I was depressed...okay?Depressed,i mean i wasn't too depressed
But I was and right now i'm still depressed,it's so f***ing sad...Okay?
But...Is there a trend i can be a part of?I don't know,but this one not.

I wanted to be a part of this trend so bad,I am not that type of person that follows trends

What Goes Into the Filming of Reiki Videos? - Duration: 5:23.
Hi everyone its Lourdes. Wanted to take a few moments to talk about my filming
of videos since I get questions on it. I film in my dining room.In fact the
dining room gets torn apart when we film. The green-screen gets put up behind me.
The dining room table gets cleared. There's lights all over the place. It's
amazing(the transformation). In fact the filming goes beyond the dining room into the office. The
office is opened up so that we can put the camera back so we can film this. I love
to show my backgrounds love flowers and as many of you may have noticed roses
are predominant. If I could have my whole house filled with Roses,
morning, noon and night, I would. In fact outside we keep buying rose bushes but much to
my father's chagrin (he wants squash instead : ) there's lots of rose bushes. So my backgrounds are mostly rose
bushes (bouquets) with of course other bouquets I picked up and flowers from the other locations.
I love going out in nature and taking pictures. Nature just fills me with such
joy and I'm hoping the pictures do to. I've been asked you know how do I pick
my pictures well if I go with whatever picture feels right. I will go start
editing a video pick a picture and I go no, the energy is just not right for that
video. I'll change it and I can go for this I've done it like ten or five ten
or fifteen times for one video. so where it's one person it may take maybe half
an hour to edit video it could take me an hour because I'm not happy unless I
get the right picture for the video. Crystals are another thing. People ask me
how do I choose the crystals. Well it's not how do I choose the crystals, is just
crystals choose me. I always leave it up to the ones I find. I go around the house
and I go alright which crystals want to help me and want to help with the energy
of the videos. These were the ones today. It was so funny because this is a lot of
Selenite. It's Peach Selenite here, regular Selenite and
then this beautiful cluster with an Amethyst in it. This is one of my
favorite things from a gem show. And I got this from Derek and Diana from, oh,
Now and Then. They're just amazing people and have great energy and I got that from
them. But the crystals, it was so funny today they're peach. I was not going to be
wearing orange today. And I was going, oh, these are going to clash, but these are the ones
that wanted to come so these were the ones that are out here. During the
filming of videos I freeze.I don't care if it's summer I will freeze. I know that
at times I film videos with Tara and she's sweating up a storm
and I'm frozen. I could shut off the air conditioner in the summer, doesn't bother me,
the lights bother me. The air changes with the energy that I send out. What's
even worse than its effects my daughter who's filming these videos. She freezes
actually, she falls asleep a lot too and it's because of the energy.She's right
there receiving the energy so, you know she tries to keep track of videos, but
there are times she gets knocked out. And I have my eyes closed so the video may
go on a lot more than I realized. And then I have to edit it to make sure it works
within a certain time frame . I I get hungry during videos because there's so
much energy flowing. As soon as the videos are done we shut off the lights,
popcorn gets made. Popcorn seems to ground me and I need it because when I'm
filming videos what you may not realize is that sometimes I forget things.Okay I
forget a lot. I'll forget my name. I'll forget the name of the video. I'll forget
what I was doing and it's really challenging at times, because I'll just
sit here and just look at the camera and Rachel will have to prompt me so I can
remember what I was supposed to do. And it's interesting because it's not always,
but depending on you know when the moon is out what
astrological, what astrological, astrological changes are happening you
will find that it can be either worse or better. Today I only forgot or
two titles which is pretty good for me. So I keep a list and then I keep
checking things off. Occasionally when I'm doing lists I'll be like, inspiration
will hit. The universe will (snapping of hands) all of a sudden I get that lightning bolt. Oh I should be
making a video for this. And it's something that either, it's so funny that
Rachael may have heard about prior during the week, or somebody else I know and
all of a sudden it clicks. And that's the video that gets made usually the
universe tries to gives me hints during the whole week which makes my life a lot
easier, but there are times that it just happens for you very quickly, Thank you
