Black Christianity is the Authentic Christian Witness of America - Duration: 13:23.
white folks thought that by giving us Christianity that they were giving us
something that would keep us docile that would oppress us but what man
intends for evil God uses for good and there's one priest that tells a
different story about the Christian faith of African people in America and
that's our discussion today
hey y'all welcome to Blacks with power where we are emancipating ourselves from
mental slavery so that we can lead the movement of Jah people out of Babylon
into the Promised Land I'm father Jabriel your host for this show thank you for
joining us subscribe to the show iTunes stitcher Google Play tune in watch us on
YouTube click the subscribe button and give a review give a thumbs up give a
thumbs down let me know what you liked what you dislike so that we can
fine-tune and refine this show for you and in this episode I want to introduce
you to some foundational things for me right this is near and dear to my heart
man it was back in 2004 yeah 2004 when you know just coming out of
Rastafarianism had been introduced to ethiopian orthodoxy
you know and on an on a trip I went to I was living in st. Louis Missouri misery
misery loves company I was living in st. Louis and went to visit my spiritual
father was living in Kansas City one of the one of the Ethiopian priests one of
the monks and um on that journey you know was was you know just was able to
see a consecration of an ordination reception rather of a priest into
Orthodoxy who came out of Roman Catholicism was into converted to
orthodoxy and was introduced to a a Serbian Orthodox priest named father
paisius house to now goes by father Alexei after his wife passed he became a
monk and when they become when you take orders of a monkey took it and took on a
new name of the the Brotherhood of st. Moses the black I'll put a link to the
Brotherhood st. Moses to black in the description you can find out more but
the book wade in the river the story of the African Christian faith right off
the bat you can see how much this book meant to me because when I finally
published my book if you see I wanted it to be as similar to um in in cover
layout and designed to father Alexis as possible man because it just had such a
profound effect on me you can find a link to this book you are on the
description you can get so you can get a copy but it's transformative so way in
the river the story of the African Christian faith I met I met father
paisius father Alexei in Kansas City and you know just you know he leads a
reconciliation network that talks about orthodoxy that talks about the witness
of the Christian faith and and he in in in in the course of our conversation he
gave me a copy of this book you know so that as he said so that inspiration of
of these holy ones may inspire me in my pursuit of the Christian faith and so we
talked about the African Christian faith what he does is he goes back through
ancient times through Old Testament times through ancient African history
and identifies the the icons of the faith who are African right he talks
about he talks about them talks about the martyrs of the church talks about
how the Fathers of monasticism did the first monks were African people how the
you know some of the some of the the defenders of the faith some of the ones
that helped Christianity to survive and it's early days were African people and
he makes the case for how Christianity cannot be could never be the white man's
religion that yes it has taken on that mantra in the West but if we are
students of history if we are students specifically of Christian history we
would know that it could never be don't white man's religion right and so you
know goes throughout the book and and then coming out of the Bible coming out
of Old Testament and New Testament history coming over to America coming
into the slave period talking about the deep Christian witness of slaves of of
the enslaved I don't know I still I'm reprogramming myself right we talked
about emancipating ourselves from mental slavery I don't I don't like to call my
ancestors our ancestors slaves every now and again I slip because they weren't
slaves they were people you know they are people they were enslaved
so I hear me say that check me on it correct me but to the faith of the
enslaved of those who were enslaved our ancestors and how those who so deeply
and strongly embraced Christianity were killed by their masters for their
Christian witness right and he talks about about all of those who you know he
doesn't list all of them no one can list all of the people right of that of the
American Holocaust of the Marfa right but he talks about many of those martyrs
of those Cross bearers of those passion bearers of those black persons who by
virtue of their faith were killed by those who did not want to see black
people by white folks who did not want to see black people embrace Christianity
to that degree and so in talking about all of these people who were killed for
preaching the Bible beyond slaves be obedient to your masters so those who
would dare go beyond that right those who were killed for gathering by the
river and baptizing and and and praying and and and and and and shouting and and
and singing and and and you know marrying people and and doing things in
in in Christian fashion that were killed because of their of their Christian
faith he talks about those who suffered for their Christian witness right and if
we know anything about Orthodox Christianity one of the names for
orthodoxy is the suffering faith right it is that
idea that um the deep faith of Christianity is born from suffering
because we follow Christ right and we follow Christ to the cross as he said
those who wish to come after me let them deny themselves and pick up their cross
and follow me for those who want to save their life will lose it but those who
lose their life for my sake and for the Gospels will save it and so this idea
that the true essence deep essence of the faith is born out of suffering right
and so what his premise is is that the Masters the slave masters wanted to give
black folks a a docile form of Christianity that would keep them
obedient not to God but obedient to white folks obedient to white power
obedient to white supremacy right and I want to make that distinction clear
because what we're talking about is not just obedient to their masters right
they were programming black folks to be obedient to white supremacy to acquiesce
to white power and so they wanted to give black folks a faith like that and
for many of us that's stuck right we we got a faith quote-unquote that kept us
in bondage to white supremacy in bondage to whiteness and bondage to white power
right but as father Aleksey argues in wade in the river
there were those of us that embrace the faith there is this legacy of African
people that embrace the faith in such a way that they were willing to suffer in
meaning to obey God and not man they were willing to obey God and not white
power they were willing to obey God and not white supremacy and because of that
they suffered under the hands of white supremacy but by that suffering similar
to how Christ suffered under the hands of the Romans and under
the hands of the Jewish leadership by their suffering under the hands of white
supremacy under the hands of their slave masters under the hands of those who
were upholding the institution of white power the faith of African people was
transformed into Orthodoxy it was transformed into something deep
something rich something beyond the Christianity that you found in white
society right that this the the enslaved that our ancestors were were were were
