Why Is YouTube Privating Videos ? - Duration: 1:38.
hey what's up everybody if you are wondering what happened this week and
you're like damn I just logged into my account I cannot figure out why my
videos are private why did YouTube do this to me
as of this week it seems that YouTube's algorithm has now built into some weird
thing that it will auto private videos that have unrelated tags or spamming
tags or stuff that just doesn't clearly make sense to fit there so instead of
penalizing you and banning the video or taking it down they're just putting it
private for you to figure out what you did wrong and then you have to go in
there re-tag everything to make it related to the title in the description
so that it actually could be put back up public for an example I put a picture
here with the bad tags you can clearly see they make no sense and they are
totally not related to the video if you look carefully like the videos about
world of warcraft right and I snuck in a Jake Paul diss track I want to get some
views I put some how to eat a shoe just in case somebody's looking for that then
you know everyone's searching for how to eat a tidepod right and Fortnite is like
the hugest thing and as of yesterday they had a huge I am how to basic face
reveal I want to get all them views from all these tags but as of now if you put
this garbage in there that makes no sense they're going to private your
video and if you're not around to fix this problem you're gonna sit for hours
and days with no video it just be private so please don't try to cheat the
system just do it properly and this is why they're privating in your videos well
that's the end of video guys and if you liked the video and you found it good
hit the like button if you want to subscribe to stick around for more
videos go right ahead subscribe have a great
day everybody and I hope your videos get taken off private later everybody

REACTING TO MY OLD GAMING VIDEOS! - Duration: 8:25.
okay did it way way too high I'm only like five a I'm just not that tall am I
just oh okay well really appreciated messy hair don't care
hola my amigos yeah pretty good in today's video guys I thought we would we
would take take a little hmm if you guys are don't already know these past like
couple of months that I've been on this channel right here this isn't my entire
career on YouTube I have actually earned a channel that had 634 subscribers known
as Jack Batson however it was originally known as Jack Attack games I'm a recent
video a lot you go excited because I bought ps4 and I'm gonna start doing
gaming videos again but what I thought what a better way to bring a comeback
into Jack Attack games then reviewing the old version if that makes any sense
at all so we're gonna be doing today is we're gonna be jumping into my old
channel and looking at old videos that I used to create known as Jack Attack
games and I think what you were just gonna react to him because they're
pretty horrid to say the least I mean boys and girls about forever do
let's just jump straight into this first video is called my personal best bo2
game which is a black ops 2 for you guys for you noobs Alabama's Christ okay just
for a tiny bit of context before this video actually starts this is my first
ever video that I uploaded to YouTube like ever in the history of anything
this is the first video I uploaded and I didn't have any equipment no microphone
no nothing I just had my iPhone 5s stacked on ps2 games and a ps2 so it was
level with my TV was level with my monitor and I've recorded my game in
theater mode it was just it was literally just a shambles let's just
let's just watch this
to have an Instagram account know what gasps just know what cuz greatly
appreciated and if you love this video please leave a like that would be
greatly appreciated if you could leave a like on this video I'll big grab their
prey shape Oh mate you just was gay boat subscribe subscribe yeah definitely
don't touch the children included advanced warfare more Cod and minecraft
videos I mean why wouldn't you want to subscribe to this guy and the rest of
video is just me playing I mean if that's my first video I definitely
subscribe 100% know the funny thing is when I upload their this video I thought
it was like top of the class I J I genuinely thought you couldn't get
better than this this was a class content on YouTube Matt PewDiePie
getting the bin honestly I I just have no words I have no words that my friends
is the absolute peak of what you're seeing right now before I was before I
was real I am now that's what I was I'm sorry it's titled yeah what you saw it
for Jack
I need a hearing aid if you guys want some context on that intro basically I
used to edit videos as I said I had my phone I had no software no equipment so
why any of my videos on is I got like a free version of iMovie for iPhone when
it was like on deal in the in the App Store
I'm a I was on the biggest budget when people say about they were a way up from
the bottom mate I lit up my budget yeah my budget was four pence so I downloaded
a free version of iMovie I was editing on it and I did not know how to use it
at all this what the first-ever software that I ever used so I've gone to the
intros Barbic so obviously you know gaming youtubers they got to have an
intro so it goes to the intros part and they all look hella dead they were like
insert your text here get in the bin so we went onto one and you had to have
like a certain amount of video after so this was the intro this that was the
intro and then there was like video after so you know I did I did some
sneaky stuff I got to be sure I click it I edit the entire video with that and
then I just cropped the intro because you know for pens budget so that's why
sauce by quali because it's literally like stock iMovie page so it's fitted
yeah stop I movie footage Jack yo what's up
guys today I just want to talk about something I don't even know how to
