Dynamic Exits in Studio - Google Web Designer - Duration: 4:56.

KENT: My name is Kent. I'm the creative specialist on the Google Web Designer team

and I'd like to review dynamic exits in Studio

A dynamic exit refers to the URL loaded when a dynamic ad is clicked on

It's usually related to the product being shown

and that URL comes from your data feed

This video describes the workflow for setting up dynamic exits in Studio

Now the simplest case is an ad

which doesn't use a gallery or carousel component

Here's an example from another one of my videos titled

Dynamic in Studio - Google Web Designer

You'll see my creative contains only placeholder content

But when I preview it in Studio

you'll see it loading data from my feed

Refresh it

Now we're seeing product number 0

Look at my feed for product 0

we're seeing this name, this image

and here is the URL for my exit for this product

Now when I set up this ad, I used the simple static exit

So when I click anywhere on the ad

it'll load a static URL like a landing page

What we want to have happen is this to exit to the URL associated for that product

Let me show you how to do that in Google Web Designer

First thing we'll do is select the current event and delete it

Then we're going to look over in our components panel

and open up Interaction and grab a taparea

Then with the Transform control selected

I'm going to stretch this out to cover the ad

And in my Dynamic panel I'm going to click the plus icon to make a new binding

We'll select that tap area

We're going to look for Exit override URL

And we're going to drill into our feed

the first item, exit URL, and get the URL

Click OK and we'll publish this

Now when that's done we'll switch over to Studio

We'll reload our creative

I'm going to click on the ad

Now I'll see we're getting product one

Just to make sure this is really working

let's reload it and get another image

Here's number five

Let's click on that

Here's product five so that's good

Now next thing you might want to do

is combine static and dynamic exits in a single ad

so you might want to have a logo up here

which goes to a home page

and maybe some disclaimer text down here which goes to a legal page

So let's see how we can do that

Back in Google Web Designer

I'm going to double click this new taparea

and give it a new name exit-default

then I'll copy and paste it

I'm going to call that one exit-product

and this layer is on top

So I'm going to make this just cover the product area

and I'm going to select exit-default and change the exit on that

Now one trick over here in the Dynamic panel

I can choose Selection and now I would just see the binding on that selection

I'm going to select it and delete it

With it still selected I'm going to move to the Events panel

click the plus icon and add a new event

Google ad, exit ad, gwd-ad

I'm going to put an arbitrary ID in here

and I'm going to put a full URL to my landing page

OK and we're going to publish again

Now when that's done, we'll switch back to Studio

and reload the page

Now when I click in the corners

I'm getting my static URL

And when I click on the product I'm getting the correct product

That concludes this demo, dynamic exits in Studio

Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy. In this video, I will talk about. How do I fix google chrome most visited

website thumbnails disappeared? Or you may need to change chrome background, and restore the old chrome

thumbnails back First make sure you are using Chrome 69. To check this, click the Chrome 3 Dot Menu Icon,

then choose Help, Then About Google Chrome. Reload the Page to check for a new Version.

You may try reverting to the old Thumbnails by disabling this two Flags. chrome://flags/#ntp-icons.

This is a major change in the new Design. The same Layout is used on mobile Chrome. In addition, the redesigned NTP Page offers

two new Features. Change background. Click the Wheel Icon on the bottom right, to

Why Should Marketers Use Google Tag Manager? - Duration: 2:51.

Google Tag Manager is a helpful tool if you need to implement Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or other tags.

This video won't make a developer from you but we will explain how it works and how to implement it.

Hi guys, thanks for watching WeSpeakDigital.

I'm Lukas and in this episode I will introduce you Google Tag Manager.

As a digital marketer or PPC specialist you need to interact with developers and IT team

in your or client's company pretty often.

And as they have already a lot on their plates, your tasks are usually not getting enough

priority.

That's why Google Tag Manager can save you lot of time and hassle.

When you will use GTM?

GTM will help you with implementation of all tags you need for marketing: Google Analytics

tag, AdWords conversions and remarketing tag, Facebook pixel and all others.

Basically, every advertising platform you use today will ask you to implement some piece

of code to your website.

And that's where GTM helps!

While before you had to go with every request to your developer, now you need them to implement

Tag Manager with data layers once and you can do the rest by yourself.

How to install it?

1)Create an account, or use an existing account, at tagmanager.google.com.

2) Create a new container for your website or mobile app.

3)Install a container in your content.

Add the container snippet to your site and remove any existing tags.

An account is the topmost level of organization in Tag Manager.

Typically, only one account is needed per company, as all tags for a company's content

can be be managed from this single account.

Then you need to Install the container. For this, go to Google tag Manager and click Workspace.

2) Near the top of the window, you will find your container ID, it looks like "GTM-XXXXXX".

Click that container ID to launch the Install Tag Manager box.

3) Copy and paste the code snippets into your website as instructed, or download and install

the appropriate mobile SDK. You can find link to detailed instruction in description

of this video.

In the end, Verify or troubleshoot your installation with Tag Manager's Preview Mode and the Tag

Assistant Chrome extension.

These 2 tools will show you if you installed GTM properly.

Once you installed GTM, you can start inserting tags, triggers and variables.

From that moment you can add your tags yourself without needing any IT support.

We will list recommended videos from other channels in the description so you can learn

more about how GTM works and how to use it properly.

And of course, if you have any question, send us a comment under the video.

Thanks for watching and see you all very soon.

Activate 2018: Andy Crestodina talks ranking on Google - Duration: 0:23.

Every keyphrase is a different competition, and every page is a

different competitor. If you ever wonder why I don't rank for a phrase, ask

yourself: what is the best page on my site for this keyphrase? Now take a

close look at it ask the follow-up question: why would Google believe this

page to be the best page on the Internet for that topic?

Providing different versions of your site to Google - Duration: 2:27.

Hi, I'm Bruce Clay, and this is the Ask Us Anything series. I have six different

versions of my site and each one is for a different region. The content is pretty

identical throughout all of them with only the language being different. How

can I help Google know which version of my site pertains to which audience? I do

not want my UK audience viewing my USA site. Well, search console allows you to

satisfy most of that. Each of the sites can be specified as being a

different part of the world and therefore Google will identify that. If

the content, though, is substantially the same, you can also use a language tag, it

goes in the head section of your page to specify which is which. By the way, the UK

is not en-UK, it's the en-GB. However, if you have different languages, Google

historically considers them to be different sites. There's no duplicate

content, even if it's a pure translation, you won't have a problem. I would use

Google search console, define the region by URL, and make sure that that's what

happens. The second part of this is a little bit different: You didn't ask, but

you actually need to have links to each of them from within their regions. If

everybody in the world linked to your USA homepage, you'll find your regions

may suffer. So, each region, if it's truly a separate domain, is truly a separate

SEO effort, and therefore links should be local to each local region.

Most search consoles are able to associate which site version should be displayed in which region.

If you have different languages, Google typically sees them as different sites even if it's a direct translation.

The links for each version should be available for each region.
