In today's fast paced environment,

it's always appreciated when you have awesome tools at your fingertips when integrating your control system.

Instrument suppliers, such as Endress Hauser, are stepping up to the challenge.

From Ethernet and web enabled devices to Bluetooth connectivity for configuring your industrial instruments,

Endress Hauser is making your system integration easier.

If you enjoy these videos, be sure to click the like button

and subscribe so you don't miss any future videos.

Endress Hauser has a free Bluetooth app called SmartBlue

that can be downloaded and used for the initial configuration of your E&H Picomag flow meters.

To get started, all you need is the SmartBlue app installed on a compatible Bluetooth device

and the serial number of the flow meter you want to configure.

When you open the app, you will see all devices that are within the 10 meter range of connectivity.

Click on the device that you want to configure. You will need to login in order to change any parameters.

The initial login is Admin for the user name and the serial number for the password.

You can see that the menu is operator friendly and easy to use.

Once logged in to the Bluetooth device, you will see the home screen.

On this screen you will see the basic information of the connected device such as the tag name,

device type, serial number, order code, engineering units, etc.

To start the configuration process, click the icon that is three horizontal lines.

This brings up the options menu.

Select application where you can adjust the parameters such as engineering units, outputs, measured values, etc.

Starting with the configuration of system units,

follow the onscreen instructions to select which volume flow unit

you would like to use as well as change any other parameters as needed.

If you need to change the installation direction of the unit,

you can select the sensor option to change the flow direction

to "in arrow or against arrow directions".

You will want to configure the outputs for your system requirements.

Click on output1 and select the preferred output type amongst the five listed.

To complete the configuration of output1, follow the onscreen instructions.

Do the same process for output2.

If conditions in your environment change, you can simply reconnect to this device and change the parameters.

That's about all you need in order to configure your flow meter for initial use.

In order to keep your devices secure, you should change the password after the initial login.

To do so, click the icon that is three horizontal lines, click on system, then Bluetooth configuration,

then change Bluetooth password. Follow the onscreen instructions to change the password.

At this point, you may want to change the tag name as well.

This should be a name that can be associated with the plant process

and easily identified when looking at devices on the network.

Typically, this is a tag name that is identified on process and instrumentation diagrams or panel drawings

and may have the acronym FIT for flow indicating transmitter.

Once you have completed the configuration, you can then install the device

or, if already installed, simply start measuring process flows.

Both flow and temperature are constantly shown on the Picomag display.

One very cool feature of the Picomag is the ability to see the parameter settings in your flow meter.

By simply knocking twice on the unit, the various parameters will be displayed.

The flow meter display will provide real time device status including errors.

Connecting with the app will allow you to find corresponding diagnostic information for errors found,

giving you insight as to the cause of the error condition.

Endress Hauser has made the integration of the flow meter easy and intuitive.

The trouble shooting tools are great and invaluable in keeping the plant operating at peak level.

Is Wide Scale Artificial Intelligence dissemination of private information an over reach leak? - Duration: 2:46.

hi guys ok I have another question do videos artificial intelligence leak and

disseminate public and private information every time we make a video

or every time someone uses artificial intelligence Oh somebody's jackhammering

on metal that I was just wondering like just does that happen like and and so

the thing is I totally love the Internet but I'm feeling I have this feeling that

there's an overreaching related to our private information in some cases so

that's what I want to know do videos and everyone who has access who uses things

to disseminate information on a wide scale and and that's like that's a

question I've asked like with the judicial system you know you know there

are radios that go out over the airwaves and disseminate the information

widespread and then the traditional media takes things out of context and so

yes that's just the question I'm posing today what why is the why is that

information on us our private information released public and granted

I realize it's always been released public but why why why is it released

public and why should the traditional media be able to profit off of us for

that reason and they're not paying us and the truth is they're they're

actually profiting off of other people's misfortune off of everyone's misfortune

that's what's happened and so but then again there's no rules that say that

that the stories they put on the news are actually true there's no there's no

law because that's part of the First Amendment so they can make everything up

everything put on the news can be completely made up and completely false

and negative stories but that's their First Amendment right

to be able to do it so yeah anyway I'm going to keep this one short and sweet

so thank you guys so much for watching smash and hit the thumbs up share this

video with your friends subscribe leave comments suggestions ideas and I'll see

you soon I love you peace love marijuana green leaves me leaves and avocados

green leaves Oh green leaves are so pretty

okay

Nutrition - Living an INSPIRED life with Doc Nuzum | I.N.S.P.I.R.E.D. Health Formula - Duration: 5:17.

Jonathan Hunsaker: How does nutrition affect your health?

Stay tuned to find out.

Jonathan Hunsaker here with Organixx.

Thanks for tuning in to our new series, INSPIRED, where we're talking about the 8 pillars

of health.

