Youtube daily how Jan 31 2017

Today we are talking about how you THINK about exercise.

Here's the deal. We have been conditioned to believe that exercise

needs could be a certain way.

During this series, I've hinted at this a lot.

I've started to get the

wheels turning about everything that has

been taught to us, when it comes to

movement and exercise, in general.

Last week, we talked about how to shift the way you THINK about exercise.

One word is really keeping you stuck. (or 2-3 words) :)

It makes you feel like it's gonna suck.

I hope you checked out Part 3 in the series.

Because today we're going to

build upon the previous videos in this series.

In Part 1 and Part 2,

we talked about why most exercise

programs set you up to fail.

We explored your history with your body and movement.

There are events in your past

that affect your natural motivation

when it comes to exercise.

If you go back into your past,

you'll recognize that,

when you were moving your body as a child,

it was a source of shame.

It was a source of disappointment, or a source of pressure.

Anytime you exercise, it will bring up those old feelings.

You need the tools to work through it.

We went deeper into that subject in Part 2 of this series.

I had you do a journaling exercise

to start exploring and healing it.

If you are beginning to watch today, during Part 4 of this series,

I need you to check out Parts 1-3 of this series.

Because this entire series absolutely

will help you shift your relationship with exercise.

It will help you become a

person who really loooooves to work out.

It is a mindset thing. It is NOT amechanical thing.

Now I do believe

there are ways of moving your body that

can be more inspiring.

Absolutely.

Some women love the elliptical. Some women hate it.

Some women love Zumba. Some women hate it.

An example of how to use this idiom is, "They scared me to death when they jumped in front

of me."

The third way to express being scared, is with the Vocabulary word - "Frightened"

This vocabulary word means to be afraid, scared, or terrified.

An example of how to use this vocabulary word is, "They scared me to death when they jumped

in front of me."

Ok, now that we have 3 different ways of expressing being scared, let's apply all three of them

to one response "Horror movies usually don't frighten

How Russia sold its oil jewel without saying who bought it January 30, 2017 - Duration: 10:44.

How Russia sold its oil jewel without saying who bought it

More than a month after Russia announced one of its biggest privatizations since the 1990s,

selling a 19.5 percent stake in its giant oil company Rosneft, it still isn't possible

to determine from public records the full identities of those who bought it.

The stake was sold for 10.2 billion euros to a Singapore investment vehicle that Rosneft

said was a 50/50 joint venture between Qatar and the Swiss oil trading firm Glencore.

Unveiling the deal at a televised meeting with Rosneft's boss Igor Sechin on Dec. 7,

President Vladimir Putin called it a sign of international faith in Russia, despite

U.S. and EU financial sanctions on Russian firms including Rosneft.

"It is the largest privatization deal, the largest sale and acquisition in the global

oil and gas sector in 2016," Putin said.

It was also one of the biggest transfers of state property into private hands since the

early post-Soviet years, when allies of President Boris Yeltsin took control of state firms

and became billionaires overnight.

But important facts about the deal either have not been disclosed, cannot be determined

solely from public records, or appear to contradict the straightforward official account of the

stake being split 50/50 by Glencore and the Qataris.

For one: Glencore contributed only 300 million euros of equity to the deal, less than 3 percent

of the purchase price, which it said in a statement on Dec. 10 had bought it an "indirect

equity interest" limited to just 0.54 percent of Rosneft.

In addition, public records show the ownership structure of the stake ultimately includes

a Cayman Islands company whose beneficial owners cannot be traced.

And while Italian bank Intesa SanPaolo leant the Singapore vehicle 5.2 billion euros to

fund the deal, and Qatar put in 2.5 billion, the sources of funding for nearly a quarter

of the purchase price have not been disclosed by any of the parties.

"The main question in relation to this transaction, as ever, still sounds like this: Who is the

real buyer of a 19.5 percent stake in Rosneft?"

Sergey Aleksashenko, a former deputy head of Russia's central bank, wrote in a blog

last week.

Glencore would not comment on the identity of the Cayman Islands firm or give a further

explanation of how ownership of the 19.5 percent stake was divided.

