to be this way divorce is about as common as getting a

financial pressures or the elusive irreconcilable differences broken
marriages and broken homes are way too common and broken homes are turning out
broken kids more than three and 10 kids grow up in broken homes and it's these
kids who account for 70% of those in juvenile detention 63% of teen suicides
71% of teen pregnancies ninety percent of homeless juveniles and runaways 71
percent of high school dropout seventy-five percent of all drug users
and 85 percent of behavioral disorders according to the Richmond Times
newspaper a few years ago and 70% of all long-term prison inmates grow up in
broken homes if Americans don't put some intentionality into our marriages and
into our kids and into our families in general we're going to keep producing
what we have been producing which is quite frankly a mess
according to Esther Perel psychotherapist and best-selling author
of the state of affairs both happy and miserable couples
experienced the same problems it is how each couple comes together and relates
to each other that defines whether the relationship will thrive or end I agree
with Esther I didn't anticipate saying something like that on a video but
everyone has problems every marriage and every family has their share of issues
the difference between flourishing and failing families is investment so if
you're ready to have family success and keep families together we have to invest
in three distinct areas number one invest in effort now that may sound a
little weird but it's so true we must make an effort sometimes it's an effort
of time time is your number one commodity where do you spend it you may
be surprised that families fail because of a lack of time spent in the
relationships there's also the effort of attention it's not just enough to put in
the time we have to give our attention to there are thousands of distractions
even when we give our family our time especially our cell phones put them down
finally there's the effort of intentionality time and attention are
great but without adding specific intentionality they fall short for sure
we have to be more intentional with our time and our attention putting in these
three efforts takes sacrifice and that my friends is why so many families are
failing it's the sacrifice and that's tough it's serious work if it was easy
there wouldn't be so many divorces and broken homes nor would there be all the
crimes and suicides and drug abuse that's out there to be a family success
you not only invest in effort you invest number two in priorities just putting in
the effort is not enough you've got to make your family a priority where do
they fall in the grand scheme of things of your life only you can decide that
but decide you must and that brings us to your message in a tweet if you don't
get anything else get this you can post this on Facebook Instagram or Twitter to
not make your family a priority is to state that they are not your priority to
not make your family a priority is too actually say and make public they are
not your priority and that's kind of brutal I know for me this is my priority
scale number one God number two spouse number three kids and
number four everything else notice that my job and career aren't
mentioned of course my career in my church and my friends are all important
but they fall into the everything else category I'm at liberty to rearrange
those things in almost any order I want once I have the first three in place
because listen if God is number one he'll guide me in number for everything
else and if I Jack that up God will reveal that to me through the power of
the Holy Spirit also notice that my wife is a priority over my kids you may not
agree but it's biblical and if I want to have success and raising my family I
will show my kids that my wife is a priority over them because let's face it
it's not only biblical but one day those kids are going to move out hopefully and
it'll just be me and my wife I've got eighteen to twenty years or so
with my kids and a lifetime with my wife successful families know how to
prioritize and to not make your family a priority is to state that they are not
your priority invest in effort invest in priorities and number three invest in

made public."
Those numbers will need to be changed now and security employed to protect these families.

Do You Have Empty Nest Syndrome? - Duration: 2:28.
Although the term "Empt Nest Syndrome" might not seem real, it is.
It is a term that describes how parents feel after their children grow up and leave the
home.
It only lasts a little while but it is a real thing.
Parents still worry about their grown children and a study shows that they actually lose
sleep worrying so much about them after they are gone and on their own.
A study was done by researchers at Penn State University, Brigham Young, and the University
of Texas at Austin showing that parents go through a trasnitional period where they actually
lose sleep worrying so much after their children leave the home.
During the study conducted by these researchers, they found that it is not just the moms who
worry but their dad's worry about them too and they also lose sleep over worrying about
their adult children being out in the world by themselves.
The study also found that the reason for these parents having "empty nest syndrome" is
because they are way too involved in their children's lives.
However, if you suffer from "empty nest syndrome" do not worry, there is something
you can do to ease the symptoms associated with it.
The good news besides knowing something can be done about this problem, is that you should
also know that it is normal to have these feelings of sadness and worry.
It is normal to miss your kids and worry about them even if they are all grown up and out
on their own.
One thing you can do is realize that having stress because of this is not the problem
but the real problem is not having the ability to cope with that stress.
If you can not deal with it good enough, you can end up with suppressing your immune system
which can lead to illness.
The things that you can do to cope with "empty nest symdrome" include:
● Excersing every day ● Eating a well balanced and nutritional
diet ● Keeping a journal to write down your thoughts
● Take time for yourself every once in a while
● Reduce the consumption of alcohol and caffeine
● Volunteer in your community ● Talk to someone about how you feel
After doing these things, you will be living a healthier life and keeping yourself busy
enough to where you can cope with the problems of "empty nest syndrome."