Today we're talking about the letter N, Nutrition.

Now here's another acronym for you: SAD: the Standard American Diet.

Did you know that most of us are 80% - 90% deficient in the basic nutrients that our

body needs to survive and thrive?

Let's go talk to Doc Nuzum for a minute about nutrition and how to get more of those

nutrients into our body.

Dr. Daniel Nuzum: Alright.

Today we're talking nutrition.

Nutrition is providing your system with the raw materials it needs to rebuild itself.

Okay?

So, if we compare the Standard American Diet to nutrition, it is very SAD – Standard

American Diet.

It is a sad diet because it only provides 17 of between 73 and 90 nutrients that you

need on a daily basis.

So, if you've listened to me before, you've probably heard this, but if we went to your

car and we randomly removed between 80% and 90% of all the nuts and bolts from your car,

how efficiently would it run?

If it even turned over, something would break almost instantly, correct?

And you would never make it around the corner.

If you're running your body on the Standard American Diet, it's only a matter of time

before it breaks down because you're missing so many nuts and bolts.

Nutrients are these nuts and bolts.

Let's talk about dietary nutrition.

Dietary nutrition: first off, you need to be eating organic food.

Why?

Non-organic food will have up to 95% more pesticides and herbicides in it than organic

food will.

That's number one.

Number two, organic food is real food.

If it's not organic, chances are today, it's going to be a GMO.

A genetically modified organism is not food.

Genetically modified foods are only capable of extracting a handful of nutrients from

the soil.

Therefore, the plants don't contain the nutrients and can't impart them to you.

One of the things we're finding in GMO research is, when people are consuming GMO foods consistently,

the GMO foods are programing their bodies not to absorb nutrients.

So, they're almost acting as an anti-nutrient.

That is the second reason why you should eat organic food, right?

The third reason, because of the way organic food is grown, it has a lot more nutrition

than conventionally grown produce and conventionally grown foods.

When you sprout foods, think of an acorn.

You realize the nutrients and the information necessary to grow an entire oak tree is in

an acorn?

One pumpkin seed can grow a whole vine of multiple pumpkins, right?

When you take those seeds and you sprout them, you unlock all of that nutrition, all of that

information for your body to incorporate into itself.

When you have sprouted foods that you're consuming, those sprouted nutrients become

way more bioavailable, number one.

Number two, you have a vast amount of nutrients that you wouldn't have in a non-sprouted

version of the same food.

The next thing to think about would be organic food, and maybe even sprouted foods, that

have been fermented.

Through the fermentation process, foods become predigested.

So, they become very, very easy for your body to absorb and assimilate.

So, these nutrients, these organic nutrients in the organic food, once it's been fermented,

those organic nutrients become way more bioavailable and your body easily absorbs them very quickly.

When it comes to nutrition and when it comes to supplementation, you want to look at organic,

sprouted, fermented foods that you can get either in dietary sources or in concentrated

supplemental sources.

So, thank you for tuning in today. That was nutrition.

Jonathan Hunsaker: Thanks, Doc. So, let me ask you a question.

Do you want to live a SAD life, or do you want to live an INSPIRED life?

Because they're really on the opposite ends of the spectrum.

I'm hoping that you want to live an INSPIRED life, and I'm hoping that our videos are

helping you to do that.

I'm hoping that we're educating you so that you know how to be healthier and live

longer, and most importantly, spend more time with the ones you love.

liking the video, comment, and share with your friends.

I'll see you on the next video.

Thanks for watching.

How to help an LGBT refugee in Canada: talk to your MP - Duration: 2:14.

Individuals who are facing persecution

because of their sexual orientation or gender identity who

come to Canada face incredible odds,

they enter the country without any resources

and no where to go.

Our community as we have shown many

times again are ready to

rally together to support those individuals.

Talk to your member of parliament and other government officials.

You can write to your member of parliament and say that

you as a member of the LGBTQIA

community are impressed with

Canada's increasing role

by being a leader on LGBTQIA rights,

but that also means stepping up

and showing that the Canadian government

can support people facing persecution

to come into this country.

Let the federal government, the provincial

government and the City of Toronto know

that you want all services

that are available to be available to every and

any LGBTQ refugees

no matter what their origin is or what country

they come from or what program brought them into the country.

You can call your city councillors

and your can make sure that the surplus

buildings that are around the city of Toronto that are not

being used for community service organizations

or that are not being used as libraries

are transformed into public housing.

Tell them how important it is for you to have the government of

Canada increase the number of LGBTQ

refugees that are sponsored into the country.

And the third thing that you could do is

mobilize individuals to demonstrate that

once people enter Canada, that our

community as we have shown many times again

are ready to rally together

to support those individuals.