explain it but I'm kind of sorry no one cares no more like a lack of
upload in is just because I haven't been uploading because oh this week I've had
exams and then these are very very important and I've been revising their
thing so I'll just haven't have a time to like record and upload first of all
never a prize for a test in my life so that was a lie
second of all the reason I do is because I just couldn't be bothered I literally
just couldn't be bothered to sit there and record an entire theater game
of black ops 2 I just bored I was literally bored I just didn't I just
couldn't didn't upload I'll tell you that now for a fight if I ever tell you
oh I'm revising frigging exam that's why I haven't been uploading I'm a liar
I don't revise for tests that's something I probably shouldn't say in
public also nothing that I want to point out is why did 2015 jag think that
anyone cared about his content sorry I haven't been
uploading mate I didn't even know you uploaded in the first place what are you
chatting about I'm sorry for that and the way I'm going to be making up for it
is on Friday Saturday or Sunday there's gonna be a double upload no flipping way
he's only gone and done it jackets hat games with 36 subscribers
yeah he's got a hundred views on this video there's gonna be a double upload
2012 all over again mate at the end of the world double upload from Jack Attack
games you can't get better than that might as well happen you guys might
wonder into yourself right now Jack what's with the creepy vibe what's going
on is someone got you a gun point behind the camera ladies you know meant to be
here right now no genuinely there's no significance to
me having my head up and me being like that I just want it to be weird so the
rest of the files from today's video I kind of got how do I say this corrupt
and I'm not really really sure how to fix it and I kind of want to do get this
what and I kind of do want to get this video up by today at least so I don't
what don't know particularly fancy trying to rerecord the entire video and
my reactions won't be as genuine so about for overview guys this is me
giving up on the video hope you guys can appreciate this like one-minute loop of
me trying to attempt the worm friends birthday party yesterday bar hope you
all haven't video is always appreciated if you are new and I'll see you guys in
another video peace

Top 10 Scary Forest Discoveries - Duration: 8:56.
Welcome back guys - its another scary video and todays theme is the forest.
Why are forests so scary?
Is it because we cant see whats around us?
Is it because they get so dark?
Is it because of all the creepy stories?
Probably.
Do you wanna hear some of the worst?
Well my name is Danny Burke and this is the Top 10 Scary Forest Stories …
Starting off at number 10 now we have The Bunker.
In 2014, two German friends were hiking in the woods in Northern Germany when they saw
some strange pipes sticking out from the ground.
When they investigated, they found the enterance to a bunker.
After removing the old woden door with a crowbar, they climbed inside.
They found a labyrinth of endless hallways, each one as creepy as the next.
Their voices echoed around the deathly silent corridors which smelt of sewage.
The walls were covered in strange graffiti.
They hit many dead ends before finally coming to this - a large steel door that had been
ripped off its hinges by something very powerful.
After exploring some more, they found some grafiti that simply read -Hello Satan, I love
you- … after taking a few more pictures - they decided it was time to leave …
At number 9 now we have The Stalker.
This story comes from Reddit user SenorPuffyPants - that name is as fun as its gonna get.
He said that when he was a Park Ranger - he once led a trip of 8 school kids up Mt Sterling
in North Carolina.
They set up camp at the top of the mountain under a bright full moon which lit up the
whole area.
He settled in for the night with a clear view of the trail they had just walked up.
As he drifted off, he saw something move on the trail - at first he thought it might be
a bear but as he got closer he saw it was a person.
It was a man with no headlamp or any gear at the top of the mountain.
The Ranger froze and watched the man move closer to the camp, he could only see the
outline of him in the dark.
The man surveyed the camp and then sat down under a tree facing the camp.
Thye ranger decided to wait it out and stared back at him in the dark.
This went on until 3:30 AM when suddenly, the man stood up and headed back down the
trail.
To this day, the ranger has no idea who he was or what he wanted - and he never told
the kids about this creepy stalker encounter …
Moving on to number 8 we have The Flame.
This is a crazy story coming from California.
Nicole Gergen was a hiking with two other friends in Santa Barbara when she decided
to take some pictures of her friends descending down a cliff face.
She took a few of the pictures youre seeing now before seeing something in the corner
of her eye - a small flame of red hair.
Right there.
Then, she saw it move.
They hurried over and found Saylor Guilliams - a hiker who has fallen off the cliff.
She had broken her elbow and ankhle.
By the time Nicole found her, Saylors lungs had given out and she was lyind face down
in the mud and leaves, surroudned by buzzing flies.
It turns out her friend had also injured themself but had died while going to get help.
Nicole was amazed that she managed to spot Saylor at all and many people have said she
would have died if she hadnt dyed her hair red …
Next up at number 7 now we have The Cabin In The Woods.
This is creepy but also kind of fascinating.
In 2015, Rangers deep in California's Arcata Forest found a cabin.
It wasnt just any old pile of wood either - it was a solid, expertly built house with
a concrete foundation.
It had a porch, windows and a fully equipped interior.