The Qatari Investment Authority said it would not comment on the deal, beyond confirming

that it has participated in it.

Rosneft declined to respond to questions posed by Reuters, including a request for comment

on how ownership of the 19.5 percent stake was divided, information about the identity

of the Cayman Islands buyer, or details of the source of any undisclosed sources of funds.

The Kremlin did not respond to a list of questions about the deal sent by Reuters.

MATRYOSHKA DOLL

Like many large deals, the Rosneft privatization uses a structure of shell companies owning

shell companies, commonly referred to in Russia as a "matryoshka", after the wooden nesting

dolls that open to reveal a smaller doll inside.

Following the trail of ownership leads to a Glencore UK subsidiary and a company that

shares addresses with the Qatari Investment Authority, but also to a firm registered in

the Cayman Islands, which does not require companies to record publicly who owns them.

The Singapore-registered investment vehicle that holds the newly privatized 19.5 percent

stake in Rosneft is called QHG Shares.

It is owned by a London-registered limited liability partnership, QHG Investments, which

in turn lists as one of its two owners another London-registered limited liability partnership,

QHG Holding, created on Dec. 5.

One of the partners in QHG Holding is QHG Cayman Limited, registered at an address of

the Cayman Islands office of Walkers, an international law firm.

Jack Boldarin, Walkers managing partner in London, told Reuters the law firm would not

be able to confirm whether any company was its client, or comment further.

The use of an offshore company is by itself no indication of wrongdoing, but it can make

it impossible to determine the true owner of an asset from public records.

The Singapore vehicle is also the borrower for Intesa's 5.2 billion euro loan, and QHG

Holdings, the London partnership that includes the Cayman Islands firm, is a guarantor of

that debt.

Banking experts say Intesa would be required by "know your customer" rules to verify the

borrowers' identities.

Regulators would exercise heightened scrutiny because of the size of the deal and the need

to comply with sanctions on Russia.

Reuters asked Intesa whether it knew who the beneficial owners of the Cayman company were.

The bank replied with a statement: "Intesa Sanpaolo does not comment on the details of

its client operations.

But we wish to reiterate that the financing was completed with strict adherence to the

regulations applicable to embargoes.

Italian authorities found nothing that would prohibit such an operation."

The Italian central bank, which serves as Italy's banking regulator, declined to comment.

(For a graphic showing the ownership of the privatized stake, click on: tmsnrt.rs/2jJvBpk

MYSTERY FINANCING

If the full identity of the new owners of the Rosneft stake is a mystery, so too is

the complete source of the funds with which they bought it.

Although Qatar has never publicly confirmed how much it has contributed to the deal or

the size of the stake that it bought, Glencore and Rosneft say it contributed 2.5 billion

euros.

Along with the 300 million from Glencore and the 5.2 billion loaned by Intesa, that still

leaves a shortfall of 2.2 billion euros.

Glencore has said this additional money came from other, undisclosed banks, including Russian

banks, but has given no further details.

The Qataris and Rosneft have declined to comment on the source of this funding.

The purpose of Russia's privatization program is to attract overseas money to cover a budgetary

shortfall caused by low oil prices and Western sanctions.

Putin has therefore banned Russian state-owned banks from participating in the financing

of privatization deals, which would defeat the aim of bringing in foreign capital.

But public records in Singapore show that Russia's second-largest bank, state-controlled

VTB, loaned the Singapore vehicle QHG Shares the full 10.2 billion euros that it paid to

the Russian state last month to buy the stake.

VTB held the 19.5 percent Rosneft stake as collateral for that loan for part of December,

before relinquishing it back to Rosneft's state-owned parent company Rosneftegaz, which

in turn relinquished it back to the Singapore vehicle when Intesa's loan arrived in January.

VTB and Rosneft say VTB's role in the deal was solely to reduce market turbulence which

would have arisen if the 10.2 billion euros had arrived abruptly from abroad to be converted

to roubles on the open market.