Great organizations like the 519, Black CAP,

ASAAP, Metropolitan Community Church

and others provide these individuals with resources

and support. I strongly encourage you

to learn more about these organizations

volunteer your time and if you can, donate.

An Employee Engagement System You've Never Seen Before! Organizational Behavior Management - Duration: 10:17.

If you're tired of your boss only recognizing your performance at the end

of the year at a performance evaluation or just pointing out what you do wrong

we'll take a look at this clip because it's for you Lisa Cassidy I'm so pumped

about the project that we're working on and everything you've been doing with it

so Lisa is one of the leaders of the social skills programs where we go into

the community and Lisa and the team and BDA has come up with an effective way of

providing frequent immediate positive reinforcement for staff for great

engagement of social skills with the with learners so what's pretty exciting

is I'm do you want to show the cameras like every every staff member on

a community activity with it with a learner has their company ID and then on

the back of it there's a bar scan code just like you would have at a grocery

store where scanning items and what Lisa does is when she identifies excellent

performance by a staff member when they're out on the community activity

what Lisa does is she recognizes what they're doing

walks up says awesome job engaging with the learner and she scans the back of

their ID which has the bar scan and then at the end of the day she circulates the

number of points that each person got for scans so each scan has a certain

number of points and it's really cool because at the end of the week there's

an email that goes to them telling them the total points they've accumulated for

excellent performance on the job and what our plans are now is to once a week

spin the wheels on a variable ratio schedule and the staff are going to earn

dollar amounts based on the number of points they get for scans the more

frequent immediate reinforcement is way better for Lisa to deliver using a

scanning motion than it is to wait for two weeks for a bonus so what happens is

it's a conditioned reinforcer and the staff is like oh shit okay I just got

recognized for doing something great and they're rewarded for their performance

as opposed to just waiting for two weeks and seeing if they get some kind of

bonus so they so the principles of behavior analysis and performance

management are totally executed in an awesome way because of the fact that

it's immediate it's frequent and it's small amounts and those three behavioral

principles are what drive high levels of peak performance and what's cool is

someone like Lisa who's highly skilled at identifying great performance by

staff she catches it and she scans them what are some things that you look for

when you scan someone and give them a delivery of a reward what are some

things you look for engagement I like watching them like have other

kids interact with each other that's really cool especially when they get in

like play games like at the pool when they're playing catch yeah also scam

just for doing like wearing their ID or exchanging the L OS the use of the L OS

yeah so the level of supervision card just for you guys that don't know it we

think that's the most important factor for safety in the community because

therapeutic ABA services are great and they're important however safety is the

most important thing in the community so when you take learners out in the

community one of the big challenges is making sure there's a level of

supervision card which which indicates all the most important critical

information to keep that child safe like whether or not they're supposed to be

arm's length whether or not they have any allergies or any important factors

that keep the learner safe because we think the safety takes a higher priority

than the ABA therapy because safety obviously is the most important thing so

I love what you're doing because you're you're catching them with

level of supervision card making sure they have it and then yours you're

rewarding them just for having it we're having it for using it and for returning

it that's awesome so I really think that the future and I know Lisa shares this

vision with me the future of performance management and staff engagement and

creating excellent performance from staff members whatever the industry is

is going to be based on some sort of paperless system of scanning people on

the spot using blockchain I think blockchain not not necessarily

that all the Bitcoin crap but there'll be some form of cryptocurrency that it's

after she scans them and recognizes their excellent performance the manager

scans it and then there's going to be some form of the use of blockchain and

that'll be the future and then people will get deposits in their accounts

immediately that day or maybe that minute for excellent performance so it's

just my I hope hope I can be historically correct on this but I think

you know it might be 50 years from now but I'd like to go on record that hope

in 50 years from now managers that use good behavioral principles are going to

be going around delivering immediate frequent reinforcement through the use

of a scan type system like this it doesn't take the place of her just

generally saying you did an awesome job you know it doesn't take the place of

that I'm still doing that yeah I'm just doing it with it that's awesome

I really think that'll be that'll be the future because right now things are

going paperless as it is most companies are doing annual performance reviews and

that there's no way that that's effective at changing employee

performance or producing excellent performance people are paid by the hour

not by they're not paid by their level of performance they're paid by the hour

or by salary both but what lisa is doing is moving the ball forward just a few

inches to make sure that people are highly rewarded for every engagement of

every action they take on the job which i think is just freakin incredible what

other things do you kind of look for to catch an and recognize and scan what a

so l OS cards great engagement what's an example of great engagement that you

would catch staff doing like I've seen bring her learner over to another