It was also perfectly concealed - the people who found it said if you walked more than
15ft from the cabin, youd struggle to see it through the trees.
There were no trails that led to the house and not a single piece of trash in stride.
They found a newspaper there from a few months before but of course - there was no sign of
the owner.
When they left, they hung a sign up for the owner telling them they had to leave.
When they returned a few days later - they found it had gone, as in - the whole cabin
and everything in it had disappeared without a trace.
What do you guys make of this mystery, got any good theories?
At number 6 now we have The Toys.
This is another creepy story from reddit, coming from user GenesisProTorch.
He said that a group of teens from his area hadnt been heard from after a camping trip.
He decided to join the search and rescue team and headed out to the general area.
After hiking all day, they found nothing - but about 35km into the woods, they began to notice
strange things.
There were sticks carved like spears in the ground, carvings in the trees and a childs
stuffed animal hanging from a noose in a tree.
Everything seemed freshly carved - as if it had been done just a few hours before.
They kept hiking before eventually making camp for the night, trying to put the days
images to the back of their minds.
The next morning they back up the gear when they notice a bit of shirt that had got caught
on a small tree and ripped along with some shoe prints.
They thought great, the teens must be narby.
Thats when they got a call from base camp that the teens had just been found 20km away.
Chills ran down their spines - if that wasnt left by the teens - they who was it left by?
Moving on to number 5 now we have Wessie.
Deep in the woods of near Presumpscot River in Maine, people have found a disturbing piece
of skin.
A huge piece of skin - specifically, a giant snake skin.
Locals haid said for years they had seen a massive snake slithering between the trees
but the reports werent taken too seriously until they found a 10ft long piece of snake
skin.
People referred to the snake as Wessie, a play on the famous Nessie aka the loch ness
monster.
Experts say that the Wessie was probably a boat or python snake and was a pet that either
escaped or was dumped.
At number 4 now we have The Ghost.
Reddit user ZombieGandaffi said that back in the 80s, his Uncle and some friends were
on a road trip passing the Grand Canyon when they decided to take some pictures.
This is one of them - the uncle poses precariously on the edge of the cliff.
It wasnt until after that they noticed something in the photo - or should I say someone.
Right there, at the edge of the tree line, appeared to be a man dressed in all black
with pale white skin and a knowing smile on his face.
The uncle maintained that they were the only ones at the spot that day - in fact the area
was almost empty as it wasnt tourist season.
Speculation about who this figure was has ranged from a wandering ghost to the Grim
Reaper himself …
At number 3 now we have The Suicide Forest.
Aokigahara Forest in Japan sprawls for 35 square km near Mount Fuji - the vegetation
is so dense that its sometimes referred to as the Sea of Trees.
Unfortunately, it also has another name - The Suicide Forest.
Thats because its gained a reputation for being one of the worlds most popular suicide
spots.
Its thought that at least 100 people kill themselves in the woods every year.
Sometimes bodies arent discovered for months, years or maybe not at all.
Coming in at number 2 now we have Latin.
This one came from Reddit user BrownCow5 - its short but sweet - or rather short but creepy.
She said that one day her and a friend were hiking in the middle of nowhere during winter.
When they came to a clearing, they realised there was writing drawn into the snow in front
of them.
The words were in Latin and read -Per Audacia ad ignotum- … there were no footprints leading
to or away from the writing.
When they got back home, they translated it to read -through audacity, towards the unknown-
… what was going on there?
For me, thats almost like someone was zapped into a parallel universe after leaving the
writing.
And finally at number 1 now we have The Alien.
One night in 2015, Gianna Peponis of San Jose heard a scream in her backyard just hours
after a nearby UFO sighting.
She ran out to investigate and found this - she didnt know what it was but she knew
it was dead.
Gianna posted picture to Facebook in the hopes of her friends being able to identify it - but
everyone was stumped.
One user simply said -I don't know what that is.
If your friend is brave enough to remove it from their property, remind them to salt the
ground.
Nothing good can ever happen there now- … a different friend suggested it may have been
a deer feetus that was partially eaten by predators.
What do you guys make of it?
And what did you make of the whole video?
I tried to do a mix there of pictures, places and stories from people online - which did
you prefer?
Maybe ill do more of them in a part 2?
Let me know, Im Danny Burke, thanks for watching and Ill see you all in the next video …

One of the BEST MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO | STOP KILLING TIME - Duration: 36:39.
