Hello everyone, we're walking around our neighborhood which is still under

construction and we happen across this wonderful array of mud puddles, and we

thought, we thought, you know, maybe our hex bug fish want to take

a cool dip in the mud puddles. And isn't mud therapeutic at spas and things, so

well, daughter go ahead start throwing them in there. let's see how they do.

Come on, swim, swim. Boom! It's swimming. Okay let's splash the

camera, good. Let me zoom in on this little gu,. He's taking it slow and lazy.

There he goes, boom. Jellyfish, yes there it is! Wahoo is going to go crazy.

Wahoo is stuck. Okay here, you want to dig? We got our net stick here.

what?? okay, yep that's so strange it comes up. Yeah I guess he just they just

kind of go in a circle, and I guess this puddle is big enough. Oh look he's

beached, he's beached, he's beached, here we go. Sounds like he's p@@ing that's weird.

There's the jellyfish. I just put new batteries in the

jellyfish, he's doing really well. Here's our yellow fish. He's beached.

Slowly spinning. There we go okay. And our yellow ones way over here now. It

scares me how the jellyfish... we lost two or three are under the mud water, help.

Come on oh good good good going into a

wall. you want to go and fish Mr. jellyfish out with our

dollar-store net?

Let's see how he's doing. all right he picked up some, all kinds of... ewww like..

I the wahoo in there too? Nope, I thought there were bugs in here, no.

Guess what? Wahoo is officially, he's probably stuck underneath somewhere in

the mud. Ewww, gross, I'm gonna try and dredge up wahoo oh why did

we put it... we've done this before. we did a canal, we did hex bugs in a canal and

we lost a fish right away, yeah. "Leaf" us alone.

Okay so we're gonna put him off to the side. Grab him. I'm gonna

hold the camera you can try and fish it out. I think we lost wahoo, and stirring up

the waters making the muddier isn't helping. Oh there it is, it's caught in

the net. Where'd he go? He's still in there. Let me put him in a light for

our are billions of YouTube subscribers. Want to dislodge him? Yeah actually.

You know, his tails caught in the net because he's on. I get it.

Okay, well we got him, he's off. I'm just glad to get the fish back, so we're

good. Yeah I don't know how... oh he's stuck in the top of it. That's

fine, I'm not gonna worry, I don't even know how you got in there. So leave a

list of any other liquid you want to see or Hex bug swim in. I'll put our playlist

on there to give you an idea. Some people request things like bubble soap and soda

and milk, we've already done those, so check out the playlist in the

description.

I think they swim in every liquid, we've done about 38 of these, they swim in

every every liquid but, like Italian dressing. they don't swim in oil for some

reason, I'm not I'm an electrical engineer. I think it's something to do

with oil and electric, I don't know. Anyway, I swim in this muck. Wow look at

Yesterday was April Fools Day and Drake may simply be posting this to rile up his millions of fans but, regardless, the prospect of an imminent Drake album is exhilarating.

The success of Gods Plan and the consistent teasing of upcoming new music has gotten his supporters in a sweat, speculating on when we can expect the next Drizzy drop.

The hints continued yesterday and, while they should be taken with a grain of salt given the post was on the first of April, it appears the 6ix God is in album mode.

Drakes Instagram story was graced with a photo of himself, showing off his lack of sleep and deeming the bags under his eyes as album hours. You can see the album hours under my eyes, captioned the Canadian artist, indicating that he has been hard at work on the upcoming drop.

While the singer has offered minimal information about the project, OVO Sound Radio has recently returned and is worth a listen just in case Drake decides to share any further hints.

Gods Plan has enjoyed a significant run atop the Billboard Hot 100, cementing Drakes influence in case it wasnt already apparent.

While not much is known about the projects release date, Drake has a known history of releasing things out of the blue, perhaps when they are least expected.

The rapper may choose to keep details scarce regarding the upcoming release as we will continue to seek out any possible updates.

Bad news on Emre Can's back injury ahead of Liverpool vs Man City

Jurgen Klopps hopes of welcoming Emre Can back for Wednesday nights Champions League clash with Man City are growing increasingly slim.

The Reds will be looking to gain a much-needed advantage as they take on City at Anfield in the first leg of their quarter-final, having already beaten Pep Guardiolas side at home this term.

The prospect of shipping three goals like they did in Januarys 4-3 victory in the Premier League is one to be avoided, however.

Cans physicality in midfield could have been a boost in this sense, but the 24-year-old is now considered unlikely to be available for Liverpool.

According to the Liverpool Echo, with Can yet to return to training after suffering a recurrence of his back issues on duty with Germany, he is losing his race to be fit.

How can a pastor encourage members of his church to disciple others? - Duration: 3:12.

Before Robby Gallaty pastored Long Hollow Baptist Church, he was the pastor of Brainerd

Baptist Church.

And I asked him how he encouraged his members there to disciple others.

Listen.

Ankerberg: Robby, I want to come to you on this one, because you realized you needed

to start right in your own church staff.

