Hey everyone! Chronicle living here! Oh
wait... there you go! Ever had that dream or
goal that you wanted to accomplish, but
then something takes a hit at you that
makes you give up on your progress? This
isn't just you. Self-sabotage is a real
thing and it happens to everyone
including myself and the best way I can
describe it it's like being stuck inside
a loophole and I just can't get out! Well
there is an escape out of that trap in
which you'll learn five easy steps for
eliminating that self sabotaging
parasite which in turn equals getting
yourself to build self-confidence so
that it could help you achieve that
dream that you want to get. Alright
let's get on to this! So step number one
first identify the stuff, goals, and dreams
that you want and now think of behaviors
that's keeping you from getting from
your goals. This ties directly with step
number two which is, once you identify it
ask yourself, what is the positive intent
here that my brain is trying to give me?
So for example let me say that you're
about to go up to a girl and ask her out
for a date, but then you freeze up and
you can't even talk. What's the positive
intent? "I don't know" My guess would be
that your brain is trying to protect you
from being rejected and it decided it's
far better than not to get pain at all
by not doing the action in fear of that
possible pain! After you figure that out,
step number three, get some leverage on
yourself so you can make that change.
Teach your brain if you don't go up to
that girl and talk to her, it's costing
you relationships that can give you a
lot more pleasure than that possible
little pain that you might be rejected.
So a really effective way to talk to
your brain about this is by sitting down
and writing down all the pain you're
going to get if you're not going to go
change this pattern and all the
pleasures you're going to get if you're
in a relationship.
Step number four, interrupt the pattern
Imagine yourself in a new situation
where you see that a new attractive girl
and your old habits are starting to come
out trying to self sabotaging yourself
again! The key here is to do something
that your brain never expects and repeat
it over and over in your mind. Pretend
that you are ready having a conversation
with her. Your brain starts to freak out
and what this does it burns the old
pattern that used to stop you which
leads to the last and final step is step
number five, installing the new pattern
So what I mean by that is now you have
to condition yourself to have new
feelings. All you need to do now is
making the connection of this new
feeling/experience of pleasure that
comes from teaching your brain, pain from
not doing it and pleasure comes in from
when you do it! You'll start to notice
that you're not afraid anymore by
finding pleasure and something you had
low confidence beforehand. "Oh yeah!" and
wha-la and just by these five easy steps
of eliminating self sabotage, your self
confidence will soar in achieving in
whatever you want to get! Alright I

And today as you can tell by the title
we are doing 15 facts about me
and i suggest turning on your subtitles/closed captioning
i will have that set up because i know
my audio does suck
so hope you enjoy, and here we go!
Fact #1 is that I have been to
18 schools and i'm only a junior
So, my dad- and he was in the military.
so we moved around alot
it was only like 3 or 4 states i've lived in, but
I did move alot, so.. yeah
Fact #2 I really hate chocolate
I don't like chocolate cake, I don't like-
chocolate icing, chocolate icecream.
I just do not like chocolate.
I'm okay with chocolate like with snickers & kit-kats
and even then it still feels like too much chocolate
But i used to really like chocolate
when i was younger, so maybe that's why
Fact #3 I don't eat dairy
I used to really love dairy
and I still do but
I've decided to stop eating it
Because i breakout really easily
So i've been getting dairy out of my system
It has been helping so i'm probably
Never going to eat dairy again, I dunno.
But, it's been okay
because they have dairy free
icecream and i prefer
almond milk over regular milk anyways
so
it's been pretty- alright.
Fact #4 I believe almost every
house I have lived in has been haunted
Like, I- er- blahblahblah
I remember in
one of the houses I lived in during like
kindergarten/ First grade
I'm pretty sure one was haunted
and I like realized it during
Uhm- the summer.
When i was supposed to be sleeping for summer camp
And stuff kept happening, and
Another one in Pensacola, Florida.
And my house my family still owns
So if you guys ever want any
Storytimes for that I already have them
written down in my notebook
That I might be doing. soo, ya
Fact #5 I love Barbie movies
My favorite one is Princess & The Pauper
I can re-word for word the whole movie
I'm just- I love Barbie
and i like Barbie magic dreamh- or
Barbie dreamhouse or whatever that's on
hulu or maybe netflix? I don't know but
It's not as good as the barbie movies but it's still barbie so im down
Fact #6 I used to be a cheerleader and I
was on the swimteam for 2 weeks (lol)
I started cheerleading when i was in
Kindergarten, first grade
And i did until 4th grade
And sadly after that i stopped
And I miss cheerleading all the time
I just haven't gotten back into it
And for swimteam I was only on it for 2 weeks
Because I wanted to do a sport
and I wanted to be athletic
And try things in life.