learner and have them communicate with each other cool so I'll just write up

and be like created a social skills moment between two learners by bringing

one over right having them communicate with each other appropriately and then

you saw it and anyone over and scan it exactly and the VC is on duty - I tell

them keep an eye out and they'll let me know if they see something then I'll run

off and I'll scan it so there's two eyes so the board certified behavior analyst

will be on the activity floating around supervising and coaching people and then

they'll let Lisa know hey they deserve a scan so the keys to everything are the

behavioral principles are being taken to a whole nother level through immediate

frequent small amounts of reinforcement which shapes successive approximation

towards excellent employee performance as opposed to wait until the end of the

year and hoping you get a bonus so our hopes are that we can quickly get it so

that they're getting it they're getting the immediate reinforcement of her

scanning and saying thank you you did an awesome job they're getting immediate

reinforcement at the end of the shift by seeing it is somewhat public posting a

performance because she circulates by text the number of points the thing is

received right yep and then they should be also getting a dollar amount based on

the number of points they have and a wheel spin so that way it all translates

the dollars this is an a/b design so it doesn't mean that there's robust

functional control for all you ABA geeks like me well this is not going to show

experimental control what we would need is a multiple baseline across behaviors

or across employees or across settings and then what Lisa will do is stagger

the the time she implements it for the multiple baseline to another time that

way you can determine if the behavior change is occurring due to the

intervention or not so we're gonna end up running a multiple baseline which is

really cool I would say there's probably some risks there's probably some risks

too high levels of engagement and let me ask you if you know what they are there

could be risks to the learner not getting the best services if there's

real high levels of engagement what are they I'm just quizzing you the learner

becomes dependent on the CA he doesn't fade back yeah but I'll still I will

still reinforce for that if I see the learners engaging like I can still say

great job baby back your learners doing yeah so yeah in order to rule out the

concern that we have where if they're over engaging too much the learners

become prompt dependent on the staff to say do this do that

there's too much engagement so then they're not feeding but now you can

start identifying the staff that are slowly fading their prompts yep and what

would be an example of a prompt feed that you would reward for the staff for

feeding what's an example of something you might reward well if they're

learners are engaging they can start the engagement and then kind of take a few

steps back let it go exactement so yeah the spatial or the spacial

proximity so you're actually going to reward the performance of the staff

member that kind of fades back instead of hovering over them exactly awesome

you could you could start reinforcing the feeding of prompts from heavy verbal

and physical prompts to stepping back and just gesturing right and then that's

so awesome because you're shaping successive approximations and that's a

that's that's the optimal way of avoiding them being over engaged and

then creating dependency okay it's awesome

you

The Top 5 Wine Myths from an Advanced Sommelier🍷 | Evite Original - Duration: 2:47.

- Hi, I'm Rina Bussell, advanced sommelier

and it's time for my top five.

(calm music)

Today we'll be talking about my top five wine myths.

There's a perception that if a

rose is dark, it's bad, not true.

These wines are actually made from Mourvedre

which is a thick skinned grape that actually

imparts almost a maroon hue to the wine.

These wines are actually really highly sought after

and they're really food friendly.

There's a common misconception that all Riesling are sweet

and that's not the case at all.

The best known region for Rieslings is from Germany.

Actually, their original style was drier.

Check out the label from Germany.

If it says trocken on it, that means that it's dry.

If a wine comes from a bad vintage,

you shouldn't buy or drink it, totally false.

So, what is a vintage?

A vintage is a wine made from a specific year.

In many years that are unfavorable,

there are producers from, say, France and Italy

that will actually declassify their grapes.

This means that they take their grapes

that were meant for their top shelf wine

and they will blend that into the wines

that are made for their entry level.

So, you'll actually maybe get some

better wine in those particular years.

This myth is all about serving temperatures.

You have to serve a white wine or a sparkling ice cold

and you have to serve a red wine at room temperature,

and if you serve a wine too cold, it mutes the aromas

and flavors, but if you serve a wine too warm,

then it brings out more undesirable

effects and volatile aromas in the wine.

If you're not afraid to experiment, then try this.

55 degrees is a median temperature

and go warmer or cooler from that.

This myth has to do with decanting.

People believe that all red wines need to be decanted

or that there is a certain cache to a decanter

that if they ask for their wine to be decanted

that it means that it's a little bit fancier.

This is not true.

There are two reasons why you should decant a wine.

Number one is for aeration.

You open up the wine at a faster process

by introducing oxygen to the wine through the decanter.

The second reason is for decanting off the sediment

or those little particles at the bottom

of the glass that you don't wanna drink.

(glasses cling)

(calm music)

Umirtu an Uqātila n-Nās - Duration: 21:20.

A'ūdhu biLlāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.

Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata Illā biLlāhi l-'alayyi l-'aẓīm.

By the name of Allāh Almighty, All Merciful,

Most Beneficent and Most Munificent.

What is the honor

for a person?

Honor

and to be honorable

is to accept truth.

That is honor

for people, for everyone.

Who accepting truth,

he has been honored

by accepting truth.

