What are some options Citrus Memorial patients have for cancer treatment? - Duration: 1:37.

Interventional oncology allows patients

to have new options in their cancer treatment.

We use procedures like yttrium-90 radioembolization,

which is a big word which basically means

using radiation therapy that we give directly through

the arteries that are feeding the cancer in a certain

part of the body, usually the liver.

Giving the radiation therapy directly into

the tumor allows us to save normal

tissue in your liver and just direct

the therapy to the tumor.

This is a very effective way of treating

certain tumors that occur in the liver such as

liver cancer or tumors in the colon

which go to the liver.

We also do procedures where we put chemotherapy

directly into the tumor as well.

You can get chemotherapy through your IV line,

but it is also very helpful to have that

chemotherapy directly in the tumor and also to

stop the blood supply to the tumor itself.

That is called transarterial chemoembolization

or TACE for short.

We also do procedures where we put in little probes

into the tumor directly from your skin

and burn the tumor.

Sometimes actually we burn it, sometimes we freeze it,

and sometimes we microwave it.

In the past, these patients had to undergo

extensive surgical procedures.

But now, it is an outpatient procedure just performed...

You come into the hospital, you have the procedure done,

and for the most part you can go home the same day.

And the complication rate is very low

compared to having an open procedure.

Secret of Mana Q&A #12 - Do you have a message for fans of the Mana series? - Duration: 4:31.

Do you have a message for fans of the Mana series?

I've given out a few already.

This game was made by lots of people - music arrangers, the dev team, a lot of people who worked on the original game

As it started to take shape, everyone began to remember doing the same thing with the original

They all got really excited and started say, "Oh yeah, it was like this! No, not like that, like this!"

So I think in that sense, it's something that can really be enjoyed by people who played the original

and players who are coming into it for the first time as well.

I hope everyone will be looking forward to playing what is, I think, a quality game with a low barrier to entry.

It's also pretty affordable, so please take this opportunity to play it.

Well….

Secret of Mana was originally released in 1993, and kids back then played and enjoyed it.

This is just my opinion, but I think kids are kids, no matter the era.

Time moves on and culture may change, but kids…

their awareness, their curiosity and their sense of excitement doesn't change.

So if a game is good, I really think kids nowadays will enjoy it now just as much.

And perhaps even the kids of the future will enjoy it.

If a game becomes a part of culture, I think that's what happens.

Games made in the past stay relevant and enjoyable.

In that sense, I think making this remake might be part of the movement towards this game being a part of culture.

The people who played it back in 1993 when it was originally released still love it and want it to be available again for all the world to play.

The fact that they want it to continue on into the future… that in and of itself makes me really happy.

I think that's true of not just Japan, but lots of countries.

In particular, this time the game is really being released world-wide, and I've had a chance to talk to a lot of people from a lot of places.

A lot of them told me they'd played it and were looking forward to the remake.

Yeah, I don't think it's just to do with a period in time or even a country… That's kids for you.

The love that they had for the game is still alive today - to the extent that it's being remade -

and nothing would make me happier than this being carried on to the kids of the future.

I hope that my role in creating this has contributed to leaving behind something memorable.

All I can really say is thank you.

At this point in time, the kids who originally played the game are now old enough to be making it,

and when the next generation grows up, I hope they'll be influenced by their experiences and memories of this game,

and I hope they'll bring those opinions to the table in order to help create something new.

Legal Opioids Have Killed Hundreds of Thousands As Big Pharma Bribes - Duration: 4:30.

Legal Opioids Have Killed Hundreds of Thousands As Big Pharma Bribes Politicians to Ignore

It

More than 200,000 Americans have died from prescription opioid overdoses since 1999 and

as the epidemic continues, it raises serious questions about why the United States government

has failed to stop it in the last 20 years.

According to a recent report, many influential politicians are receiving incentives from

drug manufacturers to, in essence, look the other way.

Purdue Pharmaceuticals, the maker of OxyContin, has contributed millions of dollars directly

and countless more dollars indirectly to lawmakers to keep its drugs flying off pharmacy shelves.