cultivated a faith that was deeper more Christian more authentic more orthodox
than the faith of white society that could abide with such a system of
oppression right or that could appease or placate or play nice with such a
system of oppression and so you know I really encourage you to read this book
get a copy of this book and read it because it serves as the backdrop for
for where my thinking came from right so if you want to understand
I don't know hell did this guy begin thinking like this right you read a copy
of this book and you understand you begin to understand that there is
something special about the black experience there is something
transformative transcendent even about the black experience something
transcendent about the authentic witness of the faith the Christian faith of
African people in this country right and when we see that it enables us helps us
to begin breaking free from this dynamic that keeps us in bondage to white power
and white supremacy keeps us in a quote unquote
faith narrative that keeps us docile that keeps us you know accomplices in
our own oppression and allows us to point
in a new direction that is liberating that is life-giving that is
transformative that resonates that that resembles in some sort of real way the
faith of Jesus Christ so again wade in the river the story of
the African Christian faith on the author's father paisius outs - you will
find the links to that in the description of this of of this episode
and I hope you get a copy and I'd love to know what you think what are your
thoughts on the idea of that one that the faith that was cultivated by those
who were enslaved the faith that was cultivated by the oppression that they
experienced by the suffering that they experienced that that faith became the
authentic witness of the gospel in America right so about that what do you
think of that idea that the faith of our ancestors that was born in slavery
became the authentic witness of Christianity and that it is the
authentic witness of Christianity in the West what do you think about that and
how does that shape your interpretation of your own faith I'd love to hear your
thoughts on that so leave a comment leave a review leave a thumbs up leave a
thumbs down let me know what your questions are as well because a charge
to keep we have brothers and sisters a God to glorify a never dying soul to
save and fit it for the sky we have come a long way but Lord knows there is a
long way yet to go so we ain't there yet so now let us march on till victory is

Is a comet heading towards Tilted Towers?! - Duration: 1:09.
Is a comet about to hit Tilted Towers?
Sure looks that way.
Tilted Towers is a very popular landing destination in Fortnite Battle Royale.
And if internet rumors are true, it's destruction is imminent.
It's no secret that for sometime now, Epic Games has not been too happy with Tilted Towers
or what it has become.
So, destroying it or changing is not too far-fetched.
Some players have noticed that some of the items for the Season 3 Battle Pass are space
themed.
Other players also believe that the new controller vibrations that were added to the game during
the recent update could also be connected to the rumored meteor strike.
Some have claimed that those vibrations are morse code that spells out "SOS 5D 418".
Well, It so happens that Tilted Towers is located in 5D of the map.
And 418 telling us it's April 18th.
But, don't send those hashtags RIP Tilted Towers just yet though, it's still a fan
theory and until Epic Games says otherwise, Tilted Towers is here to stay.
Let us know what you think, is Titled Towers going bye bye?

HIV and AIDS: Infection Stages, Pathology and Treatment, Animation - Duration: 5:12.
HIV for human immunodeficiency virus is a virus that attacks the immune system
weakening the body's ability to fight infections progressive destruction of
the immune system eventually leads to its failures a state known as acquired
immunodeficiency syndrome or AIDS when the body is incapable of defending
itself from common infections HIV targets a specific group of cells called
cd4 plus cells cd4 is a receptor expressed on the surface of many immune
cells including T helper cells macrophages and dendritic cells where it
is essential for cell communication and hence normal function of the immune
system HIV hijacks this receptor to gain access to the cells apart from cd4
receptor another factor called a co-receptor is also required for HIV
entry and infection several Co receptors have been identified in different cell
types with cxcr4 and ccr5 being the most common cxcr4 is expressed on many
t-cells but usually not on macrophages and is used by t tropic strains of HIV
ccr5 is expressed on macrophages some t-cells and is used by M tropic strains
some HIV strains use ccr5 to infect initially but evolved to use cxcr4 later
during disease progression viruses that can use both Co receptors are called
dual tropic some people are born with a deletion in ccr5 and are substantially
resistant to HIV infection HIV life cycle starts with attachment of an HIV
envelope protein gp120 to cd4 receptor and co-receptor followed by fusion of
HIV with host cell the virus then injects its content HIV RNA and several
enzymes into the cell one of these enzymes known as reverse transcriptase
is used to convert HIV RNA into DNA an important step that would allow the
virus to integrate into host cell DNA once in the new
HIV enzyme integrase inserts the viral DNA into the host DNA at this point the
virus may adopt either latent or active infection inactive infection HIV uses
the host machinery to produce multiple copies of its RNA and proteins which are
then assembled into new virus particles ready to infect more cd4 cells in latent
infection the virus remains integrated in host DNA and may lie dormant for
years forming a latent HIV reservoir which can reactivate and infect again at
a later time HIV is transmitted through infected body fluids most commonly via
s contacts shared contaminated needles and mother to child during
childbirth or through breastfeeding it is not transmitted through air or casual
contacts diagnosis is by detection of viral protein RNA proviral DNA or
antibody produced against HIV there are three stages of HIV infection the acute
stage generally develops within a couple of weeks after a person is infected with
HIV during this time patients may experience flu-like symptoms
HIV multiplies rapidly resulting in high viral load in the blood and increased
risks of transmission the chronic stage also called clinical latency is usually
asymptomatic HIV continues to multiply but at much slower speeds patients may
not have any symptoms but they can still spread HIV to others without treatment
the disease usually progresses to AIDS within two to ten years AIDS is the
final stage of HIV infection as the immune system is failing the body can't
fight off common diseases and opportunistic infections take hold AIDS
is diagnosed when cd4 cell count is lower than 200 per microliter or if
certain opportunistic infections are present there is currently no cure but
treatment with antiretroviral therapy can slow down progression to AIDS and
reduce transmission risks antiretroviral drugs are classified based on their
ability to interfere with certain stages of HIV lifecycle accordingly
there are entry and fusion inhibitors reverse transcriptase inhibitors
integrase inhibitors and protease inhibitors these drugs however cannot
reach the latent virus which hides out safely in healthy T cells that may
reactivate and infect again this is the major reason why HIV infection is not
curable with current available treatments

The Personal Data Google Has on You Is Shocking & Dwarfs that of Facebook - Duration: 7:58.