And which things

making a person

dishonorable?

To refuse truth.

And truth every time,

it is like sun on the skies.

Truth is not hidden,

always is clear. And

do you think that Abū Jahl,

the biggest enemy to Prophet,

he wasn't knowing truth?

His conscience

was declaring truth

that Muḥammad, peace be upon him, just brought

truth, absolute truth,

no doubt truth

but his ego

coming and preventing him.

Everyone knows,

through his conscience, everyone knowing what is truth.

But his ego

cursed. Therefore, ego cursed

because preventing

people for accepting truth.

And therefore,

only our egos, nafs,

making people dishonorable.

And therefore, Allāh Almighty ordering

to His servants

to fight their egos.

And Prophet was saying

"I have been ordered -

"umirtu an uqātila n-nās

ḥattá yaqūlū lā ilaha illā Llāh".

You must understand

what is the aim

for the last message

through Beloved Muḥammad, peace be upon him.

You must look what he brought,

for what he fought,

for which thing

he gave his life, whole life.

You must not be

fanatic egoist.

Fanatic people - egoist people.

You must accept what is truth. And

he, Prophet, peace be upon him,

was

summarizing

his prophethood and saying

"I have been ordered

to fight people until

they accepting to say Lā ilaha illā Llāh."

There is no God but Allāh.

That is truth. But

only Prophet is not going to fight.

We are saying, claiming that

we are followers the sunnah of Prophet,

Ahlu s-Sunnah.

And so many people in our time also

claiming that they are keeping sunnah only.

But their ego

rising on them and putting

reins

their mouth and making that

them as a donkey.

What is the reason? Main sunnah,

the famous sunnah,

as Prophet saying "I have been ordered

to fight people

until they accepting

that there is no God but Allāh."

And you, everyone

as a follower of

our Beloved Prophet (saw),

you must keep sword

for fighting.

You must keep sword in your hand

to fight until your ego saying

there is no God but Allāh.

Because your ego,

or every ego,

going to say: "There is no God

but me,

only me." Therefore saying Shaykh Ḥasan,

"me, me, me, me, me, me."

They are singing me, me, me, to me.

Now he is coming, Shaykh Ḥasan.

You must listen that song. Yes.

Saying to you "You must not accept

a god except me.

And I am your Lord.

Because no one accepting

us except..."

He never commanding on anyone,

except commanding to you and saying

"You must be obedient servant

to me only and I am your Lord.

You must accept me as your Lord."

And we are saying "O my God. Yes, sir.

What you are ordering? I am ready."

Everyone, that is our

characteristic. Therefore,

you must accept truth.

If you are saying "My ego is angel", you are liar.

Your ego is not angel

and never going to be on the level of angels.

But you may say it is devil.

Real devil, more than shayṭān is devil

our egos. You must be very careful.

Therefore, Prophet saying

"a'dá 'aduwwaka nafsuka l-latī bayna janbayk."

The most terrible and dangerous devil is

between your chest, here.

And we are keeping it.

Prophet, all Prophets,

coming with truth. But whole truth

through the wisdoms of Muḥammad,

peace be upon him (saw).

And you must accept this.

If you are not accepting,

you are never reaching to the level of humanity,

not going to be

honorable person in Divine Presence.

Therefore, we must fight

to our ego and to say

"Get away. I am now with truth."

Your ego

making 100,000

traps or tricks for you

for changing your mind

and for changing your heart also.

Don't think that it is an easy one

for fighting. No.

But it is so difficult. You may fight

every army on earth

but they may be easy in front of your ego.

It is so difficult.

How it is not going to be difficult?

And Prophet saying that it is

the most biggest enemy, biggest devil.

And you are looking after it

so carefully.

You are using every means

to make your ego pleased,

to make in pleasure.

Who can say "I am not

trying to make my ego in rest

and pleasure and enjoyment"? Everyone

and every problem

and every crisis

and every war, fightings,

every bad things growing through,

after that point that everyone

asking to make his ego

in excellent condition, in best

enjoyment to give

him everything that he may ask.

This world is not enough

for an ego, for a person.

If anyone has been given

asking for another one.

But if you are given

to you, leave whole world -

if you are given to you this London,

and taking all people

from it and give to him "Take, this London for you

and take everyone",

up to nighttime he's going to mental house.

Should be crazy.

Because looking like this, like that, no one

in an empty city,

dead city,

ghost town.

Yes, doctor. You know, understanding such a thing.

Too much people coming to you about ghosts.

Psychiatry. Yes. They should go, they should run

among streets and roads

and from there up to there looking where is...

Someone here? No one here.

Yā Hū, we gave to you this London. Take it.

We are going away another London.

He is not asking to be alone. He's asking also

to be whole London for him

and all people to be under his command.