Rightly considered blood money by critics, the contributions are made in an effort to

buy off state and federal legislators.

The Sackler family, the private owners of Purdue, have made billions off of a drug that

has killed citizens both young and old alikethe sum total of whose deaths amount to the population

size of a small metropolitan city.

Yet nothing has been done to even slow the death rate attributed to opioids, and Attorney

General Jeff Sessions response has been to push for more federal involvement in states

that have attempted to allow solutions such as cannabis.

An investigative report from the Daily Caller revealed that Purdue has given $2.3 million

to politicians to ensure that the drug pipeline for the drug cartel stays open, further

enriching the Sackler familyand that is just what is traceable.

Purdue and the Sacklers have disbursed $2.3 million to nearly 300 U.S. candidates

and political organizations since 1996, and Congress, until recently, has done very little

to combat the opioid epidemic, TheDCNFs investigation found.

The OxyContin-backed politicians often held leadership positions, chairmanships, or served

on committees that have oversight of the pharmaceutical industry.

Conversely, the Sacklers have never publicly donated to addiction rehabilitation centers,

a previous DCNF investigation found.

For those holding out hope that the federal government will do anything about the burgeoning

crisis in opioid overdose deaths, the future does not look promising.

While President Trump has claimed that he wants to Make America Great Again and

he plans to Drain the Swamp of corrupt politicians, his administration has moved

in the opposite direction, and appears to be solidifying the pharmaceutical industrys

hold on Washington.

Its blood money, literally, Public Citizens Health Research Group founder

and senior adviser Sidney Wolfe told TheDCNF.

Its money earned off peoples lives being spent.

This is dirty, bloody money.

As The Free Thought Project has reported, the appointment of pharmaceutical insider

and one-time drug executive Alex Azar to the role of Health and Human Services Secretary

was a figurative slap in the face to any family who has lost a loved one to opioid overdose.

Not only has Azar mocked the usefulness of the only natural alternative to opiates (cannabis),

but in a recent speech to the American Federation of Hospitals, Azar made no mention of the

overdose epidemic, which exceeded 60,000 deaths in 2016.

Instead, he focused his attention on making sure the prices of drugs were transparent.

It is not the price of drugs that are killing Americans.

It is the fact that opioids continue to be prescribed at record levels, inflating the

profits of killer companies such as Purdue and other opioid manufacturers, which include

Insys Pharmaceuticals.

Both Purdue and Insys have been investigated by the federal government, and the investigations

resulted in Purdue paying out millions of dollars in damages and Insys CEO facing

numerous felony charges.

Yet nothing seems to be able to stop the spread of opioids and no one in the federal government

seems to be making a legitimate attempt to end the kryptonite effect opioids are having

on our society.

WE HAVE A RECORD IN A GLOBAL DRUG SURVEY! - NarkoNews # 24 - Duration: 3:45.

Hi! I'm not sure if you recall, but at the end of November

I made a video wherein I've asked you to complete Global Drug Survey 2018.

It's a survey conducted since 2012 and seems to be great tool

for analysis of behavior of users

current trends or to shape drug policies.

In past years there were around 100 000-120 000 of participants

of whom literally handful of polish folks.

This years edition was attended by 160 000 people

from 50 countries,

and how many participants were from Poland?

In 2016 edition surveys from Poland were

less than 300, because we weren't mentioned

among the countries. (that participated)

In 2017 edition there were 450 surveys

and that took as to 24th place overall.

This time right after the movie went online

I felt that 2018 edition

there was gonna be lots more of them, because if you remember

right after publication

their servers went offline. You mentioned this often in your comments

and they needed few hours to

make things normal again.

Right away - huge thanks to everyone who completed this survey!

It took quite some time, often over an hour.

From that reason I was worried that you won't feel like completing it whole

but what happened it's true magic.

I got an info from organizers that you've completed over...

6'500 of surveys!!!

It's hard to estimate which place we'll end up on

but I'm guessing we'll be top 10 for sure!

Possibly top 5 even.

I'm super grateful for your work, because it's humongous number of surveys

which could now be analysed thoroughly.

Detailed results will be published by the organizer

at the end of May and then, obviously, I'll make a movie for you

in which I'll I will present the most important conclusions.

