Youtube daily how Jan 30 2017

Hey, it's Joe.

We've been going through a lot of different types of hypothetical deals to give you an

understanding of how to structure zero down deals on properties like this and how to engineer

particular offers on these properties.

Also, help you understand how you can give your sellers different options so that you

can make money a lot of different ways.

The more tools you have in your toolbox the more ways that you can make money.

If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

You only do things one way.

When I start my mentor students, I start them with the for rent method using the lease option

deals.

And that's the one that I just have them focus on right from the beginning so you can make

offers almost immediately.

You don't have to know all these things in order to make offers on properties.

So, you don't have to know everything that I'm teaching you here to be able to go out

and do this.

You can just learn the for rent method, learn one of these structures and start making offers

that way.

Because it's easy to find those types of deals.

You just have to learn how to get good at it.

And as you get better at it, just start thinking about these other structures as well.

You know, the subject to, the multi-mortgage, the land contract, the lease option and the

assignable cash deals.

When you understand those five different structures, you can make an offer on any property out

there, whether it's residential property, whether it's commercial property, whether

it's here in the United States or whether it's outside the United States.

As long as it's in the free world, you can make offers on properties as long as it uses

the deed system that's similar to what was originally created in 14th Century England,

you know, which most of the free world uses still.

Then you'll be able to do deals like this wherever you go.

If you're in places where they don't do lease options or they don't do these things with

the same name, all you have to do is talk to a real estate attorney or solicitor and

find out, you know, how you would do it there.

And it's not that much difficult to do it.

They won't always understand it, so you want to find somebody who understands investment

properties or at least get a good real estate attorney and they can help walk you through

some of those things if you want to do it in a foreign land -- foreign to us, anyway.

So there's a lot of opportunities.

I've got people that've done this in the UK, all over mainland Europe.

I've had people in Australia do this, and of course Canada like crazy.

I've never had anybody do it down in Mexico, although I know it's doable.

I have had people in South America and Central America do it.

Hopefully, one of these days, I want to get somebody from Mexico.

I've had people in Dubai, I've had people in the other Emirates do this as well.

So, it's transferrable wherever you go.

And if you just learn the knowledge you need to do it, you don't have to have cash to do

it.

You could also do it from the United States anywhere else you go.

For example, if I want to go travel in the South of France for a while.

I just wanted to go live in a house out there and hang out and you know, drink some wine

and eat some good food, and then stay there for six months or a year or whatever.

I could go do that, and I could still do deals in the United States just by getting on the

phone.

And we've set up the Automarketer so that it's got a phone system in it so that I could

set up a phone number in let's say Indiana, I want to work in Indiana.

So I set up a phone number with that 317 Area Code that I could get online in, you know,

Provence in France and I could talk through my computer online and I could call a local

Indiana person from a 317 Area Code.

Even though I'm in France it looks, on the Caller ID, that I'm calling from a 317 Area

Code.

So I can be anywhere.

I could be on the moon if I had internet access and be able to use this system.

So it's really amazing what could, what you can do with this, the kind of lifestyle that

you can have with it.

I've got students that do a lot of traveling and are all over the world.

And they just go into the internet cafes and they, you know, do their work for the day

and then they head out.

And they're putting in an hour a day or 15 minutes a day or three hours a day -- doesn't

matter.

And they do some work, and then they go off and they travel and they see the world.

You know, for me, I know that a lot of people are just looking for ways to make a lot of

money, but for me money is less important than my life and then my experiences.

I'd much rather buy experiences than I would buy things.

You know, I've got too much stuff already, you know, so, I don't need more stuff.

I want more experience.

I want to try new things.

I want to live my life.

I want to have the fullest life I can possibly have.

You know, when my kids were growing up, I wanted to be around when they were here, so

I set up my business so that I could be home when they came home.

I could watch them grow up.

I could be at their soccer games, I could be at their dance recitals.

I could be at their music recitals.

I could spend time with them and we could go out and we could have fun and we'd have

time for vacations and I could take it when their schedule permitted -- not when I had

to ask my boss for it -- because I didn't have a boss.

I am unemployable.

There's never a need for me to ever go work for anyone because in a very short period

of time if I lost everything today, I could go out there and use these techniques and

make, you know, five grand, ten grand, pretty quickly.

Just by going out there and doing it and you know, bringing in a couple of, two, three,

four weeks I'd have money in my pocket.

Maybe within hours, using some of these techniques because I've got skill.