Apart from saying that its role was to reduce market volatility, VTB declined to comment

further, including when asked if the full 10.2 billion euros was paid back, or by whom.

FINDING A BUYER

Rosneft is the world's biggest listed oil company by output and, along with natural

gas export monopoly Gazprom, one of two crown jewels of the Russian state.

Even at the best of times without the added risk of Western sanctions, there would only

be a few foreign investors with deep enough pockets to buy a big stake.

Glencore, one of the main buyers of Rosneft's crude, has Qatar's $335 billion sovereign

wealth fund, the QIA, as its largest shareholder.

Russia and Qatar have backed opposite sides for years in the war in Syria, but as the

world's two leading natural gas exporters they have good reason to cooperate on energy

issues and bury some of their differences over Middle East policy.

"The idea looked appealing to Qatar.

They like investing in energy.

They saw upside in Rosneft.

They saw upside in building relations with Russia, whose role in the Middle East politics

is only set to rise," said one source involved in talks among members of the Qatar/Glencore

consortium about the purchase.

According to a source close to Rosneft's management board, the deal came as a surprise to Rosneft's

shareholders, including Britain's BP (BP.L), which itself owns 19.75 percent of Rosneft

and is represented on its board.

The Rosneft board learned about the sale from Sechin himself only on Dec. 7, several hours

after Sechin recorded his televised meeting with Putin announcing it, the source said.

In response to questions from Reuters, BP said: "Matters of the board of directors are

confidential."

Two sources in the Russian government said the deal was also a surprise there: it had

been agreed between Sechin and Putin's Kremlin, above the cabinet.

"Sechin did it all on his own - the government did not take part in this," one of the sources

said.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev's spokeswoman Natalia Timakova said: "All documents and

procedures needed for privatization were prepared and executed on time."

"How'd It Get To Be Like This?" Music & Lyrics by Udongerge

Whether from the sea or from the mountains

It comes, it comes

The laws of space

Are disordered, are disordered

There's a lot of flowers

Time is dangerous

It overflows, it overflows

How'd it get to be like this?

How'd it get to be like this?

Whether from above or from below, impatience is forbidden

My head is, my head is a shibui future

Taking back what was just said, it was simply nonsense

Words are dangerous. Heave-ho! Heave-ho!

How'd it get to be like this?

How'd it get to be like this?

Decisive and lethal

I say Hello from the past I want to erase

I lost consciousness once again

What happened while I wasn't watching?

An earnest indifference

For how long will the schedule be full?

I plunge forward utterly worried

And tremble with the flow

Whether here or there

It'll start immediately

Calm down, calm down

Enigmatic condition

Meaningless, meanigless

I have everything

Close by, and in the distance

The visibility is good

How'd it get to be like this?

How'd it get to be like this?

I don't know what I want to do

But to be blunt, it's surprisinlgy pleasant

Ari ori haberi imasogari

With a nervous smile

You can be an alien too

Starting tomorrow, it will be here

Greeting with a loud voice

Makes the evil passions burn

I went too far. There's no turning back

At 3 o'clock, I have Castella for snack

The Thousand Year Conmemoration of Tamayura

It's visibly increasing more and more

In that case, what kind of flower is this?

Answer this quiz of 100 years

How, how'd it get to be like this?

How Two Entrepreneurs Started A Jewelry Line That Benefits Children In Need | Clairity - Duration: 2:34.

Hey guys!

It's Claire and every month I'm bringing you a product from a fashion or beauty series

that we truly believe in, in my series called Clarity.

This month we're at AUrate, an ethically sourced jewelry line with a give back model to benefit

children in need.

Today we're here to talk with the founders Sophie and Bouchra about their business and

check out some of the products, too.

So let's go!

So I understand that the name AUrate, if I'm pronouncing it correctly, has some significance.

Can you talk a little bit about how you came up with the name?

It's a little nerdy.

It has like so many explanations.

So AU is gold then rate stands for multiple things, obviously quality, but also and this

is a kind of nerdy thing-rate on return on your purchase.

ie When you buy something, it lasts.