[Music] Time is all we have this moment right
now there's only one thing in our lives that we're never able to reacquire once
it's gone and I'm not talking about money I'm not talking about material
items I'm talking about time and it's such a unique concept unique idea
because when utilized correctly it contains the ingredients to success to
happiness to growth prosperity all the things we want but at the very same time
if neglected it leaves us with very little because the truth is every
morning when you wake up you are living minutes you will never get back you were
breathing air you will never take in again it is your one opportunity to
embrace this and every second sees a little of it
slip away and my point is that there is no moment more important more perfect
than right now not in a week not after your promotion not in 30 years when you
plan to retire and relax right now see we have this mentality that the future
is going to somehow mean more than the present that if we suffer now or if
we're unhappy now that will save the best in life for some other time but the
reality is we don't get younger yes we should be working hard absolutely
success comes from effort hard work dedication persistence but the key is
allocate your precious time to the work to the things that make you feel like
today is power that right now is so amazing you don't want to end today
is when you take the first step towards the things you want when you become who
you want to become no one is ever or will ever keep you from that other than
yourself there is no ceiling there is no limitation there is no special
requirement there is you and what you allow you
to accomplish you are the gatekeeper you have your foot on the gas and it's so
easy to point others right to point to our environment to blame things on
everything but our own decision our decision to stick to the status quo
because believe it or not it is that simple you are where you are because
that's where you decided to be and you've accepted that as okay look if you
want change then manufacture change create a plan and move go transform step
out of your head and into the real world think about how lucky we are to be alive
in this day and age with access to all the information we can ever dream of
technology that enables growth freedom to pursue any path that looks appealing
anything we could ever want it's right in front of us yet we don't embrace why
why in the world would we let that be nothing is more important in life than
living it nothing makes us feel more energized more free more happy than
following the path we were meant to take it's having the courage to step over the
obstacles to face the challenges to be uncomfortable and at the beginning it's
tough right change is tough getting what you want isn't easy there's a period of
struggle of growth but once you get through it you understand what living
really is which brings us right back to the
concept of time our small existence on this planet the greatest gift a human
being can receive you by default haven't don't ever let it be in vain the future
isn't when happiness someday occurs it's a continuation of you living every
moment to the fullest from now until your last make every trip around the Sun
better than the previous never let a moment of sunshine clouds or rain
deprive you of your gift be the best version of yourself you can be live the
life you were meant to live all it takes is a simple decision
[Music]
my father had 90 years but it seemed in 93 years but it seemed short in his
seemingly long life of 93 years it was short because it just seems like if we
only had more time Old Testament gives us a view of some people who live to be
five six seven eight nine hundred years old if I have a chance to ask
I will ask how come we got short jeans
wouldn't that be a good question if you had a chance to ask imagine seven eight
nine hundred years to watch generation after generation after generation after
generation stay healthy and well I mean you gotta have you got to be healthy to
make it to nine hundred you got to take your vitamins I'm pushing the Bible on
pushing vitamins I mean I'm doing good today so the key is time is precious now
let me give you Bill Bailey's a description of time life is not just the
passing of time life is not just the passing of time life is a collection of
experiences their frequency
and their intensity life is not just watching the clock tick away life is a
collection of experiences their intensity their frequency when my friend
mark died at age 44 someone says that's young to die but what if he lived four
lifetimes in one might not be too young so here's what it whatever the span of
your life turns out to be here's what you want to fill it up with experiences
and the intensity of those experiences
but now let's talk about the management of time here's one of the best ones we
covered earlier when should you start building this hotel answer as soon as
you have it finished now jot this one down on time management when should you
start the day as soon as you have it finished plan the day the best you can
leaving plenty of room for improvising and surprises and all the stuff that
happens during the course of the day but if you've planned a good productive day
now you start that day you can't believe how much more valuable your time will be
don't start the day until you have it finished now here's the next one
don't start the week until you've had it finished now to lay out a week is a
pretty good challenge next don't start the month until you have it finished the
places to go and the people to see and the productivity and the sales and the
customers and the development and all the rest of what you want to accomplish
during the course of thirty days don't start the month till it's finished and
then here's the big one this is really challenging don't start the year until
you have it finished to the best of your ability it can't be finished like minute
by minute but in terms of the sweep of what you want to accomplish in the year
2002 make sure that that's set and ready to go but the time January 1st rolls
around and it might get all upset might get torn up and you doin ooh and
you make so much progress the first 90 days that now you've got you've
multiplied at all by two by three because that happened to me I thought
wow this is gonna be a great year by the time I'd finish the third month
I'm rolling I'm sore and so many things are happening I revised my whole year's
plan okay now shut this down approaches to the management of time here's the
first one ignore the subject I mean that's good
advice
don't let anything overly bug you because you remember now you don't have
to do anything summer I got to get a handle on my time the answer's no you
don't if you want to let it all go you can let it all go
I mean this is good advice somebody says you ought uot uot jot this down ignore
all the you arts or you should only if they're giving general information we
should it's better to say if you're teaching we should not you should we
should then you let me listen in without it being too confrontational if everyone
did this see that'd be great and then you give a person a chance to choose to