Yes, ego is not happy

by himself only. No.

But if I can be able, I am imprison him

in empty town, ghost town,

to look after him from every side ghosts, also

devil, our ego. Therefore,

it is so difficult one for fighting.

Until we are going to be

victorious on him, you can't be

a person who accepting truth.

No, makes you dishonorable always.

When your ego saying "Now I am surrendering

as you saying. I am declaring that

there is no God but Allāh",

and you have been honored here and hereafter.

Yes. Therefore, in our time

a lot of people,

they are claiming that they are asking for truth,

they are looking after truth.

But what is the benefit if truth

shining as a sun,

but yet you are denying,

you are not declaring? Do you think that

as long as you are

going to be under your

ego's control,

you are accepting truth? No.

And we have now in our time also,

Islām just brought truth, absolute truth.

You can't find in Islām except truth.

Never anyone can object

on the principles

that Islām just brought as

beliefs, as worshipping,

as characters. No one can say any objection.

If they are objecting

that Islām just fought,

Islām just fought on devils.

Because every Prophet

when coming with truth,

if people knowing and keeping truth,

no need for Prophets.

For what Prophets come?

Coming for give people, all of them,

accepting truth.

And Prophet, the last Prophet

Beloved Muḥammad (saw) just

came, just has been sent as a Prophet

when his nation through

the darkness of ignorance.

Ignorance

and too darkness

they were. And they were in

a condition, worst condition

through cruelty. Who can imagine a tribe

burying an innocent

girl under sand?

Which community

give such a cruelty?

It means their hearts were as rocks.

And some no-mind people

defending such people.

For what Muḥammad, peace be upon him, fighting?

He must fight for those people.

They are devils, representing devils,

representing and practicing

the rules of devils.

You are not going to fight?

You must give your neck to cut it?

But so many

foolish and fanatic people

in our time also too much

objecting. Why? Islām fight.

How he's not going to fight?

He is coming as a Prophet

with truth. And they are objecting

and refusing truth. And they are yet

insisting

that they should do everything

from cruelty. And

no one saying to them "No."

Why those governments making

prisons and punishing people?

Let them in their freedoms - they may do everything,

if it is true.

Networking as an Introvert: The Ultimate Guide - Duration: 2:33.

Networking as an Introvert: The Ultimate Guide

Networking for introverts seems dreary and painful.

That makes sense because networking actually involves talking to people both directly and

indirectly.

Fortunately, there are some strategies that will make introverts networking seamless.

1.

Rethinking the challenge

First of all, it is possible for introverts to create good network of professional and

important people.

Introverts are highly capable in making connection through their thoughts, creative ideas, and

focus.

One thing that should be noted is that introverts may take longer for doing this job because

they need longer breaks for recharging themselves.

2.

Be selective

There are some good criteria to make your introversion networking work.

First of all, it is the relevance which actually means relation between what you are doing

and they are doing.

The next thing is face-to-face component.

However, it is should be added that the person should be happy to see the introverts.

The introverts also demand people who are excited to discuss the matter.

Lastly, that networking partner must be available at convenient times.

3.

Planning ahead

Introverts will be overwhelmed in any big events where crowds gather.

Overwhelmed, the introverts usually end up meeting old friends instead of making new

network.

This should not happen if you plan it first.

You should know what they are going to discuss and who are going to discuss it.

You also need to reach the key speakers or people involved in the event, allowing you

to test the water before the real deal.

4.

Don't fake it

Some people think that faking your introversion is good idea because it lets you talk to others.

However, you shouldn't.

Instead, meet one or two people to talk to, have quality chats with them, getting their

card names, and go back to your hotel room.

That way, this enables you to get acquaintance without draining yourself.

All in all, that's the "Networking as an Introvert: The Ultimate Guide".

So, Really cool information isn't it!

Planning for Children with Autism – Create an Autism Action Plan for Your Child or Client - Duration: 6:03.

Making a plan that will work at home and at school is the second most important step to

start turning autism around for your clients or child, so I'm diving into the topic of

planning today.

Hi.

I'm Dr. Mary Barbera, autism mom, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and best-selling author.

One of the biggest problems I see in the autism world are well-meaning parents and professionals

simply working on the wrong things.

This is caused by not assessing the whole situation and then not using that assessment

to make a plan for the child, both at home and school.

So let me tell you about Brentley.

Brentley's mom, Kelsey, was driving little Brentley, who was only two and a half years

old, an hour each way to an ABA clinic.

He was working on colors when he was at the ABA clinic but he shouldn't have been working

on colors because Brentley was banging his head on hard surfaces up to 60 times a day.

He was running into streets and into the water, requiring Kelsey to put a harness and a leash

on while Brentley was out in the community.

So there's an example where the ABA staff and Kelsey were working on the wrong things

and it wasn't helping Brentley.

