're going to want to make sure that you set time aside so that you can actually
learn the skill, put it into practice.
A lot of that 70% that we talked about before, you're going to be doing in the learning space.
And then you're going to need to apply what you're learning and get that feedback.
So those are just kind of three tips to also help you to identify what the skill is that
you want to build and do that much faster.
So, I always like to leave you with a question of the day.
And today's question is, which skill are you going to go out there and learn, and use this
10/70/20 technique to get your skillset much faster?
So, looking forward to seeing your comments in the section below, and the interactions
with everyone else.
This is Billy Keels with KeePon Cashflow, it's my two cents for today.
And as always, hasta la proxima.