If you learn these skills, to be able to get on the phone and put a deal together, you

could probably make that happen very quickly.

And the fact that I've got lists of buyers, I've got lists of sellers, I've got lists

of investors.

I know how to access all these people.

I know how to access them using the Automarketer that I designed to do all this stuff.

I could get on the line and start making money immediately if I ever found myself in a position

of losing everything, God forbid that that happens.

That happened to me once, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

And I think I've protected myself in a way that that won't happen again.

But you never know.

Life takes its turns and you never know what could happen.

So, having that confidence to be able to know that I can go out anytime I want and I could

make a few thousand bucks here or there, doing this, doing that.

Just getting on the phone, and not even having to leave my house.

Just knowing I could do that gives me a wonderful feeling of freedom and lack of anxiety that

makes your life really good.

So, let's go into the next particular deal.

This one is a more expensive property.

This is $1.2 million.

That's what they're asking for it, that's what it's value is.

They say the bought it four years ago for $700K. They fixed it up with $50K plus the

market has gone crazy since then and it's gone up and now they've got this big chunk

of equity in this property.

They've got about $500K in their eyes, the value of the property.

They don't have a mortgage on it.

They paid in cash for it.

So they don't have any principle and interest payment, but they do have taxes that they

have to pay which cost about $2,000 a month for taxes and insurance.

It rents for $5,500 a month.

It's a good rental rate, which, by the way, would be on their cash investment of $750K,

that would be about a 5.6% return on their investment, on their cash on cash investment

which is not a bad investment in today's market and a very safe place.

Plus, you know, their return on investment is actually much higher than that because

they built $500K worth of equity in it, so they already built almost 100% return on their

money already, plus they get another 5% annual return on that money if they want to just

leave it in there.

And, their problem they might have if they sold it right now, they'd have this big capital

gains tax on it because they'd make a big profit on it.

So, what they could do is, they could pull that money out, they could sell it for cash,

let's say the get a realtor, the sell it for cash for $1.2 million.

They could pull all that money out and then they could go buy another property of equal

or greater value using a 1031 Exchange.

Then they would defer those taxes until later.

So they wouldn't have to pay taxes on that.

Or, they could refinance the property and pull the cash out and they could take their

equity out that way.

They could pull out, you know, 80% of their property, get $1 million out.

Now they've turned their [$750K to $1 million] plus they still have $200K worth of equity

on this property that they can rent and have enough income to pay that mortgage, that $1

million mortgage because their payment on that would be closer to $4,500.

So they could do that as well, there's another option for them.

You could then put a lease option tenant in there at $5,500 a month, put $20K, $30K, $50K,

I've seen people get $60K, $70K on properties that are in this price range as lease option

fees.

Or, do it as a land contract you know, as a down payment on a land contract.

So either a lease option or a land contract on a deal like this.

You're not going to sell it for much under market value because they want their full

value for the property, but you could sell it on terms and they'd end up making more

money because of it and they wouldn't have to pay the taxes.

Now, let me, I've just got a few notes that I made on this.

If they refinance for $900K, pulled out cash, the could pull out the cash then have capital

gains -- I already said that.

If you took this money out of this property and they paid off their money and they put

their profit into stocks, or they put their money into stocks, would you be able to make

enough to do that?

Yes, there are some people that are making more than 5% or 6% on stocks, but the higher

the risk, maybe the more you make -- if you know what you're doing.

But this is a stable simple investment.

They could leave their money it, or they could pull cash out by refinancing, sell it on a

lease option, keep their equity, not have to pay capital gains on it because you could

refinance it, pull cash out and not pay any tax on it and you wouldn't even need to do

a 1031 because you're not making a profit yet.

You know, even though you've got cash in your pocket, you're pulling it out as equity.

And then you could take that money and go out and buy another $700K property, do the

same thing again, and do it over and over and over again.

So as the seller situation goes, it could be a wonderful investment for them and you

could turn around and sell it for them, make fifty grand off every one they do.

It would be a wonderful thing for you as well.

You know, the difficulty about working with high end properties is not the way they're

structured or the fact that it's hard to find a buyer.

That's not the problem.

Finding somebody with $50K that can move into this property and pay a high monthly rent

like this, that's not as big a problem.

Yes, there are fewer people that could do it, but they're still out there and there's

plenty of people that have high incomes that don't have good enough credit where they can

actually go out and buy a property like this and so if you can sell it to them on a lease

option, those people are not difficult to find.