do it or not to do it but when you start the you ought you are now see if I don't
now see we've got some tension and maybe some problems so you are seem to always
create problems when you're talking to your kids you say no if kids would do
this not always saying if you did this if you did this life would be better but
if kids did this life would be better it's like making a little talk and
letting them listen in and then it's a little less confrontational it gives us
a choice in one of my seminars here's what I teach all life forms strives to
the max of its potential except human beings all life forms strives to the max
of its potential except human beings how tall will a tree grow
as tall as it possibly can you never heard of a tree growing half as high as
it could no trees don't grow half a tree drives
its roots as deep as it can reaches as high as it can produces every leaf it
can every fruit it possibly can to the max every life-form strive to the max
except human beings now why not human beings jot this down you've been given
the dignity of choice you're not a robot you don't have to repeat this year the
same as last year you can tear up last year's plan develop
a new plan
so the dignity of being a human being now here's the choice on being a human
being to be part of all we were meant to be or to be all to strive for all or
half or part or some the choice is up to you
to develop one skill or ten skills so this is well I'd be happy with just one
more language well some say hey I'm gonna learn six or seven and this is all
a matter of choice and when someone says no you ought to learn four you've got to
resist all that because this is personal dignity and you don't want to destroy
somes dignity by by doing all the aughts and they feel reluctant to do it now
we've got problems so if you want to just ignore this subject on time
management now here's the next one step down to something easier the guys in
sales and he says oh I want to own the company finally owns the company now
he's got no time to play golf he said when I was in sales I was making big
money playing golf three days a week heck with this own in something heck
with managing my life was never my own after I started to manage I'm going back
to sales see this is the key if you're getting too pressed you might consider
stepping down to something with a little easier time pressure little girl says to
her mother daddy comes home brings his briefcase and Pat's me on the head and
says hello disappears and works on these papers how come my daddy doesn't play
with me and her mother said look your daddy loves you very much
but he has he's so busy at work he can't get it all done he has to bring it home
he loves you but that's why he can't play with you and the little girl said
why don't they just put him in a slower group so chop this down now if you don't
have time for your kids you might consider joining a slower group remember
when I said some things I went for cost me too much so reconsider next key to
time management and that's work longer and harder but see there's a limit to
that I almost lost my health the first year I went so crazy about personal
development and achievement I just went bonkers you know I told you I was skinny
but the end of that first year I was a walking shadow and then it suddenly
occurred to me what if I got rich and too ill to spend it I mean that was a
shocker so I started you know developing a little more reasonable because I said
if 12 hours won't do it all work 40 and if that won't do it I'll work 18 I mean
how many hours it takes and sure enough it cost me too much so see working
longer and harder for some might be appropriate you know if you're just
sitting around not doing that much this might be good work longer and harder but
you can only work so hard here's the key not to work harder but smarter when
you've worked as hard as you can doing the best you can in terms of physical
output in the time reasonable time now here's the ultimate in the management of
time and that is you simply become more skillful when I first got into sales you
know I was around people that could get you know nine out of ten eight out of
ten and when I first started I could only get one out of ten but here's what
I did I worked around the clock around the clock so that I would make up in
numbers what I lacked in skill that's good in sales you got to jot that down
when you're new you make up in numbers which you lack in skill now when you
become more skillful the numbers can go down because now
you're you're persuasive ability and all of that is now so high that you don't
need to put as many numbers out but at first if you want to compete or if you
want to really get good you've got to put in the numbers but if you get more
from yourself develop more of yourself now the time management becomes an
easier task now here's the next thing either you run the project or it runs
you I found out when you start something at first you're in charge all of a
sudden a year later it's in charge some of the companies I started I'm telling
you I'm in control a couple of years later I'm out of control
at first I've got it on the run two years later it's got me on the run
haven't got enough time I'm dizzy with trying to get it all done so here's part
of the key that's to get in charge so I'm going to take charge of my health
one of my albums is entitled take charge of your life take charge of your time
take charge of your resources which we're going to talk about next take
charge of your health you're the one that's responsible for it it's not a
requirement of society that you not have a heart attack and take care of your
family that's not a requirement of society but you must make it a
requirement of yourself society doesn't require that you build a financial wall
around your family nothing can get through that's not a requirement of
society it's a requirement you impose on yourself to build a financial wall
around your family nothing can get through so impose on yourself this self
development of being in charge taking charge of your life and your health and
your future and your responsibilities and all the rest next reasonable time is
enough time to achieve all of your goals just stuff that down reasonable time is
enough time I had to learn that reasonable time is enough time
here's why it's not the hours you put in it's what you put in the hours if you
start depositing greater ideas into the hours you've got later than now I'm
telling you later you can't believe the productivity that will flow the ideas
you can't think of now a year from now they'll start to flow and when you
deposit those ideas in the hours you've got productivity multiplies by two three
five - next time management essential we've already covered the first one a
written set of goals and then do priorities on your goals what's
important this week what's important this month here's the next one
often review just go over your goals to make sure that your list is working for
you it's got you inspired it's got you turned on so missus how come you're up
so early say if you were headed where I'm headed you'd be up early too if you
were gonna meet who I'm gonna meet you'd be up early if it was gonna stock up for
you like it's stacking up for me you'd be getting up early here's some more