And then you pronounce it like orate like an orator, to tell a story because we're telling a story

with the brand.

It's not just like a piece you buy and that's it.

There's a whole like concept behind it. It's a real brand.

So talk to me about your give back model and how it benefits children.

So we-what we decided was we really liked the one-for-one giving back model which was

started by Toms Shoes and we thought we care a lot about education.

We think education like AUrate is a way of self empowerment, but so is education.

So we knew we wanted to give back with that.

Then specifically a book so what we do is basically for every piece of jewelry we sell,

we give a book to a child in need.

Wonderful.

And it's very concrete.

The customer knows exactly what book they gave and obviously we've met with the kids

and it's a really big impact for them too because we're kind of promoting literacy.

What motivated you to launch an ethically sourced jewelry line?

Sophie and I basically met at grad school and we had both corporate jobs and we just

wanted to build our own thing so the idea came literally. It was born during brunch.

We wanted to do two things, I guess.

Do something that we love and do good.

I didn't realize like how much I was bitten by an electrical spider or whatever.

When we started AUrate, you know, it was like non-stop, not sleeping.

I never thought I would be able to be so passionate about something.

Something very important when you're starting a business is again you can get caught in

the nitty gritty of, you know, small failures, things don't work out the way you think they

work and it's not a textbook.

And I think something very important for anyone who is starting their business is just keep

the big picture your top priority at all times.

I think failures are actually that step towards your success.

You know we love what we do.

It's not even work.

how to Remove a Tampon with No String - Duration: 1:39.

how to Remove a Tampon with No String

Don't panic.

It is impossible for a tampon to get "lost" in your body if the string breaks or you can't

find it.

Wash your hands and make sure your nails aren't jagged or sharp.

Get into the position you would normally be in when inserting a tampon (sitting over the

toilet, squatting, or standing with one leg on the toilet seat.

Take a deep breath and try to relax.

Insert your pointer finger into your vagina and feel for the tampon.

Make circular and back and forth movements until you feel the tampon.

It may be turned to the side or pushed up to the top of the vaginal canal, near the

cervix and behind your bladder.

Insert two fingers, trapping the tampon between them, and pull it out.

If you cannot feel the tampon or have trouble removing it, trying sitting on the toilet

and pushing as though you are trying to push out a baby or go poop.

Draw Tip Tuesday: How To Draw Highlights - Duration: 3:30.

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday! Here's your weekly dose of inspiration to

build a creative habit. One drawing at a time.

Brought to you by Sketchbook Skool

How do you draw highlights? That's a question I hear quite often. I'll try to answer it

here at Draw Tip Tuesday - trying to fit it in a few-minutes-video. Let's pick an everyday

subject: a fork. Well drawing a fork means tapping into the

part of the brain that looks at negative spaces - the spaces around your subject.

Yikes, I am drawing a shorter fork than the one that's in front of me, but hey - it's

just an impression and I'm not here to replicate that fork.

To capture the highlights on a metal object like this, you actually need to make sure

to leave whites, wherever you see a shimmer, shine or reflection.

By not drawing the highlights, and by emphasising on the darker shades that you see, you will

get an accent on those light bits. So I am closely looking at the shadows and shades

that I see in my subject. Often right next to a bright reflection, you'll see a pretty

dark shade - so focus on these. There are many, more elaborate ways to color your subject

in a more precise way, but by hatching, you can accomplish a lot - and you don't need

to be super skilled to give this a try. Don't forget to add the drop shadow too,

to make your subject sit n a surface rather than float on the paper.

I'll do it again, drawing a spoon. Spoons are like bended mirrors. Most things you see

are reflections. In fact, I can see the frame of the window reflected, and even the building

at the other side of the street if I look closely. It can be super interesting to draw

all those tiny reflections that you see - you could create drawings like Escher did. But

again, I'll keep it simple and focus on the varying shades that I see. It helps to

squint your eyes to see those shades. It looks kind of weird, perhaps, but now if

I would add just a dash of paint, it'll make more sense. again, leaving whites for

the lighter bits is key here! Keep looking at your subject as you do this

- don't assume anything, just paint the darker bits. Again - add a drop shadow to

give the subject weight

and context.