The
Personal Data Google Has on You Is Shocking & Dwarfs that of Facebook, Heres How to
Stop It
As TFTP reported last week, it was revealed that both the Obama campaign and the Trump
campaign used third-party integrations to collect private information on millions of
unsuspecting Facebook users.
The resultant scandal has sent Facebooks stock tumbling as well as created a firestorm
for Mark Zuckerberg and his fellow data miners.
Remaining conveniently out of the scrutiny, however, is Google, whose data mining of private
information, according to a recent report, dwarfs that of Facebook.
Web developer Dylan Curran, based in Waterford, Ireland, is making headlines this week after
he recently downloaded both his Facebook data file and his Google data file.
As TFTP has reported, the information Facebook keeps on its users is utterly mind-blowing,
consisting of everything from text messages to liked posts, the social media giant is
building profiles on billions.
However, according to Curran, this is nothing compared to what Google has.
Want to freak yourself out?
Im gonna show just how much of your information the likes of Facebook and Google store about
you without you even realising it, Curran wrote before giving a breakdown of all the
information insidiously gleaned by these information giants.
Google knows where youve been Google stores your location (if you have location
tracking turned on) every time you turn on your phone.
You can see a timeline of where youve been from the very first day you started using
Google on your phone.
Click on this link to see your own data: google.com/maps/timeline?
Here is every place I have been in the last 12 months in Ireland.
You can see the time of day that I was in the location and how long it took me to get
to that location from my previous one.
Google knows everything youve ever searched and deleted
Google stores search history across all your devices.
That can mean that, even if you delete your search history and phone history on one device,
it may still have data saved from other devices.
Google has an advertisement profile of you Google creates an advertisement profile based
on your information, including your location, gender, age, hobbies, career, interests, relationship
status, possible weight (need to lose 10lb in one day?) and income.
Google knows all the apps you use Google stores information on every app and
extension you use.
They know how often you use them, where you use them, and who you use them to interact
with.
That means they know who you talk to on Facebook, what countries are you speaking with, what
time you go to sleep.
Google has all of your YouTube history Google stores all of your YouTube history,
so they probably know whether youre going to be a parent soon, if youre a conservative,
if youre a progressive, if youre Jewish, Christian, or Muslim, if youre feeling
depressed or suicidal, if youre anorexic
The data Google has on you can fill millions of Word documents
Google offers an option to download all of the data it stores about you.
Ive requested to download it and the file is 5.5GB big, which is roughly 3m Word documents.
Manage to gain access to someones Google account?
Perfect, you have a diary of everything that person has done
This link includes your bookmarks, emails, contacts, your Google Drive files, all of
the above information, your YouTube videos, the photos youve taken on your phone, the
businesses youve bought from, the products youve bought through Google
They also have data from your calendar, your Google hangout sessions, your location history,
the music you listen to, the Google books youve purchased, the Google groups youre
in, the websites youve created, the phones youve owned, the pages youve shared,
how many steps you walk in a day
Curran then goes on to list all the Facebook data before focusing back in on Google.
Here are some of the different ways Google gets your data
I got the Google Takeout document with all my information, and this is a breakdown of
all the different ways they get your information.
According to the file, Google knows every image youve ever downloaded and where you
accessed them.
They also know what events youve attended and wheneven when you dont enter them
in your own calendar.
Whats more, even if youve deleted all this information, Google still has it!
This is my Google Drive, which includes files I explicitly deleted including my rsum,
my monthly budget, and all the code, files and websites Ive ever made, and even my
PGP private key, which I deleted, that I use to encrypt emails, explains Curran.
Google even knows your workout routine as the fit app maintains records of all of it.
They also maintain all of your photos, even deleted ones.
This is all the photos ever taken with my phone, broken down by year, and includes
metadata of when and where I took the photos, said Curran.
But thats not all.
They also have every email youve ever sent and received, including deleted ones and spam.
The have a record of every single website youve ever visited, every search youve
ever done, every app youve ever used, and every news article youve ever read.
As Curran notes:
This information has millions of nefarious uses.
You say youre not a terrorist.
Then how come you were googling Isis?
Work at Google and youre suspicious of your wife?
Perfect, just look up her location and search history for the last 10 years.
Manage to gain access to someones Google account?
Perfect, you have a chronological diary of everything that person has done for the last
10 years.
This is one of the craziest things about the modern age.
We would never let the government or a corporation put cameras/microphones in our homes or location
trackers on us.