time management essentials learn to study what we call majors and minors you
pick up the phone here's what you must say when you pick up the phone is this a
major conversation or a minor conversation if it's minor a few
pleasantries and you're done if it's major maybe you've got to make a few
notes so here's the next one important conversations make an agenda before you
make the call just jot down a little agenda it's so
easy now to just talk out of your head you ever hear a conversation end like
this like this let's see there was something else
see you don't look that Swift I can't think of it right now I'll call you back
see you look a little income but n't let's see there was something it
escapes me right now really so if you got this now make an agenda before you
make a call if it's an important call now later that saves you all kinds of
stuff you call John in the salesman say John remember those four things we went
over said no we didn't talk about that and then you pull out your date time or
whatever and there's the list you made when you made the call he said oh yes
seems like I do remember and you've got him with your list if it's just sales
people especially can talk you out of what's in your head it's true no we
didn't talk about that and if you don't have a little proof I'm telling you it's
gone so make an agenda before you make a call so what's a major what's minor now
here's the key on this don't major in minor things if you take up major time
to do minor things I'm telling you you'll be behind the curve constantly
here's what we learn in sales training what's major time and what's minor time
here's minor time thinking about prospects
here's minor time making list of prospects here's minor time keeping
books on prospects here's minor time going to see the
prospect
here's minor time evaluating the prospect after you've been there that's
all minor time here's major time in the presence of the
prospect that's mine that's major time and if you took a look if you're in
sales and you took a look at a week you'd say my gosh I'm spending 90% of my
time on the minor stuff and so little time on the major stuff in the presence
of how many hours in the presence of in my day how many hours in the presence of
during my sales week because the time that really counts is in the presence of
majors and minors here's another key time management
essential don't mistake movement for it
it's easy to get faked out by being busy
that comes home at night all exhausted falls in the chair and says oh I've been
going going going here's the big question
doing what it's not the goal and go and going some people are going going going
and they're doing figure eights their progress is small so don't mistake
movement for achievement here's another one in sales we learned don't mistake
courtesy for consent if somebody's pleasant and they nod you say oh they're
gonna buy know they're courteous you can't mistake courtesy for consent
now here's the big one concentration I had to learn this all those years ago
I'm in the shower trying to compose a letter found it turns out to be a
strange letter so here's what I learned to do save them work till you get to the
office save the work till you get to the work don't try to get to the office on
the way to work on the way to work enjoy the way and the shower enjoy the shower
then go to work when you get to work I've found this to be helpful
concentration here's another big one learn to say no I'm telling you in such
a social society we have now it's so easy to try to be a nice person saying
yes yes yes to everything find yourself overloaded now you got to call make the
well gosh and you know all the time it takes to back out of something that you
should said yes to too quickly here's what might be better I don't think so
but if that changes I'll call you little things you can use not to commit over
commit yourself my friend Ron Reynolds says don't let your mouth overload your
back it's a good one now here's the big one on time management when you work
work when you play play don't mix the two don't work at play I used to take my
family to the beach and I would bring my briefcase I learned not to do that or at
the beach I'm saying I should be at the office I should be at the office now my
family's upset because I'm at the beach and I'm thinking office office office
now when I'm at the office I'm thinking what I gotta get my family to the beach
the beach the beach so things are not going too well at the office because I'm
thinking beach and things are not going too well up the beach cuz I'm thinking
office here's what I learned to do at the beach be at the beach at the office
be at the office when you work work when you play play don't mix the two don't
work at play now here's one of the most important ones don't play at work work
is too serious you don't want the reputation of being the office joker
it's not a good one yes there's time for some pleasant stories yes there's time
for a little humor yes best if it's a happy office of course
but I'm telling you got to be serious about work because your parting with a
piece of your life for the work you do your work costs you a piece of your life
here's what it's called serious business not grim not unhappy but serious keep
don't play at work the only person I don't think we use anymore horse around
at the office play around play jokes play tricks no place not at the work
place at the beach yes at the bar yes somewhere else not work you've got to
treat work with all due conservative passion because it's leading you to your
future here's another key phrase all work is good you may not like your job
but if it's the stepping stones to get you to where you want to to go you got
to appreciate your job you don't have to have a passion for your job here's the
ultimate passion a passion for incredible success in every department
of my life that's the passion but don't look John down on some menial job you
have to do to finally get you to where you want to go no job is menial menial
no job is not no every job is noble training life for pay making a
contribution to society
next analyze how you are and if you have some weaknesses if you can't it doesn't
seem like you can change here's the key get it covered I used to keep promising
myself I'd keep the books keep the books keep the books finally I gave that up
and back then it only took me an extra 50 60 bucks a month for some accountant
to keep the books as a no I'm gonna save the 50 bucks you can't believe what I
started losing in productivities because I tried to save the 50 bucks so the key
is a lot of times you can stay like you are but just make
sure you get it covered okay next beware of the telephone and all other
systems of communication especially the telephone at home and systems of
communication at home and here's one of the best lines I've got for you for the
weekend let all communication systems serve you
but don't let them intrude when it comes time to have dinner with your family you
shut off all systems unless the ones that can take messages silently
don't let the phone ring don't let anybody intrude come through
the front door or the back door nor through the telephone or any other