I'm definitely not a watercolour expert and I'm sure there's different ways to

do this, but I do know that just a tiny bit of watercolour can make a big difference - just

a thin watery layer of color adds to the metal-feel of the fork drawing.

I hope this was helpful and that you'll give it a go yourself. If you want to learn

more about watercolours and drawing from life, go to sketchbookskool.com and sign up for

one of the classes!

How to Growing Tomatoes with perfect start - Gardening - Duration: 4:50.

Use Biodegradable Pots

Peat pots make planting extra easy: Just dig the hole, put in the plant, and fill in with soil.

There's no need to take your plants out of the pot.

Feed Them Well

Like growing kids, tomatoes are heavy feeders, so add plenty of organic matter (such as compost) to the soil.

Give them an early boost by working a little fertilizer into the soil at planting time.

Plant Deeply

Tomato plants form roots all the way along their stems, so you can give your plants an extra-strong root system (especially the tall, leggy ones) by planting them on their sides.

Do remove any leaves that would be covered under the soil, though. Buried leaves could rot and encourage disease.

Water Well

It's always a good idea to give freshly added plants a little extra water the first week or two after you plant them to help them get established.

They're most susceptible to drying out when they're young.

Stake Them

There are two basic categories of tomatoes: determinate and indeterminate.

Determinate tomatoes, sometimes called bush tomatoes, put on most of their growth before they start to bloom and produce fruit.

Indeterminate tomatoes keep growing after they start to bloom -- so the plants can become quite large (more than 6 feet tall).

Stake indeterminate tomatoes to keep them standing. It will help keep the plants healthy and make the fruits easier to harvest.

Plant in Pots

Try planting your tomatoes in containers if you've had trouble growing them in the past.

Large containers filled with a high-quality potting mix give your plants more protection from fungal diseases.

Try Red Mulch

We know mulch is good for the garden -- but university research suggests that red plastic mulch may make your tomato plants more productive.

(One study showed yields increased by 20 percent by using red mulch.)

Red mulch also helps the soil conserve moisture longer during hot, dry periods and inhibits weeds.

Keep Out Cutworms

Hungry cutworms attack young vegetables.

Protect your tomatoes by giving them a collar of newspaper.

Or cut the top and bottom off a tin can and sink that into the soil around your plants.

It creates a barrier that forces the cutworms to go looking for another dinner.

Protect Them from Cold

You can use a variety of devices to protect your tomatoes from the cold if you want to get a jump-start on the tomato-growing season.

One of the easiest is a simple cloche made from an old milk jug; simply cut the bottom of the jug and set it over your tomato plants.

Leave the top open so the cloche doesn't get too hot inside during sunny days.

Keep the Foliage Dry

Tomatoes are susceptible to a number of diseases.

To keep your plants healthy, water with a soaker hose.

This helps the foliage stay drier; wet foliage (especially in late afternoon, evening, and nighttime hours) can encourage common fungal diseases such as blight.

How to Live on Other Planets - Duration: 3:17.

Our astronaut suit is built for Europa.

There are some problems on Europa.

The problems are that it's very, very cold there, plus there's some deadly radiation.

So what we did to fix that is we put fur inside to keep her warm, and we used special radiation-proof

silk to keep us not radiated.

And we have an oxygen tank on the back.

There's a hole in the bottom so she can actually breathe.

The straws lead up to the helmet so she can breathe.

The bubble wrap is so that no air comes up from the bottom.

This is our astronaut suit and it is designed for Titan's habitat.

The problem there is there's limited sunlight, so if a little bit of sunlight hits here then

we can get it to reflect light in front and it's got solar panels on and there are some

lights in the helmet so that you can see your way.

And in the back, as you can see there's an oxygen tank.

Both straws lead to the helmet.

This one is for water and this one is for air.

Highly explosive.

So to fix the problem we put air conditioning right here toward the back, on the back so

that she won't overheat.