But we just went ahead and did it ourselves because to hell with it!
I want to watch cute dog videos.
If we continue to be okay with unknown corporate entities watching our every move, collecting
every bit of our personal information, and using all of it against us, the words freedom
and privacy will become but a fleeting memory.
While you may think you have nothing to hide if youve done nothing wrong, its only
a matter of time before someone deems your completely legal behavior a threatand uses
this massive spy tool to stop that threat.
Now for the solution.
Stop giving Google all these permissions, go through your devices permissions and
disable everything that may let Google collect your information.
Stop using letting Google record you by disabling the voice recognition.
Use browsers like Firefox or TOR that dont spy on you.
Use search engines like DuckDuckgo.com.
Use VPNs and quit paying for internet services that allow third-parties to collect your information.
Unless we reclaim our privacy now, we will be responsible for the insane information
dystopia that we create.

Selena 😬 Gomez Will Come Back to Me! It's God's Plan!🍎Justin Bieber - Duration: 3:50.
While some believe that The Weeknd used Selena Gomez to boost his fame, the relationship
between Selena and Justin Bieber has a lot more critics -- and a lot more fans.
Justin has apparently bared his soul and, it is reported, believes that the two of them
are literally destined to be together.
But what does Selena want?
HollywoodLife reports that Justin Bieber is giving Selena space and letting her decide
if and when they might get back together.
"Justin is leaving everything up to Selena when it comes to their next move -- if there
is one."
That's usually how breaks work. It takes one to break up, but it takes two to reconcile.
"He's laid his cards out on the table and made it clear what he wants, and what he thinks."
Since Justin's already poured out his heart, the ball's in her court.
"So now it's up to Selena to decide."
The source goes on to extoll the virtues and maturity of Justin in this time of uncertainty.
"Justin is actually being super cool about the situation."
When a source close to a celebrity says something that optimistic and complimentary, many take
it with a grain of salt.
Continuing, the source says that Justin is stepping back to give her the breathing room
required to make a decision without pressure.
"And he's giving Selena all the time and space she needs"
That's good. Never be pushy over something this delicate, folks.
Even while giving her space, the Biebs has reportedly made his own intentions transparent.
"He's made it clear that he's not going anywhere, and that he will always be here
for her."
So apparently Justin's reported dalliance with Baskin Champion is just, what? A way
to pass the time?
We hope that she knows that.
But Justin believes that getting back with Selena (again) is inevitable.
"In his heart of hearts, Justin knows that Selena will come back to him, it's just
a case of when."
"But, they're destined to be together, that's one thing Justin really is certain of in life."
Ah yes. Famously, life's only real certainties are death, taxes, and Jelena.
But what does Selena Gomez want?
We're talking about an accomplished actress, a social media master, and one of the most
talented singers on the planet.
Also, she's a person. You don't have to be the singer of "Naturally" or "Kill 'Em With
Kindness" to deserve autonomy and self-determination.
Recently, she's been spending time with friends and with people from her church -- Hillsong Church,
the same global megachurch to which the Biebs belongs.
Will absense make the heart grow fonder?
Or was this most recent Jelena reunion a reminder of why they'd broken up in the first place?
Justin may believe that God blesses his relationship with Selena , but it's not clear that she
feels that way any longer.
It's possible to be devoutly religious without believing that your romantic life is divinely
ordained.
But we have to wonder how Justin will respond if, in a few months or a few years, Selena
still hasn't come crawling back for his once-hot bod .
Maybe he'll accept it and move on. He's shown signs of maturity in recent months.
Or maybe Justin will be the one thing that Selena just can't quit. We'll all find out.

Congress DROPS NUKE On Barack Hussein Obama – IT'S HAPPENING - Duration: 19:30.
Congress DROPS NUKE On Barack Hussein Obama – IT'S HAPPENING
Barack Obama just got some very bad news this week when it was revealed that Congress has
figured out that his White House "was leading" an investigation on Donald Trump's campaign.
The Gateway Pundit reported that on Thursday night, Freedom Caucus Chair Rep. Mark Meadows
(R-NC) and Freedom Caucus member Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) appeared on Laura Ingraham's
Fox News show to talk about Attorney General Jeff Sessions' shocking choice to deny a
request to appoint a second special counsel.
Meadows explained that the Obama administration lead the efforts to spy on Trump's campaign.
"When you look at the facts, the facts speak for themselves," Meadows said.
"When we look at is it a material fact that Peter Strzok had a relationship with a FISA
judge and they concealed it.
The answer is yes.
We now know that the investigation into Donald Trump started late July (2016).
Within 7 days there was a meeting within the Department of Justice where they said the
White House is leading this…"
Ingraham interjected, "I think people missed this.
That the White House was leading…"
"Well that was in that meeting," Meadows continued.
"We've got text messages that would suggest that.
And then within seven days of that we got a meeting in the White House with the Chief
of Staff of President Obama saying — we can't draw a conclusion — but we can certainly
look at the facts and the facts do speak to further investigation."
"So the Obama DOJ can open a legally questionable investigation into the Trump campaign—allegedly
based on a campaign volunteer mouthing off at a London bar—but this DOJ can't appoint
a second special counsel after all the troubling documents we've seen?
Disappointing," Meadows added on Twitter.
What do you think about this?

If Jason Chaffetz is Right, Jeff Sessions Will be Terminated ASAP - Duration: 12:47.