I also have another example of a boy who was about 10 years old when I worked with him

briefly.

And the staff was trying to teach him prepositions and colors and intraverbal webbing and all

these more advanced language topics, and this 10-year-old couldn't even wash his hands independently.

He also insisted on sitting on a sofa during all meals, refusing to come to the table with

his parents.

So here's another example where we're not looking at the whole picture near enough and

not making a plan based on the child's strengths, needs, and age, and as well as family priorities.

So in all situations I recommend a thorough assessment, but it doesn't have to be super

thorough on day one.

In fact, I created a one-page assessment form several years ago, that can be completed in

about five or ten minutes.

So after the assessment is done, of the whole situation, then we want to look at creating

a plan.

That plan, like I said, needs to be based on the child's strengths and needs, and based

on the assessment that you just completed.

It also needs to take into account the child's age and family priorities.

It's common to have a lot of issues that you want to address.

So you might have a strength column on the planning form that's very short and the need

column is very long.

So in Brentley's situation, if potty training was a need, but he's only two and a half at

that point, or if he's three at that point, if he's banging his head on hard surfaces,

if he's running into the street, has no safety awareness, has no ability to come to a table

and to request things, then working on potty training, it's still a need but it's not a

need that we need to prioritize right this second.

So we can't tackle all the needs at the same time and this is where we have to really work

with the family and the professionals to come up with a plan that is right for the child.

If I were teaching you how to fly a plane or play a guitar, it would take months to

master even the most basic concepts.

So it's best to start at the point to work as a team and to start at ground zero, the

first note you would play on the guitar or the first main panel with just a few buttons.

So we need to almost go back to more basic, very simple tasks before we get to harder

tasks.

So you can update the assessment and planning forms every few months and this will allow

you to go back and see how much progress your child or client makes, and see how their strengths

and needs change over time.

To get these free guides, the assessment form and the planning form, you can download my

free guide and join me on my mission to turn autism around for two million by 2020 by going

to marybarbera.com/join and there you can get the free guide and get started today.

And even if you are a seasoned professional, this guide will help you look at things possibly

a little bit differently and have some handy resources that can help you and the families

that you work with start turning things around today.

So don't forget, download the free guide at marybarbera.com/join and I'll see you next

week.

American's First Time in a Japanese Arcade !😱 - Duration: 7:14.

What is going on Members of the Barrio

It's Jon coming to you from Osaka, Japan

And my slipper selection just keeps getting better and better

Today we're going to explore the phenomen that is the Japanese arcade

But before we get out there

I want to show you guys aroudn a really cool hotel it's called The Sinei Guest House here in Osaka

And this place so far has actually been..

My favorite hotel of the trip

And I'm going to show you around the spot real fast

To give you a sense of what a good Japanese hotel should look like

We've got two beds in the room

And so far it's actually been the most comfortable bed

We've had in the entire stay in Japan

I have slept like a baby

They have done this well

Another amazing thing about this room is all of the closet space we have

This is almost unheard of in Japanese hotels

To have this much space

For our luggage

And clothes

We also have a private bathroom

Here.

A laundry room right here

Which is free and you have no idea how amazing that is

And then the bathroom area

This is very large

Again this is just for us

A sink..a shower

And bath tub

Now i'm going to take you guys upstairs to show you what I think actually is the best feature

Of any hotel. Anywhere in the world to actually have your own kitchen

So you can make your own food and save money

Hola

Chicos del barrio

You ready to play some arcade games today

Yeah I'm really excited

I want to try them

I've seen some of them when I'm walking

And they seem really fun

How do you like the kitchen here?

I love it

It has good light

So we can work here a little bit

And it has everything you need for.. to cook a breakfast

Or quick lunch

Or something

So you can save money.

Alright guys.. let's get downtown to that arcade

We are in front of Round 1 Stadium

Which is an 11 floor amusement complex

Two of which are entirely just arcade games

And some other crazy stuff going on inside. That you've probably never seen before

So why don't we go explore. I want to bring somebody back into the vlog..

Who's been a recurring character of late

We've been in Japan for a month now

And we've been doing arcades.. like almost every day

Their are some amazing games

One that we're looking forward to is this drum game

You know the game?

Taiko..Taiko drums

Taiko drums

Where you just play kind of a dance dance revolution with drums

And.. Mario Kart

Those are the ones you can expect

And you can expect some craziness every floor that we go up

It should get crazier and crazier

The first floor here you can win the absolute most ridiculous items ever..

I've never seen these sorts of prizes in the U.S before

It's kind of cheating I don't know

The strategy with these is you've got to scoop them

You use the claw.

You don't grab them by the center

Oooo

There you go

The proof is in the pudding

I don't know what I'm doing

Tal found his favorite game:Taiko

So you get this little stick

Tap the center

Then you tap to the side

You've got red and blue

Essentially you're just playing

To the beat on the screen

It's so much fun

It's the best game here

Started off slow..