And here we have this little pack where it stores the food.

And this is a fireproof fabric so she won't burn.

Our astronaut suit we made is for the Moon.

The Moon's problem is that it has temperature variations, which means it can be cold or

hot in different times of the year, unlike Earth where it's cold and hot in seasons,

the Moon could be hot one day and cold the other.

To fix this problem we have two layers.

The first layer is insulated so that it will keep you warm when it is cold.

The second layer, which is underneath, you won't really see it, will keep you cool

when it is hot.

And since the moon is reasonably dark, we have quite a bit of reflective stuff.

Thank you.

When you send information to someone else, it changes from plain, unencrypted text

to a scrambled version of itself.

This process is called encryption, and the instructions on how to switch from unencrypted

to encrypted text are called a key.

For the recipient to be able to decrypt the message, they need to have a copy of the key.

This is a complicated process to explain, so we will show you how it works

on the example of paint instead of math.

To create an encryption for a private message

you and your friend first have to decide on a color.

In this example we picked yellow.

This information is made public.

Next, you both pick a color separately, but this time keep it private.

Now, you and your friend mix your private color with the public color so you both get

a new color that's different from each other.

Now, you and your friend exchange the mixed colors publicly.

Once you each mix the color you received from your friend with your private color,

you and your friend will have the same color - a key!

This takes place in real life with a mathematical process called modulus, which is just the

remainder of one number divided by the other.

Once you get the remainder of x and y, you cannot get back x nor y.

Like when you mix paint, you can't separate the two colors.

Through this process, you and your friend now have a key to lock and unlock an encrypted message.

This process is the base of how internet communications are secured today.

In a nutshell, it keeps the things you do private, online and offline.

Do you use software to protect the files on your computer or online?

HOW TO PLAY WITH TWO HANDS PART ONE - Duration: 2:39.

hi, i'm Moskvin

and this is first tutorial

from course "HOW TO PLAY WITH TWO HANDS"

To learn how to play

with two hands

you need to imagine what are bits made of

for example, imagine this beat

like a few apples

one apple is the one bar

bar is divided into pieces

divide it in half

every element of rhythm section

plays on it's own count

it's called rhythmic pattern

so that is how

rhythmic pattern looks

in my tutorial tabs

How To Order A Beer In A British Pub. Functional English Lesson - Duration: 4:58.

today we are going to the pub and we're

going to do a quick functional english

episode in and around the pub

what's your tipple? What do you fancy?

pint of larger? Yeah, OK. Pint of Kronenbourge? OK. I'm gonna

ask what they've got on tap as well as I like

more more interesting beers so i'm going ask

what they have on tap .. and what does that mean?

it means what do they have in the barrels .. what can they

pull for a pint?

alright mate? Erm can I have a pint of Kronenbourge please? and..

what do you have on tap here? what do we have on tap?

Yeah, yeah.. have you got any like IPA (Indian Pale Ale) or anything? Abbot..Abbot?

Yeah I'll have an abbot please

now he's going to tell me how much it is

sorry how much?

£8. England prices...

well that's it two pints... this is an ale..

which is a beer without gas and it's very

popular in England...this is a larger

and this is a beer that has lots of gas and it's

quite typical right? for typical punters (people who drink in the pub frequently)...

like a Pilsner

that's a lovely pint.. we're in a typical pub in

England but if you look at the menu

you'll see that it's not full of

English food it's actually got food from

all over the world.. How's the wife?

not too bad...

yeah could be better but not too bad

so mate ermm how's the ball and chain?

err she's alright mate.. she's alright..How's errrr.. how's the other half..?