If Jason Chaffetz is Right, Jeff Sessions Will be Terminated ASAP
This past Saturday night brought a hurricane of new data about Attorney General Jeff Sessions,
and if this data stands to be valid, he ought to be booted from his position instantly.
Jason Chaffetz showed up on Judge Jeanine Pirro's show, and he had a considerable
measure to say in regards to the lawyer general.
Their discussion went as takes after:
Judge Janine:"I need to know a certain something and I need to know this for my group of onlookers
– for the Jeanine gathering of people – I'll call them the Jeanine crowd, alright?
I'm a prosecutor.
I was a judge.
I did this for a long time.
I know how to assemble a case and all that stuff.
Barack Obama and his organization did things that on the off chance that we did we'd
all be in prison at this moment.
Presently the Republicans are in power and I am not recommending that the Party has anything
to do with it, yet when we see glaring check of equity like we have found in the Obama
Administration – illustration, when you have Eric Holder submitting prevarication
and being held in disdain.
You were Head of Government Oversight and Reform, adjust?
You all held him in disdain, yes or no?"
Chaffetz:
"Truly, Yes."
Judge Janine:
"Alright, why is he not being accused of a wrongdoing?"
Chaffetz:
"I can reveal to you that while I was in Congress and the Chairman of the Oversight
Committee, I went over and visit with Attorney General Sessions and it was a standout amongst
the most disappointing dialogs I had in light of the fact that whether it was the IRS, Fast
and Furious, the email outrage that we experienced, I didn't see the Attorney General willing
to simply give Lady Justice a chance to oversee equity and afterward complete.
I saw possibly the most recent a half year of the Obama Administration…
"
Judge Janine:"Hold up a moment I don't have that much time.
You talked with Sessions on IRS, Fast and Furious.
Did he give you a reason?
Did he say he was introducing anything to a great jury?
Indeed or no?"
Chaffetz:"No, he essentially let me know he wouldn't seek after anything on the significant
cases."
Judge Janine:"So IRS, on the significant cases?
Are we discussing Hillary Clinton, since I haven't gotten to her yet."
Chaffetz:"Truly, the email embarrassment of Hillary Clinton.
We had Bryan Pagliano.
I issued a subpoena for him to show up before the Committee and he said "No".
He didn't appear.
We issued another subpoena.
The US Marshals served it.
Also, you know in my reality, in case you're in court, I promise you that a subpoena isn't
a discretionary action.
We needed the Attorney General to indict him and he said 'No.'"
On the off chance that what Chaffetz says stands to be valid, Jeff Sessions ought to
be expelled from his position IMMEDIATELY.
This would imply that he is endeavoring to square President Trump from expelling the
filth out
of Washington.

Boosted Commute in Boston | Is a Boosted Board Worth It? - Duration: 5:06.
It's here.
It's here, it's here!
So I am still somewhat terrified of this thing, but last week I ordered
the second generation Boosted Board.
I've wanted one of these things since I saw them in various YouTube videos of
people way cooler than me who could actually justify buying one.
So for like, 2 years now.
And you know how those f*ckers finally got me?
A 20% off sale.
Considering the thing is normally like $1400 though, 20% off is a pretty considerable discount.
But my primary reason for finally getting one was for going to work.
When it's nice out and I feel up to it, I will sometimes ride to work
on my tiny Penny Board, which I love, but it's pretty slow; it takes me about
25 minutes to get to work, and since I can only ride goofy, with my right foot on the board,
it was kind of f*cking up my back.
Plus showing up sweaty to work isn't a great look.
On my first day, I skated there and ended up having to
Photoshop pit stains out of my company photo.
And yes, I am dabbing in that picture.
Today is March 1st, and normally I would reload my monthly T pass.
The T in Boston is actually pretty decent in my opinion, but it costs $84 for a monthly pass.
But I want to try to go this month without one and use the Boosted Board to get to work instead.
But I need to learn how to ride it so I don't fall on my ass.
It's not bad, but I think right now my biggest issue is turning
The board is so much bigger than I'm used to, but I don't realize how much weight you have to put into a turn.
Honestly after actually riding it, I don't know if I'm more or less scared of this thing.
I know I'm probably stating the obvious when I say it is fun as fuck to ride,
but it is obviously also very dangerous.
I make sure to totally stay in bike lanes,
I always wear my helmet,
and I try to stay aware of what I am riding over;
for example Boston has a lot of brick streets in some places, which obviously
is not the best thing to ride on on a skateboard.
So, is it really worth it?
Well, if I really want to do the math,
since a T pass is $84 a month, and the board cost me $1,200 with my discount,
then I would need to forego a T pass for a total of
14 months for it to technically pay itself back.
Now I can't get away with that all the time since I won't really be able to ride it in winter,
but eventually it would pay for itself if I used it for almost two years in a row to get to work.
...But I don't think it'll be that hard.
Ultimately, being 'worth it' is kind of subjective, but I've been riding it now
for exactly a month, and I kind of f*ckin love it.