And... my first swim meet I ended up crying
'cause I couldn't breathe
And I didn't want to do it anymore so
I never went back after that.
Fact #7 I don't really like swimming pools
I have a swimming pool at my house in Florida
And you'd think 'Oh Kahlei, you were on the...
...Swim team don't you think you'd
have to like swimming pools for that
I don't know what I was thinking like
'Oh I just don't like swimming for no reason'
But I really just don't like swimming
in pools at all
I like the beach because there's waves
And you can jump in it
And even then I don't really like swimming at the beach
because of sharks but-
Fact #8 I'm scared of cotton balls
They terrify me, I've always been scared
of cotton balls
I remember in girl scouts
We had to make clouds with cotton balls
And I couldn't do that
So my mom had to like-
I used tweezers and my mom had to help
because I just really don't like cotton balls
But i've gotten better at it
I can touch cotton pads
I used to not be able to touch any type of cotton
And yes, I know clothes are cotton
And towels are cotton
And even then- still.
I do not like touching- if my hands are wet
I could not touch the towels
It's just really- It's the struggle
Fact #9 My favorite food is bread
I- I'm a bread lover
I love any type of bread
I love toasted bread,
french bread,
All types of bread- I am here for bread
i love bread.
so much
Fact #10 I can spell
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
That's like the most random thing
It's probably not a talent but
that's what i consider my talent
is that I can spell supercali...
And I can spell it out loud,
I can write it on paper
and I realized that when I was 5 or 6
And I was like 'hmm lemme see if i can spell it out'
so I did and- yeah so mhm.
Fact #11 is I always wanted to go
deep sea diving but
I'm scared that I'll run out of air,
drown, or like...
So there's these titanic things now
They're like a thousand something
trillion- I dunno it's alot of money
That I don't have to be doing
So you can go on a boat, and they take you down
to the titanic and you can see it
but I'm really scared something will
like puncture a hole, or i'll run out of
oxygen. I just- I'm really scared
I think i just have a problem with
water, it terrifies me
Fact #12 My favorite color is pink
As you can tell my hair is pinkish-redish purple
my hoodie is pink
my lipsticks are almost all pink
and my pillows are pink. I just really love pink
and almost all my school folders are pink
every perfume I have is pink
My phone is pink too- you can't really tell
it's rose gold but I just really love pink!
Fact #13 Is that my favorite shows are
Skam, Shameless, Riverdale, The Fosters,
And Switched at Birth.
Me and my mom watch Switched at Birth
together, it;s kinda old now but. It's so good.
And if you haven't seen Skam,
It's a norwegian show
And it's kinda like Skins, which is a
UK Show and how skins-
every episode is based on a certain character
Every season, is based on a certain character
There's three seasons currently
I've watched them all in 2 days.
It's so amazing, honestly
what are you doing if you're not watching Skam.
Fact #14 I'm Pagan!
I have a pagan altar, and I have a bunch of
crystals, and sage, buddhas, candles
and like uhm- I just have a bunch of
stuff for it
and i may be doing a video soon or
not soon- I have it written
down in my notebook
that I want to show you guys my
altar, and all my stones and stuff
So if you guys want to see that

Fact #15 When I was
8 I decided to basically drive
my moms car
And that was during- My sister was
2 so I was actually probably 9
And my friend was in the car with me
My mom was inside my school
'cause we were moving again
so she was getting all my transcripts
and all my paperwork
and she was inside, it was the end of the school day
and my friend was like 'pull the prndl'
I don't know what to call it
so i call it a prindle.
I'm really bad at names for things
But- Zack and Cody, it's the prindle.
uhm, so yeah she dared me to pull it
and I was an adolescent
and I didn't know that it would do something
so, I pulled it
and it reversed
and
my dumb self got out-
my sister was in the car.
she was 2 like it was pretty dangerous
and i wasn't thinking, I ran out of the car
and ran to the back of the car
and held onto the car
like held it there so it'd stop moving
And people couldn't get through
because y'know I didn't know how to move a car
someones not gonna come help a little
kid move a car back
someones gonna walk out and think
that they're like trynna-
I don't know! But my mom walked back out
5 minutes later
and I was in so much trouble.
I was so scared for my life.
But I never got grounded
for it, I guess 'cause I
I was scared, and crying, already scared of'=
how much trouble I was going to get in
But my parents were like 'alright she
knows that she's in trouble and she's not going to do it again'
I got blessed that I didn't die
But
Yeah! so this was 15 facts about me
And maybe eventually
later on I will do
50 facts because i've been seeing
