Gentlemen, this is Mantelligence.

Today we're showing you exactly what to do when a beautiful girl looks at you.

And because reacting to a girl's look is actually much easier to get wrong than it

is to get right, we're also showing you the #1 thing that

almost all guys do to kill their chances when a girl looks their way

So...to make sure you keep your cool, here are the 7 steps to responding with extreme

confidence when a woman looks at you + the number 1 thing you NEED to avoid.

#1. Win The Eye Contact Game

While the game may be simple, unfortunately,

it's also one that most guys lose.

Here's how it works: When a girl looks at you,

acknowledge her gaze for as long as you can.

But, instead of looking for too long ... be the one to look away first.

Not only does playing this game help you to t to confidently return eye contact,

but winning also means that you don't intimidate her into looking away first.

#2. Smile Deliberately

There's no way around it.

If she looks at you and you don't smile, the chances of her looking at you again the

same way are slim to none.

And even if you don't end up talking to her, smiling more can be a life-changing habit.

So the second thing you're going to want to do when a girl looks at you,

is give her a warm, confident smile that lets her know you won't bite if she wanted to

talk..

#3. Break the Voice Barrier by Saying Hi

Even if you're attractive to her, before

she can envision you as a guy she really wants, she needs to first envision you as a guy she

can talk to.

And that first step towards that, is breaking the voice barrier.

Think about it: before you say anything, you're really just

some guy to her.

But even if all you say is hi, you get placed in a different category compared

to everyone else.

#4. Decide if You Actually Want to Talk

Guys often forget this one.

But just because a girl is looking at you, doesn't mean you need to drop what you're

doing and immediately talk to her.

So after you've made that initial eye contact, smiled and maybe said something to her,

...take a moment to ask yourself if you actually want to pursue this girl.

Does she really interest you?

Or is it just that you think you have a chance with her?

If you find out you don't really want to talk, no big deal.

just get back to what you were doing in the first place.

And if you do?

Well now you've got to start planning on trying to talk to her

#5.Wait for 2nd Eye Contact

At this point, if you've decided you definitely

do want to talk to her, but still aren't totally sure that she actually

wants to talk to you, ...the next thing you've got to do is wait

to get that second eye contact.

Now, if you played it right, your initial eye contact was a great start,

but it's the 2nd eye contact that really lets you know if you've actually got a chance

with a girl.

So without looking too obvious, just sit back, relax and see if you can catch her looking

again.

#6.Set the Stage with Your Body Language

Now that you know she's looking, you've

got one thing to do, ...and it begins with your body language.

Here's what you do: If you're not already, turn your body towards

her direction, feet, face and all, and then without doing anything else, just

get back to what you were doing.

That's it.

Seem too good to be true?

Well here's how it works: First, by turning your body towards her, you're

subconsciously telling her that she has your attention.

and second: By getting back to what you were doing,

you silently engineer a pleasant, low-pressure atmosphere

...that's absolutely perfect for a fun, flirtatious conversation.

#7. Go Talk To Her

From start to finish, the whole exchange really

shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

So if you feel good about it, there's only one thing left to do.

Start talking to her!

Because if she's making repeated eye contact, smiling and (most of all), seems relaxed around

you...what have you got to lose?

If there's one thing that can immediately make a girl stop looking and never look again,

it's to look away as soon as your eyes meet.

Guys look, among the many things a girl is looking for

confidence is usually at the top of the list.

So when she looks at you, one of the things she's probably really

hoping to see is that you're not totally afraid of her.

Now just so we're clear, that does NOT mean stare her down to show her you aren't scared,

All it means is to try not to do the one big turn-off that 99.9% of shy guys are automatically

going to do: ...which is to pretend they weren't looking

when she obviously knows they were.

That's 7 things to do when a girl looks at you, and the 1 thing you never want to

get caught doing.

Changes To The Voluntary Disclosure Program | Do It Together Financial Planning with Peter Guay - Duration: 4:29.

So here's the thing about tax planning:

things change on a pretty regular basis.

It's usually right around that time when you think you've got a handle on your situation

that new guidelines are put in place.

That's what happened this past December with the Voluntary Disclosure Program but don't

worry, in this video, I'll take you through the latest changes.

I'm Peter Guay and you're watching Do It Together Financial Planning.

In my previous video I talked about the Voluntary Disclosure Program offered by the Canada Revenue

Agency, what it is, and who can use it - I'll link to that video below.

In this video, I want to discuss what the recent changes to the program mean for Canadians

who might be considering using the VDP.

On December 15 of last year, the Honourable Diane Lebouthillier, the Minister of National

Revenue, announced changes to the Voluntary Disclosure Program that came into effect in March.

The reason was to tighten the eligibility criteria to access the program.

In other words, it's going to be harder for those who intentionally avoided paying

their taxes to take advantage of and benefit from the VDP.

The changes have created two tracks for disclosures.

The first track is the Limited Program, which will offer, as the title says, limited relief

to taxpayers who have intentionally avoided paying taxes.

Under the Limited Program, taxpayers will not be referred for criminal prosecution with

respect to their disclosures and they won't be charged gross negligence penalties.

But they will be charged other penalties and interest based on their assessments.

Under this program track, participants will also have to sign a waiver of their right

to object and appeal in relation to the specific issue disclosed.

The second track is the General Program, where the same rules apply regarding criminal prosecution

and gross negligence penalties, but unlike the Limited Program, the CRA will provide

partial relief of interest for years preceding the three most recent years.

Got that?

So you might be thinking, 'How will the CRA decide what track I'll be on when I

apply to the VDP?'

Well, it's going to look at whether efforts were made by the person or company to avoid

detection through the use of offshore vehicles or other means,

the total dollar amounts involved,

the number of years of non-compliance,

and the 'sophistication' of the taxpayer.

Those are the two main changes to the program but there are other pretty significant changes

that could affect you.

The CRA now requires that you pay the estimated taxes owing

as a condition to qualify for the program.

This is important because prior to March, this payment wasn't required.

If you can't make the payment at the time of filing the application, you can request

a payment arrangement.

Another change that comes into effect this month is that the CRA will cancel relief

after the fact if it's discovered that a taxpayer's application was not complete

because of a misrepresentation.

The final change is that taxpayers used to be able to make disclosures on a no-name basis.

That meant knowing the outcome before saying who you were.

A good deal!

Now under what they're calling the "pre-disclosure discussion" service,

taxpayers can have an anonymous conversation with a CRA official,

but they won't confirm the outcome before you tell them who you are.

Those are the changes!

The new program will be reviewed after two years and adjusted based on feedback.

Look, the CRA doesn't want to scare you but it does want you to pay your taxes.

It's getting better at finding tax evaders and those who are found tend to pay heavy penalties.

Better to come clean before they come after you!