Where Have I Been? (Channel Update 9/29/28) - Duration: 3:09.
Hello there everybody, this is General Snivy, here to bring you an update video and to answer
the question that has been on everyone's mind; where the hell have I been?
I've made a post on Twitter explaining my absence and what's been going on, but I
wanted to make an update video on this as well, I just didn't get around to doing
so until now.
Over the past 3 weeks, you may have noticed that I wasn't streaming at all and I haven't
done so in a while.
The reason why I haven't been streaming is because my work has been leaving me emotionally
drained over the past month alone due to all the stress of the workplace.
I haven't had the energy nor the drive to stream at all at the end of each work week
and it has gotten so bad that I have been placed on an action plan to try and correct
the major issues that are going on with me.
Needless to say, there was simply too much going on and I was stressing out so much that
it was driving me mad.
While dealing with this stress from work, I've also been doing some soul searching
on myself to see if I was truly happy working for my employer.
In the end, I came to realize that this is just not the job for me and I'm not happy
working for this company.
So, as of September 21st of this year, I have turned in my 2-weeks' notice and my last day
at my job will be October 5th, which is next Friday.
Funny thing is, before I turned in my resignation, I received a letter in the mail from my employer
talking about getting a temporary extension of my health coverage from COBRA, which would
be something I'd have to pay out of pocket for, the night before.
After receiving this letter and showing it to Mom, she knew exactly what this was and
after hearing what she had to say about it, I laughed and I had no regrets turning in
the resignation letter the next day as they were planning on getting rid of me anyway.
Thankfully, I'm not taking any more calls and I'm just doing some simple tasks until
either my time is up or if my boss wants to get rid of me sooner, either one I'd welcome
with open arms.
Once my time with my employer comes to an end, I will be streaming again and I will
see if I can possibly add 1 more day to my streaming schedule so that way I can stream
more often while I'm job searching again and hopefully, the next job I find will be
one that I enjoy.

with full immersion, on her own faith, after she have come to faith in God,
because before it was just tradition, religion, like many people in Europe.
And today she received the Holy Spirit and the new life.
And in Norwegian she will just say: - How is it?
It's so amazing. I got a feeling like I was so innocent.
And I've never felt that before.
And that is what it is.
You are innocent. It's a new life. Sins are washed away.

JUSTICE SERVED! Kavanaugh Vindicated – Dems And Dr.Ford Have Hell To Pay - Duration: 6:43.
After a heated and grueling full day of hearings, Thursday, from both Judge Kavanaugh and his
accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the Senate moved forward in favor of Kavanaugh that advances
him on to the final vote on the Senate floor.
If he gets approval there, from Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer and Republican Senator
Mitch McConnell, Kavanaugh will be confirmed as the next Supreme Court appointment.
The incredible turn of events comes after a decisive vote from Republican Jeff Flake
(Arizona), who made a last minute compromise with Democrats on an FBI investigation.
Flake said that he would vote in favor of Kavanaugh contingent on having an investigation
and a delay on the final vote to complete it.
Democrats believed they came out as the victors over nominee Kavanaugh, from Dr. Ford's
emotional testimony and fragile appearance.
The win for Kavanaugh is also a win for Republicans and Americans, but not for the left who were
desperate to keep him from the Supreme Court, including pulling out this sexual assault
allegation in the 11th hour.
Kavanaugh overcoming this step also sends a message to the left that their continual
tactic of sexual allegations is a transparent character assassination to gain control, since
they seemingly can not on merit and honesty.
Dr. Ford maintained her allegations against Kavanaugh, from 36 years ago, that it was
him who attacked her.
Other than political Democrats who supported her claim, friends, classmates, and associates
of both Ford and Kavanaugh did not corroborate her claim, as well as the subsequent two accusers'
claims.
As if we needed more reasons to doubt that the Democrat Party made up allegations against
Brett Kavanaugh here comes Julie Swetnick along with her lawyer Michael Avenatti, also
know as "The Creepy Porn Lawyer."
Young Conservatives is reporting that Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh was accused on Wednesday
by a third woman of engaging in sexual misconduct at parties while he was a student at Georgetown
Preparatory School during the 1980s.
The allegation came from 55-year-old Julie Swetnick, who like 53-year-old Judge Kavanaugh
grew up in the Washington suburbs.
In a statement posted on Twitter by her lawyer, Ms. Swetnick said she observed the future
Supreme Court nominee at parties where women were verbally abused, inappropriately touched,
made "disoriented" with alcohol or drugs and "gang raped."
She added that she witnessed 17-year-old Judge Kavanaugh participating in some of the misconduct.
Which included lining up outside a bedroom where "numerous boys" were "waiting
for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room."
60 people who grew up with Kavanaugh in that area are refuting the gang-rape claim.
They all signed a letter calling the Swetnick claims "nonsense."
Furthermore, they say they never met her or knew of her and these types of parties did
not go on there.