device so you can't reach John and his family when he's having dinner the
President of the United States couldn't get through if you develop that kind of
a reputation father mother when we have dinner when we're visiting and have this
time with our family nothing intrudes so don't let these clever little devices
keep intruding you've got to have a place that sank or sank it's it's
valuable you don't let anything in for that period of time okay
isn't that good advice excellent advice here's the next one read all the books
you know I've only got a few notes here on time management but if you've got
some particular challenges you run a big organization a big corporation you've
got some challenges there's plenty of books now here's what's next
just be more alert to the things that might be stealing your time here's why
time is like capital you can't let someone steal your seedcorn you can't
let someone steal your capital and you can't let someone steal your time you
must designate your time and some of the time that you designate you must not let
anyone steal casual time you might let someone intrude and steal a little bit
and take a little bit but not serious time next one of the great
time management savers is to learn to ask questions upfront
sometimes you talk to somebody for an hour and then you ask questions and find
out if you would have asked those questions up front you could have saved
yourself an hour asking questions up front helps you to get to the problem
now but if you just launch into some discourse you might waste 30 minutes of
waste an hour when here's what you should have been talking about after
you've finished an hour you say John what's really the problem he said well
it's something personal see that's what you should have been talking about this
whole hour next learn to think on paper
and we're gonna take a break some ways to think on paper one we've covered one
solving problems take it out of your head and put it on paper another one is
setting goals making these lists we've already started here's another good way
to think on paper it's a projects book each person you're working with and each
project you're working on get a loose-leaf binder and a tab and some
pieces of paper behind the tab and do a little continual summary of how it's
going between you and that person and between you and that project I call it a
projects book it is so useful to me but what's going on between you and this
person when you last got together what did you talk about and you got a few
notes there here's what we talked about the last time we got together now when
you get together again you can review that so you'll know better what to talk
about when the president gets ready to travel and he's gonna meet some
important people guess what they bringing all these briefing books all
right the last time you were with Khrushchev Kennedy is informed here's
what he said nears what you said Kennedy said no that's valuable I need to
remember that if a person is important it's worth a little running account you
might even have a project book for your children
here's what's happening between me and my child we've talked about this and
we've talked about this and we've talked about this next add a timer keeping
track of all of your appointments you know mine is all filled with you know
when to catch an airplane and when to do a seminar when to sit down and have a
conference all the rest next is a game plan you know if you've got a house and
the you know insurance is gonna come due and some other things are gonna come do
you just put it on a spreadsheet and make sure it's taken care of
key phrase take things out of your head and put them on paper and the key is to
just experiment with different ways that helps you to do that
now here's the last one thinking on paper and that's to keep a journal one
of the things I'm known for around the world have been now for 39 40 years is
keeping a journal now my journal is not a you know it's not necessarily a it's
not like a diary it might be part diary you know I'm flying over Ireland and
write down a few little things that impressed me today I met this person
what an extraordinary event today the scent I conducted this seminar in Rome
thousand people stood up was saying for me I've got a little bit of a diary in
there but here's what primarily your general is for collecting good ideas a
journalist to collect good ideas on your health and good ideas for your business
and good ideas for your future good ideas for time management cuz I used to
take notes on pieces of paper and torn off corners and backs of old envelopes
and restaurant placemats and I threw all this stuff in a drawer it did not serve
me well I found ly learn to get a bound copy right and just keep a journal write
five hours here I had my journal I'd be taking notes write these two days in my
journal now if you're caught without your journal you just take the notes
when you get back home you've put those notes in your journal throw the paper
away because we don't usually go through
paper to review but see my journals now make up a significant part of my own
library my journals all reserved privately for my children and my
grandchildren can you imagine what I've collected over
the years it's unbelievable there are three treasures to leave
behind I think you've already got those notes right here they are number one
your pictures don't leave the event unrecorded it takes only a fraction of
the scent of a second to say here's who I was with when I travel the world right
we take all these pictures and here's one of the gifts people send me the
pictures they took of me and them it's part of the treasures I have on the farm
incredible a picture's worth a thousand words to describe the scene the emotion
what happened say wow this was an extraordinary day for me when I met
these people here's what they told me happened to them when they went to my
seminar ten years ago Wow the drama comes back if you've taken the pictures
it's one of the treasures to leave behind when you go remember the old
photographs that we have now you know 100 years ago 70 80 years ago just a few
photographs what would it be like if you had thousands of photographs of the past
of your history your mother your father my grandparents so change all of that
now for your children leave all your photographs as a record here's what's
next to leave behind and that's your library
the books that changed your life the books that change your health the books
that rescued you from oblivion the books that you passed on to other people they
were so exciting for you the books that made you financially
independent the books that developed your leadership books that gave you
wisdom to ponder when things were tough the books that got you through the
winter the books that helped you to plant in the spring in the harbor
in the fall what a treasure to leave behind if you do that here's what's for
sure your books will be more valuable than your furniture Wow now the third
treasure to leave behind is your journals the notes you took that help
you to live life as you lived it long after you're gone
a treasure the children grandchildren great-grandchildren will find so
fascinating they may use it to help guide their