Thanks for such impressive result also belong with people of

Hyperreal and SIN

because same as in years before they were promoting this particular survey.

Taking into account that the link I placed under the movie was hitted

10'211 times,

I dare say it's mainly your merit

and one again - huge thanks for that!

As long as we're talking about SIN,

I'm not sure if you';re aware, but on May 14th facebook

took down their fanpage followed by

16 000 people

Obviously, as you might've guessed I find that decision of facebook is wrong and harmful.

I completely cannot rap my head around the idea of deleting

a fanpage of non-governmental organization that deals with harm reduction.

I informed about it on my fanpage on a regular basis

but I know here you are greater in numbers.

That's why I sincerely want to ask for your help!

In movie's description you'll find statement of SIN

and instruction what can you do to help them.

In advance, thank you very much for taking action!

That's all for this episode. I frequently get feedback from you that

you don't get notifications regarding my movies,

so besides subscribing I encourage you to hit the bell

thanks to that you'll be always up to date

and I think it's worth it. In near future there's gonna be new episode of 4.20 as well as WON.

Traditionally I'd like to thank all of you supporting me through Tip and Donation

lately they've changed servers, so I have problems with messages showing up

so if I didn't answer you question

or I didn't sent you an invite for my facebook group

then please send me an email, the address you'll find

in the description the this movie. I'll take care of it!

If you liked the movie I'll be super happy if you'll leave thumbs up

and for any comments

because it's increasing the range of the movie and allows me to reach new people.

Thank you very much for watching till the end!

Thanks a lot and take care yall :) Bye!

Republican Suggests Death Penalty For Women Who Have Abortions - Duration: 4:00.

Republican Bob Nonini from the state of Idaho, who has served as a state senator for, I believe,

three terms, is now running for Lieutenant Governor in the state of Idaho, and recently,

he was asked by reporters about his stance on abortion.

Nonini has been a hard-core, anti-abortion, anti-choice activist during his time in office,

so as Lieutenant Governor, what would he want to do?

One of the things he said is that he wants stricter penalties.

"We can't just go after the abortionists," as he calls them.

The rest of us would call them doctors, but he says we also have to punish the women.

When reporters asked if that would include the death penalty, he nodded.

So, Bob Nonini, and this is not the first time he's said this throughout his career,

is in favor of the death penalty for women who have abortions in the state of Idaho.

Let's get one thing straight right off the bat.

Nonini, who allegedly, based on his own admissions of his Catholic faith, values human life above

all else, wants to kill people because they terminate a pregnancy.

Maybe their life was at risk from it.

Maybe they were raped.

Doesn't matter in the eyes of Nonini.

If you terminate a pregnancy, we're going to kill you because that's what a good Christian

would do, right, Bob?

Yeah.

That's not how it works, and I'm getting really sick and tired of the fact that Republicans

like Nonini, like so many of the ones in Washington, D.C., decide to cherry pick which parts of

the Bible they actually want to follow.

I mean, the word abortion is actually not mentioned in the Bible, but very few passages

or mentions of the unborn in the Bible, whereas taking care of the sick, healing them, giving

food to the hungry, clothing the naked, housing the homeless, those things are actually mentioned

quite often in the Bible, yet these people don't seem to care about human beings once

they leave the fetus.

If you're in the womb, you have all the protection in the world by these right-wing Republican

lawmakers, but once you pop out of a womb, hell, you're on your own.

"You better go find a job, you lazy little infant, newborn.

Do something.

Contribute to society, you piece of crap."

That's how they are.

And now they want to kill people for allegedly killing people, which, depending on when it

is, is mostly just a cluster of cells, incapable of living outside of a human body, making

it not a viable human being.

But that doesn't matter.

People like Nonini who want to use their faith to enforce these laws should not be allowed

in American politics.

That is 100% a violation of the separation of church and state, because when your faith

dictates policy, that is the federal government preferring one religion over another, because

not every religion out there has the same kind of beliefs as people like Nonini.