The most difficult part of working with high end properties is the sophistication level

of the seller.

So you have to be sophisticated.

You have to have enough credibility, you have to have confidence, you have to know what

you're doing, for them to trust you.

If all you've done is $50K properties, you might feel more intimidated talking to people

that are talking about $1.2 million properties.

On the other hand, I've had people that have done $50K properties and they are so good

at that, by switching over to the $1.2 million was no big deal.

It's the new people that are talking to the $1.2 million people.

That's the one where they start having challenges.

So if you're working in a high end market like this and you're dealing with these kinds

of properties, the potential for profit is enormous.

But, you have to have skill.

So, you know, does it make sense to start with these?

Yeah - why not?

You know, if they're in your backyard, start with them.

But I'd also, if you're doing high end properties, I'd also work in a low end area, too, and

do it remotely.

You know, say you're working in Los Angeles and you see, find these properties all over

the place that are million dollar price ranges.

But you also maybe, like, go to Bakersfield, or go to Lancaster, or go out of the state

altogether and go to Texas or go to Wyoming and work at properties that are less expensive,

work in the $100K range as well.

Because those sellers might be a little bit easier for you to talk to and a little less

intimidating than somebody who has a little higher sophistication in the financial market.

All right.

Hope that helps.

Joseph "JoeWoo" Rychalsky

I gave my goals to an admin to track. Can you believe that?

1. Writing Your Goals Down

The first thing is, write your goals down

Number 2, you have to track your goals and look at them every single day.

You have to review your goals multiple times a day

Joseph "JoeWoo" Rychalsky

What you do with your energy, where you put your focus is where everything goes

The third thing you need to do, is have a Question And Answer Session with yourself

Now you might think that is kind of crazy, why would I have a Q and A session with myself?

I think this is the most important piece where we lose track of our goals

We don't take it to that next level

You have to ask yourself brutally honest questions

Make sure to subscribe to my channel now!

When you start asking these questions, you are really going to get a good heart to heart with yourself

The fourth thing is, when your goals are actually due, when you say I'm actually going to lose weight by June 1st.

By June 2nd, you should be reviewing that goal and saying did I accomplish it, or did I not

It's really critical, once your goal is finished, you have that Q and A session with yourself

You have to try new things. You have to be willing to do different things

Start asking questions. That is the most important thing you can do out of this exercise

So that's all the time for this week's Career Tip Minute. Hope you all are having a wonderful week everybody

Live Amazing. See you soon. Bye bye!

How to Find an Impact Factor - Duration: 3:17.

Hi there.

I am John Bond from Riverwinds Consulting and this is Publishing Defined.

Today I am going to discuss how to find the Impact Factor for a Journal.

A reminder, Impact Factor is a metric reflecting the average number of citations of recent

articles published in that peer review journal.

Impact Factor is calculated from the Journal Citation Report or JCR published by Clarivate

Analytics.

Impact Factor was formerly owned by Thomson Reuters.

It is derived from the Science Citation Index and the Social Science Citation Index.

It covers about 11,000 journals from about 2,500 publishers.

The Impact Factor of a journal is the number of citations received in that year by articles

published in that journal during the two preceding years, divided by the total number of articles

published in that journal during the two preceding years.

See my other YouTube video for more on calculating Impact Factor including an example.

There are two paths to finding an Impact factor.

First, if you don't have access to an academic library than the easiest way to find it is

by Googling the name of journal and the words Impact factor.

Many times, it will be listed on the search results page, but you will want to ensure

it is the current one.

Click through to the journal's home page and when you are there, go the About section.

I searched ten scholarly journals.

Nine listed the Impact Factor on the search results page, but not always the most recent

one.

All ten however, listed the current Impact Factor on the About page.

What is not listed on most About pages is a journal's 5 Year Impact Factor or how

it ranks compared to other journals in the field, both helpful metrics.

Now if you are looking for several journals, that can be a lot of searching and clicking

around.

The good news is if you have access to an academic library, it is much easier.

So, the second way to find Impact Factors is to log onto the academic library system

you are connected with and look for either: databases or the Web of Science which contains

some of the information in the Journal Citation Report.

If databases are listed, you can either search for Journal Citation Report and then just

click on Science Citation Index and then search for the journal you are interested in and

its Impact Factor.

Or if databases are not listed, check if the Web of Science is in your library's offerings,

then go to the search bar.