6 Scary Videos with Unexplainable Events Caught on Camera - Duration: 10:21.
Are you an admirer of the paranormal?
Today we will finally take another look at unexplainable and strange recordings from
all over the world.
Shadow figures, creepy faces, and scary specters are only some of the sightings, that the camcorders
of the following people could capture.
Did you ever come across something paranormal or strange, while you had your recorder ready?
Please share your experiences with me in the comments.
And now, without further ado, here are 6 Scary Videos with Unexplainable Events Caught on
Camera.
Number 6.
Two friends from Texas were noticing strange activities for the last couple of nights in
the neighboring fields, outside their property.
They were following a suspicious SUV, who was making its way through the grass without
any lights on.
Strange moaning and screams were initially making them aware of an intruder on their
property.
Which is the reason, why they expected a wolf or another feral animal?
But this was quite different.
After waiting for several minutes behind the car, they flip the lights on.. and shortly
after, their camera records this creature.Simply freakout out, they back up their car.
even honking doesn't seem to disturb this creature.
What's your explanation for this?
Number 5.
This recording was captured by a young man who moved into a new place with his girlfriend.
They were in the middle of renovating the apartment since it was in pretty bad shape.
During the last couple of weeks, he noticed strange activity taking place.
Even his friends who were helping them out on the weekends were totally freaked out after
being exposed to mysterious happenings.
Today he simply attempts to document the renovation process for his family.
But it doesn't take long until some loud bangs can be heard and even objects start to fly
around.
It's the perfect chance, to record this phenomenon.
He seems to stay pretty calm, considering the ongoing craziness unfolding in front of
his eyes, in different rooms of his home.
Has he maybe come across paranormal activity before?
Not much is known about it.
His dogs also seem to be freaked out.
Do you think it was real?
Number 4.
A woman in Mexico was noticing strange light anomalies in an apartment of her friend, across
the street.
The strange thing was, that her friend was on vacation at this time, so it was not possible
that anybody could have been in the apartment.
Maybe an intruder?
As the woman keeps filming, a super fast shape seems to swipe through the lit living room.
It turned out, that her friend indeed still was on vacation that day.
They could never explain, what exactly invaded this living room.
But they knew that it could not have been a human intruder.
Number 3.
These 2 explorers from Germany were exploring an abandoned Asylum in the South West.
The place was locked up, therefore a broken window was the only access for them into the
ruins of this huge complex.
They were venturing through different buildings every couple of weeks, and always eager to
capture something unexplainable.
As they are making their way through the old corridors, they get spooked by a small voice
which appears to be whispering.
But this wasn't good enough to scare these two away at this point.
As they walk further down the hallways, the dude with the camera seems to capture something
frightening, lurking through the wood.
Increasing the brightness of the material reveals the face of a young girl.
Was it a spirit?
I bet, anybody would have been scared senseless after seeing such a shape on their camera
screen.
The two ran back to their cars and had to take a long break from
their investigations.
Number 2.
This is a
cellphone video, recorded by a young kid in Peru.
He was playing soccer on the street, one late night on a weekend.
There is an Urban Legend about a leprechaun, that many people in all of South America are
believing in.
The kids claimed to have come face to face with the creature in this video.
Could they be right?
Watching the replay reveals, that the creature seems to be running away from the children.Whatever
it was, didn't like the attention of the group it appears.
Number 1.
A dashcam recording from Brazil captured a pretty eerie looking figure, close to a vehicle
in the middle of the night.
A couple of friends were on their way home from a hiking trip which took them far away
from where they normally went adventuring.
Nothing extraordinary happened during the weekend.
But little did they know, that the vehicle on screen was about to be involved in a horrible
accident, which unfortunately cost one of groups members his life.
Was the following shape, maybe the Grim Reaper, who was making his presence known?
Who can say for certain, but it is pretty creepy, to say the least.
Thank you guys for watching today's episode!
I want to give out a big thank you to Cathy, Rob, Julian, David, Norden, and Michael for
your greatly appreciate super chats!
It means a lot to me.
Stay tuned for more paranormal and creepy content.