Say they do not know Swetnick, never met Swetnick, never say parties like this.
"It is reprehensible."
Here is more via The Chicago Tribune: "Swetnick's accusations against Kavanaugh
came a day before the Senate Judiciary Committee will hear from Christine Blasey Ford, the
California professor who said Kavanaugh assaulted her at a party when they were both teenagers.
A second woman, Deborah Ramirez, told the New Yorker magazine that Kavanaugh exposed
himself to her when they were both at Yale.
Kavanaugh has unequivocally denied both charges, as he did in response to Swetnick on Wednesday.
"According to her affidavit, Swetnick met Kavanaugh and his friend and Georgetown Prep
classmate Mark Judge in the early 1980s at house parties.
She alleges that the teens who attended tried getting girls drunk "so they could then
be 'gang-raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of numerous boys," she
wrote.
"I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties
waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room.
These boys included Mark Judge
and
Brett Kavanaugh."

RECENT YEARS, IN THE AFFORDABLE
CARE ACT CASE, FOR EXAMPLE, AND
THAT WAS A MOMENTOUS CASE.
BUT I DO-- I THINK IT'S QUITE
RIGHT THAT WE'RE EVEN MOVING
GRADUALLY IN A DIRECTION OF
BEING ABLE TO PREDICT THE WAYS
IN WHICH THE JUSTICES ON THE
COURT DECIDE CASES.
AND IT'S AN OPEN QUESTION HOW
LONG THE COURT CAN MAINTAIN
WHATEVER VENEER IT HAS LEFT OF
BEING A NONPARTISAN INSTITUTION
OVER TIME.

AN UNSPECIFIED NUMBER OF
DECADES.
THEY MAKE A REAL EFFORT TO GET
ALONG WITH ONE ANOTHER AND TO
RESPECT ONE ANOTHER.
AND TO RESPECT ONE ANOTHER'S
VIEWS.
AND EVEN THOUGH I'M SURE THAT
EACH OF THEM KNOWS THEY VOTE
DIFFERENTLY IN NATIONAL
ELECTIONS, THEY DO NOT CONSIDER
THEMSELVES PARTISANS.
THEY CONSIDER THEMSELVES
JUDICIAL IDEALOGUES.
OR AT LEAST PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE
IN SOME PARTICULAR FRAMEWORK OF
THE LAW, WHICH IS DIFFERENT THAN
BEING A PARTISAN.
AND AS A RESULT, YOU GET SOME
VERY INTERESTING COALITIONS FROM
TIME TO TIME.
THOSE TIMES ARE GETTING RARER.
IT USED TO BE THAT THERE WAS A
MODERATE CENTER OF THE COURT.
THE CENTER MOVED FROM
CENTER-LIBERAL TO
CENTER-CONSERVATIVE, TO QUITE
CONSERVATIVE, TO NOW-- IF
KAVANAUGH OR EVEN ANYBODY ELSE
LIKELY TO BE NAMED BY TRUMP IS
CONFIRMED, IT WILL BE A VERY,
VERY CONSERVATIVE COURT.
BUT THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM BEING
AN ACTIVE PARTISAN, WHICH IS
WHAT KAVANAUGH PORTRAYED HIMSELF
AS IN THAT HEARING THIS WEEK.