I'm Pregnant and Constipated | Will it Affect My Baby if I Strain During a Bowel Movement - Duration: 4:20.
you mentioned that you're pregnant and constipated and wondering if it's going
to hurt the baby if you strain to have a bowel movement and this is actually a
really common question that a lot of pregnant women have all that increased
abdominal pressure can be a little bit scary you want to make sure you don't
push anything out but there are a couple of things that are important to know
number one is that constipation can be a normal part of pregnancy the bowel is
just kind of slowed down and so if you're having issues with this you
should do whatever you can to remedy the situation drink more water eat
high-fiber foods and talk with your doctor about a stool softener and if all
of that isn't enough that they can give you additional advice on what you can do
in order to help with the constipation ultimately though as long as you're not
in labor or anything just straining while having a bowel movement should not
hurt your baby or you and so that's important to understand but also
recognize that an increase in pressure like sometimes it feels like you have to
have a bowel movement can be associated with contractions and if you're preterm
or less than 37 weeks and you're having lower abdominal cramping or lower back
ache abdominal tightening or this pressure sensation you should talk with
your doctor about it and then they'll ask you more specific questions about it
and be able to determine if they need to check you out for preterm labor issues
another thing to consider is that if you are contracting and you feel like you're
in labor let's say your full-term you're 38 39 weeks your home contracting every
10 ish minutes or so it's not quite time to go to the hospital if everything else
is looking good but you're just trying to buy some time at home the last thing
you want to do is go on the toilet and strain time with bowel movement because
if you have that sensation to push while you're in labor then it might be a
little bit concerning because you might get go from zero to 60 really fast and
occasionally there are people who deliver babies in the toilet on labor
and delivery I would frequently tell my patients that they were able to go have
a bowel movement if they needed to but it needed to be something that can
happen quick and easily because it's not something that you should strain over
when you're in labor because again it's probably not the need to have a bowel
movement it may be the baby's head putting pressure on the rectum giving
the sensation that you need to have a bowel movement so those are just a few
things to keep in mind and if you have any questions or concerns
about it talk with your OB provider and they'll be able to give you tailored
information and advice about it if you have more questions in the future for me

⚜ | Is it Me 109 or Bf 109 ? - The Definite Answer! - Duration: 6:36.
The German 109 is one of the best known Warbirds from World War two as a staple of the Luftwaffe it remained in service
Right up until the last days of the war now one of the questions
I often run into has to do with this aircraft nomenclature
Which some people debate very passionately some call this aircraft the Me-109
Others, the Bf-109. I've seen these discussions even in my own comment sections
Which is why I make this video to answer once and for all the question is it me-109 or BF 109
Before we do that however
Why don't we started off with a quick experiment below this video?
You'll find a pinned comment asking this very question before you listen to my answer
it would be great if you guys could make a reply there saying remember you think it's me-109 or BF 109 and
Optionally, what country you are from?
This is for science only and it might give us some cool answers
I'll explain why later also because YouTube once again decided to prevent you from getting
Notifications of new uploads make sure to hit the bell icon next to the subscribe button
This way you won't miss another of my videos when it is uploaded right. Let's jump into this with a quick refresher
Did you notice how this discussion is seemingly only ever held on the 109 and sometimes the 110?
But never on planes like the Me 410 or the me-262. Well, here's why.
Me stands for Messerschmitt Bf stands for by Bayerische Flugzeugwerke. Both companies histories are intertwined during the interwar years
But we won't go into all the political and economic reasons for this here. Simplified, It's enough for you to know that in
1927 the Bayerische Flugzeugwerke and the Messerschmidt Flugzeugbau GmBH fused through a cooperative
Merger. Planes designed throughout this partnership held the designation BF a perfect example would be the Bf 108 in
1938 the Bayerische Flugzeugwerke became the Messerschmitt A.G> and Willy Messerschmitt became managing director the
Designation changed from BF to Me however by this point the BF 109 and BF 110 were already designed and in production
the aforementioned Me 410 and
Me-262 were not, so this obviously now sounds like BF 109 is the correct term to use
Inded a lot of the official material of the time backs up this claim for example manuals of the time all feature bf
prominently on the cover take this bf109 be manual from
1938 or this bf 109 D manual from 1940 this B of 109 f2 and f4 manual from 1941 or
even this bf 109 g5 and g6 manual from 1943
so even though these manuals were printed after the Bayerische Flugzeugwerke became the Messerschmidt A.G. the abbreviation Me
Seems not to apply to the 109 a plane that was designed before the designation change is the definite answer then Bf 109
No, it is not. The designation me-109 can also be found in official documents for example in this manual referring
To 109 with the daimler-benz 601 engine also take a look at this high-speed test result of the 109 on the top
Right we can see the Year
1943 and a number of the tests 109 o 5 e
43
remember this number
we also see that it is written by the
Messerschmitt AG and this document comes out in the same year as the manual of the g5 and g6 that I showed earlier
Which called it the Bf 109
however in this document in the title we see
me-109 and in a text we find multiple references to an me-109 we also
Find a simple abbreviation 109
But I'll get into this in just a second browsing through this document at the end we see something very interesting
the designation BF 109 check the test result number 109 o 5 e
43 proving that this is the same document that earlier called his aircraft the me-109 and
Both me-109 and BF 109 is written
Not just on one page
But on multiple and again this whole document was written by the Messerschmitt our gear this means that the same document uses me-109
P of 109 and even just 109 as a designation to the same aircraft
So neither me-109 nor BF 109 is incorrect
However since BF 109 is the original designation it is *perhaps* a little bit more correct than me-109
But as we have seen from the Germans at the time didn't really care us of the designation me-109 and B of 109 are correct
The Germans used both throughout the war if you actually read documents off the time
You'll see that the Germans were very
flexible on this point in the lingo of the time the Bf 109 could also be a 109 a Hundertneun, or a
109 or just mine a Messerschmitt my Messerschmitt when the pilot talks about his kite if
You listen to German aces or engineers of the time read through their memoirs
Official reports and documentation you'll also find both me-109 and BF 109
Referenced the same goes for official documents as I have shown regardless of what terminology
You used everyone knew what plane you were talking about
It's kind of like referring to water as h2o a chemist will still understand you when you say water
And you'll understand the chemist when he says h2o the analogy is not perfect
But you get what I mean and thus the greatest
nomenclature debate on German aircraft of world war 2 is in fact a non debate the thing to remember is that books tend to
standardize on a single designation to prevent possible confusion in the reader a single book or document usually either
Uses me-109 or bf109 but not both this means that this discussion might originate out of the different
Standardizations the post-war literature followed in different countries and therefore finds itself perpetuated nowadays
This is why I previously asked you to tell me whether you think it's me-109
or bf-109 and to give me your country before I gave my answer to see if
Geographical differences exist and maybe some of you noticed that it was a trick question
but if you didn't don't worry this was for science only I'll see if I can post some of these results on social media and
The community tab in the coming days keep an eye out for those now if you enjoyed this video

IT'S ALL OVER Special Counsel Robert Mueller Is Done - Duration: 13:40.
