me like breathing heavily it's because

i'm just getting over a cold and my nose

is completely stuffed up and my throat

is still kind of sore a little bit and

that's what's going on with me right now

the first place I went to is a little

produce stand that I actually just found

in my town we moved here I would love to

say we just continue but we actually

moved here five years ago I still

haven't really gotten my bearings in the

area that we are at because I still

spend all of my time and the area i

moved from with a lot of time in the

town that I live in right now until

today I had fun a produce stand that I

liked as much as the protest and I

previously with two sorry for that

motorcycle class advice but I did go to

produce stand today the new one and it's

in my town to super close and that's

really awesome and the couple that only

are so nice

it was amazing i'm she actually cakes

and she says that they have a lot of

vegans that go to their priest and and

so the vegans would always turn down

their offers at the bakery items so she

converted everything to now her whole

bakery is beginning so i could not turn

down the opportunity to buy a strawberry

red so i will show you that as well so

here's what i got from the first place

to produce stand I got two things of the

manor house i usually buy a little bit

more than just because Chase loves

bananas but we actually still have some

left over from last week so we'll just

use those to about 1 green pepper which

i'm going to put in a curry soup

two onions with the disease for like

everything here is the strawberry red I

was telling you about mind to try it a

little bit

that looks really good the woman that

there's actually only five ingredients

and this whole thing so it's super

healthy and about three keys and going

to make the noodles tonight so that's

what i got in the first place and this

also holds up to be eleven dollars and

six of those dollars are from the little

things quickly dollars so everything

else would have been like this is

everything I got at the dollar tree and

spent ten dollars betting sense i got

two things of the heart which I really

good we're obviously oatmeal but if you

actually just water and coconut for

putting on the not gonna get super

creamy with all you've been cooking it

so I took it with me to work like that

sometimes

so we got two of them this will last us

two weeks i got one set of mixed berry

was a dollar

everything here is one dollar peace

weeks but Chase loves eating them so are

you end up buying one board then I have

spread but Romain is my favorite so

spent I spent eleven dollars at the

produce stand then at the dollar tree we

spent ten dollars and seventeen cents at

walmart we send thirty-eight dollars in

length and I got some stuff I bought

from the dollar tree was just on a whim

stuff I didn't have to buy it by any

means just also side note all the food

should last us two weeks but next friday

if we are running low on something i do

go out and purchase more food and I try

to keep that under twenty dollars so if

you're going off of everything we

purchased here for this entire week and

then allowing us twenty dollars to spend

next friday in case we need more food we

would spend ninety nine dollars and also

keep in mind i bought a strawberry bread

for six dollars that was absolutely not

necessary i just wanted to contribute to

the couple that owns the produce stand

because they were really nice so but six

dollars on that and i bought two things

at the dollar tree that we are

absolutely not necessary i shall go

ahead take four things at dollar tree

because the parsley in the basal i

normally do not have to buy so we spent

six dollars on that bread

like it's like fruitcake and then four

dollars at the dollar tree that we

didn't have to spend left ten dollars we

didn't have to spend that would bring

our total down to eight dollars for two

weeks so anyone who says it's expensive

to begin is like ridiculous and we just

have the research so yeah that is my

food hall and i will see been the next

Let's talk about keeping fit or exercise. We all know the importance of having a healthy and fit body.

In Memory of Plasco Building - Iran - Duration: 2:52.

We would like to extend our sincerest condolences to all Iranians around the world for the loss our brave firefighters in the Plasco Building tragedy.

Oh my God, the Plasco building just collapsed, hopefully all the firefighters are safe!!!

We hope that the hard work and the dedication of these most faithful angels in these desperate times is never forgotten and that the officials will stop the slaughter of these angels.

There is no doubt that if dogs had killed humans, humans would never help a single dog ever again. We should learn loyalty and faithfulness from these amazing creatures.

In appreciation of how they saved people from under the rubble, in the future let's not subject them to death with bullets and guns. Man's best friend has seen so much betrayal and yet is still his bestest friend.

These angels don't take selfies in the face of tragedy, they only work hard to save lives, hopefully the tragedy of plasco will teach us to love and appreciate these angels.

In appreciation of how they saved people from under the rubble, in the future let's not subject them to death with bullets and guns.

How to build REAL long-lasting

confidence in yourself.

now, confidence is something that

fascinates me, it's something that I've

been researching for years, it fascinates me

how some people have it, some people

don't have it,

i was curious how to build it, what

is that people need to do require it, and

after a lot of research I got down- I can

summarize most of it into a single

idea, which is what i'm going to share

with you right now. So there are two

definitions for confidence:

The first one is that confidence is a

feeling of certainty or assurance. now

this definition.. this means that you have

a powerful feeling of certainty. An

absolute belief that you will perform

well and that you will achieve a

positive outcome.

now with this definition there's no room

for fear

ok there's actually no fear involved

because you feel certain, so obviously

that when you feel certain there is no

fear that involved.