Yet, if we're making laws based on that, it would seem that the federal government would

be offering support for that particular religion, and that would make these laws illegal, as

Nonini himself has mentioned that it is his Catholic faith that drives him to want to

murder women who terminate their pregnancies.

There were 18 months between seasons two and three, and the wait for Season 4 looks like

more of the same.

In all of the infinite multiverses, why are we stuck in the one where new Rick and Morty

takes so long to produce?

Here's why you shouldn't hold your breath for Season 4 any time soon.

What did you do while you were waiting?

Hopefully you didn't just f--- around and waste your life!"

No one's started it yet

One of the show's key writers, Ryan Ridley, revealed a surprising lack of progress on

the continued adventures of Rick and Morty after season three.

In an interview with the podcast The Detroit Cast, Ridley expressed his frustration.

"As far as I know, no one's working on the show.

And I'm certainly not.

Uh, so I don't know what's going on.

I haven't heard anything."

"Oh boy."

"Yeah, they really take their time."

Ridley highlighted that, if the timeline between a script's completion and the airing of the

show reflects the previous production schedule, a cycle of eight months, new Rick and Morty

episodes won't air until late 2019.

And as of this video, Adult Swim hasn't even confirmed that they want a fourth season,

although it seems very unlikely it won't happen….

eventually.

"On behalf of the audience here, get your s--- together.

It's a TV show.

Get in the goddam room and do the work."

Perfectionism

Rick and Morty has avoided a Sophomore Slump, but the show's ever-growing popularity has

increased the pressure on co-creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland.

As the pair faced constant queries on the status of the upcoming third season, they

spoke openly about the weight of expectation they were both feeling, telling the panel

at 2017's San Diego Comic Con,

"Truly that's why I think we're a little late.

Is that we care so much and we panic and we freak out that it's not good enough."

Later adding,

"We're afraid of letting you down.

There's a lot of you — you're kind of scary."

The fear of letting people down is aggravated by the pair's extremely high standards.

Harmon took to Twitter to explain,

"The reason S3 took long is because it took long to write, because it was S3 of a show

that we were scared to make worse than S2 or S1."

Animation takes time

In addition to writing unusually complicated storylines, Rick and Morty takes a long time

to animate.

Animators use Toon Boom Storyboard Pro and Harmony software to animate the show, a much

longer process than many cartoons use, which Roiland explained to Spreaker podcast:

"It's one of the downfalls of doing the show ina program like Harmony and doing builds

as opposed to traditional 2D animation."

Harmon and Roiland's perfectionism extends to this animation, too.

Making their task harder is the fact that the show is often visually dense, filled with

dozens of bizarre aliens and weird environments, all of which have their own animation problems

to solve.

Krombopulos Michael's weird dangles aren't going to animate themselves.

The toxic fans

It's unfair to lump all Rick and Morty fans together, but some fans' idea of dedication

to the show has reached intense levels.

"Ohh wee, you think Rick's gonna get out of jail?

Ohh wee, yyy-you think your family's gonna rescue him?

Hahaha!

Ohh wee.

Ohh wee!"

This toxic fandom has resulted in increased pressure on Harmon's entire creative team,

particularly the show's female writers, who were harassed online and had their personal

details shared, which led to Harmon denouncing this segment of fans.

He told Entertainment Weekly,

"These knobs want to protect the content they think they own, and somehow combine that with

their need to be proud of something they have, which is often only their race or gender."

"Any epiphanies about gender politics were a projection of your feminine insecurity.

But hey why don't you have a big spaceship?

Go ride around and have a jolly, old time."

But wait, it gets dumber.

In Season 3's premiere, Rick drives to McDonald's in search of Szechuan sauce, a limited-release

dipping sauce that really existed in 1998.

"Welcome to Mcdonalds, can i take your order?"

"Yeah I'd like to get a 10 piece McNugget.

And a bunch of the szechuan sauce, like as much as you're allowed to give me."

This seemingly innocuous sequence rapidly spawned a pop culture phenomenon.

The following day an online petition was launched to bring the sauce back.

Momentum grew; jugs of the sauce saved from 1998 were selling for thousands of dollars

on eBay.