IT'S ALL OVER: Special Counsel Robert Mueller Is Done
White House Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation just suffered a huge setback
that it may not recover from.
Supporters of former national security adviser Michael Flynn are saying that he may withdraw
his guilty plea in Mueller's probe as the new judge in the case makes some suspicious
moves amid speculation over whether the special counsel "withheld" evidence.
Flynn's siblings, who vocally support their brother on social media, seem to be advocating
that he withdraw his plea.
"Say it very loud….!"
Joseph J. Flynn, who helped set up a legal defense fund for Trump's former national
security advisor, tweeted in response to an activist calling on Flynn to withdraw the
plea.
Fox News reported that two of Flynn's other siblings, Barbara Redgate and Jack Flynn,
retweeted the same message from another activist that read: "Mueller suppressed evidence
from the General Flynn case.
His plea must be withdrawn and all charges dropped."
This comes as reports are coming in that then-FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers last year
that agents did not think Flynn intentionally lied to the FBI.
Despite this, Flynn pleaded guilty two months ago to one count of making false statements
to the FBI about his conversations with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the transition.
Flynn ended up losing his White House job over this controversy when he was accused
of misleading Vice President Mike Pence and other administration officials.
Just days after Flynn plead guilty, U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras recused himself and
was replaced by Judge Emmet Sullivan, who has a reputation for punishing Department
of Justice overreach, including during the case against the late Alaska Republican Sen.
Ted Stevens.
Sullivan immediately raised eyebrows when he ordered prosecutors to give Flynn's lawyers
"any evidence in its possession that is favorable" to Flynn.
Mueller's team has since postponed Flynn's sentencing, and last week, the team filed
a protective order "governing the production of discovery," which indicates they won't
fight the order to hand over documents.
Former federal prosecutors responded to this move by saying there could be bombshells in
the material.
"Typically, exculpatory information is not required to be turned over when a plea has
been done, but I think this judge is particularly sensitive to those issues, given some of his
history and cases he's had," said John Lauro, a former federal prosecutor in New
York and defense attorney who specializes in white-collar criminal defense.

Is There Less Oxygen in the Winter Since It's Colder? - Duration: 2:59.
[♪ INTRO]
Back in elementary school, we all learned that trees are awesome.
And not only because of climbing and tree forts, but because they make the oxygen you breathe.
Your cells need oxygen to convert food into usable energy, so you'd die without it.
And you probably also learned that trees and other plants make oxygen
using a little chemical reaction called photosynthesis.
Using light energy from the Sun, they can combine carbon dioxide and water
to make sugar and oxygen, with a little leftover water.
But if you take that train of thought one step further: during winter, when it gets
colder and darker and those trees drop their leaves, there's less photosynthesis.
So is there less oxygen too?
The answer is actually yes!
But only a tiny bit less.
First off, you can breathe easy, the Earth has plenty of oxygen,
and the amount in our atmosphere is pretty stable.
By volume, about 21% of the air we breathe is O2
and almost all of this oxygen is from photosynthesis.
But trees and other plants that grow on land aren't the only source of it.
About half or more of the oxygen in our atmosphere comes from a bunch of microorganisms
in the ocean called phytoplankton, which photosynthesize too.
Although the oxygen they make gets dissolved in water first,
instead of going straight into the air.
In fact, the most abundant photosynthesizer on Earth
could be a marine cyanobacteria called Prochlorococcus.
Photosynthesis in the ocean also varies seasonally.
At higher latitudes in the summer, the Sun is higher in the sky
and sunlight penetrates deeper into the ocean.
So phytoplankton get more light, photosynthesize more, and make more oxygen.
Warmer water also holds fewer dissolved gas molecules.
Because warmer molecules are wriggling around with more energy,
oxygen can break away more easily and escape into the atmosphere.
Now, it wasn't until the 1990s that scientists started regularly measuring
how much O2 changes seasonally.
At a few different stations around the globe, they collect air samples in flasks
and compare them to standardized reference samples.
What they actually measure is changes in the ratio of O2 to N2,
because nitrogen gas levels stay pretty constant.
And they've found that O2 decreases by about 24 parts per million by volume
during the winter in the Northern Hemisphere.
Since the atmosphere is about 210,000 parts per million of oxygen,
that change isn't very much, only about 0.01%.
Now, there is a little bit less seasonal variation in oxygen in the Southern Hemisphere.