This is the most common one, this is the

definition that most people hold by, most

people believe and they hold it be true

and they live this way they wait for the

feeling of confidence to come before

they do anything. And I know that I fall

into this trap all the time,

anytime I start something new i try to

hold on to...

I try to wait for the feelings of

confidence, till that feeling of certainty

to come but obviously it never does.

The second definition which is a lot

less comment is where confidence is an

act of trust or reliance. So in this

definition confidence in not a feeling

but an action. And often when we..

when we trust, when we have to trust

someone we don't necessarily have the

feeling of certainty. As a matter of fact

the more we have in stake, the more fear

and negative thoughts we are going to

experience- we are going to have. And this

is where most people go wrong because

most people go according to the first

definition where they wait for that

feeling which is something that is

extremely unstable and unreliable

because feelings to change according to

circumstances and whether you are versus

an action that.. (wind)

versus an action that doesn't necessarily have to

do with anything

it's just an action that you could be doing

despite the feeling you are feeling at

that moment. And doing this is a skill.

acquiring this is a skill, it's not

something that happens right away it's

not something that happened after one time it

requires practice it requires trying it-

doing it over and over again, same like any

any other skill, same like learning to ride

a bike, learning to drive and

learning to socialize, it requires practice

it requires going over it over and over again.

Now whenever you practice this skill you

are practicing the ACTION of confidence

in your practicing the action of

TRUSTING YOURSELF and that is what

builds real confidence in the long term.

Now i thought i'll share with you one

question that

helps me when I feel uncertain with

something. I ask myself: How would I act

differently if I had all of the feelings

of confidence in the world. If I felt

certain how would i have two differently

and that helps me break down the actual

steps and the actual actions that I would've

have taken and that i need to take in

order to trust myself to do whatever I

want to do. So remember, the actions of

confidence come first, the feelings of

confidence come later (!)

We make comparisons every day!

Whether it's comparing the different lunch specials at the cafeteria...

Or comparing two different pairs of pants at the mall...

Making a comparison can be super useful...

Even if the choice might seem obvious.

Seriously, why wouldn't you wear the rainbow polka-dot pants?

That's a no-brainer.

Another place you'll find yourself making comparisons?

At school!

Yup, chances are pretty good that one day, you'll find yourself discussing the similarities

and differences between two works of literature!

And when it comes to putting this comparison into written words, there are two popular

ways to do it!

Let's compare them and see which we like better.

Eh?

Compare?

See what we did there?

Ahem.

Anyway.

The first is the block method.

You start by explaining all the aspects of the first thing you're comparing in one big

paragraph, or block.

Then, you explain the same aspects of the second thing in the same order.

This method works well for fairly complicated material, because it allows readers to easily

look for and locate information – the first block is about the first thing and the second

block about the second thing.

Easy peasy.

The other method of comparison is the point-by-point method.

This is when you write about each aspect in turn.

So instead of talking about all the aspects of the first thing, and then all the

aspects of the second thing, you would talk about one aspect of the first thing and the

second thing, then another aspect of the first and second thing, and so on and so forth.

This is best done on simpler topics, since it can be very useful for making comparisons,

but it gets a little confusing if your topic is kind of complex.

Once you've decided on a method, be sure that you're choosing which aspects to compare wisely.

After all, there are an endless number of ways to compare two things, but only a certain

number of them will be interesting and helpful!

For example, if you're comparing two books about Ancient Greece, it might be useful to

compare how they discussed religion, but it wouldn't be useful to compare how many times

each author said the word "the."

…unless you're trying to put yourself to sleep.

Then by all means, go for it.

But if you want to stay awake, do your best to keep things interesting!

Also, we're pretty sure you'd drive yourself completely insane if you tried to count the

number of "the"s in a book…

For the record, we said it thirty-one times in this video.

I'm Calum Worthy.

This is How a Show Becomes a Show, where

I take you step by step through how a show actually gets made.

Here we go.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

In "Lost Generation," I play a character named Phil,

a very flamboyant, outgoing, wild kind of guy,

and I've got to say, I think I take the prize for the best

costumes in the show.

Or should I say, this woman, Emmaline,

the assistant wardrobe master and the entire wardrobe

department deserves that prize.

Great costumes are so important to the success of any show,

especially for the actors.

Today, Craig's here to try on all of his costumes.

You see what your character is going to be in your head,

and you kind of fantasize about doing the actual shooting.

You get to try on the clothes and you really

start to feel like your character.

It's the final piece that puts the puzzle together before you

actually start shooting.

But the wardrobe department's work begins well

before the actors arrive.

Early on, the costume designer reads the script

and meets with the director.

Together, they determine a general look and feel

for the show.

They gather a whole bunch of looks to choose from,

and at that point, us actors come in,

and we try on a ton of stuff.

They take pictures and compile them

into a computer to later determine

what works, what doesn't, and ultimately

what ends up in the show.

And hey, here are my looks.

I bet you can tell which one's my favorite.

That's right.

When it came time to shoot, this one really

helped me get into character.

So as you can see, a lot goes into the costuming

of a show like this, and I could go on forever.