Then things got out of hand in October 2017, after McDonald's agreed to release limited

supplies for one day only.

Fans waited in line for hours, but unsurprisingly, supplies quickly ran out, causing a nationwide

meltdown, resulting in the harassment of McDonald's employees and generally embarrassing behavior

by Rick and Morty fans.

(idiotic mobs getting rowdy over a condiment)

"It's chaos at a McDonalds over, of all things, szechuan sauce."

From small plot point to full-on pop-culture meltdown, Roiland and Harmon were both aware

of the ripple effect of their work, which isn't exactly positive for the creative process.

Even TMZ caught up with Roiland over the debacle, and he wasn't thrilled.

"I don't know.

I was bummed out really for the workers.

I was like, uh, well the whole thing was bad on every side."

Surprise?

No script.

No confirmation.

No Szechuan sauce.

It feels like the wait might just be forever.

But let's not despair too soon.

Although it's reasonable to prepare for a long wait, there could be more from Rick and

Morty before the estimated late-2019 release date.

The show loves to keep fans guessing, like when the third season made an unexpected launch

on April Fool's day in 2017, without so much as a Tweet to prepare people.

So could the same thing happen again?

The more conspiratorial fans think that the absence of information is just a marketing

tool to ease the pressure on Harmon and Roiland.

Knowing how frenzied speculation became last year, what better way to avoid it than to

make everyone think production hasn't even started?

They've said so

In the post-credits sequence following Season 2's finale, we were informed that audiences

would be in for a long wait before Rick and Morty returned.

"Tune in to Rick and Morty season three, in like a year and a half, or longer."

Since that actually happened, it's safe to say that the word of Mr. Poopybutthole can

be trusted.

He returned for a post-credits scene after Season 3's finale as well.

In a typically self-aware nod at how his previous promise fueled online speculation, this time

he didn't specify a timeframe.

"See ya for season four in like… a really long time!

I might even have a big, white Santa Claus beard!"

As recently as January 2018, Adult Swim told Variety that there was "no timing to share

on premiere or status of production."

In March, Harmon confirmed the same on Twitter.

There's no chance Adult Swim won't renew the series, though, since season 3 smashed the

network's ratings records.

So, when?

"I dunno, when I feel like it?"

"Damn girl, you needa chill out."

Ariana Grande's Fans Have BEEF With YouTuber James Charles | What's Trending Now! - Duration: 3:56.

YouTube star James Charles isn't a bit of a spat with Ariana Grande's fans.

You're watching What's Trending, I'm Shira Lazar. Be sure to like this video

and subscribe for more social media news daily. James Charles vlogs about beauty,

entertainment and music, and on March 30th he posted a video to his channel

titled: "Shane Dawson and Ryland Do My Makeup." This is all very fun and innocent

until James gets asked this question about eleven minutes into the video.

Who's been the rudest celebrity you've ever met? Ariana Grande. Can you talk

about this? Wait a second. What did Ariana Grande do to James? Well, apparently James

went to Ariana's show and posted videos of it to his Instagram story like one might

do. Ariana saw this, followed James and DM'ed him to show her appreciation. But then...

This is right after like all of my scandal started happening, so I was getting a

bunch of really, really angry tweets from her fans that are really mad that she

had followed me and literally four hours later I started getting tweets like

Wow. Ariana unfollowed James... like the rat gets what he deserves... like wow love

karma. And I was like what the heck? So I checked and she did actually unfollow me. So due

to the backlash from her fans, Ariana then unfollowed James on Instagram and

then he DM'ed her on Instagram asking what happened.

I message her back and I was like hey did I do something wrong and she

literally was like hey babe like I just saw a lot of angry tweets for my fans

and I would never want to disappoint them so I unfollowed. And I sent back

like a very like strong worded message too and I was like you have 100 million

fans that really disappointing that you would like stoop to the level of

listening to people bullying me just to like appease them but okay. That scandal

he referred to is a tweet from February 2017 where he wrote: "I can't believe

we're going to Africa today omg what if we get Ebola?" Yeah. That's probably not

good. That tweet is very reminiscent of the infamous Justine Sacco tweet from

December 2013 that says this: "Going to Africa. Hope I don't get AIDS.