They did not know what you were talking about when you talked about discipling.

What did you tell them and how did you start?

Gallaty: Yes.

So what do you do when you go to a church that's three times the size of the one you

came from before, and you're trying to implement a strategy of discipleship?

And I felt like if we didn't have the leadership on board it would be very difficult to have

that trickle down into the church.

And so I started discipling my staff.

So in essence, what I did is I took our three-hour business meeting, which is typical of most

churches where you focus on buildings and bodies and budgets and Sunday School numbers;

and in essence, what I did, John, is I changed the scorecard.

I said that's not what we're going to shoot for as success.

Let's stop trying to focus on growing a mile wide, and let's begin to grow deep

in people's lives.

And so we turned the three-hour business meeting into an hour and a half discipleship time

and then an hour and half discussing issues in the church.

Ankerberg: Yes, basically your staff meeting.

Gallaty: Exactly.

And it was amazing.

What happened is, I told the guys right off the bat, I said, we're going to memorize

Scripture together in the book of 2 Timothy.

And they said, okay, what verses?

And I said, we're going to memorize the whole book.

And at that time, which was interesting, pastors on staff had never memorized chapters before,

or never even memorized long extended verses before.

And so they kind of balked at it at first.

And I will never forget, we were into chapter 1, getting ready to get into chapter 2.

And it was almost like a light went off as I just sat there.

And you could sense the Lord's presence in a palpable way as one of our older staff

members quoted the entire chapter of 2 Timothy 1.

And, John, that literally, that time of encouraging and devotions and sharing and living life

together, changed the course of our church and ultimately the course of our staff.

And so at the end of a year, they didn't know this, but I was leading them in the discipleship

group.

I was modeling what it looked like.

And at the end I said, okay now, we've done this for a year.

Now, I want you eight men and women to go find a group.

I want you to find three to five people, and I want you to invest in them.

Now, I say men and women in that context because we had two women on staff.

But what we suggest—and I think it's biblical, I think it's healthy—is a gender-exclusive

model: men with men, women with women.

And you can understand all the implications there.

But that started this process of discipleship at Brainerd.

So when we started, we probably had a handful of people in these groups of three to five.

And so, over five years now, we're expecting in January, and these are rough numbers, we're

expecting about 1,000 people in groups of three to five.

And this is in addition to Sunday School, in addition to the worship service on Sunday

morning.

And so it's really started to take off where people are duplicating and multiplying in

our church.

Hi everyone and welcome to

another edition of Homebuyer's School, today I'm joined by Troy Champ, mortgage

advisor with the Mortgage Tree, and today the question we're gonna answer is

"What happens if I can't afford a down payment?" So Troy, what if I can't--

what if I don't have enough money for a down payment yet I really want to buy a

house? Besides the answer, "then don't buy a house."

Well yeah, for sure. So there's a few options out there if you're building

something brand new it usually takes about nine months for the property to be

built so oftentimes the builders will allow you to save up that portion of the

down payment during the course of construction, that's the nicest way

because the Builder doesn't charge you interest, whereas if you go and get a

loan you're paying interest to the bank. Another very common way is to get a gift

from a family member so if you have a family member, you're lucky that way to

be able to gift you a portion of your down payments that the banks will accept

that as well. Another option would be if you qualify under the Flex down program

which means that the bank would allow you to use a credit source to fund the

down payment so you can go and get a loan, line credit, credit card, anything

like that and use that for a portion or all of your down payment.

So you can actually go apply for a credit card and use the entire amount which I'm

not sure if you'd recommend that.

No.

Use the entire month to pay for your--

For sure. So in some situations, maybe credit card is not the best option but

personal loan, line of credit, that may be a great option to get you into the

housing market just if your unable to to save up for that money.

When you say gifting, does that also mean other people's mortgages? So let's say as

a first-time home buyer, let's say your parents have a mortgage, could you use

the equity on your parent's mortgage as a down payment?

Well if your parents

wanted to set up a line of credit, that's a common way to do that so your parents

would get another credit facility secured by their house so they would do

a line of credit. They call it a HELOC in the industry,

Home Equity Line of Credit, and it's secured against their property and then

they could use that line of credit to help you purchase your property.

Well let's say we don't have--our parents aren't able to to help in any way shape

or form, is there anywhere else I can get some down payment--?

There's a few different options out there, one is the most common ones, Attainable

Homes where you can apply through them. There's an income

requirement that your income's not above a certain level, and they'll help

out with your down payment, and they require a percentage of your sale

proceeds back when you do sell the house down the road.

And is Attainable Homes across Canada?

It is.

Okay, awesome. Anything else in terms of helping

someone who can't afford a downpayment?

I think those are really the only options.

You do have to have that 5%. At one time we we were able to finance 100%

of the purchase price but those programs have all been removed in Canada so you

do have to come up with that 5% somehow.

A dual screen smartphone.

Pretty unique and pretty ingenious.