Enter the name of the journal and change the drop down to Publication Name.

Click on any random article, scroll to the bottom of that page and look for Journal Citation

Report.

Click there and your will see a host of information and data about the publication.

See this playlist of other videos about finding an Impact Factor including ones with screen

shots.

Well that's it.

Please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

And make comments below or email me with questions.

Thank you very much and take care.

How To SOLO Wretched Gorge III Castle Clash - Duration: 8:07.

hello guys this is Gestok and today I'm

going to show you a solo base for

Wretched Gorge three. If you're a kind of player like

me you might want to try to solo

gorge three. It's good, that base is very

good but it depends heavily on garrisons

you need very good blue Garrisons

here's my team I'm switching ghoulem with

Druid but this run will just

fail so I'll turn them back anyway the

best heroes i find using in gorge three

is Vlad, Pumpkin Duke, Valentina, Ghoulem, Druid and

Santa

the reason I'm using druid is because of

his DMG boost and his healing

skills but mostly because of his DMG

boost, he can stack he's a ranged

hero. It's like cupid without

healing. I could use Cupid instead of Druid

but Druid has no Cooldown

And cupid has six seconds cooldown

So this is the base i'm using, it works pretty well

If you see those runs. Well the first one

will not succeed since we need AOE

DMG in the top of the base

I need Vlad and Ghoulem to be together and clear

all the waves, so yeah the first wave, the

first try will fail and keep in mind

my pumpkin duke has just three revite

If you pumpkin duke is a zerk PD

then it's just pretty easy for you I believe

I have to use revive crests on my pumpkin duke

I can't just use zerk crests, just in case

so yeah I think that's a

very good base to solo gorge three if

you want to try it

tell me how it works for you, you

need Vlad

ghoulem, Santa at least. Pumpkin Duke and Valentina

of course, the one you can just

switch if you want to

is the Druid but i believe it's the best

option right now I don't know maybe a

Dread Drake but Dread Drake is too risky he might

tank demon and that's not good.

By the way, about the artifacts I

use Axe on every hero except

Blitz at Pumpkin Duke and lightning

at Valentina you can use whatever pets

you like, just keep in mind to use

the two pets about healing on

two heroes.

That's all I believe. Enjoy the runs

and tell me how it works for you.

Thanks, bye

The Witcher - how was the motion capture done? [ENG] - Duration: 15:05.

If you are interested in video games and movies with lots of special effects,

then you must know about Motion Capture.

It's creating digital characters based on the work of stuntmen and performers

in mocap studios. Today I'm going to talk to Maciej Kwiatkowski, a stuntman,

who worked, for example, on the Witcher series,

and I will ask him what motion capture is and how it is done.

Extraordinary people

It used to be a big problem for me, even just five or six years ago, when someone at a party asked me what I do.

I would just say: "motion capture".

And then I'd try to explain how motion capture works.

One time, I tried to explain it to one girl and she answered: "Oh, so you're some kind of cyborg?"

So then I didn't even try to explain.

- Not even close. - Not even close.

But then people heard about Gollum...

- Yeah, it really popularized the knowledge about it, right? - Yes.

Yes, and now people understand it.

They can watch Cumberbatch on YouTube playing Smaug, for example.

So, when I say "motion capture" people know what I'm doing.

Slowly, people learn about it, but it used to be tough!

Tell me what do you do and what is going on in here.

My name is Maciej Kwiatkowski.

I am a stuntman and motion capture performer.

We are in MoCap.pl studio.

We do the motion capture here, and more specifically...

Motion capture of me.

And later you use it in video games and animation, correct?

In video games, animation, all kind of animated films.

How is one connected to the other?

I mean your work as a stuntman and motion capture performer.

Stunts are the base here

because we prepare choreography for fights, motion tasks, falls, running, jumping.

It's all complemented by acting.

Hence the term - performance.

It's not just pure stunts...

it's the whole thing.

Acting, styling the movement - it's a very broad term.

Sure, it's not like you get on the stage and make a move A, B and C.

These emotions, which can be seen on the stage...

when you are jumping on each other with fake axes, they are important,

- ... they are transferred to the final result. - They are very important because...

...it is the nature of motion capture, but the performance that we do is not

a full body performance. We do not record our face expressions.

This is not a typical film approach, where you usually use

narrower shots, and you act more with your face and voice

and you're able to show your emotions in a different way.

The characters in video games are usually smaller.

There is a different dynamic than in the film.