Faster

Fastest !!

This is so much more fun than Guitar Hero

It's not even a contest

It is now time for an old nintendo classic

Some Mario Kart

Coming up

Did you play Mario Kart growing up to?

Of course I did.. Everybody did..

No i'm just kidding

Not really..

I'm ready to race your ass

You ready to do this?

I was playing Mario Kart while you were still in diapers

Who won?

You did

That's the first time he's ever won..

That's the first time

Amazing

That was the best mario kart

Game i've ever played in my life

That was so much fun

They put your picture

On the screen

I finished in 3rd place

But I was in that race throughout

Wow

This game's addicting

I can tell

Things are about to get interesting

We are going to walk into one of these photo boothes

Yes we are

We're going to take some crazy.. crazy pictures

It's important to note that in some of the arcades

Their is actually full wardrobe places

And salons inside

Where the girls can get their hair done

And dress up

Before they go inside and do their makeup

Some of them have costumes that you can get

It's a full on experience.. So this is serious

Do you even know what you're writing?

I think you have no idea what you're writing

Let's go with the shark

You ready to look beautiful?

I think the maximum is three people

So we're going to have to squeeze in a little

The results

A few more games

Still trying to figure this one out

I've noticed this trend. at a japense arcade

So many of the games involve rapid eye-hand coordination

Where you have got to tap something

Really quickly

To coordinate with some action

Going on.. during the game

At least 25% of the games

Here it seems are just like that

Got randomly grabbed for photos outside..

Members of the Barrio

You need to check out an arcade in Japan

When you visit here

They are amazing

Play some mario kart

Play some drums

Jon and Tal say so

He's right there

Make sure to subscribe to Tal's channel as well

The Traveling Clatt

Putting his information in the description

We've still got a ton more coming out..from Japan

Thank you so much for watching

And don't let that guy behind me distract you

Hahaha

How to Waterproof an Archery Glove with Sno-Seal All Season Leather Protection - Duration: 3:46.

3Rivers Archery Your Longbow and Recurve Experts

Hi, I'm Johnathan Karch with 3Rivers Archery.

Today, we're talking about waterproofing.

And what we're waterproofing is my archery glove. This is an old archery

glove I've never waterproof before. So it's really beat down leather, cracked

things like that. What we're gonna do is we're going to use Sno-Seal and give a

excellent coat of waterproofing to this glove. To give it a little bit more

years of use out of it. Waterproofing is great weather I don't

know what conditions I'll be shooting my bow in. Whether it's on the range or in

the back woods. It's good to know that the leather is protected from water.

Now the way to do this is you want to clean your leather and for this stuff in

particular they highly recommend heating the glove up a bit, or the leather, up a bit.

There's a few different ways to do it best tip for it I'd say it's a blow dryer.

Just so you can apply some heat. You don't want it where it's you know

you can't hold it any more, but just you heat the leather up. What it does is open

the pores and it's going to really receive the waterproofing, you see paste

here, a lot easier. Now, Sno-Seal is made natural, natural products in there

so it's gonna really do well for those that don't want extra chemicals or

things like that and then also it's gonna give a nice solid coat to it.

So what you do. Is you take the material you can put it on the cloth or I'm just

gonna put on the finger, and just wipe it right in there and what you want to do

is wipe it right into the leather.

Now any waterproofing material,

especially on leather, may darken it. Just something to know...

and just be aware of.

Now you rub it in. Rub it to all the crevices, creases.

Make sure you get a good generous portion

into it.

This is the Dura-glove so I don't need to worry

about fingertips but the rest of this good quality leather will soak this

stuff up and create a nice good barrier against water

this is what we're gonna do to pull off the excess.

And there we go.

Now gear will always need to be waterproof even stuff that comes to you waterproofed

because, depending on the material, as it gets a lot of wear and tear to it.

That coating that's doing the water- the waterproofing breaks down, gets cracks in it.

With heavy use you're gonna want to do this at least once a season, but it really comes down

to what kind of...

use you're putting into your gear.

The nice thing when you buy the Sno-Seal, other than it being, you know, natural material

You get a lot of it.

So if you got boots

leather quivers, arm guards

you're getting a lot in here

to use. That way you can get all your gear...

nice and shiny.

Nice thing with this also is it can leave a shinier gloss depending on how

many layers you do with it.

There you go.

Quick simple and easy. Then I'll just hang this up

let it air dry overnight let's say and then it'll be good to go.

if you have any questions on waterproofing; whether gloves or other gear

please leave in the comments section. If you enjoyed the video please

give it a thumbs up, and if you really enjoyed it, please hit the share button

to share it with your friends and family.