Just kidding. I'm white!" And that tweet got Sacco fired,

but James Charles's tweet didn't strongly impact his channel or his deal

with CoverGirl to be their first male spokesperson. James tweeted a lengthy

apology, though he referred to Africa as a country, and some people said they

would no longer buy CoverGirl as long as he was there spokesperson.

But for all that, the scandal largely blew over.

But many Ariana Grande fans are still taking him to task for calling her rude,

especially considering his controversial joke. @Camilasfate says: "james Charles

said ariana is the rudest celeb and "appeases bullying" because she unfollowed

him after HE tweeted racist things." Diogo says: "so apparently Ariana is the

rudest celebrity James Charles has ever "met" just because she followed and

unfollowed him in the same day lmfao that boy is so annoying." That's a good

point. They actually never met in person. James has since responded to the fan

rage on Twitter saying this: "I messaged Ariana on Instagram apologizing for

speaking on this situation in my video but also explaining where I was coming

from & why I said what I said. I made it clear in my video I still loved &

respected her so if you choose to only hear the bad, that's on you.

Let it be." Ms. Grande herself has been quiet about the whole situation because

she probably has better things to do. She hasn't appeared on Instagram or Twitter

since New Year's Eve. That's actually surprising because she's been involved

in lots of stuff since the holidays. And I'm surprised she hasn't taken to her

social media to promote those things. But, hey. To each his or her own. Sometimes you

just got to take care of yourself, stay off the social media. But looking

at her past, Ariana actually does take issues of racism very seriously. In 2017,

she fired one of her backup dancers for using the N-word on her Instagram story.

And her fans are consistently appreciative of these actions. So overall

we probably won't see Ariana and James becoming BFFs anytime soon. Nonetheless,

James still says Ariana is one of the most talented vocalists of her

generation. Oh, social media drama. So are you Team James or Team Ariana? Let us

know in the comments below and be sure to like and subscribe for more of What's

Trending.

'Brilliant' Liverpool should have killed off City -- Klopp - Duration: 3:24.

Jurgen Klopp saluted Liverpool's brilliant 3-0 thrashing of Manchester

City but the Reds boss admitted his sign should have killed off the Champions

League quarter-final tie Liverpool tore city apart with three goals in the

opening 31 minutes of the all English first leg clash and field goals from

Muhammad Salla Alex oxlade-chamberlain and Savio main had the Premier League

leaders reeling in a frenzied atmosphere but while some will believe that goal

spree is enough for Liverpool to start looking forward to the semi-finals club

insisted his players had missed an opportunity to seal the victory ahead of

next week's second leg at Eastlands the first half was brilliant it was how

football should look we knew about the quality of city but also about our

quality as well Klopp said the result is not what we expected but we needed to

play more football in the second half they did not have a lot of chances but

we didn't play much football ourselves well aware that city demolished

Liverpool 5-0 in the familiar League in Manchester in September Klump added it

is only halftime 3-0 up good we defended their passes really good I wanted us to

play more football I am NOT angry it is all good the only clouds on a golden

evening for club were a muscle injury to Egypt star salad and of looking for

Jordan Henderson that rules the Liverpool captain out of the second leg

we lose one player to injury and another the captain to a yellow card so it does

not feel good most said he feels good but we will have

to see about that Klopp said it was the first time City had failed to register a

shot on target since October 2016 city boss Pep Guardiola conceded less team

could have no complaints after a rare limp display we started with enormous

personality but they scored a goal it is tough

they had 10 to 15 minutes in the first half when they were better he said in

the second half we tried everything but we couldn't find the goal the first two

goals we had control of the game but they scored I don't have too many

regrets or complaints they had two attacks and scored two goals that was

tough but for the rest of the game we were so so good we had to score a goal

but they defended more Guardiola was adamant his players still believe they

can pull off an incredible comeback in the return leg first city must focus on

Saturday's derby against Manchester United when a win will give them the

English title nobody believes but we have another game Guardiola said we have

to accept it and now we have United at home and then Liverpool at home we see

what happens of course it is difficult but we believe