You have to show emotions in other ways because...

...the expression is different.

Games and characters in games also have their own characteristics,

their own style.

You have to show very strong emotions, which are often exaggerated.

Of course it depends on the game, the character that you act as.

The movements can be really simple, stripped of emotions...

...if it fits the character.

We often play inhuman characters - humanoids, but not people.

Then we try to stylize our movement to be less emotional.

But if we act out a combat situation where

where the characters fight for their life, then the expression must be pumped up.

This is one of the most interesting things, the expression and the building of a character.

You, for example, have worked on the Witcher. Which one?

All three games.

You've been mostly creating martial arts movements for Geralt, right?

That's how it started.

It was our initial task and we worked on it as a group.

The first task was to create a combat system for the witcher – the witcher's fighting style.

And recording the combat system for the main character.

And then we acted out the rest of the characters.

We played 100% of the characters in the first game, I think.

Actors only recorded cut scene parts - such as dialogs and emotions.

I ask about this because for me it is interesting from the players' point of view,

who don't see all the work you, animators and actors put in.

Playing The Witcher, or any other game that you participated in, I wonder

where is the point that the character is born? Who has the greatest contribution?

I can see you in most of the action scenes. On the other hand,

the actors are certainly most visible in the cut scenes.

So when is the soul of a digital character born?

It was changing, depending on the part of the game.

In the first Witcher game...

I played like 95% of Geralt.

In cut scenes as well.

In Witcher 2 actors took over most of the cutscenes.

For many reasons.

It is their territory after all.

So in cut scenes where Geralt wasn't fighting nor dynamically moving

actors were playing and I did all the dynamic scenes: the whole gameplay

and cutscenes with fighting, running, jumping and so on.

Some viewers probably think: "Wow, awesome job! Dude is jumping around and swinging his axe!"

"I want to do this!"

What should one do to be in your place?

- Well, the conditions in Poland are specific for this profession... - What do you mean by 'specific'?

The industry is not developed enough.

Especially comparing to the western countries.

So there are less jobs.

There is a lot of competition.

Many people have been working in the industry for years now.

Everyone knows each other which is normal in every job.

It's like this in every industry.

And there simply is not enough work for so many talented people.

- So you wouldn't recommend it? - It's hard to break through.

Only a few of my friends managed to get this job in the film industry.

We've also started with film stunts.

And now motion capture is our main specialization.

We are still doing stunts for movies

but since motion capture was a no man's land,

we claimed it as ours and now we rule it.

And from an artistic point of view,

which of these give you more satisfaction?

I find both types of job to be fulfilling.

In mocap the pace of work is great

as well as the fact that there is no sound department, no makeup or light.

It's just us and the director.

We capture animations one after another which is fantastic for me

because I love performing.

The themes of the games are also interesting.

Sword fighting, special ops, space battles, elves...

It's just so much fun!

Yes, exactly! Just fun.

There's a lot of fantasy.

And it all must be spectacular.

So we can do a lot physically.

Many times directors want us to do

something like the Matrix but times ten!

Fireworks and explosions!

So this is great!

But movies are more satisfying

because it's you on the screen.

Your performance is 100% you.

In motion capture everything that we do

is just a base for the animators.

They can change what they want.

The performers usually don't take part in the process of styling

and finishing off of the animations.

Most of the times our performance

looks a bit different in the final product.

And the second thing is your face.

It's not your face on the screen.

That makes us kind of second-class celebrities.

But also heroes acting from the backstage.

That's right. So it's not as fulfilling as in live action.

Why can't you act a female character?

This system is also used in orthopedics.

It's so incredibly sensitive

and it shows all the details of movement so accurately

that it shows everything out of ordinary. The second thing is data.

What you see is just balls on the screen.

So the physical and psychological aspects are gone.

In a film characters are dressed

which gives you some subconscious image.

You immediately connect it with the person's sex.

Whether they have long or short hair an so on.

So you subconsciously identify such character.

In mocap you have no clothes, no hair

it's just your movement.

Every little detail of it is clearly visible.

Every detail of your figure and muscle mass.

Men's bodies make them move in a more stiffer way

while women movements are softer. The proportions are different too.

You can tell the difference right away.

I've only heard of one urban legend,

I haven't seen it myself,

that a male performer successfully performed a female move.

A simple one of course.

Our way of walking, for example, is very characteristic.

So you can tell the difference between

two people just by their walk.

One time we were visiting CD Projekt in Poland.

