hi and welcome my name is Nicole Pereira and I'm one of the owners at Cambridge

Center Honda. Today we're going to talk about new model introductions. One of the

questions I get asked often is, "should I consider buying a new model when it's

just released, just introduced?" and my answer to them is, if you are interested

in the latest and greatest technology and driving experience then absolutely

yes because today more than ever technology advancements are just coming

out at a faster rate than they ever had before and it's really transforming the

driver experience. Well let's face it we all like to look good and who doesn't

want to look good on the road so if you like to stand out then when you get a

new model you have something else that no one else has and so you're gonna get

noticed whether you're at the grocery store at your son's hockey game or out

with some friends for a dinner. One of the things that I've heard said before

is that, you know, maybe wait a little while so all the kinks are all you know

any kinks in a new model can get worked out before you purchase them and I'm

gonna tell you that the quality of automobile manufacturing has never been

higher and that the importance of building consumer trust and providing

our customers with a quality driving and ownership experience has never been

greater. The kinks are few and far between and if there was a little, you

know, something to happen, cars or complicated creatures I like to say, you

know you should have the trust that we are gonna take good care of you. Keep