Charlie? she's actually getting on my tits a bit at the moment

oi mate.. how's the misses?

yes she's good man yes she's really well we err

went on holiday last week and..

yeah we're getting on really well and yeah

i really love her...so err we're gonna

quickly explain about these sauces that

come with your pub grub

we've got the obvious mayonnaise

ketchup salt and pepper but we've also got one

that you don't normally see around the

world apart from in England or Britain .. HP

HPsauce now I realized it stands for

Houses of Parliament sauce and i'm going

to give Harry the ability to explain why

he loves the HP sauce so much because he

really does love it

oh oh I love HP sauce ..the reason i love it

so much is because it compliments savory

food really well especially chips and

full English breakfasts and eggs err omelets

it's a lovely sauce and it's kind of a

vinegary condiment with very rich

flavor and it's brown so some people

call itBrown Sauce and and you can buy

cheap alternatives but the real good one

is HP Houses of Parliament sauce and it's

very very English and I'm very proud of

this sauce so we got our plates now went

for the erm Ultimte Burger, didn't we Chaz?

we did indeed.. we went all out!

i'm going to put vinegar on them 'cos

all good British people use vinegar

on their chips

plenty of that on..

and then i've already put some salt on but

but I'll put a bit more on..

normally I'd go for bronw sauce but Brown sauce and

burgers..doesn't really... no?

so I'll probably leave the brown sauce..maybe I'll do a little bit to

show you what it looks like.. squeeze the bottle..that's why they call it brown

ermm and there's a lot of chips, but the chips look shit. Why do they look shit?

they just look like quite poor quality chips .. but anyway..

Universal Orlando's 7th On-Site Hotel Rumors Overview | It's going to be HOW big? - Duration: 9:48.