More of the Earth's land masses are in the Northern Hemisphere,
and all of those land plants release oxygen directly into the air.
That means there's a slightly bigger change in winter
when they're not photosynthesizing as much.
But, all in all, you can thank the plants and phytoplankton for keeping you alive.
And even during the winter, there's still plenty of O2 for you.

What is VACnet and how does it work for CS:GO? - Duration: 4:15.
VACnet was explained by John McDonald who works at Valve, and he also talked about deep learning.
In this video I'll explain VACnet and how it works for CS:GO.
Hey guys, salut mes amis och hallå gubbar, Maxim here.
So this very interesting conference session on GDC by John McDonald explained how Valve
uses deep learning methods to combat cheaters in CS:GO.
What they did was create the project known as VACnet.
VACnet to begin with, is not something new, it's been in the game for about a year now.
It's also not an upgraded version of Valve's Anti Cheat known as VAC, it's basically an
additional system that can be used for other games as well.
So what is VACnet?
In short, VACnet works together with Overwatch to bust cheaters, by using deep-learning.
What it does is that it analyzes players, and if it thinks that someone is cheating
it sends them to Overwatch.
VACnet learns to spot cheaters based on our own judgement skills of who we think is cheating
or not.
Each time we decide to convict a player for being a cheater or not, VACnet will receive
the data, learn from it, and evolve.
In the end, the system will become powerful enough to know for sure who's cheating or not.
But, we are still in charge of convicting players through Overwatch.
This means that even if VACnet is 99% sure that someone is cheating, we are still the judges.
The most interesting fact for me was, according to Valve, when a human sends people to Overwatch,
only 15-30% of them get banned, but when VACnet sends people to Overwatch, 80-95% are banned.
Probably because we love to report players that are simply better than us.
Either way, VACnet is very effective, and it will only
get better and better since they're looping the entire process.
VACnet collects the data, gets better and better from Overwatch, it monitors the matches
played on Matchmaking or Wingman, it submits cases to us, we Humans determine guilt, and
then it repeats the same process over and over again.
So right now, to fight cheaters we need to do as much Overwatch cases we can, to remove
as much cheaters as possible.
Speaking of cheaters, VACnet is currently focused on one type of cheat, aimbot.
With aimbot they can capture lots of information from each shot.
For example, what weapon is being used, what was the result, how far was the target, the
viewangle pitch and yaw, etc etc.
All this becomes a data package which they call "atoms".
But in order for VACnet to work, it needs more than one atom, and right now the system
is set to 140 atoms, or 140 shots.
When this data is captured the system knows when to send someone to Overwatch.
Now you might be wondering, for a system like that to check every shot from every player
in every match, they probably need, like, lots of servers to handle all the work, right?
Well that is very true, since CS:GO has about 600.000 matches a day, they need around 1700
CPU's working non-stop, just for VACnet to work.
I like this bit of information because it puts some perspective into how much people
are actually playing matchmaking.
And it also shows that they do care about cheaters ruining the game.
So the future of VACnet is basically to expand it so it catches other types of cheats, and
release it for other games and services.
I think the idea of VACnet is pretty cool, and it's clever by Valve because they're not
the ones handing out the game bans, we are.
But maybe in the future, the system will be so smart that, we won't need to.
I'll link the full video so you can watch the conference session down below.
What's your thoughts on this?
Oh and remember to do some Overwatch cases.
That's it for this video, hope you enjoyed it, I'll see you guys in the next one, and
go bananas!

George Soros BUSTED in Sick Plot to BUY Congress! Trump is Finally PUTTING HIM IN….
Joined We Dream is an association that has numerous silly objectives, including keeping
the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program alive.
As indicated by Breitbart, for reasons unknown United We Dream is supported by social equity
gatherings, for example, Soros' Open Society Foundation.
The establishment channels cash to expert migration bunches so that considerably more
illegals can be brought over our fringes.
DACA is a program that keeps unlawful tyke migrants from being influenced by government
migration law.
It likewise gives them broadened rights that they shouldn't have.
Lawyer commanders from 10 states have undermined an aggregate claim if the president keeps
utilizing the DACA program.
Obviously, this program isn't something that Trump needs any piece of, mainly in light
of the fact that it harms American residents.
Soros and his rich mates are attempting to campaign Congress to keep DACA in play, in
spite of dangers of a claim.
It is upsetting that we are living in a period where cash impacts whether charges remain
set up or not.
This is an endeavor to get more individuals into the nation who will agree with the Democrats.
Individuals like Soros would have LOVED if Hillary Clinton had won the decision.
His objective is by all accounts helping future Democrats so they have more individuals to
work with when decision time moves around.
It beyond any doubt is clever that they will let illegals vote with the goal that Democrats
and progressives can win a race.
President Trump wouldn't let any of this fly.
Trump has let us know from the very beginning that illicit foreigners are causing a BIG
issue in our nation.
In the event that we need to progress and wind up plainly incredible once more, we have
to expel the general population that are mooching off of our framework.
How is it conceivable that the Left is so oblivious to the risks of illicit movement
they straightforwardly bolster programs that make unlawful workers insusceptible to our
Federal law?
It is preposterous, without a doubt.
We have to stand up adjacent to our leader and let Soros, Congress, the greater part
of the benefactors of DACA, and every other person realize that we are not going to sit
by and watch our assets go away as a result of individuals coming here wrongfully.
There is a procedure that would get them into this nation without infringing
upon
the law.