We were walking down the hall

saying 'hi' to some people we know

and suddenly a guy that I don't know comes to me and says:

"You are Maciej. And you must be Sławek?"

"Yeah, how do you know?"

It turned out that he had worked on our material.

After hours of working on it, he recognized us just by looking at us walking.

So the way you walk is very characteristic...

So these little balls will tell everything about you...

Yes, everything! That you are limping, that one of your legs is shorter...

Someone might even know too much about you.

Yes, sometimes other people know more about me than I do.

They tell me to change something that I do

that I didn't even notice before.

So this crazy security system from the last 'Mission Impossible'

that recognized people by the way they walk

might not have been that crazy after all.

Totally, totally.

So how do these little balls work?

This black suit I'm wearing is made of a material

that does not reflect infrared light

and on the other hand, these markers stick very easily onto it...

...with Velcro.

These balls are not LED lights nor any other devices.

It's just a soft, small ball and it's covered with tape

that reflects light as much as possible. Just like street signs.

If you take picture of a street sign with a flash light, it will reflect the light.

The stuff on these markers is the same.

On my suit I'm wearing

52 or 53 markers.

Two of them are attached to each of my joints

and a third one on longer bones.

So you can see limbs bending?

Exactly.

This setup creates a whole cloud of dots

and the software combines them into a virtual skeleton.

Around this space, called 'volume', which is our scene,

there are cameras looking at us in 360 degrees.

If the studio is bigger

there can be 16, 24, 32

or even 180 cameras.

The more cameras around us, the more details are captured.

For example, when you do a face cap,

there are lots of very small markers

and it requires cameras with greater resolutions

in order to capture all of them.

At the same time, more cameras create bigger volume for us to work in.

Every camera emits infrared light

which bounces from the markers on my suit

and the camera records the movement of the marker in 3D space.

So the core idea is simple

it's the precision of it that is the most difficult.

Exactly right.

- OK, great! Thanks a lot. - Thanks.

Ask yourself what do you like to do

and then - just do it.

Really.

Sometimes you'll need help from

your family, your friends

or maybe

your other half.

But it's never too late to start.

How to get a free boat, or not yet Sailing Knotty Maria Ep 2 - Duration: 6:38.

I promise you I am not an alcoholic.

so there is a way for you to get a free boat.

Stick around to find out how.

Honey, do you know how many tickles it takes to make an octopus laugh?

No.

Ten tickles...

We are going together some parts for the boat.

So there is a guy who is taking apart two of his Catalina 27 sailboats.

They are basically in a very bad shape.

One of them was on rocks.

He is destroying them and selling them for parts.

We have arrived and Gleb went to talk with the guy who owns the boats.

Seems a little bit sketchy.

Papa.

Spoke with the guy.

He was saying that there is a boat just like ours, cal 20, on a beach somewhere, just left.

It is by Victoria Yacht Club.

Is it on a beach?

It s laying on the beach sideways.

We totally took pictures with kids next to it.

We are on out way to look whats wrong with the boat, that was beached for about two years.

Sorry for the shaking, I promise you I am not an alcoholic.

So here is the boat that we were looking for.

It is on the side and it is in a rough shape really.

It is hard to get to so we came across this dinghy and we just going to borrow it for

a few second to move over to that boat and see what it is all about.

Law states in Canada that you can salvage a boat and then put in documents into Transport

Canada Receiver of Wrecks department.

All you have to do is fill out a form and send them a few pictures.

You are not in a possession of the wreck, but what you do is you hang on to it until

the Receiver of Wrecks tries to find the owner and on the failure to find the owner you are probably will be granted the possession

of that wreck.

However if the owner is found you will be rewarded up to the value of the wreck.

A couple of caveats to that.

You are not allowed to salvage wrecks that have historical meaning, you are not allowed

to salvage wrecks in parks and recreation areas, and military wrecks.

In Canada if you fail to declare that you recovered the wreck, there is severe penalty.

Up to 100,000 fine and/or imprisonment.

So if you do decide to do this please follow the law.

We are on our way to see this gentlemen.

What he does is buys boats for the value of the keel.

And he buys boats with the trailer so he can resell the trailer.

The boats are normally in a fairly bad shape.

Basically the less he has of the boat left the better for him.

Because he recycles them by weight I guess.

We are going to do it quick and dirty way and cut out the parts that we would like to

have for our boat.

And this is all legal.