If you remember from my durability test video, the Axon M only has 1 camera.

Someone asked me in the comments of that video what would happen if I tried opening Snapchat

and the normal camera app at the same time.

I decided to try it on an app people actually use though, like Instagram, and then also

opened up the regular camera app at the same time.

And interestingly enough, both apps stayed open, but only actively displayed the camera

on whatever side of the screen I touched last.

So only one app works at a time.

Simultaneous live streams between different apps aren't possible right now, but maybe

someday.

[Intro]

A question I have is can you add more than 2 screens to the smartphone.

Let's jump inside this dual screen Axon M and see how it's put together.

There are 7 little plastic squares covering up little screws.

The exterior screws are all t5 and do a good job of securing that back panel.

With the screws gone, the back panel pops up and away from the back of the phone, giving

us our first look inside of the W Noxv.

The battery needs to come out first.

It's got it's 2 Phillips head screws holding on that silver bracket.

I'll remove that and unplug the battery connector just like a little Lego.

Now, ZTE added a sweet little pull tab to their battery, but don't let this fool you.

It's purely decoration and doesn't actually work.

Sometimes brute force is the only option.

This 3180 milliamp hour battery might be a little small to be powering dual screens,

but it does get the job done.

There are 5 more Phillips head screws down at the bottom of the phone holding down the

loudspeaker plastics.

You can see the golden contact pads on the bottom which receive communication off of

that charging port.

The charging port itself unplugs and pulls away from the phone easy enough.

This little black board is USB-C and includes two more contact points for the vibration

motor off to the side.

Same as the loud speaker, this circular vibration motor receives power and communication through

that charging port board.

I'll pull out the SIM and SD card tray next...cuz that's still in there.

And while the motherboard doesn't have any extra screws holding it in place, it does

have a lot of connections.

The front screen extension ribbon cable, the charging port extension, a few circular wire

cables, side button ribbons, and finally the interesting plug here on the left is the secondary

rear display ribbon, which looks quite a bit different than a regular screen ribbon connection.

We'll look at that more in a second.

Now here's where I made a mistake.

I assumed the small gold ribbon under the headphone jack was for the headphone jack.

I was wrong.

It's actually for the front sensors...so now those just won't work anymore.

The singular camera on the Axon M is a 20 megapixel beast, but does not have any optical

image stabilization.

The Axon M's camera doubles as the front and rear camera since there are screens on both

sides of the phone.

It's go some pretty powerful selfies.

Inside the frame we have the normal thermal foam stuff between the processor and the metal

of the phone to keep things cool.

And down here at the bottom we can see how the front screen is connected.

Like most Androids these days, the screen is glued into the frame of the phone from

the front, which means removing it is catastrophic to the screen.

But if it does need to be replaced, the new little ribbon would feed through this hole

and extend up to the motherboard.

Now for the secondary screen, it's got two large screws holding itself to the main body

of the phone, and then the whole thing lifts up and away from the phone body.

Interesting to see a lot of the wire cables running through that hinge.

And this is it.

One screen connection, and two screws is all this secondary screen has.

Just like plugging in a second monitor into your desk top computer.

If ZTE were to add one more screen plug into the motherboard and another hinge on the opposite

side of the phone, I don't see why we couldn't have a triple screen phone in the future.

It's pretty similar to Razer's Project Valerie, or my own triple screen laptop that I built

myself last year.

Looking closely at the screen connector, it has the same contacts we see inside the standard

ribbons, but this one's designed to be flexed over and over again inside that hinge constantly.

A normal Lego style thin ribbon wouldn't be able to stand up to that kind of abuse, but

these individual insulated wires can.

Thumbs up for that.

I'll get the round wire cables tucked back inside the hinge, and the secondary screen

screwed back into place.

I think if they were able to shrink the bezels down a bit between the hinges it would be

pretty awesome.

It's kind of like having a tablet in your pocket.

The motherboard is back into place with it's beautifully torn front sensors.

It's kind of one less thing to worry about...right?

I'll get the side buttons plugged in along with the normal front screen extension cable,

and the charging port ribbon.

There are 3 wire cables going back into place.

These guys are fragile and their heads can pop off if you pull too hard, so I'm being

gentle as I smoosh them back into place.

Since the secondary screen connector is a bit different than the rest, mostly just more

thin, I'll clip that in with my tweezers and plastic pry tool.

The charging port board can snuggle back into place.

There is no water resistance on this phone whatsoever.

I'll plop the loudspeaker back over the charging port with it's 5 black Phillips head screws.

And finally the battery with it's now deceivingly weak pull tab ripped off, can slip back into

the square slot it came from.

I always like to plug the battery in last.

Before we can test the phone and see if it still works, I'll get the silver bracket back

into place with it's two screws.

And then I'll press the power button.

So far we have at least one screen going, so that's good.

I'll smash the back panel into place with it's seven screws, and it's a success – both

screens are fully functional, you know, minus the front sensors.