Like I was saying speaking of on-site

hotels. The orlando business journal has

ran a story saying that the previous

plot of land occupied by the now-closed

wet-and-wild i will soon be the home of

the orb Universal Orlando Resort 700

on-site hotel seventh resort and the

site says there are requests for

proposals out to various design and

engineering and engineering and build

firms to get feedback on the potential

for a new hotel up to 4,000 guest rooms

with the affordability and feel of a

Walt Disney World all star resorts which

isn't setting the bar too terribly high

so we're looking at another another

value-priced resort

unlike cabana Bay which i think is leaps

and bounds over the all star resort at

disney which I did you know i'm not a

fan of clearly they're looking for a

feel of that so do we think this might

even be a a lower-level kind of hotels

in cabana Bay yes I think you don't be

in the same category

uh but I think it'll be cheaper than a

bad man i think it was you tailor who

said like a year ago that if you look at

the different naming structures for the

different tiers of the outside hotels

cabana Bay and temperature are listed as

prime value basically prime value then

that could be a whole new tier that

could be the lowest here that could be

quote unquote off-site on-site hotel

that's a five minute bus ride away or

whatever the case may be it and it is

more of a marketing decision i think

that is everything okay

I wouldn't be surprised however if they

followed that that that would really do

note that its only a hundred bucks light

yes yeah I can I mean info right now i

think the other thing you could compare

to is sapphire vs royal which are in the

same category but have very different

pricing structures so as i can i think

it is up to them you know how they want

to work it and that would work too

because obviously the one of the reasons

behind the different pricing of

different price points for those two

similar hotels that one has expressed

passes what doesn't right so I guess you

could say cabana Bay and adventure or

closer or they have this or they have

that whereas this new property whatever

it maybe would have less but still the

same yeah I can see how did I don't like

that was he did me once that to be much

more precise and exact but i can see how

they would go to actually present

yeah i mean dude we were just talking

about seven tour which seems to have

almost no seem rather than it's a very

nice hotel and then you look at cabana

Bay which is extremely being from the

top to the bottom and so I guess we're

kind of looking at something in the

middle of that because commands icon of

amenities as well yeah it's still a very

well priced hotel but it has a ton has a

ton of amenities as that the the bowling

alley and you know how about the

starbucks on site and it's just

incredibly wealthy man and the pools are

amazing like i said before so we're

coming

I would be okay with less amenities if

the seeming was just you know

out-of-this-world which I think they're

very well capable of if you look at

cabana bay but yeah Marcus think I was

gonna tell you that i usually between

you and you talk i'm sorry it's just an

old habit to talk about how many rooms

this is gonna be

yes I believe I mentioned about 4,000

room four thousand four thousand thats

like a cabana Bay was everything said

that will have 1200 groups so 202 4,000

is a massively this thing's gonna be

tired and I think because it is so giant

there's more than enough opportunity to

have different types of amenities there

as well as I don't mean amenities such

as really cool retro themed exercise

rooms that they I think they might try

to do something like a mini c-loc they

might try to do a total necessarily have

a public course but definitely maybe a

nightclub or of

something like bubba gump shrimp maybe

institute some to some snack bar we lock

up you wait two hours for your emotions

walk away

I mean I mean I think about more cannot

be at one point we supposed to have a

rock climbing wall when you think about

it

yeah what does a ballgame okay then uh

strike abandonment have a walker rock

walls on the other I would expect a 4000

we're going to the hotel to have plenty

of really cool things so obviously i was

considering the plot of land market this

is going to be huge so we're thinking

like high-rise oh yeah structure not

necessarily like a huge resort in the

way disney has their poor lenders or

which is a lot of like three story

buildings spread out over an extremely

huge amount of land

yeah I don't think they can because of

how the parking lot of structure and the

back what used to be the backlight like

a backlash back offices and park

employee parking

um I think you're going to see like how

many floors is editor of the 16 florist

was a mes that sounds right

ok so make it family counselors that's

as good as new one they can't do that on

the main property because it ruins sight

lines and all that fun stuff so that's

one way one reason why they can do it

here and the other reason is basically

fits in with all the bigger higher

taller of different structures already

along i drive so there you go

I kind of when I think about this I

think a lot about the disney resort in

disneyland the Paradise Pier Hotel which

i believe was owned by somebody else and

disney kind of bought it and just

slapped a theme on top of it

tell you i know you're just out until

they were you familiar with that at all

any thoughts on the number i'm nervous i

looked at i looked at the hotel is very

briefly campus side story but you from

store anyway that was i'm looking at the

e grand californian green California

and watch the video and was about to got

to book it but it was under renovation

make the pool i can put in a renovation

I was like I'm not going to spend that

much money on hela but without being

renovated but the video had like Donald

job but it's like be greeted by Donald

just when you walk in and it was the

colors cool and and then so we switched

we looked at a video it might have been

for that one is just that one of the

disneyland hotel and the video started

out with be treated by this Donald Duck

statue as you walk in just didn't show

to come help me get that you and that's

what I decided was gonna say there but

yeah but yeah I don't know your paradise

pier exactly like a step down

yeah if you don't know what paradise

pier is just look it up

I'm pretty sure someone else owned it

and he bought it and then slap their

theme on top of it they made the best

out of it but that's kind of what i

picture when we talk about this hotel

for universal which that not me not the

worst thing adding four thousand very

affordably priced rooms is going to do a

heck of a lot for the resort as a whole

and getting people there and getting you

know but in seat as it works so i think

that's going to be a very great addition

in terms of their overall profile of

hotels that they have I think I talked

several times about them not having

enough value hotels cabana Bay is

absolutely incredible but something even

you know along the lines of a hundred

dollars per night would be even more

amazing and I think you can definitely

if they were to steam that's right and

really make it appealing in the same way

cabana bait is incredibly appealing and

I cannot for the life of me find any

cabana Bay pictures I thought I have

them ready he was keep showing that

fireball its compatibility is incredibly

appealing to you know everyone you know

all the bright colors and you know of

course you know moms and dads and

grandparents loved the fifties and

sixties theming of it and everything

it's incredibly appealing and if they

were and if they were able to replicate

that in some way and definitely go over

the

top and do and and completely outdo

disney's all-star hook resorts I think

you'll see a lot of people that normally

go to the all-stars going to universal

because it might be more affordable a

better location maybe for them

personally and they might be spending

time in universal anyway and say hey

this is just a cheap and maybe I can

take a Buster over or something to

Disney and that you know it's going to

save money and it's more appealing

because I don't really think the all

star resorts all that appealing also you

might see a whole new set of people

start coming to universal because of

this or not

everybody says Cody says DreamWorks

Animation hotel there you go that's an

intriguing possibility and being greeted

by the shrek and donkey statues