Yes, that is a legal way because he bought the boat.

If you are on a budget, you need to be patient.

because you can't get everything you need in a week.

You need to look for it, wait for it, may be buying things off season would save you

a lot more.

Especially just buying a boat.

This mask gives you awesome protection so it is great for changing dipers.

Amasing.

The boat that we were cutting parts out of was not salvageble.

So don't be hating us for destroying one ok?

I didn't show it to you on the video, but there was a crack from bow of the boat all

the way to keel so the boat was basically splitting in half.

Please consider subscribing to our video, we would love to see your comments.

Only likes, no dislikes, ok guys?

WWE Wrestling Cake | How to Make a Championship Wrestling Belt Cake - Duration: 8:27.

everyone's changed from foods and today

I'm sure to make this WWE wrestling k

now this is a championship belt

wrestling cake now this was a request by

quite a few different people so thank

you so much for that request i really

appreciate that and if you're interested

in making this keep watching now she has

step-by-step how to make this now first

we're going to start off with a large

bowl and i have one cup of sugar have

one third cup of softened butter that's

the softened at room temperature

we just want to mix this up until it's

well combined

now we're going to add two eggs one at a

time and blend it

next I have one half cups of flour all

purpose flour and i have two tablespoons

of baking power which i'm going to put

in there and also you're going to want

about a half a teaspoon of salt just

going to mix this through really good

once it's been mixed in good

we're just gonna dump about half of it

into our batter and mix through

but that's mixed in i have one cup of

whole milk i'm going to put about half

of it in right now and mix in

then 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and

the rest of our flour and the rest of

our milk now we'll take some butter and

we're going to line our pan with some

butter will smear someone here now we're

going to take some flour and we'll put a

little bit in the dish and you just

shake it around and get it covered

really good and whatever access put it

back into your flower now we're just

going to line this with our batter and

spread it evenly

and we just want bacon in the oven at

350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes when

your cakes done baking just take it out

of the oven and let it cool now that my

cake is all cool down it's nice and cool

to the touch

i'm going to put out to a serving dish

and then we're going to cut it up so I'm

gonna take this it's a good idea to go

along the edges and just make sure it's

all separated from the side and just

simply flip this over hopefully it'll

come out there we go now printed up this

little guide for me and this is going to

show me where i need to cut for my belt

you can just print it up online to

search WWE belt and you'll find about

just put it up really big the size you

want i'm just going to lay it right

about here so i don't have to cut the

side here is already pretty even there

and you just want to hold your knife

upright and you can do it in sections

ok

we don't want to throw this away because

it's perfectly good cake we can make

some cake pops with this or something

else now just take this set this aside

we're going to cut our other piece in a

minute now with other cake was going to

flip this over the same way we did the

other one and for this i have this piece

but we're gonna have to cut two of these

pieces out one for each side

ok this is what our rough cut looks like

now I have a pack of bonded this is

black fondant normally I make my own

fondant but when it comes to black it's

hard to get that real dark color so i

bought this store bought you can get at

any craft store just needed a bit until

it softens up enough then you can just

roll it out want to get it nice and thin

now i'm just a rough coat all over my

cake first one join the ends then I'm

just going to cover the whole thing with

some frosting this is just regular white

false name buttercream frosting

and once you have a rough coat we're

just going to roll out our fondant onto

over the cake now I knew it wasn't

covered the whole thing if you have a

bigger piece you can use that but I just

have to work with what I got to work

with and then i'll use some more on the

end and you can just use a pizza cutter

but if you have one of the tools that

cuts off on it you can use that instead

and i'm going to go along and cut along

the base

now i have enough fondant to roll out

after I cut off the excess and I'm just

gonna lay that over top of the end here

now what I've done is heated up some

yellow candy melts just put microwave

heating it up and put it into this

piping bag and carefully i'm just going

to trace over my printout and I have

some wax paper on there and I've also

take down the end of the wax paper so it

doesn't move and I will try to trace

this out

and we'll just let that dry up we'll do

the other one in a few minutes now i'm

going to use the red candy melts and

color in the red parts now try

decorating this cake a couple different

ways of trying to frosting I've tried it

with going over mold and it did work for

the sides but for the big part it didn't

work out too good so what I'm gonna do

is actually melt my chocolate in put it

on here directly will be free him

hopefully works out good

well thanks everyone for watching I hope

you enjoyed watching me make this WWE

wrestling cake and I really had a good

would enjoy it as well right
